David Doddridge, Private Eye, Wanna Be Charlie's Angel P.I.
So, sister, Rachel Southwick, Hickey-Moosman, was at the time, going into the divorce battle, with Brian Adamson, a friend of both, Rachel and Chris, and a Canasta foursome with Rachel at the time, I reactivated my bar license. Shortly after that, Rachel asked Adamson, to represent her in the divorce, he said, he could not, but, on the side, he told Chris, Rachel's husband to take the last $24,000 out of their joint bank account, grounds for disbarment, right there! But, far be it from me to tell, OPC, who are as dirty as, Brian, to get rid of the bad apples, when the bar association is full of them and so is the judiciary! Rachel later, hired attorney, Christiansen, whatever the hell, his first name is, and I am sure, all these fuckers, MO shit attorneys, would say, I am Kay, with Rachel on the court dockets, in this game of hats, and my throne as a target. But, Travis Christiansen, was meeting with Brian, Chris, and Chris's new attorney, can't remember his name, but, charging Rachel, another shit head fuck attorney, who needs his good ol' boy ass kicked!
Rachel, needed a job, and I took her over to Brock and Associates, hoping Rachel, could be a receptionist, but she had no office skills, and could not even operate a computer; therefore, Rachel, looked other areas, and David Doddridge, asked her to be the second of his, aim of getting three large breasted, females, he could train to be his Angels! LOL! Haylee Cheeks, was one of the Angels, now Rachel, and I had, at that time, late fall, 2009, been introduced to Doddridge, who begged me to help on Haylee's case, and also on Travis Braun and Shane Clark's criminal cases, as we talked, evidence surpression, search and seizure laws, and other cop attorney shit, he kept asking me to help with this case and that case . . . NO! I told him, I was a constitutional law attorney, and I was taking one case, had one client, and that was, Brock, later, joined by Jay Rice. As time went on, I would run into Dave, meeting Haylee, on one of the visits, with Rachel to Dave's office, and also seeing him off and on, in the Bloomington, ward, that I had attended back in 2001, before Rachel and Chris started building their house . . . Brian Adamson, is also in that ward.
The Uninterested Attorney
Dave continued to pressure me, and sometime, around February, 2010, with the Brock case filed, and by now, living in Rachel's home, in Bloomington, taking care of Shelley, her kids, all of them, plus a grand kid, two of Rachel's kids, as ordered by Judge Shummate, who presided over Rachel and Chris's divorce, and back in 2003 or so, he presided over, a hearing, to force, me to take medications, while I was in the dying stages, before, reactivating my license, just waiting to die . . . but, my parents, and Rachel, all showed up, trying to force me to take meds, and at that time, as I argued for myself, with worthless female attorney, doing nothing, other than to act like I had counsel, Shummate, made the statement, knowing me before, I got poisoned, as reported by three P.I.'s, that I met through Doddridge, former cops, but he said, JoAnn, probably is the smartest person in this room, pissing off, my father and mother, and Rachel, all who, were shocking the hell out of me, going after my license, and testifying against me, to a room full of psychologists and attorneys, and a judge . . . with me refusing to take meds, as my family, tried to present, my alleged, terminal brain injury, with a death date of 2002, that came and left, now, somehow, it morphed, into a mental health issue, sounding much like the words in the Spectrum, today, stating that JoAnn gave up her license, to practice law, because of severe mental issues? No, I believe, that at that time, Rachel, was being primed to take my place, as the attorney, Shelley, already, had stolen my identity, up in Logan, and I believe that Kay Burningham, was also, brought in, as an attorney, who could cover the attorney stuff, Shelley stealing the domestic violence manual and legislature, and Rachel, the look alike! This conspiracy had been going on, for a long time, at least, 15 years!
I do want to note, that my father, went absolutely, ape shit, when I got my license, reactivated, with one call to the Utah State Bar Association, having reviewed my legal background, calling me and saying, you were general counsel to the Utah Medical Association? Just pay your bar dues, and you are back! I was excited, my mother, was not even as happy, as the neighbor, lady, I was renting from, and my father was a down right asshole! You have to ask, what kind of a father, having a daughter, who was suppose to die, being the nicest to me, at the time I was diagnosed to die, and now, that life was starting over for me, with a hot case, clients, and now my license back, this godfather, freaked out! Now that was after, Dallas and my father, killed, Elliot's band tour, back in 2008, because, Shelley's shithead, and Julia Warner, the lady I lived with, grand-daughter's husband, red headed, Ryan Chamber's, was a stand in for the fake band, now touring the world, most likely, stealing El's music, from back around 2000, with Blake being murdered, in 2004, with my sons, both being invited and possibly the targets of the blocking of the cave, exit, keeping all four dead young people inside the cave, for at least, 6 hours after Elliot took the cops and firefighters to the cave, making sure they all died! Telling Elliot, they would arrest him, if he crossed the crime scene tape . . . symbolic, in and of itself! You have to remember, cops, prosecutors, and judges, most coming up from those ranks and files, all hated me, because of kicking the shit out of them at the Utah Legislature, back in 1997.
By April 2010, Haylee Was Arrested Thursday, Shane Clark, Got Out of Jail, That Day, Later, Shane was Arrested, and Travis was Arrested by Saturday, as I Recall . . . Dave Got A Hold of Me, And Took Me to Meet the Cheeks, Haylee and Shane, I Think, April 20, 2010
Dave contacted me, and again, begged me, telling me of the problem with attorneys, and how he could not get them to do this or that, and wouldn't I please come meet the Cheeks. Finally, I gave in, and said, okay, but I am not promising that I will take the case. Now this is worth, noting, but at the time, Dennis and Misty, were devastated, by Haylee's recent arrest, and they told me, that, at that time, the Cheeks, had gone through their retirement savings and were about, $250,000 into her defense, with Aric Cramer, her attorney, and I believe that he was asking, for another, $20,000, and there were some allegations, of inappropriate behavior, between Aric and Haylee, on a trip to Las Vegas, before I met her. But, I remember, just how desperate, Haylee's parents were, and they said, they would appreciate, anything that I could do for Haylee, and Shane and Travis, her friends, and the cases, both she and Dave were working on. I still didn't commit, but, I believe, and you could maybe check the logs at the jail, but, I think, Dave and I, went to visit Haylee in the Iron County Jail, at that time. I had met Haylee, but, I still didn't want the case, was not a trial attorney, nor had I ever even been to court at that point, but, I did know the law, but not the procedure, for criminal cases, so again, I refused to do anything.
A week or so, later, while down in Nevada, at the Clark County Fair, Dave called me, and said, the U.S. Marshals, raided Travis Braun, who, Dave had told to move his family out of Iron County, to Washington County, and now, he was being arrested, on federal firearm charges. and dealing with U.S. attorney generals, on several charges, with the feds adding charges, like communications fraud, just for calling, on his cell phone, someone, across state lines! Sometime between that, and a hearing Haylee had, Dave dragged me to a hearing, up in the 5th District, my first appearance, with Aric, expressing difficulty getting Haylee's purse that was seized, when her car was searched, with cases taken, both Shane's and Travis's cases among those, in her car at the time, the Narcotics Task Force, actually stripped, Hay's car down to the fuses, ripping door panels off, and taking her kids, before she was arrested! I talked to Aric, who needed the 17 hours of tapes, Haylee's, special P.I. phone, recorded, that she felt would, end the case, if we could get that evidence, because she pushed the button on the recording, as the cops, stopped her, catching everything, along with the total violation of her rights--which pissed me off. So, finally, I took matters into my own hands, went over to Homeland Security and the NARC offices, and demanded, Hay's purse, and both of her phones, from Officer Fritz, with Dave McIntyre, and Wade ?, new to the task force . . . warning them that if any evidence was erased, in the processing of the evidence, they would be sued for civil rights violations.
By May 2010, I had slammed in a complaint against, Iron County, sending shock waves through Cedar City, being the talk of the town, with Dennis, Misty and Haylee, sitting right in my office, telling them, I didn't want to rush the case, and needed time, but, they insisted, we needed to get it in, before, the termination of parental rights, took place. Finally, Dave asked me, to attend a meeting with Aric Cramer and his partner, whom I can't recall his name, only met him the one day . . . and I was shocked, at both attorneys, basically, on taking Haylee's kids, the advice was to bend over and let, Katherine Holt, the assistant attorney general, queen of mean, and taking kids away from mothers and families. As I listened to both, attorneys, with Aric, being named in 2009 and 2010, as one of the best attorney's in the state, I think in criminal law, and thinking, this is the best you can do? I told the Cheeks, that, the attorney, handling the termination of parental rights case, was worthless, and I would take over that case, but seeing, two feet of filings on Haylee's criminal case, there was no way, I was taking that case! The WAR was on . . .
The Spectrum and the Daily News, In Cedar City . . . There From the First, So, The Rag, Knows Who I Am, Plus, I Was Asked to Be a Guest Writer
I hit Cedar City, like a tornado, first with the 1983 civil right suit, followed by taking on assistant attorney general, Katherine Holt, getting, one of her, DCFS workers, fired, right off the get go, for sexually exploiting, Haylee's kids, in a closed door, exam of their private parts, without grandmother in the room! That, led to a hearing with DCFS, Holt, and several others, looking like total, pediophiles, and child abusers, basically saying, we don't need warrants, to take Haylee's kids, and you will play this game our way, or you can leave . . . okay, I stood up, and told, Misty, Dennis, Haylee and her Ex who was fresh out of jail, to stand up, and lets go! They looked at me, like can we do this, get up, we are leaving! They stood up, sheepishly, and all 5 of us left. Leaving Katherine Holt, following us out the door, and I told her, we would be serving her, our $56.7 million lawsuit, later in the day . . . she was shocked, to say the least, and we felt great. That fucking, Ted Stewart, federal district judge, after, DCFS and Katherine Holt, failed to answer our complaint, timely, and so I filed a default notice, which by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, that should have been, the case! There were 6 different attorneys, who could have or should have represented the state agency, but failed to do so, with Holt, letting her babies, slip through the cracks, letting, DCFS, off the case, rather than, giving us the win, we sued, all, what 21 defendants, all together, under, Iron County and the state of Utah, if I remember, it was a rushed, complaint, not the way I would have like to do things!
An reporter originally from, India, interviewed me over the phone, while I was in St. George, at home, I told her, when she asked me about, DCFS, to tell them to go straight to hell! I was shocked, that she quoted me, exactly like I said . . . I thought she would take the swear words, out! LOL! But, I was glad she left them in. We got, state DCFS investigators, down on the DCFS, defendants, and Holts, girl was FIRED! The morning, the complaint news, hit the newspaper, a subsidiary, of the Spectrum or they use each other's reporters, all hell broke out. The Cheeks, were at the Brian Hyde Radio Show, I had been on Brian's show, the November, before, with 70 locals, showing up to meet me, at the John Birch meeting after, and I had dropped off a copy of the complaint to Brian, and he loved it, as the whole town was going nuts. Every copy of the newspaper was sold out, way early, and the newspaper, started charging $10 per reading online, but by 1:00 P.M., Iron County, or Scott Garrett, someone, stopped the online news access, because the phone lines were going nuts, with the mayor, city counsel, county commissioner and other leaders in Cedar and surrounding areas, were furious, at the allegations against cops, the county attorney, himself, DCFS, etc.! It was hot, news for sure! Game on . . . and life has been wild, ever since, case after case, battle after battle, with me playing by the rules, Iron and Washington County, 5th District Judges, cops, DCFS, and everyone, got in this mess!
Shane Clark's Trial Was a Circus!
Sometime, in all this, I argued the Brock case, in front of Judge Tena Campbell, in the Federal District Court of Utah, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I was waiting, to hear what the ruling was on that hearing. I told the Cheeks, that was my primary case, Brock was paying me, not much, but he was consistent, after a while, and seeing that I was an unwilling attorney, they needed to realize, that Brock was keeping me alive, and all I actually agreed to was the civil rights case. However, in getting ready to do the complaint, I had to interview Shane, and Travis, so I knew their cases, and they could tell the difference between me and other attorneys, and they begged me, with me telling all of them, no, for the most part, but as things heated up, due to the civil case, with Iron County, thinking, that if they got convictions, in the criminal cases, the civil case would disappear! They didn't get that, one case had nothing to do with the other, but, they went after all three of the plaintiffs, with a vengence, adding up to 6 charges, each time, I went to visit, Haylee! We would actually laugh about her breaking out of jail at night, committing crimes, and returning to jail in the morning! LOL! Shane told me, that the cops had surveillance on his house, he was freaking out, and neighbors seemed to agree with him, his mother too. Shane was worried about the cops, planting evidence, like they had when we caught, Fritz, Lee and McIntyre on tape, actually, breaking in, and planting, 51 pieces of felony evidence!
Shane's case, I believe, was I believe, July 1,2, 2010, with the whole courthouse surrounded by cops, about 60 vehicles, intimidating the public, friends of Shane's, with three cops, sitting at the table as you enter the courtroom, along with it seems, like 3 computers, short circuit, and I believe, wired to allow, cops in their vehicles to watch the trail, and prosecutors, who helped, Ms. MaryAnn Allen, the prosecutor, take the 9 jury instructions, both she and I had agreed to, to 23 jury instructions, not only throwing out the United States Constitution, but also, telling the jury, they could not, consider, MY ARGUMENTS! So, Judge Westfall and MaryAnn, where with me in court, the whole fucking time, so, who in the fuck, just before the jury was to go into deliberations, had time, to change the jury instructions, giving the jury, no option, to consider, any rights, nor any protections . . . so, Shane, might have been thrown naked, against, all the cops, undercover, uniformed, dressed, packing the courtroom, all behind the prosecutor's table, and with the exclusionary rule, keeping witnesses outside, until they could testify, in the hall, which, was everybody, but, Dennis, as I recall! I remember, telling the judge, that, he can't throw the Constitution out of his courtroom . . . MaryAnn protested, saying, if I was able to use the Constitution, it was unfair to the state! LOL . . . where did this bitch go to law school? the university of China, Mexico, Russia? She also, told Naj, or whatever the reporters, name was . . . that if I won, which was obvious to everyone, with Fritz in the lobby, crying, that, she could not write it in the newspaper! Kangaroo Court!
On February 1, 2011, when I tried to get to court, I met with Cheeks, and they showed me, whatever, their online presence was, a blog? I cautioned them again, and said, just protect yourself to make sure you are telling the truth, and they would be protecting themselves from slander and libel. They wanted me to write something on it. I wanted to go, but, they insisted, so I wrote about Tristan, how pissed I was at IRON COUNTY, blocking me from getting to him, taking the case, and then to have my truck tires flattened and th docket changed, to make sure, I didn't make it to his hearing, and Misty, not giving my note to him, from the night before, when I tried to get into jail, once, I heard he took a plea! SCREAMMMM! I didn't know all the white supremacists stuff? I had no idea there were feelings, issues, and still don't know, but, Tristan's case, seemed to piss the Cheeks off a bit too? That was basically, the first and the last, and ONLY part I played in the whatever it was? So, for, the newspaper, quoting, the Cheeks, as saying I, as an attorney, should be held to a higher standard, or tried for something, not clear from older news articles, having written the judge, told him this, and leaving to Montana, for the next 4 years, basically, the judge was a numb-chuck and I think he wanted to bring some star power to the case, which is what Brian wanted, and the Spectrum . . . my name sells copy, and it was judicial vindictiveness, not to excuse me from the case, so I blew it off! a waist of time . . . and total bull shit, bad blood, and whatever, that all I did, other than fighting for Rachel, the house, and my clients, oh . . . this could be payback for ratting out the mortgage fraud, to the FBI, but never fear, they are as incompetent as Brian! LOL!

County Attorney, Garrett, Shane's Bishop, Named Defendant, Showed Up During Jury Deliberation, Spent, 45 Minutes in Tampering with the Jury, While Bailiffs Blocked the Window, Where Shane Was!
The jury was released, somewhere around, 4:00 P.M., on Friday, July 2, 2010, with Scott Garrett, allegedly, up at his cabin, with his family for the 4th of July weekend, having a conflict of interest, as Shane's religious leader, and a defendant in the civil suit. So, all of us, Haylee, me, Dennis and Misty, were all shocked, when Garrett, not only showed up, but all the prosecutors, going, in and out of the judge's chambers, and where the jury was, for about 2 hours! I was invited, back with the prosecutors, in the judge's office, where there were treats and goodies, for the prosecutors, bringing me in, and almost seeming to try to entice me over to the prosecutor's side, the side with all the power, the side with the judge, and what the hell am I thinking . . . that was the question I was thinking, is what the hell are the prosecutors, doing back with the judge, are these the guys, who were sitting up, watching the trial, on short circuit TV, knew I won, so they changed the jury instructions, jury tampered, as they had, threatened and tampered with all the witnesses who were in jail, with the main witness working with Shane, on the day, the charges and drugs, were allegedly found . . . they had a day or two before, arrested, the guy, pressured him and he totally, changed his testimony from when I interviewed him!
It is worthy of note, that Scott Garrett, met Rachel, and my father, in the Nelson, murder trial, earlier in the spring, as did, Judge Westfall, with Rachel, wearing low cut shirts, sporting her new $20,000 surgery, making her look like a Barbie doll, then big sister comes in, with the cops, county attorney, and others, flesh hanging from my teeth! Of course, the boyz club, is going to prefer Rachel, easy switch, get rid of JoAnn, who is now taking on the Baum case, with Shane his cellmate, who got me to take the Allan Bess Case, and all the jail guys, who had seen me in court, wanting me to take their cases, wanting to ditch their public defenders, so I was pissing off, everyone. I subpoenaed the court for all their surveillance tapes, following and comparing, what Shane saw in the defendant's cell, across the hall from the jury room, seeing Scott Garrett, duck, with the bailiff, blocking the window, so Shane could not see, at the same time, me and the Cheeks, are wondering what the hell, is going on, from our end of the circus, and prosecutor's crimes!
Travis Braun's Case Heating Up Too!
I took on the U.S. attorney, Paul Kohler, and beat him. But, to do it, I had to go over his head, to a sitting, U.S. Attorney General for the District of Utah, whom, had known me from my AG days . . . not being able to talk, either law or sense with the fed. Travis, had first been charged in justice court, who dismissed the case for lack of evidence, then the state and the district court, took over, and charged Travis, but, they also found, that there was not enough evidence, so Travis was released. Then, magically, in the incident report, a small silver gun, showed up, out of the blue, and I think, on an amended warrant for a search, or it just showed up, not listed, in the warrant, listing with specificity, or particularity, the items to be searched or seized! But, that is the charge, plus the communications charge for the use of a cell phone, I guess to give the feds jurisdiction, but Travis was charged with, having the firearm. Once, I got, the federal charges dropped, due to lack of evidence, also getting the firearms and communications charges dropped, earlier, now, Iron County and Washington County, were out to get Travis, and there was evidence, in Shane's interview when he was arrested, and questioned, being denied, counsel, with the cops, saying, they just were not going to get him attorney, nor are they prepared to do, this at that time, questioning Shane, from 11 PM to 4:00 A.M., with fucking, Scott Garrett, in the hall, telling McIntyre, to get Shane's gum out of the garbage can . . . but, it appeared that Shane was arrest, for guilt by association, for hanging with Haylee, who had a private war going on with Scott, who years before had threatened that Hay would not see her children, unless she testified, exactly like Scott told her, even if it was a lie . . . but, Scott, seemed to be most interested, in finding out how well, Shane new Travis, and where some papers were, that were in Hay's, possession, who was working on Travis's cases too, in her work with David Doddridge,
Travis, had been kicked, tased, and beat up, while he was having an epileptic fit, leading to him, to file his own civil rights case against, Cedar's finest, on YouTube, under that name, but, now with me, on the case, they went after Travis, moving him, arresting him, adding charges, and all, of the original charges, had reached their statute of limitations, with a 2 years time frame for misdemeanors and 4 for felonies, but, the judge would have none of that, you know the law! Iron County, hired a special prosecutor, because, the county attorneys didn't know the Constitution, and the charges in Washington County, they brought in a special assistant attorney general, and were sending him messages, all the time during the hearing, with Judge Ludlow, presiding. So, shit, all the time. Haylee's termination of parental rights, was a steamroller, and I was ready to choke Katherine Holt, for ignoring warrants, taking children, before, an arrest, 8 hours before, and I believe, Haylee was given drugs, on a pizza, brought to her after her arrest, by a drug recognition cop, and Scott Garrett, again, showing up with McIntyre, at the hospital, with two tests, coming back negative for drugs, until, Scott got Haylee, catheterized, and took urine, that magically, ended up, positive!
The Cheeks, Were Suppose to Pay Me For All Cases!
I got less than, most attorneys get, for two hearings, but, I was more concerned about helping my three plaintiffs, fight the god-damned world! I had been paid, $9,000 is all, with no, money, after June, 2010, when I think, Haylee's kids, were safely in the custody of the Cheeks, with was not the plan for Iron County, they wanted to hurt Haylee every way they could! We tried mediation also, but, I was pissed in about, one word out of Holt's ugly mouth, and the mediator, decided the two sides were two hot to work together . . . I could stand to be in that bitches presence, running over Haylee's right with Judge Higgby, doing whatever the fuck, Katherine said . . . I wanted to appeal, his condescending put down of Haylee, and also, Misty and Dennis, who were told, they could not have the children, because, they enabled, Haylee to be the way she was, and the judge tried to force them into basically saying, this was their fault for not parenting better. I was pissed, Haylee with snot, running down her face, and tears, non-stop, running down her face, told me, all she wanted, was to see that her kids were protected . . . 95% of women, will do anything, to protect their kids, including, take plea bargains or giving up their rights; therefore, Haylee is her kid's, sister, not their mother!
I tried to get Misty and Dennis, to appeal, the judge's ruling, and when I first, asked the court clerk for a form, to put the judge on notice that I was appealing his ruling, and she, called me the next day, after, first telling me, that Higgby, had never had a case appealed in 20 years, so was I sure I wanted to appeal . . . I am sure, I want to appeal, his ruling . . . she told me she didn't know how to do an appeal, and I told her, she better LEARN! The next day, I got, a bar complaint, from the judge, for exercising, my client's constitutional rights, and mine to represent her! I called, Billy Walker, my former boss at the attorney general's office, actually, in the same division as Katherine Holt, but I was collecting on insurance money, going against the defense bar, not taking kids away from their parents! But, I was screaming, telling Billy this was total retaliation, and I wanted that fucker's license! He told me, that was the Office of the Administration of the Courts, not his call, and I told him, that, if he was not an attorney, he could not be a judge, and he had violated the III article of the Constitution, for acting in bad behavior, trashing Haylee, and her parents, acting high and mighty, using the kids, to force a confession, that they had been shitty parents, to have a kid like Haylee! SCREAMMMMMM!
That complaint, was answered the very next day, and I sure as hell, don't see where, Brian and the OPC, are still fucking around with the same complaint, that was leveled against him, way back, with cousin, Keith, Brian's assistant, also, with Misty and Dennis, trying to set me up, passing drugs to Haylee, the day she was convicted, refusing, Misty, asking her, if she would give up her real estate, license, for the same thing . . . no, however, Keith, came shortly after that, following me to the Iron County Jail, waiting to go in the attorney's booth, not even being an attorney, and coming in so fast, that, we literally, had to slide passed each other, me leaving Haylee, he coming in! I believe that fucker, also the guy who suggested Brian, and trying to set me up, giving drugs . . . I believe, once, I got the Cheeks through the kids, shit, and got the civil suit, under control, writing 8 fucking briefs, in one weekend, when Sutter Axland, attorneys, tried to BURY me! I slammed all of those out, never got paid a fucking DIME, from that point on, or from June, with, Brian, then Kelly Ann Booth showing up, on the scene, with Cheeks, wanting me to train her, as a little JoAnn!
That went over like a led balloon, and started, Cheeks, changing loyalties, when, Misty, came to my house, in Bloomington, after a criminal defense attorney's conference, when Shane and Travis, showed up, wanting to, be trained to be my private investigators, and rent rooms from me, and Misty was working under Dave Doddridge, and I was not using her, because, both guys, were coming down to St. George, and Travis was already enrolled, at Dixie State College, at the time, taking an evidence class. So, I had a show down with Kelly Ann Boothe, who said she knew the judge, and he was NEVER going to let me win, and I said, if she knew him, he would either have to recuse himself from the case, or she could not be involved and I believe, my conversation with Misty, later, sealed the deal, especially, as Shane, Travis and I, disappeared during lunch, so they could check out my house, that was MINE BY then, and Misty and Dennis, wanted that house, and when me and the two young hunks, came back from lunch, Misty, Kelly, and Dave, refused to talk to me, and things got dicey from that point on. I figured that Misty, married to Dennis, 27 years her senior, with me, even older than she was, hanging with Travis and Shane, formerly, Haylee's bow, but, he said, he would never get to see his kids, if he kept hanging out with Haylee, who by now, was in prison!
In August, the Brock Case Was Hot Again . . . Misty, Said, She Hated the Brock Case! Yeah, She had to Start Paying an Attorney Again!
Where Brian Come In . . . Just Before This Happened With Misty
So, I needed to focus my attention on going to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and I had like 30 days to file something. This was August, Shane still had his sentencing, Misty and Dennis, begged me to take over the criminal case from Aric, and Haylee's case was coming up . . . we had all been united in a cause, with me spending a shit load of time at the Cheeks, sleeping over, because I was in court all the time, and the extra hour a day, both ways was killing me. Finally, I had to back out, but I still took, short, cases, that were like a hearing or two, maybe a brief, but I think, that pissed the Cheeks off, I refused to take Haylee's criminal case, over and over again, even with Cheeks, trying to fire, Aric, and I kept saying no! I think the Cheeks, through they had a best friend, who happened to be an attorney! I told them, I had not been paid since, June, with 8 briefs, and a ton of work! Misty almost started crying, and said, well, I thought we were friends, that doesn't pay my bills! So, there were several splits happening and I was moving on, and was really not involved, past about July, other than to check up on the progress of the case, stopping by, going back and forth to Salt Lake, or being in the area, with another case. This closeness, had been going on for months! But, I had to break ties, and move on . . . it was more like, breaking up with a lover!
Misty and Dennis, hire, Brain and Matt. I about died, seeing that Brian and I had gone head to head, he had organized a raid on my house, eviction, before winning the house, and he was bitter, but I agreed to put personal issues and feelings aside to help him and Matt, because I cared about, Haylee! I wrote up several emails, that, have somehow morphed into some fight or disagreement, that NEVER happened, remember the gossip game? yeah, leave for 4 years, and who knows what you get, like, I have "severe mental issues?" What a crock of SHIT! Shelley, stinks like a skunk, and the rat ass bitch she is . . . she was very close with Chris, and that meant, she was close to Brian, and behind the scenes, working my clients, all of them while I was taking cases, in about 5 states, gone all the time, either to Colorado on the Levin case, or to California to the David Morgan case, an inmate in San Quenten Prison! Tom Vail in Vegas, and Idaho clients, Brock, going to the 10th Circuit, Baum, Bess, Lamoreaux, etc. But, all was calm, I helped, mainly Matt, and the fight, I think Brian, is dealing with or blaming me for, was actually a fight between Brian and Matt! If I had, my computer, I could prove everything, from Brian, to working 16 hours straight, helping Kelly Ann Boothe, prior to the conference with Shane and Travis . . . I think, the Cheeks, wanted to bring in, Kelly, to take a cut of the civil case, to stop some of the bleeding, on Haylee's, quest to get a new trial, which, I got for Tristan Lamoreaux, later finding out that, Haylee, and the Cheeks, hated Tristan, with Tristan and Hay, passing notes, or calling each other, names, with the Cheeks, Travis, being into White POWER, while Tristan rolled alone, or with the Christian Brotherhood, getting half the bros at the Utah State Prison, writing to me! I never had time to write back, but there were side issues, going on.
Brian, His Entourage, The $5000 Hearing That I Represented Haylee, Because, Brian and His Chicks, Had All Gone Home!
So, Brian, came into the foyer of the Cedar City, 5th District Court, allegedly to handle, Shane's sentencing, which I didn't want to do, because, I had never done one, and I didn't want, anything I did to hurt him, or come into play in his sentencing, as it had in his trial, and should not have, but this was IRON COUNTY! I was there to support Shane, and may have had some hearing or appearance for some other defendant. But, I was, kind of out of the Cheek loop, at this point, other than to educate their new attorneys, on cases or facts that I knew about, and I never charged a fucking dime! This is after I got fucked on the 8 briefs and several hearings. But, money was not my concern. Before, the sentencing, Brain, came in with two young, very pretty legal assistants, and Keith, the fuckers, who tried to set me up, on the drugs, he passed to Haylee. But, Brain, took charge and marched off with the Cheeks, and the Clarks, who, now, could cough up some money, they never could before . . . free there too, as was Travis. But, I was a bit, pissed when she paid Brian, $5,000, and even more pissed, after Shane's hearing and sentencing, that was really all, Shane and Judge Westfall, with Brain, just sitting there. After that hearing was over, Brian took off, and I was still sitting there, must have been there to support Haylee too.
So, the Judge goes through the cattle call, and he finally gets to the Cheek case, with Haylee, sitting in the jury seats, with other defendants, if I remember. And I had been smiling at Haylee, not seeing her for awhile, and when they called her name, and for her counsel, Brian was nowhere to be found. I looked at Cheeks, they looked at me, and the Judge, said, Brian Adamson, then JoAnn Secrist, which shocked me, and I said, I was Haylee's attorney on her juvenile case with termination of parental rights, and the civil rights case, but I had NEVER been on the criminal case, which was what the hearing was one. Maybe a set up? I don't know how, I got on the case, unless, the Cheeks took license and thought that, if Brian was incompetent, which I already knew, and they thought, as I had on the other cases, could be, roped into it? But, I told the Judge, I would take this hearing, but, I was not the attorney, on the Cheek case, nor could I be, because I had to go to the 10th Circuit! I handled the hearing, and the Cheeks were furious at Brian, having paid him the money, and we commiserated with them, but never mentioned taking over the case. Later, Kelly Ann was hired, and I wrote, 16 hours of facts, issues, insider attorney stuff, to help her, giver her a heads up, and even presented, several, new statutes, that might help her with the case, and I probably after helping her, could have won the case, but I think, Kelly was too egotistical to let me take credit, having also, emailed the research and work, again, not a fucking dime of pay, or offer to pay . . . Shelley was also, getting to know the Cheeks, more and more, with me gone all the time.
Cheeks Start Their Blog or Whatever It Was . . . They Rated Attorneys, All Except Me, Because, Fuck, They Got, What, $100,000 Worth of Free Legal Work, By Attorney Fees! I Think THAT Is Where Brian, Got the Idea, That I Put the Cheeks Up To the Rating Online Attorney Trashing! NO!
I checked out, of the whole, Cedar Scene, for months, probably, from, about August, the day that Brian came, doing the Bess case, and Brock, and who knows, but a ton of cases . . . I touched bases, around October and Halloween, on the way back from Salt Lake, and saw, Misty's rendition, very sexual, of Officer Fritz with big pumpkin boobs, and Scott Garrett, with a pumpkin, mooning passer-bys. It was funny, and no body could appreciated it like the warriors who had fought the good fight. sitting for months one the civil case, at this time. Misty and Dennis had become friends with Wayne Hall, tow truck owner, heard me on the Brian Hyde Show, and wanted me to sue, Sheriff Gower, cops and sheriffs, on the never ending, rotation schedule, followed by Sheriff Gower, wanting me to sue the fish and game cops . . . the towers met me at 5, Gower met me at 7! They cancelled each other out! Then Cheeks came on those early heels, after I was on the radio. So, as I recall, the Cheeks, who were great at entertaining and Misty a good cook, something I suck at, so a home cooked meal, was always an enticement. I guess, Shane, felt like I had, ditched him, rather than wanting him in more experienced hands . . . little did I know, Brian, did do jack shit, making Shane feel even worse, and he went into a depression, thinking, I would had been close to him also, just up and left, to do other, cases. I remember, Misty mentioning, this online deal, but, I never had time to bother with it, but I enjoyed the stories, knowing all the attorneys, and warning the Cheeks, to just make sure, that anything they said, they could verify and prove, and truth is ALWAYS a defense!
I came to a Christmas Party, and Shane, called, wondering why I hadn't been in contact with him? Ah, because I am your attorney! In retrospect, I have to wonder if he too, might have been a set up. I liked him and he liked me, but, he was back with Malory, as far as I knew, never talked or saw him, after the day, his birthday, in August, I think? Misty and Tammy had a BBQ at the Cheek house, Shane was shy, but gave me a hug, that was physical, sexual, and a full body, long hug, which shocked me. But at Christmas, he hugged me, over at his house with his little girl, but again, I was the attorney, not a potential lover or option, he asked me to sit next to me on the couch . . . I refused, sat across the hall. He asked me to come upstairs to his bedroom, and I also declined, we talked and caught up, and I left. I was attracted to Shane, the first second I saw him, but, I was his attorney, and only once, when, he came to that conference, I accidentally, touched Shane's, amazing chest, that I thought about, and I guess as a man or woman thinketh, so does she! While, not the greatest thing to do, that was as far as anything ever went. PERIOD! Cute, but too young, and Shane kept, playing things, back and forth, telling me her was married, then found out he was single, and back and forth, but I was long gone. I did worry about him, after Allan Bess was murdered, thinking I saw Shane's double, at the Parowan Cafe, in the spring of 2011, when living in Parowan, by that time.
After I basically, was chased out of the state, with truck sabotage, deaths, that scared the shit out of me, like the 25 year clerk, at the Court of Appeals, Utah, Pat, who allegedly, got in a head on accident, up, in the Uintahs . . . I had three cases, up on appeal . . . she was too honest to lie! The body count was mounting by this time, and I worried about Shane, major! And once I fled to Montana, in fear of my life, I would drive passed Shane's house, just wanting to find out what happened to the case? I was not really, close to Misty, and she had Kelly with her, whenever, I saw Misty and Dennis. Travis, was fighting his case, after I left with, a public defender and he was buried. So, Shane was the only person, I could find out what happened, but, I saw a double, called Shane who told me he was working on a construction site in Wyoming, when I saw his double, the same one, I saw in Parowan, that day! I had to go to Colorado, one time and Shane told me he was in eastern Utah, on my route, or where I was meeting Hope Carlton-Levin, the Playboy, fake bunny, cop! I drove by, but Shane, or didn't come to the truck, and I was not going to interrupt his work, so I left.
Tristan Lamoreaux, Plead to 2nd Degree Murder, Sentenced to 1st Degree, Tried to Get Misty, To Give Him a Note To Withdraw His Plea, Because I Now Could Take His Case! Jail Blocked Me the Night Before, February 1, I Woke to Two Flat Tires, Had A Hearing in St. George, Then I Rushed to Get Tires FIXED at Big O, Started In the Snow to Cedar, Got a Call From Misty . . . Don't Bother Coming, Better I Didn't, Tristan Jumped in Court, Moved From 23 On Docket to 1st . . . I Am Sure, So Could Not Come!
I still went to Cedar, to Misty's house to find out what happened. She never passed him the note, and it was not until, I started going to the Utah State Prison, taking Tristan's case on appeal, winning him a new trial, and I think he is in the witness protection program as a valuable person to the prison, knowing gangs, who works with who . . . I talked to a prison guard for about 2 hours, pleading Tristan's case, having been stabbed 13 times, while he was in the shower, a skin-head, read my briefs, that mentioned, that Tristan, had, worked with the FBI and Marines, doing undercover work against white gangs, Aryan Nation, and neo-Nazi, and Hell Angels. Wildest case, but, I talked to Tristan's uncle, who used to work a Nakken Ford, and he was told that Tristan died, and I told him, no, I saw his stab wounds, and talked to him, he was alive and well . . . they sent his clothes to his grandpa, I think. But, when I tried to call Tristan's uncle again, he was gone! FIRED? I felt that it was connected to ME! But, I don't know.
That was basically, the first and the last, and ONLY part I played in the whatever it was? So, for, the newspaper, quoting, the Cheeks, as saying I, as an attorney, should be held to a higher standard, or tried for something, not clear from older news articles, having written the judge, told him this, and leaving to Montana, for the next 4 years, basically, the judge was a numb-chuck and I think he wanted to bring some star power to the case, which is what Brian wanted, and the Spectrum . . . my name sells copy, and it was judicial vindictiveness, not to excuse me from the case, so I blew it off! a waist of time . . . and total bull shit, bad blood, and whatever, that all I did, other than fighting for Rachel, the house, and my clients, oh . . . this could be payback for ratting out the mortgage fraud, to the FBI, but never fear, they are as incompetent as Brian! LOL!
