Did You Have To Read the Constitution, In Its Entirety, in Law School?  NO!

About 10 years after I had been practicing law, and running into law enforcement, other attorneys, even an attorney general, who seemed so far removed from the document, someone asked me, point blank, if I had ever been made or required to read the United States Constitution, from start to finish, while I was actually in law school.  And to be frank and honest, and to my complete amazement, I had to say, NO!  They were not shocked, and I, in retrospect, started to understand, just how some of the battles, with other attorneys and law enforcement, had actually happened . . . we were not starting from common ground, had no lowest common denominator, and didn't even have a level playing field, for which to entertain, discussions and debate, with such a lack of understanding, from and by the very people, who, as I did, had taken an oath, to protect, defend and preserve the United States Constitution, and the Utah State Constitution, where I was first sworn in as a member of the Utah State Bar Association, and as a new attorney, practicing law in the state.

As I have squared off, with both law enforcement, other attorneys, in and out of the government, judges, legislators, and citizens, I have often wondered, how, we could ever be on opposing sides, on particular issues.  Some, Son of Anarchy, or member of a militia group, told me, that was an easy one, all of these guys had taken an oath to the Masonic Order, which they considered a higher oath?  Really.  Just a month ago, as me and the Chief of Police from Kalispell, talked, again, I said, I just can't see how, you and I are not on the same team?  I pointed to the flag, standing, next to both of us, and said, we took and oath, to that, not a boss, not a mayor, not a governor, not a judge, or not a president . . . he quickly buttoned up his brief case, and stormed from the conference room!  That kind of says it all . . . and it is shocking.  So when the Montana, Senate, read for the 2nd reading a bill, to incorporate training on the Constitutions, Bill of Rights, and taking it from a citizen's perspective, I was beyond pleased, on this first day, first session, first bill reading, at least in person . . . I have commented on my blog far from Helena, Montana . . . so, what a great surprise, when Ms. Jennifer Fielder, got up and read that great addition to law enforcement training . . . I was beyond thrilled, after a 20 year battle of butting of heads, both in Utah and Montana!

Helena, Land of the Sleeping Giant--Washington, Leads to the State Capitol Building, Between Montana and Russell Streets--Very Symbolic!

Last summer, or the summer before, I was walking from my favorite Greek eating establishment, Planet Gyro a street or two below the state Capitol Building, and as I walked, now this is from memory, so I hope that I was not delusional, when some of you verify, my credibility on this, not being in Helena, for a while, until arriving in town, late last night . . . but, I remember, noticing that the half street, between the other two main arteries, and streets, Montana and Russell, there was a street called, Washington, now, many cities, especially capital cities, name their streets after former presidents, or in this case, states, or in my symbolic, and critically trained to analyze literature, through use of words, symbols, and placement of a particular word, I thought, how appropriate, that rather than Montana, looking to Washington . . . D.C., was on my mind, 2012 election cycle, and the thought, came to mind, that Washington, D.C. should look to Montana, the legislature, the way they protect tax payers, use tax payers' monies, sparingly, and they are always in the black, or have a large surplus of cash on hand for emergencies . . . coal trust fund, or something like that.

But the action, taken by the Senate, after the second reading, really empowering, law enforcement and the public, by re-instituting the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Montana Constitution, Article II, if like Utah's state constitution, there is a Cadillac version of rights, that goes beyond the bare minimum of the federal Constitution.  My specialty in law, is, through, this eternal ideological battle with the world, over the law, for God, sakes, knowing full well the power of the U.S. Constitution and the state constitutions, not to mention the protections, freedoms, liberties, and concepts, that are power packed by terms like privileges, immunities, through due process and equal protection of the law!  A citizen's best tool, against the government, is the 14th amendment, with encapsulates, due process and equal protection of law.

All Men Are Created Equal In the Law . . . Status, NO, but LAW, YES!

The law is what guarantees, that people, in this particular sense are treated equal, given equal rights, protected by the law equally, and can't be deprived, by any state, state official, state officer, or anyone acting under color of law, cops, prosecutors, judges, state officials, city and county elected officials, etc., because those rights are set in stone in the documents, that control the actions of state officials, and their local counterparts, on all levels, and in all capacities . . . similar requirements, are more and more being applied to the private sector and corporations, in both civil and criminal trials and cases.  We are starting to recover from the economic down turn, things are getting back to normal, and life is getting better and better each day . . . and bills like this, will not only make officers, more comfortable in their jobs, but more trusted and respected by citizens, and they will have a common ground with the people they deal with in the communities.

And the big plus, is government immunity from lawsuits, covers officers, if they follow, well established law, like the 240 some odd years the U.S. Constitution has been around, and also, on non-constitutional issues, like policy issues, if they follow those, they are safe from suit!  And that protects, city, county, state and national coffers and tax payers money!  When I take a case, the very first thing I look for, is there some type of constitutional law principle, that has been violated . . . and I start from there.  That is the power play, but it is also, for the other side, usually law enforcement or state official, the power protection, if the higher road was taken and followed.  If you do follow, all of that, there is nothing, a bad ass con law chick like me, can do to you.  I get pissed, when the officer, did everything he/she needed to do, protected all rights, didn't detain longer, search beyond the mark, and followed all their mandates, as officers of the law . . . and it is so impressive, when they do!  How do all the cops, who have hated me for years, pay me back for my lawsuits, against them?  Follow the Constitution and department policy . . . regardless of if your police chief or sheriff are numb nuts, and put together crazy ass policies, YOU ARE PROTECTED, JUST FOR FOLLOWING THEM . . . they may be called on the carpet, but you will be fine!

Sophisticated, Smart Law Enforcement Is the Envy of Any City!

In defense of, Police Chief Curry . . . I think that is his name, of Kalispell, don't stay anywhere, due to law enforcement, not wanting me in their jurisdiction, long, but, after the Sandy Hook, Connecticut 21 school children and teachers were gunned down, Flathead Valley Community College, held a seminar, with law enforcement, mental health--a component, not widely looked at, meds, and such, in school shootings, and the schools, met with the public, to discuss new policies and procedures, working together as a community, to make sure these things don't happen here in River City or Kalispell, Montana.  I believe, that now, legislator, Frank Garner, was the moderator, and the former police chief, then, over security for the Kalispell Regional Medical Center, but there were 4 police officers, who presented, and took questions after the presentations, and I remember, being particularly impressed, not only with the level of skill they presented, but their honest and educated answers.  Garner, got a bit pissed, because, I asked a question, that the presenting officer, either didn't want to answer, can-of-worms question, loaded question and double loaded shot gun possibilities, answered a certain way, but, as the younger officer, failed to answer, smart move, I believe, Chief Curry, was brave enough, to come to his former bosses, aid, and calm him down, and gave a very sensible, lawyer like answer . . . well under this situation, I would like a citizen's help, until back up came, in a rural area, but if backup was close, and readily available, no!  Good answer.

But, given my history with law enforcement, judges, prosecutors, there have been occasions, that feds have been brought in a planted, in courts, and other places, to keep this bad ass, under control, and for awhile, during the presentations, and the professional level of the presentations, I thought, these have to be feds!  I have never seen, your local-yocal cops, be this good!  LOL!  That is either a huge compliment to your local cops, because, today, so many feds are law trained, or have law degrees, almost a requirement for being recruited, now days, or the Montana cops, are so much better, more professional, and just come across better, as evidenced by law enforcement signing on to this bill, than they did in Utah!  Which, with the Mormon church, is the largest contributor of feds, 70%, so great job, if you were the locals, I was beyond impressed, and I should have complimented you two years ago!  But, better late, than never . . . excellent officers, just ditch your allegiance to the Patriot Act, and get back to the basics and you will be doing or making a huge step in the right direction!  Patriot Act, is governed by the lack of guiding principles, based on expediency, no limits and no exceptions, just get the job done, and do whatever it takes, including killing someone!  NO, we, the people, will never, never, never, stand for that!

Did I kiss and make up with you, Chief Curry?  Now, I have to work on the Mayor, Mark Johnson, or I can't come back to Kalispell!  LOL!  I am sorry, I just can't help myself.  My son, oldest, tells me I am as bad as the cops, and keep this battle going, but, I inform him, everything I do, like taking the high road, is constitutional and lawful, theirs, under the Patriot Act, is unlawful, unconstitutional and down right criminal!

A Bit of History . . . How SWAT Teams Got Started!

The other night, I was watching a true crime series, episode of 48 Hours . . . They, the producers, did a documentary on Charles Whitman, the University of Texas, or Texas A & M, University student, that went ape-shit, climbed a tower, being I believe, a Marine Sniper, one sunny afternoon, mid-day, just started shooting people on campus, in 1968, didn't realize that it was that early, injuring about 39 people and killing something like 4, before, two police officers and a local citizen, vigilante, who joined the officers, in climbing the clock tower, that has since been closed off, and were able to apprehend the shooter . . . who strangely enough, was the youngest boy in America, to get his Eagle Scout Badge or Duty to God Award!  Gotta watch those Boy Scouts!

Just as in the Sandy Hook, school, shootings and other shootings, we find a person, messed up on prescription drugs, as Charles Whitman was.  He had a terrible relationship with his father, other than their common passion for hunting and guns.  But he was chosen in the military, for stellar performances, and was given a free ride scholarship to the Texas University.  Drugs, school, gambling, drinking, not getting along with his father, killing both his wife, and mother, to spare them the trauma, of what he was planning to do, did both of them in first.  But, he wanted his father to get all the press questions and be humiliated by his son, who had been abused by him, his whole life, never good enough, and never as successful as his father!  But, the key elements were all there, but, prescription meds, were a huge factor, taking them, so he could stay up and study, after playing or gambling, the nights away . . . plus handle the pressure of family life!

After the helplessness of that day, SWAT teams were born, and cops are trained to take on a loony student, or someone that is a threat to the community.  Just today, after lunch, I came over to the Montana Law Library, to get on the computers, because, my three day old computer, after, I guess, I put my IP address and serial number on my blog, to try to deter these butt wipes, who steal my blog, stopped me from writing over at the Capitol Building, in the cafeteria, they erased several titles, they have been up at the session, pretending to be me, and have been for years, since I first testified or started to come to Montana, March of 2012!  I am like a ghost, and nobody sees me, so the 6 or 7 other government doubles, who are being trained to take my place, when they kill me, see why I hate the fucking Patriot Act . . . killing me has no consequences; simply put, I am a pain in the ass to law enforcement of all levels, and they have been training my replacements . . . REMEMBER, ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE . . . distinquishes me from them! 

I always use the power kicker, the higher law, the supreme law, and there in lies the power, get some!

The Interview--Kim Jong Un, North Korea

This morning, at about 1:30 a.m., the Jefferson Line Bus, pulled into the Butte Trailway Station, and the manager here, started us out with a marathon of movies, to keep us entertained.  First we watched The Hunted, with Tommy Lee Jones, one of my favorite actors, and someone whom, I am sure gained a reputation from his stellar performance in the movie The Fugitive, as he hunted and tracked, Harrison Ford, the alleged doctor, who killed his wife, but was actually framed . . . and did this new movie, possibly inspired by the other earlier, Tommy Lee Jones, relentless hunter, ever remind me of two horrifying nights for me last week, while I was in Missoula, being tracked and hunted, roughly, one night, for almost a full 24 hours, wondering, what I might have been framed with, to bring such a concerted effort to catch me?  In The Fugitive, the doctor, played by Harrison, had to outsmart, Jones, and the rest of the U.S. Marshals, and basically prove his own innocence, as I feel that I am doing right now!  This new movie, is about a trained, contracted, mercenary, basically a killing machine, that Tommy Lee Jones trains, who is going on a killing spree, up in the northwest, brutally dissecting his victims, with a knife, using animal traps, and guerilla war tactics, that only Jones, knows how to deal with the mindset of one of his students, that is later, after he kills him, seen, as one of his sons, emphasized by the quote from when God, in the Bible, commands, Abraham to offer his son for a sacrifice, in semblance, of God offering, his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrificial offering for the sins of the world . . . but there is a happier ending for Isaac, because an angel stays his father’s hand, and a ram is offered instead, not so with the soldier . . . good flick!  I would recommend it.

The next offering on the menu, was called, Pain & Gain, with Wahlberg, in a real life story, that, even the way it was filmed, almost seemed surreal, funny, and beyond believable, especially, the scene, when Wahlberg, a bodybuilder and several of his beefy friends, the rock, and another guy, try to kill the guy, they long to live his life style, with all his money, riches, mansions, cars, etc.  I think, we can gather from the story, that, it is harder to kill someone, that the movies, make it look.  There are about 3 or 4, terrible attempts, from putting him in a car, to running the car, with explosives into a building, then hitting him with a car, then running him over with a van . . . and beating him, torturing him, before that!  LOL!  I remember, one case in Utah, that was like this--a couple of drifters, a man and woman, come upon a remote farm/ranch operation, in central Utah, and hook up with the couple who owns the place, thinking they could work for awhile, earn some money, and head on down the road.  But the rancher couple, has other plans for the two, and decided to rob them of their belongings, and to dispose of the body, they think if they blow them up, the body parts will disintegrate, and just disappear or evaporate . . . not what happened.  After the explosion, cops found, noses, fingers, arms, and body parts, spread over a fourth of an acre or so, and the parts, started to stink, as decomposed bodies do, and I believe, that is how they caught the couple . . . this was 20 years ago, so, I might have confused the facts, but, that case, made me think of how really hard it is, not only to kill someone, but to get rid of the body!

Wahlberg is the ultimate, follow the gurus, with the motto, Get up off your lazy American ass, and be a can do person . . . he meets with client at the gym he works at, and starts to covet his life, and all that goes with it.  In fact, at one point, he says to the man, that he wants to be everything he is, and he does, what several women have done to me, literally takes your life, trying to eliminate you, in the process, and just like the dude in the movie, I am not as easy to kill, or get rid of as originally thought.  If fact, there is this sign on one of the buses in Missoula, that says, 5 Days and Done, I can just see, the cop controlled, paid staff, who seem easy to find, on any force, that are willing to go after me and get the money, perks, or the prestige of catching me, with the $10,000 bounty, and the alleged papers in 6 states, which is news to me!  But, none the less, in the movie, Ed Harrison, a retired cop, is contacted, as a private investigator, who brings down the ring of three men and one woman, who thinks Wahlberg and crew are CIA, she is foreign . . . the movie is done in such a way, that it seems to be fiction, but fact is always stranger than fiction . . . two of the three, get the death penalty, and the one Christian, who finds sympathy for the hostage, gets 15 years!  Both shows are really good, and worth seeing, as I have said, a thousand times, there are no short cuts to success!

The Interview, Shows, That We Humans Are More Alike Than Different, and Love/Sex is the Universal Language!

As the manager, was scrolling through the movies, he just happened to get a phone call, while going through hundreds of them, on whatever Netflix, or whatever service they have, but he had to leave, while the selection, had The Interview, which surprised me, due to the fact, that the movie seemed to have just come out, among all the controversy.  And I was again, surprised, that Columbia Pictures, not Sony, was the one who produced and released it, but maybe they are a subsidiary of Sony?  The movie was actually better than I had heard, and not as offensive, as I suspected.  There were actually some really funny parts, some stupid too, and some touching parts, that showed, the TV interviewer, Skylark, hanging out with Kim Jong Un, and just talking like two friends, who just met, might, playing basketball, driving a tank, and going after women, partying.  Un gives Skylark a dog, and the two hit is off so well, that Skylark, refuses to poison, Un, like the CIA want him to do, while his other friend, protests, saying that the young leader is just putting up a front, and later, it appears to be that way, when his own top aide, who falls in lust with the other American, that Kim, is a God to the people of North Korea, and if he is assassinated, there will just be another man to take his place, a brother, or someone else in the family, dynasty of three generations.

The thing that cracked me up, is just how American, the two TV producers and interviewers were, up for adventure, friendly, trusting, and questioning of the CIA, easily swayed to believe the image Un was putting forward, and ready to forgive and forget, making a new friend.  I have known guys, like Skylark, and they would totally roll with this scene and dig it too.  The Americans are bumbling, in their attempt to poison the leader, don’t follow the CIA rules, do their own thing, actually poison a security guard, who finds the poison, that is hidden in a bag of Skylark’s choosing, inside a package of gum.  Later the guard, dies, the way, Kim Jong Un, is suppose to die, a gruesome death, complete with vomiting and excreting all bodily fluids, from the dying body . . . not a pretty way to die.  Another thing, I liked about the movie, is the two Americans, become convinced, of Kim’s true nature, from an insider, rather than believing all they hear from the CIA.  And, rather than dying in an assassination attempt, he rather dies, due to his own doing, when he goes after the Americans, trying to blow up the tank, that he and Skylark, earlier test drove together.  So, not as offensive, as originally thought, or planned, but a result of actions, that led to consequences, done in an effort of self-defense . . . which we all agree with.  But, the movie, while corny, was somewhat, more realistic and touching to me, that I thought, even shed a tear, hoping that we can all see, the people of the earth, more like us, than different.  We all want to be respected, loved, have the necessities of life, be able to be self-actualized, and have our children, happy and protected.  I don’t think, humans demand, or most, much more than that, but I am an idealist!

The Montana Citizen's Guide to the Courts
WATER COURT

The Montana Water Court has jurisdiction to determine among competing claimants, who has the right to use water in Montana.  There is only the one Water Court, located in Bozeman, where the Chief Water Judge presides.  Under him there are four district water judges, who have their own courts.  there are 12 water masters who are attorneys supervised by the Chief Water Judge.  The masters do the majority of the adjudications work.  Any objections to the findings of a master are referred to the Chief Water Judge or to a district water judge.  

In Montana, to use either surface water or groundwater, a persona is required to have a legal right to do so.  the state Water Use Act of 1973 defines this as a water right.  This does not mean you own the water.  The State of Montana owns all waters in the state.

Water rights in Montana are property rights.  They are protected by the U.S. and Montana constitutions just like any other property right.  water rights have value, and water users cannot be deprived of their property without due process of law.

Not everyone has a legal right to use water in Montana.  the acquisition of water rights is based upon the Priority Appropriation Doctrine in Montana.  the first person to perfect a water right on a source has seniority over the next person and so on.

the water court decides competing claims for water based on the Prior Appropriation Doctrine and the legal sufficiency of a claim.  Water rights can be limited in various ways to allow someone to use only water that he has acquired a right for.

In Montana, a water user need only to put the water to a beneficial use to have a water right.  A beneficial use is a use of water for the benefit of the appropriator, other persons, or the public, including but not limited to agricultural, stock,water, domestic, fish and wildlife, industrial, irrigation, mining, municipal, power, and recreational uses.  You can legally use city water delivered to your faucet because the city holds a water right.  You don't have the right to drill a well in many Montana cities because you don't hold the groundwater rights.

The Water Court follows the same rules and laws of the local district court.  In addition, the Water Cort follows specific rules adopted by the Montana Supreme Court.

Law on Montana's Indian Reservations

Tribal law and jurisdiction is complicated and varies based on:

• Who are the parties to the action (Indian or non-Indian)
• Where the act occurred (within Indian Country, outside of Indian Country, or fee or trust land within Indian Country)
• What type of action is involved ( civil, criminal--again it varies depending on status of the parties and victim)
• Whether the act in question affects a tribe's sovereignty (often balanced against state and federal interests)

In Montana, there are seven Indian reservations; each makes and enforces its own laws subject to any compacts with the state, or with federal laws and regulations.  Tribal law varies based on how the tribal government was established (by treaty or executive order), the provisions of tribal constitutions, and tribal legislative enactments and administrative rules.

Each of the tribes located within Montana has its own tribal courts which operate in a manner similar to what takes place in federal or state district courts--but tribal courts also reflect the unique needs of each tribal culture.

Common areas of controversy between tribes, states, and the federal government include jurisdictional determinations, gaming activities, taxation issues, Indian Child Welfare Act matters, water rights, and hunting/fishing/gathering rights.  A person's ability to determine what forum has jurisdiction to hear a matter regarding tribal people, tribal lands, or tribal rights depends on analyzing a variety of factors.  Since there are virtually no easy rules in federal Indian law--and tribal law varies from tribe to tribe--it is important to understand what legal principles apply to any given situation when evaluating whether a matter may be properly brought in the tribal judicial system.

Happy Days Are Here Again--New Computer ChromeBook!

I am heading to Helena, Montana, the Capital City, to get some face time, dispel any notions of who I am, and what I look like . . . baby sisters, Sue, Rachel, Tiff, or big ass sister, Shelley, are not going to steal my identity, nor have me killed, nor take my blog--and eventually, Google, will get it right, stop allowing access through the multiple, but alleged, one account, that access seems to be provided to about anyone, who pays them enough.  Apple stock is three times Googles, maybe there is something to protecting your account holders, and refusing to let the government and their bitches have access to bloggers, who bring you a hell of a lot of traffic!  Apple is not playing ball with the feds, and they are not pretending to, jump through, cyber due process hoops . . . Google still gives the appearance of protecting their accounts, but in reality, they give total access to the feds, upon request and they are paid to do so, that American greed, works wonders.  The little Lego video, you and your dudes, created, right after you lost the law suit to the feds, NSA, and their cyber spying crew, is a joke to anyone, who knows the process, that is demanded from the 4th amendment, like protection from unreasonable searches and seizures, and only on probable cause, under oath and affirmation, going before a magistrate or judge, for approval, rubber stampers too, listing with particularity or specificity, the persons, places, and things to be searched or seized.

You, Google, go back and forth, pretending to give the account holders some process, but in reality, it is the feds, who get the say, and the account holder, as is the case, with me, is given no notice, of the spying activity . . . my God, I am a constitutional law attorney, and I am on the "to watch list?"  My heart bleeds red, white and blue, 24/7, with total allegiance, to the flag, the country, protecting the President, as long as his actions, are constitutional, and so, what the fuck is up . . . Anyway, this is a bit more stripped down that the other model, because I can't turn on the caps, nor delete, as far as I have figured out yet, without holding down the shift key, or using the backspace key, to go down on the word, from the back, forward!  That sounds dirty, but, I can't see a delete key, which is strange . . . but may distinguish this computer, MY, computer, or book, from Shelley's, Kay's, the hacker bitches, Sue, Rachel and Tiff, or Kelly are not on it 24/7 to steal, correct, so as not to reveal the true writer, or to censor for swear words.  Getting this white computer, made me think of purity, all things are symbolic, and maybe, I should stop swearing so much . . . I never said my first swear word, until I was 28, and pregnant with my fourth child, and my husband, Richard C. Dumb AND Dumber

 

My cursor starts out, where it should, two spaces below the title; however, when the NSA, joins me, the cursor, jumps up at the same level as the title, so they can, follow my words, and correct, anything that might be offensive to the cops, and their girlz, or the 6 other ME's, what fucking clown ass shit, grow the fuck up!  I cannot use the symbol for--just mistakenly did a typo, symbot . . . yeah, using my blog money, they bot, the NSA!  But, I cannot even use the symbol for "&", if you can believe it!  Holy shit, but oh, well, yesterday, to go under the radar screen, I found a search engine, and now they have so the true hits/results, will be stolen, buried in another blogsite, close to mine, or simply put in the dark web and deep Internet, where about over 153,000,000, starting, daily, back a year ago, February, have gone missing.  Today, the hits or results, on this new, but untainted site for right now, had 13,000,000--thanks to Russian, Girl Band, Pussy Riots, San Fransisco, 49er, QB, and always hit gold, mentioning, my son's bands, Old School Parallax, God's Revolver, Maraloka, and new Delta Force . . . or something like that, not bad results in the last 15 seconds--however, that is the number I had after the third week of the blog, back in October of 2013, with my enemies, redirecting my hits, results, under the government or their access blog, with my name, articles, bio, etc. 

 

This is a rotten compromise, that should not be agreed to, ever . . . that is why I report, LAW ENFORCEMENT actions, to you, and hope that some honest cops, NSA person, CIA, FBI, city cop or sheriff, will actually take down the tragic heroes, before they ruin it for all cops, leaving the people with absolutely no respect for cops, whatsoever . . . and it is not me doing it to you--you are doing it to yourself, I am just exposing, the rotten compromise you are trying to coerce and force me into--give it all up, or jail, incarceration, detention, without charges, hearings, release date, and possible prison forever!  That threat, was delievered to me, by a cop, I didn't know, on the streets of Salt Lake City, Utah, at least three years ago!  My client, whom, they are trying to say, one of the gals, besides me, did the 16 page brief, I wrote that saved, Jeremy Johnson's ass, for being hung by the FTC or Federal Trade Commission!  Honesty, Jeremy, is always the best policy!

 

After watching the cops, trying to anticipate, every possible stop I might make, this morning, while on the streets, I walked in Safeway Grocery Store, not seeing the cops, stop there, because, it is not one of my normal stops, and when I walked in, there was a floor display, with movies on it, and as I looked down, the first one to catch my eye, but with a title, that didn't fail to meet my mind's eye, and so very symbolic of what I watched, again, this morning, me, the tracked, watching the trackers, track me . . . LOL!  I just had to shake my head, when I looked down, and the only movie, that my brilliant brain, caught, sight of, was Dumb and Dumber, as sheriff's squad cars, joined the cop cars, I  had seen all morning!  I just laugh, as I return on the U Dash Campus Bus, just the second, a cop car just casually drives by, marking the trail, because they watch  me 24/7 from satilite!  So, I knew, the games from the the other night, were not over!

 

I didn't get off the bus, as expected, with the destination, of the Oxford Bar & Grill, that I stayed at the other night, until the cops realized it, and sent in undercover or confidential informants, to rat me out to the hired help, who started to whisper and look at me strange, so I left . . . but, I am sure, that the cops, figured I got off the bus, as I was taking a tour of the city, the campus bus, just one of three student owned and operated, bus systems in the country, way awesome, and they do a bang up job!  Before I noticed the cops, whom I was hoping would give up and go handle real crime, I stopped at the Jameson Club and Restaurant, I had read 50 pages in Margalit's book, On Compromise, and was anxious, to SUCK IN all the knowledge I could from this scholarly man, and the club, had an inviting mock front room, with wing-backed leather chairs, much like the two maroon ones, I used to have before, the cops raided my house, and took everything, the day before, I was to argue, my $357M securities case, before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Denver, Kay Baby, lusted after that one, living in Boulder Colorado, dreaming of a case, that would get her to that federal court, so when the boyz club, offered to let her steal my case, taking all the glory and money, for my bribed clients, Henry S. Brock and Jay Rice, with my portion of the case, that was won, on the brief, I had already written, she jumped at the chance, and the CIA Make a Wish Foundation, at JoAnn's expense, granted her dream, with the help of the FBI, who ordered the three judges to cancel oral arguments, when I showed up, after the house raid, with briefs, clothes, law practice and computers, stolen, among about $1.4M worth of property!  And I am the bad guy?  This is not a rotten compromise, but coercion, force, and now threats, and the three year attempt, thinking, I will say, okay, you win, the gals, get to have everything I am, did, created, gave birth to, and nurtured!

FUCK YOU COCKROACHES! 

P.S., Just a funny note, before the NSA, realizes that I am back on, did a surprise, exit, without, the spell check, they already blocked, but I was representing, Michael Shane Clark, one of the defendants, in the Cheek et al v. Garrett et al, Iron County Corruption case, along with the other two, Haylee Cheek and Travis Braun, both of whom have, or all have been bribed, to say, that Shelley, or Rachel, or Kelly Ann Booth, are me, and I had nothing to do with the case . . . in fact, one of Shane's, booty call girls, told me she saw Shelley in court, being ME!  Judge WESTFALL!  The only one who could have had the credibility to allow this to happen, was Westfall, I am fat, and so is Shelley and Kelly, and Rachel is not looking so hot, the last time I saw here . . . but, when Michael G. Westfall, was a family law practitioner, he represented a very wealthy widow, with not children, who he put in a nursing home, and along with her montly living expenses, had a nice little, $2,000 per month payment written out to him!  How is that for repayment, you fucked up liar, jealousy from you and John Walton, the day, I gave you both photo copies of my certificate to the United States Supreme Court Bar?  I think so . . . you are both pathetic excuses for judges, and both liars, that helped that bitch Shelley, waltz in a pretend she was me, along with Kelly, and that other part of the female, dumb, dumber and dumbest, crew of loser chicks, that may be thinner, but hey, they can't hold a candle to me, in the law, and neither can you two!  LOL! 

 

But, back to the cockroach story . . . the cops, packed the courtroom, and surrounded the courthouse, with about 60 cops, cars and trucks, intimidating any friends of the defendant or myself, or members of the public, like Shane's boss, Mike Church or Parish, or some church term, and inside, there were undercover cops, plain clothes cops, and narc cops, packing the side of the courtroom, behind the prosecutors, making the jury, who was seated, notice that there were no supporters, on our side of the pews or benches, behind counsel's table!  Violation of the 6th amendment, right to a public trial!  At the end of the kangaroo court, with short circuit TVs, and prosecutors, the other 4, rewriting jury instructions, as they watched my arguments, and then totally throwing out the Constitution, all the Bill of Rights, and even, LOL, telling the jury, that they could not consider, counsel, or MY arguments, can you believe this shit . . . what the hell, do the judge and the prosecutor think the rights are for, because the prosecutor, after telling the press if I won, they couldn't print it in the newspaper, and when I complained to the judge, that he could not throw the Constitution out, and my arguments, and the prosecutor, said, "Well, if JoAnn, gets to use the Constitution, it is unfair to the STATE!  You dumb bitch!  It is not the state, sitting with its ass in a jail cell or a prison, after 3 narc cops, planted 51 pieces of felony evidence in his house, set him up on controlled buys, and sent a confidential informant, to piss him off, the night after, Haylee, is girl, was stripped searched, had her pizza covered with drugs, by a DRE cop or officer, then a forced cathederization, and her children taken!  She had tested clean for three months on hair folical tests . . . Oh, sorry, Shelley did the case, or was it Kelly?  I think Rachy gets my Brock case, or is that Kay . . . they split up the duties, with 6, still not making up, one of me!  LOL . . .

 

But during closing arguments, after seeing all the cops, glaring down at me from their 6'5" eyes, trying to lord over my 5'7" to 5'7 1/2" frame, as we came in and out of the courtroom, and noticing all the cops, in the gallery or audiance, I said, to the jury, there are so many cockroaches in this courtroom today . . . blah, blah, blah . . . the court was stone silent, until Westfall busted a gut, knowing damn well, there were a shit load of them, and then even my clients, dared break a smile!  So, this all fits, that is the start of all the bull shit, that I am still dealing with today . . . man, I know a lot about MY cases!  I wonder why?  Maybe, because, I am the one who did them!  Do ya think?  LOL!  Go figure, can't agree to your:
