POLYGAMY = CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING + CHILD SLAVE LABOR

We don't need to look to extremism in countries half way around the world, we have these heinous crimes, right here in the U.S.A., in Utah--across the state, in Montana--a community 30 miles south of Missoula, and in other states.  Maybe with the Nobel Peace Prize going to these two political activist for children rights, the rest of the world, will focus on the same issues, in their own countries, because trouble is apparent all over the planet . . . maybe we can build a better world for future generations, President Obama.  Polygamy is often seen as a Utah, Mormon issue, that is considered freedom of religion, not what it really is, especially for the children caught up in it, from girls married off, at the time they reach puberty, and often married to men, years older then themselves, not out of love, but, out of the need to control women, before they get educated, mature, and have a mind of their own, often with parental approval, or boys in these communities that are seen as rivals for female sex, love, labor, service, and are often put into two years of labor, with the rewards of a wife of their own, a home, and the possibility of children, only to find out, that their efforts were in vain, the free labor exploited for the older patriarchal order, and rule, and my be kicked out of the community and their families to fend for themselves.

Utah Appeals Ruling in 'Sister Wives' Case

Just a little run down on the history of recent and historical battles over polygamy, including this case, with alleged reality show star Kody Brown and his four wives, saying a provision of the law forbidding cohabitation violated the family's freedom of religion.  Starting in about 1999, Utah Attorney General, Jan Graham, my old boss, at the AG's office, appointed, former Utah Attorney General and others, to take on the issue of polygamy in the state of Utah with roughly 70,000 known polygamous families living in the Salt Lake Valley, putting together a task force to research, investigate and prosecute polygamy, which violates bigamy statutes or laws, while being an active belief in the prevailing culture and religion of the state, that of the Mormon Church, complicating the issue.  Although, polygamy is often attributed to fundamentalist Mormons, in the different warring factors of the FLDS, or Fundamentalist Latter-Day Saints, a splinter group of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, back in the days, around 1890, after the Mormon Manifesto, allegedly banning the practice of polygamy, with mounting pressure from the United States Government, who held the practice of polygamy hostage, as a condition for statehood, that took almost 50 years, due to the aberrant practice, unique to Mormons, starting back in New York, Illinois, and Missouri, as Mormons were persecuted and chased from state to state, with objections to the questionable lifestyle, foreign to current morals, values, and practices of the rest of the country, and considered a crime, along with slavery, with the U.S. government making the practice of polygamy forbidden forever, unless there is a 2/3rd vote of both houses of the Utah Legislature, in addition to approval of the U.S. government, and a vote of the people!  

Polygamy is singled out, by the U.S. government, who had sent troops into arrest the hierarchy of the Mormon Church, and seize church property, for violating not only the sense of the United States people, but making a bad impression on the Victorian era, British, who saw the practice as barbaric and inane!  Better known as the twin relics of barbarism, polygamy and slavery, both banned in the new Utah state Constitution!  But, in recent years, that provision, dealing with polygamy has slowly been altered, and last I looked, I couldn't even find that particular section of the Utah Constitution, with the Utah Legislature, or someone, treating the state's highest law, as long as it doesn't conflict with the U.S. Constitution, the supreme law of the land, which, now the Utah Constitution does!  In, 2009, me and my co-author of the pocket sized, Utah Constitution & Fun Facts, included an email, I had written to AG, Mark Shurtleff, a personal friend, or was one until I sued him, as a defendant in the Brock securities case, chiding him, in a round about way of not making good on his election promise to clean up polygamy, as his former boss had hired him to do . . . the difference, per se, between a female and male attorney general! LOL!

The Email and Utah Constitution Section, that Threatened Polygamy in Utah--Legitimizing Adultery, if You Want to Get Right Down to It!

I reminded Mark, that 8 or 9 years ago, his number one campaign issue was getting rid of polygamy, and now I found a section of the Utah Constitution, that forbid it forever . . . with me, giving a brief outline of the struggle for statehood, the polygamy challenge case, I believe it was, Reynolds v. U.S.A., back around the turn of the century, and the Mormon Manifesto, when church leaders, were learning in Utah, which wanted a theocracy, to be left alone in the desert, to have the way with the women, what first amendment, separation of church and state meant!  The section regarding religious practices in Utah, is even much stiffer and separate than even the first amendment, not establishing religion, nor prohibiting the practice thereof . . . no state funds, if I remember, were to be used for ecclesiastical efforts, and more.  Although, as I have followed, Mark over the last 9 years or so, with regards to polygamy, I have found, that he not only was not actively pursuing violators, he was actually going and meeting with polygamist leaders and communities and asking them what they needed by way of assistance from the state!  WHAT!

I also heard that Mark, who, as most Mormons, came from polygamist roots, back before the government and the Mormon Manifesto, prohibited the practice, with many people like Mitt Romney's ancestors, taking off to Mexico and Canada, so as not to be held to the laws of the United States that prohibited and forbid the practice, with women and black suffrage, or voting rights, that archaic practice was totally foreign to the direction the new country and its government was going in, working toward the ideals, goals, and tenants of both the preamble of the Constitution, and new amendments, including due process and equal protection, without discriminating against sex, race, religion, age, and other issues, that often create divisions and distinctions between citizens in the Union, creating hatred and divisive actions, along with civil rights violations.  During that time, polygamy just went underground, and got lip service from the church and the state sanctioned practice, by turning a blind eye, as members continued to be married out on the Great Salt Lake, or out of the country, hiding violators in caves in the west desert, to avoid prosecution.  To the point, there were no prosecutions at all, until Jan started to focus on the other, tangentially related issues, connected with polygamy, domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, welfare fraud, tax evasion, etc.

The History Behind This Current Case, 'Sister Wives'

A prosecutor either from Utah County Attorneys Office or Provo City, decided to go after, reality TV star, Kody Brown, for practicing polygamy, in violation of state bigamy laws, being married, or having a license, which seems to be the lynch pin of this case . . . the law is about, definitions and hair splitting, as it appears to be boiling down to in this case.  I guess, that the prosecutor, was contacted by AG, Shurtleff's office, that the current policy for prosecuting polygamy cases, was, that there had to be another crime connected to the bigamy charges to merit the charges . . . really, what crime do you know, that you encourage another crime, to prosecute, the former crime, tandem crimes?  That is no more the law to the rest of the civilized world, but nobody ever said, that Utah Mormons are not above the law, and they elect the people who would further their religious interests . . . many active, allegedly righteous women, who may just be sick of sex with their husbands, and want another wife to take over the duties, which says little of Mormon sex practices, also go along with this bull shit practice!

Mark, also stated that with an increasing number of Muslims moving to Utah, and I wonder why, with polygamist wives of their own, legally they can marry up to four wives, that made it even harder to prosecute Utah's polygamy cases.  Hot dick, Kody, took off to greener pastures, and I am joking with regard to the scenery, because there are even greater parts of the state that are desert in Nevada, but the political climate might be better, with people never connecting Mormons with settling sin city, Las Vegas, therefore, disassociating the prevailing religious dominance of Utah, to mob ruled, Nevada . . . however, Senator, Harry Reid is a Mormon, and panders to the Mormons in Nevada, who are much like Montana, the Mormons have gone underground, while still controlling politics, they are less noticeable.  In Utah, you assume that everyone is Mormon, which is not true; however, the reverse is true in Montana and Nevada, you assume that there are few Mormons, big mistake, ask me about it.  The focus in the this case, switched from religion in the state of Utah, to the individual religious freedom of Kody boy, and his four wives, rock in, it with the stars in Vegas now, but nonetheless, just as protected by politics and the Mormon church!

Good Ol' Boy, Judge Clarke Waddoups to the Rescue, the GoTo Judge for the Mormon Church!

A little history, Michael Waddoups, the former president of the Utah Legislature, was in office, when I did both, wrote the booklet on the Utah Constitution, bringing to the attention of legal and legislative authorities, the section of the law in Utah, that forbid polygamy forever, thinking, stupid little constitutional law attorney, bad ass that I am, that people would actually be really excited to have the legal authority right there in the state constitution that gave them, not only the right to prosecute polygamy, but in addition, they actually had a total prohibition of polygamy, making it mandatory that they rid the state of the insidious cancer of one of the twin relics of barbarism, I always taught, with vigor as a family law professor at the University of Utah, with a large anti-Mormon contingency!

In addition to my efforts to aid the state in getting rid of polygamy, I sued the state of Utah, Shurtleff and others, including Governor Herbert, for the little sum of $357M, that I was again, naive enough to think, people might actually be excited about, just to get the tax revenues on their homes, they never finish because, as long as they don't finish the house, they didn't have to pay taxes, I see that new AG, Sean Reyes, is at least wiling to go along with the Arizona attorney general, and go after the taxes, with the drama queen and kings of the Jeff Warren followers, FLDS, alleged prophet, who was convicted in Texas for raping a child, now getting the sympathy of the Mormons around the world, by camping out in tents in their back yards, so they don't remain in their homes, thus bringing down the wrath of tax investigators and prosecutions in both states, where Colorado City and Hildale are located!  Once again, in total honesty, lacking malicious intent, I use the title I added to the email, I sent to AG, Mark Shurtleff, back in 2008/09, that states, Polygamy a Problem Then and Now . . . referring to the early days of the church, and to the current situation, at the XYZ Ranch, of polygamist sects connected with Warren Jeffs.  With Utah, finding  legal technicality to overturn Jeff's conviction, for the same incident, as he was sentenced to 32 years, in Texas . . . go figure!  THANKS TEXAS!

What Waddoups is Really Trying to Do!  Remember, Earlier in This Blog, I Said, that the Utah AG, Mark Shurtleff, Told the Attorney Prosecuting 'Sister Wives' TV Star, That Utah Was Not Going to Prosecute Polygamy, Unless There Was Another Crime Attached

• the crime of polygamy stands alone, and it the only crime that requires the federal government to agree to allow polygamy, a vote of the people, after two thirds of the house and senate, voting to do anything but, forbid it forever!  
• Article 1, Section 21, prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude; what used to be, Article 1, Section 22, in a similar fashion, forbid polygamy forever . . . that section has been erased, disappeared, taken out, without following any of the prescribed methods of amending the Utah Constitution, with specific and particular instructions and directions, dealing only with polygamy, as the insidious practice that it is . . . with the fucking Utah Legislature, remember the connection between, former president of the senate, Michael Waddoups--clean up the Utah Constitution, Judge Clarke--rock the mop, and clean up all legal connections to the law, and decriminalize, through criminal actions, malfeasance and misfeasance in office, with U.S. Constitution, Article III, stating that judges can only be retained or on the bench in good behavior, so key players, having gotten away with both deleting polygamy sections of the state constitution, and stealing the Brock case . . . Waddoups' brother, are at best, not worthy to serve either the people, nor the bench, especially, the federal bench, who had to be involved in the deleting of the 22 section of the Utah Constitution, unlawfully, unconstitutionally, without due process, without notice to the public, the people, nor the federal government, and I would venture a guess, knowing full well, the bull shit these assholes in Utah get away with promoting a Mormon Agenda, rather than either a Utah agenda, nor an American agenda, and remember, any law, or deleting of a law, is void, that is repugnant to the U.S. Constitution, with the Utah Constitution, clearly stating that Utah is an inseparable part of the Union, and the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land . . . in Utah that doesn't matter! 
•  a religion is an entity who seeks to serve God, and practice godly principles.  A cult, on the other hand, uses the personal and religious beliefs of the member to further, a private agenda, focusing on money, power, sex, and pride . . . does this smack of allowing under age marriages, basically sex trafficking and involuntary servitude, through polygamy, allowing minors with parental consent to get married, as young as 14, if I remember right!  And you can't see that this is human body trafficking?  
• local, state and federal authorities, ought to do what their former authorities did, come in threaten to arrest the church authorities and seize the temple and church properties, until they get in compliance and conformance with the contract between the U.S. government and Utah, at the time of the signing of the Utah Constitution, with polygamy, being the sacrificial lamb, showing allegiance to the United States, under a secular government, a Republic, or a representative form of government, through a democratic process of elections, not a theocracy, or church run state!  
• this demonstrates the total lack of adherence to the 1st amendment, the freedom of religion clause, the very clause, Judge Clarke Fuck-ups, is allegedly relying on for his decriminalization of polygamy! He, like his fellow judicial sell mate, Judge Tena Campbell, who admitted not only on the bench, during the trial court hearing, in the U.S. district court, that she knew little of the Utah Constitution, the highest law of the land, unless it conflicts with the U.S. Constitution, which it does not!  Apparently the whole, U.S. federal district court, in the district of Utah, needs a refresher course, not only on constitutional law, but due process, equal protection, and all the other great rights, that both the U.S. Constitution and state of Utah Constitution, demand for its, citizens, with duel citizenship and protections, under both!
• allegedly the alleged judge, who should not even be a member of the Utah State Bar, which is also and arm of the Mormon Mafia, run cult, should have his judicial appointment revoked, and his bar license yanked . . . but the gutless bar association, was in on this whole charade, cover-up, and continue to protect, non-lawyers, who have never gone to law school, never taken the bar, and are involved in criminal conspiracies, of the likes of this violating both the letter & spirit of the Constitution, making all actions VOID!  They just keep it all in the family!  Extended, however!
• if the Department of Justice, wants to stop human body trafficking, child labor, indentured servitude, they need to crack down on both of the twin relics of barbarism, that make the crimes possible, and even sanctioned by the courts, the church, the legislature, and violating the rights of children!

They, Mormons, believe they are chosen, sick con artists, expect to be chosen, worshiped, believe that the outside world is a threat, when the cult hits that point, they retreat and then you get a Jones Town . . . mass hypnosis, and mass suicide.  The mask of the great families, nice people, with language and business skills, it all a nice front, for the darker, more sinister, side of the Mormon Church, with power, control, money, with the intent of sex, through polygamy, are at the roots of Mitt Romney's run for president, behind his slimy behavior, and lack of commitment to beliefs, because, as I said at the beginning of his nomination, back in 2012, he is running under a Mormon Agenda, not so unlike ISIS, with murderous plots, and secret plans, mascarading as a religion, but with earthly agendas, of power, money, sex and pride . . . all about image, perception, societal control, to the point, of doing, whatever it takes, with no limits and no exceptions!

Think of the Bush administration, Cheney, the monster, a jack Mormon, from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, strong Mormon settlement, accepting millions from Halliburton, government contractors, in exchange for wars, in Iraq and Afghanistan, that no Mormon boy, or few, ever serving their country, with the Mormon Church, lowering the age of missionary service, to 18, to avoid the draft through church service, a deferment, or whatever it takes, with agendas other than American traditions and values!  Mitt Romney has 5 sons, and not one, served the country . . . a man's treasure is where his heart is, and for Romney, it is in the church, where his fortune is, claiming 30% charitable donations, with all 30% going to the Mormon Church.

Just recently, there was an article, in the Great Falls Tribune, listing the level or percentage of people's incomes that went to charity, with Mormons coming up on the top of the list.  That is deceptive in and of itself, they came in around 5.6% of their incomes, going to charity, that 4.4% remaining, is taking into account the non-Mormons in the state of Utah, who don't pay tithes and offerings.  And this money does not go to your local United Way, food banks, homeless shelters, youth homes, or senior charities, it goes directly into the Mormon Church, who uses it to fund, church approved work, like building chapels, missionary work, church activities, benefiting mainly Mormons, with little going, by way of what you would think of your traditional charity contribution.  A Mormon can't hold a calling, will not be put in a prominent position, can't see their children married in the temple, or go there themselves, if they don't give 10% of their incomes to the Mormon Church,  

That is a bit different, than what most impressed charitable givers would consider, a charitable contribution, while counting their own church donations, that are voluntary, that is not the case with Mormons.  The church would answer, that and say, sure it is voluntary, but they don't mention the social, religious pressure to give 100% of that 10% of your income to the church, with ramifications, if you don't.  If the impressed masses, knew, that most of that money was going to start building a new Mormon chapel, daily around the world, they would, probably not consider that to be classified as a charitable contribution!  But a donation to keep the Mormon empire around the world going!  Don't fool yourself.  And this is not to denigrate the good work, humanitarian efforts, when crisis hit around the world, because they do that to, but the majority of the money, goes to not necessarily building the Kingdom of God on earth, but to building the Kingdom of Mormonism around the globe!  It is all about them, Mormons, the rest of us, are like the other 90% who actually believe in God, and try to live by godly principles, not cultish goals, like money, power, sex, polygamy, and pride!

A Photographer's Dream Shot, Christmas Magic, Behind a Harvest Moon

Hiking up at Herron Park, golden aspen leaves, pines, people walking dogs, glistening grassy meadows, the warm sun, fields now tinged with brown and green, blue skies, a few white, billowy clouds, listening to DePeche Mode and reading the rest of the newspaper.  Cruising up to Best View, talking, reading, hiking, eating donuts, and getting the hell bugged out of us, by friends, demanding, checking up, wanting favors, and ditching out on the world, to the beauty of the Flathead . . . magic!  Suddenly a large, yellow, orange, gold, light, huge appeared from behind the now, dark purple mountains, across the waters, beyond the island and pines in the water, over by Bigfork, that kept growing larger, and larger, with a crescent glow of a harvest moon, that seems to only come in the fall, and all its glory, larger than life, almost appearing sun-like, with size, an enormous ball, rising out of obscurity, slowly inching its way above the protection of the mountains, with silhouettes of pines, islands, lights on the bay, the last embers of the day, as the beam of light, dances on the water, in a straight line, over the dark masses of billions of gallons of water, teeming with fish, underwater life, now buried in the blackness of a watery grave and of the autumn night.

It has been years, since I have seen a moon, so monstrous and magical, creeping, crawling, overcoming the deep night, that is vying for dominance in the, soon to be cold, night over the amazingly large lake, that marks the entrance into Glacier National Park, and surrounding towns.  But the thing that struck me, beyond the glorious rise of power over the night, was what appeared to be a massive cross, that was not centered behind the moon, at first, but, a sight that I had never imagined, thought I was seeing something, and asked John to validate that I was seeing what was allegedly rising in the sky, so abnormal, so powerful, and so symbolic; we had been talking of Christ, being killed due to envy, beyond the claimed blasphemy, what struck me the most last Sunday, in reading the four books of Christ's life, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, was the mention in all four accounts, of the fact that it was envy that led to the crucifixion of Jesus, not his wealth, nor political station, not a home, a wife, status, but simple envy of his honest, humble prophetic life, that was marked without a pillow to lay his head, not like the fox, with a hole to sleep in, but just the majesty of who this man was, is and will be . . . and there was this huge cross, so big, so impressive, so cool, now, with four points, perfectly placed, at spatially strategic and even proportions, size, length, shape, and shine, going from four points around this harvest moon, so rare . . . John are you seeing this, am I really seeing this, is it there, but he was watching the road as we, rounded the round about, outside of town.

This spectacle almost looked like a gigantic golden, silver, whitish pinata, hanging in the sky, so large, that it could not be real, was it?  What I would have given to have a high powered camera, with a lens that could have captured, this almost Christmas, sign, emblem, symbol, maybe of the Christian center, and effect, rising consciousness, or whatever, growing over the valley, what the hell, was I seeing?  A new star shining in the east, like the star, in Hallmark seasons greetings and Christmas cards, showing the heavenly sign of Christ's birth, leading the wise men, the shepards, guarding their flocks, by night, the silent, holy night, Christmas, what happened tonight over the Flathead?  Simply beyond anything I have ever seen in my entire life, ever, by far . . . I witness and attest to that fact, too bad I didn't have a camera, and was a photographer, catching the proof, the sign, the magic, what is a sign for all Christians, throughout the world, that he was born, he lived, he died, and he lives again!  Cross my heart, and hope to die . . . this cross, dwarfed, anything in the valley, made mountains, mole hills . . .

PD Budget Constraints, Somers, MT's Answer

Put a dummy in a cop car, drivers never know when the real dude is sitting there or not.  Last night, John and I took a full moon, midnight cruise along the Flathead Lake, almost to Missoula, and back.  Just as you leave Kalispell, and start heading out of town and over the hill, through Somers, Montana, I always remind John of the permanent speed trap, that lays in wait for unsuspecting motorists, just up and over the crest of the hill, where there is always, always, always, a police squad car!  It doesn't matter what time of day or night, there is a PD cruiser waiting for you, parked near some buildings, either on the right or the left side of the structures, moved in the last few months. John drives so good, predictable, and smooth, but he always, pumps the breaks a bit, while we are passing that section of the highway, going over the top, to a natural decline that makes the car start to go down hill, picking up speed, so you naturally get going a bit over the speed limit, or if unchecked, you will be slightly over the limit, and a target for a ticket.

Several months ago, John informed me not to worry about the speed trap, because that was just a dummy in the vehicle.  What?  Are you sure?  Yeah, someone drove over and noticed that the guy sitting in the squad car is not a real police officer, but just a mock cop, and you don't really need to slow down anymore, because rumor has it, that officer, can't even get out and walk up to your car, so, just sit back and enjoy the drive.  Do, you really think you should trust that, I mean, some one might be just telling you that, furthering the tale, making driver's less cautious, then bingo, you get caught in the snare, and you are sited with a $100 speeding ticket!  He assures me, that is no worry, check the dude out, he is a fake . . . so, each time I go by, I look at the alleged dummy sitting in the driver seat, always with his hand on the steering wheel, just like the last time I checked.  But, John, you are still running the risk, that if the city decides to put a real cop in the car, you are toast!

So, this scenario continued for a few months, until we were driving through Lakeside, a town just passed Somers, and it was the 4th of July weekend, and sure enough, there sitting in another squad car, with other officers out directing traffic for an event in town that day, there was in deed, a dummy sitting in the cop vehicle, and old one, parked on the side of the road!  I did a second take, as I made sure my eyes were not deceiving me, and yes, the cops had employed a dummy to do patrol duty!  That my seem like a joke, to you easterners, you British blokes, Love & Rockets fans, like myself, may laugh, but, actually, that is a great way, to make drivers think they are safe, and get comfortable speeding, like most big redneck truck drivers do, on the long stretches of highways in Montana, then one night, put a real cop, just doing his job, as John would say, but officer, all I ever wanted in life, was to love the right woman . . . we don't care, we are just doing our job, then while he is pleading for the one thing he wants in life, a woman, the officer hands him the ticket! LOL!  Then the double whammy, John, always finishes his tirade with, and we'll leave the lights on for ya . . . using the Motel 6, slogan, to finish the dreary ending to his interaction, pleading his case with the cops!  LOL!

Like most things I see with Montanans practical approach to life, you do as my Grandmother said, you stir with what you have . . . if you only have money for one patrol officer, or maybe not even one at night, because most cops have anger issues, and need their beauty sleep, 8 hours minimum, and you need one, put a dummy in the cop's place, until everyone believes the dummy story, then, BAM!  GOTCHA!  

Inequality for All, Lecture Last Night at FVCC

For the non-locals among my readers, that stands for Flathead Valley Community College, who sponsored the shindig last night, to enlighten all of us, about the state of the economy, the issues, the history, the problems, and what we need to do about it, the college showed the film, produced by former, Secretary of Labor, under the Clinton Administration, remember those very prosperous years, with budget surpluses, rebate checks to tax payers, tight economy, and prosperity for me and my posterity years, Robert Reich, the short guy, who Clinton met on a summer abroad, 21 years earlier, with Clinton, having read all Reich's books on the economy, brought him on board, to help guide the ship, and we are glad he did; however, the Sec, was still frustrated, with the lack of speed in implementing various suggestions, that really would have helped even more, and took to the streets, to educate, We the People, landing a teaching job at UC Berkeley, the liberal mecca of colleges, to excite young minds, who both he and I, believe have the ability, to really make some changes, not so set in their ways, as to buck any new ideas!

If it worked once, it will work again.  Reich, looks to the era, known as the golden generation, who at the end of World War II, used the GI bill to educate the masses, of troops, just returning to the states, made first time home owners a reality, and with little disparity in earned income and wages, between corporate America, and workers, with unions in full bloom, protecting the new burgeoning work force, America had the greatest economy on the planet!  A marvel to the world, and a model for our times now.  You cannot, fucking, argue with SUCCESS!  If you don't learn from history, you will forever remain a child!  Reaganomics, the trickle down economy didn't work, deregulation didn't work, as we say with the bank and mortgage crisis of 2007, money doesn't trickle down hill, like your car, cresting a hill, and heading on the decline, it has always gone from the bottom, or middle class, and spreads the fruits of the laborers, and floods the economy with new business and job creations, sending kids to college, home ownership, and a large number of consumers!

News Flash . . . the rich, the 1%, is not large enough, to make a dent in the economy, they are not consumers, and they have never been the ones to sure up the economy!  Four hundred, of the richest people in America, make as much as the rest of us put together.  They only buy so many cars, clothes, watches, eat so much food, etc., they cannot, ever, no matter how you look at it, fix the economy through consumerism, because, there just simply not enough of them . . . but with the rest of the population, the consumers, making up 70% of the GNP, can!  Americans need wage increases to meet the times, not stagnate at the levels back in 1978, and not with huge bonuses, and incomes for top CEOs, pass the profits to the people who made your company and you rich, and we what happens!

The middle class is where it is at . . . is the group we need to prosper, focus on, build, educate, give tax breaks to, and really help, with equality, wages, and jobs!  That is the real change that needs to happen . . . and that is what the Obama administration, is doing with the plan the President presented to the same group, that Reich, knows, will get things going, the youth of this nation, that are not so tainted with failure thoughts, and believe in the American Dream and are willing to go for it!  They are not as cut throat, dog eat dog minded, and they will take others to the top of the prosperity charts with them!

Bully for them . . . I have taught at three colleges, and they are the movers and shakers of both today and tomorrow, that can pull this off, with open minds . . . a mind is not an empty vessel to be filled, but a FIRE to be ignited!

So SIMPLE, IT IS SCARY!

Do the numbers, do the math, look at the facts, look to America's prosperous times, and follow the President's lead, and his challenge to the Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University, and their likes, across this great land, take up the gauntlet, and go for it!  We have a plan that will work, pressure your congressional delegations to get these needed pieces of legislation passed, and if they won't, can their asses!  Show the world, the American way, to kick some major ass, and get the world's economy going in the process, follow our lead, capitalism is the greatest force the world has ever seen!  As Nike would say, JUST DO IT!

Temptation, Deceit, Betrayal

I think the first time I learned not to do anything with another girl's guy, which, I didn't, he did, but I got blamed for it, but I was swinging on a swing, and my best friend's alleged boyfriend, as boyfriend and girlfriend, as you can get at that age, came up behind me and simply pushed me on the swing.  Without knowing that anything was wrong with what had just happened, my friend, Jan, came up and started yelling at me, telling me I was stealing her boyfriend, and she gave me the silent treatment, dissing me to other friends in our circle of friends . . . really?  I had not been the one, who came up and pushed him, flirted with him, it was he, she should be mad at, not me.  I remember, not only the unfair accusations, but that thought, that it not something, I will ever do to someone, else.  And to my knowledge, with the proper information on some one's relationship, I have never done, tempted, perhaps, but it is totally hands off.

I took that personal code of honor, to the extreme, so that even if me and group of friends were going dancing in Park City, Utah, or Las Vegas, Nevada, if we even walked into a club, and one of my friends, said, I dubs him, the guy over their with the red shirt, it was hands off, unless, he actually, came up to me first, and asked me to dancing, leaving her no choice in the matter, which happened often, but she dealt with it.  So, this is one of those things, matters of the heart, that I don't tread on, nor do I want someone doing it to me.  Last night, I was watching another movie, I think it was Betrayal of the Heart, if, I remember right, with two very close sisters, almost living as recluses, together, who have a plan to just entice a guy to their home, and then get pregnant by him. 

Sisters & Brothers? 

One of the sisters, actually, falls in love with him and he her . . . but the other sister, who seemed to be joined, or who felt, connected by some quantum physics, to her sister, was jealous, and one day, sent her to the store, and seduced the guy, who had a dream the night before that she came in his bedroom and started to tempt him, into having sex.  Which he did . . . the sister was disgusting, but the guy was also!  It was at least understandable for the sister to be jealous, one guy, two young women, and the two where very close, but I would hold the guy more responsible, he was in love with the other sister, and still had sex with the envious sister, who ends up killing him, because he really is in love with the one sister . . . and I ended up having to stop watching the movie, because, John and I went to look at the blood moon, that happened at 4:00 a.m., in a much less dramatic way than either of us suspected.  The story behind all the hype on the Internet, is that it has something to do with a dramatic event, like end of times, or something . . . John's stuff.

Friends?  Have You No Class?

Boys will be boys, is not a good enough reason to cheat on a partner, no matter who tempting, it is you, who has the relationship with the other person, not the third party; therefore, the greater amount of the blame, lands on the one in the committed relationship, so it always, surprises me, that one of the cheaters, either kills the innocent spouse, to get rid of them, of the one involved, actually kills the third party!  While the cheater, seems to appear to get off Scot free, without paying the price for their indiscretions.  There was another movie, called, The Good Mistress, who is hit on by her best friend's husband, whom the new friend, having just moved to the same town with her friend, and getting a job with her, and has never met her husband, and knows him by a different name than this new, seemingly perfect match, who has just killed another mistress, so to say, and is running for a political office . . . but, once she finds out that this is actually her friend's husband, she tells him in no uncertain, to leave her alone, that this is over, and she means it.  So, in reality, she really was not a mistress at all, because she never knew the guy was married, and did everything to get rid of him, stop him, reject him, refuse to read his emails, and the story ends up, with the good mistress actually catching this guy, through the exact same note, he wrote to both the victim and herself, but it is the wife friend, who is mopping up the sticky little details to take care of her husband's political career, her rivals, and wife is killing the women, he seduces! 

Fact is stranger than fiction . . . way stranger, you could not make these stories up!  Anyway, just a couple I thought, the reader might be interested in, by way of don't do this, or stay away from this type situation, or this guy or gal is trouble, think twice, or just for your entertainment, and legal training, on the cases, that help form the laws, that we are dealing with today, or that protect us today.  Most of these free movies, under true crimes, are like it says, true stories, and have some kind of significance, or merit to them, thus, someone made them into a movie, but they are older films, 1991 and up, but they are great, you just have to ignore the clothes, the cars, the hair do's, and the crappy quality of the films, but the stories are great and very insightful, and serve as a warning, if you haven't already gathered that three is a crowd!

Stroking Your Ego, With Someone Else's Heart, Not Cool

In, Danger of Love, you have a handsome, high school teacher and coach, who is basically seduced by another female teacher, but he really doesn't put up much of a fight.  This woman, is rich, and unbeknown to him, has a history, of doing kind of like, fatal attraction, like stuff, remember Glenn Close, boiling the rabbit, in Michael Douglas' soup pot.  You don't fuck around, and expect the other person, when you make up with your wife, or husband, to go merrily on their way, without feeling used and abused, and sometimes pregnant . . . oh, whooops, that didn't fit in my plans, for my life, see ya!  I just don't think so.  So this chick, obsessed, and I have found, that the more you reject and push away a fatal attraction, or obsessed relationship, the stronger they come on, the more determined they get, and the scarier it gets!  I dated a psychologist, at the same time, I was trying to get rid of a fatal attraction, yet, playing with the emotions of the one, the obsessed, who eventually ended up, going to prison, for forgery, because he had to watch me every second, knowing my comings and goings . . . he was in prison for 18 months of my law school training, and he was released right about the time I was to graduate, and I thought, that seriously, I was going to have to wear a bullet proof vest, under my graduation gown!

It was not my fault that he got obsessed, nor went to prison, but I did play games with his heart, big time, sending double messages, using him as an experiment, to see what he would do if I did, this, or if I did that, and int he process, driving him insane, figuratively speaking, both pushing him away, yet, giving in to him, if he was persistent enough, really doing a number on him, with his friend, alarmed, and shocked, that Mr. Casanova, was tanking big time, to this older woman, whom, he really was obsessed with from the first, truly a fatal attraction, that I tried to stay away from, but flirted with the danger, for the fun of it!  A gamer! He had come to his senses in prison, and he wanted revenge, like you will see in another movie, I am going to tell you about . . . sometimes, it is just in the stars, or a chemical reaction, or just fate, stupidity, or not knowing how to successfully reject someone either . . . I was definitely guilty, of fueling the obsession fire, just as a bright red, refinished, cool old truck, pulled in McDonald's, with flames of white, orange and gold, on the front, like God, through symbols, taking Paul's side, saying, hell yeah, you threw gasoline on a fire!  In my defense, I will say, I tried to get rid of him, rejected him from the first second, he demanded either a dime or my phone number, and I gave him a dime!

This fellow teacher, the male teacher has an affair with, is not taking no for an answer, after he decides to be faithful to his wife, who he finds out, after, this fatal attraction chick, kills his alleged innocent wife, but she was not as innocent as he had originally thought, she was having an affair with a boss at the bank she worked at, for 9 years!  The husband never knew, never suspected, but the wife, was somewhat cold in bed, good clue!  In the first movie, the one with the sisters, the guy torn between the sister he loves, and the sexual vixen, but, the guy realizes, immediately that some of the passion, desire, and love, for the first sister, has died, due to his dalliance with the sister. 

NOTE: don't say God, doesn't want people to learn, Paul's last name is Roybal, and a truck with that name, huge on it just rolled down the street . . . I kind of get the idea, that God would just him less culpable than myself!  I considered myself the victim, and it appears that others might see Paul as my victim, but all is well that ends well, we are friends, and he is happily married, and maybe justly so, I am single, so justice does prevail, and I am sure that he sided with my enemies, and said, that sister's other than myself, were me . . . you will pay for your thrills, one way or the other!  No LOL!  In fact, I would say, that much of my predicament, justified or not, is due to rejection of a string of lovers, who want to literally fuck me over!  But, I believe, that is due to their egos, not mine, and I don't think that justice would dictate the cruel and unusual punishment, I have receive at their collective hands, merely for leaving a relationship, when I didn't see it in the stars to work!  I think I have the female prerogative, to change my mind!  And, I don't think that former lovers, have a right, when they are not even in my life, or visibly in my life, to actually kill, rival lovers, who are present!  This is not a war, and all is not fair in love and war!

The O.J. Simpson, mantra, of If I can't have you, nobody can, is not fair, right, just, nor a reasonable position to take!  Nor, is using the women that would hurt me the worst, right, just to get back at me!  That is not fair to them!  Which leads me to the next movie, that is a combo, of several guys I have either dated, or been married to, without the bodily rape, but definitely a psychic, figurative, financial, career, name, family, etc., rape, that is actually, possibly much crueler than a physical rape, and it just keeps on going.  While I am no innocent angel, by any one's count, they are monsters!  Rejection is not a game these men are too familiar with, but I am not just any woman either . . . for God sake, there is something that comes with a law degree, something to be desired, more than the bar flies, and waitresses, that have fawned over them in the past.  Mr. Interpol, James Bond, internationally renowned spy, said to me, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BY A WOMAN!  Yeah, I actually expect more of you, than good looks, and a big dick!  You know, some intelligent conversation for starters, might be in order, and no, I am not enamored simply by looks, or sex for that matter, and when you think you have your hook in me, it is you, who is caught on my line!  Generally, there is a role reversal, that happens with me and men.  Smart is the new sexy, and the brain, is the largest sex organ . . . I just catch them unaware, and they can't get loose!

The Price She Paid . . . The Case That Led To Denying Custody Battles or Visitation Rights to Convicted Rapists!

In this case, Loni Anderson, is raped on the second date, by an acquaintance, held at knife point, and threatened with her life, if she didn't go along with the rape.  She presses charges and the guy goes to prison for 10 years.  When he gets out, he starts showing up in her life again, has a job, a home, nice car, and he is charming and handsome, again, a manipulator, who thinks he can have whatever he wants, whenever he wants.  To get revenge for his years in prison, he goes for custody of her son, that was the result of the rape. He is granted, visitation, and starts manipulating the friend, who is to be involved in the supervised visits, sleeps with her, he plays on Loni's boyfriends insecurities, gets the kid, through lies to turn against his mother, temporarily.  And she gets a call from an inmate in the prison, who tells her, that this guy's ultimate plans, are actually to kill her.  He doesn't care about the kid, or anyone else, other than to use them as a pawn against Loni.  Finally, he threatens to kill their son, if she fights him, while he is again, trying to rape, and kill her.

Eventually, as she is being held, again, at knife point, like the last time, when he cut her severely, and is ripping her clothes off, to rape her, stating that he can have her any time he wants her, the son, who is about 12 or so at this point, hears the commotion, grabs the bat, and hits the dad over the head, temporarily knocking him unconscious, so that Loni, can grab her gun, and she doesn't hesitate to blow him away, this time.  The son, then realizes that the father was just manipulating him, to use him, to go against his mother. And boy, doesn't that sound familiar to me . . . my law practice was not enough, my houses, cabin, my 5 cars, my multi-million dollar cases, my legislation, my blogs, my name, my resume, my blog, my safety, my life, the lives of those who would help me, anyone that got in the way of this megalomaniac, was fair game, in this total abuse of power!  Only, my abusers, were actually a string of abusers, who were all acquaintances, friends, or friends of friends, throwing my son's music into the mix as well, first out right stealing it, then manipulating him, to bring him into their inner circle with the lure of connections, power, influence, positions, and fame, once again, stealing everything either from me, or eventually going to the heart of my life, helping others, take credit, not only for my entire life, but even for giving birth to my children!  Erasing me totally!

Are You A Victim of Domestic Violence--NO, But I Am A Victim of Systemic Violence . . . Totally Dismissed, as if One Man is More Damaging than a Whole System, These Men Used Against ME!

I am shocked, as I have been chased, intimidated, threatened, pursued, targeted, stemming from coast to coast, north to south, and back again, as I have talked to women, who do intake in shelters, or for other services, that systemic abuse is dismissed, as, well, let's just move on!  Are you fucking kidding me! So, you are willing to help, listen to, provide, care and protect, a woman from one angry husband, or abusive partner, but a whole damn system of cops, prosecutors, judges, CIA, FBI, NSA and other entities, you are not only unwilling to suspect, just as in the early days of domestic violence and sexual assault, you are in a way re-victimizing me, by aiding and abetting the male patriarchal system that is after me, willingly turning me in, ratting me out, divulging my location, the times I come and go, a total breach of confidentiality agreements . . . you are my enemies, not my friends, assuming, like you used to with abusive husbands, rapists, and the perpetrator, that it is I, who is asking for it, or deserve it, or if I had not gone up against them, this never would have happened, or you are jealous, or envious, and participate in the SYSTEMIC VIOLENCE, rather than doing what you are either being paid to do, getting grants and federal monies to do, and as ignorant of this type of abuse, as everyone was years ago, going right back to the victim blaming, of yesteryear!

Or, the thought that, I am an attorney; therefore, I can protect myself . . . really, when they have stolen all my ID, and everything else, that is the evidence of that power, self-protection, stopping me from getting jobs, cars, housing, and running me to the point of exhaustion, relentlessly pursuing me, 24/7!  I guess single handed, I am suppose to beat all of these entities, that are trained to listen to your phone conversations, know every apartment and job you call on, buy every used car you even look at on the streets, and stop all sales of new vehicles, even after employment is secured, and agreements, signed, or cars at the final signing!  

Yeah, you tell me, just how, I am suppose to do this, with what money, what car, what avenue . . . really, taking on local, state, and federal brotherhoods, not to mention the Mormon church, family, with infiltration of my family, back 10 years ago, forcing my children to chose between their mother, and their spouses, or significant others, who bring them family, stability, companionship, children, grandchildren . . . you tell me just exactly, how I am suppose to fight this, with poisoning children, lies, manipulations; "they" have money--MY MONEY, name, job titles, resumes, that gives them power, connections, taking all I have in the last 14 years, of them, a collective system, stealing anything that would give me a life for my children, taking houses, cars, money, all the trappings of parenthood, and being an attorney, that they are tricked, cajoled, forced, or paid to lie, to fit, the previous lies, thefts, and deceits . . . I may appear to be Super Woman, and on a level playing field can beat their asses, in mass, but they make sure the playing field is not even . . . and have fought off powers, dominions, and principalities, who have the power to make it look like everything I do, is done by someone else!   If you were given a car, boat, house, simply for what you might consider a little white lie . . . seriously, saying that the woman you just had lunch with, was her sister, and I am either dead, disabled, in jail, or whatever lie, they want you to say, 99.9%, with the moral lacking public, would, lie without remorse!  

Yeah, the price I had to pay, for looking ahead, getting a law degree, raising smart, beautiful, kind, talented children, taking many jobs, much to the chagrin of my mother, who said this will hurt you, NO, you mother will hurt me, claiming Kay is me, or Rachel, Shelley, Sue, Tiff, whoever is the flavor of the conglomerate it took to cover all MY bases!  I every systematically took the jobs, I was offered . . . general counsel for the Utah Medical Association . . . yeah, they call and invite people to be their general counsel, and some fucking flight attendant, sister, who followed your advice, who is now jealous as hell of me, as are your other 5 daughters, if not your son, and all your in-laws, I can't help that you mocked me, yelled at me, chided me, made fun of me, for actually following a dream, to go to law school! Twenty years later, when you see the smart decision that was, and your other daughters, have never used their education and degrees, so you decide to ride on my laurels, education, resume, accomplishments, to bolster, the other 6 or 7 children, with Richard, allegedly dead, as Jesse is allegedly dead, probably the head money launderer, but taking claim of even MY CHILDREN?  SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST . . . systemic violence, whether within the legal system, the law enforcement, the religious, the education for systemic domestic violence, like domestic enemies, needs to be recognized, systemic lying, systemic cover-up, systemic threats . . . all lying to cover the family secrets . . . 

Betrayed By Love . . . FBI Agent Avery, Pretends to Love, Have Sex, Promises to Leave His Wife, to Get Information, Then Murders the Confidential Informant When She Refuses to Get an Abortion, and Wants to Make the Agent Pay for Using Her!

This case is the first one in the history of the FBI, and I would guess, the CIA, but sure as hell not the last, where the agents have used the confidential informants, or the person, they are investigating, and then turn around an throw them away like trash . . . I hope Agent Avery's 25 years in prison was worth it!  There are damn good policy reasons, why agents should not sleep with their witnesses, their clients, their informants, because, you are playing with fire, whether you are satisfying your own selfish desires, using your occupation to merit and justify, going after matters of the heart.  With my son, Elliot, the bass guitarist for God's Revolver & Maraloka, I would bet my life, that his old girlfriend, Rachel, and his new girlfriend, Lauren, are both paid girlfriends, on assignment, and will persuade him to do what the company wants, turning him against the very woman who gave him birth, bought him his first guitar, took him to lessons, concerts, practices, picking up band members over 150 miles apart, wrote my blog about the bands, giving them not only national exposure, but international exposure, but he is a man, he does have a dick, and love will get this tender heart of a man, every time, and kill him, to give up, a matter of survival . . . once that is in place, they can get him, as they have with the other children, who then have choices to make, with regard to matters of the heart!

I would say, this is hitting below the belt, and I am sure, that you love my children, as I do, with no right to them, pretending that they are not even the one, who raised them, are you fucking kidding!  Simply beyond all decency, ethics, integrity, morals, totally unconscionable, without merit, cause, other than you manipulating, striping, stealing, and taking all form of family life from me, to control, and manipulate amazing children, who have thrived, in spite of your persecution, tampering with their lives, challenging their very souls, and then offering them, what you have taken them . . . a family life, while you chase me, put out false warrants, and claim my children as your own, when all of yours are probably dying, as you would rather, for money, choose mine over your own, can you even imagine, money is not everything.  Yes, my children are at a stage in their lives, that the systemic violence you perpetrated, not only against me, but against them, makes them long for calm, security, prosperity, family solidarity, and you have taken that very thing from them, then turned around and offered that to them, join us, the Southwick extended family, the money, dis your mother, she abandoned you, hearing that over and over again, when I was with my children, more, before the poisoning, that your little fucking housewives were with their own, even while holding down big time jobs, teaching college, and writing manuals, and computer programs on the side!

They psychological method they are using on my children and my family, is break them, then fix them . . . they create the problem, and then they step into to solve the problem, same pattern for the government, the economy, the wars, etc., watch this pattern, not hard to see!

Hearts Are Real, Families Fragile, People Can Die of Broken Hearts, You Have No Right To Break, Then Fix, Manipulate, Control, Abuse Power, Use Systemic Violence to Cover the Truth, Steal Identities, Lives, Stories, Children . . . Even if in Your Fucked UP, Sick Minds, You Can Somehow Justify it, Under National Security, Socialism, Benefiting Society, THE CHURCH . . . You Don't Get to Take What I Have Built & Steal It!

Heading For the Hills . . . Enjoying the Fall Weather While I Can, Great Falls Got SNOW Last Week!

I think the title says enough . . .  have a great Tuesday, don't say I never wrote a short blog, here it is!  LOL! And yes, I am very verbose, and can write faster than most people read.  My friends complain that it takes them a week to digest all the material I put in one blog, so, here is your break day.  Catch up and I am sure I will have something to say tomorrow, never lack for giving my opinion, right, wrong, or indifferent.  The Lord says, to be either cold or hot, or he spews thee out of his mouth, don't be a fence sitter.  It is better to have argued your point, and failed, than never to have thought at all!

Oh, I knew I couldn't let this go too easy, in the Great Falls Tribune, yesterday, and I am not sure if it was in the Sunday or Monday news, because I read both on the same day, playing catch up, but there was a fun, fascinating and fabulous article, co-written by three men, who ran for the same office, one Republican, one Democrat, and one on the Libertarian party ticket.  All three of them decided, that staying true to their party platforms, limited, them in not only their discussion, but in their opinion, locking them into something they may not whole hearted believe.  So they are starting a column or a blog, something to mix and shake things up a bit, and I think for a damn good reason, we are not made in a cookie cutter, and rarely do we, as human beings fit into a perfect mold with a political party, a religion, or about anything, nor can we be pigeon holed, and labeled, if we are true to ourselves, to our natures, and our opinions; therefore, these three men are trying to open people up, to look at things, not as a party player, or straight ticket type person, but to look at issues and things in light of what is best for America . . . a paradigm shift if you will, away from partisan positions, to a more centrist, while leaning more toward the right or left, or circular, with rights as the focus above all else . . . but it is that thinking better, clearer, more focused on great results, than party alliances and allegiances.

The voting day is rapidly advancing on us, educated or not, so be prepared, and make your voice heard . . . people all over the earth are literally dying to have what we in America have, go ask, Josuha Wong of Hong Kong . . . 17 year old who is organizing the protesters in HK, China, making voices heard for democracy, not Communist puppets . . . for further discussion, maybe start a national movement, contact gregg@bigskylaw.com and let them know what you think, open dialogue is a great way to get people thinking . . . great job, in Great Falls!
