GETTTING SKIN IN THE GAME!  HIGH-FIVE!

The other night, New Years Eve, Trump held his, party, for all his rich, buddies and cronies, and he stood up, and gave, his political plans for the first year in office . . . he mentioned several things; however, when, he mentioned, getting rid of the ACA, or the Affordable Care Act, all the old fucking rich asses cheered, as if it had any impact on their lives, whatsoever?  The Republicans, have long, hated the ACA, because, it is a rally cry, a signature program of President Obama, even called, Obamacare for short . . . and everything, is symbolic, OBAMACARE OR OBAMA CARES!  These cracker jack, rich, bastards at Trump's party the other might in Florida, at Mar-a-largo, or whatever it is, don't give a rat's ass about, you or your family health care plans!  They are all on private insurance, with top doctors, and able to handle any pre-conditions, or cover any surprise, medical bill, without going bankrupt, with medical bills, unexpected and expected, being the number one reason, that people, end up bankrupt, so, don't listen to these people, who, heath insurance is no big deal!  If you are one of the 20 million, formerly uninsured, now insured, who has actually benefited from the ACA, you better speak up now, or forever hold your peace! 

For those of you, who were paying attention, back in 2008, like I was, and I fought, long and hard against, the socialization of medicine, being a former, general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association, even cheap shitting, the system, and going directly, to the house doctors, on the floor of, either the House or the Senate, when the bill was being voted on, after, going into JAMA, on the Internet, and reading what the Journal of the American Medical Association, had to say, about the ACT!  As general counsel, I represented the doctors, against, major, insurance and health care systems, with a monopoly, on the states, that put a choke hold on doctors, their ability to make money, to serve patients, and I distinctly, remember, seeing a cartoon, early on, when, I was hired and getting my feet wet, in the world of medicine and doctors, being from the legal field and a former, legal enemy of the doctors, cramming mandatory, domestic violence, reporting on health care providers, with many doctors in the state, protesting, my hiring, having killed their legislation, with one legal letter, I wrote to the Utah Legislative Health Care Committee, who read it, and put it on the consensus calendar, meaning, that there was no further debate needed on the issue, I won!  But, once something is done, fought over, and put in place by much, better minds, and more informed, as our elected representatives, should be, if they are not, with hearings, expert testimony, and witnesses, reporting, to committee members who are from that profession, and this expansive plan was put into place . . . I have supported it, ever since!  Perhaps not in its entirety, but, in what works!

REPUBLICANS, HAVE VOTED 50 TO 60 TIMES, TO REPEAL, THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT, AND EVEN WITH, A MAJORITY IN BOTH HOUSES OF CONGRESS, HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL!  I WOULD VENTURE AN EDUCATED GUESS, THAT IS BECAUSE, THE GOP, WANTS TO BITCH AND MOAN, ABOUT IT, BUT, THEY DON'T HAVE A REPLACEMENT PLAN, TO TAKE ITS PLACE!

CAUTION: the Republicans, even in control, have had, 8 fucking years, to come up with a plan, and even implement the plan, to repeal and replace, OBAMACARE(S), so why in the hell, haven't they, done it.  The President, doesn't make the laws, he can't stop them from repealing it, nor could he for the last 6 years, since the 2010, elections, put, the Tea Party, members of Congress, in office, and in all that time, with all those chances and with all freedom, to, do whatever, with a majority in both houses, of Congress, they did jack shit NOTHING!  We have to look, at immigration policy, too . . . President Obama, sat back, begging, pleading with the LAW MAKERS, even with that responsibility, under the United States Constitution, Article I, under the duties and responsibilities of Congress, to come up with uniform, naturalization policies, for immigration!  Again, bitching and moaning, doing nothing, and finally, after years, President Obama, frustrated, and pissed, used his executive orders, to get something done to address, pressing and critical issues, in this country!  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not allow, you Congressman and women, to repeal the ACA, or do nothing, about, immigration, or bitch and moan, about what has been done, when, the Republicans have NO FUCKING EXCUSE, to say a damned thing!  Good, bad or ugly, at least PRESIDENT OBAMA DID HIS JOB--Congress on the other hand, stood by, criticized and did NOTHING!

No law is prefect, especially, one that was so, bold and comprehensive in nature, with sweeping changes, to a badly damaged system, with insurance companies, ONLY, wanting to insure the WELL, not the sick, who is exactly, who needed to be covered!  Shit, I have not used, one fucking penny, of insurance or have I had need, to, use health care insurance, I am well . . . oh, I broke my leg, and, after paying off, the bill, for my leg, the health care provider, tried to charge me TWICE, and make me start over, paying for the cost of the broken leg, all over again, trying to gouge me, and get more money out of me, but other than that, I don't go to doctors!  Which is another, point that needs to be made . . . stop, going to the doctors, thinking that OBAMACARE is FREE!  I see people, run to the doctors, for themselves and their kids, for, a hangnail on their toe, or a sniffle, which, a doctor can't do anything, you can't do for yourself!  Recently, I tripped, and broke three toes on my left foot, that now, move like a duck's webbed feet, and I tore some ligaments, on the top of the other foot, doing something stupid, like getting a dollar out, of my backpack, and then, turning getting my foot caught under the bench on the bus, throwing me into the handicapped, floor catch . . . well, I could barely walk for a week, stayed, close to the toilet and watched TV, knowing, that there was nothing a doctor could do for me, except, confirm what I already knew, that I broke some toes, and tore a muscle!  Not doctor worthy!  WE ARE IN CONTROL OF THE COSTS OF OBAMACARE!

DON'T THROW THE BABY, OUT WITH THE BATH WATER!

Due to a glitch, in the computer system, right off the get-go, with, a problem with, either the computer company, registering, and getting signed up, there were delays, issues, and problems, but, those were remedied!  You never have a second, chance to make a good, first impression!  So, many got a bad impression, right off the bat, and decided, that, because of that, computer problem, that the whole ACT WAS A MESS!  That is just not the case, and many states, who were originally, against the roll out of the health care plan, later, changed their tunes, and adopted the program, and have, done great things, for their citizens, and provided, protections, insurance, and safety for many people, who, didn't have health care, many who NEVER had health care, and with, health care coverage, extended to college students and Millennials, up to the age of 26 on their parents, work coverage, that was a great thing!  Most of them, will NEVER use the coverage, but there is peace of mind, when you are covered!  College used to only take, 4 years, when, my ex-husband, graduated, back, in like 1975 or so, later with a master's degree, so longer, the average age, for an undergraduate degree, at the University of Utah, was 6 years!  So, this extension, made a shit load of sense!

I heard something on the TV or in my news feed, that, after the battles for like the Civil Rights Act, of like 1963, which, took like 50 years to pass, there were bumps, problems, and issues, long after the ACT was enacted, so to think, that with the most extensive and comprehensive, attempt to cover the uninsured in this country, we are going to get ever aspect, or issue, solved, is simply, NOT BEING REALISTIC!  The one thing, among, many, that I can appreciate about seasoned, politicians, like Hillary Clinton, is that, they know, that, like on the minimum wage, taking the wage from $8 per hour to $15, is going to be an almost impossible fight, but to take it to, $11 or her projections, in her realistic mind, was, $12 per hour, not the jump, to the full, desired, amount of $15 per hour, that Sanders and Millennials wanted, because, that, was, too far for a Republican controlled, Congress would ever buy!  But, lucky for the middle class, or minimum, wage earners, the states, stepped in, and just did it themselves!  YEAH!  But, it is easy, to complain, easy, to bitch and moan, throw red meat, to the masses, who, chant, and scream . . . who want blood, want people, unrealistically, locked up, by those who, first don't understand the law, nor the jurisdiction of the various branches of the government, who, want mobocracy, like in third world countries, where they actually, assassinate their political opponents or really do lock them, up, which we do not, unless, they fucking BREAK A LAW, and then, only after exercising DUE PROCESS AND EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW! which was just not the case . . . but, now the bitches and moaners, who have complained, for 7 years, about Obamacare, have the chance to do something, they, still, don't have a replacement, and they just want to kill the ACT, and leave, everyone, hanging for 2 YEARS, while they work out a plan!  THEY ARE ALL BARK AND NO BITE!

IT LOOKS LIKE, TRUMP'S SON-IN-LAW, JARED, IS DEVESTING AND DISTANCING HIMSELF FROM HIS HOLDINGS AND INVESTMENTS, SO HE CAN SERVE . . . GREAT, WE NEED SMART, CAPABLE PEOPLE . . . ANTI-NEPOTISM LAWS, WILL PROHIBIT, SOME JOBS, BUT THERE ARE OTHERS, THAT A FAMILY MEMBER CAN HOLD, BUT I WOULD SUGGEST, YOU GET COUNSEL TO LOOK INTO WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN'T DO! LET'S DO IT RIGHT! Conflict of Interest--Could Feel it in My GUT!

I can't remember, if I was informed, in my assistant attorney general orientation, being told, to do this or that, or you can't do this or that, all I remember, is dealing more with insurance issues, fingerprinting, and being given general instructions, of what it was like to work, in a government office, starting out of the law school chute, as general counsel, for the Utah Prosecution Counsel, in the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, which, landed me smack dab, in the middle of who's who, in the state of Utah, working on the council, with prosecutors, cop organizations, working with statewide lobby groups, who represented these groups, working with the governor's office, and the courts, on various projects--an amazing, introduction to the criminal justice world, up close and personal!  I think, I had only been on the job, a very short time, and my ex-husband, whom, I have always, been great friends with, called me about a man in his neighborhood, with kids, my kids hung out with, both in the hood and at church, who had a case, he thought, being an assistant attorney general, in addition, to, being staff attorney, for the Utah Prosecution Council, he could use the added credibility, kind of insiders, attorney, which this man, thought, would be to his advantage, and I was pretty, stupid, at the time, needed the money, being shocked by, having to pay back my law school loans, on the shitty, salary, I was getting paid, a lot of power, but no money, so, a gift from heaven, to ease the burden of my $500 a month, student loan payment!  GREAT!

Now, this man, first had me watch about 7 hours of news videos, of his burning chemical plant that was just down the road from my ex-husband's house, so, convenient, to my kids, whom were living with dad, solid income, friends with kids in common, so, family, stuff seemed okay.  But, this man, whom had a Ph.D. in chemistry, also had a huge ass chemical plant, about the size of a Costco, or Walmart, and a yard to store barrels of chemicals, on a lot that was, acres, had, in the past years worked with, the DEA or the Drug Enforcement Agency, so a federal agency, during the early years of drug interdiction programs . . . so, I was at a state level, so, that didn't really ring any bells, yet.  But, this man, used to, report, patrons of his chemical operation, who purchased, ingredients, that would make up, what could be seen as the recipe for meth.  But, eventually, and you can see, my mindset being formed, he decided that the DEA officers, were dirty, and more corrupt that the alleged, drug makers, or  meth dealers, he was, calling in, to the DEA, who would, wait under a freeway, viaduct, stop the buyers, and there are plenty of legitimate reasons to buy, these same ingredients, for cleaning, or other purposes, that were legitimate reasons to buy some of these particular ingredients, but, he was just there to alert the feds, and allow them the chance to stop the cars and customers, and question them, giving them, probable cause, due to the particular chemicals, bought at this man's chemical plant, to at least see what they were up to.

DEA STARTED STOPPING EVERYONE, TAKING THE CHEMICALS, WHETHER OR NOT THEY WERE USED FOR METH, AND THEN, THEY WOULD GO BACK TO MY POTENTIAL CLIENT, AND DEMAND THE MONEY, IN RETURN FOR THE CHEMICALS, AND THEN, THEY WOULD POCKET THE MONEY . . . SO, IN ESSENSE, HE WAS LOSING MONEY, AND THE FEDS WERE MAKING MONEY, ON EVERYONE!  EVEN LEGITIMATE PURCHASES!E

Eventually, this man, very smart, very educated, told the DEA, he didn't want to play with them any more!  That did not go over well with these thugs, and they basically, told him, he would work with them, or it would be trouble for him.  He was a smart guy, and figured, this is a free country, I voluntarily, worked with you guys, helped you for years, and most likely, in some cases, stopped meth from going on the streets, so he, just stopped playing with the feds . . . which led to his demise and the end of his chemical plant.  One night, shortly after that, the mayor of Grapevine, a small community that surrounded the chemical plant, down by Utah Lake, in the Orem, Provo area, gave this good man, a call, in the middle of the night, and said, he saw someone, on the roof of his plant, that looked like they were, using an axe to chop wholes in the ceiling of the roof on his big ass building.  By the time he got to his plant the intruder was gone; however, later that same day, he got a call, from the local fire department, that there was a small chemical fire, on the floor of his chemical plant.  He raced to the plant, only to be threatened and blocked, by firefighters, who told the owner, if he crossed their caution signs, or tape, he would be arrested, and from what he could see, he said he could have put out the fire with a garden hose, let alone, having the whole fire department, standing around watching, and then, overhearing them, say . . . burn, baby burn!

This good family man, father of 9 kids, saw stunned, as, he was forced to watch his life's work, going down in flames, realizing that the call from the mayor, was the precursor to the fire, that was looking more and more, like it was set by the DEA, cutting holes in the roof, to facilitate, more air, to fuel the flames of the fire, that was, looking more and more, like arson, and pay back for refusing to work with the DEA anymore!  So, I sat and watched, as 7 hours of news coverage and the fire, went from a small, chemical fire, like he told me, could have been put out with a garden hose, turn, into, this huge ass fire that was allowed to run its course, with firefighters, standing by watching, and I am sure, at the direction of the federal cops, who were out tons of money, in their little scam, on the citizens and the owner of the chemical plant, who was losing business, along with the word, getting out, that he was a nark, and even legitimate purchases, were afraid, to go buy, from this man, who did all he could for years to help the feds, now, a target of their vengeance for them, not being able to make money fleecing him and his patrons, anymore!  The news clips, went from, an innocent man, being the victim of a small fire, going two weeks later, with an entirely different story, being, some loser, property owner, irresponsible in his management of all these dangerous chemicals, that were now burning out of control, polluting, the skies and air, over the entire community!  Eventually, some, neighbor had mercy on him and his family, and tried to help him, financially, suddenly, his work garage was burned to the ground too!  And you wonder where, I started forming, my idea of cops . . . later to have that substantiated, by the prosecutor and judges associations, making money, and fighting over the surcharge, added onto, incentives, to steal property, give tickets, and do whatever!

CONFLICT OVER SELLING CHEMICALS, THAT COULD BE, INGREDIENTS FOR METH!

I believe, this may have taken place, between the interim, of refusing to work with the DEA, and this incident at the legislature, that, may have been the confrontation, between, drug enforcement agencies and top cops, in Utah, all in favor of stopping the sell of any, legitimate or illegitimate chemicals, that made up meth!  Of course this man, with, many patrons. buying these same chemicals, for very legitimate reasons, now being stopped, taking a big cut of his business, with the new legislation, backed by cops!  So, at one point, this man, and men, whom, I was sitting in  meeting with, like the director of corrections, in the whole state of Utah, had a confrontation, that ended with these top cops, man-handling this man, up at the state Capitol, during the session, and embarrassing him, by having him, arrested, in front of everyone, in the rotunda of the Capitol Building!  This was ugly, wrong, an abuse of power, and violation of this man's civil and constitutional rights!  The birth of this bad ass con law chick's future, as an attorney, starting with legislation, that I killed, dealing with asset forfeiture, so I was primed, for this battle, with a unexpected, boiling point, reaching, a fever pitch, up at the Judicial Committee, on an assignment, to just sit in on a committee meeting, ending in, again, the formation of who I am now, with cop and prosecutors legislation, violating due process, property rights, and other constitutional provisions, that I then, without a conflict, but being called to the depths of my soul, putting my oath, to preserve, defend and protect the Constitution, for the first real time, coming into play!

I had seen this particular episode before, not really thinking it applied, until the commentator, ended the TV show, with, this son, the oldest of a wealthy, family, his accomplices, were named, Champaign, now, I can't remember, but, I just caught the tail end of this, murder of almost a whole family!  The perpetrator, and killer, mastermind, was the oldest son, who was a total loser, told his family, he was attending college, and getting ready to graduate, so his family, invited him, back home, to go to dinner, to celebrate the new or soon to be, college graduate, who had not been going or attending classes for years!  His parents, even learned that their son, at one point was not going to classes or college, was such a good liar, that, he talked his dad, into believing, that he had changed, and he was again, going to college, and there was nothing to worry about.  In fact, this murder plot, was discovered, two years before the actual murder, and when, the family was contacted with tons of evidence that the son, was in deed, planning to kill his family, most likely for money, to inherit the whole estate, rather then waiting for his father and mother to die, or to share with his little brother, who, was doing all he should be doing . . . much, like me, going to all the right schools, getting scholarships, honors and awards, all the way through college, and later, in law school, while the older sister, claimed to have gone to flight or pilot school, this or that, took parent's money, said she had cancer, got more money, left her parenting duties to the rest of the family, while, I did the mother thing too, after getting divorced, even spending, almost every weekend with my kids, and several nights a week, while going to law school, never once, expecting anyone, other than, me and ex-husband, doing family duties, unlike my sisters!

Going on to getting all the right jobs, teaching at the right colleges and universities, winning awards and writing award winning manuals, getting awards for my 1996, Domestic Violence 101, manual for prosecutors and cops, on domestic violence and sexual assault, now being used by the Department of Justice for human body trafficking!  Even after, a brush with death, I came back, reupped, my law license, and took a $357 million securities case, all the way to the United State Supreme Court, with tons of other multi-million dollar cases, along with, suing, Iron County for civil rights violations, against, my three plaintiffs!  My blog, the most read blog, in the world, with over a billion hits per day, in all 193 languages, in 8 versions of the name, bad ass con law chick blog!  All of this, was stolen, with the mob, Mormons, and men in black, or Mormon controlled, FBI, CIA, DEA, DIA, NSA, etc., and that is whom, gets all my hard work, all my honors, all my awards, my kids, my grandkids, rights to my blog, to water compacts, to multi-million cases?  Some, lazy ass bitches, who let top cops, fuck them?  I DON'T THINK SO!  But, much like the older son, the fake, college student, the loser, the money grubber, the liar, the asshole, who, felt that all his father, mother, had worked for, throughout their entire life, was better his, not half, but the whole thing, so he took out his brother.

So, the loser son, contacted, his loser, roommates, and in the first family kill plot, his roommate, was named, Adam Hipp, very symbolic to me, Shelley, used to live, three different times, near Adams Elementary School, in Logan, Utah, where her children, or at least Tyrone Southwick attended, but, no, she is not the HIP, writer of this very read, very loved, very fun, blog, that, is mainly, fun, because, I am fun, educated, live a wild, bizarre life, due to this bitch and her cop, minions, useful idiots, who, have fucking dyslexia, of the fucking brain, with dates, times, bus tickets, motel rooms, verification up their asses, hairy and fucked, can't tell who I am?  Shit, Shelley is fucking a brunette, with hazel eyes, and she stands at least 3 inches taller, than this much, smaller, while fatter, blonde, blue eyed, beauty!  LOL!  Shelley spent her whole life, reading, reading, reading, watching TV series, like RICHES, and the SOPRANOS . . . hint, hint, hint!  This is a blue print, for how she learned to do this shit, and used, MY FAMILY DOLLARS to entice, cops, feds too, who think they are underpaid, and deserving, of ALL MY MONEY, because, I was true to my OATH, protecting, defending and preserving, the United States Constitution, at odds with the fucking PATRIOT ACT and its RATS, who support, the liars, the thieves, the losers, the biologist, the shitty ambulance chasing attorney, the flight attendant, or the booby prize, the history major, the EMT or mother of 6, or all the other whores and bitches, that it has taken to, fill my very, very, BIG FOOT SHOES!  I am the brand name, they are the pussy cats, fuck buddies for cops, passed around, used, abused, alleged, foxes, hot messes, probably drugged up and fucked up, by the whole team!

So, this loser ass son, like Shelley, made the plot that was either turned in to cops, by the friend or roommate, who, was inducted into the service of the oldest son, and the oldest daughter, Shelley, I am second, JoAnn, get it stupids? shit, 1350 blogs of hints, time lines, dates, times, places, names, and reports, and you are still so stupid?  God, I can't even imagine!  I am right at Sleepy Inn, right NOW!  Remember, people get bribed, they lie, they are threatened, they are made part of the players, club, and things are good in the hood . . . all I can give is a sense of dignity, honesty, integrity, but, nothing to bribe, or win, with, other than good old, common sense that these people are going to get caught, sooner or later, and it appears, later!  SHIT!  But, the parents, didn't believe that their eldest son would kill the family and totally dismissed the killer's plot, even coming from his roommates who were asked to be involved!  The first, plot was dropped for a few years, until the son found himself, heavily in debt, and his parents expecting him, to graduate, he even cashed a check, after, his graduation or college, stint was, just time, spent on drugs, women, and porn, or whatever!  This man, was a total loser, but his parents, didn't want to believe, they raised such a loser, so they covered, for him, to their detriment!  They paid for their innocence and naivety, with the deaths of the mother, the youngest son, with the father getting shot, and the son, the killer, having his friends, shoot him too, but only in the arm, so that, he would look, like he too was a target!

SHELLEY IS THE LOSER, LIKE THIS SON . . . The thing that convinced me to write about these, situations, and another where the woman, a banker was pushed, off, a deck, at a family, retreat, going through a divorce, from her loser husband, who gambled, never worked, and relied on his wife for support, now looking at a divorce . . . same thing, all these people, felt, better than, their parents, their brother, their wife, all the workers, the winners, the successful, the bread earners, the real workers, the true, the valiant, the hard workers, the real college graduates, all the victims of the players, the plotters, the assholes, who feel that, they are somehow, entitled, to something they didn't do, earn, were not entitled to, never accomplished, and this is a big time, sign of a psychopath!  They, have a sense of entitlement, taking credit for what they never did, taking what they didn't earn, lacking empathy and remorse, feeling better, smarter, and more, able, even though, they have absolutely NOTHING TO PROVE THAT ASSUMPTION, or they would be the one, envied, the one, who everyone wants to take down, the one people are professionally, jealous, or envious of . . . they earned what they did, what they earned, and some loser ass bitches, who spread their legs for ex-s or wanna be lovers, don't have the right, to steal, take, ban, or deny, ME FROM WHAT ME AND MINE, HAVE EARNED!

Eventually, the college roommates, crack, and they expose, the son, the planner, the plotter, the mastermind behind the killings of his family, but for his dad, who recovered!  And strangely enough, the college chums, never got paid a dime for their efforts, even the shooter, who carried out the plans of the son, didn't get a dime, these psychopaths are good, they even get minions to do their dirty work for them, and have no remorse or empathy when they get caught and pay for the crimes he set up!  Shelley, like this son, has ALWAYS felt entitled, oldest child syndrome?  She got divorced, and left her children, to be paid for, taken care of, and raised by anyone, but her, and even coming off an 8 year, brain, death, threat, I took care of her sorry ass, and at least 5 of her family, from kids to grand kid, and Rachel's kids too, paying for fucking everything!  I am not sure where, women, who didn't do jack, fell entitled, so, MY WORK, MY LAW DEGREE, MY CASES, MY GREAT KIDS, MY BLOG, that they couldn't write a fucking one!  THE only explanation of this, is, they have convinced themselves that, they are the top of the food chain, and it is survival of the fittest?  We are just animals, and the predators, are entitled to kill the deer, the rabbit, the mouse, they can eat, kill, rip and tear, to shreds!  God, commandments, love, Jesus have absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR PLOTS, SCHEMES AND IT IS ONLY IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT, THEY GET THE SPOILS OF THE WORK OF OTHERS, ME, MY KIDS, ETC.

A MAN, WHO WAS JUST OUT OF PRISON, FOR MOLESTING KIDS, AND A NEW MEMBER OF THE SEX REGISTRY, DECIDED HE WANTED TO HURT CHILDREN, LIKE HE HAD BEEN HURT, AND TO MAKE A POINT OF HURTING SOCIETY! HE ACCOMPLISHED THAT, BUT THE VERY INTERESTING, THING ABOUT THIS "MONSTER, PURE EVIL DUDE" KILLING ALMOST AN ENTIRE FAMILY, BUT FOR ONE LITTLE GIRL, USING A HAMMER, TO SLAUGHTER AND BLUDGEON, MOM, BOYFRIEND OF 8 YEARS, OLDEST SON, WHOM HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW, JUST STALKED, AND DECIDED, SEEING THIS FAMILY, FROM COER-D-ALENE, IDAHO, YEARS AGO, ROCKING THE WORLD OF ALL CITIZENS AND COPS ALIKE, BUT, THE ONLY SURVIVOR, WAS A YOUNG, LIKE 6 OR 7 YEAR OLD GIRL, WHOM, THIS PREDATOR AND KILLER SAID, TAUGHT HIM HOW TO LOVE, THEREFORE, HE DIDN'T KILL THE GIRL, AND RETURNED HER TO THE CITY HE STOLE HER FROM, BEING RECOGNIZED BY A WAITRESS, SMART, WHO HAD THE MANAGER CALL THE COPS, WHO APPREHENDED THE MAN, WHO WAS LATER, EXECUTED! PERHAPS, LOVE, COULD HAVE SAVED HIM SOONER, AND STOPPED A WHOLE TOWN, NATION FROM GRIEVING, AND SEARCHING FOR THIS YOUNG GIRL, WHO WITNESS THE MAN, RAPE AND SODOMIZE BOTH HER AND HER YOUNG BROTHER, THEN, SHOOT HER BROTHER IN THE HEAD, AND BURN HIS BODY! LOVE IS THE ANSWER, THE MIRACLE DRUG FOR ALL OF US! THE TRUE LOVE OF GOD, THE CHAIRITY, OR THE PURE LOVE OF CHRIST, IS TRULY, THE ANSWER TO ALL OF HUMANITIES, ISSUES, FROM ALLEPO, TO ISRAEL AND PALISTINE IN THE WEST BANK! WE CAN DO THIS WORLD! LOL!  BIG TIME LESSON, FROM BIG TIME OLDER SISTA!  POWER LUNCH AT MARY'S PLACE, SEATTLE, WASHINGTON!

Overall, I like to consider myself, not prejudice, as far as I know, and every once in a while, I find out, that, I am a bit prejudice and I work hard to stop, any form of bigotry, and if I don't my kids, will remind me that I am a bigot, which is like  huge, slap in the face for me!  It is called aversion therapy, I remember, flying into Atlanta, Georgia, to visit my oldest daughter and her husband, and see their new home in Althreta, and when, I flew to the city, I was the only white woman, which from lily white, Utah, where the only blacks, 20 years ago, in the state, were playing on the Jazz basketball team, or playing on college teams, almost!  But, I made the observation, that, now, I know how a black feels, when they fly to Utah, and they are the only, person of color in the whole fucking state!  LOL!  Only, I didn't swear, in those days, didn't need the stress relievers in those days, and the 75% stress release, like I do now!  But, my daughter, immediately, said, Mom, you bigot!  WHAT?  A reality check, just like the time my son was going to the PRIDE parade, in Salt Lake City, Utah and I said, son, being, liberal enough to deal with it, if he needed to come out of the closet and let me know, that he was gay . . . why are you going to that?  Again, like a blistering slap across the face, Mom, you bigot!  Luckily, those are the only two times, I had to be schooled by my kids!  Painful, to someone, who prides themselves, in not being one of Trump's Deplorables!  LOL!

So, while I was in Seattle, WA, very fun, very good for me, and I believe, the soul sisters, with all of us, dancing to the Soul Train, at our New Year's Eve Party, early, thank heavens, at Angeline's Women's Rescue Mission, where I was a resident for a week, after getting in a debate with, and I can't call, my lover boy black, because, that is what, landed me in the rescue center!  LOL!  But, my bro, whom, I have loved, embraced, denied, beat the shit out of, and loved, over the last four years, dealing with, whatever, ails, us, working on, whatever it is we have, but with the understanding, that, it really is, love without strings, but dealing with the realities of whatever, is going on with both of us, at the time, we get together, whenever, and doesn't seem to be going away!  But, during my stay, I lived with the sisters, and I just adored them, and absolutely, loved, dancing and partying with them, even shocked, and here is a prejudice, is I was shocked to see, a white chick, besides me, dance well, so there were a couple of us, at the New Year's Party, at Angeline's, and the only one, I got this year, because, I didn't sleep on the bus ride back to, Missoula, Montana, so, last night, at my motel room, I ordered pizza and fell asleep at about 6 PM!  LOL!  Only to wake up, after a 5 hour nap, thinking, I had missed, the countdown, and the ball dropping in New York, and around the world, to find, that I didn't miss anything, it was still only, 10:30 PM, party time, finish that pizza, chicken pieces and that last chocolate lava cake, for tomorrow, is the new year!  But, during my stay, I discovered, Mary's Place . . . and my POWER LUNCH!

GET YOUR BABY, SHE IS GOING TO GET HURT!  WHAT?  CAN'T YOU SEE, THAT IS NOT MY BABY?  NO, THIS OLDER LADY, JUST EXCHANGED, MOM, FOR OKAY, GRANDMA, GET YOUR BABY!  LOL?

Now, this, incident, taught me, how truly, colorblind, we all can be, should be, and with work, can, in society achieve!  MIRACULOUS!  So, at Mary's Place, they have a dining room with about, 6 or more tables, set up, for breakfast and lunch, and yummy, at both, but, there was this mom/grandmother, whom, I made friends with, and she invited me to eat with her, and her two grand kids, and her daughter, she is raising her son's two kids too, a wonderful, woman, and better than I am, I told my kids, you had them, I raised you, so they are your responsibility!  I have a life . . . lol!  But, if need be, I would raise to the occasion, but only, IF, I had to--I love them, but, I raised my four, not into raising theirs, babysit, every once in a while, but . . . seriously, I did my time!  LOL!  But there are team captains, or table captains, and they have the job, of setting up the table, getting all the food, to be served family style, and cleaning up the tables.  This very take charge woman, did everything while I sat there, on my computer, loved the fact that they had Internet!  But, after the dinner, while this woman, was dishing up food for her husband, and needing to change the baby's diaper, with only, two hands, and with all due respect and fairness, I hadn't done jack shit, so I figured, as I always to, that, it is my duty to contribute and so I offered to clear the table, and finish, what I could tell, she took, to be her job, and she reluctantly handed over to me, in the interest of expediency, and wanting to get on her way, so, she trusted me to accomplish this last task of the meal and dinner for her.  She disappeared.

So, being the efficiency expert, that I consider myself, I saw a black tray or shelf on wheels, and decided rather than taking 4 trips, back and forth to the kitchen, I would borrow that, load everything on, and take everything at once!  I did, and some, told me, that was not the way things were done, but overall, they, saw it was fast and best, and they followed suit, doing what I did.  But, I am not sure, when the youngest baby, of this table captain, came back, but she was free stylin' around the floor without, anyone watching her, and the older, lady at the next table saw her, going to climb on  some chair stands, that could have been disaster, and dangerous.  So, she turned to me and yelled, hey, your baby, is going to get hurt.  I don't have any babies here, and I continued to wash off the tables, and looked around for, the grandma and mother, but, she was no where to be found!  I figured the oldest or the daughter of the mother, who is also a grandmother was watching the baby, and I said, like obviously, this is not my baby . . . that is not my baby!  I have always been task oriented, and wanted the whole table and mess to be cleaned up, for the overworked, and under appreciated, mother, and grandmother, but, then, the lady, retched up, my call to duty, and said, well, okay, GRANDMA, get your grand kid!

CAN'T SHE SEE, THIS BABY CAN'T BE MINE?

This was not an issue of being prejudice, but it was, like, this genetically, is not, my grand kid, or my child!  Then, it dawned on me, as I watched the aunt, and mommy's little helper, come to get the baby, as I yelled at her, that she needed to get her sister, and keep her off the chair racks, and keep this woman off my back, making me look, entirely, incompetent as a mother or grandmother . . . then, the beauty of what, just took place, set in, and I got this big grin on my face, thinking, how wonderful, that this older woman, didn't distinguish, didn't care, saw a need, a baby had, and told me to take care of the problem!  Is this not a more perfect Union, domestic tranquility, common welfare, general defense, justice for all, prosperity for me and my posterity!  THIS IS EXACTLY WHERE I WANT EVERYONE TO BE, BUT, I NEVER EXPERIENCED, ANYTHING LIKE IT, AND THIS IS WHAT, BOYFRIEND, WANTED ME TO SEE TOO . . . WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE, WE ARE OUR BROTHER'S KEEPER, WE ARE ALL MICHAEL BROWN, OR TRAYVON MARTINS, WE ARE ALL MEMBERS OF BLACK, WHITE, YELLOW, RED, BROWN, LIVES MATTER . . . SO, I SHOULD HAVE HUSTLED MY SORRY, BIGOTED, PREJUCIDE ASS OVER AND TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM!

(2) 25% SAID THAT, THERE WERE POSITIVE RESULTS FROM SETTING A GOAL AND TRYING TO KEEP IT! (3) 50% NOTICED, MEASURED AND PROGRESSIVE CHANGES, AS THE YEAR PROGRESSED! ANY IMPROVEMENT IT GOOD! THIS IS THE "FREE JUDGMENT ZONE" . . . I STOLE THAT FROM, A SAYING ON PLANET FITNESS GYM WALLS, ALL OVER THE FITNESS PLANET! EACH DAY, START THE DAY, WITH, THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! THE WINTERS, AS OF LATE HAVE NOT BOTHERED ME MUCH, EITHER BECAUSE, I SPEND MOST OF MY TIME, JUST STAYING ALIVE, OR, BECAUSE, I SIMPLY TELL MYSELF, THAT, THIS IS REFRESHING AND DON'T NOTICE IT, AS MUCH, AS MY WHOLE BODY, SEEMS TO RELAX AND REALLY, JUST ADAPT!
