So, the episode, starts out, horrifying, and I can see why they stated that you can't watch this from, this site, because, I would rather be dead, I think, than, wake up, first from a dream, that some fucker was amputating your leg, only to wake from the dream in a hotel, room, seeing the bloody, stump, actually, and the fight with a, very doctor looking man, practicing medicine in you, for his wife, who you later learn has a leg amputated, as a result of a childhood disease, of chicken pox!  Her husband's, god complex, led him, to get investors, to fund him, in finding a way, to reattach another person's leg, to his wife's leg, gone from the knee down, as a result of the rare reaction to either small pox or chicken pox, taking live, beings, experimenting and cutting off their legs, then trying to re-attach, a foreign leg, from another victim of this fucker, to your leg, burrowing out the bone marrow, to attach the new, living prosthesis!  Your worst nightmare!  At first the F.B.I., thought that the man, was a doctor, and he was cutting off legs, like other body parts, and selling them, across the border in Mexico on the black market, with other doctors, getting $8,000 for an eyeball, or $15,000 for a heart, rather than waiting for a new heart in America and paying a small fortune, to live!

At first the man, was using male victims to practice, but as he got closer and closer, to perfecting his medical arts, to provide his wife with a real, prosthesis, he started to use females, closer in size and shape to his wife, using a blood drive truck, to lure, poor, but healthy students, to give blood, then drugging them and taking them to the garage in his backyard where he was performing these illegal and very dangerous experimental surgeries!  Fuck!  The patients fought for their lives, were awakened when the meds wore off, to the shock and horror, that their bodies had been ruined, and the chick that was laying, next to them, drugged, in the ambulance looking blood drive truck, was dead, but her leg, darker skinned, had been, attached to your leg, not able to move or control the new leg!  I mean, this whole thing, maybe they didn't ever show this, but, I once had a physiology professor at Utah State University, the mad professor, wanna be doctor, who was kicked out of medical school, for operating on his ROOMMATES!  Now, that is a god complex!  But, this man, I think had been a mortician, so well, suited and familiar with the human body, and probably wanted to be a doctor, but never got accepted to medical school, and due to his love for his wife, who may have lost her leg, after, they were married, started, in an act of love, for his wife, seeing, the victims and mere animals in his quest, to help his wife, he really loved, so, by the end, when she found out, she was horrified, learning that he had graduated from mice and small rodents, to human beings, stating that she never wanted to be healed, that it was him that was ill, or sick, not her!  All the victims, but the last one, died . . . the wife, encouraged the man, with him taking that as support, because she thought, he was using animals!  She kept saying, when he was losing funding, that if the choice is between, rats and the house, take the house!  Little did she know . . .

Complexities of Families and Family Life--Criminal Minds Kind . . . Two Episodes that Look at Family Ties of Different Kinds, With Meaning to Some and Strange Twists to Others!  Now, Most True Crime Shows are Based in Part or Whole on Real Events that Happen to Real People, with the F.B.I., Involved!  These Are Two Such Cases

ELLIOT'S POND

In the first episode, called, strangely enough, Elliot's Pond, three kids, who were the products of a divorce, were suppose to go with their father for the weekend and  his new wife, named Shelley, ironically, enough, but, two of the siblings refused to go, and took off to the local fishing and swimming hole, to find solace and comfort in the familiar.  The older brother, comes to find them, and encourages them to come to their father's house for the weekend, as they are suppose to do and do so without questions.  The younger children argue that they did not like, their step-mother, Shelley, because she talked badly of their own mother, when they were visiting with their father.  The brother is successful, telling them, that, maybe they will go to the movies, again, like last time, and that wasn't that bad, so the other two kids, a brother and sister, start back to the house, while the older brother, who rode his bike to the pond, took to the road, with the younger brother and sister, never making it back, home that night, first with the younger brother getting separated in the corn fields, from his sister, then, both of them, stopping to take care of a wounded animal, to later have a light in the darkness focus on them, with them disappearing, never to be seen or heard from again!  The older brother, the last one to see them alive, was blamed by the sheriff and the town people alike, as being the one who murdered his missing brother and sister!

Jump forward, 33 years, and all the sudden, three boys, disappeared, and many wondered, if the kidnapper, or serial killer, reappeared on the scene, and was back at his old tricks.   There had been an insane asylum, that was replaced with a Walmart, in its place, but there had been several suspects, and these new kids, who were adventuresome and into making films, on their phones, kept taking pictures of a black man, who, was the son of the owner of the corn fields where the kids disappeared, and he, admitted, that, he started taking pictures of the kids, that were found, in the man's house, along with the two kids that had disappeared, 33 years before.  But, the F.B.I., found the man, he was, hiding under the sink, and seemed more to be, just paying the boys back for taking picture of him, and he seemed to know little of the kids that disappeared in his father's field, other than to think that, they deserved what they got, for trespassing, through his father's fields and he didn't seem, organized or strong enough to take three boys, and hide them somewhere.  Eventually, going through all the psycho-analysis, and through, looking at all the possible motives, the F.B.I. agents, realized that, the kids, may not have been killed, 33 years ago, because, there was something in the kidnappings that didn't seem to indicate, that someone was interested, in harming the boys, but in having them as company, and to keep them isolated with them.  Eventually, they found, the lost brother and sister, who had, kidnapped the boys, like they had been kidnapped, because of the social side of it, the need for family, for human contact and, to bring them into their isolated world!

The two missing brother and sister, were rejoined by their lost older brother, almost reclusive himself by this time and the three had a tearful and happy reunion.  This is where the loyalty, of the quote comes in . . . A family is only as strong, like an army, as the loyalty they have for each other!  I found it both ironic and symbolic, that, the name of this story, was, called, Elliot's Pond, because, that, in a sense, was, a lot like, what my extended family, the law enforcement entities who were my enemies, did to my children, they, inducted them to some extent, not necessarily to save them, but to keep them as members of the family, but taking them from their own parents, they must have deemed to either have abandoned them, or didn't provide, what these people considered a normal family situation, but in reality, I believe, that, in their limited, judgement, it was not the traditional divorce, therefore, I believe that I didn't suffer enough, or Zeke or Richard didn't, with the kids, being free to make their own decisions in life, with sons into music and daughters in the military, making them free agents and different from the stayed and Mormon, boring lives, they most likely would have had, had we stayed married to each other!  NO THANKS! 

Shelley trashing me, was NORMAL BEHAVIOR FOR HER, EVEN WITH HER OWN DAUGHTER IN-LAW WARNING ME TO GET AWAY FROM HER, AND SHELLEY'S OWN FRIENDS, EVEN TAKING ME TO ST. GEORGE TO GET ME AWAY FROM HER CRUELTY, so her interaction, and fake concern, for my kids, was more a punishment and tool, to steal my identity and possibly to pay me back for, helping her with her kids, not to hurt her, but to help her!  One sister's action was to help a kid without, seemingly a support system, after a divorce, to be paid back with the steal or kidnapping, with Shelley wanting to hurt with the intent to harm the relationship, come in between, not help fill in gaps . . . and with Frank, who fits, into the mindset of the man, who took the kids for social and familial reasons, maybe because he never had kids of his own, or because he didn't like his kids, or he wanted to hurt me, he inducted them into his life, and his style, taking them from family and friends.

F.B.I. SURROGATE FAMILY + ELLIOT'S POND, MORE FOR THE MONEY, LESS FOR THE SHOW!

In this episode, the segment and murders, start with families, seemingly, normal well respected, and for all accounts and purposes, very ordinary, on the surface.  But, in the first two murders, the whole family was wiped out, leaving one teenager, to suffer the grief of losing their whole family, in one night.  At first the F.B.I., thought that this was a very organized killer, possibly the man having an affair with the first victim families mother, when her husband suffered a physical and mental set backs from an accident.  I found it interesting that the profilers, mentioned, several characteristics, of this familial victimology, of the focus being on making the survivors suffer, rather than the entire family, seeing the killer as an annihilator, who had the following characteristics, leaving me to wonder about my own father, and the tribe mentality, looking at the family or people as animals with the weaker animals, being on the outside of the herd or the tribe, for easy pickings off by animals and men alike:

• generally an older male, with narcissistic personality characteristics, something that, I believe was projected onto me, as part of my alleged, diagnosis, not for mental illness, but, as part of the PICK's Disease, not the type of characteristic that is akin, to the deterioration of the frontal lobes, and death, but, more characteristics of the living, and seemingly the opposite of what and who, I was, more, like my father, and his own psychosis!
• the person or male is usually seen as a male patriarch, that is not only a calling in the Mormon church, but often assigned to males, as the heads of large families, in religious families, so that fits, with 8 children, and over one hundred grandchildren and great-grandchildren, this is a male patriarch on steroids!
• the person committing the homicides, is also suicidal, when they finish their family annihilation . . . my father, was pissed when I made him a young grandpa, he had his grand kids, older ones, call him, Papa, rather than grandpa, he always thought that if one of us girls were to get pregnant, out of wedlock we should, not have an abortion, as I did, my own boss, but, carry it to term, as Shelley did, single and pregnant at the same time, and the family would raise the child, like they did with Tyrone Southwick, Shelley's, youngest son, she now claims to be Elliot, what a joke, and putting Isaac, closest cousin, in as Elliot, so she and cops could steal his music and the money, along with my father, using my legislation, taking money, not belonging to cops, out of their hands, and keeping it with the property owners!
• this type of family killer, and there are more ways than one, to kill a family, much like in the first episode, taking the kids for social or weird reasons, and keeping them from their family, is just as damaging, and often, the patriarch will select, on family victim, whom he wants to suffer, by killing the rest of the family, be it, children, parents, or in-laws, and going after their affections and allegiances!  But, he blames the victim, for all the shit he has done, and does what most abusers do, and that is to project their false weaknesses and character flaws, and put them on the victim of the family, annihilation, and blame them, as all abusers do, if you didn't do this or that, I never would have made you suffer like this . . . my family put, manufactured and manipulated suffering on me, things that never would have happened, but for them, creating them, being with the cops, and going, hog wild on  me, going after me kids, hurting them, then, gaining their affections, to fuck with me and get their money, when they realized that my kids were nothing but WINNERS!  Now, more worthy than their cousins, sure as shit welcomed back into the fold, not being seen as the weak, but the RICH!  If there is one thing, that Mormons love to do, is take credit for successful, smart, educated people, me, through, other Mormon muffins, not myself, but claiming for the Church, the family, and the very Mormon, F.B.I., C.I.A., D.E.A., etc. and my kids too!  WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, WAS CREATED TO HURT ME AND MINE!
• this type of killer, murders families that are not his own . . . my family, basically, adopted the mafia, idea of, you are no longer my daughter! and then proceeded to act that way, in fact, even adopting Kay Baby, to take my place, welcoming her and Brett, my husband, just substituting me for her, in both the family and in my marriage, taking my kids with them, as in the first episode, and strange family, kidnapping of brother and sister, or brothers and sisters, in the Secrist family, no longer seen as part of the larger Southwick clan, but, pushing them out, then bringing them back, but without mother!
• these types are more organized and sophisticated, with the object of the rage, spared, rather then murdered with the rest of their family, with the sole purpose to hurt, isolate, and make live through the loss of their whole family, in one incident, so they will suffer tremendous loss, all at once, to maximize the pain and anguish
• they are highly and naturally intelligent, and they substitute the victim, for someone who harmed them when they were young . . . I firmly believe that my father, hated that his mother worked, but, was somewhat envious of her, professionally, being a successful professor, and a Christensen, a very distinguished family of judges, attorneys, and professors, withSU his father being an accountant, as was his brother, and his older brother being an engineer, all honorable professions but without the prestige of the maternal side of the family.  My grandmother used to say, that I was so much like her, being in love with Shakespeare, teaching English at a college level, and taking it one step further, into the Christensen realm, of the law, being highly influential, and then working in criminal enforcement and the attorney general's office, was more than the family could stand, and I think my father, highly father identified, felt that his mother, might not have treated his father as well as she should have, and seeing the Southwicks, as less, than as worthy as the distinguished Christensens with me, being the few, grand kid or the only one, to be asked to sit in on the BYU Christensen scholarship, later becoming an attorney myself, like my father, sister, Sue and others may have aspired to,  Therefore the anger my father felt for his mother, was transferred onto me, and he was also angry with my grandmother, in her second marriage that, seemed to be the love of her life, defending his father, for being the stable, good provider, that, made her later years of leisure possible . . . but, with all four of her children, not rejoicing in her love for Leo Merideth, but being angry that she read love poems that she wrote and read at his funeral, unlike what was done at her first husband's funeral or the father of her four children . . . was there some transfer of this hatred for me?  Possible!  To pay me back, he was going to take my four children, and treat them as estranged, which was more circumstantial than real, being told I was dying, losing 8 years of my life, then, when I started to practice law again, I immediately, got, not one house, because my kids, to this day want a gathering place, a place of peace for the family to gather, which I did twice in great style, both in St. George and Parowan, with the cops, family, prosecutors, feds, judges, all colluding against me, to keep me from being with my kids!  A VICTIM FOR SURE, but so were MY CHILDREN!

 SUDDENLY, THERE IS A HIGH SCHOOL KID, NOT HIS FAMILY WHO IS MURDERED, AND THE KILLER, TAKES HIS TROPHIES, IN THIS OVER-KILL AND PLACES HIS HONORS ON THE BED, WITH THE BODY SEPARATED . . . AND THE F.B.I. PROFILERS, START TO SEE A YOUNG TENN EMERGE WITH BULLY ISSUES, AS THEY TALK TO A HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELOR WHO WAS A VICTIM OIF BULLYING HIMSELF!  I STARTED TO LOOK, AT THE KEY PLAYERS, TO SEE, IF I HAD BEEN A BULLY, TO FAMILY, TO FRIENDS, WHO TURNED ON ME, TO CLIENTS, TO COPS, AND OTHERS . . . POSSIBLE, BUT, NOT INTENDED!

THEY SUDDENLY FOUND THAT THE TEEN KILLER, BELONGING TO A GROUP OF KIDS, WHO HAD BEEN BULLIED, CALLING THEMSELVES, THE ANTI-TERRORIST GROUP, ACTUALLY SAW THESE BULLYING EPISODES AS ACTS OF TERROR AGAINST THEM, BUT WHEN THE GROUP DIDN'T SYMPATHIZE WITH THE YOUNG LEADER, HE TOOK ALL OF THEM HOSTAGE, FOR NOT APPRECIATING, THE CRUEL EXTENT TO WHICH HE WAS GOING, NOW SEEING THE KILLINGS OF FAMILIES, IN HIS HANDS, THEY NOW ARE AT HIS MERCY . . . EVENTUALLY THE COPS, FIND HIM, AND TALK HIM DOWN FROM KILLING HIS OWN FRIENDS, BECAUSE, THAT WOULD ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE, THEY NOTICED AND TALKE OF THE INCIDENT THAT LED HIM TO HIS ACTS, AND SYMPATHIZED WITH HIM, BUT THAT DIDN'T JUSTIFY MURDER OF FAMILIES AND HIS PEERS!

I REMEMBER, THIRD HUSBAND, AS SAYING, IF YOU HAD MET ME IN HIGH SCHOOL, YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE GIVEN ME THE TIME OF DAY?  FOR ALL I KNEW, I WAS NICE TO EVERYONE, FOR THE MOST PART, MY FAMILY, I WAS BUSY, NEVER LORDED MY LAW DEGREE OVER THEM, AND WAS BASICALLY JUST LIVING MY LIFE, THE BEST I KNEW HOW, WHEN ALL THIS SHIT CAME REIGNING DOWN ON ME, FROM ALL SIDES!

I NEVER DESERVED ANY OF THIS!  I AM NOT AN ENEMY COMBATANT, NOR AN ENEMY OF THE STATE, NOR A HOMEGROWN TERRORIST, FOR DEFENDING, PROTECTING AND PRESERVING THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, WHICH HAPPENED TO PIT ME AGAINST, COMMON OATH KEEPERS, TURNED MASONIC OATHED, OR LOYAL TO I HAVE NO IDEA, BUT, MY ILLS AND MISFORTUNES WERE MANUFACTURED AND FORCED ON MY BY "BRUTE FORCE!"

WORRIED ABOUT THE THREAT OF VIOLENCE AND REQUESTS FOR MORE MONEY, AS IT APPEARED TO ME, HE WENT TO HIS BANKER AND PULLED OUT HIS LAST MILLION, PUT IT IN A BRIEF CASE, AND HID IT IN THE TRUNK OF A RED CAR, AT THE AUTO REPAIR SHOP, IN THE JUNK YARD AND PARTS SECTION OF THE CAR GRAVEYARD . . . LATER, HE IS CONFRONTED BY THE SISTER'S HUSBAND, AND SHOT--YOU LATER FIND OUT THAT THE SISTER SAW THE WHOLE THING AND LIED TO THE COPS, IN THE FIRST INVESTIGATION, BUT EVENTUALLY, COPS GET THE HUSBAND AND THE WIFE AND THEY ARE TRIED FOR MURDER. AT THE END OF THE SHOW, THE COPS, SOMEHOW, GET A CLUE, AS TO WHERE THE MONEY WAS HIDDEN, AND WHEN THEY FIND IT IN THE TRUNK OF THE RED CAR, THERE IS A NOTE, ADDRESSED TO THE OLD GIRLFRIEND, WITH A DOG WEARING A GRADUATION CAP, INDICATING THAT SHE WAS TO USE THE MONEY TO BETTER HER SITUATION AND GO TO COLLEGE, MAYBE LIKE SHE WAS OR WANTED TO! THE IRONIC THING TO ME, WAS THAT, THE NOTE WAS ADDRESSED TO "SHELLY" BUT SHE LOOKED AND ACTED, FOCUSED IN LIFE, MORE LIKE ME, AND THE BAR MAID, LOOKED AND ACTED MORE LIKE SHELLEY, MY SISTER, WHO ALWAYS WANTED MONEY, BUT DIDN'T WANT TO EARN IT, USED SEX, BRAINS, LEARNING AND SKILLS TO GET WHAT SHE WANTED THROUGH SEX, AND WHEN THE MONEY DRIED UP, SHE WAS GONE! Did You Have the Cat in With You All Night?

It has been a week or so, since, I got out of six days in jail, and figured out that my entire computer, program and blog, format, access, familiarity, and style of my computer, had been changed or tampered with, adding stupid, misleading statements, that could make it sound, like I was a using a pseudonym, or I was just an umbrella name and figure, allowing others to post or guest write, now under my name or I was like popular newspaper figures or columnist, like Ann Landers or Dear Abby, now dead, but allowing, other writers to capitalize on my name and credentials, pick up the popular blog, and write as if they are me, carrying on the fine tradition of good advice, as if they were me and just taking over the hot blog!  NO!  The statements, Posting as JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D. or Using Blogger JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., to me smacks of misleading, dishonest, gamy, and untrue, with the intent to mislead and fool, the public, into thinking, that, I am not the writer, but, that, as intended, I believe was to kill me, but it just didn't work out that way, while I was in jail, or whisk me off to some federal detention center or FEMA camp, did work out, because in the first stop, the Washington County Purgatory Correctional Facility, the daughter of murdered former deputy sheriff, Grayhouse Fox, whom, I believe was called by a fellow deputy, out into the desert around Millard County, Utah, into the dead of the night, and set up on an ambush, to silence her, whistle blowing on the department, and she asked me to help her on the case . . . right up my alley, believe me, and the cops, obviously, listening to our conversation, had her out of that cell block, with about 14 girls, ASAP, but not before we exchanged information and phone numbers!  WHOOOPPPPS!

I was extremely worried when the arresting officers, separated me from my backpack and computer, knowing that I still had control of my blog, but wrestled with the NSA and hackers every fucking day of the last 3.5 years, now with increased, worry, that while I was incarcerated or jailed, for this bull shit, and made up warrants, old shit, that, under Utah law, or what it used to be, any prosecution that was no initiated within two years of a misdemeanor, or four years for a felony, was dead!  Fuck, at best these were infractions, the only ones that had an ounce of truth, the headlight incidents, but without citations or information of charges, so, therefore, no court dates . . . prosecutors don't get to work retroactively, and say, well, we could have, should have, would have!  So, these infractions are stale and can't be done now anyway, even if they were good, which they were and not!

Just Discovering the Brain Games and Mind Tricks

The first day back to my computer, my fears were realized, and I noticed a totally different format and all these changes . . . I have been doing this for, fucking 3.5 years, almost,  and they, obviously didn't count on my getting out of jail, because, had they, they surely would not have dared, change everything, because they would be sure to be ratted out by me, for changing everything.  I don't know if you have read the early American, short story, called the Ransom of Red Chief, I believe by O'Neal, but, it has been 30 years since I have read that very funny, but applicable story, where a kid of a rich couple gets kidnapped, and the parents keep blowing off, the kidnappers demands, knowing full well, their little, Injun, would take care of matters, without their help, and by the time, the kid was done with the criminals, the kidnappers were willing to pay the parents to take the kid back!  LOL.  I am much, like that kid, at first I was pissed, then, as time set in and I had a few minutes to think on my situation, being safer, sleeping better, and being more relaxed than I had been in years, since leaving Iron County, I realized, that, hey, this is exactly what, I have needed, to be locked up, with the highlight of my day, going out into the yard, to get exercise, having no way to buy a Diet Coke, forced hours, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and with fucking all day to either read, watch TV, which I NEVER DO, get my weight under control, my addictions, read the Bible, and exercise about three hours a day, as the highlight, rather than the dread!

I wrote out a full sheet, of folded squares, with about two months worth, of places to check off, water, AM and PM walking around in circles in a square, doing stretches and yoga type workouts, to get in shape and not have my body, go into lock down mode, while in jail, a place for saying the Lord's Prayer, going to need it, while in enemy territory, and for reading the scriptures each day!  I put it on the top of my bunk, that is right in the sight and line of the deputies as they come do inspections and shake-downs, and noticed, that as I had is neatly, lined up, after being in the yard, the paper, had been moved out of position!  LOL!  Good they can see that they are stuck with me, until this fucking shit is over!  LOL!  The other inmates, took a look at it too, thinking me insane not to get out, when the judge wanted to release me on Friday, and I said, no, I have been trying to lose weight, get off DC, and re-read the Bible, all very unlikely, on the outside, so, I am staying in jail!  LOL!  One of the inmates, who got released, even told me, that the guards didn't like it, when, people are too happy.  Oh, thanks for telling me, I will calm down, my exuberance, in being here!  LOL!  I wanted, really, needed, about 6 months, but, I figured the prosecutor's calendar was going to be about, April, so, I was not concerned about Christmas, not very sentimental, and I have spent, Thanksgivings, since law school, alone, for the most part, so?  This is perfect!  Just as I got comfortable and into my routine, I was called down to the judge again!  SHIT, they are going to let me out, because I want to stay!

There were two extra deputy sheriffs, attending the video interview with a very nice judge, and I figured that making me go last, knowing what happened last time, with me, yelling at the judge, these extra dudes were there, to take me to solitary confinement, so, I figured, behaving myself, and going with the release, was best, not to push the judge or the deputies, who gave the whole reason they were there away . . . these guys either know me, or know of me!  LOL!  Ransom of the Bad Ass Con Law Chick . . . we will gladly get rid of her . . . not in the way, we wanted to, but anyway possible!  LOL!  I was going to ask for the judge to allow me to just stay for the amount of time, I had marked on my check off sheet!  But, this was not a debate, so I took the damned release!  LOL!  When I was leaving, I told the head deputy, that was not very skilled, at covering up, what they intended to do to me, if I didn't leave, that I promised not to come back . . . he said, without any humor, see that you don't!  LOL!  My daughter, had called the Washington County Jail, better known as Purgatory, they denied ever having me, or didn't know where I was . . . later, after she pressed them, they told her that Iron County picked me up, but by the time she tracked anyone to talk to them about, me, I had been released, and was calling her.  She laughed and laughed, knowing exactly who hard to handle her mother is and how she makes the best of her circumstances, regardless of where that may land her!  But MY COMPUTER?????????????????  It was retained, at the St. George, Utah, Police Department!  SCREAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!

Cats in My Computer . . . Waking Dream or Real?

Okay, so the first night, after getting my computer back, and I started to write my blog, and ratted out, the whole fucking experience, starting with the arrest, to the old shit, from Iron County and why I left, back in 2012, before being murdered, getting my car blown up, incendiary devices, tampered with engines, transmissions, and all, telling the whole, former Iron County experience, in part and whole, so that people would understand, why, I ran, DA!  No case, no house, no client, no amount of money, no principle or concept in the Constitution was worth dying for, as I wrote, as I usually do, and started to go to publish, with the hackers, smackers, and trackers, on the web, with total access, but always under MY CONTROL, and subject to me, reposting, or saying what I wanted to, all the sudden, as they started to steal my blog, after erasing the title, I noticed that I could not, stop the steal, or the kill of some of the material, let alone, stopping the entire theft of the property, so that, the CATS or the NSA could make it look like it was Shelley, the wigged bitch, who was allowed to go into court, pretending to be me, who moved into my house, as if she owned it with the FAKE Allan or FRANK of INTERPOL! to show that it was actually, Shelley, that all this happened to, as if I didn't exist at all, or never came back from the dead, the first time, I was poisoned, and allegedly had PICK's disease, with Shelley being the anointed, or the first born, or the chick that shared a birthday with Gov. Mikey Leavitt, and the backing of the 50 years of DIXIE LEAVITT political machine, being a legislator for all those years, setting things up for his son, to rule and reign, making Shelley me, because when I was with the AG's office, we took over as top dogs in the state government with the Gov's office, playing second fiddle to my community programs, with real service and law to back it up, not some insurance salesman with money and clout, hardly, the power of the law!

So, after freaking out, seeing all the changes on MY computer, mind you, this is MY property, MY intellectual property, and my history, background, knowledge, power, writing, stories, jail experiences, cases, water compacts, and blog! seeing that, they, the losers, the stupid, the liars, the fakes, the plagiarizers, the money grubbers, the gold diggers, the fucking, piss heads, trying to use brute force to have their way with MY FORTUNE, and my FAMILY DOLLAR, took over control of my computer and blog, worth a fucking fortune, and changed, everything, from, this bogus, way of stating that, anyone could be posting under my name and degree, just like they did with practicing law, with my degree, fuck, one was great, now let's allow, 6+ shitty, women, with inferior skills and education, to write as if, they are JoAnn, under this UMBRELLA NAME AND LAW DEGREE, A JURIS DOCTORATE, that they are all too lazy, stupid and fucked up, to go get themselves!  GITUROWN! 

God, I feel like Prometheus, who stole FIRE from Gods, and for my punishment, I am daily, tied to a rock, with vultures, coming down and picking at my flesh, plucking my eyes out, and eating me down to the skeleton, only to have the same thing, start over the next day, as it is with my blog . . . Sorry, Back to the Weird Cat Story . . . Now, Cats Are a Symbol for CIA, a Total Enemy and Nemesis

So, my grandsons, at my idea, got a new kitty, last time I was down, in October, but, as for me personally, I don't like cats, or dogs, or really anything with fur, but for, possibly a horse, with short enough fur, that, is so short that I can see, what ticks, bugs, lice, chiggers, or whatever is in their fur!  I also, used to get up at night and throw rocks at big tom cats, two of the names, I use to be signs and symbols of CIA, but, before most people neutered their cats, my brothers and sisters would inevitably, bring home a stray female cat, and I had a bedroom in the basement, later the recreation room, when, my mom, decided that I was home so rarely, that, I needed a pit stop, rather than a room or a shared bedroom and bed with younger sister, Sue Schmidt, now taller, and so she feels, like she is older, she definitely looks older, but, she is not, taller is not older!  But, the neighborhood tom cats, would line up on the wall in the backyard, and I would get up and go out and chase them off by throwing rocks at them, silencing their howls and growls . . . more to this symbolism, than, met the eye back in my earlier days, a foreshadowing of events to come?  Maybe? 

Well, yes, so, I have never been found of any of the family pets, another symbolic one, an award winning, German Shepard, meaner than shit, who was penned in our backyard, a killer, and so we, my friends and I would, climb up and throw rocks at the dog, and it would attack, and jump on the wall near us, and send us, into a panic, even though we knew that it could not get to us, the ferocity of its bark and bellowing, scared us . . . symbolic of the dogs cops use today, for K-9 Units, and if the Constitutional constraints, I keep putting back on cops, symbolized as no calmer or tamer than this award winning show dog, but, deadly, a killer of neighborhood dogs, so scary that we had to get rid of it, in exchange for one of his female pups, also used for breeding, but even she had the killer's genes, and took out two wiener dogs, of the next door neighbors . . . so, I have no fondness for either cats or dogs and for good reason!  But, I know, kids need and love pets, therefore, I encouraged and purchased the stuff for the kitty, but, I don't want to pet it, don't like it coming near me, nor do I necessarily hate it, but, I am just neutral and don't need to have it around me, or bugging the shit out of me, while typing or watching TV!  I pretty much have trained the cat and the kids to keep the beast away from me!  So, what happened next, or the night after posting my first blog after being released and getting my computer back which took another day, was the back drop for this very bizarre and strange event!

DREAM OR REAL . . . CAT CAME IN PLAYED WITH THE COMPUTER CORD, AND MY WRITING PAD AND PEN, ALL SYMBOLIC OF THE CIA, GETTING INTO OR MESSING WITH MY BLOG!

The kids are trained, as is the cat, when grandma is here, to put the cat in the bedroom, ALL NIGHT, when I come, sleeping on the couch, hopefully, in peace, until the early morning hours, when I generally, get up, early and either leave, or write.  So, I had gone to the bathroom, somewhere around, 2:00 AM, and after settling back down to sleep a few more, hours, I hear this thud, and I am thinking, is the cat out?  It got quiet again, and then, I heard what sounded like the pen on my legal pad where I had been taking some notes, from a movie to use in my blog, that I thought were cool, and realized, that the cat was playing with them, and later, very quiet, had moved over onto the coffee table, before I was absolutely sure, hearing, rather then seeing, that the cat was out, and loose, and ready to torture me, by playing with my feet or walking on me . . . so I opened one eye, and saw the cat, sitting there, staring at me, sitting on my computer! 

Then, without, having to get up and take the cat, and do my normal, throwing it into the room where my grand kids sleep, it just disappeared?  WOW, what was that, a dream, or a night vision, or what, the cat, never, just comes in and silently plays with my stuff without, bugging the shit out of me!  But, I never heard nor saw it again that night, which, fascinated me, and left me wondering if, either it is getting older, or it never came out, or maybe the kids went to the bathroom, and left the door open and it, now conditioned to sleep with them, in their room, possibly, just went back to sleep!  But, I thought, it God, my INTEL man, trying to tell me something?  That it was not the local cops, because they don't have the capacity to alter or mess with my blog or computer, but the FEDS DO!!!!!  I like to give credit where credit is due, not assign credit and skills, beyond education and power levels, like these fucks do, CIA, trying to pass off, very inferior, attorneys, non-attorneys, and other bitches, pretending they are the ones who did this or that, to make the men, feel superior to me, when they are FAR FROM IT, and so are their government whores!

Did You Guys Let the Cat Out Last Night?  Go to the Bathroom?  Open the Door?  No.  Are You Sure?  Yeah.  Really?  Yes.

Puzzled.  What the hell was that . . . it appeared to be, nothing more than, the cat, coming out of the room, long enough, to mess with my legal pad, and pen, and to play with my computer, or in sign and symbol, the CIA, got into my blog, through my computer, and changed, fucking everything, either to make it easier for them to steal, or to make it look, like anyone who wanted to try or take a shot at being published under my name and credentials, was free to do so, just like they have been free to steal the money from my blog.  I have allowed them to steal the money, a penny per hit, for three and a half years, with 8 versions on each site, with, billions of hits? a fucking shit load of money . . . there are many sites that have not been flat-lined and doctored, so as to cover the huge ass numbers this blog gets, day after day, blog after blog, with the numbers even growing after the elections and the flat-linging, of the numbers, cutting off, all site at about 500,000 on at ALL TIMES, rather than the millions of hits, on just one of the 8 or more versions, on almost every, notable site, on the web, I type in low level stars, and there is at least 500,000, give our take a few thousands, but after, going into the site to publish under something different to fool the NSA or stop their stealing, I see tons of sites all with my blog on it!  The amount of money, is MIND BLOWING AT BEST, and in 193 languages, or at least the number on the tool that Google uses to help translate my work!
