FBI Files: "The Boy Next Door"
Now, several blogs ago, I covered the story of this young man, nice looking, a bit of a recluse, who for the most part was shy, withdrawn, and an introvert, but, who mixed well, but, whom his friend, said he also had a crazy switch, in an of the fact that this mild manner man, could go from his normal personality, to a complete rage, without limits, controls, and limits to his reactions, to events, that appeared to be out of his control, coming from, deep in his psyche, enough so, that he killed four, beautiful, vibrant, and up and coming, young women, one of which, particularly, caught my attention, and for obvious reasons, because, I can relate. And but for the grace of God, go I! This was a girl, from a small town, who went to Hollywood, in the idea, that she would become an actress or actor, now days, with her eyes set on stardom, which, seemed to be coming true. She hooked up a job, as a waitress, as I recall, and in that capacity, was introduced and rubbed shoulders with some of Hollywood's up and coming actors, one of whom she had started dating, Justin Kutcher, whom she was seeing at the time of her murder.
Soon her circle of friends, and house mates, where an integral part of the young, fast, fun and furious crowd, just doing what the young and alive do, digging on life. At that sane time, this young man, I spoke of earlier, also came to Hollywood, and also, hooked a few gigs, one of which was playing the role of a boxer. Like the rest of the crowd that lived within a close proximity of each other, they all didn't give up their day jobs, yet, with enough actor gigs, to carry their bills and expenses. But, the boy from Illinois, started to get an obsession, with one bright, happy, go getter, who was making the social scene and thriving in the environment of the up and coming. This guy, started, to watch her house, stalk her, and follow her, even becoming so obvious, that the girl's room mate a non-romantic bro type relationship, but with older brother, senses, and keeping a watchful eye, for his carefree and beautiful blonde, roommie. One night, house mate, notices, this dude, parked by the house at 3:00 AM in the morning and it concerned him, seeing that, the girl, often worked late shifts at the restaurant, she was a waitress at, so he talked to the guy, even asked him what he was doing, and the guy, came up with some bull shit story, and the bro type, called him on it, and made him leave the house. This was three days before, the girl in her early 20's, ,with the world at her feet was murdered, in a bloody, and brutal fight, leaving a crime scene that even shocked hardened detectives, in the apparent massacre that took place in this small Hollywood home and neighborhood.

I believe it took, cops and detectives, even the FBI, obviously, because it is in their files, I think, if I remember right, 20 years to connect the young man, to a murder, 8,000 miles away in his home town neighborhood that was a cold case, until, someone noticed the similarities, between the cases, the crime scenes, and DNA may have come into play by this time. But what stuck me the most, was the explanation, this man, by now, said, was the reason, he killed, at least this one, young beauty, in Hollywood, and he said, because he was envious and jealous of her life! For all intents and purposes, I think the crimes he had committed back home, were weighing on his mind and heart, and this carefree, happy, vivacious girl, seemingly so free of the burden of sins and crimes, made it almost unbearable to him to stand, and throwing the sexuality and interest he had, plus, the presence of other men, in her life, somehow, flipped the crazy switch, maybe as a result of rejection of a sexual advance, one night, or turning him down for a date, or whatever, that led to this horrendous loss of life and devastation, of a girl's life who had so much to offer the world!
Can We Allow, Someone, Who Achieves a Station of Authority, Use, Abuse, Control, and Elicit the Use of Government, Police, the Legal System, to Exact, Punish, and Perpetrate Crimes, Almost in a Extra-Legal and Judicial Way, Violating Every Civil, Constitutional and Human Right? With "NO" Restraints?
HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? MAYBE THE CRUELER POSITION, IS TO "MURDER" THE PERSON, RIVAL, OBJECT OF DESIRE, BUT LEAVE THEM ALIVE TO SEE THE CARNAGE, THE BRUTALITY AND CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST THEM?

The Chippendale Dancer Murder or FBI Files: "Backstage Murder"
This is really quite a complicated case, and one that took the FBI about 5 years, to finally resolve and get the murderer, a wealthy, immigrant to New York, a man, who started the very successful and lucrative, Chippendale Dance Club, owner, who hired a hit man, to kill his partner, he could not get along with, after the two formed a very successful and thriving corner on the market of women willing to watch and spend tons of money, to entertain their guests, friends, and family, with hot male dancers, who performed weekly, or at birthdays, bachelorette parties, and other fun, female events, often done, to the shock and entertainment of an unsuspecting friend. Just a side note, when I was a law student at BYU, a Mormon Church, school, being on an average of 14 or so years older than the normal male or female student, in my mid-thirties, while the average age of a graduate was about 25 years old, so, I don't know if the term, "cougar" had even been coined by that time, back in the early 1990's, but, as a joke, someone slipped a card deck with all the Chippendale Dancers on them . . . nice, thanks, I enjoyed them, but I was someone shocked, at the thought, but me and my friends, after each mid-term or final, would hit the road, and go dancing somewhere in Las Vegas, to balance the mental and physical chemistry of our bodies, or at least I did . . . I am still at a loss, as to whom, put that deck of cards in my backpack? Fun connection, though . . .
But, as the success and money started to roll in, of course the rival dance teams started to crop up, the copy cats, who, wanted a cut of the action, and money. The owner, and this will connect, you to the idea and question, this dude's, name brought to mind, Banerje, and at first before, I saw the spelling, I thought, not paying too much attention, of the words, ban her, gee? Which then, inspired and led to the critique in the title of the actions, of men, who think, very much like Mr. Trump, and who did much more than keep it to locker room talk, and actually created a plan, to steal my life from me, including my kids, Cold War Kids, every parents, dream, and all four of them, which should be an attestation to my mothering skills, DNA, and teachings, strategic planning, that, could be confused with, me abandoning my kids to go to law school, when, in reality, much thought, study, grappling with social mores, norms and traditions of society, extended family, church and culture, being brave enough, to look to the best interest of my children, given the age, the parental personalities, the money, divorce, what a mother contributes and when, what a father contributes to and when they are most prominent in a child's life . . . and making that decision, taking it upon myself, to be brave enough to do it, and pay the price, judgment, criticism, that has paid off, leaving, me with a great career and great kids, so the calculated risk, was well thought of and I have had a well lived and planned life, before, others started to decide I needed to be punished, for my choice, making me pay for kids that they all wanted to die for, a career that was the envy of all, and opportunities and wealth, that was the final, result of those choices made, 20 years earlier.
The Killers, Confused Power and the Accumulation of My Wealth, With Achieving the American Dream . . . but the Disillusion of that, Created More Hatred, Envy and Retribution for Their Choices, Not Mine!
So this man, who came to America and accumulated tons of money, a successful business with the exotic male dancers, and all the money he could need, want and use, still wanted to keep, the entire market, and so when a rival band of male dancers, started to cut in and compete, with the Chippendales, and there was increasing tension, within and without, the business, he had his partner murdered, and hired thugs to sabotage the rivals, place of business, paying the men to burn the place down, twice, which was never successful, so eventually, he did a murder for hire plot to eliminate two of the rival dancers, to cut into the routines and profit of the other club. When the partner was murdered, that led to the capture of the killer, and started to uncover the plot, that included two more people, in this conspiracy to eliminate the competition! In true law enforcement manner, the FBI leaned on the small fish, to get them to roll over on the larger fish, or the man, who paid them to commit the murders, and that proved to be difficult to get the man, the owner to admit to, seeing he was cautious, smart and sophisticated, and refused to divulge any connection with the case, and he would meet with the FBI informant, trying to get information for the federal cops, an admission, through wired surveillance, but the man, smart, would refuse to talk in anything but whispers and demanded that the hitman, only conversed with him on paper and note passing.
Eventually, the informant, unable to get the owner, who order and directed the hits, to talk, wanted to get out of the country, to protect the secrets, allegedly of the owner, and keep him off the hot seat with the cops, so the Chippendale Owner, eventually, gave him money to get rid of him, and the FBI, suggested to him, the informant, to ask to be sent to Italy, where, the cops and law enforcement authority, are strong supporters of wiretapping, surveillance and eavesdropping. So, once over in Italy, the club owner, came to meet with his old friend, while he was in town on business, and the feds, set up the sting op, seeing that, being overseas, the target and mastermind, was more willing to relax and spill his guts, with all being recorded from the other room, which, he did. Eventually he was arrested, shocked, but taken into custody, and being sentenced to 23 years in a maximum level prison, he took his own life, rather than face his punishment, and he hung himself, in his cell. I think the strong lesson, the FBI, wanted to make in this "murder for hire" plot, done by a man, who had nothing to really lose and fear, seeing, both clubs, could be successful, was, that the search of wealth and power, are not really the American dream, but FREEDOM IS!
Take the Money and Watch it Burn!
One of the most interesting things about my case, is that in spite of the fact that, my enemies, my rivals, some with notable credentials, and abilities, somehow, chose to be me, rather than, develop themselves, seeing easy money, crimes of opportunity and access, as the means to the accumulation of wealth and power, when accomplished, found, that, they were still jealous, envious, and tried to get more, even thought, they had all they could ever have hoped to need, desire, acquire, even if it was ill gotten gains, and illegally obtained, through, identity theft . . . when all was said and done, they still were not, ME, still didn't have the children's hearts, had given up their freedom, through their actions, and, my willingness, to take freedom of speech, to write what I wanted in my blog, even though, they stole millions and billions, the eventual POWER, of persuasion, developed, while writing the blog, far exceeded, the monetary aspect of the blog, or the cases, or the water compacts, and through their greed, their pursuit and chase of taking my life, they, inadvertently, created the stories and fun, that would distinguish, my lifestyle from theirs, thus, exposing the fraud, the crimes and the deceit, that would, or has led to their downfall . . . when compared to FREEDOM, the money is worthless!
