HELL'S ANGELS, THE AMERICAN MAFIA
I think, that many of us, fail to realize, that often biker gangs, like the Hell's Angels, are considered worldwide gangs, that due to their secrecy, silence, and devotion to the members of the biker gang or club, we know little of their activities, goals, desired reasons for forming and for staying in existence and power. I just watched a true crime episode, of a biker, leaving a weekend biker's rally, in England, the Bulldog Bash, was riding back with his gang after the yearly festivities, and was gunned down, while on his bike, and on the freeway, in an assassination, by rival gang members, the Outlaws. The incident, left the dead biker in the middle of the freeway, his bike, continuing on, for 100 yards, resting in a field, while he lay dead, as his gang members, strip him of the biker emblems and patches on his leather vest. Although, his biker, was riding with his gang, and he was surrounded on all sides, when he was shot in the head, none of the members of the gang would talk to police, nor state what they had seen. There was a huge funeral, with both members of the American Hell's Angels, joining their British chapter. This man, even kept his membership in this gang, to himself, and even his own mother didn't know, he was a biker club member, until, it was too late and he was gunned down, being shot in the head, by a car with several rival gang members, who then shot, at this loan rider, and no one else. Apparently, the Outlaw gang, didn't think, the rivals, the Hell's Angels, respected their turf, and held their bash on hostile territory; therefore, to show the HA's who was boss of the ground, the party was held on, they randomly, chose a biker, and shot him, taking out the dude and stopping the freeway traffic for hours, while the police investigated, with little success, other than to find several bullets, and one, that seemed lodged in part of the other gang's vehicle.
Police put 6 members of the Outlaw gang under strike surveillance, and learned who the leaders where, why they did what they did, and who was directly involved in the murder or assassination. In true biker fashion, all refused to speak, just saying they didn't know . . . eventually, one of the 6 committed, the unpardonable crime, of being a snitch, and he told the cops, why they did it, and that he was responsible for the whole mess--the cops, knew, that all the other men were also involved and it was just not that simple, so all were charged, and when the gang came to town to support, their members and leadership, the entire town, stood in awe and fear of this motorcycle club, if you will, their skulls, leathers, labels, patches, and their brotherhood. Eventually, all were found guilty of conspiring to murder the rival biker, and they did a bad job, of covering their tracks. After all had been punished and sentenced, and as they were walked to the prison by guards, one of the six, turned on the rat, and threatened him, that he had not seen the last of him, using intimidation and violence to let him, know, he was going to make him pay for what he had done, turning all of them in. The lone guy, was put in a special, more isolated part of the prison, to be their for28 years. The reason, I bring this up, about the biker gangs, is that, they are a key and significant part, of my case also with biker interaction, weaving and rivalries, mixed in with all the music, money, murders, and mayhem! I wanted to list for you, reader, investigators and cops, hoping to lead this to prosecution and trial, for the guilty parties, so here we go:
MYSTERIOUS UNDERBELLY OF AMERICA, THE BIKER WORLD
Different biker gigs, that either intersect with me personally, with my cases, my kid's music, God's Revolver, easy rowdy, raucous music, that bikers love, or tangentially, touch this case, through Shelley, my rival, her work with the Utah Attorney Generals Office, after I had worked as an assistant attorney general, on to lovers, to egos, to the use of doubles, who have now, become, essentials to this criminal enterprise and an intricate part of the plans, the plays, players, and partakers of the booty or bounty. I am just going to do this, the most efficient and affective way, I think, might portray, key players and issues, that come into play in this very, very, complicated case, that spans the globe!
I believe that as part of the deal, when Shelley was charged with securities fraud, by the state of Utah, along with my father, five times, she was ordered to get involved with then, attorney general, Jan Graham's Children's Justice Centers, and my former boss, replaced by Mark Shurtleff, a former friend and colleague of mine, was also, involved, in the transition, between, Shelley's case, charges, penalties, which, I believe, included, some community service, and that was determined to be, working on the justice centers, which later, led Shelley, to interact, with community leaders in Cache county, but to also, work with BACA or Bikers Against Child Abuse . . . she had one friend, a guy named Mike, but I can't remember his last name, he and I had a small personal thing, but, I wasn't really into it, but, when all this comes together, you, might see, the multiplying effects of this involvement, in both, my sister's work and life and mine, as things are twisted and weaved together, to allow, Shelley to steal my identity and for her son, Isaac, to do the same with Elliot's music!
jump forward, from me believing I was dying at the time, I met Mike, to me, going a back and practicing law, with a client, Allan Rex Bess, who sported tattoos, from the Vagos biker gang, considered one of the most dangerous gangs in America . . . now, Allan, claims to have, just ridden with the biker club, but who know, he was considered a total bad ass, for some reason, and when the cops arrested him, on the case I worked and represented him on, my friend, heard on her truck CB, that there were cops surrounding 4 blocks, and all streets covered, so his arrest made some splash in this sleepy town of Parowan, Utah. Now, the first time, Allan, met me, he told all his jail mates he was going to marry his attorney. I smiled, and none of the inmates in the Iron County Correctional Facility, or the jail, believed him, nor did I, but he had been a cowboy and Marine, in addition to his biker days, and I have always, had some attraction for slightly bad boys . . . there is just enough good in them, and just enough bad in me, that, in that one area, we are attracted to each other, but other than that, the whole thing is a puzzle to me.
two of Allan's best friends, Joe and Joe, was this guy's son's name, whom I also defended, but, I defended Allan, got him off 45 years in prison for attempted homicide, really a cop set up, with a woman, who, was a black widow, who had several dead husbands, including a deputy sheriff, but she would find, alcoholics, with a lot of money, crush pills, then, mix them with their food and drink! But, Joe and Allan's best friend, oh, Tony, built custom made biker machines, and together these two men, were on the cover of like biker magazine for creating a wicked bike, called, Twisted Sister, and they toured all over the country with this bike. I also, defended, Joe, against the Mexican mafia, in a case, that Joe was forced to wear a wire, when a deal, for drugs or something was cut with a mafia member . . . Joe was forced to testify, I told him to plead the 5th, but he was threatened by the judge and the prosecutors, if he didn't testify, they were going after Joe's daughter, for marijuana or meth possession and she was just getting ready to graduate from veterinarian school, or she had been accepted. Joe was forced into a corner and had to testify, and I saw this mafia member's sister and mother, put out a hit on Joe right in court, I freaked, followed them out, the prosecutors, tried to block me from giving Joe, who asked me to attend court, advice . . . I eventually, wrote a 14 page brief, to protect Joe, telling these very proud, Hispanics, that, Joe had a choice to testify or turn his daughter over to the cops and prosecutors . . . and to the credit of the drug dealer and his family, they respected him for protecting his daughter! There is at least honor among, drug dealers, he took the wrap and went to prison and didn't seek revenge, on Joe; however, right after that, Joe went to work with the new police chief, who was brought in to protect the government men, against me!
Allan Rex Bess, aka, Frank, allegedly of Interpol, the government look-alike, who was brought in, to help Shelley, take over my identity and stop all these cases, especially, my appeal, on the Tristan Lameroeaux case, involving, the Hell's Angels vs. Aryan Nation Groups, working with the FBI and Marines, in cutting a deal, between the two rival gangs, one with All American ideals, the Angels, and the others, all the arms of the Aryan Nations gangs, Sons of Anarchy, neo-Nazi's, other white power groups, sympathizers and supremacists. I half wonder, if Frank, who claimed to be a government infiltrator, into the biker gangs, like claiming he was involved in a shoot out, at the Hell's Angel's Mansion, with Sunny Barger, whom Tristan claimed was his grandfather, back in the days when, the Aryan Nations had their headquarters in Zion's National Park! The REAL, Allan Rex Bess, had a picture of Misty, Tristan's wife, whom he was framed, and said to have killed her, met Tristan in jail, and the two, kind of bonded, because of Allan's tats of the Vago's, and Tristan's Christian Brotherhood tattoos! But a marked distinction and difference that lead me to firmly believe, that Frank was Allan's killer along with Shelley, but, Frank, said, that Tristan was guilty, and Allan was going to help me with the case, until he was murdered! The thought just hit me, that, Frank, my, have been a rival gang member of Allan's, and he could have hated Sonny Barger, Tristan's grandfather, and leader of the Hell's Angels! Two of my three plaintiffs in the Cheek case, for $56.7 million against Iron County, given to Shelley, who claimed my work, after I left for Montana, in fear of my life, with Shelley being seen in court, wearing a wig and pretending to be me . . . but, I did not know, until Tristan was in prison, that Haylee Cheeks, and Travis Braun, and most likely, Shane Clark, were all into white power, as were Misty and Dennis Cheeks! Frank was German, and hated President Obama with a passion, party politics, one of the reasons to get rid of me, and put Shelley or Rachel in, as me, but in pure Republican form, rather than the constitutional law attorney, who could swing both ways! This angle is worth looking into, and needs deeper, discovery! I think, I was only seeing the tip of the iceberg, on what, was really going on behind the scenes, with global gangs, and me in the middle! Once, Frank and I, were up at Duck Creek, Utah, and a group of biker bitches and I struck up a conversation, and they had been at Laughlin, when I think the Vagos and Hell's Angels, or someone got into a gun fight, and one person died, and two men went to prison, the chicks, asked me if I would represent, one of the guys in prison . . . Frank, made himself, scarce, and later, told me that due to his, involvement as a government infiltrator, he would rather I didn't take the case, because he was afraid, someone might recognize him! There was a very notorious, Aryan Nations, dude, Alger, or something like that, who, allegedly shot and killed, a prison guard, who was taking him to a dentist appointment, and this dude, with a skin head and his whole face tattooed, said he would make me famous, if I represented him, like he wanted me to do . . . he was on TV news all the time, a sight to see for sure, claimed that, the other guard, actually shot Anderson, when Alger, tried to escape?
then, I think, my next involvement, was with James Kennedy, and almost before to told me his name, he was telling me, these brutal, stories of the way, biker dudes treated their woman, like, allowing all 12 members of the biker gang at a bar one night, rape his wife, or the other guy, who put a dog collar on his wife, nude, put her in a dog kennel, and then shot her! I said, am I suppose to be impressed by this? Bikers exploit women, use and abuse them, and treat them like property! James didn't talk much, after that first night, when I told him, I would not be one of his biker bitches! LOL! He told me that all the Kennedy boys, cousins, were, all either bikers, or feds . . . he told me his mother, a preacher, had, 9 children, most boys, and four of them were bikers! But, I have not seen, James for a year and a half, or so, it seems, he may have come to the bridge, in Missoula, I thought I saw him, at least on three occasions? I am sure, that I am a whole different type woman, than, bikers and James are used to dealing with! LOL! Kennedy had this sweatshirt on with a very volumptuous woman, with six shooters in her hands . . . probably more his speed! I told him, I would never, go topless, sit on the back of a bike, and try to catch, hot dogs in my mouth, while my breasts, jiggle all over the place as men cheer! No response!
CASTING A KILLER, TV REALITY SHOW . . . MEGAN WANTS A MILLIONAIRE!
This is another, true crime episode, in this one, there is this, smooth mover, good looking, guy from a rich family up in Canada, who comes to Hollywood, to claim his fame and his fortune. He gets, selected and cast, to play one of the bachelors, on the TV show, Megan Wants a Millionaire . . . and lover boy, claimed he was a millionaire, while wooing her one the show. Megan, was a hot blonde, but seemed very level headed, and she narrowed the field of millionaires, down to the final three, of which our Canadian con man was one; however, bound and determined to win the contest and Megan's heart, Ryan, was trying to be with her, separate and beside the show, and saying he loved her, wanted to marry her, and have Megan, have his babies, blah, blah, blah. When it came down to selecting, the final two, out of three, giving one the boot, Ryan's wealthy father came down, to the show, but Megan, seeing through the con, more and more, with her friends, also, thinking he was a player, advised her, to steer clear, and so, she cut him from the program! So, rejection and loss, in front of the whole viewing audience! That was very humiliating and Ryan didn't take it well, so when, Jasmine, a beautiful, blonde, busty, bombshell, and model, met Ryan, this woman, who learned to reinvent herself, starting with her body, found that men were hanging all over her, just wanting to be seen with her, and her huge ass boobs, with all guys drooling over her . . . she was just the woman, to fill the void of Megan, and to be a nice trophy, for Ryan to wear, on his arm.
Now, both, Ryan and Jasmine, relied on their looks, to get ahead in life, and they used these physical charms to lure each other. Ryan again, telling Jasmine that he had a lot of money, but when it came to paying for anything, Jasmine, paid, because, Ryan, could not get a hold of his assets in Canada for this reason or that. The two, in this whirlwind of a romance, based on their hot looks, and fueled by Ryan's recent TV exposure, it was a match made in heaven for about two weeks after the rushed marriage, and hell, within three weeks. Jasmine, started to see, that Ryan, who was taking, dirty pictures of her, and exploiting his new toy, all over the internet, being seen with the busty, beautiful blonde, was loving life, and his wife, at least until she started to lose interest, in his promised, $10,000 per month, allowance! Jasmine had an old, really rich boyfriend she started to hook up with again, and she was going to file for an annulment on the marriage! The two fought all the time, and separated, for a while, when Ryan, as luck would have it, was offered another position, on another TV, reality show, that promised the winner, a quarter of a million dollars, which, Ryan is said to have won. The two get back together, and have a second honeymoon, that was also, short lived. The couple took what was to be, a romantic getaway, to rekindle their romance, but while Ryan was playing Black Jack, or gambling, Jasmine was texting her old rich boyfriend!
When Ryan saw the texts, he went nuts and beat, Jasmine really bad, and eventually murdered her! Ryan went on the run, and authorities, who linked him to the murder, through surveillance tapes, finally, hung himself, before he was caught! This man, was kind of the opposite sex, man version of, Cinderella or some other fairy tale, where the man gets his beautiful princess and they live happily ever after, with money, fame, good looks, and are seen, as they were, as having it all, that is until he killed her and took his own, life! Ryan, was living in a fantasy land, and when he didn't get the first blonde beauty, he went for the next one he met, whom, didn't even know her long enough, to get her name, almost! But, tons of guys wanted her, so that was a lure for him, and he got her! Until his true colors started to show, and then, actually both, partners, had meltdowns, but she had a sugar daddy and he only had her! It didn't work out very well for either of them! Pretend for a second, that, Megan, is me, with 10 or so guys to choose from, and they all want her, but she is picky, and rejects all but one, and she does it in front of EVERYONE in TV land! One of the problems with surveillance, is it seems to me, and I can't substantiate this, other than through antidotes, but, I think the top cops, that I have been with, or the bikers, or the handsome con men, were playing to their friends, so, when, this former, hot attorney, now, at the time, going to die, but still, a trophy for any cop, who knew my history of kicking cops around, would be considered, hot shit, so when I got smart, and rejected the boyz in blue, with huge ass egos, and tons of women, who wanted them, rejection from a dying woman, and former, hero to some, and villain to others, cops, mainly, getting trashed in front of their fellow cops, was more than they could stand . . . it is second nature, to strike out at those who hurt us, or who, seem insensitive to our feelings, and then leave us, but worse, when, you are expecting the woman, now, not up to former, looks and glory, but, still a catch, then, rejects Mr. Casanova, or Romeo!
