From bosses, from hell, to dates, from hell, to cops, prosecutors and judges from hell, to an election from hell, women are constantly under pressure and attack, from their male associates, dates, professional equals, and even, from their inferiors, in Hillary's case!  Yesterday, I saw a sign, help wanted, in the local, Whitefish Markus Market, for an energetic happy person, to work at the ma and pa, shop, the kind I like!  My brother-in-law, retired from a high pressure management position, for a worldwide company, but when he retired, at 52, he was driving my sister, Sue, crazy, so she made him go get a job, part time, and he worked at a local grocery store, in the fresh produce department, and fucking loved it!  So, I turned in an application, thinking, it would be nice to make some extra cash, get my feet involved in the community, seeing that many locals shop in the store, and keep busy and active, so I can lose weight, which seems, more important than, all my credentials, education, training, cases, blog, legislation, water compact work, is simply, how I look, and this is part and parcel of what, caused a somewhat visceral reaction in my gut and soul--not applying to work at the market, but, a few minutes after, I put a craigslist notice on the web, for Rick, my camping and backwoods, Vermont friend, who is cutting wood, and selling it, to make a few extra bucks, too, seeing how easy it was to post a notice of service, and seeing a legal section and category, I decided for the hell of it, to see if I could pick up some contract work, seeing I can work, less and make more!

I was shocked, at my almost, violent, sick, and vitriol, reaction, to just placing the ad!  This comes on several levels, first, that, I know, my double's have been using and abusing MY law, credentials, and not just one, but at least 6, with only one actually having, a law degree, and my gut, has told me all the way along, that, after I attended the showing of the Code of the West, on the fight over medical marijuana, with raids, legislation, and arrests, charges, and incarceration, of many of the growers, that from that second, I left that, meeting, having told of some of the illegal drug, cartel, cop, growing marijuana, and several alleged, discovery of huge ass grows, in Utah, telling, of my experiences, later, writing about them, and then that very weekend being set up, outside Hamilton, on one night to be T-boned by cops, to have some one, who the cops outside, Florence, just outside of Missoula, the following night, when I did a bait-n-switch with surveillance, an awning, and another Ford Taurus, leaving the gas station, as I came, only to be seen upside down, wheels still turning with cops already, surrounding the vehicle?  

Later to be reported, as my death, on the Internet, or so, I fear, and later, some Marines who followed my writings and adventures, reported to me, back in 2012 . . . but, I have known that cops, train cops, and others have been used to drive me from a location, I do something political, so that the double, can come in and take my place, when few, have seen me, so they can establish, the double, as me, because, to the mob, Mormon mafia, and MIB, they have declared me dead, and tried to make that a reality, to get to my son(s)' music, use my resume, and get their hands on a fucking fortune, now even more, all the while pretending, I am dead, or these women, are ME!  NO, I AM ALIVE AND WELL IN WHITEFISH, but for years, have been, chased, intimidated, run from place to place, state to state, city to city and within the cities themselves!  

I have done legal work for a lot of people, but, have not, kind of officially, decided to get back into the legal scene, if not just as a very educated, paralegal, legal assistant, or contract attorney, helping someone, with this or that, research, writing, etc.  But, as soon, as I posted that, I thought, I was going to vomit, all that happened to me in Utah, following me to Montana, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, and back again, was like reliving a gang rape!  I could not believe my feelings, the reaction, the overwhelming wash burn, of just, almost shear, terror, worse then, when it happened, because, I was in such denial, thinking, right is right, merit is merit, you win, and get the money when you win, you don't get houses, cabins, cars, trucks, your law practice shut down, pipe bombs, and death on your doorstep, every fucking day of the last, almost 5 years, starting way before I left Utah!  I knew I had PTSD, but, this was, so, fucking strong, as the heat, continued to surround and mount against me in light of the recent, shootings and cop killings, I realized, I didn't just have that reaction to cops, but to the LAW, to what happened to me, to the courtroom, to the theft of cases, lies, paid clients, deal cutting with the government, the stabbing in the back, the outright, theft of all kinds of property, real, personal, private, and intellectual, on steriods.   Fuck, like just having my blog, fucked with daily, with just spell check, turned off, as it is right NOW, 100%, shit daily, for years and years, punished, for what, raising great kids, for being exceptional at my work, having a great resume, going to the U.S.Supreme Court, in less than half the time, with a case, that came out of New York Investment News, with attorneys, and their financial planner clients, calling from all over the country, loving what I did . . . to have ALL OF THAT STOLEN, given to sister, Sue? a history major, or to Rachel, a flight attendant, or to Shelley, or Kay, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!

Before, I put the ad on craigslist for legal contract work, I saw, on my YouTube recommendations, more shit, on the fucking Congressional Judiciary Committee, read some of the very patronizing, and hideous comments, and degrading comments, grilling, and demeaning, statements, to U.S. Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, even to the point of one of the fuckers on the panel, saying his missed, former U.S.A.G., Eric Holder, whom they hated, just as much, but now, that a woman, is smarter than they are, and is ditching and dodging their attempts, not only to demonize, Hillary, FBI Director, Comey, and now Lynch, herself, with a distinguished career, these alleged, attorneys, in the committee, are just grandstanding for each other and the press, to see, who can be, more mean, disgusting, and spew the most venom, seeing that the twin, she-Devil's horns of Benghazi and the Email, Scandal, are TOAST, and they are not only losing their excuse to DO NOTHING, for the NEXT FUCKING FOUR YEARS, but, they are grasping for reasons, to go after, HILLARY!  The whole scene is revolting to me, from Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R.UT), who probably is behind the Benghazi attacks, trying to make Mitt boy, fellow Mormon, look better at foreign policy, than Pres. Obama, going from him, to Hillary . . . to Trey Ugly Ass Gowdy, who should understand, "INTENT" and crimes, being disappointed, and onto ISSA, Goodlatte, and others, making a mockery of justice, Congress, and getting to the TRUTH, in this LYNCH MOB, and WITCH HUNT!  

Then afterwards, I turned on a true crime episode, making up a full triangulated attack of men on women, in an actual, rape of a young girl, first by her boyfriend, later an attempt, with an online, date, she thought was a guy she knew from her high school, who turned out to be a look-a-like predator, who, literally, took her hostage in his car, stopped to get condoms--a huge box, she took to make her believe that he was taking her to his house, where he started to go, and he had a gang of guys waiting to rape her, when she had asked to have her cousin, go on the first day with her, because the last rape, took her 2 years to overcome . . . while they were driving down the freeway, and he was putting his hands all over her, getting more and more physical, with her freaking more and more, she saw a sign, that said, EMERGENCY CALL, on the side of the road, giving her the idea to ask, the driver, and looking more and more, like a might is right, fight, and a rape waiting to happen, so he ALLOWED her to make a call, not thinking cops, but she called dispatch and got the cops, but that was like finding a needle in a haystack, but, to the cops credit, they took off looking for the girl, in the car, driving up and down the freeway, missing her, then, she saw the cops on the other side of the freeway, and decided, RAPE, or ESCAPE, and she jumped from the car, after kicking the driver in the face, almost breaking every bone in her body, with him fleeing, and her, hobbling across the street to the cops, checking cars!  The guy was arrested within, minutes, because, she thought, the guy she was with, was William, and this guy, who looked just like him, used computer and online gaming to take over, for the other guy, and his name, was Willian, much like, the women, using my name, changing a ending, or spelling, to claim, that there are two of us, I spell my name, JoAnn, they would use, Joanne, or Joann, Joan, or some other version, or all the same, other than not the way I spelled it, making sure the doubles, were never in the same place at the same time!

(a)

Whoever, for the purpose of obtaining information respecting the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used to the injury of the United States, or to the advantage of any foreign nation, goes upon, enters, flies over, or otherwise obtains information concerning any vessel, aircraft, work of defense, navy yard, naval station, submarine base, fueling station, fort, battery, torpedo station, dockyard, canal, railroad, arsenal, camp, factory, mine, telegraph, telephone, wireless, or signal station, building, office, research laboratory or station or other place connected with the national defense owned or constructed, or in progress of construction by the United States or under the control of the United States, or of any of its officers, departments, or agencies, or within the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States, or any place in which any vessel, aircraft, arms, munitions, or other materials or instruments for use in time of war are being made, prepared, repaired, stored, or are the subject of research or development, under any contract or agreement with the United States, or any department or agency thereof, or with any person on behalf of the United States, or otherwise on behalf of the United States, or any prohibited place so designated by the President by proclamation in time of war or in case of national emergency in which anything for the use of the Army, Navy, or Air Force is being prepared or constructed or stored, information as to which prohibited place the President has determined would be prejudicial to the national defense; or

(b)

Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, and with like intent or reason to believe, copies, takes, makes, or obtains, or attempts to copy, take, make, or obtain, any sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, document, writing, or note of anything connected with the national defense; or

(c)

Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, receives or obtains or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain from any person, or from any source whatever, any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note, of anything connected with the national defense, knowing or having reason to believe, at the time he receives or obtains, or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain it, that it has been or will be obtained, taken, made, or disposed of by any person contrary to the provisions of this chapter; or

(d)

Whoever, lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; or

(e)

Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; or

(f)

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

(a)

Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.

(b)

For purposes of this section, the provision of documents and materials to the Congress shall not constitute an offense under subsection (a).

(c)

In this section, the term “classified information of the United States” means information originated, owned, or possessed by the United States Government concerning the national defense or foreign relations of the United States that has been determined pursuant to law or Executive order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure in the interests of national security.

Peaceful, Protesters, Block Freeway, Making a Human, PEACE SIGN!  3 Cops, In Full Riot Gear, Storm, Single Female, Who Approaches, Lined Officers, No Weapons, No Threatening Gestures, No Screaming!  Stark Contrast!

Okay, either, yesterday, or sometime, since the protest marches, started, last week, I heard of the protesters, blocking traffic, throwing things at cops, and getting arrested, which upset me to no end, knowing they are exercising their first amendment rights, but they are also breaking the laws, impeding traffic, and any type of violence, is also against the law. so, I called them on, it and there were few arrests and issues last night, for the most part, very peaceful and somber.  However, when I saw the footage, shown on Young Turks, or TYT, I was shocked, when the main, dude, Ugency or whatever, his name is, said, Watch this taped video, and you tell me who the aggressors are?  So, we are in Baton Rouge, where 100 or so people were arrested over the weekend, the place, I believe, Philando, was shot, 4 times, while getting his license, registration and insurance information, but, after telling the officer, he had a permit to carry a gun, his 2nd amendment right, according to his state laws and regulations, so A-OK!  There are riot geared cops, and rightly so, in the streets, worried after, the cop killings in Dallas, just protecting themselves, and better serving and protecting, their cities, citizens . . . all okay to this point.

The next thing you see, is a line of cops, moving toward, a house, on a corner, with protesters, in the yard, at the invite of the home owner . . . this is where the constitutional rights, of the homeowner, the protesters, are violated!  Now, in America, we are one of the few countries with private property rights, in the fact that we can, buy, own, sell, improve, trash, as long as it doesn't violate some city ordinance, or piss off our neighbors who have to look at our shit!  So, this homeowner, sympathetic to the protesters, and the crowd, and maybe to protect them from the cops, invited, lots of marchers and protesters onto her property, right down the street from where, the unnecessary murder of the black man happened, in fact, one of the black dudes, on TYT, said, he girlfriend or old lady is from that area of Baton Rouge, and he knows the house, the shops, and the area of the incident, causing the protests.  I could not tell if the woman, was white or black, but, all of the sudden, what was a peaceful group of guests on her front yard, turned into a stormed me lei, of kids, thinking they were safe, from the cops, standing on private property, but, a line of the cops, walked to the sidewalk and stopped, still okay to that point, but getting aggressive and dicey at this point, but, still, within, their rights, seeing that, parking strips, while maintained by citizen, home owners, are considered, city property, as are sidewalks.

Now, I don't have all the facts, but, all of the sudden the wall of cops, starts to go after kids protesting, for all I could see, peacefully!  Some start arresting kids who are on the parking and the sidewalks, and then, the cops don't stop, and storm the front yard and house, while you can hear, voices of the citizens and protesters, trying to remind the cops that, this was private property, and they could not come on it without a warrant or probable cause to believe a crime was being committed.  At first the kids, are shocked, that this didn't work, and it should have, to back the officers, off their friend's property!  The owner of the house, comes and even tells the officers, now up to the front porch, that, they are all here legally, and she invited them, in the background, kids, are starting to see, that the cops are not going to even believe the women, telling them, to get off HER PRIVATE PROPERTY!  Kids start to run, and cops start to arrest? For fucking what? Being out of their reach? for demanding their rights? for testing them, to see, if they would come over, or what?  This is where, cops get in trouble with civil rights attorneys, like me . . . I am not taking the time, to tell you this, to trash you, but to TEACH YOU!  This is a perfect example, of where the Constitution, both provides rights and protections, and also, limits, police officers, from crossing, legal lines, and crossing hairs, with bad ass con law chicks, like me, who don't dig shit like this at all!

The Invisible Man

Back in the 60's a white male writer, somehow, dressed a way that he could appear black, and he wrote about the way, people treated, him differently, than they had, while he was himself or white.  Perhaps, it would do, whites well, to read this book, still as timely now, as it was when it was written.  Some have said, that, or compared the protests to the protests in the 60's . . . thank God, not even close.  Cops were using huge ass firefighter, water hoses, to literally blow, protesters away, there were students shot on Kent State, and the reaction of some older white citizens, was it is about time?  Are you kidding me?  We have come a long way, protesters, in several cities are meeting with city leaders, and seeing if they can come to common ground, putting transparency, open dialogue, and constructive conversation, into play.  Sunday, local black pastors, met with cops, and together they handed out, pledges, of non-violence and support for the majority of cops, who really do, a great job, who put their lives on the line every day, and have a tough job, to say the least.  Mothers, have engaged their children, in marches, to encourage putting an end to the killings.  

As for the parents of the shooter, he had a mind of his own, his military service, disillusioned, him, and turned him from an outgoing, happy son, to a hermit, who became obsessed with anger, and I think we need to note, that, he was angry at both, white cops, and also, mad at the "Black Lives Matter" movement, so he was just angry in general.  I remember the story of Christ being brought to a sick child, and the scribes and Pharisee's and they asked Jesus, who sinned, the parents or the child?  Wisely, Jesus Christ, said, Neither, and he healed the child, and said, this was done, to show, my power and glory.  Perhaps, this incident, will, actually, stop the killing of unarmed black men, and Rudy, Giuliani, former, New York, mayor, it is not, Asians, Whites, and other races, being targeted over and over, being gunned down, shot as they walked away from cops, and are choked, man-handled and thrown in the back of vans, like garbage!  Read the Invisible Man, and get a fucking clue, why these people are marching.  Interestingly enough, as I look at the crowds, I see just as many white protesters as I see blacks!  This new generation, referred to as Millenniums are far, more integrated, friends, color-blind, and they are disgusted, at members of the public being treated this way!  Marchers and protesters, also need to be, sensitive to police time and hours, tax payers' money, over-time pay, and cops getting raw and frayed, trying to patiently, protect citizens, and protesters, day after day, when, they themselves are hurt too, not only by reputation, but by the loss of fallen officers.

We, cannot ignore, that President Obama, is part of that, Invisible Man President, and people, cops, cannot, miss the point, that, formerly, loyal, W. Bush, cops, have sabotaged his efforts!  I think, cop puppet masters, behind the scene, top cops, all coming into power through the Bush administration, giving, cops unlimited powers, far beyond what their Constitutional tools are, are going to keep, that, power, if they are allowed to.  Being an insider, probably, more than most attorneys, having seen the last 20 years, actually, being one of the reasons, W. and his henchmen, pushed the UnPatriot Act through Congress, as per me, killing asset forfeiture, legislation, that then, spread reforms to 27 states, not popular at all, with cops or prosecutors, I have seen what has been done to me, poisoning me, taking 8 years of my life, trying to kill, me basically, for the last 16 years, stealing all my credentials, history, manuals, awards, professorships, cases, even this blog, having UNLIMITED ACCESS to STEAL, LICENSE TO KILL!  I firmly believe, that there were others involved, in both, Orlando and Dallas . . . you will notice, that Trump, has NEVER called himself, the law and order candidate, because, he can't HONESTLY DO IT, but he is the candidate of the cops, over all!  Trump has been falling in the polls, let's create a situation, that will, make Trump, look like the strong man, the man for the job, taking the focus off all his SHIT! 

There are 1800 cops shops across the nation, Dallas is one of the few cities, that has taken the recommendations of the Obama Administration, using more community policing, which, by all experts on Obama's commission on policing recommend and know it works, lowers crime, and improves cops/citizen relations!  Why do you think, Dallas was targeted?  Not only is Dallas, an abnormal city in the red state of Texas, but, it is one of the 15 or so communities, who have PROOF, that, President Obama's policing models work, as seen, in what, Chief David Brown has done . . . I am sure, that, just weeding, 70 cops, out of the Dallas Police Department, was not popular, and cops, nationwide, snarl, when they see this purging of dirty cops, or cops not fit because of temperament to be cops!  You CANNOT take politics, out of this, Florida is a must for the elections, Dallas is what the 8th largest city in America, that is huge voting power, within the state of Texas!  Do not think for one second, that, cops, leaders, government officials, are above, doing shit like this . . . try, the ASSASSINATION of OUR PRESIDENT, JFK!  GET REAL!
