In looking back at this whole thing, after the Bush boys, poisoned me, as general counsel for the Utah Medical Association, after I got 9 federal agents, attorneys, and investigators, fired, due to constitutional violations of doctors' rights and statutory protections, based on those rights, shortly after, I quit work, and was told that I had two years to live, and there was no cure, nor would I ever work again, I hooked up with my old boyfriend, Jerry Owens, and put a box of a few office things in his garage, including, the things aforementioned in the title, a box with my law school diploma, bar certificates, that you see on most attorney's walls, nice and framed, which I never even did more than take out of the gray, large envelope it was given to me in, to protect from being spoiled, never feeling the need to frame or hang, really, never thinking, that I would practice law, preferring teaching college, which, I had been, and having a boss who graduated from the University of Utah, who hated BYU, their rival school, and being only 5 of the 175 assistant attorney generals, at the Utah Attorney Generals Office at the time, I got hired, I just did a typo, haired, rather than hired, I morphed into Rachel, fuck, shit, ugly bitch! flight attendant, whole body make over . . . but, after my first job, I was in such demand, that, the law certificates, seemed superfluous, to my career, that, I just, didn't ever do anything with them; however, I believe, SHELLEY, did!

I remember Shelley coming up to Jerry's house in Midway, Utah, to visit, and I had the box out, and Shelley started to go through the box, looking at this and that, and I remember, her, pulling out, one of my $3,000 checks, from my medical disability check and insurance, from having worked at the Utah Medical Association, on a Paul Revere Disability Insurance plan, that I had, at the UMA, and she freaked out, Jo, you have this check, what the hell are you doing just leaving it lying around, uncashed, in a box?  I have never been into money much, didn't need it, had $15K in the bank, and just, didn't worry about it.  I was dying, what in the hell did I care about, a fucking check for?  Anyway, I blew it off.  I think, Jerry, who was handling my affairs, said, we need to put that in your account, which, I think, he did?  I hated God, I hated the world, and I hated everything at that moment in my life, money was the last of my worries.  But, I think, something clicked in Shelley's head, if not Jerry's head, that I didn't care about my money.  As she looked into the box of personal items and affects, of mine, I think, her criminal mind, added the money to the degrees, licenses and certificates, that had never been touched, really, in 7 years, and the fact that I was suppose to die, and she thought, why should we waste a perfectly good education, degree, and earning potential?  The seeds of a dark and depraved criminal mind!  I always made money, Shelley was a poor struggling, single mom at the time, plus she had warrants, and legal issues out there, just waiting to find her . . . a great new identity!!!!  What could be MORE PERFECT?

I remember, Shelley coming to my last class, I taught, after I was going down hill, being poisoned, some time in October 1999, and I was barely able to get through my notes . . . so, I went from being the professor, with the highest student approval rating, and the toughest graders, more like a stand up comedian, to just reading my notes.  I think, Shelley may have been the one who poisoned me, she is a biology major, on the internet, since its inception, and fascinated with true crime shows, but also, more fascinated with mafia, riches, and serial killers.  But, I think, she came to the class that night, to see, if she could pull off the stuff I did . . . that night, in combination, with a letter, that my father got, from the Utah Medical Association, started my very average, father and sisters, later combined with cops, prosecutors and judges, to think, that they could do anything I could do.  I remember Rachel, making reference to that letter, thanking me for saving the doctors, stating that, I was one of the rare attorneys, at the right time, in the right place, to stop the unconstitutional seizing of physicians' records, and protecting them, at a very critical time.  But, Rachel, acting like she had an insider's track, said, your bosses, said, that they had to follow you around, make sure you were doing things right.  Yeah, after I was poisoned, told I was going to die, and major fucked in the head, with whatever was done to me . . . YEAH, I WAS IMPAIRED BY THE FEDS FUCKING WITH MY BRAIN!  Shit, why do you think, I was no longer working?

I think, this statement by my boss, whom, someone, had to have touched base with, maybe my father, after he got the letter, he requested he keep for me . . . again, I was not in my RIGHT mind, fuck, I was dying, angry, worried about my children, two of which were serving their country, and the other two, one who was living with me, and the other with his dad, were way young to have their attorney mother, dying, for God sake, 46 years old?  I was devastated, to say the least, but, I believe, Shelley watching me teach, definitely not my best performance, and not the way I had taught for 7 years before, with awards for my teaching, and just being asked by the Utah Medical Association, to be their general counsel, the most educated segment of the population, to be their attorney?  Come on, I had kicked their asses, and killed doctor's legislation, pushed them around in domestic violence reporting, taught on all Intermountain Health Care Campuses across the state, spoke at doctors' conferences and conventions, and published in the U of U's, Medical Schools Annual Review . . . you don't get offered jobs, like that, as a dumb ass!  But, my family, jealous and envious, since birth, focused on the bad reports, from AFTER, I WAS POISONED, probably by SHELLEY, who watched my disease, studied it on the Internet, joined national NAMI groups, for the mentally impaired, etc.  Sue and my parents, tried to get me to go to UCLA or the Harvard Medical School, as a lab rat, so medical science could get to understand Pick's Disease, for future cures, etc.  I would not do anything they wanted me to do, but I just wanted to watch a sunset, see my kids, and enjoy the life I had left . . . when I didn't die in the two years, that is when my family turned into the family from hell!

Now, what was a terminal brain disease, morphed into a mental illness, and all this shit started to come, my father said, that what was to be an end of life, insurance policy, stopped magically after two years?  It was as if, I died to the family, at that point, they were cruel, started taking all my property, money, and RESUME, and distributing my life out, as if I were 80 years old, leaving me nothing!!!!!!!!

FAST FORWARD 5 or 6 YEARS

Both daughters, are back east, married, having families of their own, the boys, are living with their father, or in apartments, or houses, from Provo to Salt Lake City, Utah, doing their music, skateboarding and working. I still think I am dying at this point, Brett and I were married, living out, in Mt. Sterling, relatively happy, and Chris and Elliot come to visit me . . . Brett was the perfect host, cooked, we all hiked, Elliot played the guitar, Chris, the comedian, told us stories, bringing us to tears, and we all had a great time.  I didn't make too much contact, with my kids, because, I felt that if I were going to die, the more painful, my death might be, therefore, I kind of let the kids, control when I saw or talked to them, and when I didn't, not having even a cell phone, just kind of existing, but happy. Brett saw how good Elliot was, playing his acoustical guitar . . . I am on my third window, the NSA keeps turning off the spell check!  As, you reader, can see, this is not a pro cop, pro fraud broad blog, but Charilie and his alleged angels, want to claim they wrote it, after doctoring it, for sure, to make black look white and white look black, making me the bad guy, or not in the picture, the dead girl, and one of the gals, the writer, so they can protect the fucking, in the Donald's words, Lyin' FBI, and Lyin' NSA, CIA, etc. . . . girls are ALL FUCKING FAKES!  Anyway Brett saw how good Elliot played guitar, because he had been with me 18 months, and was still working on the same two songs!  LOL!

DNA works wonders, but, by this time, Shelley and Brett had met and so had Kay and Brett met . . . that is if they didn't all ready know each other.  Shelley had a company, called, Mt. Sterling Financial, long before, I met Brett, who lived in Mt. Sterling! where I lived with him.  While all this was going on, Isaac, who, is anybodies guess, with his slut mother, nobody, knows, who his father was . . . he looks more like Brett than he does Donald Anderson, who Shelley was married to when Isaac was born, but Isaac, and Elliot lived together, were the closest of cousins, shared friends, shared music, and generally hung in the same crowd, whether that was in Provo, Midway, Logan, or Salt Lake City.  Remember, I was just out of it, and living day to day, and didn't know much about, Elliot's music, and Shelley was the one who told me about, Elliot's lead singer of his band, Parallax, Blake Donner and Provo Death Cave, where Blake died, along with Elliot's dreams and his band, which devastated him!  Due to Brett's, occupational hazards, of flirting with everyone, I left Brett!  To put a timeline on Elliot's music, I was living with Shelley in Logan, when Blake died, in the Death Cave, along with 3 other friends of Elliot, just when Parallax was kickin' it, in the grunge music genre, that was 2004, right after that, Shelley told me I had to be out of her house, and find a new apartment, the day, I had to be out, is the day, I met Brett!  Coincidence?  And right after I left him, Elliot's new band, God's Revolver, came out with their CD, Little Black Horse Where Are You Going With Your Dead Rider?  Later to be hard rock band of 2008.  But, I think this was, somewhere around, 2005 to 2006, when I left Brett, Brett hooked up with Shelley and Kay, and Shelley started to run her BANDIT CD, underground sale of Elliot's music, whether under his band's name or a new band, Alamo!

EVIL KIN EPISODE . . . BRETT, JAMES, COP MENTALITY!

I was going to write about this yesterday, but had to run for lunch, no money, go figure, I make between $5 to $6 million a day at a penny per hit, on billions of hits, per second, just did a typo, signs, HIS, rather than HITS . . . no Brett, just puts the hits out on ME!  Brett, dreams of the CHARLIE'S ANGELS, doing all that I do, but, it will NEVER HAPPEN!!!  But, this episode in "true crime" reminded me of Brett and I, our relationship, our break up, and the ending, but for, my cunning and running, would have been the same!  I am going to do this bullet style, because I am sick of writing, and I need to leave soon for lunch, no mon, no fun, gotta eat at the POVERELLO CENTER, not the finest dining I should be able to AFFORD, EASY!

• oldest sister of 5, grows up in New Jersey, taking care of her brothers and sisters, helping her single mother . . . family does not have much money, but they are loving and close
• sister goes to work and meets, her prince charming, they fall in love, and soon run away and get married, without telling anyone.
• they work hard, are in love, and finally go buy a small farm in Virginia or West Virginia, live, farm, love, for about 8 years, then add a new bouncing baby girl to their family, both adore her
• the husbands, father, a mountain man, comes for six months a year, each summer to help run the farm, and he is old but very fit . . . lives on the son and daughter-in-laws property in a trailer without running water, or electricity, so he has access to the house, the kitchen and the bathrooms.  He gets up early, slams pots and pans around the kitchen, but over all he is not much of a talker, good guy, good worker, and loves his granddaughter
• the husband, never quit blends in with the locals, and sees himself as too good for these hillbillies, and refuses to participate in local picnics and events, that have become more important, now that there is a child, who needs to socialize and needs the friends . . . the wife was loved by all, she jumped right into the rural life and loved it, didn't want to leave
• husband, tries to get a few jobs on the side to make up for a reduction in family income, but, they don't seem to pan out, and he runs for sheriff and loses, so he decides to go back to work, in New Jersey, working at the bank he used to work at, but the city is an 8 hour drive, so he can only come home on weekends and the family life starts to slip, he becomes more and more reclusive and won't do anything as a family . . . wife needs a life and has to deal with grandpa, who is a pain in the ass, more and more, as the son, stays away
• wife finds out, that her husband is cheating, so she calls her family, who has been growing more and more concerned with the loved older sister's situation, out in the wooded hills on the farm, mainly with the grandfather, who, sees the problems in the marriage, and sides with the husband . . . the wife's brother comes to help, sisters beg her to come back to the city, but she doesn't want to give up the farm she loves, the people a rural lifestyle, nor does she want to pull her daughter out of school, plus as the wife confronts the husband more and more, he tells his father, still living there, to make things hell for his wife, even to driving her off the property!
• the husband, a real asshole at this point, with affairs and lovers, is just waiting for his wife to mention the word divorce, so he can jump on it . . . she never mentioned the word, but she beats him at the punch, and just serves him with divorce papers, when he comes home one weekend!  LOL!  He is furious, always seeing himself as the one to kick her ass out of the marriage and now, she beat him at his own game!  Ego, ego, ego!  LOL!  He promises, that she will not get ANYTHING, not the farm, not the child, not the furniture, NOTHING!  
• I am taking editorial license here, so the husband, is the one, not working the farm, hates the lifestyle, is having the affairs, cheating, acting the ass, not being involved with his daughter, never going as a family to anything, and somehow in his twisted mind, he thinks, HE should get EVERYTHING and the wife NOTHING?  How does he figure?  LOL!  This reminds me so much of Brett, he meets, Shelley, or rehooks up, and he flirts with her, then he meets Kay, and he flirts with her, acting like his wife who is dying, does not see right through his shit, cheating, and flirting . . . and when, I leave him, he is devastated, and he goes after taking everything, that was NEVER HIS! like my name, my resume, my children, my money, my extended family, cousins, music, I mean, he has not stopped, taking EVERYTHING, that was NEVER HIS, and WAS ALWAYS MINE, going right up to TODAY!  LOL!  WHAT THE FUCK?  His clown shit, boat load of women, can't be me, in a billion years, or I would be wanting to be them, not the other way around, with all the cops, men, WANTING TO REPLACE ME WITH WHATEVER SURROGATE BITCH THEY CAN FIND TO TAUNT ME AND BUG THE SHIT OUT OF ME WITH!  LOL!
• now, the grandpa, looks, kind of like, a James Kennedy type, but with less hair . . . older, but strong, fit, muscular, and devious!  Now there is all out war, and the wife is stuck with her enemies father, still being able to go in the house, cook, piss, and do whatever, by court order, now that the husband was staying in New Jersey!  The asshole, starts coming in a cooking up a storm, leaving dirty dishes, food, shit all over the kitchen, soon bringing in cockroaches and dirty, gnarly bugs, trash bugs, he starts, taking a chain saw, and just standing outside, pulling a cord, to make noise, when the wife, moves on and gets a new boyfriend; he pulls out her flowers, pees on her flower bushes, and new buds, killing them and leaving a stink!  The husband is encouraging dad every bit of the way.
• finally, there is a court order, and the wife gets the house, the driveway is divided in half, the husband gets, property, but no utilities, leaving the grandpa, mountain man, out of the house, she also gets custody to the child . . . the husband is on an all out war and crusade, to tarnish the wife's good name, that she is ignoring their child, when the new boyfriend is over, sometimes stays overnight, as is the case with modern dating, across the board.  Like the husband, wasn't carrying on outright adulterous affairs, while the couple was LIVING TOGETHER!  You can see the double standard, or the husband is just jealous of the new lover!
• the grandfather, goes into the garage or storage, and takes all the tools, that belong to the couple, before the smaller property items are divided and ties them all up and removes them before the court makes it final ruling.  The husband shows up, with his sister, and starts fighting over stuff, like the China, just to fuck with the wife, until finally one of the china dishes breaks, symbolic of the relationship, but, by now, it is all out WAR!
• the last straw . . . the wife needs to cut some wood, for winder or to burn, and she can't find the chainsaw; she asks the grandpa, where the chainsaw is, and he says he can't find it, and blames her, saying that she stole the chainsaw, but, later she talks to her brother, who says, that chainsaw is YOURS, go look around and see if the old man has it, and sure enough she found the chainsaw, under his steps, hidden in some grass, so she takes it.
• the next day, the wife and mother, fails to pick her daughter up from school, so the girl walks the mile home, wondering where her mother is . . . she is not in the house, but her van is still in the driveway, she is no where to be found, so the girl runs to the nearest neighbor for help, and the friend of the mother calls the cops, who come, but not before the neighbor and the little girl, see the mother's shoes, sitting next to two chairs by the pond, the mother NEVER goes to alone, when they suddenly look up and see the mother and wife, face down in the water DEAD!
• as the cops check around, they first think it is the husband, then the boyfriend who is devastated, then come to find out, the grandfather, visited with a neighbor, and stayed almost all day, which he never did!  The 79 year old was reclusive, but strong, and the wife was little, and when the jacket of the wife was found, there was blood on it, and when the DNA came back, it was the grandpas, and it looked like she put up one hell of a fight!  The wife was beaten on the head, several times, her fingernails were torn off from the struggle and the scratching, she had been choked, and left in the water, and when the cop turned her over, her shirt was unbuttoned, and one of her breasts had been cut off, and the deputy said that the scene was so horrible, that, to this day, some, 20 years later, it still haunts him!
• the father figured if he got rid of the wife, his son would get everything, the farm, the daughter, and he could continue to live on the property . . . no, he will finish his days in prison!

Mob Laundering Money In the Missoula Children's Theater Fleet of Trucks . . . 15 to a Fleet of Fifty?

As, I was cruising around on the bus, this morning, thinking about my blog, life, itching and catching, not only the Russian mafia, but the larger, Super Mafia, that includes far more branches than the FBI thinks, even includes branches in your government branch of the executive branch, under the President of the United States of America . . . but, yesterday, I got a Diet Coke, at Sinclair, and I was just sitting in the shade, getting earwigs all over me, enjoying the shade on Clark Fork River Realty, across from the Missoula Children's Theater Fleet of formerly maroon trucks, now red new trucks, having noted the difference in the inventory and stoke, having lived, down below the MCT, two summers ago, when I noticed the huge leap in trucks with the logo or name.  They were stealing and laundering money back then too, when I was renting from Tony Osthemeier, when I first came to Missoula, after, way back, but to live, in the summer of 2014, about 8 months after, I started writing my blog, I believe starting it at the Break Expresso Cafe' back in  . . . no I take that back, I started it in Kalispell, but, got the cops pissed at me, in June of 2014, when Josh Clark was running against, now Sheriff McDermott, because, not knowing the parities, the histories, or anything about Missoula, other than where Senator Tester's office is, I commented on a letter to the editor, about Josh being a man of honor, who follows the law and the Constitution, and I wrote in my blog, that, he sounded like a man to vote for!  That is when the travails with the cops started!

I met Tony, at a Republican gathering to organize and canvas Missoula, meeting at the bank on the corner of Broadway and Washington, when Tony approached me, and asked me if I needed a place to rent, being non-committal, to living in Kalispell, or Missoula, going back and forth, staying at the Poverello, old one at the time.  I decided to rent from Tony . . . but as usual, this meeting didn't seem to be one of chance, but it put me, near the fleet of trucks, often, also knowing that my blog had been stolen within about 14 days of starting it, and with my hits in the millions, in the first week, I am sure the NSA mob, knew it would be a money maker, like everything else I do, but, before I know, the true, extent of the money making potential, barely knowing what a blog was at the time, the GOVERNMENT MOB, had already redirected my accounts, and stolen the blog, staring with the new name, bad con law chick blog, NOW IN ABOUT 8 different versions.  That is the background, and how, I noticed the new fleet, with so many, that over time, I have seen some ditched in fields, parted in grocery store parking lots, and even on the way to East Missoula, leaving me wondering, when and what they needed all these trucks for?  I did read an article, about the MCT and they are truly a bragging rights organization, and a city pride, so a perfect, place for the MOB, to take my money, and launder it in vehicles.

While Legitimate In Purpose, Near and Dear to the Hearts of the City, Also the Perfect Mob Vehicle, To Cruise Without Suspicion!  I Believe ONCE in the Two Years Since the NEW Trucks Have Been There . . . I Believe, I Saw Them All Gone at the Same Time?  Crime Family Meetings?

While I was driving on the bus, each time, I wondered, whether I should mention, what I have thought for years, I looked out the bus, and saw my Russian friend, Mila, riding her bike!  I took that as a sign, I should at least mention the fleet and what I think.  Remember yesterday, when I wrote, how do you buy a city or community? get big ticket items, showy, legitimate, always a concern of the MOB, and then, if push comes to shove, because the whole city benefits, silence is easy, and loyalty guaranteed! Another aspect of this, is that, little Kay Burningham, that you would know, as Joann Secrist Stuart or Stewart, is the daughter of a drama coach, and the niece of another drama coach, both, from Bountiful, Utah, one taught at Viewmont High, Kay's daddy, and Uncle Kim Burningham, taught at Bountiful High. Kay was raise for the leading role of her life, pretending to be ME . . . worth a billion dollars, famous children, and a sweet ride for the last 10 years!  I am sure, seeing what she was able to get away with, being the actress, JoAnn, stealing millions, fame, stardom, position and being in the elite of the law, she was sold on what this could do for kids, and was more than willing to dump money into the trucks!  Anyway, that is, just another city area of wide spread community support, and bragging rights, that ingratiates and endears the Mob to the city and community, making ethics, honesty, integrity, virtue, seem small and stupid, the greatest amount of good for the greatest amount of people . . . tell that to Gates, Buffet, Oprah . . . we are going to distribute your money, mine before I even get it, or better to Trump, for the good of the masses, without you, the creator of the wealth, having any fucking say!  

Remember, I am 5'7.5", Kay 5'4", Shelley, 5'9 or 10", Rachel, 5'10 or 11" . . . not even in the ball park, ANY OF THEM!  SUE, "THE FOURTH HAND" is right up there too, 5'10 or 11" . . . after I heard that on Schmidt, taking his place on the Supreme Court, all in jest, I was leaving the Missoula Library, and out of the thousands of books, the only one my eyes landed on, as I was thinking of how they were trying to have Sue be me, the judge me, Rachel the elected official me, Kay the rock star mom and attorney me, and Shelley, whatever it the shit, they need her to be ME! but, as I pondered the reality of Sue, being at the legislature as me, all without my approval and agreement, I noticed that ONE BOOK, the "Fourth Hand" confirming the thought, that all the girls, get a cut of the pie, another truck, I have seen cruising around Missoula, only the symbol of the sign pi . . . but, my blog, like my life, is divided up among the MOB CHICKS, all covering aspects of my life, while they erase me!  VERIFY THE BOOK IS IN THE LIBRARY, DIP SHITS!

MOVIES ARE FUN . . . BUT IT IS TIME FOR LUNCH, SO SHORT RUN DOWN!

• I think this segment is called, Dirty Little Lies, or something like that, but, in the first movie was about a mother, and her name, strangely enough, was, is JoAnn, even spells it like mine.  But, to make this short, she had two sons, and was divorced, and she was even, born and raised in the same era, as me, a bit older, I think, but, end of the hippie era, and while I didn't participate, in the free love, pot, drugs, sex, I was into the rock-n-roll aspect, big time, and I am generally not a very judgmental person.  But, JoAnn, struggling as a single mother, had not one, not two, not three babies out of wedlock, (in reality that would be Shelley!) but, when she got pregnant with each one of these babies, she hid the pregnancies, and when the babies came, she put them in paper sacks, all three with the ambilical cord still attached and left them on the front step of someone's house, or took the baby to the police, and one time lauded in the newspaper, that she was a hero for finding the baby, and getting it to the cops before it died.  But, all three children were adopted into great homes, had ideal childhoods, in their words, and eventually, one of the daughters, tracks down, JoAnn, the woman who saved her, and the two become fast friends, on facebook; next the young mother, herself, goes to a geneologist, to see if she can help her locate, either her mother or her siblings . . . this geneologist, uses DNA, to help connect families, and she discovers that, this young woman has a biological half brother, then she finds a biological half sister too!  The three meet, all look alike, all have the same laugh, and all want to know who their mother is.  The DNA specialist, locates a cousin, of the three, and realizes that, he is related to JoAnn the woman who allegedly found the first baby, and took it too police, was either the aunt or the mother of the three siblings. Looking at the locations of the babies, called Foundlings, all were in a one mile radius, therefore, the mother, was likely living within that area  . . . when the cousin was located, he told the researcher that JoAnn was indeed the mother, or they tracked her down, and she admitted it.  JoAnn has just found out that she had cancer, the kids were all forgiving, of the mother, all felt, close, other than the son, who struggled with the abandonment, a bit more, but eventually, this mess of a family, came back together in a loving, and accepting way, and JoAnn, even tracked down three of the kids fathers, who met with their children, thrilled, finding they were grandpas, but one, refused.  Now the family gets together often, and enjoys, a BBQ, get the nieces and nephews together and they are all grateful for the time together, and for the lives they had and have now.  It is funny, that, while I didn't abandon my kids, by any means, with them all the time, after the divorce, but with them living with their dad, who, neither of us, parents, ever fought, over custody, we just did what we thought was in the best interest of the kids, given the fact that, I originally had custody, only to be accepted to law school, in the middle of the 90 day waiting period, so we just reversed everything and daddy took full custody, but I was with the kids, several times a week and had them with me and my boyfriends, especially, Jerry Owens, every weekend!  But, I never had to fight for custody, with the REAL DAD, but, later, after Elliot's band and Chris's electronic music, took off, shit, the step-dads, all wanted to claim the kids, and when I canned their asses, all of them, they just created another me, and brought them in as the mother, and them claiming to be the dads! SHIT! I remember, my father, one time talking to someone on the phone, and saying, that I was estranged from my kids?  What?  I had been on the phone with every one of them that very day?  Early in my marriage to Zeke or Richard Clifton Secrist, we opted out of some of the Southwick family events, and as time grew, we tried to protect our children, from the judgmental, harsh, gossipy, nature of the family, materialistic, shallow, image conscious, and those with money, were the one's valued, UNTIL I MADE MORE MONEY THAN ALL OF THEM PUT TOGETHER, EVIL IN-LAWS AND ALL, that is when the true venom, lies, theft, of money and identity started: (1) first stealing my resume; (2) then Elliot's music money; (3) then Chris's music money; (4) going on to the Greta and Nicole's military, educational, and work histories, proved to be the PERFECT motherhood to be an elected official; (4) onto me going back into law . . . blah, blah, blah . . . Dirty FUCKING LIARS!  The only time I have ever been out of contact with my kids, is when I ran for my life, worried about their safety, back in 2011, after having my homes taken, cars and trucks, stolen or blown up, total threats to my life, and 26 people dead!  I didn't contact my kids, for almost the first year I was in Montana, being run from pillar to post, by pillars and post, from state to state, city to city, and town to town!  I have always been worried, as I am NOW, that is the reason for the RICHARD WARREN, a warning, with very symbolic names, Shelley could be in Lake County, and Sheriff Don (Shelley married to Donald Anderson, gave birth to Donald or Don Accord's daughter, ALEX!) Bell (Shelley sold school librarians elementary school children books, so I just attached, Bell to her name), but I wold not put, killing my kids, out of her ideas of REVENGE, not for ONE SECOND!
• EVIL IN-LAWS: HIDDEN EVIL . . . Quickly, this is of a young girl, who grew up in foster care, loves her family, but wants one of her own, meets a guy, living with his mother and father, and before the marriage, she is treated great, but after, she is controlled by her mommy's boy, husband, and his mother.  She has to clean house to earn her keep, but her husband doesn't work, nor clean.  She works with the mother-in-law, who isolates and controls her more and more, with mommy's boy husband going along with it.  Ironically, the father, abused himself, is an ally to the girl, and defends her.  The girl's family, is not invited to the wedding, nor can she go see them, and when the young girl has a baby, the husband's family takes over completely, especially the father, who loves the baby.  The three persons, this girl married, into, all take over with the baby, and don't let her have any time, making her work, clean house, cook dinners, etc., nor do they let her family see the baby.  The family is worried, but this girl is committed to her husband, her baby and having a family.  Eventually, after the abuse is more than she can take, she decides to divorce her husband, a court hearing is scheduled, but there is a weekend visit, with the the baby still in the husband's families custody, but, the baby is soon to go to the mother!  The husband is nice, and tells her to meet him, at a particular part of the parking lot at a mall.  While the young excited mother, is waiting, she is on the phone, when all of the sudden the friend, on the phone, hears, shots, ring out and the girl, screaming, as she exits the car, getting shot 13 times, dead, by her father-in-law!  The friend rushes to the scene, and believes the husband did it, but, the father, is detained by several men who see the horrendous scene, until the cops come!  When the girl, first got pregnant, the son, accused her of having an affair, the family trashed the girl relentlessly, calling her a whore, a bad mother, since she came from foster home, they trashed her to the church community and basically did a total character assassination on her, and with no friends, or isolated from her family, she had not allies, and even the father in-law, believed the lies, and he didn't want, his baby or grandchild, going with this horrible women, so he decided to stop that from happening . . . everyone who knew the young mother, said she was an amazing mother, a great person, loving, kind, and her foster parents, adored her, and could barely handle the pain, when she was killed.  Her family felt some sense of justice but you have a baby without a mommy, and they are missing the girl they all loved!  I would put Brett and Shelley in this, with Brett, first bringing Shelley, into his web of EVIL women, who he tried to pass off as me . . . now, I had been poisoned by this time and was more like a 5 year old, but after this happened to me, my family, getting even for 46 years of envy and jealous, had me where they wanted me, injured, dying and with a son, kicking out music, with CDs, and the potential for making money, by the bucket loads, on the underground grunge music scene, that Shelley's son, Isaac, knew well, and he also, knew how good Elliot was as a bass guitarist . . . this is when the DEATH CAVE, incident happened, actually just before, I met Brett, then God's Revolver came after I left him . . . I was still thinking I was going to die!  My family got very abusive, controlling, and I remember, giving up driving, and having some cops, tell me in St. George that my license had been revoked, by SHELLEY, nice, so she could be ME . . . I had not driven in a fucking year, afraid I would die and kill someone!  I was getting $3800 per month, on both my private disability insurance, through the Utah Medical Association, and through Social Security, and my father, sold my home, kept the money, moved me into an apartment, and gave me $25 per week!

Bizarre Dream

I fell asleep outside, somewhere, I would say, up in the hills or mountains, with pines around, pretty rural, and it seems I laid down, to just take a small, nap, earlier, before it was dark; however, when I woke up, it was dark and there was a car, with its headlights, directly on me.  I got up and as fast as I could, I started toward as house, or cabin, simple, but, the car was following me, to the house . . . and it was strange, that as I came through my door, my mother was there, whom I have not talked to for years, and my three body guards were there: (1) former quarterback for the Miami Dolphins, Dan Marino, and I only stood about at his throat, but he was wearing a very interesting, very expensive suit, that was more like a tunic, of some sort, and the color was a dark teal, but, the suit was very detailed and very different, and I have not idea, what the suit would have to do with anything, nor why a professional NFL player would be my body guard, unless, he reads, my blog, and worries, about my safety, and understands what I am doing for the country and why; (2) the other body guard, was the co-star, in Happy Gilmore, the pro-golfer, can't remember the actor's name, but he too, was also, a good head above me, making me feel, like I was standing in a forest of giants; and (3) the third member of my body guards, was equally as tall as the other two, but, he was not a star football player or a movie star, didn't know who he was.

At the time I went to bed, I had the song, from the Body Guard movie, with Whitney Houston, and now, I can't remember which song it was, but I know, it was on my mind, but what the connections between the song and the men in the dream, is not clear, although, my mother seemed concerned about me sleeping outside.  The strange thing about my mother, who is about 85 years old, is that she looked much younger, she was dress very expensively, with her hair all done at a beauty parlor, which is strange because, for the last 20 years, she just has a easy to fix, pixie cut, and nothing fancy for sure.  Could this be indicative of my family living a double life, as I have said, only displaying MY wealth, under my extended families control, and showing it off, only when out of the state of Utah, or Montana, like being in the state of Florida?  I am watching a episode of, Body of Evidence, and the place in the murder scene, is New Port Richey, Florida.  Perhaps, to be able to spend or live the way, my family money, one of the reasons, I have not talked to my family, who as co-conspirators with others, a circle of family, friends, cops, mob, Mo church members, leaving me and mine, really without the benefit of the wealth we have made, intercepting the money, somewhere, between the actions that created the wealth, like music, or cases, or blog, through cop and Mo connections, like FBI, CIA, and NSA, taking the money, early, so it never, lands with the people who made the money . . . New Port Richey . . . Kay Baby, my family substitute for me, is allegedly in Santa Barbara, formerly in Half Moon Bay, all on the payrolls as Elliot's mother ME, married to Brett Todd Stuart, or ME, pretending that this is all in the family and it is just mom and dad, managing son's music!  "Rich" E or Elliot, Y or You!

Perhaps, people, like NFL football players and movie stars, in the arena of the type of wealth, that my and my family money, would put my family in, have met or seen, someone pretending to be me, or attended parties, or whatever.  I know that Brett's mother, Donna, had to put on some dinner or was involved in a Mormon Church, function, one time, in Logan, while I was, still with Brett, and we had to take some things over to the church for Donna, and there were teams, in this activity, and Donna called her team, Donna's Dolphins . . . that has always been a sign for Brett, or those associated with his crew . . . I was close to Donna, and called her for two years after I left Brett, until he told me I could not call his mother anymore, so there is a connection between, former Miami Dolphin Quarterback, Dan Marino, which is very interesting . . . the crowd, MY MONEY BUYS!  My mother's very glammed up self, would indicate, that, yes, the family, has the money, they are just being cramped in style, as long as I am alive, or that I have body guards!  One of my mother's favorite books, was The Millionaire Next Door, by Warren Buffet, and I am sure, that, my mother, would have instructed, all family members, with this new found wealth, to just continue to live like you always have, so nobody knows, that the family has money, and for damned good reason, because, if you look into their financials, there is not a ONE who has the earning power, I have . . . unless, Kay Baby, stealing everything I do, is critical, to saving, so they all have a reason, or a justification, to prove they had the earning capacity of ME or MY kids, so she had to be retained as MOM SECRIST, MRS. STUART OR STEWART!

HOW DOES THE SUPER MOB BUY A CITY? SILENCE? LOYALTY?

A few days ago, I was on bus #2, on the last run, I think, and as me and the bus driver, last ones on the bus, going up Orange Street, going on to Spruce, and as we waited at the intersection, there was this hot, new, fire-engine, red, but with a snub, flat, black front, very modern new design.  We both commented on the large sum of money, that engine would have cost, several hundred thousand.  Well, yesterday, while I was taking my several times a week ride to Bonner, I noticed that same, brand new, fancy, snub nosed, black face, fire truck . . . MMMM, so, either East Missoula, Riverside, or Bonner, maybe, got the new engine? Now, this morning, while I was, again, taking a ride to Bonner, to see the sun come up on the mountains, the pines and the river, while the bus winding through the small towns and neighborhoods, I noticed one fire engine, probably in East Missoula, parked in someone's driveway, down the street from where the other two engines were parked.  So for this small community, not one, not two, but three fire engines?  

I know the mob, tries to launder MY money, about $5 million per day or more, where they get the most mileage, places that everyone, will benefit from, in a community, like buying gifts, for the police, the firefighters, or those who ride the bus . . . all worthy, all big ticket items, and all worthy, making it hard for the community, to even want to be honest, making them wanting to support, the mob, or the people who are ROBBERS, liars, and thieves, making the city folk, more than willing to trash me, and buy the lie, even though they clearly know, the person, they are dealing with, is a fraud, and the real person, the real money maker, the real, mother of the rock and pop or rap stars, the mother of the two military gals, with military husbands, the real former assistant attorney general, the real, member of the U.S. Supreme Court, is right down town, writing her blog, to help the local economy, to brag on city events, or to promote local businesses, but also, the poor attorney, at the Poverello Center, who has been chased, trashed, intimidated, hunted, with attempts on her life, by the very people, cops, firefighters, emergency personnel, participating in a huge ass conspiracy to commit MURDER!

Allegedly, the merchants, in Missoula, plus the city, purchased free bus fare for the next three years, and I am a beneficiary, through BRUTE FORCE, INTO POVERTY, with the perps, being members of this community, I believe, or at least in control and working with local, cops, firefighters, shelter staff, libraries, law schools, buses, to bring me to my demise, before I bring them to their END or PRISON where they belong.  People will love what they get now, but, the payback, may cause many to lose their souls, if you care at all about that . . . and I believe in Karma, in quantum physics, that a good tree will bear good fruit, and an evil tree, will bring forth, EVIL fruit.  While the city may get a free fire engine, free bus fares, gifts like new sheriff's uniforms, etc. and this is just conjecture on my part, just guessing, just connecting dots, but also, serving as a warning, that, rise in crime, discord in the city, or Something Evil This Way Cometh . . . my be the result of the actions taking today!  THE MOB IS NO JOKING MATTER, ask those who cut deals with the DEVIL . . . UT.), the Mormon CIA, Mormon CIA in the State Department, Mormon FBI investigators, and insider, administrative committee, who had access to the talking points, coming in from CIA agents, in Benghazi, first giving the "real" talking points to the Obama Administration, who had Susan Rice, State Department spokesperson, read the points, just as she got them from, CIA assets, who were on the scene and knew what was going on.  All of the sudden, the talking points get changed?  Now, who in the State Department would have an interest in doing that?  Who had motive?  Who had access?  And is there a common denominator, in the group?  A common political party, a common religion, with a Mormon candidate running for office, a business man,with absolutely NO experience in foreign affairs, running against President Obama, an incumbent who is known and valued for his foreign policy acumen, and the election, is getting down to brass tacks, hair splitting, and definitions . . . maybe the predominant religion, in the State Department can help a bit, just a little nudge, no big deal, just change the talking points, and point the finger, not at the committee who did it, but point the finger at the President, who, is so far ahead, in foreign policy, as is former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, with something like, 86% of the voters, seeing her, as superior, in knowledge and preferable to Trump, in that one aspect of consideration being very weighty, and with tenuous situations around the world, ISIS and other hot spots, that one consideration may put Hillary over the top, as it did with President Obama.

Hey, Republicans hate the Iran nuclear deal, Trump has promised to get rid of it the day he takes office . . . why not, do what we did in Benghazi and just help, raise some suspicion again, and have someone on our side, within the State Department, with 300 employees, so the investigation will take forever, maybe, even throw a wrench in the elections, now, making it look like there are patterns of messing with the public records, to add fuel to the fire, on Hillary's emails, creating, something in the Department, also connecting the dot, with Hillary, and start some new shit, Congressional subcommittees and committees, can, do to keep them busy and waste the tax payers' money, just like the last 4 years, with $4.5 million, spent on hearings, and one fucking WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY, but, Congress could keep acting busy, so they didn't have to make any decisions that might upset the apple cart, and force them to actually vote and take a side! Very Scary Philosophy and Ideology Creeping Into Our National Collective Conscience!

Last night, at the Poverello Center, for the homeless, there was a young woman, who had just given birth to a son, who is now three months old, and when she heard that I am an attorney, she jumped at the chance to ask me to help her get her baby back, that was taken by CPS or the State of Montana, for failure to thrive, which can be anything from, a baby not gaining weight once it leaves the hospital, to developmentally being below level when it comes to motor skills, and things like hand-eye coordination, etc.  As, I discussed the facts of her case, once I could get her grounded, and a bit less emotional, so I could get an honest read on what was happening and why, and what would be the best route to proceed to help her with the limited time and effort, I want to put into a case, free of course, not that, pay has ever stopped me from helping anyone, because, it sure as hell, has not, obviously, given where I am living!  LOL!  Eventually, I was able to take her through, the steps I would take, based on the state's position, and the court's position, that, she will never get her child back, if, her living conditions, stability, food, shelter, and mental health, are not, considered, in the best interest of the child, regardless, of wishes, love, heritage, the potential of getting her shit together, before she has a hearing on permanent termination of parental rights!  I told her, where she is right now, I would not give her, her baby back, never.  She got my point!

But, as I talked, there was this woman, in her thirties, sitting next to her, who has also lost custody of her children, as many women in the homeless shelter have, who, all the sudden, popped into our conversation, stating that in Texas, she was an attorney . . . like, as what?  I listened to her, and she said, she was friends with several judges, and they asked her to take a case, or so she said, and I was shocked, as she proceeded to tell me, that she represented 16 women in getting their kids back, and I tried, without, setting her off to say, what qualifies or qualified you to represent these people or woman?  She said, I have a psychology degree, and the judge, said, that qualified me to be an attorney . . . fuck no, it does not!  But, I didn't want to embarrass her, but I said, that is not like any state I have ever been in, and you have to have attended an accredited, law school, have taken the bar exam, passed, and been sworn in by the states, supreme court, who generally oversees, all attorneys in the state.  She said, on, no, I didn't need to do that, the judge, said I could practice law, even here, and in Utah--WHAT?  I said, I know, that with four bar licenses, when I stopped in, the first trip to Montana, and stopped at the Montana Bar Association, in the Block Building, in Helena, even with all that, going all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, I had to either take the bar exam or get a letter from the Montana Supreme Court, with them making an exception for me, to practice in Montana without taking the bar exam, that I took, fucking 23 years ago!  She still insisted that the judge allowed her to practice, and I said, who paid you . . . oh, he did. WHAT THE FUCK?  He can't do that!  This conversation was doing nothing but going down hill fast!

If You Are Really Serious, I Will Take Your Case!  WHAT?

Now, this young woman, did have some knowledge, but I would venture a guess, that came more from LOSING HER OWN CHILDREN, that having any real experience, trials, or 16 people she helped, especially in Utah . . . but, now that I think about it, actually, Utah is equally as lame ass, since they let the sista club, practice law, in Utah!  Tried to suppress my law practice being #2 in the nation in civil right defense, and allow not just one of my sisters, but ALL of my non-attorney sisters, to claim law degrees through my license, and they have tried to kill me ever since to cover their crimes and perpetuate the fraud!  I didn't know if this chick was completely off her rocker, or if things had slipped so far, become so, smarmy, so corrupt, so cheap ass, so juvenile and crazy, that courts were actually, allowing, non-attorneys, like this very immature woman, to practice law?  But, I have evidence, that yes, they have gone just that batty!  We just had a situation, here in Montana, where, three deputy county attorneys, were practicing law without a license!  They claimed to have gone to law school, and just didn't pass the bar exam!  What the fuck, do you think qualifies you to be a fucking attorney?  Passing the bar exam, for God sake!  I guess, some judges, started to notice, that these alleged attorneys were way lacking in knowledge and understanding of the system and procedure . . . now all attorneys, have to learn the law, learn procedure, learn court decorum, and the language of the courts, that is a given; however, allowing, non-licensed attorneys to practice before they have jumped through all the hoops, is total bull shit!  Of, course, someone at McD's, where I am writing this blog, just yelled, Rachel! 

I firmly believe, that all my sisters, none of which are attorneys, have been allowed to use my name, use my credentials, use my resume, and tout my legal acumen, bragging rights, so to say, to bully their way, in to the courts, into the legislatures, into special water districts, and present themselves, as if they were me!  When I left Utah in fear of my life, for being too good to beat, on two huge ass civil rights cases, one for $357 million and the other, $56.7 million, the state decided to just annihilate me as an attorney, and bring in the dumb ass, cute, thinner, big boob, substitutes, and Rachel, who is 7 years my younger, but often considered and asked if we were and are twins, has been allowed, by men, along with others, as a punishment, a statement, that someone or anyone could do what I did, and therefore, because they are nicer, seem to be more fair, and don't take cops, prosecutors, and judges, by the balls, and squeeze them, until, I win, forcing the criminal justice system, to actually follow the laws of the legislatures, rather than local practice, where, any lame ass ruling, goes, supporting, those people they like, and fucking those people they don't like!  This is hideous, against the law, unconstitutional, and criminal!  I was shocked to find out that this chick, even had an alleged bar number, that made no sense . . . my Utah State Bar number, if I can remember, is 6550, and this girl, claiming to be an attorney, said, her Texas bar number was, 3034, like, uh, attorneys in Texas, with bar numbers that low, are probably either dead or retiring!  Judges, check bar numbers, and if ages and numbers, don't match experience . . . YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, FRAUD ON THE COURT! 

You Have to Have 4 Years or an Undergraduate Degree and 3 Years of Law School . . . Where Did You Go to Law School?

I can't remember.  Nobody, goes to law school, and forgets that experience.  I think, I went to YALE! WHAT?  At this point, I knew the chick was fucking insane!  I just didn't say anything, because there was not use!  YOU ARE NOT A GOD DAMNED ATTORNEY!  I don't care, what fucking judge, what county attorney, what bar association, what cop, what prosecutors, or a fucking president of the United States, says, you are not an attorney in this country, unless you go to law school, an accredited law school, and PASS the LAW EXAM!  Taking it and failing doesn't make you a LAWYER!  What do they call someone who only passes the bar exam by one point?  AN ATTORNEY!  There is a new or a country song, called, something like be NICE and HUMBLE . . . shit, I have the highest bar license in the fucking country, the United States Supreme Court bar, and I respect the law, the bar, the state of Montana, and I am law abiding enough, to be very careful, of what I do and don't do, in the law!  Until I am willing to write a letter, to the Montana Supreme Court, get admitted, or pass the bar exam, I do not take clients, and I am real cautious, to give legal advice, other than to save someone some time and point them in the right direction, or correct a flagrant error that some other lame ass attorney, paralegal, or legal assistant, who thinks they know the law, and have spewed forth, total false law, that will hurt their clients, seeing myself as having a fucking duty, as a 4 time sworn officer of the court!  Shear rage, comes out in me, to think that people can, take someone's liberty, freedom, property, children, future, in their hands, when they are not qualified to do so, and hand out advice and charge, as if they were attorneys, like clowns giving candy to a baby!

CASE IN POINT . . . THE PRACTICE OF LAW IS HARD ENOUGH WHEN YOU HAVE A LAW DEGREE

Okay, so this other guy at the Poverello Center, heard I am an attorney, and he was working with some guys who are currently in jail, and who are questioning the fact that they were charged with an information, for a felony, and that the prosecutors, allegedly denied them a preliminary hearing or preliminary examination, part of due process for criminal procedure and defendant's rights.  So, this guy asked me, if I would look over some legal papers, because he would be interested, in getting a real attorney's take on the issue and see if they viewed this issue differently.  I help everyone I can, like I said, with the limited, perimeters I allow myself, having not taken either step to practice law in the state of Montana, but, realizing that due to the limited number of people in the state, and limited resources to see that justice is served, making sure that there is justice for all, is hard; therefore, if I can help, I will!  So, this guy, brings me some legal papers, claiming that, inmates at the jail are doing this work on their own.  Needless to say, I was impressed, that they were at least getting some of the legal arguments, constitutional timelines, with three versions of the state constitution, under their belt, not to mention, seeing to have a far grasp on what they were researching case law for, and where they wanted to go with it, but, they did, keep repeating and repeating the same argument that seemed to do more to undermine their position, that prove otherwise.  So, in true law school fashion, I skim read through the 7 or 8 page brief, and noticed that, an attorney, has done the brief and signed it . . . and I was not so impressed, in fact, I got somewhat concerned and decided that I better do some research and lead these guys a bit, seeing their alleged attorney, who could be just like this chick at the Poverello, who has a little bit of knowledge, and is faking her way, so she can have the prestige, and there is a lot of not necessarily reverence for attorneys, but, you get listened to, whether you know jack shit or not!  So a coveted career, for sure, and many who would fake it, trying to make it . . . so?

In less that 10 minutes, I had the answer for this guy, but I haven't talked to him yet . . . I first went to the Montana Constitution . . . why?  Because, back when I was practicing criminal defense, and I had some sticky issues, with some aspect of criminal procedure and had issues with the way the prosecutors, handled the situation, I found the answers to the question, codified, not only in statutory law, but in the state constitution, as well, lending it more weighty argument and legal power!  I always, go first to the supreme law of the land, the United States Constitution, then to the second highest law, and highest law in ANY state, the state constitutions, because, they are the guidelines, for the state and federal legislative or law making bodies, and have to mesh, legally with the higher laws, and there is a hierarchy, all laws are not created equal!  So, sure enough, just as I figured, from my experience as an ATTORNEY, having dealt with bail issues, which were mentioned in the state constitution, I in fact, found, what this alleged attorney, and his clients were disputing, saying, that, prosecutors, could not use an information in a felony charge, to inform the defendant of his charges against him . . . well, check, the Montana State Constitution, Section 20!  District courts are courts of general jurisdiction, meaning they can hear any kind of case . . . inferior courts, are justice courts, juvenile courts, family and drug courts, not sure in Montana, and they are to inform defendants of the charges against them through, a complaint.  And of course, a district court judge, can call a grand jury, and get an indictment . . . some states, like Texas, have broad use of grand juries, in Utah, not so much, called only on rare occasions!  There will be differences from state to state, so you HAVE TO KNOW THAT AND CHECK!

Then there was the issue of the preliminary hearing where the prosecutor puts on the evidence against the defendant, giving the defendant or their attorney, representing them, at this phase of due process, to question the witnesses, and see what the prosecutor has against them . . . in the Montana Code Annotated or MCA 46-10-202, what is called a preliminary hearing in Utah, is called a preliminary examination, and it sounds like defendants, can have a two-way communication, or hearing, and the judge, may or may not, make the defendant show up in person, from jail, for this phase, or the attorney can handle hey beliit, or both can be present.  In the way of judicial economy, and travel, expenses, etc., there is wisdom, depending on the seriousness of the case in using short circuit TV, rather than transport an inmate, across the state for a hearing, that may take 10 minutes, depending on the case, and where the inmate is being housed, depending on population and need.  The law is very LOGICAL, if you understand the basics, which are found in the CONSTITUTIONS!  Few attorneys, even ever, look at the guiding documents, and rely on case law, which this alleged attorney did . . . the fucking fakes, my sisters and even the jealous guys, who these women teamed with to do this to me, often will arrange for this person to track me down, as they have on several occasions, to get legal help, direction, from ME, so they can use my name and credentials, or they may be using their own, cheating the system and charging, what this guy said, a retainer of $10,000! for shit!

I am not sure how long this alleged attorney, and I have my doubts, seeing that, entire law firms have been set up, to make these very inferior people who pale in their credentials, feel better, or trying to say, see, we can win you, faking it until we make it, or we will show you, we are as smart as you . . . NO YOU ARE NOT! and this shit shows damned well, and this is low level shit, to anyone who knows their shit!  

It Is A FUCKING Crime To Practice Law Without A License!

People, you have a vested interest, in making sure that your alleged attorney, is really an attorney, good, bad or ugly, fat, lazy or whatever!  Why, because, it can HURT YOU!  There is a reason, we have laws, that someone must be licensed to practice law in the state, because, whether they are the best or even good, there is a group of professionals, who have given the stamp of approval to this person, vouching for them, that, they believe, this person, will have your best interests at stake, understanding the significance, of giving you sound legal advice, knowing they are held to levels of ethics and professional rules of conduct!  There really, only are three professions, traditionally, now we have gone on, to make other fields of study, be licensed, because, there may be safety concerns, or because there have been issues, that have made that, trade, like construction, welding, plumbing, doing nails, hair, facials, and other services, to protect the health, safety and welfare, of the citizens of a state, or even nationally, but traditionally, there were only three professions, and they were considered professionals, because of the severity of fucking up, in these areas: (1) the clergy, were to heal the soul, and they have to have licenses, to be tax exempt, and have the benefits and legal protections, of doing this type of counseling, etc.; (2) physician were to heal the body, and they take the Hippocratic oath to do not harm; and (3) lawyers, who were historically to heal relationships, taking an oath to preserve, protect and defend the U.S. and state Constitutions!  So, many lawyers and judges, don't even understand the oaths they took when they became attorneys, or were sworn into the bar or the bench!

People, who don't, go through the rigors, of law and medical school, or divinity school for that matter, do not have any clue, as to the importance of the training, the grueling exertion and effort, to go through these programs, and they have no appreciation for the profession or what it takes to get through law school, the bar exam, and into practice!  Many attorneys, who are transactional attorneys, or corporate, tax, real estate, etc., will never step foot in a court room, they are paper pushers, and into contracts, and making sure all the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" crossed, and that is critical too.  But, to look at your attorney, or your sister, based on one or two experiences, and with me after, I had been poisoned and say, I could do that, you are FOOLING YOURSELF, because you have no idea, what it takes to do the WHOLE LAW AND NOTHING BUT THE LAW!  We are talking writing briefs, researching . . . like in this brief, I just read, he is missing the mark, in something it took me, fucking 10 minutes if that, because, I already knew the answer, and civil law is a whole different animal than criminal . . . as is civil rights law, or family law, or securities law, all very different, and if you don't understand that, you are going to FUCK YOU CLIENTS, and may even cost them their lives, their property, or their family!  Your sister my make it look easy, but, that is because, I studied the issues, long before, today, I wrestled with the law, grappled with the concepts, and that is what, EXPERIENCE WILL DO FOR A REAL ATTORNEY, AND FOR THEIR CLIENT!

Due to my experience, I have, such a huge ass, foundational background, between my government jobs, dealing with all kinds of stuff, from legislation, to working with towns and cities, with areas on aging, with senior centers, community organizers, politicians, law enforcement, health professionals, students, teaching college, writing award winning manuals, blah, blah, blah, that the second, someone asks me a legal question, I don't even need to go to the books, because, I already know the answers, but I always, check the law, the books, and do my homework, and make sure that I am correct, because if fucking matters, how a PROFESSIONAL conducts themselves, and holding yourself out as a lawyer, is SO CRIMINAL, if you have NOT PAID THE PRICE TO GO THERE!  I would think, that someone, who really cares about people, would fucking NEVER, EVER, present themselves as an attorney, or a paralegal, or legal assistant or a third year law student, knowing they are LYING, and could create IRREPARABLE DAMAGE in that person's life, not to mention, charging as an attorney, when you are not even a paralegal, is the height of hypocrisy and arrogance, and ignorance!  BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT EVEN SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THE RISKS!  Read the Montana Code Annotated, it is a pretty serious crime to practice law without a license and RIGHTLY SO!

Cross Application to the Presidential Elections . . . Thank God, Americans, Tend to Error on the Safe Candidate Side!

Do not make the mistake, to think that someone with business experience, but no, experience, in public office or even in government or public service, has the ability to run a country, as we have so plainly seen, in the statements, that Mr. Trump has made that, no political servant in their right mind, in the last 60 years, would ever say, even if his fans and supporters let him get away with it!  Hopefully, citizens, concerned citizens, interested in moving this country forward, have watched the decisive nature of the Trump rallies, the protests, the violence, even being encouraged by the candidate himself, the disparaging remarks that are so, what 1940's in acceptance, even thought, this process is refining the candidate, he said he would be more presidential, but, then he said, NO, I AM JUST GOING TO BE ME!  So there you have it, blatantly spitting in our American dream, condition, and progress, and saying, I AM A BILLIONAIRE, and I can do whatever in the FUCK I want to!

Get that PREAMBLE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION OUT, and READ, IT OVER AND OVER . . . THAT IS THE GOAL, pick a candidate, who best, moves that idea and this American experiment, showing the world, and other countries, what free speech, respecting other religions, races, sexes, even those who are struggling with their gender identity looks like!
