We could have had it all!  You had my heart in the palm of your hand, and you paid it with a beating!  Then you got greedy, impatient, and decided to make Kay me, rather than taking the smart one, you took the thin one . . . that would have taken me about, 6 months, she will never get where I am, in brilliance, she may have beat me, in high school, but, once I hit college, I started to hit my stride, then I got to law school, and it was easy, never fully realizing my brain power, until I hit the Brock case, you know the one, you stole, the $357 million case, you wanted to give to Kay . . . song on, When a man loves a woman . . . you wanted it all! and now you will get NOTHING!  Just the way the balls, get cut off, by the woman, who jilted your ass, who you have stalked, tracked, hunted, and tried to kill, psycho fuck!  In the movie, Banks, shoots all the agents, and dark haired girls, and falls for the innocent blonde who plays him like a violin at a funeral!  LOL!

How I Got Involved With the Compact and Why?

• when I first came to the Flathead Valley, back in 2012, shortly before the presidential elections, to go to Glacier National Park, first in the October, returned in November, 6 days before the elections, and again in December, to gloat, over President Obama's re-election, I went as a spy, to the Flathead Federation of Republican Women monthly meeting, and being embarrassed when they brought me to the front of the luncheon, and introduced me, finding out that I was a constitutional law attorney . . . just got God Intel, a white GMC SUV like Rachel, a true Republican, used to drive, and one of the signs or symbols, that the women up in the Flathead, now, understanding more of my political sways, and opinions on abortion, and the like, prefer, the Rachel flavor of me, and have lied to cover, everything from me presenting, at the statewide, Federation of Republican Women, training, on the 1,2, and 4th amendments, check out MY blog, probably one of the first, listed on the side of my blog, under my picture, and I wrote about that training, as a very early entry . . . which, Rachel, was probably dubed over, wearing the right clothes and hair do! LOL! If the video presenter, didn't have the clothes she sleep in the night before, and broken glasses, hanging off half of her eyes, in true, absent minded professor style, then they re-did the training and put Rachel's mug on my work, like they have, Shelley's mug on my work on the water compact! Politics, politics, politics . . . the second, I told the ladies at the training, all dressed in their red, white and blue suits, that we were entering the participatory part of my presentation, all heads, hit the desk and their boobs, because, the true brainiac, regardless of her dress, the Alpha, chick took control of the room, and trained their lying asses! LOL! But at my first meeting, Caroline Solomon, who I think was the Prez. of the woman's group, asked me to help with the Salish-Kootenai water compact, which, I am still doing to this day! Rachel and the super mob, just used my name, to FUCK OVER THE RANCHERS, THE FARMER, THE 11 COUNTIES INVOLVED AND EFFECTED, AND THEY WILL FUCK OVER ALL MONTANA AND THE INDIANS . . . and they used MY NAME, to fool YOU!
• I testified at the 2013 Montana Legislature, in the Judiciary Committee, chaired by Krayton Kearns, was am'bush'ed in the bathrooms at the Capitol Building by the Indian Princesses, trashed by the lawyers and the legislator, presenting the legislation to push through the compact, and later trashed by the very people who originally asked me to help . . . Beware, lest all people speak well of you. --Jesus. The Constitution, my guide and love, was a fucking compromise, which is what the very word, politics means, each side, wins something, and each side gives up something . . . Kill the messenger! I am always, right in the middle, pissing both sides off . . . nobody controls me, nobody pays me, I am not loyal to either side the Indians, nor the ranchers and farmers, but, I will represent, what the documents, say, and what, I in clear and present conscience, believe, to my BEST KNOWLEDGE TO BE TRUE! as an attorney!
• One of the reasons, I fell in love with Montana, was this hearing, thank God, for me and the state, after testifying for 2 minutes, the limit at the comment period, I was able to get out the fact, that I was a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, worked for the nations number one water law expert, back in the early 90's when I attended law school, at BYU, and the compact, violates the U.S., Montana Constitutions, what I know about water law, and the Montana Code or Laws, plus the Treaty, the way the lawyers were presenting the issues. I was called out of 200 people in the audience, and to the credit of the legislators, they gave me, about a half hour to 45 minutes, to go over each of those documents are records, and explain my position, seeing the compact as completely UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
• Chair of the Committee, Mr. Kearns then asked me to write up my testimony, which I promptly went over to the Montana Attorney Generals Offices, to the Law Library, where I used the computers reserved for attorneys, and typed up my testimony, which was sabotaged, with several versions, orders and almost making it impossible for me to get a clear and clean copy . . . who controls the computers, now think, because this is critical to understanding, why someone with my education and credentials is staying in a homeless shelter, running from state to state, the fucking state of Mormon, Utah, almost all Republicans, with 30,000 cyber spies, watching every fucking line and word I write, and with them trying to ERASE me from the planet after MITT lost, seeing me as a big part of that, teaming with Montana Senator Tester, and his staff, many on my email list, before I wrote my blog, actually the reason I started the blog, back in September of 2013, because, the Mo NSA, stole 2 email accounts that day, shut me down completely, after, I was chased by Indian trackers, any connection to my positions and testimony on the water compact? blood hounds, and feds . . . control the Indians to control the water! But, I had to CUT AND PASTE, a copy, that looked like shit, but, I felt was the best version I was able to get . . . much like the analysis I did for former Senator, Verdell Jackson, whom the arrogant, lying sack of shit, attorney for the CSKT, presenter, who would know my name and reputation, sarcastically, joked, because, Jackson also entered into the law suit over the Kerr Dam sell, saying all 60 lawsuits, Mr. Jackson in never won them anything . . . BRUTE FORCE, lies, cheating, fraud, and identity theft, won the signing of the water compact, and the sale of Kerr Dam, that is now creating new law, new history, and new ceding boundaries, to pretend, that the Indians didn't HAVE TO CEDE all their lands, to the U.S. Government, or DIE! The victories of war, and spoils, go to the winners, and they get to write history! Brett and Kay, Shelley, Rachel, have ulterior motives, in using my name, to get the water, back to the Indians, the WA war cry, so the feds, run by Mo's, can control the water rich state of Montana . . . don't be buffaloed! Why do you think, the super mob, relentlessly pursues me? LIKE ANY ABUSER, POWER AND CONTROL . . . I AM ABOUT PROTECTING RIGHTS, PROPERTY, WATER RIGHTS, AND RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT AND THEIR RELATIONSHIPS RIGHT! I did, however, come hook or crook, get a copy of my work, shitty as it looked after the computer wars, blocking email copy exchange and delivery, remember, that while I was working with two offices in the Utah State Capitol Building, that, there was a U.S. Post Office in the basement, because, I was going to try to mail Krayton a copy, but, I ran into a legislative counsel aid, in stead, and made him promise that he would get Krayton a copy . . . he promised . . . and I like to think, that I was, somewhat, not only involved but instrumental in stopping the signing of the water compact, and the associated bill in the legislature for two years, while the compact was worked on.
• Former state of Montana House of Representative, and Senator Jackson, now on some service commission, always kept me up to speed on the issues, and I ditched in and out of Kalispell, going to the Republican Pachyderm meetings on Fridays, over the last 4 years . . . which I put, under the title of this off the cuff, straight shooting comments, on some legislator, chick, Indian Princess thought . . . might be of interest and give some history and background. I just give the facts, statistics and examples in my persuasive writing. I was not working for anyone, just doing my duty as a citizen . . . and no, I am not Shelley, who took credit for all my work and I am sure the hacker hag, the clone, also, in Chicago, with my clone computer, took my constitutional analysis, off the list of my intellectual property and docs, that now say, ME, ME, ME . . . they just took the damning documents off. . . the list is far shorter than it used to be! FUCKIN' LYING LOSERS! ENJOY, I NEVER RE-READ MY WORK, HOPE IT IS GOOD. I thought, that I was eating the yummy free lunch, while the blonde chick was introducing the speaker, so I heard that he worked with wild life and natural resources or something like that with a master's degree, but I never heard if he was an attorney . . . so I asked him, and he affirmed the fact that he was, and I reminded him, that in statutory interpretation, I felt that his definition of the ceding process was wrong, but I would review, it had been a few years, he said, he also would check his facts and read the Hellgate Treaty again! I GUESS THE POLICY OF THE PROPONENTS OF THE WATER COMPACT IS:  LESS IS MORE!

ISSUE OR QUESTION:  Why would the Montana Legislature, representing Montanans, especially those within the 11 counties affected by the water compact, want to vote in favor of the compact?

PROPONENTS ARGUMENTS

&

COUNTER-ARGUMENTS AGAINST THOSE POINTS

(1)  State could avoid a call for tribal water rights, that are superior--if in a drought or low water year

• senior water rights would take precedence above junior rights
• exclusive right to fish, does not convey a water right
• the proponents are assuming senior water rights, merely due to the fact that the Indians were on the land first, which doesn’t mean they have senior rights
• they were a conquered people, they knew it
• the legislature gave Indians, the United States, and irrigators all a chance to file their water rights claims between 1973 and 1983--10 years is long enough
• tribes were given land to use, occupy and for their benefit
• tribes and individual Indians can’t claim water or property rights they don’t have!
• nobody can convey and interest that they don’t have
• tribes are not co-owners of the land the reservation is on, only the U.S. owns the property
• the white man was to stay off the reservation, until the treaty was ratified
• once ratified, the tribes could sell the property within the reservation, and use the money for their benefit--that doesn’t mean that they own the property, they just get the money
• the tribes or the DNR attorneys are acting like the Indians or the compact is doing irrigators a favor, because they have not called those rights(they don’t have) in, but they are preparing their claims
• if they didn’t file and record their water rights claims within the 10 year period provided by the legislature, tough luck, you don’t have a claim
• when asked to clarify what a CALL means, the attorney said it is really simple, like picking up the phone and calling your neighbor upstream and telling them to stop taking all the water!!!!!
• state is flexing its muscles against the irrigators, pushing for this compact, due to the call?  And it is nothing more than what they have now?
• where is the muscle, need for the compact, in that???
• misleading at best, and downright fraud at worst--need transparency from attorneys, not personal belief that Indians need this water
• and it doesn’t matter how many ranchers are persuaded over to the proponents side, what the treaty says, is what it says
• and yes, logic and reason tell irrigators that fish need water to survive, and the reservations need water to function
• but to say that in a drought, or low stream flow, that it is the ranchers and farmers who will suffer, is not correct!
• who in the hell cares what they do in Oregon, that doesn’t change Montana, or the treaty, even if they signed the document together, they were not the same state now, may have been connect during the territorial days . . .
• these water rights have been quantified through years of legal strength, case law, even U.S. Supreme court decisions that state that the tribes, or aboriginal peoples didn’t know what they were doing when they signed the treaty
• they knew full well, they were being slaughtered and couldn’t win the war
• they ceded, relinquished, and conveyed their lands to the U.S. in return for peace, financial assistance, fishing and hunting, housing, schools, industries, etc.

(2)  The Indians had until July 2013 to sign the compact, now extended to July 2015, by the legislature, to file those claims or quantify their uses and what water they need to meet the needs of the reservations

• traditional water law, constitutionally goes like this:
• the United States of America holds all water in trust for the public and citizenry
• constitutionally, the federal government controls all ports and navigable water
• states control waters within their boundaries--surface water, groundwater, springs, etc.
• if I remember correctly, stream beds are held in public trust, but the land that abuts or goes along the stream beds, belongs to the property owner
• personal property owners, control the waters that flow out of the above streams, groundwater, springs, etc, and flow onto their property
• as per exclusive rights to fish in the reservation--that does not mean they have the water rights to sustain those fish; however, it stands to reason that irrigators cannot deplete all water and destroy fishing (no fishing limits within the res, but they don’t own all the fish and all the water that either swim or run through the reservation to other parts of the state)
• they also get the right to fish areas outside the reservation that had become customary to fish at, but that is to be in common with the rest of the citizens
• in these areas, of custom, if the state requests a license to fish, and limits the number to 5, there is equal protection, and opportunity for all
• hunting and gathering berries is considered a privilege, not a right; therefore, I would say, Indians have to obtain a license to hunt within the state boundaries--no exclusive right, just the same as the privilege all citizens have
• remember this country was founded on equal protection and uniform operation of law, 14th amendment
• citizens can’t be deprived of life, liberty and property, without due process of law (5th amendment for criminal issues)
• due process = notice & hearing

(3)  Neither the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, nor the United States Supreme Court, if contrary to the plain language of the constitutions, the intent of the signers, or the history surrounding the original intent, trumps the U.S. Constitution as the Supreme law of the land, and the state constitutions, the highest law of the state as long as it doesn’t contradict or conflict with the U.S. Constitution

• there is a legal hierarchy of legal authority in the judicial system of the United States
• Constitutions are first--judges are not at liberty to reinterpret the plain language
• if the meaning is clear, the debate is over
• if it says what it says, not judge, no matter how high, can change that meaning
• constitutionally, judges are only to remain on the bench in good behavior
• changing the meaning, intent or history is wrong
• no room for creative lawyering
• the law is the law, is the law
• you may be sympathetic with the Indians, but you can’t change history, rewrite it, or change the meaning of the treaties signed in good faith
• we are where we are--the Hellgate Treaty sets to terms of the contract, there was an offer, an acceptance and consideration given on both sides
• you don’t get to option of reading meanings and words that don’t even exist in the document itself
• water rights for time immemorial--where is that?
• they were not even given water right!

• laws, rulings, treaties, etc. that are repugnant to the Constitution are void
• those that are consistent with the letter and spirit of the constitution are constitutional
• the Indian nation is a nation within a nation--they are dependent on us
• they have their own constitution, but it doesn’t trump our Constitution
• American and Montana citizens are not subject to another dependent nations tribal law or counsel, nor are we junior in right, water rights, etc.
• everyone had an equal right to a 10 year notice to file claims, or sign new water compacts or deals
• there is some suspicion in my mind as to the constitutionality of all the water compacts in light of the US Constitution prohibition of states making alliances, treaties, or confederations with the Indians, who are solely under the jurisdiction of the US government
• Montanans have one constitutional obligation to the Indians, and that is to preserve their culture through public education
• the controlling documents are, U.S. Constitution, Hellgate Treaty, Montana Constitution--signed after the treaty, but that makes for even a stronger argument, that the state of Montana, in their constitution was given all water rights, and nothing was said or excepted for the reservations.  Had the Montana Constitution come before the treaty, there might be an argument that the treaty changed that, but not with no mention of the water rights, just fishing rights!!!!!

(4)  The scare tactics that if Montanans, or the legislature don’t sign the water compact all kinds of bad things will happen, that business all should be happy, because, if we don’t sign or come to a settlement, there will be protracted litigation, and they imply, Montanans, or irrigators will lose--not if the courts are faithful to the law, legal weight of authority, and abide by the power packers, the constitutions, and the treaties, within the plain language, intent and history of the documents!!!!!

So this professional woman with a 16 year old daughter, was travelling with her job, and she struck up a conversation with some guy, on a trip to and from, I believe, Washington, D.C., and they seemed to really hit it off, he wined and dined her, bought a ton of expensive gifts, and eventually, she figured, that she really liked the guy, and they ended up in bed, little did she know, that he had placed, videos and surveillance cameras around her bedroom.  After a short time, she started getting a weird vibe, about the guy, and she broke off this one time tryst with the dude, and through, nothing more than a phone number, he got into her information, started to contact, her work, her family, her daughter, friends, stating and posting online and it sounded like on some of her social media sites that she was running an escort service!  This shit head, loser, took the pictures of the two having sex, posted it all over the Internet, she got fired from her job, and then, the asshole, who could not take rejection, started to add her 16 year old daughter's pictures from her social media connections with her mother's accounts, and saying that she too, was involved in prostitution!

All of the sudden, men, started, calling and showing up at work, school, stalking the house, and following this mother and her daughter, both very respectable, and smart, learning from, either their own sources and research, or the cops, that the racy video, of the mom having sex with this fuck, had gone to over 3,000 people before, cyber sources were able to stop it.  This jealous dick, started to slash her tires, sabotage her good name, in every way he could; he learned where she paid her bills, and cancelled her water, electricity and heat, and started fucking with all her business accounts and clients!  Do you seriously think, FBI agents, CIA, jealousy, revenge, getting butt hurt, or are immune from doing this . . . ask me, I have had 16 fucking years of it!  Eventually, the man, who appeared to be working with, some agency, making trips to Washington, D.C., often, was discovered by his wife, when she accidentally got his $50,000 worth of bills on his credit card, for the gifts and purchases he had trying to get this other woman!  His wife, started to put, her husband's, plotting, planning, REVENGE, and claims of betrayal, together, seeing the devastation, his passion created, not only for this unknown woman, and her daughter, but also for her and her son!  She contacted the target woman and her daughter, and apologized for her husband's behavior, and filed for divorce, but she said, she and her son, who had no idea, are now faced with the bills of his deceit, being half liable, in the divorce proceedings, and I believe, the guy was prosecuted for stalking, identity theft, and extortion!

CRIMES OF THE MIND

In this story, you have a happy family, made up of a smart 16 year old daughter, graduating from high school, ahead of her class, with a step-father, and a very busy mother, who work together, and provide a very nice lifestyle for their daughter, who wants nothing more than to spend more time with her pressured and busy parents, getting along fine with step-dad, but both parents, due to an emergency, a corporate truck wreck, miss their only daughter's graduation, already feeling the odd girl out, because, she is playing leap frog, and getting ahead of the game, looking at early college entrance . . . and she is on her bed crying when her parents finally get home, after graduation is all done, feeling alone, left out, and without the two most important people in her life, there to sustain and support her, her parents!  A sad commentary, that many professional parents, or anyone for that matter, deals with, and faces on a daily basis, time, priorities, and choices, and sometimes those do more than compete with each other!  But, the mom, is optimistic that her daughter, will not only forgive the errant parents, but be thrilled when she drops, the keys to a brand new, shiny, red BMW convertible, but the daughter, however, asked for a small truck, and seems disappointed.

Two problems here, parents, who are proving that they don't listen to their daughter, and purchased the car, they thought, their daughter, ought to drive, especially going off to college, and an ungrateful daughter, who turned an thanked her mother and step-father, by saying, "You bought me again, Mom!"  And she sarcastically gets in and pouting, takes the car for a spin with step-dad, proud of not only his smart daughter, but also of the flashy car, the two just surprised his, somewhat earthy girl with, who has much simpler plans for her life, and how she wants to spend her summer, as will be evidenced, soon, by the decisions she makes, to go to a local community college, get involved with a horse riding ranch, for girls, before going to college, later dropping out of college, all together, when she gets her own horse for her birthday, that is kept out on this ranch, for girls, with tough cowgirl and her rough neck, but dumb mindful husband.  Slowly the mother, sees that her, formerly, sweet daughter, is changing right in front of her eyes, and she doesn't like what she is seeing, having had a close relationship, with issues, like all mothers and daughters, this girl, is more and more, staying out with the ranch girls, boarders there, and the horses, and not going home.  The mother, of course is growing increasingly alarmed, and concerned, at the daughter's attitudes toward her, and her husband, becoming belligerent, sassy, refusing to do even the minimum, her mother asks her, and the girl even orders the mother out of her bedroom!

Ranch Owners Daughter, Champion Horse Rider, Murdered By Jealous Girls, Starting to Look at this Other Ladies Daughter, as a Replacement Daughter, for Her Own Daughter!  The Cult-ish Atmosphere at the Ranch, Alarms the Girl's Mother, as well as, the Godmother and Aunt, Who Also Sees the Changes in the Girl!

The family and Aunt, along with the daughter, get together for a BBQ, and the dad, who is Irish, makes some fun party drinks, and offers to let the girl, join the adults and have her first taste of alcohol, the way parents should introduce alcohol and moderation to kids, but the girl, is over on the side of the pool, pouting and acting annoyed that she even has to be there, wanting to go back to the ranch, and be with her horse and the other girls.  The Aunt, steps in to fill the void, between the shocked parents and the girl, and calls for a family picture.  The Aunt, points out to the mother, a comparison of a picture, she took, just months, before the daughter started going to the ranch, and it showed her, happy, loving, close to her parents, and seemingly enjoying life, and the latest pictures, showed a sour, sad, depressed looking girl, bothered to even be with her parents, or her favorite aunt.  Then the mother's sister, tells her, that she has heard of a woman, who is good at deprogramming kids, who have been inducted into this type of cult type situation, and she thinks the mother needs to intervene, immediately, to get the girl away from, this bizarre situation, she is getting deeper and deeper into.  When the girl, refuses to leave the ranch one evening, the mother decided that she was going to take some control of the situation, and she tells her daughter, she is removing the horse, and it will no longer be boarded at the ranch, hoping that would bring her daughter home.  WRONG! it only increased the animosity between the mother and the daughter.

The cowgirl at the ranch, now threatened with losing, what she has now, seen as her replacement daughter, even moving her into her own dead daughter's bedroom, she starts to increase the brainwashing of the girl, saying your mother is crazy, she is mean, look what she just did to you, she never cared about you, she never had time for you, and now she is even taking your horse.  Sometime later, the mother, basically freaking out about losing her daughter, permanently, goes out to the ranch, and after getting a court order, demands that her underage daughter, return home with her!  The other lady the cowgirl, is pissed, she actually gets in fist-a-cuffs with the real mother, she is screaming, this is MY daughter, and she pulls a gun on the mother, who is physically, pushing her daughter in the car, while the girl is fighting to get out and back with the gang of girls at the ranch, under the tutelage of this cowgirl, gaining more power and control, brainwashing the girl, daily to hate her mother, and turn on her, with the other girls, as backup, filling the girl's head with all kinds of shit against the mother.  Eventually, the mother gets the daughter, away from this woman, only to find, to keep her daughter, home, she had to handcuff her to the bed, and the daughter turned into a raving banshee, a feral cat, fighting to get free, screaming at her parents, and eventually, the cowgirl, who is stalking the parents' home, somehow gets in contact with the girl, who used the end of an electrical cord, to unscrew the bolts on her chains and cords that are binding her . . . and she escapes, leaving her parents, sick and dumbfounded, at the hatred, their daughter, now seems to have, not only for her parents, but for the home, her previous life, etc.  The ranch, finally, gets a restraining order on the mother, who is now stalking the ranch, to make sure her daughter is safe, because, the girls and owners of the ranch, lied, and said, the girl wasn't there, she got pregnant and ran away with a boyfriend!  Sheriffs go to look for the girl, but the ranch girls all lie, even with her hiding in the hay.

The Girl's Family, Friends, and Co-Workers Who Have Known the Girl Since Birth, All Decide to Rescue The Girl, On Her 18th Birthday, Feeling That If They Don't Act Now, They Will Lose Their Daughter to the Cult Forever!

This mom has the ranch all staked out, the parents and friends, about 6 of them, have black ski masks, and maps of the ranch, and they are serious, about getting the daughter, away from these folks, who are exercising, undue influence over her, and trashing the mother, all the time, in a manner, that is basically brainwashing the daughter to hate the mother.  In fact, there is one situation, that one of the older horses on the ranch, needs to be put to death, because it is getting old and lame.  The cowgirl, pulls all the girls out onto the dirt, in a fenced pen, and she decides to make the daughter shoot the horse to toughen her up, telling her that taking care of horses, is not all just fun and games, although, this woman was brutal, and used the girls, as chore hands, to run the ranch, and she ran it with an iron fist . . . but the girl is reluctant, and so the cowgirl, starts telling her to pretend, that it is her crazy mother, who has outlived her purpose and usefulness in life, and needs to be put out her misery and her daughter's misery.  This woman just trashes the mother, and keeps pushing the girl to shoot the horse or her mother, symbolically in the head, as no longer, being of any use, and old, which the mother was not at all, and a very viable person, business owner, and beautiful. The girl can't do it, and so the cowgirl, just grabs the rifle out of her hands, disgusted at her weakness and refusal to see this horse as a burden and needing to be put to death, and she in anger, walks up to the horse and shoots it in the head!  The girl is horrified.  Slowly, after time, the girl, is starting to see, that this ranch situation, is getting crazy with, the cowgirl, waking her up at all times of the night, if she didn't think the girl did her chores well enough.

Finally, all the parents' friend, co-workers, employees and her Aunt, stake out the place, early, one morning, and, the girl comes out, to feed the horses, and the gang of guys, with black ski masks on, run to the girl, grab her, locking down her arms and legs, and put her in the back of an SUV!  The cops are called at trace one of the vehicles, to a rental car agency, so, that will lead them to the parents, who take the girl, miles away, to a remote cabin, prepared for her deprogramming, with pictures of her and her parents, loving family memories, fun times, all over her bedroom cabin walls.  There are no chains and cuff, just 6 loving adults, concerned about her, and the deprogram expert, who has had court orders, been accused of kidnapping, even going to jail a time or two, to help parents, starting with rescuing her own son, years earlier and becoming an expert in getting kids out of bad situations, there they are actually brainwashed to hate their parents, to further the interests of the person doing the psychological games on the unsuspecting kid.  The girl, almost immediately with nowhere to run, starts to first, rip the pictures off the wall, until the de-programmer comes in and talks to her, encouraging her to eat, and she tells her exactly what she is there to do, and the girl, as if in a trance, starts, looking at the pictures, remember, her life, remembering the loving parents, her wonderful home, yes, with problems, like all homes, but pretty damned good!  However, the rescue, now considered a kidnapping, and a possible murder, is all over the evening news, and they can hear, search planes flying overhead, so they know, they are going to get in trouble, for what they did, especially, now that the daughter, was 18 and free to make her own decisions.

Loving Mom, Buys Her Daughter Some More Time, To Readjust to Family Love, Life, and Return to her Own Home, By Going Home to Be Arrested By the Cops, Who Book the Mother, Charge Her With Kidnapping and Murdering Her Own Daughter . . . Until Her Daughter, Comes to Mom's Rescue, Running To "The Greatest Mom" in the World . . . a Pin the Girl Had Given the Mom, Giving Mom The Strength To Do What Was Best For Her Daughter, Even If That Meant, Spending Time In Jail!

The movie starts with the mother being arrested by the cops, and them doing a search of the family home, with no daughter, but with all the gear still up in the room, chains, handcuffs, etc., so the cops, don't know what they are looking at.  The mom is booked, but she keeps, pulling out the over-sized, that the daughter had given her for Mother's Day one year, that she kept in her car, in her bedroom, and now, a constant reminder of the daughter, she raised, the one she loved, and cherished, and would do anything to fight to get back, from this mother suffering loss, from losing her own child.  When the pretty mother is first arrested, some black, inmate, starts the jail house, interrogation, and trash talking with the mother, joking about the mother all over the news, who kidnapped her own daughter, and maybe killed her.  By the end of the movie, the black chick, looked at the mother, who told her how she got to jail, and the woman said, you did all that for your daughter?  And as, the mom was released from jail, when her daughter came to her sense, and told the 6 family friends and her step-dad, that she had something she needed to do, and they took her to the jail to exonerate her mother, from all charges . . . but as she left the cell block, the black woman with tears in her eyes, just simply said, MOM!

The ranch family and gang of girls, tried to civilly sue the parents, to get money damages, and to get the girl back, with all in court, the daughter, finally could see, where she had been, whom had controlled her, and what they tried to do to her and her family, especially her mother!  Nothing came of the civil case, it was dismissed promptly by the judge, and a restraining order was issued against the ranch cult!  No success compensates for failure in the home!  Both the parents and the girl, learned from this experience, and at the time of the movie, being made and released, the girl graduated from college, was happily married, and had a daughter of her own!  SMILE!

BEYOND BETRAYAL

I am sick of writing, but, this movie based on true events, is also well worth watching. It is about a cop husband, who is abusive, nearly killed his wife, but he didn't stop there, after she took a new identity to escape his clutches, and moved to Seattle, changing her residence and name every six months, she meets a man, who comes to the restaurant, that she is working at, and at first, she rejects him, will not go on a date or to get coffee, but he is persistent, sensing, that she likes him, but, is afraid of him or men, in general, until finally he gets her alone, and is gentle and conscientious of her past, and realizes this relationship is going to take some time, gaining her trust, and eventually her love, devotion and body, soul and mind.  They are in love, but, this is not the end of husband, the abuser, who still sees this woman as his wife, and he wants her back, sits and watches there wedding tapes every night, cries and obsesses over her, and he is bound and determined that he is going to get her back at any cost, and he keeps tabs on her sister, his niece, whom he loved and never mistreated, but he pressures her for information, and she gives, the abuser cop, a gift, that the wife, got from the new boyfriend who is a toy maker, and on the back of this small gift, was Port Something, near Seattle.

The cop husband, talks one of his cop buddies, who owed him a favor, into putting a wire tap on his wife's phone, a federal violation, which the other cop is not hot on doing for him, knowing the story behind, the wife's disappearance, and worried about, her life, her safety and protection, but also, about him, breaking the law . . . the cop, who uses brutal force, not only on the suspects, his wife, but also on his coworker, having done them a favor, back 10 years, earlier bending the rules for this cop's kid, to get him off, I think, running over someone, or something like that, he used the guilt, that he never hesitated a second, to help him, in his time of need . . . compromise once, officers, and you got it hanging over your head for life.  The cop, even asks, his buddy, to not only do, illegal eavesdropping on his old sister-in-laws phone, in town, but he asks the cop to cover his shift, while he takes off to Seattle, not only to track his wife, but to put the hurt on her new lover, showing up at his work, and framing him for his, own, ex-wife's murder, when she learns of the new girlfriend, the cop's wife, she comes over to the boat, he is living on, and the new girlfriend has been staying at, and the cops mistakes, this for his wife, a battle ensues and the cop kills the toy maker's ex-wife, and the dog who tried to protect her, puts the body in the backroom, leaving the abused wife's old wedding ring and chain, he wore, under the door of the bedroom, where the body was.

Boyfriend is Framed for Murder, New Girlfriend, Is Terrified, Scared to Help Exonerate Him . . . Out of Love, She Finally, Confronts Her Fear, Goes Back Home, To Where This Guy is a Cop, Breaks in Their Old House, and Finds the Pictures of Her Hospital Stay, and Proof of Her Injuries and His True Nature . . . A Cop That Helps Her is Killed, Same One Who Sees This Nutcase Cop, He Has Defended Since He Was 17! for the Abuser/Murderer He Is!

Love concurs all, and between the two lovers, and his attorney, they resort to luring the perfect cop, back to Seattle, after the friend cop, promised to testify in the case against, the husband, abuser, now murderer, but ended up, in a car accident on the way to the airport, after, the cop, uses a pencil, to decipher the note, and address, he took down, pretending to be talking to his own wife, not the fellow cop's abused wife, needing his help, telling him, he has been paying her husband back, 10 years, for helping him, and this lunatic cop, followed the cop, who met with the wife, she disappeared, but the crazed jealous cop, even accuses his buddy of sleeping with her, pulls a gun, and fires it, with, planks or it just didn't fire, but that is before, he found out he was going to testify in Seattle, at boyfriends trial, so he kills the guy, stopping him.  But, the wife, boyfriend and attorney, are successful, in trapping the cop, getting him to Seattle, and after confessing to the murder, with his hands on his wife's neck, SWAT, comes crashing through the window to the rescue, knowing the situation is lethal . . . the husband, the alleged, perfect cop, stares at his wife, now with her new boyfriend and his attorney showing up, after he realized that he was caught on camera admitting guilt and to the murder, framing and all, puts his hand in his jacket, pretending to get a gun and with his wife, yelling that he didn't have a gun, because he told her he didn't have one on him, he is blown away, and falls several stories through the old floor of the dilapidated building--SORRY, NSA turned off spell check, must be allowing access and theft, to my ex-cop husband, and sister, mean cowgirl!  LOL!  And the lovers, get reacquainted, walk into the sunset, to the boat, hand in hand!

The moral of the story, is that, abusers, just don't stop at the abused, they go out like the ripple effect, taking in kids, families, work places, lovers, and anyone, they can gain power and control over, to keep the power and control over the victim!  We need to stop the cycles of violence . . . sons who protect their mother, from an abuser, eventually, start, identifying with a father, or the abuser, and become abusers themselves, and that goes both ways, men are abused too, and girls learn their relationship patterns, in intimacy and marriage from their parents, I just wrote about a movie, When He Didn't Come Home, about a cute son, from the country, hooking up with a sophisticated hottie from the city, who is a hot tempered bitch, who kills him, when he wants to break up with her!  There are always red flags, for male and female abusers, this chick's mother, got pissed at the father of the girlfriend, in this story, and started hitting him, hard on the back, as he left the room . . . the boy from the country, never saw his parents' fight or use physical violence, so he brought it up, but the girl, dismissed it, only to have the boy, end up dead, slaughtered at the hands of this bitch, with her family covering up the murder, dumping the kid's body in the ocean, never to be found again! 

Devastating stuff!

This Morning I Took The Early Bus To Bonner and Back,  Two Guys, One in Front of Me, One in Back, Got on the Bus, Wearing Men's Cologne!  Oh, Yeah, I Remember, Men's Cologne, Each Morning As My Ex-Husband Left for Work, Co-Workers at the AG's Office, Male Attorneys in Court, and the Last Neck with Cologne I Smelled, Was James Kennedy, Nestling My Nose in the His Neck, YUMMM . . . "Crimes of the Mind," Men on the Bus This Morning!  But So Delicious!
