The Big Bad Wolf, Three Little Pigs (Cop Chicks), and One Smart Attorney, With 4 Brilliant and Talented Children!

We all know the story of the big bad wolf, and the three little pigs . . . but, we don't know the adapted story, of the smart attorney and her four amazing children.  Take the story of the three pigs, one built her house of sticks, and the wolf huffed and puffed and blew that house down.  So the little pig ran to her sister's house, that was built of straw, and the big bad wolf, huffed and he puffed and he blew that house down too!  So the two little pigs, ran as fast as they could, to the third little pig or friend's house, that had a house built of bricks, resting on a firm foundation of the law, an attorney, that little pig, was able to protect the other two pigs, from the big bad wolf.  However, after time, all three little pigs were charmed by the big bad wolf, who wined and dined them, became everything their hearts desired, he courted and cherished them, until he had all three little pigs, under his evil spell, and somehow convinced, all three, that he was the ideal husband, and so he moved in with the three little pigs, all living and feeding happily, off another smart attorney, but who was injured and disabled for a while, having been poisoned and attacked by the big bad cops, ending up in a big bad war, that lasted, now over 20 years.

The smart attorney, had a great resume, killer positions, awards and honors under her belt, along with writing, speaking, teaching skills that the other attorney, who also built her foundation, on a rock, the law, didn't have . . . plus, this new attorney had, four children, who were looking as promising and valuable as their mother, rock star, pop and rap star, military, education, honors, books, and they were a real asset to her, as the big bad wolf and his three little pigs, could see, salivating and slobbering all over themselves, seeing that, excellence was passing from one generation to the next, with endless possibilities, if the wolf and his three pigs, could, somehow, just, steal the name, keep the resume, and the kids, the pig with the brick house, could not only, claim to be the mother of the fabulous four, but, she could tap into the cops and their chicks, who already hated the smart attorney, having given her, her injuries, and continuing to do so.  So, the wolf and the pigs, sharpened their Internet tech skills, staying up on programs, like Spy Ware, and other Internet tools, enabling the team to spy on mom and children, 24/7, and each time they produced a new CD, or a new book, the four, plus their cop friends at the CIA, FBI, ATF, NSA, DIA, DEA, who all hated the mother attorney, could render blow after blow, stealing, destroying, and killing whatever the family did, and substituting it either with the little pigs version, or just putting together fake families, fake bands, fake everything, to get their hands, on the smart attorney's family fortune, continuing to roll in, daily, yearly, seasonally, and now for decades.

The three little pigs and the big bad wolf, became fat and rich, lazy and stupid, relying on the smart attorney and her children, to earn their shared income and fatten the coffers of the churches, government, cops, and whoever would join the club, and serve as intelligence, confidential informants, cop harasser, there were so many roles to play, they needed actors, actresses, and so many more, who were willing to steal, take bribes or be killed, if they refused or the three little pigs, big and powerful with the attorney family money, that people even mistakenly thought the plain, ordinary, average, big bad wolf and his three little pigs, were invincible and cooler than they were, because, people are impressed, overly influenced and could not see that, the big bad wolf, and his three pigs, were nothing more than, huffing and puffing and threatening to blow your house down!  Much like Trump or the Wizard of Oz, when you pull back the curtains, there is nothing more, than, a big bad wolf, and three little pigs, insecure, inept, and with an insatiable addiction to money and power, but powerless to earn or generate that on their own.  So, when all was said and done, the people of the town, the state and the nation, refused to follow, or OBEY WORLDWIDE, and the wolf and his three pigs, all just up and withered, in their inadequacy.  Pretty soon, morals, values, honesty, ethics, virtue were restored to the people, and once again, they could raise their heads high, and live lives of honor and dignity, without fear of the big bad wolf and his three female pigs, threatening to huff and puff and blow your house down!

Pirates of the Courts . . . Naked Confessions

I was writing this blog at Einstein's Bros. Bagels, Missoula, and just as I finished my lengthy, nasty, title, after seeing, several groups of cops, taking their morning break, cheating on donuts, I looked up and saw, either a detective or a feds, looking back at me, hot, him, not me, and decided after yesterday's critique, on another shitty decision by this same court, without a majority, to swing the justices, this way or that, and having four cops, in a row, driving past my "tramp camp" last night, I better better error on the side of SAFETY, and not risk, overstaying my welcome, nor loitering, since it takes me a long time to write my obtrusive and wicked titles, and, I noticed, his wedding ring . . . blah.  So, I packed up my shit, and ditched out through the halls to private offices . . . trespassing . . . no, or they would not leave the door open, and it is a shorter route to the bus, where it looked like another suit or detective was on his way to the bagel shop, looking menacing at me . . . oh, now, the pirates of the courts, who can't do, but steal, just joined me, trying to protect their lies, by, getting on my blog, or access through, this annoying notice, that my attempt to publish, didn't work, when I NEVER tried to publish! all these, seemingly unconnected events, under the cover, are, fucking all connected, and related to the pirates of the courts, who stole my BROCK and CHEEK cases, $700 million worth of civil rights cases, and who could never have written or even thought up, one of them . . . but they did get my MILLIONS, now, adding my BLOG, BILLIONS, so they have a need to cover their asses and cheat, even if it is using LAW ENFORCEMENT TO FURTHER THEIR CRIMES!

I took a fun and rainy trip out to Bonner, Riverside and East Missoula, a favorite, "stacation" for me, say a rainbow, colorful and beautiful between the mountains and the rain, enjoying a conversation with a fellow passenger, about, blogging, cops, courts, the 28th amendment, corruption, greed, and the Constitutional oath, we fucking ALL TOOK!  Now, I am at Worden's Store, eating a TLBT, turkey, lettuce, bacon and tomato sandwich, BBQ chips and Diet Coke, all on my debit card, as was the bagel and DC this morning! Oh, yeah, it IS HER!  Do YA THINK?  GOD!  Good looking or not, tell the fucking truth!  Anyway, I wanted to write a few local events, and a fun, sexy ride, on the commuter bus this morning . . . the naked confessions!  LOL!

The bus was kind of bouncing around, not connected to the story, I am going to write about next, but, while I was reading the article on the Made Fair, I would assume, this weekend in Missoula, Skateboard International, among other local non-profit organizations are touting and displaying their wares, so read the Missoulian today, and go down a support these groups, who do sooooooo much to benefit our communities, and promote healthy, happy lifestyles.  I know, for over a year, I have been meaning to go down and get a made bike, at the FREE BIKE place, with kits you assemble yourself, as I understand, and then, in return, you can either pay $60 or do 4 hours of community service!  What a great deal!  Anyway, Missoula, and other cities across America, are doing it up right, going GREEN, alleviating our addiction to motorized vehicles, getting us out into skate parks, on trails, exercising and meeting people, enjoying the wonderful, mountains, rivers, pines, and city.  SUPPORT THESE CREATIVE GENIUSES!  

Shit, I used to pay, $80 for a new skateboard, for my sons, both skaters, back in the day, 20 or so years ago, so stealer deal, for sure!  And that was just for the board, not the gear, the wheels, struts, hardware, and shit like that, so, these skateboards, may even be a better deal recycled, because they might be stronger!  I used to just cringe, when the boys would go out with a new board, and come back, two hours later, with broken bones and boards!  One still has a fucked up hip, and the other a fucked up elbow!  Both parents had great insurance . . . so, why did we learn about this 20 years later, while one of them hobbled out of the Grand Canyon, with a walking stick?  HUH?  MALE EGOS!!!!!  GOTTA LOVE THEM, BUILT MY CAREER ON THEM!  LOL!  Hey, Pearl Jam, is looking for a venue to play a free concert at, and as I understand, Jeff Ament and the band, contributed the money for several skate parks in Montana, and Ament has a skateboard shop, in a Darby?  Sounds like a marriage made on the SKATE PARK!  LOL!

5 SMOKE JUMPERS WATCHING ME GET DRESSED THIS MORNING!

NAKED CONFESSIONS . . . BUTT ASS!  LOL!  TURNED ME ON, AFTER THEY GOT OFF THE BUS!  LOL!

So, I roll out of my "tramp camp" at roughly, 5:15 AM, head to retrieve me make-up, toiletries, and other hygiene stuff, from the bushes around the Pov., where I stashed it yesterday, because, I got sick of carrying everything I own in my backpack!  Usually, I put my make up on before, I get on the bus, but every once in a while, when, I am in a rush, or ditch my shit, I go to the back of the bus, and sit in a rear seat with no one behind me, and put on my make-up.  But this morning, I decided, putting on make-up is normal, everyday, ritual for most females, doing it to make themselves more desirable, and for those of us, beyond help, do it for fucking VANITY!  LOL!  I thought, I am not going to sequester myself, up to the "nose-bleed" seats of the bus, just to put on my fucking make-up.  Now, at that first run of the morning, there are, 5 guys, all, very handsome, who jump on the bus, somewhere near, the Greyhound station, and load all their bikes on the bus, so they can commute, then ride wherever they work, Smoke Jumper, or wherever, three put their bikes on the rack out front of the bus, but, the other two, have to bring them in the bus.  So, me and at least 4 of these hotties, cougar that I am, looking, but not touching, start to put on my make-up.

As, I put on layer after layer, I caught, one or the other, looking at me, under lowered, eyes, or hoodies, side glances, from their peripherial vision, and, all of the sudden, due to the way, they were, sneaking a peek, here and there, I started to feel, a bit conscious of what I was doing, none of them were talking, not that they are that talkative, in the morning, but, generally, there is a joke or two, or a nudge, or a grunt, something!  What the hell?  Surely, they have seen their mother, sister, girlfriend, don't think they are married, that is the next run, all the dad bods, so what is so fascinating in me putting on my make-up?  They are all being very discrete, but, still, I started to feel that I was standing, NAKED, in front of 5 guys, watching me get dressed! I have to be, at least double, if not triple their ages, so, that can't be it; however, a friend from the shelter, just yesterday, who has known me for a year or so, when I told her I am, 61, her mouth dropped open, and she, aghast said, NO!  You can't be . . . maybe 38, but, not 61.  SMILE!  LOL!  But, even that, puts me out of their league, still!  LOL!  Not that I wouldn't take a nibble or a bite out of all of them . . . all handsome!  It was so quiet on the bus, you could hear a pin drop, so what is up?  There were several people in back too?

I still hadn't finished, by the time they all got silently off the bus, but, even their exit was quiet?  As soon as they, got off and I finished my daily paint, putty the cracks, and color the lips and cheeks, and the whole event started to take shape in my mind, being just a thought, here or there, while I was fully engaged in the process, due process of covering my homeless tracks, but, I started to think and get a bit buzzed, thinking about, the somewhat, sexy morning, at least for me . .. MEN?  Maybe, all their female acquaintances and friends, lovers, go a la natural?  Or maybe they read my blog.  One guy, sitting directly across the bus isle from me, was sitting on the newspaper, and one corner, was bent over, like dog-tagging a book, or noting where you left off, reading . . . maybe they thought, rightly, that, if they made a sound or move, they would end up, fodder for my blog?  Perhaps.  Anyway, gentlemen, it almost took me back to, earlier days, in American history, when, women covered every part of their body, making it shocking and sexy, to see a wrist or an ankle!  I thought, these guys, probably would not have acted so shy, and timid, if I had been sitting here, butt ass naked!  LOL!  Maybe there is something erotic about, a women putting on make-up . . . Fact Pattern of the Utah, Of Course, Case

• officers stop guy without the constitutionally required "probable cause" and when they ask for I.D., and do a search of his records, they find out that he has an outstanding warrant for a minor traffic ticket
• so the officer, proceed to search the guy, and find, methamphetamine, and arrest him on drug possession
• this case is not about meth, it is about YOUR RIGHTS!
• I would imagine, the issue before the court, is that the officers, did: (1) an illegal and unconstitutional stop; (2) failing to have PC or the necessary probable cause to believe that the man had committed a crime; (3) then they did an illegal search of his records without having any PC to do so, and after finding he had a warrant out; (4) they did another search and seizure, in violation of his 4th amendment rights, without a warrant, presented to a magistrate or judge, to proceed with a further search and seizure, listing this "particularity" or "specificity" the items to be searched or seized!  So, can the evidence discovered from the illegal stop, search and seizure, be used against the defendant, being "FRUITS OF THE POISONOUS TREE?"  That is the long standing, legal, standard and term used to describe, a stop, search and seizure of this nature . . . and there are long standing rights and protections, that would suppress this evidence, obtained in such and UNLAWFUL MANNER!

INTO THE FIRE__AGAIN!

Back in 2010, when I filed the two largest civl rights lawsuits in the nation, ever, Brock et al vs. Herbert et al, a $357 million securities suit, for violation of 6 federal statutory and constitutional civil rights, by state officers, acting under color of law, in a section 1983 lawsuit, with 29 violations under the Utah Constitution, in another list of violations by these same state of Utah, SEC regulators, attorneys, investigators, and fraud unit members, followed by a $56.7 million lawsuit, for corruption by Iron County, Utah, cops, sheriffs, prosecutors, judge, and division of child and family services, for at least 15 violations of civil and constitutional rights, under both the U.S. and the Utah Constitutions, when I was listed as the second highest attorney, in the United States for civll rights defense, I had a dream, one night around that time . . . I was wearing my black pantsuit, and white blouse, my standard fare for court, and I had legal files under my arm, and I was running in front of a wall of fire . . . and the country song, when your going through hell, just keep on running . . . was in my mind, and as I would look back, the wall was getting closer and closer, so I ran harder and harder!  Well, here we are AGAIN, with shit rulings, coming out, no doubt of the UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT?  GOD?  WHAT THE FUCK . . . JUSTICE SOTOMAYOR, in her dissent, mentions statutory interpretation: (1) plain language of the statute; (2) intent of the founding fathers or legislative body; and (3) the historical context for which the statute or constitutional provisions were written in . . . 

Fact Pattern of the Utah, Of Course, Case

• officers stop guy without the constitutionally required "probable cause" and when they ask for I.D., and do a search of his records, they find out that he has an outstanding warrant for a minor traffic ticket
• so the officer, proceed to search the guy, and find, methamphetamines, and arrest him on drug possession
• I would imagine, the issue before the court, is that the officers, did: (1) an illegal and unconstitutional stop; (2) failing to have PC or the necessary probable cause to believe that the man had committed a crime; (3) then they did an illegal search of his records without having any PC to do so, and after finding he had a warrant out; (4) they did another search and seizure, in violation of his 4th amendment rights, without a warrant, presented to a magistrate or judge, to proceed with a further search and seizure, listing this "particularity" or "specificity" the items to be searched or seized!  So, can the evidence discovered from the illegal stop, search and seizure, be used against the defendant, being "FRUITS OF THE POISONOUS TREE?"  That is the long standing, legal, standard and term used to describe, a stop, search and seizure of this nature . . . and there are long standing rights and protections, that would suppress this evidence, obtained in such and UNLAWFUL MANNER!

THERE HAVE BEEN 10 NOBEL PEACE PRIZE RECIPIENTS THAT HAVE GRADUATED FROM THAT COLLEGE! THE FIRST LADY, SPOKE OF HER ANCESTORS, BEING BROUGHT TO AMERICA, IN SLAVE BOATS, AND NOW, HER TWO BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS, LIVE IN THE WHITE HOUSE. THE ARCHITECT AND BUILDERS OF THE WHITE HOUSE WERE ALL IMMIGRANTS, MANY WERE SLAVES, AS WE ALL ARE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE NATIVE AMERICANS! I WAS IN TEARS, AS SHE SPOKE OF THE AMERICAN DREAM, OF THE CHALLENGES TO OVERCOME LANGUAGE BARRIERS, CULTURAL DIFFERENCES, AND DISCRIMINATION, MANY OF THESE STUDENTS HAVE HAD, AS THEY WORKED, CONTRIBUTED TO THEIR COMMUNITY, AS THEY CRAWLED AND SCRATCHED THEIR WAY THROUGH COLLEGE, WITH EVER OBSTACLE IN THEIR WAY TO STOP THEM . . . SHE SAID, THOSE VERY CHALLENGES, TESTS, TRIALS, ARE THE VERY THINGS THAT, WILL MAKE YOU WHO YOU ARE, SO NEVER REGRET AND BE DEPRESSED AS YOU PURSUE YOUR GOALS! THE SPEECH WAS TIMELY, RELEVANT, AND POWERFUL, GIVEN BY A VERY SHARP AND ARTICULATE ROLE MODEL FOR THESE STUDENTS AS THEY GO FORTH INTO THE WORLD, TO MAKE IT BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT! I AM CRYING AGAIN THINKING ABOUT HER AMAZING PASSION AND THIS POWERFUL SPEECH, MICHELLE IS NOT SO, CONTROLLED AND CALCULATING AS HER VERY POLISHED HUSBAND, SHE JUST LET IT RIP! LOL! I LOVED IT. THERE WAS ALSO A GRADUATION SPEECH FROM A HARVARD GRAD, THAT WENT VIRAL, AS HE, VERY POWERFULLY, PRESENTED A POEM, STATING THAT "EDUCATION IS THE GREAT EQUALIZER OF MAN!" AND IT IS! NOTHING MEANT US TO BE "COMMON," BUT WE ARE MADE TO BE "COMETS!" HE SAID, I BELONG AMONG THE STARS AND SO DO YOU! THE SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT, IT IS ONLY THE BEGINNING! THE PASSION OF YOUTH, TEMPERED BY THE EXPERIENCED AND AGED . . . STRONGER TOGETHER! THESE SPEECHES ARE INSPIRING BY ANYONE'S STANDARDS, ESPECIALLY IN LIGHT OF THE UPCOMING ELECTIONS . . . OUR VISION OF AMERICA! KISSES, HUGS, LOVES, FOR YOUR AMAZING REMARKS, SENDING THE NEXT GENERATION OF "GREATNESS" INTO THE WORLD! HAVE AN AWESOME AND VIBRANT DAY! WE CAN DO THIS AMERICA . . . WE ARE STRONGER, MORE INTERESTING, HAVE MORE THE CELEBRATE, AND MORE TO LEARN, LOVE AND LAUGH, WHEN WE EMBRACE NOT ONLY OUT DIFFERENCES, BUT OUR SIMILARITIES, AND LOVE IS THE CONNECTOR! Your Messing Up Our Plans For Making Peace Happen!  Stop Killing People, Stop Fighting, and Get Control of Your Country!  I Know You Went to College in South Carolina or Somewhere, So, Didn't You Learn Anything?  You Saw How a Melting Pot Works, How People of Different Religions, Nationalities, Races, Creeds, Colors, Can Get Along . . . So?  It Seems to Me, the Rest of the World, is Relatively Peaceful, so GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!

P.S., for those of you who, are going to attend the lecture and meeting on looking at passing a constitutional amendment to neutralize or fix Citizens United, again, tomorrow night, June 23, at the U of M, law school, you can get pocket sized Constitutions and Barnes and Noble, in the law section, and my favorite, that I have pushed, is called, U.S. Constitution and Fascinating Facts!  The cover is red, white, blue and gold, or you can find it the document on the web, but, there is not better time to start getting into the text and see how, truly relevant it is, and who it controls, what we do in this country.  Remember that, any law, or I would add, case, that is repugnant to the Constitution is VOID; and any law that is consistent with the LETTER and SPIRIT OF THE CONSTITUTION, IS CONSTITUTIONAL!  These are the holdings from, two of the foundational and early cases, coming out of the U.S. Supreme Court, and should direct and control, every law, statute, ruling, code, rule, ordinance, etc. that is ever passed by a legislative body, be it, Congress, state legislatures, county commissions, city councils, special service districts, etc.  You can also, order these pocket Constitutions, online, and the company will send you one FREE!

Wade, women have a constitutional right: (1) to get an abortion in the first trimester or three months; (2) second trimester, states interests start to kick in, and they can put some, restrictions on a woman's right to control her body, now that the baby is "viable" or can survive outside the woman's womb . . . but, those restrictions cannot be "unduly burdensome!"  Texas, like closing all you clinics, making women drive hundreds of miles and then making your abortion docs have licensure to practice in you surgical centers, as they have NEVER had to do before!  (3) Last trimester, only in the case of rape and incest, generally, or for the health of the mother!

YOU, YOUR WIFE, YOUR DAUGHTER, NEVER HAVE TO GET AN ABORTION, SO LEAVE THE REST OF US, TO MAKE UP OUR OWN MINDS, LIKE ADULTS, AS THE U.S. SUPREME COURT, SAID, WHAT, 45 to 50 FUCKING YEARS AGO . . . IS THIS PART OF "MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN?"  GOING BACKWARDS INSTEAD OF FORWARD?  FUCK NO!
