SUPERSTAR (CHAMPION) COLLEGE TENNIS STAR, MURDERED, AFTER PENN STATE, HELD A "BATTLE OF THE SEXES" TENNIS MATCH, WITH THE STAR MALE PLAYER, GOING AGAINST THE STAR FEMALE PLAYER . . . SHE WINS AND ENDS UP DEAD!

There are many fascinating, intricacies, that come into play, in this tale of true crime, going anywhere from the father-daughter, relationship, to the star/star, relationship, to the other female tennis players, and the males, who watched the star win, their gender, hanging their heads in shame!  Now, the one, caveat to this episode, is that it was, all in French, so, all I could do, was, watch, and read into it what, appeared from the visual, to be, showing what happened in the case.  Okay, and this is going to be, following the TV version of the crime, don't even know the name of the case, nor the female, tennis star's name!  But, the opening shots are of, this bright, innocent, competitive, attractive, young college tennis star, being trained by her father, and going against the male star, to improve, both of their skills, being the top two, therefore, the most challenging to win!  In the Battle of the Sexes, the male star, just blows a shot, and the chick, is smiling to her little sister and father in the crowd, along with all the female college tennis fans, going crazy with the possibility of this girl, winning the male star, and all his male friends, burying their faces, as if to not be able to bear watching this last, point, and the chance of being beaten by a mere female with all the college watching.  The male star was unnerved and jittery with, just one chance of beating the female, who is looking more and more confident, as the game proceeds, clearly, the better of the very evenly, matched players, sex beside the point, both the best!

So, there is a very short volley, and the male player, hits this high ball, setting up, the girl for a SLAM, her father, almost can't look, the girls are cheering, and the boys, hidden under their sweat shirts and hoodies, as the ball, comes within striking distance, and she slams the ball, in for a clear, shot, and win against the male player!  The crowd, especially the female students and players, are going nuts, as is the female coach, with dad beaming with joy, and as I gathered from his involvement with both the male and female players, he was, like over the entire tennis club on campus, both male and female, but particularly proud of his daughter, who carried out a perfect execution of the grand slam, against, the male shining star, that just got a bit tarnished!  The next thing you see, is the cute, female, star, dead  on the floor of her dorm room?  Nobody, knows what happened, and I becomes a cold case, for years!  All the college friends, tennis players, father, mother, I think, and sister, are, all aged and trying to solve the murder, putting together the pieces of the puzzle that generally, makes up the most normal murder, not to mention one, on campus with obvious, motives from either males, mad at the defeat of their hero, taken down by this chick, in front of everyone, or by other female tennis players, jealous, of not only, this star's abilities, but also, the fact that, she was very pretty and attractive and even more so, to the college men, now, than, before, with her fame and notoriety, in the newspapers, and on TV and around campus!

COMPLICATED FATHER AND DAUGHTER RELATIONSHIP . . . DAD AND COACH, TRAINER, AND PROTECTOR!

As a coach, the father could not have asked for a better competitor, champion, aggressive player, and cocky to boot, just what he needed to pump up his, male and female, tennis club, and pit the two top players against each other, to train and practice, seeing the male/female interplay, and exchanges with her, not backing down, nor allowing him to beat her, just because she is female and many girls will play those games with guys, even though they are superior in one form or another, as was the case here, or so evenly matched, that, it all depended on the day, as to whom would win.  But, dad, was proud of his little champion, and got a kick, out of overhearing the exchanges between the two, whom, as it played out, later, the male tennis player, had the hots for his daughter, unbeknown to her, until after she beats him, with daddy, knowing the minds of men, and especially, the rare daughter he had, who seemed, almost oblivious to male attention, so focused on her skills and game, that, romance was the furthest thing from her mind, but, not the guy's mind, and dad, even got a kick out of her rejection, wanting her to compete and not, be entangled in some romance, that might interfere with her competitive edge.

A male suitor, not the star, but a fan, who watched the tennis match, and is following all the press, starts to emerge, giving the chick attention and showing how much, he could appreciate a girl with so much, skill and even beating his friend, who was a stud and man on campus, good looking, and the catch of every girl, especially, another tennis players, who had a thing going on with the guy player.  But, one day, the father and daughter are having it out, and it appeared to be about, dating this new distraction in his daughter's life, having gone to a dance, and stealing the show, at least with the guys, but not the girls, who were all playing the female, dress of the day, as the star, fearing no one, dared to wear pants, a more tailored and stylish, advent guard, type liberated, outfit, a pantsuit, much like the one's, Hillary has worn for years, and like I used to wear, all the time professionally, with the more traditional girls, team members, all wearing, shirts, blouses, or dresses to this, rather semi-formal dance, after the match, and as the star, walks towards the girls, with every guy's eyes on her, all the girls, walk away from her, leaving her, rather embarrassed and alone.  But, the void didn't take long to fill, and it filled with, all the hot guys on campus, including the male champ!  So, there appears to be a fight, between daddy and daughter, over her dating and that possibility, that is just now, coming on the horizon, going  from his little girl and champion, to a grown female and potential partner for some male college student.  Dad doesn't approve, and as she, sits on the bed, looking like she is going to cry, one of the guys, calls her, on her private dorm phone, and dad, picks up the phone, listens to the voice and hangs up the phone!  The daughter is devastated . . . bucking being daddy's little girl, but dad, leaves, thinking the situation is handled!

SISTER/SISTER, MOTHER RELATIONSHIP

The younger sister, is the one, sitting up in the stands, cheering big sister, and as the final play is being played out, before the grand slam, big sis, looks into the crowd and winks to baby sister, quite a lot younger than her.  It appears that, big and little sister, have a special bond, but the younger sister, lacked the competitive edge, that big sis had, but being so much younger that didn't seem to be an issue.  It is actually, the baby sister, who years later, comes to the cold case squad, to reopen the case, as is the situation with most unsolved, murders, a family member has to care enough, to push the cops, to stay on a case, or tons of other cases, start to take precedence, being fresher and with more possibilities of solving.  Baby sister, seems to have a very normal, father daughter, relationship, just being a daughter, not a team member, or daddy's personal, project.  Mom, I think that is what she was, but, long after the case, is reopened, brings in a substantial amount of evidence in a overnight bag, and the cop, who investigates, gets tears, in his eyes, as he, talks to the mom, as she explains, what this girl was like, but also, brings forth evidence that could have helped solve the case, years ago!  I got the impression, that the detective has daughters, or he was broken hearted that the case had gone on so long, without this evidence to help it along the way, and he cried.  I kind of got the impression that, mom, may have been jealous also of the father/daughter, relationship, the time away from home, or she could have been protecting her husband, thinking he might have had something to do with her murder.  After the case was solved, the father, and his remaining daughter, seemed to have a closer bond, and probably, the star sister, took, his attention, and may have for years, without closure on the case.

THE MALE TENNIS STAR AND THE FEMALE TENNIS STAR

I believe, she, saw this, stud, as nothing more, that a sparing partner, and that was it.  The guy was, somewhat interested in another tennis player, on the team, a very beautiful, but not as good player, who ended up being a doctor, I believe, but, from a well to do family, and it was like, she was the girl, from the same social strata as the dude, but, the rising star, the coaches daughter, after beating him, was coming at his attention from a different perspective that the more attractive, or high society, more expected, match up.  But, one day, while, waiting for tennis practice to start, the male star and this beauty, were talking, and seemed to have something going on, off the tennis court; however, when the rising star comes up, he turns his attention to the new girl, and it is apparent, that, there is an unspoken competition between, the team members, although, it appeared, to only be one sided, the star, really didn't think of the other team member, being so much the better, but that only added to the pain of the female cat fighter, engaged in a battle she could not win, with the top stars, being far, inferior in  skill and training to the female champ!  That, is played out in the dance scene, when, this chick, the social leader, but not the star on the tennis court, who just upheld, female honor, and took it to a new height, was back on her turf and in control of the social scene, but, far from the star's equal, in tennis, all relishing the big win . . . with the guys, that was a whole different matter.

But, going back for a bit, when the two college stars were battling it out in practice before the big match, that was being sponsored and promoted by local business leaders, along with college, administrators, seeing the two stars, almost of equal, skill, but, in a heated match, and with the chick, trash talking the dude, and being beaten by him, maybe for the first time, gaining, on the differences, between, male and female physical differences, he was pissed, and she is anything but sensitive, and is bit, cocky and gloating, and into a verbal exchange, that, eventually, shows up in his temper, taking the tennis racquet and throwing it against the net, showing, that he was not handling this catching up well, and, to investigators of the murder, leaving them wondering if the Battle of the Sexes, was just more than his male ego could handle, and he took her out?  But, the guys, surely had a temper, and it probably didn't show up, until after she started to beat him . . . up until that time, the consummate gentleman, par for his social class, now, challenged by his social inferior, but equal on the court, and not only his equal, but, looking like a real threat, to up stage, his former superiority, not only among his male peers, but the eye of all the females as well, now with that,  on the line of losing too!  So there appears to be almost a double, lover's triangle forming, of the two socialites, and then, a male fan, and the new rising star, serving as competition for the male star, entangled with the, social catch, but not the new school and press catch, giving him reason to chase.  At, one point, seeing the other males, attention, he grabs, the female star, pantsuit and all, and pulls him near him, and goes a bit too far, for her comfort, and she, rejects him, and his romantic advances, right in front of everyone!

NEW MALE RIVAL ON THE SCENE--UPSTAGING THE MALE CHAMP, AND GOING AFTER THE REAL CATCH, RATHER THAN THE SOCIETAL, EXPECTED GIRLS, BUT THE ROCK STAR TENNIS PLAYER!  MIXING UP THE SOCIAL ORDER OF THE CAMPUS, BRINGING NEW DYNAMICS TO EVERYTHING, INCLUDING DAD!

Shortly, after, dad and daughter, have it out, over the newly, attentive males, in his daughter's life, who, is very, attractive in  her own right, as attractive, if not more so, with the glow of the power and status of winning the match, and being lauded as the SUPERSTAR, on campus by the local newspapers, with the male champ, tied up with old girl, he moves in for the kill, to get the star.  So, new guy, with different, attractions, shows up, not long after the dad, left, and he is carrying in the newspaper with the heading, of SUPERSTAR, which doesn't seem to have much sway with the tennis star, and she, is more concerned, with, doing what her dad wants her to do.  But the guy, with the star, and a chance, handsome kid, and definitely her fan, moves in . . . he tries to make sexual advances, or just grabbed her a kissed her, and probably, her first, being into competition, no romance, and probably, the furthest thing from her mind, in light of what, she just went through with dad.  But, as she not only rejects new boyfriend, wanna be, advances, she pushed him away, kicking in probably, a temper, he may not have known he even had, and he, grabbed her, as she fought harder, and finally, he knocked her to the ground and in a fit of rage, choked her!  The sad thing was, he really did, like her, tons, and had watched her with interest, for awhile, saw an opportunity, and just went for it, giving it the old college try, and at the end of the episode, as the cold case was solved, there was a song about young love, and, how, that got mess up, ego, social climbing, with the star, or a whole complicated mix of whatever . . . often we don't even know we have the crazy switch until it goes off!  This seemed to be the case, with the older man, who got away with the murder for some time.  Love drove him to it! or so he could claim.

VERY INTERESTING, VERY REVEALING, VERY SYMBOLIC, AND VERY REVELATORY OF, THE RECENT ELECTIONS, POWER PLAYS, THE BATTLE OF THE SEXES, AND THIS GAME IS NOT OVER YET!

One thing, investigators, need to be awe of and not, underestimate, is the fabulous, and extensive, network of people, on the payroll, of my enemies, family, the cops they hang with, for instance, if I catch, all the cyber games, that they use to fool, detectives, or whomever, making it look, like I am still in Parowan, or I am, now in Missoula, while sitting right where I have been since yesterday morning, and likely because of their antics, to before, stop me, in my tracks, and let them steal, my ticket, either through the knowledge of the bus service, or just doing it through NSA access, given to these fucks, who are probably better, given the incentive, to keep my name and identity, with the mother lode and cash for kids, stuff, going, worth, literally, billions of unmarked, unnoted, and untaxed dollars, going under the radar with it hitting their hands, before it hits the family, creator hands, or registers on bank rolls, or anywhere else, but with unlimited funds, they can buy, literally towns, of people to cover their scams and schemes, and through their, personalities, of being master manipulators, magnetically draw people to their service, with the money, doing nothing but to make them, more credible, thus, making others more amenable to help them, setting up, this on the call network of soldiers, like . . .

Mary, is a prime example of this . . . way back, in her earlier years, Mary, living in Ogden, investigated the Mormon church, for years, until, she, did the unpardonable, and questioned the basics, or challenged the elders, and that was it; however, these people, have been born, raised and reared around Mormons, therefore, there is no fear, and there is almost an unsuspecting trust, given the image members tend to portray, deserved or not.  Even, Frank, aka, Allan, or even Allan himself, who went inactive in the Mormon church by age 12, because he had to give a talk in church, had a mother, who was very, very active in the church, while he father was not active, splitting the family, females active, Mom and Lena, going to church, and Allan and Dad, Rex, not going to church.  Even Frank, whom I could tell, knew absolutely jack shit about religion in general, tended to, try to act as if he was aligned with the church, having even less understanding and knowledge them the real Allan did!  James Kennedy, was similar to this, and if you look at the large number of Mormons in both the FBI, CIA, and all the other alphabet soup government agencies, not to mention the military, there is a healthy, respect, if not, a feeling of kinship, professionally, with the church, because there are so damned many of them, in high ranking positions, whether in law enforcement, foreign services, intelligence communities, military, etc., with connections in departments and agencies, all through the government, and those arms of outside, state agencies and departments that interact and work with members of the church, and I found, that, these men, while, totally, knowing nothing about the religion, did know members, and for the most part respected them, or knew of Mormon policies of not drinking, smoking and drugging, etc.

So, while some, may say, how can you, in a RICO, or organized crime, charge, or investigation, look at the Mormon church, as the requisite organization or association through which all members, collide, collude, and conspire, when you pull back the bed sheets, the legs, arms, bodies are all entangled with one common, core or ground for concern, and that is in some way, either, tangentially, or, loosely connected, intersects, somewhere through, the Mormon church, either professionally, or religiously, or in their neighborhoods, or in political circles, even far more than, in just a political party, such as the Republican party.  One of my associates, living in southern Utah, a non-Mormon, is involved in some legal disputes with members of the religious community, with the predominant religion, coming into play through, different ideologies, local thoughts and patterns, being seen as normal by Mormons, but being very evident by non-Mormons, that there is just something not right, something secretive, something underlying, actions, a bonding, that, transcends, their inspection and view of the situation, and that is their common, bond in the Mormon church!  They can literally, communicate without, communicate, even being able to tell who is in the club, or aware of the bond or bondage, in my view, through, key, means, and something so innocuous, as, wearing a white dress shirt that reveals, Jesus Jammies, letting every interviewer or Mormon in the room, know, they are one of them!  Or making reference on a resume, of foreign, service of two years, key words, for Mormon missions, so, even astute, investigators, would miss, the very subtle, but glaring, signs, that, we are all, members of the same club, so, relax, I am in your corner, or on your side!

PREFERENCE FOR THOSE, SEEN, AS IN THE CLUB, AND THOSE, SEEN AS OUTSIDE THE CLUB--ALL LAWS, ETHICS, PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBIITY ASIDE, CLUB MEMBERS WIN!

The ironic thing, is the ability of these very manipulative people, the smart, charismatic, charming leaders of the insider's club, is that, they, see the members of the Mormon church, more as useful idiots, to be, played, gamed, used, abused, and prominent in their schemes and scams, knowing, the background, and insecurities, of Mormons in the "real world" so to say, coming from a background of persecution, and even possible extinction, in the early days of he Church, with, many, just growing into their own skin, and this is where, the Glenn Becks, the Mitt Romneys, and even the ME's of the Mormon church come in . . . anyone of note, name or fame, is a very valued commodity, and the church thrives with star power, and so when, someone is of that status, but, no particularly, in the club, or at least, not playing the games, of wink, wink, nod, nod, I get your drift, but, just being a professional, with big time separation of church and state, never bowing to this game, nor needing the clubby atmosphere to succeed, in fact, shunning, those who, would use, or need that crutch, they, while born, raised, and bred in the church, even, actually, in reality, more, Mormon, in thought and deed, that, the master manipulators, who use and abuse, are rejected, as being, out of the club, on the fringe, of questionable character, rather than, someone, of their own, stamina, and status, separate and aside from, even needing the church, more of a free agent, who just walk their own, walk, and to their own drummer, not part of the matted crowds, and, that is somehow, very, very threatening, to members, of he club, who will, see themselves and more closely aligned with, say, the con men and woman, who, just manipulate them for their own advantage and gain, or support, even against the other, seen as the outsider, or not one of us!

WHILE WEAK, AS IN THE CASE OF THE FBI'S MOST WANTED, MS. REID, WHOM THEY SAW AS, EXTREMELY BRIGHT, CUNNING AND ABLE TO GIVE THE FBI AND U.S. MARSHALS A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY, ARE EMBOLDEN AND STRENGTHENED BY THESE, NEW IDENTITIES, AND EVEN MORE SO, WITH ONE, LIKE MINE, NOT FABRICATED, OR SEEN JUST AS A NEW START, BUT GIVING SOMEONE, A HUGE ASS, ALREADY, CUT THE WAY, PATH TO PROFESSIOAL ACEMEN AND STATUS! SOMETHING THEY "NEVER" COULD HAVE DONE ON THEIR OWN!  ADD THAT TO THE MORMON CHURCH, BRAGGING RIGHTS, AND YEAH, THEY WILL THROW THE REAL PERSON, THE REAL ACHIEVER, THE REAL, MUSICIAN, ATTORNEY, PROFESSOR, REAL BLOGGER, UNDER THE BUS, IN PREFERENCE FOR THE "FAKE" WHOM, THEY MAY EVEN KNOW IS A FRAUD, CON, AND USING A "FAKE" IDENTITY, BECAUSE, THEIR FRAUD FURTHERS THE WHOLE CHURCH AND ALL THE TANGENTS, THAT, ARE OFFSHOOTS, OF THAT CHURCH!

I was stunned and shocked, with this chick, who, alone, on her birth name, really didn't know who she was, a lost soul, wandering, and trying without success, to accomplish something in her life, all the sudden with a new identity, one she knew nothing about, just blossomed, flowered, grew, and achieved, even getting into Harvard, and Columbia!  She lost weight, and started, using her feminine wiles, something, true professionals, don't need to do, because, they have earned, their stripes and stars, without, doing that, and actually, doing all the hard work, heavy lifting, and clawing and scratching their way to the top, without, mentors, men, or cheating!  But the law enforcement were enamored with, this chick's skill and cunning at avoiding the law, giving chase, and the ability, to garner large sums of money, to becoming a criminal star, in their own right, being noted and honored for their crimes, felonious behavior, much like mobsters, and gangsters, even with your average Joe, giving them, praise and recognition, when, they really didn't do anything but commit a crime or be ruthless, in stealing, lying, robbing, cheating or even killing . . . but the act of getting away with it, almost precedes those who actually, did the work, got the degrees, and took no shortcuts to success, they look at the thrill of the game, the catch me if you can, mentality, and getting away with murder as cool!  Hard work, years of school, grueling hours, and the climb are seen as tedious and boring . . . we are seeing this with, Donald Trump, who allegedly skyrocketed to the top of the political world, as opposed to Hillary, years of planning, education, jobs, learning, training, waiting her turn, to shine, is all the sudden, wiped away by a novice and apprentice?

In this, get rich, quick, become famous, reality TV world we live in, we don't want to take the time to actually achieve, we just want a free ride an easy ticket, to success and fame, and overnight, acclaim, and these people, who steal, thrill, and the others, not so much, when, the true, the tried the tested, are the real, measure of success, it doesn't seem worth the fight, we all want, the fast track, to the top, the easy way, but when all is said and done, there is no STAYING POWER!  These people are a flash in the pan, a one night wonder, and one hit, band, and they, might get lucky, but in the long haul, they can't cut it, they can get us in deep shit, and lead a nation, into total destruction, and even brag about their powers, to destroy, while taking us all down, if we are not careful.  We are much, safer, in better hands, and protected, all that we love, in the hands of the professionals, the fighters, who have muscle memory, have the knowledge and skills, for the long haul, are not, the one time whiz kid, or the overnight sensation, just gaining, speed, and power, in the steady uphill climb, gaining with each step forward and upward, earned, right and good, deserving, steady and strong, in their own right, regardless of who is or is not holding them up and covering for their weaknesses, because, they find in the greatness of the climb, there are few above them--Clinton, was always seen as the smartest person in the room!  Trump on the other hand, the bar is so low, we are all shocked and thrilled that he didn't make a complete ass of himself, AGAIN!

POWERFUL MANIPULATORS, OR THOSE WHO ARE SKILLED AT READING, THE VICTIMOLOGY OF THEIR PREY, OR CAN SPOT, THOSE WHO THEY CAN USE FOR THEIR OWN ADVANTAGE, ALL ABOUT THEM, SEEM TO BE ABLE TO PULL OF CRIMES, ATROCITIES, SERIAL TORTURE, RAPE AND EVEN MURDER, WITH PEOPLE WILLING TO HELP THEM, AND RISK THEIR OWN, FREEDOM AND SECURITY, TO AID AND HELP THESE PEOPLE, GOOD OR BAD!

All of these people, Brett, Kay, Shelley, Frank, Rachel, and others, tend to have, something about them, that attracts people to them, and makes people feel beholden to them.  In the "Toy Box" murders, this, David Ray Yancy, had wicked, sex, torture, murder chambers, and even his own, daughter, wife, and daughter's girlfriend, would lure victims, into the very perverse, sadistic and masochistic evil hands of this man, who would taunt, play, horrible tapes, scaring victims, even preparing them for their acts of pain and horror, before, actually, taking any of the homemade and purchased, torture and sex tools, that were so painful even to look at, that season, detectives and others, were completely blown away by, found in his, toy box, where he would take the drugged, victims, that the others trapped, or drugged, and do unspeakable things to them, if they lived at all, with one victim, being chained naked to a bed, with a dog collar on, but, she was able to escape, and later, went crazy, even seeing this man, yelling at him, as to how he could do this to her? 

But, the criminologist, or criminal psychologist or profiler, made a good analogy, as to what, people, like this think of their victims . . . they just simply DON'T . . . the FBI profiler, made the comparison, to this man, blowing his nose, on a tissue, then tossing the tissue, in the trash can, and then going to work.  Do, you, or this man, think about, the issue?  Well, they see you, as no more than the tissue, in the garbage, that is how they can, do unspeakable harm to a victim, even causing them to lose memory of the events of the slavery, for sex, and abuse, because, this person is nothing to him, and killing them, tossing their bodies, cutting off a breast, or putting a cattle prod up a vagina, means, or is nothing to them, other then, to  have that person, satisfy, their particular sexual, fantasy or need, at that moment in time!  YOU, MAM, ARE AN INSECT, to be SQUASHED to them!  Your use and value, is only, in connection with, what they can get, use, or abuse, you for, and once that need is gone, you are toast and getting rid of you, is again, easy and is done so without thought, even a sister, a friend, a wife, a lover, a co-worker.

I used to, for years, wonder, how, why, and with what, authority, could they do this . . . but, I have said this before, that once, I saw that, National Geographic: "The Psychopath Next Door" is when the tables turned from being the victim, to them becoming my prey, not in the same, disregard for life, and objectifying them, but understanding that they will NEVER, see things the way, I do, they don't have the same values, morals, ethics as they do, and to catch them, I have to, within the law, become as aggressive and energized about catching them, as they were preying on me, and that is when, I understood, there are monsters, dressed up nice, who smell good, act the part, charm and act like they care, but, underneath, they are capable of doing just about anything and with no remorse, regret, empathy, sympathy, or a care or second thought in the world, without conscience and in ruthless pursuit, with no limits, and no exceptions, they will just do whatever it takes to destroy you and your family, therefore, balls out, and take them out, before they get me and mine!
