Foundational Background and Information

• I was renting from Julia Warner, living right next to my parents, but I was, getting more and more involved in politics, even with the Republicans, interested, in using me, in some capacity, as were the Democrats, and also the Constitutional Party, if you can call them that.  This was, in 2007, and I was starting to realize that I was not dying, so, worried that the government or powers that be would try to kill me again, I jumped in with both feet!  I knew, all the way along, Shelley, Jesse, Brett, Kay, my father, and others, Dallas, were involved in stealing Elliot and God's Revolver, Little Black Horse CD, and I was sure that they were marketing around the world.  They, Rachel, my dad, and Tiffany, were all very captivated by the TV series, 24, with Sutherland being the FBI hit man.  
• Shelley and Tyrone, were living with Rachel, Chris and kids, at 3770 Sugar Leo Rd., and, my family acted very strangely, leaving me out of family parties, only letting me speak for 10 minutes, if I was actually invited, and the more I healed from the poison or Pick's disease, the worse they got, planning on me dying, with my father, taking all my equity in my house, and Jared, brother, taking furniture, etc., but, I was also, thinking, half hearted, that I was still dying, but starting to live, and that seemed to be causing trouble for my family, which is strange, because a loving family, who were not into all kinds of illegal shit and criminal activities, would rejoice in a family member, who was dying, coming back into health, but that was certainly not the case, and Shelley had been using my ID, after getting my driver's license revoked, when I had not been driving for years!  I think, as I got better, she got more and more paranoid, about, already using my ID.
• as I started to get back into life, getting more and more politically involved, and started to notice, that as I would do a constitutional analysis, or having a speaking engagement, the more and more strained, family relations became, in fact, I do no see, Rachel, Shelley and Isaac, for almost 2 years, and I attributed that to the fact that, I knew, there was a fake band, stealing, Elliot's music, but I was not in a position, to do much about it, other than, hope, that Elliot, and his band, could catch them, or that someone would listen, but I was very easy to dismiss as crazy or whatever, since I had the terminal brain disease and I had been out of the legal field for almost 8 years at this point.  It was late 2008, when the elections were in full swing, that I noticed, my mother, in particular, be very defensive about, anything I would say about, Sarah Palin . . . now, I was basically blocked from all family stuff, during this time and my very elaborate emails, in response to various issues, as the Tea Party, were being sought, therefore, my influence and sphere of friends, and colleagues, expanded, very much, separate and aside from my family or parents, living right next door!  Rachel, in particular, seemed to have an attitude, and Shelley, I never saw, and again, for a family gathering, I was to come early, eat, then leave!
• in 2008, I wrote the letter to the U.S. Attorney, Brett Tholman, letting him, know about the new cars, all over, for the cops, he brought in the National Guard, Search and Rescue, they protected me and they got the drugs off campus, and there were 8 cops fired, there should have been DEA agents, fired for the three county, alleged, marijuana grows, that were discovered three years in a row, with family cops day, up harvesting, the shit, sometimes, 13 or more cops agencies, involved, including the National Guard . . . anyway, that started the whole cop thing, but, in addition to the marijuana grows, it appeared to me, that, cop shops were cropping up and my son-in-law, from Georgia, seemed connected, and when a shipment of black and whites, came to town, he commented, so they got them, and I knew that he was involved in stealing Elliot's money, in fact the day, I showed Dallas all these, great music reviews and told him, his bro-in-law, was, going on a nation tour, he got alarmed and was on the phone with someone for 2 hours, my father reacted the same way, and I knew, that Shelley was off with Isaac, because Elliot was trying to find him, touring, around the world, and I believe that Frank and Brett, Kay and my father, were all fully involved, by the way they acted and responded, same with Mom and Sarah Palin, aka, Rachel, who later, became, aka, ME!  Once Palin lost, Rachel, came back, to her life, but I was starting to surface, and that seemed to be problematic.
• at the end of 2009, Hank or Henry Brock, contacted me, I believe in August, about taking his case, and Jay Rice, joined in . . . now in retrospect, I believe the cases, from A to Z, were orchestrated, with me the smart, constitutional law attorney, and with the vulture capitalists, just salivating, letting me do all the heavy lifting and then, when the spoils were to be harvested, just like the marijuana, everyone, jumped to take over and bump me out of the way!  At times, I think, there was alike this contest, between me, and Kay, my father, Shelley, and other attorneys, to see who would win, writing the best brief, or complaint, etc., and then whomever won, would get the case, but I ALWAYS WON; therefore, to regain control of the cases, something drastic had to happen.  October, 1, 2009, I reactivated my law license and my father went completely APE SHIT!  Screamed, yelled, carried on, and had no idea, that I was going to reactivate it!  Why?  I think, Shelley had been gallivanting around the state, for years, being me, using my ID, and using my driver's license, and now, I was coming in to reclaim, my life!  I got my license back, reactivated my law license in 5 minutes, when the bar association say my great resume, just had me pay dues, and that was it!
• Hank and I haggled over the employment contract for about a month, several people in the ward, or in Hank's business, read some of my emails and thought that I was, not the right image for his lawsuit, like, because I swear?  I told him to take the case and shove it . . . he said, no, I want you, there was a ton of my constitutional writing going fucking all over the U.S., if not the world, back them, so no he wanted me!  Like I said, Mormon Glenn Beck, was stealing my shit and ripping up the charts and ratings, guys were taking my emails and erasing my name, and putting their own names, and they went from being a three time loser to people wanting them to run for the SENATE!  When confronted with why they were taking my name off my emails, they said, because, they told us to . . . who is they, the FBI, CIA? no response!  I was, putting together the Utah Constitution and Fun Facts, pocket sized version, and working with, Dave Clark, and other Utah members of Congress, and this is when, I did the plan for President O, for Afghanistan and Great Decisions!  So, I was very busy, but Hank, finally contacted me, December 17, 2009, at like 10:00 PM, on my birthday, and he wanted me to write the complaint, on the $357 million complaint, and file it all by 5:00 PM, the following night . . . I had it done and e-filed by shortly after 5:00 as I recall, having to learn all the Rules of Civil Procedure and write the brief, and then, work with, Derrick Anderson, to e-file it and that was tough, I think we started around 3:45 PM, but it took us until after 5:00 PM, but I felt that Hank was trying to give me an impossible test, with so little time, but, he liked the complaint and so, that was just to get it on the record, December 18, 2009, later to be filed again, as an amended complaint, January 10, 2010, with the article, No Big Love In Utah, coming out of New York Investment News, within days, fucking attorneys from all over the country were calling wanting to talk to me, and Hank and Brock and Associates, quit taking phone calls?  39 and counting, law firms, had signed up to pay the federal court for copies of my fun briefs, making a shit load of money for the courts, for attorneys to get this hot case, right off the press or computer, fresh and fun, with witches, slaves and masters, school ground bullies, etc., so it hit and hit hard, every newspaper in the country carried the news of it!  I think Hank and Jay were jealous, because the article was orchestrated to feature them and everyone, including the press wanted to talk to me, so they cut off the phone, messages, and put everything on Hank's website!
• December 18, 2009, after I finished filing the complaint, I went over to Rachel's house, now that she needed my legal services, she started talking to me, for once in about two years, funny how, things like having no money, and your husband, taking the last $24,000 out of you account, forces you to come and treat, your now, licensed attorney sister, better, so you could be represented, having been screwed over by all the male attorney in St. George, who were siding with her son to be EX, husband, Chris Hickey . . . no, I was not married to Chris; however, I do think this was all part of the plan, to switch identities back, to what they had been, before, I surprised my father, and reactivated my law license, new games and let them begin!  Rachel hooked up with Kay Moosman, an old high school flame, on facebook, and they were married, within, 4 hours of Rachel's divorce to Chris!  I was shocked.  Rachel asked me, if I would move in the house, her's and Chris', and take care of the kids, Stephanie and Matt, and Allan, in addition to Shelley, Ty, and often, Jesse, Isaac, Alex and her daughter, McKinsey, so, I moved in, around, January or February 1, 2010, at the same time I was handling the Brock case, and many other cases were starting to come my way and I didn't want them.
• I believe, that this is where, all the identity, shit, started, AGAIN, because, I believe it had been going on for years, so that Shelley could steal Elliot's music, putting together a cop, boy band, with Isaac, being Elliot and Shelley being me, with Brett, and this is where the layers, after layers, after layers, started!  First, Shelley and Brett, with her being me, then Brett and Kay, with Kay being me, then Rachel and Kay, with Rachel being me, and them switching me to be the one, married to Chris Hickey, and I felt like I went through the divorce with Chris and Brian Adamson, who Shelley seemed closely aligned with, throughout, me suing Chris, Wells Fargo and American First for mortgage fraud, winning the case, by default, since, Chris and attorney, failed to answer the complaint, and Shelley wrote that original complaint, because, I was so busy . . . so here, again, she is writing, using my name, and my bar number!  Eventually, on this case, I gave Shelley, access to my e-filing, having handled the house issues, all but the complaint, like the eviction, I won, we stayed in the house and won, but, August 26, 2010, a federal judge, Brooke Wells, signed the win, to us!  We, me, Rachel and Shelley were all going to split the proceeds three ways, because we asked for $1 million dollars in damages.  But, other than the complaint, I was the main, player, in all the shit, fighting Chris and Rachel, who kept bringing her two younger kids to the house and creating, all kinds of drama! Eventually, after school was out, and Chris and the kids, changed, the locks to what was MY HOUSE NOW, I KICKED RACHEL'S KIDS OUT, AND SHELLEY WAS GOING SOON, because she never did a fucking thing, never worked, cleaned and I was driving her sorry ass, to her mortgage business and using all my money and gas! including time!  Here is where I knew, something was up, Shelley was, later home, 24/7 as my law practice took off, with a fury, and she had all the time in the world and never did a damned fucking thing, but study mortgages, and she started doing all the bribing of MY clients, from Gina Merrell, to Kay Reilly, to the Cheeks, with her home and me, having cases in 5 states, plus, taking a case, of Shelley's, Mac Milner, where I had to go to Salt Lake every fucking week, probably orchestrated, for 5 fucking minutes, with the courts in on it and I was getting wins, when no one else was, Shelley would sometimes go to court, on her cases, that I handled for her, to help her . . . but, eventually, after the win, on, the house, somehow, I no longer had access to my computer and e-filing, account, and had to go through her computer, not thinking, she was stealing my IDENTITY, while, I was gone, and making it look, like she was me, JoAnn S. Secrist, really from about, August 26, 2010 on!  Later, taking over, having access to the computer all my mail and shit!

The MERS or Mortgage Electronic Records System . . . I Believe This is Where, Shelley, Got Her Idea, for Having Multiple Me's!

I have to write fast, because the law library is going to close, in about 15 minutes!  The way this worked, for mortgages, was, the banks, sold, mortgage back securities, from 9 to 30 times, per house, some even before they were built, in bundles, and they got investors, to back these mortgages, and to keep, all the records of the mortgages, straight, and stop investors from knowing that, their, bundle or investment was being sold and resold, over and over again, to juggle funds, and money, so the banks could make 9 to 20 times what the house was actually worth, and then, use the money and interest, keeping all of this straight, through this electronic system . . . I believe that is the model Shelley used, and I was the product, the mortgage or my intellectual property, was, what was being sold and marketed to investors . . . I was essentially, sold for my brains, my cases, later, water compact, legislation, legal analysis, and now, my BLOG worth, millions a day!  

So, here is the progression, to get Shelley, or Rachel, back into my identity and to be an attorney, or all attorneys, it went like this: (1) I reactivated, and they had already been using my name, resume, taking credit for my domestic violence manual and all; (2) when I reactivated, everyone had to retreat back to themselves; (3) as my practice grew, the dollar signs, got bigger and bigger at the same time that, Elliot's first CD with Sony was coming out, and Shelley, needed more and more time to work the clients, friends, and bring them into the thieves, liars, and criminal fold, but money always helps, so Elliot's money, was the seed money, and now big time bucks were coming not only from, Mom but from son, so all the shit started to happen . . . Shelley never left the house for a solid year!  She never so much as showed her face out the front door, unless, I was driving, she claimed that Jesse got drunk and hit a dog, and she gave him her car, then she was left without one, but, at times, all her kids started to call her, Shelley, rather than mom, and her kids, started telling me, that I was the ONLY mother they knew, and so I would fell sorry for Ty, or Jesse and I would take them places, because I was bored for them!  One time, I forced Shelley to work, and she went ape shit, even though I was paying for EVERYTHING, Rachel's kids, friends, and Shelley's motley crew, about 10 people on and off, with no financial help. I believe this was done, so that Shelley, and I, were seen as the same people, and the goal was to steal the cases, the house, the music, but it didn't go down so easy; therefore we are still, not solidly there, because of my blog.  But the computers are key, as is the e-filing, with Shelley being given, access, then sole access, to my accounts, on the Brock and the Cheek case, then the cops, working with Shelley and Frank, aka, Allan Rex Bess, later in the Parowan home, which Shelley and Isaac, October of 2011, just showed up out of the blue, after, we were criminally forced out the Sugar Leo Home, with Shelley saying that, the cops, thought that she was me?  I said, how, Jean Dixon, met me several times in my LAW OFFICE! (4) I had to go to California, Shelley and Isaac were alone in my house, for almost two weeks, between, me and clients, from California to Colorado, with all of them, in on this scam! and Shelley, being with Frank, or Allan, and Shelley, being now me . . . I think, Judge Michael G. Westfall was key, in carrying forth the lies, saying and allowing Shelley to come into court wearing a blonde wig, so she was me half the time and her the other half and the cops were used to try to KILL ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, with Shelley and Frank colluding with cops, feds, etc., and going for Elliot's CD, that was NEVER NAMED!

Yesterday, I was suppose to meet this woman, from the University of Montana, who is doing a project on the homeless, and she stopped by with her camera, to take a picture and get the stories, of why people are in the situation they are.  I told her I have a somewhat, different route and story as to why I am here . . . power politics, money, access and fame! used and abused my name, influence, cases, blogs, legislative prowess, and constitutional acumen, to twist the truths, we hold to be self-evident, and maneuver, manipulate, conjole, control, contrive, and pervert the very substance and fabric of this nation, showing up, all over the place, with actual attorneys, like that hag, wanna be a cheerleader forever, and for Donald J. Trump, fake blonde bitch, a right winged, nut, Anne Coulter, acting like anything is worth booing and getting rid of the stand behind our men in blue or the cops, no, the way to stop the deaths on both sides, it to fucking abide by the very document, you are too lame ass stupid to know and understand, that it is the rules of engagement, that, dictates and controls the government and the governed, who, have created the government to protect their rights, not violated them, giving cops a certain set of rules, standards, constitutional protections and mandates, that they, HAVE TO FOLLOW! Anyway, sorry for the rant, I forgot, what I was writing about, got detoured, easy to do, but, so this chick from the college, talking about the Chinese Wall, was suppose to meet me, at 5:00 PM, for an interview and we were going to eat dinner together while we talked.  Now the second, I told this chick, whom, I believe is a master's student, in sociology or something like that, this is a term project, and she was in school, but, when she left, I wondered, if she is the paid cover, or a cops, who, will, get my story then, put, sister, Shelley's picture in the article or the display, and pretend that even in my poverty, which the super mob, causes, using Shelley and other sister bitches to do a 360 degree, Bush, Patriot Act, coverage of everything I do, so that people will not know, the REAL, JoAnn S. Secrist, who the boyz club announced died, 4 years ago October, outside Florence, in an automobile crash, as attested to by about 10 cops, back in 2012, just a few days before the elections, were to take place!  So, I thought, now, don't jump to conclusions, give the woman a chance, she didn't know, and you didn't know, if you were doing to dinner Monday, night either . . . check surveillance cameras, because, we were standing right near the front desk, when this occurred, but, I thought, give her a chance, and see what comes of it . . . it may just be your saving grace, and you can get your picture out, all over wherever, so they know, Shelley is the liar, not living and connected with the Poverello, which I have not been staying at for awhile, because, of shit like this, being set up, cops, crawling all over the place, etc.

So, all yesterday, almost forgetting that I had this dinner date, so to say, with this woman, which, I really didn't want to go back to the Poverello, last night, but I am responsible, for the most part, and didn't want to just leave her high and dry, so I went.  I got there, right at 5:00 PM, and no interviewer, about 5:15, everyone is yelling, running, ducking for cover, and trying to catch this bat with their baseball hats, or jackets, to stop the dirty flying rat, from landing in the supper, the chefs were serving . . . it really is great food, so nutritious, that, after eating at the fast food restaurants, for weeks, I wonder, what the hell I am thinking, passing up, really, fresh, good food, for the fattening, fries, burgers and soft drinks . . . three days, sober, off Diet Coke, and my pants are already starting to fall off my ass!  LOL!  Yahoo!  I am trying to go 40 days, skipping my daily poison, going, without indulging, because, I am like an alcoholic, so I can sympathize with breaking a habit, and have to go cold turkey.  But, the bat, flew this way and that way, several times I had to duck, laughing and running out of the room, probably caught on camera, acting the chicken shit that I am, when it comes to either flying or crawling rodents!  Some fun excitement, during dinner, some brave soul caught the beast and threw it back outside.  Then some other dude, started asking me if I saw, Ozzie Osborn, bite the head off a live rat, during one of his concerts?  NO!  That is disgusting . . . did he really do that?  Yes.  I mean, was there blood and all that running down his chin?  Of course, that was the point, to gross everyone out!  Well, you are grossing me out talking about it!  Yuck!

But, I wonder if that, was a God Intel, being so strange, and rare, with bats, usually out at night, if there are any around here?  I am not sure they are even indigenous to this area?  We had bats, down in St. George, Utah, and one got in my house, one night, when I left the double doors open, and that was freaky enough, but, I have never seen a bat, at night, in Missoula, or Kalispell, or anywhere in Montana, for that matter, so, I wondered, is God trying to tell me, that yes, this  chick either was sent by my enemies, to fool, people to keep the wolves at bay, from going after Shelley, continuing to have cops and others, think, she is me and I am her, so, doing what they always do, riding, tandem, or piggy back, on my stories, my life, my career, my name, and my experiences, is very PAR FOR THE COURSE, what they have been doing for years, building a fence of UNREALITY, around me, to isolate me, keep me from the public eye, and promote her in my place, for the purpose of politics, money, power, name, virtue, and misleading everyone, in the Bushonomics of bull shit, unconstitutional actions, trying to get rid of the U.S. Constitutions as well as state constitutions that bind and gag, these fuckers, from taking over the whole country! using Trump, as an empty vessel figure head!  You probably get the connections, with Batman and the bat, cops, the ones who tried to kill the white knight district attorney, trying to clean up corruption, in Gothem City!  Heath Leger died, I believe after he made the statement in the Dark Knight, the famous, hospital scene, and conversation between the very badly burned, DA, with a partner attorney dead, and the Joker, saying, not me, I am not organized, I use chaos, the mob, are not organized, but the cops, that is another story, they are ORGANIZED!  Leger died, Morgan Freeman, got in an accident, that almost killed him, and Christian Bale was, tarnished with alleged domestic violence against his mother and sister?

I feel like I am in a slow motion, car chase, like O.J. Simpson, and his white Bronco!  The cops have tapered off a bit, from being in hot pursuit, like they were the week, of all the black and cops shootings, that I was writing about, but, they are just getting sneakier, with a cop, parked, watching where they think, I am staying, or camping out, and some wheel chair, Nazi dude, and other residents at the Clark Fork former motel, converted to apartments, these guys are watching me like hawks . . . the other night, I was sitting at the bus shelter, after a harrowing night, walking from down town to my tramp camp, with people, car lights, bikers, popping out from the most unexpected places, on what is normally, a very low keyed and sleepy, street, with absolutely no activity on it, to coming alive, with tons of activity, at about 12 midnight, as I walked down the street, but while sitting at the shelter on Broadway, waiting out the storm, as normal, several girls, one at a time, stopped to ask me, for a light? struck me as strange.  I later saw there of them, standing on the corner of the Pov. way to late to be checking in, that happens at 8:45 PM, and after, seeing what appeared to be, some type of uncover op, starting from where I was, all the way almost to the Pov., with this chicks, coming around the corner, as I went up the street, they came very fast after me, to see where I was going, but, they didn't see me, because, I ditched out, but, the dude in the wheel chair, who polices the place, must have thought I was either with the three chicks, or it was me, and he came barreling out of nowhere, going lightning speed, up the street after the girls, until he saw three of them . . . there have been guys who have, been leaving the old motel, and when they see me, ditch around the building, coming back and parking, never leaving their vehicle, so these are SHELLEY'S PAID SHITS! the cop force, within the cops force, or undercover . . . and yesterday as I was leaving from lunch at the Pov., I saw the little white Toyota, Yaris, I think, with PAML, my sign for Pam Love, Shelley's best friend, is Pam Van Luwen, from Bountiful, protecting the bitch that is is distributing MY MONEY to everyone, pretending to be ME, chick doing the homeless project, is just one more, who will, read my blog, as she said she would, then take Shelley's picture to confuse everyone, or cover MY FACE . . . she NEVER SHOWED!

Democrats Want to Be in Love with Their Candidate

Okay, in the 2008 and 2012, presidential elections, people were in love with the idea of voting in the first black, president, making history, and then, making sure the Republicans, got the idea, that this vote for President Obama, was not just because he was black, but because, they love him! dig him! and admire him! Last night, I was watching a video, on Michael Moore, a documentary film producer, who is quite liberal and has made many films, on Wall Street and other current affairs issues.  And I was shocked, to hear him, boil, President Obama's legacy down to the fact that he is the first black president, end of story.  Then he went on to give him this or that, and say that they, the Democrats, expected hope and great change, and in this they show their complete and utter, naivety, of the fact, that, President Obama, has to work within the political landscape he is given by the America people, dealing with the Republicans, who can't even agree within their own party, since, 2010, when a group of freshmen, women, members of the Tea Party, came and hijacked the Republican Party, doing nothing more than trying to undue what President Obama, and the Democrats, who controlled the Senate and the House at the time, did, like Obamacare, that was an attempt at universal healthcare, patterned after Mitt Romney, former governor of Massachusetts! or the Dream Act, also, proposed by Senator Hatch of Utah, a Republican.  So, with the advent of the Tea Party factor, in Congress, giving control of both houses to the Republicans, nothing has been accomplished of merit, other than 60 votes against Obamacare, and bitching and moaning about the Dream Act and naturalization laws, but with no law, to replace either, nor suggestions for what should be done, with Republican changes, oh, and they did shut down the government, not too many accomplishments.

It appeared to be that the main goal of the Tea Party was to stonewall, President Obama, first until his first term was over, and then when he got re-elected to their surprise, their plan, was to fucking, stonewall, everything, including a Supreme Court Justice, wanting to put the whole fucking government and nation on standby, until, they could manage to get a Republican president in office, and then, as a result of that, we got Trump, rising out the fear, hatred and disdain for the establishment!  But, while Hillary has been around for awhile, that doesn't mean, you can't vote out of fucking, down right, respect for someone who has outlasted most political careers and due to the fact that she is the first woman, and men have feared her running, since the first second, she showed up at her husband's side, with, near, equal but different qualifications, status and jobs, including, standing by his side, as Arkansas attorney general, then governor, then America's first lady, later, senator, then secretary of state, and now a presidential candidate.  Someone speculated, when, Michelle Obama is going to run?  LOL!  American power couples, and they tend to come in Democratic colors and sides, because, they have more progressive and modern ideas about women!  So, for 25 years, men have been in fear of a Hillary presidency and run, and at least some women, have been jealous of her choices and career, not to mention doing a bang up job on Chelsea, who is now a mother of two herself!  

Democrats and their surrogates, the Bernie fans, need to realize, that, while they are another generation, once they get to know Hillary, who is not some bright, shiny, new, nobody, rising up and taking over the limelight, she has been able to stem the tide of misogyny, women hating, attacks, and many don't realize that that fucking, Citizens United, was actually a film called, Hillary, and it was going to be used to trash her and put the fear of God into the Republicans or the Independents, so they would not vote for this force of nature, that men can't control, manipulate, and brainwash, being smarter, with better credentials than all of them put together, making the most qualified, candidate, by FAR, that we have ever had, male or female!  I beg one Republican to give us someone who is fucking more qualified to do this JOB!  The only one who I know, might actually come close, is Hillary's running mate, Senator Tim Kaine!  You may not be in love with the two running mates, but if you look at the service, the time, the dedication, the devotion to all that is good about America, you can find, plenty to fall in love with!  While, Bill Clinton, hopefully, first dude, was speaking, starting with a film on his presidency, and now his work, with his foundation, added to Hillary's work, starting way back, when she was fucking 18, now how many of you have substantive key jobs, at that age? not many!  Hillary and Bill, have, been there, working, caring, loving on America, and the world, for fucking 25 years, NON-STOP!

Republicans Want to Rely on the Way they "Feel" Regardless of What the Facts Are!  Do I Feel Safe, Do I Feel the Economy, Do I Feel Better Off than I did 8 Years Ago? Fox Opinion, Trump, Says I Should Not "Feel" anything but Shear Terror, that Crime is Rampant, that I Am Not Safe!

The tragic flaw in this idea of having to feel, the economy has improved, rather than reading the jobs report, or looking at the increase in building permits, or seeing our standing economically has moved from like 3 or 4 to #1, that we are no longer, reliant on gas and oil from Saudi Arabia, or Iraq, Iran, etc., we have developed our own oil to the point of capping off oil wells, and having a glut in our own country, that other energy sources have been developing, replacing, fossil fuels, with wind, solar, water, clean energy, and when Trump, says that we are living up to our promises to cut, air pollution and carbon emissions, other countries like China are not living up to their end of the deal!  Well, who do we have control over? sure as shit not China, and they did sign an agreement, and if their leaders care at all about their reputation in the world, which most politicians do, they will do something about it . . . I saw a huge ass new, electric train, that is made so it can drive over the top of cars, like four lanes of traffic, just because they are not doing things our way, the American way, doesn't mean that you have to feel, that the scientists are wrong about, global warming and climate change!  We are safer now, that we were 40 fucking years ago!  Reagan, had, like 268 people or Americans, killed in Beruit, Lebanon!  He allowed, like 300,000 or 3 million illegal aliens to have complete amnesty, not a path to citizenship, full blown citizenship!  Kids were being kidnapped from their parents' yards, crime, drugs, cartels, etc. were running the streets!  But, somehow, Mr. America, was able to bull shit the Republicans into thinking, or feeling that all was well in America! and with Obama, while all facts and statistics, suggest, something other than they FEEL, for some unknown reason, called Fox, people don't feel safe, nor that the economy has improved, and that we are going to be victims of a terror attack any second!   The three most, persuasive elements are: (1) facts; (2) statistics; and (3) examples!

We have at our fingertips, free, knowledge, free understanding, free news, free political pundits, we can listen to both sides of the political spectrum, free, and at any fucking hour of the day!  Don't you think, it is about time, we stopped, using our hearts, and started to use our minds?  This is a prime example of why I was victimized, by Republicans, in Utah, Democrats in Montana, and the nation, they want to feel good, not hear the truth, whether it be on law enforcement or abortion, they want to be in love with the ME, they read and hear about, and that means, a Hollywood, fake version of me, a nicer version of me, a taller, bigger boobs, or someone who agrees with them politically . . . Sanders' sons and daughters, feel betrayed, when I tell them to get on with it, do their revolution, but support Hillary, or you will end up with Trump, who will not only NOT be progressive, but the last of the 50's men, who might be president, and who wants to take America back 50 years!  I think, women, like me and Hillary, Elizabeth Warren, and others, we just want you to judge us on our ability to do the job, not just us, like Fox, letch, Roger Ailes, judging us on if he wants to fuck us or not, and the reality of real politics and power, is that most of the time, people are older, not as good looking, by the time they have the political clout and acumen, to do the job right! with the credentials, to match the job, making the candidate, for president and V.P., look, somewhat boring, around a long time, not as exciting, and cool, we just got lucky with President Obama, or Kennedy, or Clinton, with smart wives, to help, give them that competitive edge!

We loved President John F. Kennedy, loved Camelot, but, the old guard, the old guys, who waited in line, became V.P., or took jobs, to get them to president, not elected for their looks, remember the debate between Nixon and Kennedy? a 60 year old man, near a good looking what 43 year old?  No contest, for cool, looks, beautiful young fresh wives, etc.  And we see where that got him, and his very good looking brother!  It was not at all that the young bucks could not do the job, nor if they were smart enough, there were other forces at play, that were pissed, who paid their dues, and worked their way up, as well as toes that were stepped on with this new found power and influence, and it did not bod well, and both young leaders, were not respected, nor, liked to some extent, there was professional jealousy, and that did them both in!

Work Horses and Show Horses . . . Have The Show Horse Give Speeches, But as for Doing the REAL WORK OF POLITICAL OFFICE, that is at times, INCREDIBLY BORING, stick to the WORK HORSES!  

We see, a Sarah Palin, or Rachel, young, taller, bigger boobs, and we want to love this woman, we want her to be, Ms, America, that every man, can do his feats of courtly or police man love for, that old notion, of the mistress, the muse, the mob girlfriend, who is often, cherished more than the wife, old worn out, and having gone through the ringer, to get where she it, but, we all saw, Sarah, aka, Rachel, tank, dive, be mocked and made fun of, over and over, even by her own fucking party, she is not there at the elections, and she most hardily endorsed Trump, but, she is seen as an idiot now!  So, if Hillary, Tim, who is 58, not sexy, says he is boring, but with credentials, and qualifications, that are only a bit less than his boss, or Madam President, if we are so lucky, if we can stop voting for the hair, like Rick Perry, who wanted to drop, three federal agencies, and could only name one, or Palin, who didn't even know, what newspapers she read, all, everyone, anything!  Or Trump, who is going to consult himself or his kids, for God sake, and not one has, the slightest clue, how the government works . . . Eric Trump, who walked into the stage after daddy spoke, walked like a fucking duck, just like his Donald Duck father!  He actually, called John Kasich and ask him if he was willing to be V.P., and he could do everything, domestic and foreign policy, seeing he was by far, the most qualified, prepared, experienced, but boring, candidate, and he asked, Eric, what his father was going to do?  Make America Great Again . . . guess Trump is to be the new Reagan, and just give great speeches, or at least, ones that fire up the GOP base, and have no fucking connection with REALITY!

Criminal Justice Reform Candidate vs. the Law and Order Candidate?  Your Vote MATTERS!

This morning in the newspaper, Opinion section of the Missoulian, there was an article by I think, Rich Lowry, with the title, something like, Why Introduce Clinton, She Never Left?  This reminds me of my son, Chris, who at age 17, when I was trying to talk to him and his brother, Elliot, while we were going to a movie, and Chris said, Mom, we know everything about you, and you know everything about us.  I said, Oh, so tell me what you know about me?  You were born in Bountiful and you are an attorney.  Oh, so you know the sum total of my whole life?  My sons were action figures, superheroes waiting to hatch, and they were not much for talking, so, I gave up, and never really pushed, getting to know them better, nor forcing them to know me better, and somehow, I just figured, it was an exercise in futility, my daughters, know almost everything, and my sons, absolutely nothing.  So, it is not surprising, that, recently, in the last year, at the age of 34 years old, and now, 35, my son, Chris, is starting to wonder, who the fuck his mother was, is, and what she has been up to for 61 years, that has gotten her in so much trouble!  LOL!  Mom, where were you born?  We are finally, making progress!  A year later, Mom, where were you and dad married?  Oh, end of discussion.  

At this rate, I am going to be dead, before my sons, know a fucking thing about me, that is one of the reasons, I am writing this blog, so when I die, they might be interested in knowing who there mother was! LOL!  I have a fucking amazing history, career, legacy, that is being attributed to someone else . . . I took the scripture, Do not your alms before men, and God will reward you openly.  I am waiting God!  LOL! I may not, have taking credit, to all the simply amazing things I have done, but, I, sure as hell, and not going to let, SOMEONE WHO DID NONE OF THEM, get CREDIT, SHIT . . . I look at this as good, better, best!  Okay, so, according to scripture, it is best, for me, not to take credit, and to be rewarded, openly by God, himself, rather than to receive the hollow, and short lived, praise of man!  But, when you sit back and watch, daily, weekly, hourly, yearly, all you have done for fucking 61 years, including, raising, wonderful children, who are themselves, turning around and raising, brilliant and beautiful grandchildren, and that also, is slipping out of you, history?  FUCK NO!  

The first night of the convention, there was one of the next generations of Kennedy's, who introduced, his law professor, Elizabeth Warren, and he looked a lot like my youngest, red-head son, who is a rock star, a musician, and just getting ready to graduate from the U of U, plays in several very rockin' bands, famous through mommy's blog on the Internet, who is also considering following in mom's footsteps and going to law school . . . and when, Joseph P. Kennedy, stood up, all the sudden, it dawned on me, why, James Kennedy, refused to look at my red head Jesus, as he is called, or has been, he cut his hair, and looks, remarkably similar to this Kennedy, only Elliot is better looking and more talented!  LOL!  Kennedy, would not listen to my son's music, nor look at the videos, which shocked the hell out of me, because he was constantly listening to music and I was sure that, James would like the music, about a cowboy, horse, and music telling an epic western, in music, that rocked, like we listened to back in the 60's and 70's, but with a bit edger, lyrics and a touch of modern screaming.  James told me, that, all the 51 male Kennedy cousins, were all either, federal cops or bikers . . . he struck me as a federal cop who was also a biker!  But, after seeing, Joseph Kennedy, I could see, the game, James meets me, in Butte, Montana, asks me to meet him in Durango, Colorado, I show up, two weeks later, after being poisoned, and no Kennedy, but there was a look alike, so, I might cut him some slake, but, did they tell, me to go there, do a no show, then, have Rachel, my alleged, sister, twin, NOT, she is fucking 7 years younger, has had three fucking honkin' boob jobs, fake teeth, and stands a good 3 to 4 inches taller than I am, all in the furtherance of stealing my life, my kids, my career, my law degree, and my blog!  

The first sign I saw, today, out of the Poverello Center for the fucking HOMELESS, was, Scott's Lawn Service, Rachel's youngest, son, is named, Scott, and this has long been a sign for me, of Rachel, the boobie monster!  So, since, Brett and Kay, don't have the genetic make-up to have a red-haired, blue eyed, son, because that team was put together for Isaac, to be Elliot's band surrogate, to steal the money and thunder, from the first CD, God's Revolver, Hard Rock Band of 2008 did, but with me writing on and posting on the Internet, pictures of my son, Elliot, so people could see how good looking his is, not to mention who fucking talented he is, now, they needed, someone, a couple who looks, like the genetic make up on me and Zeke or Richard Secrist, and that could easily be, Rachel and James Kennedy!  In fact that could be James' son, introducing Elizabeth, right age, almost!  Right after I wrote about, cops not compromising themselves, yesterday, because, once compromised, twice, to a hundred times used, never to be let free again!  But, the first shirt, I saw, walking into dinner, was, Beartooth, Harvey Davidson!  This shirt was loaded for bear, and gave me many messages!  You figure it out, everything is symbolic, and God is giving you Intel to your life, second by second, you just are not seeing it!  The cops are fucking lying and serving, the boobie trap, Rachel, trying to make everyone believe she is me, and that my sons, is why you need to KNOW YOUR MOTHER!

Former, President Bill Clinton, gave a great speech, humanizing Hillary, telling how they met, and showing a softer side of Hillary, but, first he started with when, they met at law school, proposing to her, and how focused she was, on working for children, defense, needs, services, and I think even working with refugees, and tons of work, she did free, helping, with tons of volunteer, legal services, so busy, that she blew off, Bill, several times, not only on dating, but on marriage proposals, the gal had things to do!  Her life, certainly did not revolve around a male Yale law student, nor marrying one to take care of her!  But, by the time she was 30, she had done more than most attorneys, will EVER do in their lives!  Anna, the soul, female anchor, in a rare, moment of acknowledgement, if not admiration, and a bit of envy, said, Hillary was making her look and feel like a slacker!  Women, like me and Hillary, have a problem with doing that . . . I had two solid pages of accomplishments, on a 7 page resume, after just two years at the Utah Attorney Generals Office, and I applied to teach, at another college, since I was already teaching at two, in addition to full time work at the AG's office, but the guy, looked over my resume, and he said, why aren't you the governor? because Utah, would rather have an insurance or real estate, man, than a brilliant, attorney, professor!  But, Cenk and some of the other men, on the panel of TYT, said they didn't believe that she could have done all of that, and they started to look at Hillary as a bit, more that a corporate, welfare candidate, and Wall Street Junkie, getting paid by the enemies of the Bernie set!  LOL!

Conventions are important, you have two nights left, to get to know, one of your choices for president!  Person after person, disabled, cops and firefighters, from 9/11, burn victims, dwarfs, with tons of operations, all said how Hillary, had their backs, held there hands, was well aware of operations they were having years, later, kept in contact with them, to see if all was going well, and how, she not only, as a New York Senator, walked around, the sites of Ground Zero, for political reasons, as Cenk, said, well, any politician would have done the photo shoot, so that was a given, but as one person after another, got up and said, how, Hillary, took compensation for the firefighters and cops, who were told that, the air was safe, to breathe, knocked door to door, and senator to senator, to get compensation for these key players, in New York, known as hometown heroes, and rightly so, some firefighter, actually got some 300 or more, office workers out, through the stairs of the Twin Towers, only to succum to the flames himself . . . but Hillary pushed that through . . . I'M WITH HER!  During this same time, a representative, in the New York Legislature, said, that Donald J. Trump, was asking for some of the money, $150,000, when he suffered no lose, from a fund for mom and pop businesses who sustained damages from the wreckage!  There in lies all the difference between the two candidates . . . one all about himself, as is symbolized by the TRUMP, over the American Flags, and Hillary, who has spent a lifetime of service to the American People!

Just to quail the Bernie Sander's fans, and rhetoric from the alleged, Progressives, who are stupidly going over to Trump, because there little feelers got hurt, at the DNC, so cut off your lame ass noses, to spite your faces, and vote for Trump and you will not recognize this country, four years from NOW!  But, those who would tarnish, what was a I think, like 4 star rating by other world leaders, and countries, for Hillary's work as Secretary of State, going to 112 countries, I think, she said, maybe, 123 of the 193, but, whatever, four years of non-stop travel, is a blistering, travel schedule . . . shit, I worked 5 statewide jobs, and had to travel a bit myself, which, other attorneys, Mormons, refused to do, going any more than a day's drive, away and back home, family, church, duties, leaving the southern part of the state of Mormon, fucking lawless, a law unto their own, because attorneys and cops who were to train the fuckers, left it to me, so I had to sue the shit out of them, just to get their attention, that things in this country are NOT FUCKING DONE LIKE THIS!  Anyway, comments, aside, shit, I remember doing a 10 day blitz of the state for one of my jobs, I believe when I was staff attorney for the Utah Prosecution Council, Criminal Enforcement Division, Utah Attorney Generals Office, just doing my job . . . you cops ought to understand that one! but, I remember, how grueling that travel was, away from family, home, comfort, and I remember, waking up at home, when I got back and being totally disoriented, wondering where I fucking was?  That was 10 days, within a state I am VERY familiar with, not 112 or 124 fucking countries, with different cultures, foods, customs, leaders and you have to fucking be on your game, 100% of the time . . .

Search, Arrest and Warrants

The rights of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against "unreasonable searches and seizures", shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon "probable cause", supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person to be seized.

• the "general" rule, is no searches and seizures, without warrants . . . based on probable cause.
• an "arrest" or "detainment" or "interrogation" is a seizure of a person!
• there are exceptions to this rule:
• plain view doctrine . . . if you see a crime in progress, or you see evidence of a crime, in a stop, like traffic stop, you can, question and with permission search, if you see drugs, paraphanelia, pipes, open containers, etc., you can take those things into evidence and arrest 
• Terry stop and frisk . . . if there is "probable cause" to believe, that a crime has been committed or is about to be committed, like seeing a long gun or shot gun, under a trench coat, with the muzzle hanging out, you can without a warrant, based on probable cause, stop and frisk or pat down the suspect, you do know where cop a feel comes from, don't you . . . bodies are private, respect bodies, and be extremely careful with touching sexual body parts!
• Exigent circumstances or emerigencies . . . if there is fear, that, going to get a warrant, would result in evidence being destroyed or disappearing, then, under these circumstances, you can, search and seize without a warrant . . . let's say, you are getting a donut, and you notice some guy, acting very nervous and suspicious, who immediately gets up and runs in the bathroom, and he appears to be stoned or tweeked out, you can follow him into the bathroom, to make sure he is not flushing drugs down the toilet! before questioning!
• Detain, question, long enough for what is in question . . . once someone does not feel free to go, they are considered under arrest!
• I had a case, where, it was a Friday night, and a new rookie cops, was letting his buddy ride along with him, small town, no action, and all the sudden, one of them sees a girl, they had a crush on since high school, with a kid out of Nevada, but who's dad, lived local, so they decide to follow them to the local Dairy Freeze, and beyond, to harass.  The cop, decides to impress is friend, and pulls this guy, with the crush over, because he is without, probable cause, wanting to harass and question the guy, on his "fucking bright orange, plain as day, license registration" sticker, on his license plate, that shows, JUNE, and it is August! Clearly fine . . . but, 3 fucking hours later, K-9 unit cops, an illegal search and seizure, accusing him of having drugs, in this truck, that he just purchased from his boss in Vegas, finding a baggie, stuffed up, where there used to be a radio, taking, legal guns, out of the truck, that were used for rabbit hunting and all kinds of shit, with the girl leaving, because, she could see, the bull shit, and what the cop and old buddy were doing to her new squeeze . . . of course, this case landed on my lap, civil rights, abuse nightmare!  I had already sued the county for $56.7 million, they were just proving my case!  No wonder, the cops, tried to kill me on several occasions!  Lawless, alleged, law enforcement . . . you have walking lawsuits, if you don't follow this stuff!
• SEARCHES OF HOMES, PAPERS, OR COMPUTERS, GET WARRANTS:
• listing with particularity or specificity what is to be searched or seized: 
• warrants can go stale . . . you only have as long as the warrant says you have, no longer, and only the place or places listed in the warrant, based on PC!
• the "scope" of the search, is limited, to what you list in the warrant, and your reach, only goes, as far as your arms, or the area around your control! if that item is listed! these are not "phishing" expeditions!
• don't cheap shot it, and get, rubber stamps of a judges' signature, from a prosecutor! you are asking for trouble, check, e-sig, laws
• your city and county prosecutors and attorneys, should be able to answer and train you further, and they may learn a thing or two themselves!

I had to run to lunch at the Poverello, and I forgot several key symbols and statements attached, one of the first, God signs, was Lynch Insulation, right after, Samuel Adams or Shelley, which to me represents, either the Department of Justice, which houses, the FBI and U.S. Attorney's Office, or it could mean, Loretta Lynch, U.S. Attorney, herself, or it could just mean, the very, very Mormon, FBI, with Utah connections doing, Mormon shit, while they are suppose to be doing the business and crime investigation for the United States and tax payers, to keep us, safe and free from crimes, not doing the personal bidding and vendetta of a bunch of Mormon, liars, thieves and actors!  This is not the Mormon, personal playground. The other symbol or God Intel, was, a truck, large with forest green awning for the trailer, and it said, Alexandria . . . Molding to Your Lifestyle!  Shelley's oldest daughter, well, only daughter, is Alexandra Maughn, and she is living in, I believe, Amarillo, Texas, where Shelley, comes and goes; however, with the help of the FBI and maybe even working with the U.S. Attorney General's Office, with my credentials, fuck anywhere in the government, especially, in that office . . . they want to let Shelley, the palm reader, tarot card fortune teller, cabbage patch doll shoes, saleswoman, and working with the mob, on securities fraud, another way she came to the attention of the feds, the Republicans and the Mormons, plus Brock, she cut deals to get, both her and my father, off securities, fraud charges, by ratting out her ex-husband and her mafia boss, Alan Wolfson.  Is this like the mobsters, the Grim Reaper, that I wrote about, that in exchange for getting off on armed robbery charges, the mobster, had to do some undercover work with the KKK, and he was allowed for years, to operate, as a gangster of the worst kind and also work with the FBI!  Way too cozy, way to close, way, to easy to cross the lines, between, the FBI using the mob, to the mob, making a shit load of money, using the FBI, symbiotic relationships and the local cops all fall in line, because, money, grants, connections with the FBI, and our own sheriff is back at FBI training for THREE months as we speak, and I am seeing evidence of the 200 FBI agents in town, to allegedly investigate the Russian mob, like yeah, they are all working together, to get me . . . get sons' music free and clear, and my blog, total and full, amounts there, EZ prey, EZ money!

Never Let Your Gun Get In The Wrong Hands!

Several months ago, I wrote about NEVER compromising, ever, you standards, as a police man, or an attorney, judge, business person, teacher, whatever, because, once you compromise, take bribe, a favor, get a pay off, of one kind or another, you are toast!  And payback is a bitch.  Like a new car, or a vacation with your family, for just doing this or that favor, lying about this or that, especially, someone, the cops, hate, and have for years, and who continues to be a pain in the ass, going after cops for this or that, is easy, to justify, just that little white lie, and not unlike the DEA, with my client, who got his whole chemistry plant burned down, when he refused to work with the DEA again, they operated much like the mob, and they were either not going to let him get out of it, or they were going to make him pay dearly, which they did, and even when I didn't do anything, they made me pay dearly, just for doing what I took an oath to do, and they took a similar oath to do, but cops--criminals, I forgot which is which?  That is what happened to my buddy, who had the fight with the cops, in Utah, long before I did, well, probably, put me on the look out, because, the fight started the first week, I was a staff attorney for the Utah Prosecution Council, seeing the surcharge and the cops, prosecutors and judges, fighting over all the money, that was nothing but pure incentive, to protect the system, that is suppose to protect citizens, rather than protecting the citizens, directly, and all kinds of abuses, start to come in, from that position on!

Corruption is a slippery slope, and it opens the floodgates to potential, blackmail, for cops or anyone in any system, and the results could be devastating.  Let's take my situation, female attorney, clean as a whistle, going from being a housewife to attorney, and into the top positions in the government, no background of any kind, that would indicate criminal activity, not even a fucking driving ticket, clean as clean, but, when someone this squeaky clean, interfaces with a criminal justice system that is rigged to protect the players in the system, more than the citizens who pay their salaries, as we saw in Ferguson, when, they interviewed a very pissed off cop, with tanks, shocking the conscious of the American public, seeing tear gas and gas, used on peaceful protesters, and the cops, said, as if in fear of his life, we are just protecting ourselves?  Then, what the fuck are we paying you for?  To go after innocent people in your community?  Once you are compromised, there is not telling what you can get into, and what you are going to do to cover up the original sin . . . how does in look, if the FBI, allowed, helped, fostered, protected, and lied, to steal my $357 million case, all for political reasons for the Mormon Church, to get attorney's fees, of $118 million, trashing the bureau, the church, the Republican party, my family, my clients, BYU law school, that had to have played ball, the Utah State Bar Association, and the U.S. Federal District Courts? not to mention the U.S. Supreme Court, swearing in, and making me, come all the way to D.C., to take the oath, when, by the rules, I already was a member of the bar, did so by written oath and affirmation, to protect, defend and preserve the U.S. Constitution . . . those are a lot of big shots, looking like shit, criminal, and just one female attorney to handle, and of course the PROMISE to the fraud broads, that they would protect them, if they helped take me down! 

The other night, Fox, Megyn Kelly, had a group of blacks and whites and they were starting to have a discussion on race, and one lady, probably, for the first time, hearing that, the system is protecting the system, not us, she made me laugh, being old to this game and to the system, that, what do you mean, the cops are afraid of us, afraid of our skin, they are suppose to be protecting us, not afraid of us!  What is this, protecting the system.  Well, we saw just that . . . just days before that, the 4th of 6 cops, charged in the Freddy Gray case, were exonerated or acquitted of any wrong doing, that resulted in his death?  Megyn, said, well, you had a black state attorney, or prosecutor, a black judge, a black chief of police, so, what is up with that, justice was done . . . like I didn't see, Mayor Stephanie whatever, now a show piece for the national Democratic party, being discovered from that case, in Baltimore, Maryland . . . I am not accusing anyone, but, perhaps, paying the family, the $5 million, alleviated any guilt, or whatever, but that man, was brutally treated, with inhuman, or disregard to human dignity and denied medical treatment, having cops manhandle him, when they threw him in the back of the transport vehicle, for what, looking cross-eyed at the cops, then running?  But, this woman, never heard of cops, being chicken shit and running to protect themselves, not the citizens they are to serve and protect, same with Brian Wilson, the officer who shot, 18 year old, Michael Brown, the start of the whole Black Lives Matter movement, who, cried foul, on Michael, when he had the gun, the car, the badge, and was as large or tall as the BOY!  I saw the news, starting the day, of the shooting, August 9, 2014, as I recall, and, I recall, that on early news reports, Officer Wilson, had no knowledge of the cigars, being taken from the store, he just was being an ass, telling the kids to get out of the street!

EVERY ONE HATES YOU!  THAT MAKES IT OKAY?

Christ said, Beware, lest all men, think well of you.  Being a constitutional law attorney, with no connections really, to any party, or particular leaning, and taking on cops, can leave me, standing in the middle of democratic socialists, democrats, and republicans, with every hating me.  And, of course, everyone has sympathy for the cops, she is a bully, using her education, her blog, her cases, to upset the apple cart, when we all have it figured out on both sides of the aisle, but about as unconstitutionally, as possible.  When, the cops and mob, were trying to kill me before I left Parowan, Utah, allowing, a total fraud and double, the murderer or co-conspirator with Shelley, in killing Allan Rex Bess and 25 others, the killers were not worried, because, as he laughed in my face, all the cops, prosecutors, and judges hate you, so, good luck, and they knew they could literally get away with murder, robbing the Bess family, worth millions, stealing stocks, bonds, property, land, investments, with no heirs, only with me standing in the way, of walking away with billions, even jewelry, that was, taken right off, Hitler's mistress, rubies so dark, the were called blood rubies and worth a fucking fortune . . . NO ONE FUCKING CARES!  Where is LAW ENFORCEMENT?  They are all protecting the system against me, and protecting each other!  And because, Shelley, Brett, Frank, Jack, Kay, Rachel, Kennedy, are all hooked into the cops, NOTHING is being done on my side, the innocent victim of a billion dollar heist, if not more!

I didn't know the cops, FBI, CIA, prosecutors, judges, had to like you to do their FUCKING JOB?  This very cool, smart, but alarmed, woman, in a red dress, cracked me up, and probably reacted the same way, I did, totally innocent, that cops, scratch cops backs, and protect, dirt, in the alleged criminal justice system!  It is beyond shocking to say the least . . . after learning that, state crime labs, doctor and lie on the evidence, in almost 10% of the cases, witnessing that first hand in Utah, going all the way up the FBI, on my $56.7 million case, against dirty cops, prosecutors, narc task forces, judges, etc., seeing the FBI at the state crime lab, outright, say they could not distinguish, the voices on the tape, of what three officers, broke into my clients, house, while he was gone and planted 51 pieces of felony evidence against him, and then told the rookie narc cop to go get a warrant! all caught on tape, by another private investigator, whom the criminal justice system didn't like, because she called the on their shit, stood up, and told them where to shove it, so they went after the cases, her friends, and then, me as her attorney!  Nice little coppy whoppies!  There was a great cartoon, well, depicting, of the state of the nation, and race, showing, a cop on one side of the sidewalk, with his head in his hands, and on the other side of the curb, about 10 feet away and black man with his head in his hands!  Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy!  Stop protecting, dirty cops, and cops, who just made a poor judgement call, that should all come out in the trial, through witnesses, and the use of body cameras, don't turn them off, they are to protect you and the citizen . . . tempers flare, but, cops can't just expect, like obedience, when, citizens have rights, and if you don't follow them, they are going to ask for them, and you have taken an oath to give them to them!

I loved it, but, noted, that when the Orlando chief of police said he, was giving people their constitutional rights, and to me, he sounded a bit, begrudged at having to provide those rights, that have not been seen as something cops have had to do for what, 16 years, since the advent of that fucking Patriot Act!  The force of will . . . like I said, I may have lost everything I own, well it got stolen, by cops, or cops surrogates, and they were protected, looks pretty bad, but, at least, there is some satisfaction, to hear cops, prosecutors, judges, realizing, that if they want PEACE in their streets, and to PROTECT THEIR OWN, or cops, they are going to HAVE to do this . . . I have LONG said, from the very start of this blog:
