I was just watching, a 20/20 episode, called, something like The Lone Star Murder, about a doctor, who started dating a single gal, after years of living alone, with money, looks, security, and loved, great dad, left by his first wife, and now, in a new loving relationship . . . looked like an old jealous lover, of new woman. But, as I am watching, I think, in my God, Intel, fashion, as I look up, I see, this, 6'4" man, allegedly one of the Information Desk, worker, and catch him standing against the wall, looking straight at me, at about that same time, the other dude, wearing the grey vest, and the same colored teal colored shirt, that also works at the desk, is right by the tables, where I am sitting at the cafe' in the foyer of the Billings Clinic, that is delightful, bright, airy and with great art, and a great, place to write about, especially, about Indians, being inspired by the 10 or so, colorful, paintings of tipis or tee pees and lodges.  But, over the last 2 and a half weeks that I have been in Billings, and some days, at the clinic, I have noticed these men, looking rather suspicious, walking over, near the TVs or the tables, or the last time it appeared to be a sting op, paid and sponsored by the inner circle of Mormon paid mafia members, or cops, wherever I go, and, I thought, something's up, and sure enough, as I looked up, the smaller guy with the vest, that I saw, actually running, on the last sting op, and then, the next day, hearing him covering his ass, after I wrote about the incident, telling someone within ear distance . . . Oh, I run everywhere . . . seriously, I haven't seen you run, until, I got up to leave, the day, I saw all kind of security, maybe cop dudes, and decided to error on the side of safety, and then you ran! and this time, you did your CIA, symbolic motions, you rubbed your nose, the sign, I have learned over the four years of being chased, as Shelley, rather than JOANN, 16 to 24 cameras at the Mission, tons at the library, at BK, at Hardees, and today at the Billings Clinic . . . SHIT, and you are still fucking wondering who I am?  Three cops came in the HUB where I eat, Monday through Friday, and have for the last 2 and a half weeks! and they have surveillance and the staff pointed me out to the cops!

Two days ago, I wrote in my blog, that I took my old Walmart Money Card, good until the end of February, another 5 days or so, and checked, after ratting out, the newly activated card, that I DIDN'T ACTIVATE, and worried, that since I hopefully caught that card before, all my money ended up in Shelley's, fucking hands or Rachels, or any of several women.  After going to Wells Fargo, I went to U.S. Bank, both of those are placed that the cops or the undercover agents, would figure, that I would check, because, one is close to where I live, and the other, is central to the HUB, to the LIBRARY, and HARDEE'S and BK!  But, after the three cops, came in later that day, during lunch at the HUB, with staff pointing to me, I decided to book it out the back, near the alley, cut around and go in the HOLIDAY GAS STATION, next door, the place some blue city cop was doing surveillance on me, Saturday, shortly before, the two ambulances, fire truck and cop car came to Burger King, with, from all I could tell, no drunk Indian girl, in the alley, with no one having any information for the cops! later!  HERE IS FUCKING PROOF AGAIN . . . I am trying to stop swearing, but, this shit is wearing on me, but, I tried, my Wally's World Card, that I used, when I first got to Billings, at Denny's first, then Burger King, then Hardee's, later used, up my $16 food stamps card, at Albertsons, easy shit to prove, but, here is the receipt, from the Holiday Station, U.S. BANK!

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.

What Happens To A Community When There is No Separation of Church and State?

I want my readers to go to the actual article, in Rolling Stone Magazine, rather than trusting me, and I have already fought the NSA, and I am reading for some release, from the true crimes perpetrated against me, by the Mo Mafia and God Squad, and get some company, watching the misery of others, who have been the targets of criminals, much like the ones, that are alleged, law enforcement officers, working for a government or church, rather than working for "the" government!  The law is about definitions and hair-splitting, remember when President Bill Clinton, was asked if he did this or that, and he said, that depends on what the definition of what "is" is. I cannot do justice to the fine article that will en capsulize, not only the current problems, but, take you back to recent history, and even back further, to not necessarily ancient history, but the early history of the United States and Utah, along with the other states, now being considered, as a new starting point for polygamists, like Montana, Idaho, Arizona, etc., as if there is not only Mormons, but polygamists, with Missoula, having a polygamist community, just 30 miles outside of that city, in Montana.  

I am hoping that, federal authorities, will, look carefully at what is happening in Short Creek, and that area, and this is not about, being able to practice your religion, but, their practices are and have been ruled, as unconstitutional as far back, as 1886, before, Utah became a state . . . it took Utah, 50 fucking years, due to polygamy, with the feds having to send in appointed governors, armies, and finally, arresting, the Mormon Church, hierarchy, before, the Mormon Manifesto, did, allegedly, away with polygamy, which, we all know, it did not, and that is the scary thing, and modern day, attorneys generals, have done, more to protect polygamy, than to enforce the laws of the United States, that sees, the practice or the principle, in religious terms, as one of the twin, relics of barbarism, slavery and polygamy, being seen in the same light, one is being a labor slave and the other a sex, slave; however, with the large number of children born to a family, there is tons of free labor, and all boys are required to work two years for the church, before they can take a wife or have a home . . . many boys did their two years, and got kicked out of the community, so the old duffers could get their pick of the pretty young girls . . . now if that doesn't make you sick! 

Polygamy, A Problem Then, a Problem Now!

The United States government, refused to grant statehood, until, not only involuntary servitude, but polygamy, were forbidden forever!  But, the patriarchal priesthood, of the Utah Legislature, in all violation of not only the United States, but the state, took that provision, dealing with polygamy, out of the Utah Constitution, without, the approval of the United States, a vote of the people of Utah, and 2/3rds vote of the Utah Legislature, the proposed, future Constitution, was just put in place.  Just like the water compact, in Montana, there was no 2/3rds vote of both houses of the legislature, but it was signed into law, in total violation of the U.S., Montana Constitutions, water law, statute, and the Hellgate Treaty, of 1855 . . . someone, it telling the Indians, they can do whatever they want, like shoot, elk out of Montana state elk hunting season, as scheduled and set up through the Montana Fish, Game and Wildlife Agency!  In the Hellgate Treaty as I recall, there is unlimited fishing in, traditional fishing holes, no water rights, just, the use and benefit of the water, and as for hunting, the Indians are to follow the same rules, as other citizens of the state of Montana!  

Evidence of this type of Mormon mentality is everywhere, they hate the Constitution, and hate me, because I am one of those difficult women, who should be praised, rather than, hunted herself!  You will see, as I did, that what has been done, to disaffected members of the FLDS church, has been done to me, as a disaffected Mormon!  My family was not only, reassigned, to other very less faithful sisters, but much more obedient, but, my whole life was sold, on the auction block, because, the CHURCH, wanted to claim, my name, my fame, my cases, my money, my kids, and my son's music as theirs . . . through the same fucked up mentality of the sick, wacko, Warren Jeffs, the Mo Church, either putting them up to it, or followed the same sick agenda, thinking, they own, my indentured servitude, since I was born in a Mormon family, raised in the church, went to law school, at the Mormon College, and was a member of the bar, in the state of Mormon, I am their property, as are my children, and they can be reassigned to other family members, so the family, the church and Republicans, could maintain control of MY FAMILY, probably one of the hottest attorneys, in the state, if not the hottest, with the largest name recognition and the largest number of legal connections, bringing name and fame to the state of Mormon, therefore, they figured, they were entitled to, have someone become me, even if they were NOT AN ATTORNEY, or they could reassign, my assets to whom they decided were worthy, and the ironic, sick, stupid thing about it, is all the people they reassigned to, where NEVER active members of the Church!  LOL!  

They did buy the church, with my son's music money, however . . . oh, the title for this subsection of my blog, is the title of the section, first an email, to the then, Utah Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff, who facilitated polygamy, rather than, stopped it and prosecuted it, as he promised, in his campaign speech, asking me to be his campaign manager, in 2000 . . . but, that request and my Utah Constitution and Fun Facts, has been reassigned to Shelley, fucking bitch, who is not difficult, and obedient, because, she knows, she could NEVER, NEVER, EVER, EVER, do what I have done!  It is all about, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, prestige, power, name, manuals, being elite, and that is ME, not her, and I am right here in Billings, Montana, at the library!

Similarities To the FLDS Church and Warren Jeffs

First, I want to apologize to the normal, main, stay, members of the Mormon Faith, who believe and worship, are good families, have good values, contribute to their communities, etc., these are not the ones, that I am speaking about . . . I am talking, the upper eschewing echelon, that replaced their religion with politics, turned their religion, or this faction of the religion, into a cult, and most of you, lay members, have no idea that it is even happening, right under your noses, in plain view, and most of you would argue, disagree, and be insulted, but, I have lived it, just like these former members of the FLDS, a splinter group, who believe in the Book of Mormon, sing the church songs, and believe they are the carriers of the torch of the true, Mormon Church, and so do the fuckers, who tried to silence me!  The former leader of Jeff's God Squad, has left the FLDS church, and is now the key witness for the Department of Justice, in looking into the violation of civil rights of the people living in these polygamist enclaves!  

I didn't start underlying, until I was half way through the article, so you will have to visit the magazine online, or better, buy the magazine, so you can mark it up . . . I look at this as a God thing, because, nobody, knows, both the law and the religion like I do, and the one thing, that I would disagree with, not so much with the write, because he is not a lawyer, but, I disagree with the interpretation of the two attorneys, who were interviewed, representing the cities, rights to run things the way they want to without interference by the government . . . Short Creek is a part of the United States, and the issue of polygamy, was decided by the United States Supreme Court, in a test case, taken before, statehood was granted, and found, that the practice was unconstituitonal . . . and that each man, cannot, be a law unto himself! nor religion for that matter, and believe, me, the Mormon Church has, done exactly that, violated, not only every civil right, I have, but, been down right CRIMINAL and beyond!

FLDS, Warren Jeff's, Little Community of Whores or Horrors!

Short Creek and Mormons, just legalize adultery, by marrying the women, they sleep with!  Wait until you get a load of what these clowns are up to now:

• now, don't think for a minute, that, having more than one wife, solves, your problems, or helps men control their sexual appetite, it does quite the opposite, even the young boys, case in point, my blog this morning about the CIA, Spartan tradition of Daddy's Little Bouncing Buddy, but, Jeffs was sued by one of his own, nephews, because, when Jeffs was the principal of the polygamist school, in Salt Lake City, Utah, he called his nephew into his office and raped him, on several occasions, these fuckers, can have 80 wives, like Jeffs does, and still go after their own sons and daughters, and want more wives, just like King David did, in the Old Testament, going after Bathesheba, when he already had 700 wives and concubines!  We always want what we can't have . . . the New Testament, under the new covenant, and Jesus, tells men, and bishops, a calling in the Mormon Church, that they are only to have ONE WIFE!  The Book of Mormon, states that having more than one wife is an abomination to God and he hears the tender cries of the wives and the children, coming up to him in Heaven, and the men shall have ONE WIFE, and concubines, NONE!  But that cleaver, little Joe Smith, left an escape clause, but, if God or man, wants to raise up an alleged, righteous seed . . . I will hit this in the seed breeder section, disgusting!
• The work of God is a benevolent dictatorship," Jeffs said to the nearly 2,000 people gathered before him.  "It is not a democracy."  He read the names of 21 "master deceivers," which included four of his brothers and the mayor of Colorado City.  These men, he said, would all have to go.  And then he slipped out a side door.  "It was a shot straight through the church," Jessop says.  "That was when it changed from a CHURCH TO A CARTEL!"
• there became tests of loyalty of his followers:
• no one could wear red or drive a red car, because Jesus would return in red
• he ordered everyone to turn in their guns and then their tools
• holidays were banned and books burned
• DOJ key witness, Jessops, former leader of the God Squad, said he believed in his religion, in Jeffs, in the church's values . . . and he didn't believe authorities, who were trying to tell him what Jeffs was up to!  He said, "I would have given my life in a heartbeat for him, and he's inside with little girls."
• Jessop went to Texas, after the Utah rape conviction was overturned, no surprise, to review the evidence, trying to help build Jeffs' defense.  But he came across something that stopped him in his tracks.  A 12 year old girl named Merrianne Jessop, Willie's niece, had told investigators that during her marriage ceremony in the YFZ temple, Jeffs had laid her down on a ceremonial bed and had intercourse with her while someo f his other wives watched.  The state also had an audiotape of the encounter . . . which I am sure, jurors in Utah as also, but the Texas jury, took, like no time to convict Jeffs!
• Jessop was incredulous.  His niece's statement made reference to the law of Sarah, the FLDS doctrine that allows for plural marriage, though here it had been grossly misinterpreted to cater to Jeffs' sexual perversions.  It was so outlandish, Jessop figured the police were lying.
• note the law of Sarah, is when she could not have children, she gave her handmaiden, Hagar, to Abraham, so he could have kids, and the Lord, whispered in Abraham's ear, that he was not happy with this . . . hint, and 2,000 years later, we have warring in the middle east, because of this situation, right here, both the Jews and the Palestinians, claim the Dome of the Rock, as their temple mount!  That should be a good warning what, polygamy is in the eyes of God, and should be in the eyes of the world!  An abomination!
• Most FLDS members, when faced with a choice between family and the church, had chosen the church.  All around their town were broken families where the husband had been exiled from the community and the wives and the children had stayed behind.  But Jessop was lucky.  His wives and children stood by him, deciding to leave the church with him.
• The retribution was fast and fierce . . . God is going to kill and curse you, Willie.  He's going to send fire from heaven and burn you.  That was a direct statement from one of my own family.

THE BEST WAY TO LOOK AT IT IS ORGANIZED CRIME

• "I think the best way to look at this is organized crime, not religion." Jessop says.  "This town is basically run by one family, and everyone here has always done their bidding.  They've been able to hid behind the First Amendment, claiming religious rights to protect what they do.  When you see it for what it really is, the Mafia, everything makes sense."  (Not the first time you have heard that!)
• back last fall, in a flash flood, 13 members of the polygamist cult, were killed by the water, and believers and non-believers, joined in, to protect homes and try to save lives . . . eventually, non-believers, who lived in the same community, and anyone who did't belong to the church would hot be welcome at funerals, even if they were family members of the victims.  Many of the dead were secretly buried in order to ensure no outsiders were present'
• From prison, Jeffs is further dividing the town by building a cell o f hardened zealots that he has christened the United Order, essentially an elite group with in the faith.
• He says that if you're married to a United Order bride, you can't sleep under the same roof.  "So men get put outside."
• Jeffs has made all marriages null and void, explaining to the women of Short Creek that they are the property of the priesthood!
• Even sleeping with your spouse is considered adultery.
• Those who decide to leave, the road can be harrowing.
• Like other people in Short Creek, Thomas, is especially concerned about the rise of something called the seed bearers--perhaps the most disturbing of commands from the jailed FLDS prophet.
• According to former members who still have family inside, Jeffs has decreed that only men of a "royal bloodline" can reproduce, and only  with women selected to the United Order.
• To have a child, women must eat a special detox diet and apply to Jeffs in prison.  Husbands are made to watch these breeding sessions, a sheet is placed between the man and the woman during intercourse to keep their identities secret.  Any children born from these unions are put into hiding, likely at the FLDS network of secret compounds scattered throughout the West.  They then become property of the church, with no knowledge of the identity of their parents.
• Several former members tell me they think Jeffs is trying to create a master race, loyal only to him!
• Many members, in this situation, commit suicide.  "They call them the Lost Boys, but it's more than that, " he says.  "It's lost children, it's lost mothers, it's lost women, its lost men."
• "It's a lot of hurt, and the magnitude of it's beyond my ability to even describe."

I Never Left the Church, But the Church Left Me!

• As strong as Jessop's testimony is, there's no telling what the jury will decide in the next few weeks.  If the jury rules in favor of the DOJ, Department of Justice, it is likely that Colorado City and Hildale would go into receivership or possibly under federal control!  (this is why we need a strong federal government, and a separation of church and state!  The whole state of Utah, needs to be brought under the control of the federal government, for the same reasons!)
• There are rumors the FLDS plans to abandon the town, possibly spreading to compounds in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and the DAkotas.  If it does, it would be following a pattern established by Mormon founder Joseph Smith.  Polygamy pushed Smith's flock from Navoo, Illinois, to Salt Lake City.  IN both places, they tried to establish a theocratic society they called Zion, until it collapsed. (don't fool yourself, the theocracy is still alive, well and breeding!)
• The FLDS appears to be following the same script.
• Even as a boy, Jeffs saw himself as a messianic, believing the blood of Christ coursed through him. Ironically, his lasting legacy may be the destruction of the very cult that gave him birth.  (I have mentioned, Brett Todd Stuart/Stewart, my third husband, he went so far, as to, with my son's, music, money, buy the Mormon Church, and actually, became the new model for Jesus, with, his psychopathic lover, Kay Burningham Brown Buttars?, aka, JoAnn S. Secrist, or Joann Secrist, playing the role of the woman, caught in adultery, with Jesus, saving her, while the men of the community wanted her stoned! . . . Not a bad idea, for what these two fuckers, Bonnie and Clyde did to the Mormon Church, Shelley, Frank, my father, etc., all on me and my families money and backs . . . why the hell do you think they want me dead!  Brett was also reading, about Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin, master race shit, and he is very much into the polygamy thing! and breeders, master race . . . he just wants to claim, MY KIDS, as his and Kay's, LOL, reassigned?  LOL!  What a fucking JOKE!  Special agents? frauds, a hoax, a fucking pathetic joke!)

Scary Dream, Six Months Ago . . . Applies Now!

So, in this dream, I was down in Red Rock Country, like Moab, Bryce Canyon, Arches National Park, and I was on this high, stiff cliff, slipping to the edge of the huge rock, about 1 inch from the edge of the cliff, with my shoes slipping on loose sand and rocks, my hands being the only thing to keep me from going off . . . then, even in my dream, I had the conscious thought, that all I had to do, was wake up from the dream, and I was free!  This is much, like these sting ops and black ops, used to protect the guilty and hurt and injure me, the only one with clean hands and a pure heart, here, simply, following, the Billings slogan, Bring It To Billings . . . so, I did!  That is the god-damned simple truth.  I know the CIA and FBI, are always going for the flash bangs, the magic shows, the laser lights and dark to cover the real show, the fakes, whether it be fake cop boy bands, using my son's music, or stealing my other son's computer, record scratching, or keyboard music, straight off his computer, or stealing my name, resume, education and experience, legislation, blogs, constitutional analysis . . . don't you think, it is time, to let the TRUTH OUT?  I sure as hell do, I am getting bored, four years of this, sneaky, shitty, dumb ass bull shit, lies, cover-ups, protecting a bunch of Dogs with Jobs, Dumb Divas, Dollyrots, Tits and Asses . . . is simply, not beholding to the government, nor the local cops shops, it is disgusting, at best, and hideous at worst.

Appropriately, I Am Watching This Movie, "INSIDE OUT!" 2015

It cracks me up, so much like the Mormon clowns that are doing this to me, the MO FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, ATF, etc., what a crock of shit, these idiots are making of themselves and proving my case against them daily.  But, in this movie, it is like the Stepford Wives, but it is men, who are sharing surveillance of their wives, boobs, with each other, listening to the sex lives of their neighbors, spying on each other, and as paranoid, boring, and lame ass, as the fuckers who are trying to take me down.  They all live in nice homes in suburbia, that could be in any state, outside any town, and like, most Mormons would like their neighborhoods to be, with it quiet by 7:00 P.M., so they can sneak around the neighborhoods, spying on each other!  One guy, invited his boss and another guy, into his office, and has his wife, stand in front of the cameras over their computers, and has her unbutton her shirt, probably fake tits, and his boss, is disgusted at the older married woman's tits, uneven and hanging down, as many women's boobs, are, as they advance.

Some black dude, moves in the neighborhood, and these guys start spying on him, one guy, can't get it up any more, there are suspicions that he is gay, and, this and that.  All the helicopter parents, come to the birthday parties, but, the kids can't because, there is rumor that some kid with a cold, might come, so the rest of the parents, would not let their kids attend the birthday party, preferring to hurt the kid, rather than appear to be bad parents, allowing their children, to attend a party where some kid has a runny nose . . . all the little daddy's, get up and drive out of their sterile houses with perfect yards, and all the little wives, are home running errands, making cookies and taking care of the home.  It reminds me of Bountiful, Utah, where I grew up, that is why I wanted to go to Chicago, between my second and third year of law school, and see people with purple hair, leopard leggin's, with different values, different mindsets, etc.  But, all these white uptight crackers, are jealous of the black guy, wonder if their wives are in love with him, or want to have sex with him . . . stereotypes.  The black guy, starts doing surveillance on his neighbors, the ones spying on everyone else.  He catches them beating their wives, having sex, sadistic sex, masochistic sex, same sex, their wives are actually having, lesbian sex.

The black psychiatrist lost his license, because he wanted to treat his patients, without using medication.  He sees a world without meds, and that is probably way, he got his license yanked, those powerful pharmaceutical companies.  Finally, a kid runs away, and this is why the psychiatrist, and this is when, the doctor, who had a wife die, in childbirth, in water, with the baby surviving, giving it up for adoption, always regretting that decision, and when he sees this neighbor kid, having troubles, the parents, taking him to doctor after doctor, and even accuse the impotent father, and say the kid, based on the pictures he is drawing, is being sexually abused by someone, possibly the father.  All the kid wants to do is have a dad!  One who will spend time, throwing a ball around, and having fun . . . not having facials with his wife!  The parents wanted the kid to swim, but he didn't want to take swimming lessons, he wanted to play baseball.  Eventually, through the surveillance, and the black dudes, patients, the parents, he is able to cure the marriages, the father/child relationship, without meds.  They are terrified, but, he makes his point . . . all about love, all about spending time, and stop projecting your sickness onto everyone else.  The alleged, abuser, the murder, the wacko, the doctor, the guys in the neighborhood, get a cop friend to do a background check to learn about him . . . you see the stereotypes, the fears of the men, the bull shit they put their wives through, and how sterile their lives are, and they are killing their kids, due to playing to the cameras!  This movie is PERFECT . . . these feds, Mormons, especially, judge, everyone else and they are even more guilty than the people they are judging . . . this must have been kicked up by my blog, on not judging!

I am sure that Shelley and the gals, have made large donations to hospitals and clinics, to cover the fact, that, while I did the amazing feat, of getting 9 federal agents, transferred, fired, or retired, after pushing the FBI and about 27 other males, attorneys, law enforcement, and others, from the Department of Health, etc., even writing a manual, for the cops to follow, making them, actually follow the LAW . . . silly me, when doing their investigations, and Shelley, creating the smoke screen, saying she did it, and backing it up with MY money, or MY sons money . . . Chris could have been worth, just as much as Elliot, making electronic music, being stolen off his computer, selling his tunes and beats, to Rhianna' and JayZ! (2) create chaos--an emergency, that nobody but the cops knew about . . . I saw the follow up, cover officer, going after the fact, when they could not find me, interviewing witnesses, the ones likely to have called in the emergency, stating that they didn't see or know a thing . . . you start to put this shit together and it stinks to high heaven, as does the shot out windows! (3) one drunk Native, two ambulances . . . ask yourself, who, they were using the second one for? could that be ME?  One can only wonder?  Maybe?  (4) cop comes inside, tags my ass, while the EMTs and Fire Fighters, attend to the alleged drunk, needing medical care, and the cops arrests me, no I.D., can claim I am Shelley, whom I have been writing about, they haul whom they think is Shelley, could even be an FBI agent, dressed in a local cop shop uniform, take me outside to talk to me; and (5) instead of putting me in the cop car, drug me . . . as easy as shooting a syringe filled with water or air, into my neck, no evidence, and then; (6) place me in the second ambulance and haul my dead body off . . . no more Shelley--but the "real" JoAnn, and the FUCKING FAKE ASS FUCKING CUNT, SHELLEY, get to be ME!  NICE . . . slick and made for TV! 

Go figure, there is a Shelley, staying at the shelter, right now . . . I have been their since, around, January 29, 2016.  When, things started to go south, for the bitch squad and locals, because, why would they block all Walmart Money Card, records of me being in White Fish, where I started my political career, in Montana on the medical marijuana issue, with half the room filled with growers waiting for sentencing, after the FBI raids, back in 2011, and a woman testifying that she took out, 8 cops in Utah, ratting out cop growers and street vendors of pot, to the then, U.S. Attorney General of the District of Utah, Brett Toleman, after noticing three separate raids, three years in a row, all in the first, two weeks in August, attended by cops, who just could not find, the grower or distributors, allegedly Mexican drug cartels were doing the dirty deeds, rather than the cops making a few bucks, with the DEA! or blocking my money trail, in Billings? Planning to kill me? and say, yeah, there was a Shelley staying at the rescue mission! failing to mention, there was and is, also, a JoAnn S. Secrist, at the Mission also?  We wouldn't want to be caught lying, so bring in the same name as the double trouble, Shelley, who is probably, masquerading as an FBI agent, claiming all my credentials, honors, special feats, making the feds look like the assholes they are, as well as the feds, dragging, local cops, who I warned in my first blogs in Billings, that I was hear to focus on this area of the state, promoting local businesses and activities . . . PROVE ME WRONG!  I have done this for two and a half years, all over the STATE!  Hitting and kicking the cops back, is self defense, that I am fucking entitled to, you use your tools, I use MINE!  A fucking god-damned big stick with a billion readers!

These Guys and Gals Are Everything BUT REAL!

Okay, let's go back to Saturday, and I am going to solve the mystery of the three windows, shot at or out, at the Billings Public Library.  To get the totality of the circumstances, I needed a few more bits of information, I got, yesterday, from the regular security guard, and the undercover cop, dressed like a security guard . . . I notice stuff, like cop gear, as opposed to security guard gear, and I believe, there was a second attempt to get me yesterday!  Right after I finished writing my blog, and giving the details of the sting op, on Saturday, at Burger King, with cops wondering, if I was going to write more, I believe, that decided to take a second swat at me, protecting the fake bitches, whether it be, Shelley over here, or Rachel and the fake Kennedy? a cop, but, as I packed up my shit, and walked, the back book shelves to the restrooms, not wanting to notify, either the security guards, at this time, I didn't see the cop, security guard, but the front desk, whom I am sure, would be involved, as they always are, so they can cover the asshole shit and cops shit, and I walked past this book, and as usual, in God and real time, jumped out at me, one in 10,000 or more books . . . but the title, I could read without my glasses, was The Perfect ?  I stopped, and put my glasses, on for some odd reason, and the title of the book, was, The Perfect Flight! now, that could have applied to Saturday, or at that time, yesterday at BK, or it could have applied "real" time, right then, and that later seemed to be the case.

So, I come out of the restroom, and there is the normal security guard, the one, who I talked to, the morning the windows were discovered, Saturday, and he was the one, who told me the library was close . . . he has seen me, at the library, most days, since I have been in Billings, the Identifier?  It appears so, because, when I walked out of the restroom, both the security guard and the undercover, security guard cops, loaded for bear, were both standing at attention, just outside the bathrooms, or were going in?  But, I surprised them, and probably took them off their game, because, the young cop, couldn't look me in the eyes, and basically ignored me, wanting to appear, invisible, I think . . . I fucking trained cops, I have watched them for years, I know there gear, I know a security guard's gear!  SHIT, I am the professional you are dealing with, and you are dealing with the amateur, psychopath!  LOL!  So, the security guard, stops me, and asks, me, if I know if there is anyone else in the restrooms?  I just heard, the name Shelley again, she is the one, putting you up to this shit, and it is HER, you are looking for, in going after ME, dumb asses!  God!  You are being played, stuped and duped!  She is the criminal!  I told the security guard, with the pretending not to be noticed cop, that I didn't pay attention?  Was the cop going in to arrest me in the bathroom?  You see, they don't want any WITNESSES!  They have made that mistake before and it set them back, what 4 YEARS! LOL!

Hey, Did You Check Your Surveillance Cameras?  You Should Have Caught the Vandals or the Cops on Tape!  No, That Only Points At the Building.

Bingo, cover-up, or the security dude, just doesn't know, how, circular surveillance, 360 cameras work, plus there is this tube like, surveillance camera, over each of the doors on both sides of the Library, I check these things!  The young cop or FBI agent, is just standing there, silent, wanting to disappear into the carpet, hearing, how much I know and what, my advice is!  LOL!  Then, I lowered the bomb, I am an attorney, I used to be an assistant attorney general, in the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney General's Office . . . silence!  I thought so, CHECK YOUR CAMERAS, I am pretty sure, that you caught the car, or the shooter, and it was a marksman who did it!  After, leaving the building, I was heading to the free haircuts and shindig, at the Child and Family Center, and I cut through the Billings School District, back parking lot, and God did his thing . . . to support, my analysis of the new 360 cameras, at the Library, to counter the cop and security guard, version, there was this sign, which, I am sure, they will be told to take down, or race to get rid of, once I write this, as they did on the bus, that failed to go by the Mission, or was late, so I could not check to see, if the Protect Yourself sign was returned to the bus, causing more questions than answers, validating my next day blog, that it was removed, because I wrote about it . . . games, games, games!  I am a gamer, and better, smarter, more educated, and cagier!  LOL!  But, the sign, behind the school district building, on the block between the Library and the Center, has a black, 7, or the scriptural number of completion, indicating, complete, 360 coverage on the surveillance camera, and it had a red, fan or feather looking shape around it, again, indicating, a complete circle of coverage!

I thought to myself, sure as shit, these fuckers, shot out the windows, two had bullet holes in them, the first two, and the third window, had the whole fucking window blown out, with about a circular, 3 or 4 foot whole, totally gone--no computers missing, nothing amiss, other than, closing down the Library the day the sting op is being carried out, driving me to BK, because, with my main stays out of commission, the Library and the Billings Clinic, the only other choice I had was BK or Hardee's, and BK was closer and I had spent more time there, than at Hardee's, when I first came, via money card trail and guess . . . but today, the way I could see it, as I walked by, leaving the U.S. Bank, things had changed, the cover-up, was the third window with the largest whole, had been replaced, and the middle, or second, window in from the corner, that only had a bullet, hit, but not penetrate, and in the bull's eye center, right smack in the middle, meaning someone, who was a fucking good shot, even hit the second window, right in the middle, and the third, blowing it clean through, tried a more high powered rifle, bigger gun power? and blew a hole, clean through, but, in almost a perfect circle!  I would have thought, that the logical thing to do, was to fix all of them, at the same time, and if you only had two windows in stock, or one, but it looked like two had been replaced with normal glass, and looked good, but I was surprised to see, that the second window still had the ply board behind it, not the third one that was shot clean through?  The Library was allegedly first to be opened, by 2:00 P.M., on Saturday, is that when, plan B, started?  She went into BK and typed her blog, sneaked over to the Library, because her post was blocked, and so, another plan was concocted . . . there was a cop, sitting right across the street, parked at the Holiday Gas Station, for at least an HOUR!  Your tax dollars at work?

God, You Are Stronger!

Now, I can never, be sure, if things are as they appear, when something happens, like yesterday, I can just, read the writing on the wall, take things in the context, of what has been going on in a city, or in my life, understanding, that there are many, who, not only hate me, but want me dead, in fact, it was reported, three years ago, that I actually was dead, and those serving the pros, and, like the slogan of Serve Pro: As if it never happened!  It is like rats, abandoning a burning ship, when the chips start to fall, and the truth is exposed, and those, who are responsible, see that this game is about over, and through my blog, protection, literally from on high, and other means, the shit is going to hit the fan, everyone, just acts, as if, none of this last 15 years ever happened, just like they are trained to do when someone in the CIA is caught, they are left on their own, to fend for themselves and do the best they can, after, all precautions and endeavors, were taken to protect the CIA assets, everyone, acts as if they don't know them, or never heard of them, or were without knowledge that this person or that, did this or that and all, is to return, to the point, as if nothing ever happened, and let the chips fall where they will, taking down, whomever, happens to be caught in the wake of exposure and the ramifications, attached to the activities of this nature, involving, literally, million of dollars, if not billions, lies, deceptions, identity theft, not just of taking someone's bank card, but, actually taking their life over, and pretending to be them . . . there are so many true crimes and by so many, it is shocking, and the reverberations of something on this scale, SHOULD, be horrendous, and protecting the guilty, is even worse than the CRIMES themselves!

To examine crimes, one has to take them, in the totality of the circumstances of what had been happening, why and who is involved, and looking a myriad of elements, that make up the totality of the events, not only leading up to the event, but, what is behind it, so: (1) first, I was able to actually get a Social Security Card, that has been denied me for the last three years--I believe this freaked out, those whom have so ably been able to keep me from doing this or that, getting a job, getting my license back, even renting a hotel, or motel, or getting a job, even interfering in my job application process, blocking online applications and even getting on the data base at the Job Services, because, that Social Security number has been used by this or that person, probably since, about 2000, thinking I was going to die by 2002, with Pick's Disease a terminal brain disease, allegedly, and they got so used to the power, the prestige, the money, the lies, that they even believed them, themselves, or they believed, themselves, more deserving of the honors, awards, and resume, than the person who really did all this stuff, or more worthy to be the parent, of this child, because of the separation, that, was created, purposefully and orchestrated, to accomplish, this alienation of affection, that seems to be healing, using, brainwashing techniques, and false memory plants, along with other fringe shit, agencies involved, have been developing since, 1947, at the CIA, with the Illuminati, and others, for such times as we are in now, taking out, people by, using questionable techniques, that have caused unsuspecting lab rats, like, to murder others, to jump out of windows, to be used as sex toys, laborers or just plain, murdered when their use was done! (2) due to that SS card being mailed, that, connects me to everything, my past employment, tax records, husbands, children, everything, the panic began, and this is not the first time, but, the need to steal my Social Security money, that I have been receiving for 16 years, was also gone for, probably with either the NSA, hackers, my father, on the computer, 24/7, former spy for the Air Force, former spy for the Office of Strategic Services or Intelligence, maybe even in the services of the CIA, using the NSA and other agencies, with connections to the government, with cousins, former FBI field directors, in Los Angeles, working for the Mormon church with any member, working in some of these capacities, able to simply, go into the records, change the last address, which is the Poverello Center, in Missoula, and give an address change, or because the Pov is a government or partially funded government facility, forced staff, or bribed staff, who all know me, to give, a sister or another women, my mail, believing that violating, not only postal rules, but felony theft, making them also accomplices! (3) my blogs are getting more and more to the point, and digging deepper and deeper, and my have hit, what I would consider the Fireplace, bringing fire, fire, fire, down on some locals here, who may be working in police departments and have become, with my money and name, the pillars of society, which is the norm when you have a shit load of money to give to this our that charity, agency, grants or foundations, building up the community, not necessarily to make it better, but to launder money, gotten and obtained through ill gotten gains, theft and other criminal enterprises, or RICO type, activities, associated  with organized crime, making people, think they are great, and not wanting to lose out on the money trail!  (4) Billings, previous, to this last trip, has been a pit stop, while going to and from Denver, Durango or Grand Junction, but this time is different, and I have stay, written about the local scene, made some face to face contacts, and have some friends here, possibly crowding, what you might consider, virgin territory, or a place, where my enemies, the fake bitches, and fraud broads have found safe, seeing, Billings has not been on my Montana circuit, for the last 4 years, believing, I would not come this way, crowding them out of their comfort and lying zone, to make people interface, with the real JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., in a manner that is up close and personal, making everyone from the cops, who support the liars, and hate me, on edge, as it seemed yesterday, to be the case . . . I may be wrong, but this is my take on it, and others may see it differently . . . given all of this and more, and what has happened in other cities, not only in Utah, Montana, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and Colorado, this is par for the course, and just the same antics, different cities, when the fraud broads and their bow bastards, get feeling threatened and the need to strike, the fear of law enforcement in me, mafia in me, or city fathers and mothers, who, may believe, the losers, who are support and coddled, and lied about to protect, giving money this way and that, appearing to be someone, and something, other than they are, while, I bring the fear of God, in the locals, hearing of my lawsuits, escapes, other cops stories, and other city, actions, not being apprehended, NOT REALLY KNOWING WHY, OTHER THAN FEAR, they are chasing me, or bothering someone, who has brought, needed focus and attention, to downtown areas, generally where buses and shelters are located, giving a worldwide advertisement for the city and its shining points . . . never did more than this, ever, and what I ever wrote about, was in self defense, although, finally understanding, psycho and sociopaths, seeing what, I am up against, I have become more aggressive in my blogs!  With this background, you might be able to connect the dots, and see what is going on, and what, I have been up against!

False Flag, Medical Emergency at Burger King

Saturdays, are a bit difficult when you write a daily blog, and the Billings Clinic is closed, you don't have any money, so loitering is out, at a food joint, and, when you go to the library, the windows have been shot out, and this is right after writing a blistering blog, about the possibility, that, the reason, you Walmart Money Card, has been stolen, or activated, without the account owner's approval, not only given out without authorization, but with apparent, disregard for federal and state laws, and you have just, been the girl, who might have kicked up a hornets nest, you even get suspicious, that, the cops, who have been following you for the two weeks you have been, in the city, but, even wonder, given the nasty nature of the blog, the day before, when you specifically called the Billings Public Library, wonderfully cool, if law enforcement, themselves didn't shoot out the large plate glass window on the library . . . there is surveillance, that should expose, exactly who did it, because, on the side it happened on, and it was terrible, huge ass hole, that, the security camera, would have not only caught the vandals who were either on foot, or in a vehicle, because, it is very close to the road, and not far from the windows, that were blow out!  Was someone pissed, that I took credit for my work, mentioned my son's bands, and that, I am, in fact, the mother of the bass guitarist, vocalist, and guitarist for Parallax, God's Revolver, Maraloka, The Ditch and the Delta, and Worst Friends, and that cops' kids, were in fact, used to make up fake bands, of all of these and this might expose, local cops and pillars, who have lied for fucking years?  Makes sense to me, and most kids, or homeless, members of the community, rely on the computers, the Internet, and use of the Library, so why in the hell would they damage, such a new and beautiful facility, that they USE?

In the last couple of days, the cop presences wherever I am, has increased, and they seem bolder and bolder, getting closer and closer, many, even convinced that I am in fact, the criminals, I am writing about in this blog, Shelley, Rachel, Susan, Tiffany, Marcie, Kay, etc., all women, who in one capacity or another, have claimed, either to be me, or some part of me, all in an effort, to make me disappear, completely, if not literally dead, at least figuratively dead; therefore, making, it in their minds, and that of the beneficiaries, perfectly fine, to be me . . . well, no I am alive and well, coming to the library, at roughly 2:00 P.M. to 2:15 P.M., on the side opposite where the windows were blown out!  Now, someone, frustrated, and pissed, may have, tried to stop me from writing my blog, and digging deeper and deeper, into this illegal and unlawful shit, exposing more and more . . . the TRUTH shall make you free!  But, in the same bent as with Jesus and the Apostle Paul, robbers, are preferred to me also, and many would rather beat me, to a bloody pulp, if they can get their hands on me, than, recognize the lies, that they may, have been deceived by, or even participated in, themselves!  Some people are angry at me, and don't even know why, there is no rhyme or reason, to their anger, they are just caught up in the witch hunt, and join the group, of those who can give, or have given money, even if they know, it is MY money!  So, due to the lack of money, the closing of the Billings Clinic, and the window incident at the Billings Library, I was forced to go over to Burger King, where they have seen me purchase, food, sometimes breakfast, lunch and dinner, when I first got here, and they are nice anyway, and didn't hassle me one bit, and many of your library crowd, crashed at the Burger King, to get their Internet.  But it is what happened while I was there, that is of concern to me.  Evidence of continued and heightened harassment and intimidation.

Alleged Drunk Female Native Passed Out in the Parking Lot of BK

Several times, this week, or lately, I have put my picture in my blog, being here in Billings, and, I have noticed, people whisper, smile, act like they recognize me, and this is particularly so, for the 20 to 30 set, and such was the case, yesterday, at BK, this young, dark haired, smart looking, chick, in that age range, kept, smiling at me . . . now, due to being covered, and other women, taking credit for being me, whether they write the blog or not, and more than glad to take the fame and recognition, or attention that goes with being somewhat of a celebrity, I am not, accustomed to any limelight, nor do I want it, and prefer, to just ignore any attention, and one time, in Missoula, it was obvious, that, several high school agers, recognized me, from my recent picture and started beaming, waving, smiling and trying to get my attention, and because, really, until last summer, I didn't put my picture in the blog, only the small, picture, in the bio section, that could so easily, and has been stolen, with wigs, or sisters, who look alike or could be mistaken for me, but this time, I could tell, that, surely, these girls recognized me and obviously, liked what I had to write and dug seeing me in person, knowing, at the time, I was in Missoula, as I am now in Billings . . . but, I was uncomfortable, and just smiled and walked by, and I think, they may have thought, I was rude, a snob, or stand-offish, but, I just don't like attention, or being noticed, same reason, I hated, birthdays, wedding showers, or baby showers . . . I would rather not.  I love that, people read my blog, hope they learn, hope they enjoy it, and are entertained and maybe improve their love life, their religious experience, or learn about this or that, but, as far as dealing with, much fan fair, I really don't need or care about.  They can have it! LOL!  But, this seemed to be the case, with this young, very smart looking women, who, I guessed by her reaction, knew damned will who I was, my challenges, and reacted, just like someone actually, ON MY SIDE FOR ONCE, and she caught my eye, and opened her mouth, as if to warn me, and she pointed to the COP CAR, two ambulances, and fire trucks, first with just their lights on, or I didn't hear them, because, I was watching a my son's new, music, recording their new demos, at the KRCL studio, and it was the first time I had seen it, having talked to Elliot the day before, where he told me about the three new songs, and I was stoked to see a new video, having watched all his other videos, hundreds of times!

But, this FRIEND, opened her mouth wide open, raised her hands, knowing I didn't hear the commotion, and pointed out the onslaught of emergency vehicles, that so easily, as they have in the past, been a cover-up for a potential take down, or illegal arrest, or whatever, hauling my ass off, to parts unknown, with, people, not knowing where I am, 90% of the time and in jeopardy, now, even more than ever, no having, my money or any connection to myself, or past, and my new Social Security Card, going to Missoula, where I intended to go, as per, telling that in my blog, after getting my money, actually, checking out of the Rescue Mission, with staff and others, asking me all morning, Wednesday, the anticipated departure date, before, I learned that someone had taken, my new debit card, and activated the card, with me, wanting the last deposit, on this old card, getting me to Missoula, in time to get my SS card, before that also disappears too! erasing me completely, the enemies goal for fucking 16 years, with Shelley, trying monthly to get access, and with several women, doubles, actually even taking out money, off the card, and now with an even greater threat, and with, MY CARD, being cancelled, rather than the newly opened one, like I instructed, probably, the FBI, fusion center asshole, who was definitely not, customer service, very sarcastically telling me, and asking me if I was ready to listen to what he told me to do . . . with a long, asshole like pause, and then, cancelling, the card, I HELD IN MY HAND, rather than the one the other person, Shelley or Rachel, probably coming up here, if Rachel and the fake, Kennedy, cop, are hanging out on some ranch outside of town!  It was fucking NICE TO HAVE A FRIEND FOR ONCE!  SHIT!

My Blog, Was Blocked, From Enabling Me to Post At BK . . . I Had to Go Over To the Library, Stand Outside and Get On the Internet, and Post the Blog, Even More Blistering, Than the One Before . . . I Am Quit Sure, This is What Created the Emergency!  Not Only Were the Indians Gone, But, There Seemed to Be No Alarm, or Any Commotion, to Warrant, This Show of Alarm!

Due to the shocking reaction of the young friend, who actually disappeared herself, after warning me . . . she said, I don't have anything to worry about, and I said, I DO! and I got the BK counter help, to let me in the bathrooms to wait out the emergency, or alleged shit that seemed to be going down with no apparent reason! So, me and some chick from the Mission, new, were talking in the bathroom, and stayed, until the coast was clear, and when I came out, the young girl was gone!  She may have, done this, being funny, and when I reacted, like I do, with PTSD syndrome, having been chased, harassed, jailed twice, without a reason, and with four fucking years of this type shit, and another incident in Missoula, involving, an ambulance and cops, a blocked attempt to stay at a motel, across the street, with the Sleep Inn, being the most likely place I would go, as the target, leaving the cop and emergency personnel, pulled up to the backdoor of a motel room, on the back side of the motel, making it easy to shoot me up with something, or shoot me, and put my body, in the back and drive off . . . there were no sirens, nothing to indicate, trouble or an emergency, and the motel, I tried to stay at, said they were full . . . 3 cars and 50 spaces, then they said they had a bunch of bikers, come to town, NO BIKERS HERE . . . the clerk, then just said, I CAN'T RENT TO YOU! which would have forced me across the street, leaving on the bus the next day . . . get me before I leave? in this case too?  

I am sure, that when the girl, saw, a ton of emergency people, coming to attend, what appeared to me, to be NO emergency, with NO Indians, around or in sight, and it had been, just a half hour or so, when I posted my blog, after being blocked for, hours at BK, I was, not taking any chances . . . I would like to say, they were their to see if I was, the right JoAnn, because, cops can, trace my cell phone, and knew exactly where I was, at the time and they probably would have known, that I could not post, but, they, might not have known, that I slide out the side door, out the back, and along a building, in the shade, cut across the parking lot of the building behind BK, and sneaked over to POST without notice, from aerial surveillance, that seems to keep a 24/7 vigilant watch on me, to cover the sins and crimes of the LOSERS, who have all my money and claim they are me!  When I came out of the bathroom, all was clear, however, I cop, came back on the scene, about 15 minutes later, he saw me, sitting there!  LOL!  He acted like he was taking, witness statements, etc., and I know the crowd of Indians, that frequent BK, because, they have talked to me at the HUB Community Center, and I passed them, when, I first came to BK after learning about the windows, but I had not seen them, in some time!  And certainly not at the time, all the emergency vehicles and such, showed up at BK in force!  Truth is stranger than fiction . . . check the surveillance cameras . . . the security guard at the library, looks to me, to be an old cop, and, I told him, I had to come over to post my blog, because, I could not get Internet, or I had a cloud or something over, JUST my computer, and posting, because, there were several other computers on site and they had not trouble, being on the web!  Go figure . . . I guess I am special!  No Thanks!

Judge Not, That Ye Be Not Judged: the Football Player and the Homeless Man With a Moral Compass!

This was a 20/20 or Dateline show, called, I (Almost) Got Away With It!  This true life crime story, shows, exactly why we do and should not judge someone else, NEVER, EVER!  There was this handsome young football star, married to his high school sweetheart, seemed to have the world by the tail, everything came easy to him, from football, to real estate, until he got hooked on drugs, with a habit, that capped out at the time, at $15,000 per month, leading him to his life of crime and hiding it from his best friend and girlfriend, now mother, of one and pregnant with another.  This very bright driven young father and husband, decided that he needed to rob a security truck that picked up cash from the local bank, in Monroe, somewhere, small town, America.  He watched the trucks, when they came, when they left, how much time he had, planned ever detail, from pretending to be a landscaper, they grew familiar with at the bank, in the yard, or parked across the parking lot, at the bank, taking notes, studying and making plans for the staged, landscaping outfit, writing a Craigslist ad, for some new hires, in his landscaping business, telling them to show up at the bank, wearing exactly the uniform, he was going to wear to rob the bank, confusing security and cops alike, leaving doubles, wandering all over the lot, looking for their new potential boss, with everyone, wondering what was going on, as he ran for the cash and made a dashing get away, running away with $450,000, as if it was a football, and he in the game of his life!

Prior to that day, there was this homeless man, that the football player, had several brief exchanges with, who saw him, stash, his sunglasses, bright vest, and get away clothes, on the days he practiced his routine, and get away, and a time or two, this homeless man, who lived, somewhere near the dumpster, where the get away gear was placed, even, told the football jock, that, he knew he was up to no good.  The cock of the rock, ignored the man, and brushed him aside and continued with whatever he was doing at the time. So, after the heist, and the get away, which included, a water craft inner tube, bright yellow and black, and floating away with the cash, down the river, he had, even used a jet ski, the first choice, but it kept getting high centered or caught on rocks, so he decide, a lazy float down the river, on a great escape, even in the middle of the day, would do the job.  Detectives were called on the scene, confusion was going on everywhere, and it appeared the crook, got away with the money, and with all the decoys, and doubles, dressed alike, the cops, thought they had been had! and were without leads, and anything to go on.

A Phone Call, No Return Number, A Cop Search Using 10 Burgers!

Out of the blue, dispatch, gets a call, a day or two later, from a guy, named Alan, who said, he, not only knew who the guy was, or could identify him, but, he, had also taken down, the license plate number of the vehicle, on the day of the bank robbery.  Dispatch asked him, if he had a return number, detectives could reach him at, and he said, he didn't have a phone.  Well did he have an address, they could come take a witness statement from?  No, he lived in a tent, down by the river or a park, somewhere near, a tent city of homeless in the city.  When the cops, got the message, they decided, they didn't have much else to go on, so they, bought 10 burgers and headed to the tent city, in search of this homeless guy with a moral compass, who ended up, giving the cops, not only a description of the guy, but, he jut happened to have a pen, in his pocket and took down the number, having a small paper notebook in his pocket.  After the cops, gave out, 7 of the burgers and had only three left, they came to a tent, that they couldn't knock on the door, but they yelled in and asked if an Alan was in there, and he was.  Alan, came out and gave the cops everything they needed to get the guy, including his license plate number! providing the home address.

The homeless guy, was the key witness against this most likely to succeed, favorite son and athlete, who had robbed the bank and armored truck for $450,000, on his way to Las Vegas, and a new life.  I guess his conscience got to him and he missed his wife and daughter, and she was just ready to deliver a new baby. He said, the one mistake he made, was that he totally underestimated the homeless guy, with a moral compass!  Some of the money was recovered, after the Vegas spending spree, a new Land Rover, and a lavish, vacation, adultery, etc.  His wife is waiting for him, and I can't remember, how much time he got, 16 to 25 years, or something, and she is sticking with him, but she is struggling, with two young children and being a full time working mom, saying her life has been changed forever.  Now, on the surface, one would think, that the homeless guy was the one, on drugs, with a messed up life; however, on closer, inspection, and examination, it was actually, the homeless guy, who was living a life based on morals, and he said, he just could not, have stood by and let this crime happen, so he turned the guy in!  And the reason, this man, may have actually been homeless, is not known, but, it may, in fact, have been his moral compass, that landed him, in that homeless situation!  CASE IN POINT . . . and I have often wondered, how, the cops, have no moral compass, once they know they truth?  We just never know!  Whistleblowers are very unpopular people, in any organization, and even more so, in law enforcement and the criminal justice and justice systems, where the guys you are ratting out, have the ability to make your life a living hell, arrest you without warrant, take you from wherever, and lock your ass up and throw away the key, and if you are lucky, they will let you live in some federal detention center or federal prison, and if you are unlucky, with so much writing on the wall, that I am in that category, they will just kill your ass, and steal all that you are, all that you earned, take all that you love and hold dear, and bury you, where NO ONE WILL EVER FIND YOU!
