Voting, Is Not Like Knowing What Goes Into Making Your Hot Dog or Sausage . . . You Want to Know the Make Up Of the People You Sent to Run the County, State & Country!

I know that this is a limited sample, but, I for one can't vote in this election, nor for reasons within my control, and for more than one; however, the main reason, is I have been the victim of an identity theft, that goes back to about 1991, as I figure.  While I have voted in most elections, due to having longevity connected to my Utah Driver's License, having had one, or during a time of possible death, either from genetics, or government poisoning for exercising my political options, and voice, along with my 1st amendment right to free speech, in redressing grievances with the government, often at an up and personal level, having worked 5 statewide jobs, teaching at 3 universities, having trained many professionals, in several areas of expertise, writing two manuals, both still in use, from around 1996-97, with national entities, using and adopting materials, and having gone to the U.S. Supreme Court, and every level of state court, plus writing this blog, that is at threat, of being deleted, paragraphs missing, shut down, with total blackouts at time, or with the NSA, doubling up on the name of my blog, or using it to make money on the blogs they like, when I refuse to advertise, or take money, staying clear of advertising influences, or anything that would compromise me in anyway to just tell it like I see it, letting the chips fall, where they will, and being up on issues, candidates, platforms, arguments, etc., I am being prohibited from voting, because my enemies, control all the government vital statistics, driver license divisions, motor vehicles and other things that I need to vote, like getting, simply, access and a copy of my Birth Certificate from California, already having sent $100, and running into fowl play, interference, even to getting an email, stating that I was too mean, so they, a government agency, will not send me a copy that I actually EXIT?

Stopped at the Polls, or Stopped From Being Me . . . Perp, ID Theft for Political Gain!

I have been hanging around Montana, while being tormented, pursued, and chased out of almost every country, city, and whatnot, either because of lawsuits, that got the attention of law enforcement, or current blogs, that upset, one government entity or another . . . freedom of speech!  You see, the problem is not that I do not know what I am talking about, it is quite the opposite, I know too well, what I am talking about, the issues, the hot button topics, the Achilles Heels, due process and equal protection trouble spots, for the government, always, always, always, on the side of the PEOPLE!  There are not enough attorneys, who themselves, even know and understand the U.S. Constitution, let alone, their own state constitutions . . . the common thought in Utah, up to the time I filed a $357 million lawsuit, against, the state's top attorneys, including the attorney general, who has oversight over the errant securities division that was perpetrating and participating in over zealous, over reaching, investigations and prosecutions, meting out revocation of financial planners, securities license, 110 for the division, 0 for the planners in the state of Utah; three plaintiffs in Iron County, who literally had, not one or two of their constitutional rights violated, but their residence, their bodies, and their very safety of not only the sanctity of their homes, but the safety of their children, who might have been home at the time about 50 law enforcement officers, just wanted test their new, flash bangs, and blow the glass windows and doors out of my client's new town home!

On several occasions, with 24/7 surveillance on me, likely from aerial satillites, that can see the freckle on my nose, locating my every move, have gone to the Flathead County DMV or DVM, whatever it is called up here, having been, at one time the assistant attorney general, who represented that entity in Utah, handling all DUIs in the state for them, but pissing them off, because I actually, would read the cases, consider the facts, and at times, make deals with defense counsel, that the DMV didn't like, being fucking Nazis, that now, yank your license, and give you 30 days, to have a hearing, to get your license back . . . claiming that as a privilege, rather than a right . . . and I could argue against that too, try habeus corpus, arguments, holding my body, restricting liberty, 5th and 14th amendment issues, commerce issues, due process, compensation for the government taking . . . what is a privilege before you get a license, becomes a right, property right after you have one, as long as you follow the rules, within your other substantial and procedural rights!  You see, there has to be someone, even when working for the government, which happened on more than one occasion, that must, as an oath keeper, stand up for what is right, regardless of the price, which I pay daily . . . three trips to the DMV, and surprise, surprise, they have been in training, or whatever, can't get an ID, even when my Utah license was still valid, then got it hi-jacked in Great Falls, never to be seen again . . . facilitating ID theft, the very agency that is to help provide protection against that!

Ditch the Witch . . . Keep the Fake Bitch!

Now, that my Utah license, probably being used by a sister double, or another attorney, as her second Id, with DUIs from these less than fine ladies, will actually go on my record, where the DMV in Utah is willing, even while I was standing right in front of their fucking faces, with two picture IDs, with a license or ID dating back to 1970, when I first obtained the privilege of driving, magically, can't cancel my driver's license and my state ID, because, the government double is using it, and I will have to start completely over with a new number, which stops the unbroken line of identifications, allowing for the theft, the property right transfer to them, making them me, and me an new licensee!  They have more games, that you could ever imagine . . . and now my sister, who has been a drinker, has been passed as me, probably a lot longer than I want to even guess, thinking it came in recent history, realizing the more I look in retrospect, at events and the insurmountable issues, just to get a fucking birth certificate, now that they have stopped the connection with my past, that took, what 43 years, of a great driver record, having suspended my license, recently because of a DUI . . . I don't fucking drink, never have, never will!

Try that one on for size . . . they got me, stopped me from getting my license, and baby sister, look alike is a lush!  Old United Airlines, flight attendant, lifestyle?  So drunk, one night, when she lived at 3770 Sugar Leo, that I was conned into taking, along with inheriting 10 people to provide for, including 2 of her children, and a few strays, that when me and her new husband and a friend, from across the street, Wendy, Rachel's drinking buddy, who, together drinking, ended up one night, crashing or parking the car they were driving, up on the lawn, so, as we laughed, and some had beer, not me . . . all of Rachel's own children, not to be confused with my children, and visiting friends, actually blocked Rachel's, then my, driveway, to stop her from driving drunk!  My children, who know damn well, their mother is a Teetotaller, as daughter, Greta Hyland, wrote in an article, last fall, for Utah Adventure Magazine or Journal, called Three Point Two . . . Celebrating Utah's counterculture of home beer and brewery parties, talking about her strict Mormon upbringing, especially with regards to drinking!  

Responsibility to Protect, Became Facilitators in Crime

So, due to government, Mormon church, FBI, CIA, NSA, sanctioned and facilitated, ID theft, and taking all forms of ID, including my Utah State Bar Card, picture ID, then later, or just recently, paying someone to take my Social Security Card, that I got at 16, the original, with sister, Shelley, back in 2004, actually having in her possession, my Utah driver's license, my ID, and a typed, but not yet signed, Social Security Card, replacement, along with my original, which I was shocked to find out, and took all but the fake SS card,back immediately . . . Daddy/Daughter, mafia duo . . . dad took over finances, collected all ID, and sent it to big sister, Shelley, the original ME--Shelley had cops, revoke my driver's license, a year after I had voluntarily stopped driving, thinking I would die and kill others--all part of the plan that is in place NOW . . . again, going back further, than the Brock, Cheek, Vail, Lamoreaux, and a ton of other cases, totally $700 million, all against the government went, back before I collapsed at the Utah Medical Association, back in, I believe, December 1999, when I was diagnosed to DIE!  Added to the to watch list by 1991, while in law school . . . How to stop an attorney, who is willing to take on the Patriot Act, in a head-on collision, with the PEOPLE, on her side?  Fucking take her out of commission!

With former FBI agent and Church Security Director, father's cousin, connecting even more dots, P. Bryce Christensen, nephew of Judge, A. Sherman Christensen, knowing what my constitutional law grades were, and with the Patriot Act, in the workings during the Clinton years, glad to say, he would not sign it into law, nor support it, but Bush and boys sure as hell would, ultimate power to police, I would surely be a threat to that, as a straighter than hell, little Mormon attorney, and more so, as I beefed up my resume, with their fears, coming into fruition, as I killed asset forfeiture and later, took out 9 federal attorneys and investigators, as general counsel for the Utah Medical Association, coming back after a 9 year hiatus, and slapping the state of Utah, with a nation watching the SEC and financial world, loving my work, but hating me, and what was not palpable coming from my hands, was surely acceptable and lauded, from, baby sister's fake teeth smile, third boob job, lipo-sucked ass, thighs, tummy tuck, and peck muscle uplift--you brought this on yourself, Rach! LOL, as the Mormon church prepared for Mitt's reign of terror on America . . . they wanted to claim my works, but not the person--acceptable to help Mitt, with the money guys who would contribute to his campaign for my work saving them by the Constitution . . . or rather, a flight attendant, mascaraing as an attorney, with the help of the Utah state bar and others!  LOL!

CIA speed!  LOL, wouldn't put it passed them, and it is a credit to the USA, to see that a bumbling idiot, no matter how fun to make fun of, cute though, being one heart-beat away from the President of the United States of America, was just too fucking scary!  Boobs or no boobs . . . how stupid, they thought they could cover her dumb ass! The Saratov Approach, Rather the Mormon Approach

Back in 1998, two Mormon missionaries were allegedly kidnapped in Russia, with worldwide attention . . . my father's cousin, former FBI agent, and one of two bosses in the bureau, who were both Mormons, Richard T. Bretzing, also a Mormon Bishop, and P. Bryce Christensen, part of the Mormon Mafia, hand picked by William Webster, Director of the FBI, with the mafia analogy coined by non-Mormon agents in the FBI, Bernardo "Matt" Perez, a Catholic agent, who accused the Mormon Church agents of favoritism, advancing and promoting, Mormons, to positions, using religious discrimination, to benefit members, and hurt non-Mormon agents in the LA office, like placing incompetent, putzes, idiots, and bumblers, like Richard W. Miller, in the Soviet Counter-Intelligence Division, a highly coveted position, reserved for the best and brightest agents, with Miller so inept, to have FBI jokes about the guy, the RWM joke circuit . . . with Bryce Christensen's career, intersecting the espionage case, intersecting with the LA Olympics, Mitt's in to win the 2001 Olympics in Utah, possible, director of the Mormon Church Security Department, after his former boss, Bretzing left, with Bryce taking the position, after going to Washington, D.C., following the fiasco in LA, Mormonville, the Mormon missionary kidnappings, being magically released after Bryce comes to the rescue, using former spy connections, and I would venture a guess, involved in my own case identity theft, and following the patterns established for dumb asses, preferred because of Mormon church activities, with continued protection of an incompetent set of sisters, bumblers, idiots, liars, fraudsters, non-attorneys, but devoted to the Mormon Church and sticking with the program, as my father would say, with sons, members of the American Boy Scouts, which seems to be the highest honor any of their children can achieve, other than missions, with sister, Sue and her husband Kevin, allegedly on a mission in Turkey, and having a son, Sam serving in Estonia, roughly around 2001, or somewhere around there, in Russia . . . connections, maybe, worth exploring.

Christensen, Church Security, Former FBI, Comes to the Rescue . . . Calling in Favors from KGB and FSB, Russian Intelligence Agencies?

What seemed to be a staged kidnapping, made for TV and movies, an insider job, from all intents and purposes, glorifying Mormons, taking this opportunity, manufactured if you will, with hints of this coming right from another missionaries, journal of the event, having been a companion with Probst, one of the elders, kidnapped, having only been split and transferred as partners, 4 days prior to the beating, robbery, and kidnapping, week long ordeal, that ended, with worldwide attention, a refusal to pay the ransom, copying Christensen's training with the FBI, and USA's refusal to pay or deal with terrorists, and ending, simply with the $300,000 demand, not be paid, and the boys just being released?  And Mormon connections, with both the alleged kidnappers, even to the cottage owned by a member, and a Mormon related to the branch president, in charge of the Russian area and members . . . what?

There were tons of things, that would suggest to me, that these two former missionaries, who were willing and thought, they were giving their lives for the Mormon church, were being tested for their loyalties to the Church and possibly being looked at from the kidnapping, as a recruiting tool, for upcoming FBI agents, that now occupy, up to and if not higher, than 70% of the intelligence communities, now, not just the FBI, but the CIA, probably higher, and now the 30,000 web spies, sitting at a site, just over the point of the mountain, from Mormon Church headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, the real FBI headquarters!  This incident has been glorified into a movie, that came out in 2013, premiering to a mainly young Mormon audience, in stronghold states, of Utah, Idaho, and California, glamorizing missionary work, adventure, and high intrigue, all manufactured, like many things the CIA, and other agencies stage for government and church benefit, like I think the whole Benghazi, alleged killings, that took place just a short month before the 2012 elections, when old Mitt was the projected winner, at least by all Mormons with a silence, over the state of Utah, like nothing else, with Mormons believing that God, for sure would deliver the presidency to a Mormon, much like the deliverance of these two missionaries . . . kidnapped, devout, committed, and preaching the gospel of Mormonism to these savage, kidnappers, who during the confusing trial, appeared more like, as the guy writing the journal said, in the following account, that helped bring about the 2013, movie.

Mean Ass Kidnapper, Related to Mormon Branch Pres., Turned, Lovable Uncle Kidnappy, During the Trial, With Judge Knowing all Answers, and Defendants, all Testifying in Completely Monotone Voices!

Right after the two missionaries, who were kidnapped were released, a week after the ordeal, posing with now, director of Mormon Church Security, my father's cousin, P. Bryce Christensen, formerly over spies in Russia, as former FBI bureau assistant director, in LA, over the Soviet counter-intelligence division, where Miller, convicted of espionage, or the patsy for his Mormon superiors, taking the fall for selling technology secrets to the KGB, and taking $65,000 in gold and cash, the mule, who blamed this two Mormon bosses, for coddling him before the exposure, promoting him to the coveted position, and later pressuring him to repent of giving American secrets to the Russians, then after repenting and admitting to the espionage charges and the adulterous affair, he was ex-communicated from the Mormon Church, he claimed, that the Mormon mafia in the FBI, threw him under the bus, this was Miller's main line of defense, for bringing others in on the charges, maybe even responsible for them, but after hot shot, Christensen took pictures for the newspapers, or at least church publications, with the two missionaries, safely back with their friends, were immediately taken to Germany, and then allegedly, to England to be reassigned on their missions, or to be inducted in the FBI!  Anyway, there is an element of secrecy that surrounds the two boys, their return, their trial, even involving other missionaries, making them swear to their Mission President, that they too, would do all this in secret, being taken to the Hotel Volga . . . this is one missionaries account of Tuesday, June 23, 1998 . . .

Talk to KGB Was Done in Secrecy

This was a very public affair, so why were these other missionaries, former companions of the two who were allegedly kidnapped, brought to the Hotel Volga, I would assume in either, Saratov, or Samara, where they were serving their missions prior to the kidnapping . . . the missionaries, said, they didn't know what was going on, or why, but it didn't sit right with them.  They assumed they were told to watch the two guys who had been taken, but said, they could not go out around the city, but they were glad to be back with their old friends, who seemed a bit traumatized by their ordeal, and changed forever, as they stated.  But, their two former companions, were brought to watch the friend, and said that they felt like babysitter, but they didn't know why, witnesses?  Once at the Hotel, they said:

• no one knows we are here
• we were bailed out, without anyone knowing where we were going, but President Scott, probably the mission president, over the area, who would be an insider, and informed on a need to know basis, what was going on
• the two kidnapped missionaries, were allegedly there to talk to the KGB agents, and to interview them in regards to the mishap, and they were taken to a hot, hot, little office, for questioning, with everything being kept, at a real low profile . . . for this allegedly high profile case?
• all the boys had to promise, President Hancock, whom I believe was a general authority from Church headquarters, or he could have been an area president, or a regional 70 over that mission
• the missionaries, said that, they could tell that their leader's priorities, were not the same as theirs were . . . that of doing missionary work, so what was bothering the boys about their leaders?
• again they kept being told of the very secret nature of the trial, the event, and they were again, sworn to secrecy, again that bugged them, so something was up, out of the ordinary activities, and didn't seem to set right with the elders, nor their priorities . . . what was it?
• again, in the elder's journal, he mentions how glad he will be, when they don't have to babysit their former friends, and companions, or keep their activities, secret . . . what in the hell would be secret about a trial, the facts, the events, to merit secrecy when the whole world was told of their kidnapping?  Did they make up, the stories of the beatings, the robbery, the kidnapping, or were they just kept in the dark, but their friends, were not comfortable at all . . .
• the babysitters, were simply told to follow them, and they didn't dig that . . . testing these guys ability and blind obedience to authority, looking at all, or seeing who would turn on a friend, and just do what they were told . . . it would be interesting to see, if any of these guys were or are current FBI agents, or CIA?
• they main thing that they mention, and focused on, in this mess, was just how good it was to see, Probst, and Tuttle, the two kidnapped . . . Probst, name is a big time, Mormon name from the Midway, Heber, Utah area, with a strong connection to my second husband, and boyfriend for years, Jerry Owens, who in retrospect, I have wondered if he was involved in the identity theft, working with Shelley, really close, fighting with Rachel, after teaming with her, the day, I reported, after being poisoned, that I was depressed, having already, been poisoned for months, from October, fighting to stay at work, on top of things, and this was my birthday, December 17, 1999 . . . kidnapping was 1998, and my killing asset forfeiture was 1997 . . . when the whole law enforcement community, including the FBI, not only knew about the legislation I killed, but, I had just previously gotten 9 federal agents and attorneys, in the fed, fraud unit fired, while working for the Utah Medical Association . . . with a direct link between the FBI, the Mormon Church, the government, and my family . . .  Bryce Christensen!

Trial with the Lovable Uncle Kidnappy!

• apparently, the changes, from what the elders, who were watching the missionaries, were told, of the terrible week, the friends had suffered . . . although, the pictures, on the journal website, connected with the movie, don't show, beat up boys, but just two happy missionaries, posing with their hero, Bryce, who, had apparently used some, FBI, connections, to either set up the whole thing, or to recruit, or to just get them off or out of the alleged horrible kidnapping, with the boys reporting they would never be the same . . . I am sure, if you were taken by the FBI, Russian agents for the FBI, whom Bryce might have personally recruited, and told that as a young 20 or 21 year old, you had just been selected to be an FBI agent, would be quit flattering, and I am sure, they were chosen, for their blind faith and their willingness to lose their life for the cause of the Mormon Church, or the FBI, being one and the same, no separation of church and state!
• the boys, not only noticed the difference between the nature of the reports of the kidnapper, but also the fact, that threats of violence, death and intimidation had been substantially changed from what they had heard before the trial . . . with the missionaries, noting all the bold faced lies . . .
• they said, that slowly, very slowly, all the details of the abduction, or alleged kidnapping, came out, and the judge seemed to know, just what questions to ask to elicite the proper response from the first three kidnappers, then two, so that also changed, and confused the guys from the first reports, maybe from their friends . . .
• but they clearly stated that the judge knew, not only the questions to ask, these guys, who all testified, in monotone voices, as if reciting a script, and I think that was true for the other missionaries who were kidnapped, or recruited, but it was reported in the journal, that the judge seemed to know all the answers to the questions before he even asked the questions . . . the smart guy to pull of the fraud, and debaucle!
• the two observers, made specific mention of how slow, and slower, the answers were coming, did the actors forget their memorized lines, and the judge was helping them along . . . sounds, like Judge Waddoups, in the Brock case, with the government's attorneys, standing there speechless, and already having defaulted, with the federal judge, actually throwing out the U.S. Constitution, by telling me, I was not winning any points with the constitutional arguments, based on federal statutory and constitutional civil rights violations, based on the Constitution for hell sake, but sister in a wig, and deals, probably money already in everyone but my hands, with the FBI, sitting ring side, and my clients, trying to cut me off, from telling the judge that has one job, and that is to interpret the U.S. Constitution, applying the federal laws cited in the lawsuit, to the facts at issue, of state officials, operating under color of law, violating my plaintiffs' rights, and again under state constitutional statues and sections, also, trying to kick the case out of his court, or the federal court system and starting over, at the state court level, with no jurisdiction!
• I was not as confused as the young missionaries, in trial, knowing full well, that not only had my clients cut a deal with the government, before I went to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the previous spring, but knew they used the doubles, had threatened, my clients, that I would take Mitt Romney down personally, knowing my money would go to him . . . and it did, but I knew full well, that the U.S. Supreme Court had used my arguments, the same ones that this judge was throwing out, or hitting me on, when they, the high court, the day I got sworn in, used all my 4th amendment arguments, to slam the FBI, none the less, and to uphold the 4th amendment, using an even more spureous application, than my more plain modern interpretation, with computer files, being protected by unreasonable searches and seizures, as synonomous with papers, as in the founders day . . . and January, 23, 2012, same year, as the presidential election they stole the money for, used my argument to tell the FBI, that vehicles, were akin to affects, the catch all, under 4th amendment protections, therefore, protected from GPS tracking devices, as unreasonable search and seizure of locations under the auspice of the 4th amendment . . . and this fucking federal judge is throwing it out, not two months after the U.S. Supreme Court, used my, the same arguments, for their case, copying mine! But, these young men, were not so stupid as the courts, the Church, or their leaders thought, they could clearly see all the discrepancies, the lies, and the changes in the stories, maybe even of their friends!

This was not small deal, kind of on the level of the Iranian hostage situation that lost Jimmy Carter the elections, so they were bringing in the Big Guy, possibly to bring an element of power, reality, and authenticity to the kidnappings, that may have just been a ruse for the FBI, with a former agent, recruiting young devout and blind sheep, Mormons, who are raised that when the prophet has spoken, the debate is over . . . translating that to the fact that when the government speaks, the result is the same, the debate is over, and these clean, allegedly faithful, righteous, followers with language skills, are just perfect for the jobs of the government!  And, I have often, while typing at the law library, on computers, made just for attorneys, with computers and a library for the public, in the same building, just across the hall, where the missionaries should be, but always allowed up with attorneys, or at least when I was there, or maybe FBI, just wearing the normal missionary garb, watching and stealing all my work, even back them, before I started a blog out of frustration, with my emails going to 10,000, or all over the place, with about a three month cycle before I had people in other states, using my same words, and arguments, states away . . . but with just hours turn around time, with people quoting to the Quotable Lawyer . . . ME, not knowing they are actually talking to the same person who wrote what they are dishing out!  Great!  They can use it all they want!

The movie spends most of the time, prostletizing, rather than telling the story, so movie critics, state that, while engaging, it will just be good for Mormon audiences, and probably as a tool for recruiting missionaries and FBI, CIA and NSA, showing the fun, intrigue, and adventure, that missionaries can have in a normally boring two years, that are promoted as the best two years of a young man and woman's life, talk about brainwashing or their lives are so damn boring after that, that hell seems great!  But anyway, the kidnappers demand the $300,000, which is not paid, and they are just released, and they run across a snow field, and are safe . . . they needed a better ending, but to the boring lives of most Mormon youth, this was high adventure . . . but not to this gal!  LOL!  If life was boring, I made it exciting, is it any wonder, my sisters, who followed the proscribed program, and stuck with it, wanted to claim my choices, my life, my career, and even my kids, who were allowed to experience their lives, without all the Mormon proscriptions in life, Boy Scouts, Mission and Temple Marriage, like their cousins, who are as boring as, I was going to say sin, but as being good, LOL!

Former Agent, M. Wesley Swearingen, LA Office So Corrupt & Dishonest, He Quit the FBI, and Wrote a Book On The Activities

Remind, you that this is the guys, who fucked up, or set up Miller, the first FBI agent, along with another Mormon, to be the first FBI agent to ever be charged, and caught on surveillance tapes, selling documents and information to a female Russian, KGB agent . . . with the heart of Miller's defense, was as his attorneys stated, a contention that there has been a known practice of favoritism towards Mormons by top officials in the FBI, of the LA office, with Christensen, an assistant, to another Mormon, Bretzing, a Bishop in the Mormon Church, for most of his reign as overseeing that operation, with the LA Olympics during that time too, and that Miller, had become a pawn in a bid by those officials to dispel such allegations, with Miller, an ex-communicated Mormon, for his adulterous affair with the Russian, woman.

Both Bretzing and Christensen, both later, directors of the Mormon Church Security Department, said, that they denied that religion was a factor in the case.  Miller claimed that he was coerced into making damaging statements, by improper religious pressure, with Bretzing telling him, he needed to repent of selling technology and secrets of American to the Russians, which had been done, since at least 1963, or after, the Russians beat America into space, with the Sputnik, using American technology, way back in the early race for space, so these little Mormon boys were not doing anything than had not already been done, Miller, was either set up, or Bretzinger and Christensen, were by either non-Mormons, playing, not necessarily on the niavety of the Mormons, because, Swearingen, said, these two were not stupid, but he did see them commit hundreds of criminal acts, against the American people by the FBI, that he finally quit, and wrote a book, living on his boat, with the FBI going after him . . . he said, once of Bretzing and Christensen, that they were the stupidest and most juvenile display of FBI incompetence . . . and that Miller, Bretzing and Christensen were about the dumbest guys to ever fall off the turnip truck!

But, later in an article, we was interviewed by Freedom, the Independent Journal by the Church of Scientology, that they were not stupid, per se, but so clean, allegedly, that other agents, who were afraid to take them on directly, as hand selected by the Director, Webster, of the FBI, they, not stupid, may have been set up by other agents, and he said, the just were not devious enough to know how those other spies or agents think, and what they are capable of . . . really, P., in Bryce Christensen's name, is for his father, my great-uncle, the brother of my grandmother, who was an FBI agent, before his son, ever was, so Bryce was raised on this FBI stuff,  he was a second generation FBI agent, his uncle was a U.S. federal district judge, who brings connections with the judges, I had, in the federal courts, later, too . . . a deal all in the Mormon Church and all in the family, with me coming on the radar screen, even as early as 1991, when I scored the highest grade in my constitutional law class at BYU, with, the honorable, maybe not so honorable, Judge, checking up on me, and taking a great interest in my grades . . . which always surprised me!

Swearingen, said, these guys were too clean, a nice disguise, under the religious mask, making other agents, never suspect them of fowl play, or espionage, only a stooge like Miller, who they said should never have been an agent, set up from the first, with the idea, that the clean guys, with the squeaky clean image, not into alcohol, or allegedly not adultery, as was the case with Miller, may have just looked a Miller as the exception, the brunt of the joke, maybe on purpose, to take the focus off the other Mormons, so bad, that the others, were just too innocent to see . . . really?  You had the foxes in the chicken coop, selling out America, from the get go, for the Mormon Agenda, since the inception of the FBI . . . good little boys and girls, would never do this . . . they are stupid smart, not worldly, so how in the hell, did they beat out all the non-Mormons, by 70% or higher, as agents, Miller was a patsy, for the smart guys, who later started to run the Mormon Church as an arm of the government, with Utah a fucking police state, and visa versa, using the Church doctrines to control members, to plot, keep things secret, with a hidden agenda, Mitt!

Utah is the ponzi scheme, network marketing capitol of the world, and Swearingen, told Miller, that he could sell, Amway, a big Mormon get rich scheme, everyone was introduced to it, but that he could sell it out of his trunk, as an FBI agent, and he believed him, another reason, they got rid of him . . . there needs to be an in depth investigation, into the connection, the history, and the recruiting of Mormons into the intelligence community . . . after Bryce Christensen, was taken out of the LA office, as just not up to snuff on Soviet Intel, being over financial . . . Brock, Brock, Brock . . . and bank crimes, learned from the best, oldest agents, against one little female attorney!  But, he just couldn't handle the pressure of dealing with 450 agents, when Bretzing left, so, when the three Mormon agents, left, four others were hired, and Bryce, went back to Washington, D.C. to oversee, none other than the language training center, which used the model of the Mormon Church missionary program, to show how Mormons teach language skills, and the military did the same thing, with my daughter, and her husband, being linguists in Spanish and Arabic, a huge asset to the Church, promoting Elliot, and God's Revolver music around the globe, under the guise of the CIA, or a government contractor . . . plus the network marketing network, recruiting males, through the possibility of getting to have more than one wife, through the doctrine of polygamy, with Utah being the leader in plastic surgery, over Hollywood, with BYU, being named, when I was there in the 1970's, as having the most beautiful girls in the world at the time, with a focus on image, perception, and fake boobs . . . that is why I was replaced by a sister, who had about a total of $50,000, over the years in fake boobs, lipo-suctioned ass, fake teeth, tummy tuck and even a pectorial muscle cut, not only putting in fake orbs, but hitching them up a bit, so they looked even perkier!

Even back in the day when Miller was an agent, in the FBI, Bryce Christensen, was over the Soviet Counter-intelligence Squad, back in 1984, with direct supervision over the spy, and when Bretzing, got Miller to confess, he differed to Christensen, as Miller's supervisors . . . Last week while I was in Shelby, Montana, or allegedly my government, Mormon double, sis or alleged attorney, love what I am writing, like about the Dempsey/Gibbons, World Class Heavyweight Boxing Championship, that was held in Shelby, July 4, 1923, my hits will allowed to skyrocket out of the ballpark, with them, manning two sights, both under my name, my blog, my picture, my credentials, my writing, and my legal analysis, or coverage of an issues, with them taking all the hits on the bad ass con law chick blog, notice the lightened, "ass", giving the blog the appearance of being the same sight, as the one they have blocked since the first three weeks, bad ass con law chick blog, I started the blog, back in September 25, 2013, with the hits the first week, being around 1, 500,000, to 5,500,000 to 13,500,000, that is millions, then, the NSA, Mormon run, new sight, as of about 2 years ago, with headquarters, near Highland, Utah, just around the mountain from Salt Lake City, Utah, location of the Mormon Church headquarters, there, and with 70% of the FBI, CIA, and now, NSA, being return missionaries with language skills, of two years, living in countries around the world . . . add that to the fact that Mitt Romney is planning another run at the presidency, with me guaranteeing that my memory is just not that short, and I will blast, reminders of his dismal record on outsourcing jobs to China, taking $30 million in government bailouts from the feds, to shore up, a failing Bain Capital, Romney's company, that put so many successful American companies, out by charging huge fees for consulting businesses on how to downsize, fire, and outsource, that it hurt the economy, with some of this going on during the 2012 elections, then burdening the companies that Romney and crew, allegedly were helping, but really destroying, being stuck with outlandish fiscal output to pay the over the top fees for Bain services, and don't forget that Mitt only wants to oversee, 53% of America, pays less taxes than a McDonald's worker, as I sit here, at McDonald's on Idaho St. in Montana . . . but of course, the fucking NSA, FBI and CIA, has paid friend and foe to lie, that it is really the double that is here at McDs, not me!  Fuck'em!

You can tell, that Steve Daines, must be one of the anointed ones, that these fuckers, feels is necessary to get Mitt elected, rather than Curtis, that can help President Obama, get the necessary numbers of Senators to keep control, so he can continue to help the people, instead of whom Republicans favor, corporate America, the rich, the 1%, those have the ability to help themselves, but sure as hell, not the middle class, which they are rapidly getting rid of, so they can control the masses, extract ever dime out of the poor, the elderly, the Vets, and other members of society, working several jobs, just to feed their families, and provide housing, while the Republicans, are favoring those, who contribute to their campaigns, the other 53% that Mitt wants to claim, while paying less than the people I have talked to at McDonald's this morning, or Mitt, and crew, who stole $118M of my money on a huge securities case, what Kay, who stepped in either as me, but worked up the details, and Shelley, wig in tow, walked in this conspiracy to defraud states insurance, under national insurance pools, out of the $357M, on the case, with Utah paying a mere 4 to 6%, and the rest of the money that ended up in Mitt's campaign, from my 1/3 of the case, rather than in my pocket, while they have used the state and nationwide battering systems to chase me, with unfounded warrants, that go on and off the system, or are extra, warrants system, not even traceable, to keep me out of Utah, or never letting me land, get a job, or get an apartment, as a sitting duck, because, my sisters are allegedly me, with Kay Burningham claiming to be me, as Kay Baby, my dad's second daughter, with her showing up WITH MITT ROMNEY, IN GERMANY, IN UK VIEWING OF FILM, AMERICAN CHURCH, AMERICAN PRESIDENT, the day after the U.S. Federal District Court, Judge Clarke Fuckups, Waddoups--same judge who just decriminalized polygamy, just up and terminating the case, when his, arguments, not the defaulted, government attorneys' arguments, could get or stop me, he couldn't either, so he just up and closed the case, he was hoping to send to a state court, hearing a federal question or a case filed under federal civil rights, not state civil rights, statutes and constitutional violations!  Amazing!

Montana Cowgirl Marriage vs. Mormon Polygamy & Marriage

The Daily Inter Lake newspaper, here in Kalispell, Montana, ran two articles dealing with marriage, the first on, was entitled, Husband killer files appeal, and the other one, Mormon leader had teen bride during polygamy days . . . what, up to and including TODAY!  Sorry, while the Mormon Church, as this article states, tries to distance themselves from their history, which is being totally dishonest, because, not only does, current Mormon doctrine, in the accepted, and practiced, scriptures, entitled, Doctrine & Covenants, Section 132, to be exact, refers to the new and everlasting covenant of marriage, and speaks of the 10 virgins, I have often compared to, and contrasted to the better deal that Allah and the Muslim bombers get, when they sacrifice this life, for the 70 virgins they will get in the next for giving up their lives for the Muslim cause and Jihadist God.  To emphasis this point, in the last 7 years, the Mormon run, Utah Legislature, actually, deleted, the original Article I, Section 22, of the Utah Constitution, that forbids polygamy forever!  To change that, Mormons would have to get the approval of the United States, a vote of the people, and a vote of 2/3rds of each branches of the Utah Legislature . . . that is the easy part, with 85% men!  And the Mormon women, as progressive as many who hold office, might be, they will also support, what they see as their Mormon wife's duty, to follow the priesthood leaders, whether in or out of the church, even in state affairs, with no separation of church and state, with many members of the Mormon Church, even active, practicing polygamy, with the Church alleging that they will excommunicate members who practice the doctrine in modern days--BULL SHIT!

Montana Cowgirl's Attitude Toward Marriage

A Kalispell, woman, has appealed her murder conviction for killing her husband of eight days, by pushing him off a cliff in, Glacier National Park.  Her attorneys, are petitioning the court, to reverse the woman's 30 year conviction, as her defense attorneys, argued that Graham's actions were extremely reckless but unintentional, and suggested that a 10 year sentence was more appropriate . . . and they also, claimed that prosecutors, distorted the evidence, and changed the government's version of the facts, several times; therefore, suggesting, possible prosecutorial misconduct, malice of forethought, and vindictiveness, after all, she is upsetting the status quo, women don't kill their partners, only men do . . . as I remember from several claims, Ms. Graham and her attorneys, have argued in briefs, and hearings as the murder case has proceeded through the courts.  My point being, there is a total different attitude in Montana, women are not duped into thinking that their eternal salvation depends on marriage, and if you want the highest level of the kingdom of Heaven, or the celestial, you are facing living with multiple wives, as the new or higher order, blah!  They actually, as Christians, believe, that is Christ's duty, not their husband's, to save them, that is!

Ms. Graham's version of the facts, is that within days of her wedding, she had doubts about the marriage, which, she may very well have had prior to the marriage, but hubby, we don't know his side, may have persuaded her that things would be better once they got married, and they were not, she wanted out, or, like some boyfriends and husbands, while charming to the public, are all about power and control over their wives, once they think they have them . . . just speculation from a suspicious, attorney, former assistant attorney general, having written the training manual for cops and prosecutors, among others, teaching the dynamics of domestic and dating violence, which, could be over-looked in this case, just a thought, but, while up at Glacier National Park, arguing over the relationship, he allegedly grabbed her arm, and in reaction, she turned away, getting free of him and then pushed him, over the cliff, to his death, with hands on his back and arm . . . that sounds plausible to me, if there was domestic violence, and a history of dating violence, unbeknown to the rest of the world, and it could have been considered, self-defense, was she in fear of being pushed over herself, or did he threaten her, and it was either him or me, mentality . . . very typical of an abused woman's thoughts, when they reach a certain point in the relationship, hell, I hit it as a law student, in my 30's, with a stalker, even considering the fact that, since I couldn't get rid of him, we were getting to the point, of him or me!  Sorry, defense attorney as heart.

Joseph Smith, Founder & Prophet, Married a 14 Year Old

One of my friends, Marilyn White, married to my ex-husband's friend, Lee White, still active Mormons, I think, as of last I saw them, 20 years ago, was the typist and graphic artist for the book, and good friends with both female professors, and actually had a special lecture, about the book, the letters from Joseph to Emma Smith, the first wife of Joe Smith, and, after purchasing the book, I know it is in there, because, being very active Mormon at the time, I was so disgusted, not only, already with polygamy, but reading the account of the 14 year old, and Joseph Smith, promising that if the parents, gave him, their 14 year old daughter, not, like FLDS prophet, Warren Jeffs, convicted for raping a 12 year old, by a Texas jury, on the same case that Utah overturned the conviction, allegedly due to leading jury instructions, rather than the fact that Utah males, and their polygamy induced inductees, just wanted to protect future, Mitt, penis interests, but, Smith, promised her parents, salvation, which he can't do, if they would turn their innocent, 14 year old daughter over to him, not for sex, like Bill & Monica, I guess Joe Smith figured out what the word, is or sex means . . . to get out of that one, but I am sure he just wanted her to babysit his other children!  LOL!  That is the age, and the good someone that age might be.

My mother taught junior high, at South Davis Junior High, yes, I do exist, and she was always, completely furious, back in the day, when she had daughters, 6 of us to be exact, not 5, or with Kay, even an alleged friend back in those days, when these girls, in polygamist cults, alleged FLDS, or fundamentalist groups, would pull these young girls out of school, the second they reached maturation, and marry them off to some old geazer, who was a big shot in the church, with roots in Mormonism . . . the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree!  And that is scriptural, if the tree and the branches are corrupt, the fruit will be also . . . if the shoe fits, where it!  We, in America, are all alarmed at the Pakistani girl, Malala, who just won the Nobel Peace Prize, because the Taliban shot her in the face for standing up to the terrorists, speaking for the education of girls in her country . . . believe me, there is a Mormon Taliban!  There are tons of Mormons, active in the church, who are practicing members of polygamy, they just dress different, or live in separate houses, or even different states.

Aren't You, Dr. Jordan's Daughter?  Yeah . . . My Mother is not Dead!

One of my sister, Susan Southwick Schmidt's, friends, from high school, and just an acquaintance of mine, Sue graduated in 1974, me in 1973, from Bountiful High, in Bountiful, Utah, was on a trip in Hawaii, on a boat, cruising the harbor of Maui, or somewhere like that, and (yeah, I am here in Kali) JoAnne Jordan, her high school name, introduced herself to another woman on the tour, who questioned her, and said, I am sorry to hear about your mother . . . JoAnne was puzzled, because, as of that date, she knew of nothing wrong with her mother, cancer, my mother didn't die of cancer . . . Aren't you, Dr. Jordan's daughter . . . yes, didn't your mother just die of cancer . . . NO!  She questioned the woman, and found out that Dr. Jordan, was sharing residency with a wife, in Hawaii, who had 6 children by him, so a totally different family, those long doctor's hours, waiting days for a baby, must have given him the time, money, and excuse, for Mormon women, are not to question their priesthood member husbands, for this asshole, father and husband, to go to Hawaii, and carry on a totally separate life, enough to have six children, who were probably as well off as the Bountiful family, from what JoAnne's mother knew!

You see, there is a very unbalanced male/female, power grid and structure in the Mormon Cult, a woman's very salvation, her eternity, her level in the kingdom of God, is reliant on a MAN . . . an a man, who, due to his faith, service, belief, is entitled to 10 virgins, if he can find one now days . . . LOL!  And for a woman's faith, service and belief, she gets to share her alleged, righteous husband with 10 other women, but, she does get to pick the other wives, allegedly, if she knows about them!  And many, fucking don't, especially, men of wealth, stature and prominence of the Mormon male hierarchy.  So, women, beware, you may be living a polygamist life, and not even know.  

Like most affairs, the mistress or sister wives, generally know about the first wife, or may even know her, and only Mormons are going to justify their affairs, their adulterous relationships, decriminalizing them, and classifying second to ten wives, as merely sister wives, without a license, therefore, meeting the one woman, one man, Utah constitutional section that Mormons are hoping, to use to ban unconstitutional marriages and circumvent, traditional marriage between the man and the woman, leaving an escape clause, for polygamy, but shutting off, gay marriages . . . sneaky, Judge Waddoups . . . nice fuck up . . . and Utah has a non-solemnized marriage, that is just as legal as any licensed marriage in the state, which has been amended, thanks to me, again with the Calvary coming to the rescue in the Utah Legislature, fixing that too, for male advantage . . . and we don't need more women in elected offices!

Polygamy Puts Mormons in the Cult Status . . . Using Beliefs to Further Un-Godly Agendas

Christ, came to fulfill the law, to bring the sward, not peace, he fulfilled the old blood sacrifices of the Old Testament, the Law of Moses, and did away with it, and in doing so, he did away with polygamy, which God was not digging anyway.  If you read, about Sariah, then renamed Sarah, who gave her husband, Abraham, with seed as numerous as the sands of the sea, the Lord was not pleased with Sarah, mother of Israel, giving her handmaiden, Hagar, the mother of the Palestinians, getting the 2,000 year or more connection, as a concubine, then when Sarah gets pregnant, she casts, Hagar out, into the wilderness, and God, protects her and blesses her and her seed . . . but that one act, is causing a ton of grief in the Mideast, and for the rest of the world, with the current situation in Gaza, the West Bank, and other regions, with both of the seeds of Abraham, fighting over the City of David, to this day!  And the Bible is a fraud, just allegories, Bill Maher!  Think again, many of the current fights, going on around the world, are not only Biblical, but of Biblical proportions!

New Testament, Christ, Husband to have One Wife! 

By, the book, that Mormons claim, is the book that will get men, closest to God, again, nice, in the Book of Jacob, in reference to old school, kings and prophets, who had, like King David, who had 700 wives and concubines, and still wanted Bathsheba, Uriah's wife, David caught, taking a bath, and then laid, God, found and it is written, that more than one wife, is an abomination and concubines, a man is to have none!  And, since Joseph Smith, translated the ancient text, and was most likely bothered by that, having asked God, about the practice of polygamy, in the Old Testament, wanting to restore all things, the bull shit, that makes many in the Mormon Church, think that it has to come back, nice brainwashing, and with God, clearly listening to the cries of the tender wives and their children, when the men are asking for more than one wife, he says, no, but there is a caveat, added, that, when God wants to raise up a righteous seed, fast, like in Joe Smith's time, he can allow taking more than one wife, even taking 14 year olds, those tender fresh girls, that I am sure, God was trying to protect from the dirty old men, who liked those school girls, kind of like Japanese businessmen, who want the whores in the school uniforms . . . sexy!  At least they are willing to pay to cheat on their wives, and don't promise, eternal salvation, for the adultery and free access!

The Department of Justice, under the federal government, needs to go into Utah, restore the original Utah Constitution, changed unconstitutionally, with polygamy disappearing all together, let alone, being forbidden forever . . . article and other sections like those dealing with corporations, with the section going from 20 down to 4 . . . you might check out the group that pushed the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on Citizens United, probably Mo attorneys, hating Hillary, who might put powerful women in office, to counterbalance the men, especially, that at the time, everyone thought that Hillary, would be the Democrats nominee, in 2008, not President Obama, with Mitt running then too, corporate dark money connections, I would venture a guess!  But, in the early days of the Church, when Utah was a territory, the U.S. government sent in governors to take charge of the place, trying to separate church from state, as per the U.S. Constitution and laws, plus public disgust with the practice, especially Europeans, whom the young country, while winning the Revolutionary War, still wanted to impress the mother country . . . with the Brits thinking the practice unbecoming of civilized nations, themselves, dealing with tribes in South Africa, who were also practicing and still do practice polygamy, and seeing that not right for civilized, wealthy countries, and somewhat excusing the third world countries and their archaic and barbarous practices, polygamy and slavery, which America was dealing with both, so, Johnson's armies, came in to get control, my own great-grandfather, rustled 1,000 head of cattle, from the armies food supply, sending it, the army and appointed governors, packing up and getting out of this Church run territory . . . and it hasn't changed!

GIANT PUMPKINS . . . UP TO 2,000 POUNDS PLUS!

Going to a much more fun topic, and subject, and one of the loves of my life, especially at this time of the year, having myself, grown the fun orange squash-like plant, with so many memories and fun at this time of the year, making all Halloween parties more festive, there is a great article in the at home, section of the Daily Inter Lake newspaper, my source of endless blogs, and information . . . just a few fun facts.  This year, Glen Martin, of Wisconsin, and president of the Wisconsin Giant Pumpkin Grower Association, winning the grower prize for a pumpkin weighing over 1,700 pounds, on display at his home for Trick-or-Treat kids and parents, to see, shocking the socks off little witches, and such.

The all time record for growing these horrendous giants, goes to a man from Switzerland, with a pumpkin weighing 2,096 pounds!  The growers have to nurture them daily, here are some fun facts By the Numbers:

• Giant pumpkins frequently exceed 1,000 to 1,500 pounds.
• The current world record is 2,096-pounder grown, as I already said, in Switzerland.
• Giant pumpkins gain weight as fast as two pounds an hour!

19th Amendment, Woman Suffrage

The Nineteenth Amendment was proposed on June 4, 1919, and ratified on August 18, 1920.

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

United States Constitution, Article IV, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion, and on Application of the Legislature, or the Executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Republican or Representative Form of Government--An Indirect Democracy

A republican form of government, is not referring to the Republican Party, although, they would like you to think of them as being the sole proprietors of the U.S. Constitution, but that is untrue, both parties lay claim, but from a little different slant, or side of the center, either to the right or to the left, but believing on the same set of rules of engagement, outlined in the articles and amendments to the U.S. Constitution.  We have what is called a representative government, also known as an indirect democracy . . . that is when the people elect representatives to make laws for WE THE PEOPLE.  

The legislative branch is the Congress of the United States, or the local, county and state, legislative bodies, referred to in state constitutions, that is assigned the task of making the laws, for the executive, president, governors, mayors, and their law enforcement agencies, used to enforce the laws that the lawmakers, pass . . . with the courts, or the judiciary, given the responsibility for settle disputes, controversies, or questions of law, dealing mainly at a federal level, about the constitutionality of a particular law, statutes, amendment, executive order or action, interpreting what the foundational and contextual groundwork, laid by the founding fathers, their plain language, intent and taken in the context and history of the day, adding insight, understanding, and statutory interpretation.

Men Are From Mars, Women From Venus--Together They Make Up the Whole

Similar to my question a few blogs ago, what constitutes a jury of your peers, what constitutes a representative form of government, or who is going to make my voice be heard, in the halls of Congress, as a woman, a mother, a grandmother, a citizen, a Montana, concerned about the issues and problems that I may deal with.  By way of example, Janet Yellen, was just appointed by President Obama, to be the first female director of the Federal Reserve.  Just last week there was an article, about Yellen's focus, with on, being that of income inequality, like minimum wage, or the discrepancy between male and female pay for the same work.  The comment was made that former males who headed up the Fed, Greenspan and Bernakie, were more concerned with the level of interest rates, the economy, the stock market, and never addressed these other issues, as having anything to do with, issues that are very much at the very heart of the economy, economic recovery, fairness, equality, and the age war, with minimum wage, being a hot topic issue right now, as is the passage of a jobs bill . . . women think differently than men, they focus on different issues, they look at war, the economy, education, jobs, more through a relationship to all the players, than their male counterparts.

Fifty/Fifty Representation, Would Look a Whole Lot Better

It takes two to tango, two to create, two to relate, to both the male and female perspective, no matter how progressive, understanding, insightful, and forward looking, and there are many, many great men, who have championed female causes, but men, generally, will never know what it is like to be a woman, to be raped, sexually assaulted, have someone physically stronger in a home, who can do a ton of damage to you, with 58,000 women, the same number as casualties in the Vietnam War, who were killed by husbands, boyfriends, or an acquantance . . . men will never be pregnant, never feel the fear of being hurt in their careers, simply by having a baby, will never need or want an abortion, a right to be ruler of your own reproductive processes, knowing what is best for you, your family, your career, not a decision to be made in the sacrosanct and male dominated Congress, no more legitimate rapes, vaginal probes, denying access to decisions, only the woman, to me, herself, not the doctor's call, but the threat of taking away access to reproductive education and access to health care . . . let's call it health insurance!

Feminizing the Laws, No Taxation Without Representation!

Like I said, I have a love affair, going with the state of Montana, and it just keeps, giving and giving, reward after reward.  I was, almost shocked, to attend several general sessions of the House of Representatives, in the 2013 session, to find, an almost, minus, one or two, 50/50 split or representation, in the numbers and ranks of representatives, with many bright and articulate, female attorneys, girls after my own heart, in a very high proportion, making up the female side of the equation.  There didn't seem to be any bias by the Speaker of the House, and the debates, were a great give and take, sharing and respect, one sex for the other, I can't say the same for the two parties!  I didn't see, what almost became fist-a-cuffs, between members of the opposing political parties, as dates, times, and bills, came to the do or die point, that they do, either passing or being held until the next year.  LOL!  Sometimes, timing is everything.

I am sure, as the early, female suffragists, like Susan B. Anthony, and the crew, must have used the same arguments, the founding fathers, used against the Brits, no representation, no taxes, or at least I would have, as I crossed the nation, making an impact in Montana, who took the bull by the horns, and passed their voting rights act, six years before their national counterparts, with Flathead county voting 1,830 for woman suffrage, and 1, 146 against.  The local newspaper, The Daily Inter Lake, provided those statistics, Wednesday, October 22, 2014, with an informative and fun special section, also advertising, National Business Women's Week, October 20-24, 2014 . . . commemorating the 100th year anniversary of the vote!  I was impressed to see the old historic pictures of the Montana female suffragists, but also, a new focus on current female business owners, and professionals in the county, who are working now, great!

Sometimes just making a statement, following our early, founding mothers, will set the tone and the mood, to reflect a more balanced, proactive, and balanced Congress, regardless of party . . . just the differences between men and women, is enough to create, controversy, as seen in the attempt of a female member of, I believe the Senate, whom I believe, if I am not mistaken, was a Republican, fully aware of the sexual assaults, rapes, and threats to females in the military, worried that leaving investigations and prosecutions, in the male bastion of the military, men, would continue to get away with, as they did last year, 26,000 sexual assaults!  The men will give lip service, and agree to disagree, but will vote, reflecting the typical male response to such acts, well, not relating to the victim at all, that he is a good soldier, with a good record; therefore, his actions are just swept under the carpet!

While women are making great strides, becoming CEO, CIA, part of corporate America, which by the way, needs to be feminized a bit, calling it, living life with a conscience, but I know from personal experience, that if you are an aggressive woman, and the male statewide battering system, thinks you are pushing those predominantly male, safe havens of professions of cops, prosecutors, and judges, and behave differently than the societal norms, regardless of trumping the men in experience, education, opportunities, advancements, they will all gang together, as men, and take out a woman . . . and that is first hand experience.  I was as far as I could tell, the only female, trial attorney, in the southern part of the Utah, with 51% of the law schools, being female!  How did that happen, women, were discriminated against, mine was extreme prejudice, because, prior to trial work, I had trained many of the cops, prosecutors and, now judges, and switching sides, was vitriol retribution, pay back for legislation that I killed, 17 years earlier, when they didn't dare touch me, sexual assault by a system, up to and including, sanctioned attempts on my life!

No big deal, and nobody would do a damned thing!  I would put my resume, my record, the level of my work, my experience, my background, up against any man in the state!

You Fight Like A Girl!  Fuck Yeah!

I woke up at about 2:30 a.m., last night, and got in a movie marathon, watching true crime stories, for their information, history, and understanding the mental, mindset, of not only women, girls, who dared challenge the laws of the days, but pushed to the point, of fighting back, with all they had, risking, safety, sanity, body and limb, to get justice, and we, the female sex, are grateful for their efforts, as I hope, future attorneys, will be appreciative of the fight, the risks that I have endured, the in your face posture, that women, who got anywhere had to do, in their homes, their communities, in the courts, schools, universities, businesses, and in politics . . . there is not good ole' boy network to coddle you, mentor you, pat you on the ass, in an encouraging way, rather than a sexual way.  You have come a long way baby, but NOT far enough!

About a month ago, there was this great article, in who knows what newspaper, I was reading, but an attorney and a judge, were going head to head, on some issue in court.  The judge finally called a recess, and they, the judge and attorney, went out behind the court, on an even playing field, and got in a physical fight!  I loved it, and there are plenty of judges, whom I have seen, totally trash the legislature's laws, say the laws are in their heads, ignore the rules of evidence, or procedure, on totally throw the Constitution out of their courtroom, argue for the other side, when they thought that I was bullying the other side, not their call, or duty to come up with the other side's arguments and then close the case, when I beat the hell out of the judges, bull shit attempt to protect the government, their litigation without outside counsel, and their connected clients!

I don't get a gun permit, because I know I have a temper, that at times, if I had a gun, for love of the law, and as Justice Sonja Sotomayor, coined, with fidelity to the law, would love to take the fucking judge out, either by shooting him/her, or at least, doing what that frustrated attorney did, short of filing an appeal against a judge, and just duke it out!  But, due to the natural difference in size, stature and the fact that they are male, would not be a fair fight, and they just took my tools to beat the hell out of them in the alleged, halls of justice, my only recourse, for my clients, promoting, fucking, ALWAYS, THE RULE OF LAW!  I can't say the same, for the pathetic state of our judiciary!  That is the reason for this blog, I can vent, get a shot or two in, and throw a few punches, in a fair fight!

All I Have To Do, Is Show Up, And Say, Hi, I Am Steve Daines

There was a great article in last Wednesday's, edition of the Shelby Promoter, with a wonderful write up on the candidates for national office, and I remember, just being pissed as hell, that at the time, Congressman, Steve Daines, Republican, now running for the U.S. Senate, refused to debate challenger, of 80 days, Amanda Curtis, a Democrat, but that is beside the point in this argument, he didn't think it was worth his time, to debate her, and the both the Great Falls Tribune & the Promoter, reported that Daines would not debate Curtis; therefore, the debate for the highest office, representing the state, one candidate, refused to debate the other . . . now, that was not the case, when appointed, U.S. Senator, John Welch, was the contender against Daines, because he was a male?

At one point, it was speculated, that there were going to be two races, with Montana, being one of them, that would determine the control of the Senate, and the Daines vs. Welch, was one of the races, that national news pundits, were watching, that is until Welch was caught plagiarizing his master's thesis, and was forced out of the race.  High school teacher, in math, Amanda Curtis, stepped up to answer her parties call, making sure there was at least a fight, or a showing, but everyone, just assumes that the race is toast, and Daines is the next, U.S. Senator, and he was acting like that . . . until recently, and I noticed that, the debate in Great Falls, took place!  Curtis is still, 16 points behind, but she had, as an unknown, other than one term in the state legislature, been an unknown, with little name recognition, but things are changing, because, what used to be a 36 point spread, is now narrowed, to a possible upset!  I am an optimist to the nth degree!

Curtis is Showing Up For the Fight, In a Big Way, Making Daines Look Like the Extremist He Is!

For a side by side, comparison, check out, Who's the Extremist . . . see, Daily Inter Lake, OPINION, A4, Thurday, October 23, 2014, for a great condensed view, of a look at key positions, issues, and with Daines being the most conservative voter in Congress, a Republican, and Curtis, being more of a centrist, crossing over on many key issues that are near and dear to Montanan's hearts, beliefs, and in their comfort zone.  Elected officials, represent, their constituents, not their party . . . or that is the way it is suppose to be!  I know in law school, those students with math and accounting backgrounds, seemed to fair better than the usual student, given the fact that they are very systematic, logical, and straight forward thinkers, looking at the facts at hand, and then analytically applying the law, to the set of laws, rules, elements in the law, or the black letter law, that makes up so much of the law school learning experience, with the legislatures, and the courts, fleshing in the details, of remnants of British common law, or common sense!

In fact, many of the articles, written about Curtis, make exactly that statement about her, that she is a common sense, down to business, woman, looking right at the issue at hand, and presenting in a clear and thoughtful argument her position.  We have a millionaire, with a millionaires, lifestyle, what percentage of the people, does Daines, truly represent?  From my observation, of the make up of Montanans, someone teaching high school, educated, but not at the top of the income food chain, is much closer to the troops, with boots on the ground, so to say, and can relate, much better to common sense solutions, than, say a millionaire business man, who worked out of state for a great part of his career . . . nothing wrong, but?

All Things Considered . . . Women?

This is one area, that party may not be as divisive, as it might seem, looking down and dirty at the issues, true to nature, form, and ideas, where do you really stand?  Women's reproductive rights, is a huge area of concern for women, regardless of whether you believe in abortion, birth control, or sex education, the best way to fight abortion, is through education, and contraception . . . how much luck have we had, ideally, speaking, keeping the sexes, who are wired, from God, for sex, whether that is want of a baby, sex in exchange for love, or the biological clock ticking, for a professional, and the drive for sex by men, who are willing to take on a family, when the time is right, and that is to be decided by the woman, maybe her partner, in or out of marriage . . . this is a country, based on freedom, liberty, choice, and consequences . . . we are big girls, aren't we?  Let us decide for ourselves . . . we need health insurance, Curtis will be better at seeing that option is left open!

Most men don't understand their own wives, let alone the female experience, nor visa versa, so, with a representative form of government, we already have Senator Tester, and whomever the new Congressman will be, with 2/3rd, of our Congressional delegation, being male, we don't need the whole thing, our whole state, including a 50 percent of the population without a true voice, a voice, not only for you, but for your daughters!  I watched three movies, last night, and one was called The Assault, a cheerleader, broke up with her football player boyfriend, got drunk to escape the pain, and she started to hang with some good guy friends, on the football team, one thing led to another, she passed out, one guy woke her up, kind of, took off her shirt, then threw her over his shoulder, guys filming this out of it, cheerleader, and all took her in the bedroom, gang rapped her, dropped her off on her front lawn, posted it all on the web, until they realized people were not digging it . . . eventually, her mother files, a Title IX, for discrimination, against the school, for caring more about football players, than the girl, who was gang raped . . . a female friend, a female cop, and also a male, attorney from the Department of Justice, go after the guys, with others, having the boys will be boys mentality . . . The University of Montana, understands this scenario, to some extent, even though the quarterback was acquitted, it has been a legal, financial, and media pain in the ass for the state!

NO MORE, Pressure From On High, But They Don't Vote in Congress or Make the Laws!  They Are Executive Branch, Not Legislative!

Attitudes need to change, and it seems, that females, have to raise awareness first, then good men, get on the bandwagon, and start, as have President Obama and V.P. Biden, movie stars, and others, recently, trying to start a NO MORE, campaign against domestic violence, sexual assaults, rape, and sexual harassment, that, after 20 years, hasn't moved, hardly and inch!  Sad to say . . . women in our decision making bodies help!  Two more movies, all 1990s, when awareness was just rising, that you can watch free on YouTube, False Witness, a male cop and a manager, going head to head, against two female attorneys, on a rape and knife, slashing of a popular, beautiful, TV talk show host, who was known for her liberal attitudes toward female sexuality . . . that is just a male prerogative!  The two females, were the comfort, the fighters, and dared, stand up to the media, bosses, one appearing to be the next Congressman . . . and they WON!  Got the plastic surgeon, who was going to show her, slash her face, then restore it!  Too bad he fucked up the beautiful woman so much, she freaked out in court, just seeing a guy like her assailant, shot the cop and the guy the cop, simplistically thought was the perp, had a record, never suspected the right guy, in spite of all the evidence!

The other movie, was She Fought All of Them, another gang mentality, jealous boy rape, then get the boys and girl's club to trash the victim!  She has to stand up to her mother, doctors, who can't prove it was a rape, then her friends, boys and girls, and she has the guts, to call a rapist a rapist, regardless of peer pressure, principles, teachers, school administrators . . . actually, I think this was the one, with the Title IX, but worth watching, in both movies, the males who loved the young girls, eventually did the right thing, and ratted out their male buddies, to the point of almost death . . . so the men pay for this insanity too!  The really great things about, a lot of these old movies, is it will show you that, it took brave women, who pushed state and national legislatures, to pass laws, that help protect women, from stalking, and other threats to their safety.

Not Born Under a Rock, Yesterday, On This Issue

Yesterday, I read about the procedural conflict between Pam Holmquist and Gary Krueger, both county commissioners, about the cancellation of the water compact meeting, that was to be held on Tuesday night; however, due to the large amount and size of the possible interested members of the public, interested parties, and with a turn out from the Native American population, effected by the compact, Ms. Holmquist, originally postponed the meeting until November 7, 2014, but when the Fair Grounds Expo was available, where I was at 9:00 a.m., this morning, and the meeting was not, it happened at the county courthouse complex, not the fault of anyone, but myself.  I didn't have time to finish the article, yesterday, so I stuck the newspaper article in my purse, not well, mind you, but it was in there, and at 4:00 a.m. when I awoke, thanks to one pesky little kitten, I could not find the newspaper article, I had yesterday, so it was anyone's guess where the meeting was to be held.  At first, I was going to go to the courthouse, having never been there before, but then I thought, the Fair Grounds are right here, and I might as well, just gamble and try this first, then adapt, if it is not going to be held here.

With only 15 minute public comment, I knew it was going to be a long shot, to get from on momentary meeting house, to the next and not just miss the whole damn thing.  A fair grounds, onsite, manager, a cop, a few elections workers, and some early voters, were hanging around, but there was not a large crowd, but, given the challenge to the move of the meeting, I thought, we might get lucky and only have 5 people, who can actually, split the 15 minutes, comment on Gary's letter to the Governor, who seems to believe that all sides can be made happy, which I tend to agree, but the attendees, could each get a whole 3 minutes to comment . . . this time allotment reminds me of testifying at the Montana Legislature, with barely 1 to 2 minutes, which, I am proud to say, I stuck to, the most brief, I have been in my life, but, hey, getting scalped with 200 pissed off Indians, and about that same number of ranchers, who were willing to use their entire worth of the fortunes they had amassed over the years, to fight for their waters rights, on the Flathead, may, have been encouraged, equally, to hang this constitutional law attorney, with the Hellgate Treaty, being a perfect compromise, that both sides, both win and lose, with . . . and likely with me caught in the middle, having written and researched on the water compact, and analyzed it from both a Montana and United States Constitutional perspective.

An Agreement, Compact, or Contract, Which a Treaty is, Has to Have Consideration on Both Sides, Something of Value Trades . . . and It Cannot Be Considered, Unconscionable, or Patently Unfair, so as to Shock the Conscience!

Nobody, gets everything they want, and nobody gets nothing!  I find that the closer you get, on the age of the document, in compared to the U.S. and state constitutions, the more pure, the more accurate, and the better, and more likely, that you are interpreting the intention of not only the original states, and signers, but what both parties, at the inception of things, like treaties, actually pulled off, making everyone happy, until, things needed to be renegotiated, or looked at through new, younger eyes, down the road, having lost the original intent, the history, and even sacrificing the plain language of the treaty . . . which is magnanimous in my educated impression, having studied the issue, researched the intent of the legislature to lay this water rights issue to rest, back between 1973 to 1983, giving ample due process to record with your respective county recorders, your allotted water rights, either by purchase, inheritance, nationality, indigenous nature, and as a matter of law; 10 years recording time, is plenty of notice and the right to be heard.  Nobody, can sit on their water rights, or any property right, for that matter . . . and the Montana Legislature, the law making body in the state, made it clear, that the statue applied to Indian and non-Indian alike, or to any organization, that represented the Tribes, as in the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  So, as per that, there is not excuse, not, all that needs to be done, is to quantify, the water necessary for the Tribes, to enjoy the use and benefit of the land, which needs water for current use, and includes future grown and need, as might be anticipated, in the near future . . .  

The Indians, ceded their land to the United States, in exchange, reservations were set up, for the use and the benefit, of the Tribes, with fishing rights, to fishing holes that had been favorite, and used spots either on or off the reservation.  There were monetary expectations, promised schools, housing, etc., and the water needed for these buildings, as well as provisions for future growth.  And if you actually read the Hellgate Treaty, look up the terms, put it in in the context of history, the body count, and the possibility of the extinction of an entire nation, or indigenous people, with a long history on the land, giving that up, in exchange for peace, support of the U.S., and fiscal care and responsibility, but, still with oversight from the President of the United States, who can make some changes, if needed, it was a pretty good deal, if everyone lived up to their agreements, the treaty, and the compromise . . .  given the limitations, the terrible cost of lives, the new young nation, and the need for these warring nations to get along, all was worked out in fairness and in a manner, in which, the treaty was good for, centuries, and still is!

The Dream That Tells It All . . .

After my friend's new pet, a baby, kitten, woke me up, by playing with my hair, I drifted back into the deep, REM, sleep, the state of sleep, that most dreams come.  I had a dream that, not a client, because I have chosen not to activate, write the Montana Supreme Court for admittance, or re-take the bar exam, not being sure I really want clients, or to practice, or do much other than I have done, testify at the last Montana Legislative Session, almost two years ago, do constitutional law, legal analysis of things, like the Salish-Kootenai Indian Water Compact, still a hot topic issue, or write my blog, helping people through legal coaching, pro bono, or pro se work, and once going against attorney, local, Mr. Dudis, in the alleged Judge Robert Allison's court, after my client, Georgeanna Hartunge, in the matter of Dorothy Darrow, had a melt down, and turning to me, for help, because I was, well familiar with the case, having at the time of court, written at least a 20 page brief, and later, another complete, slam, with evidence of wills, living, powers of attorney documents, and as a matter of law, conditions for the activation of will provisions for guardianship, activation, at the time a physician, deems, Ms. Darrow, either incompetent, or other situations that might merit a guardian.  But, other than that, even though, judges from several states, given my U.S. Supreme Court bar membership, with Shelley, stealing it, and paying Georgeanna, and the fraud pod squad of Kalispell, among others, to lie and say that it is here, not me, who is the attorney . . . I challenge that bitch to write a blog a day, rather than taking credit for mine!  LOL!

Every time I swear, God, my Intel guy, reminds me, and sends a Buick down the road, B-U-ICK!  LOL! I got awards, I never even attended the social function to get, gave Kris Knowlton, the trip to represent Utah, at the Clinton, Violence Against Women Act, luncheon, where we were to be honor, with  me writing the grant, designing the book, the graphics and the style, in a user friendly way, bullet version of the law, not text intensive, with graphs that are still used by the Department of Justice, the 8 section wheel, of isolation by a perp of domestic violence, or human body trafficking, plus writing the cop portion, and with Kris taking total credit after I was allegedly out of the picture, the helping Shelley perpetrate a huge fraud against me, and she should be prosecuted!  The law states, that a person has to be fucking dead for 100 years, to take or give credit to someone else, and even that doesn't make sense . . . I dibs Shakespeare's writings, how absurd!  Whatever . . . the reason, they could get away with this total 360 degree take over, is because, I never took credit, never attended award ceremonies, and quietly went about my work, as an attorney!  Holy shit, it took a total theft of everything I am, was, and could be, to get me to take credit!  WOW!  I got an award for being the toughest professor on the University of Utah campus, with law schools, and medical schools, a huge, prestigious university, and having the toughest grades, hard combo . . . an never attended to get my award, check Shelley's collection of my awards!  

Hell, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, I believe made me a special certificate, with an Eagle and lightening, that cost me $200 just to mat and frame, Rachel?  This woman didn't even know how to use an email, or type a resume, last I checked, and I believe she used my resume to win her election on the town council in Bloomington, because she had no other reason, not to let me read the resume that Emily, her little bitchy brat, wrote!  You don't get to claim my stellar children, Rachel, Shelley, Sue, Kevin, Mark, Frank aka Allan, Michael, Jack or John, Tony . . . none of you, take your own shit, you raised them, I get mine!  The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree . . . yours are rotten fruits, probably actual fruits, because you are rotten to the core, bad to the bone . . . you can't produce good fruit!  It is a fundamental impossibility! I am sure that my family, my parents, felt that it was unfair, in their socialistic family view, of the greatest amount of good, for the greatest amount of people, thus, deciding that, their non-product, who grew up wild and free, loving God, not man, left the family early, clinging to a totally different value system, thank God . . . the materialistic family, that so well fits with the Bushes, Cheney's, and fascism, worshiping, G.O.D., gold, oil and drugs, among image, the perceptions, clothes, style, body, don't worry about the mind, the big boys at the top will take care of stealing that from sis, who paid the price of a law degree, took the bar, practiced law, at the highest levels of Utah government, and in private practice, got four bar memberships, always with Certificates of Good Standing from the Utah Supreme Court, at the same time, those they supervise are trying to take my license away, so the gals can get credit, with Billy Walker, a former boss, knowing, I collected more for the Office of Recovery Services, in one fucking case, than my predeceser, (spell check turned off!) assistant attorney general, over 8 fucking years, no . . . my work was excellent in every area I touched, to the last drop!  I collected almost a half a million dollars!  Beat an attorney, in the defense bar, gaining the respect of the defense bar, and being invited as a force to deal with, having never been to court!

• Rachel, Sue and my mother, if you can call her that, went to visit Nicole, when she had her baby, since, my father kept, over $3,700 per month of my private and public disability money, jealous even of that, kept my profits from the sale of my home in St. George, and is probably still collecting my Paul Revere Disability Insurance, that I should have received until I died, that magically stopped, at the pointed date of my death, 2002, and when I didn't die as planned, the money, allegedly stopped, on a glitch, really dad, when I called, they said, that it was still coming, and he may have collected up to $350,000 over the time period, then someone called back and assured me that stopped at the 2 year mark, that bribe money, has kep the lies going for years, and still it . . . so, because I could not travel, due to expense, after being ripped off by my own father, somehow, Sue and Rachel, or both, bury me at the mother, of not only Nicole, but Elliot, Chris and Greta, respectively . . . as if this had been in the works for years, when I said I was getting a divorce, the sister brigade took me to lunch, trying to dissuade me from going through with the divorce, and said at that time, which I find very interesting, that if, I gave Zeke, or Richard, the kids, and went to law school, whatever my children did, I could not take credit or have bragging rights to . . . WHAT THE FUCK!  What father, when only one parent generally gets custody, has not claim on his children, do you think jealousy is at play?  They, the family, wanted my children to fail, right along with me, and we all thrived, excelled and beat the hell out of their own offspring, therefore, they want to claim mine . . . was that a foreshadowing?  I was with my children, more than my globe trotting, card playing, sister shopping, absentee mothers, I was actually with my kids every weekend, driving my son, Elliot, and Isaac, Shelley's son, who took the music, the fame, the money and ran, plus set me up on the marijuana, plus, tried to get my second house taken away in Parowan, a total piece of shit, just like his mother, and his grandfather!
• when Nicole, was young, in first grade, going from Polk Elementary, with the picture, I am going to describe in a minute, the picture at issue, that might actually be the actual link, with everything else erased, going back to the last time, Nicole, visited me in Salt Lake, with her Air Force, Buddy and Boyfriend, Grady, but, in first grade, at the gifted school, in a school, at Dee Elementary School, where my aunt Althea or Ali, Southwick also taught, Nicole, told her teacher, I will be good, because my mom is good . . . and she is excellent, always was, always will be, like her mother, minus the mob, family, government, Mormon invasion, the Body Snatchers . . . 
• Nicole, won the Reflections Art Contest, in kindergarten, with a picture, the most darling, cute, and greatest interpretive picture, full of creativity and imagination, and shockingly good for a kindergartner, but the sky-scape of New York City, with multi-colored buildings, not quite straight, with happy, yellow colored light coming out of them, and tons of them, and a blonde bombshell, Lady Liberty, with live hair, tons of make up, lipstick, mascara, blush, eyeliner, noticeable eyelashes, possibly a colored dress, but, holding the flame of freedom!  She won region and the picture, as I recall, went to state, where I don't think she won, but they kept the picture as it seems, from memory, as probably the cutest Statue of Liberty . . . foreshadowing of mother's profession, constitutional law attorney, with a daughter, who teaches her Mormon Church young women, about the U.S. Constitution, and runs girl's camp like a SERE, POW camp or training, passing on the confidence she got herself, while in the military, stating that she can't imagine where she would be without doing service to her country!
• had my family had their way, the Mormon Muffin way, my daughters never would have gone in the military, never would have married who they married, never traveled to 19 to 23 countries, and would have been cloistered as Mormon Muffins, waiting for their knight in shining armor to save them . . . my daughters wear army boots!  Mother and daughters that fit, sons too, who would never have been little rockers, never have been skaters, or snowboarders, with Uncle Mark, saying he wouldn't let his kids walk across the street, to meet my son, and Shelley's Isaac, before he got corrupted by materialistic assholes . . . now, they all want to claim my kids, whom I gave total freedom, within reason, with guidance . . . to do exactly what they wanted to do with their lives!
• in the dream, there were many compartments to this kind of apartment, that in each room, there were connections to my past with my children, my younger three, especially, my ex-husband, Jerry Owens, who was probably undercover since my law school days, after I scored top, I believe in my constitutional law class of 180, with my professor asking me to be his research assistance . . . because Jerry tried to no end, to get me to stop going to law school, and to abandon the fight for the U.S. Constitution, as a losing battle, with me willing to go down with the ship, wanting to go to Washington, D.C., if necessary to save it, as taught, that it would hang by a thread, looking back, it is the elders of the CIA and FBI, with 70% Mormon, who hung it out to dry with Bush and Cheney . . . but, looking back at the picture of my Air Force, military trained linguist daughter, was I the model for my daughter's, Lady Liberty . . . possible, back in the day!  
• I went to a Salt Lake apartment, allegedly with a client, friend, and several other sisters, of her's or mine, just to serve divorce papers, because this woman didn't know what she was doing, so I decided, as I always do to help her . . . in the process of serving her husband, I lost my shoes, my socks, couldn't keep track of anything, and in the search for various items, the rooms, connected me to like the Salt Lake apartment my sons moved into for awhile, then to a room with connections to Jerry, but on the floor, in this mess, losing personal items, and looking around there were three, huge, fat cats . . . gray, my sign for CIA, sneaky, stealth, old due to the color but, bloated, and massive cats . . . symbolic of the old school, REDS, retired and extremely dangerous, that have done this to me, want to claim my kids, for already stolen music, covering their asses, their failures as fathers, etc., Frank (Texan) aka, Allan Rex Bess, and friends, Jack/John King Strode/Ware (Pennsylvania water money), Michael McClintoch (allegedly born in Salt Lake, adopted to California rancher), can't remember his fake name, but he was also the fake judge, who I believe stepped into the Kalispell, Darrow case, off record, with a predetermined outcome, that Shelley, CIA's JoAnn, gets credit for my awesome writing, and Tony or Anthony Osthemeier (Pennsylvania Quaker, easy Mormon), all Harvard, or other distinguished schools, back east, before the Mormon Missionary CIA, FBI, NSA days of today, but men of character, prestige and honors, back in the day, with nothing to lose, and everything to gain . . . the T&A boys, that probably got sexual access to any of these government hookers, as part of the Mormon polygamy bull shit, that is why Tony joined the Church, but wife #1 wouldn't go along with it, but that doesn't mean he stopped believing!
• in the dream, the wife, and her husband, came out, arm in arm, and decided not to get a divorce, blog yesterday, or day before . . . but, the most informative, was Nicole, showing up, of all my kids, not as a child, but more, like right now, and she said, Mom, get that picture upstairs, I was not sure what picture she was talking about, and she said, if we don't get that picture, there is no way to trace me to you!  I woke up, immediately after the dream, and started to cry, thinking, that all the fragmented rooms of the apartment, were symbolic of the fragmentation of my life, from that Salt Lake apartment, when I was working at the Utah Medical Association, which Rachel, claims, with my father, keeping a letter, from Leon Sorenson, Val Batemen, and all the doctors, thanking me for my efforts, literally to save, the doctors, not only in Utah, but across the country, with perfect timing, and the regret they have with my terminal illness . . . my Intel, guy, just sent by a Coors Light truck, for some reason, can't remember, but that may represent, Kay Baby, my dad's term, when he substituted Kay Burningham, in my place . . . bragging rights retained?  My father read a novel, or screen play, that Kay had written while I was practicing law, and he loved it, or said he did, and after I was poisoned, maybe with a malice of forethought, Kay started to take my place, with Brett, refusing to divorce me, and Kay, stepping in, not only being the girl she had been jealous of since 7th grade, but getting the family, she always wanted, and best buddy, sis, Shelley, willing to share and share alike with Brett, the swinger, who would not divorce me . . . all fits, nice and neat, but Kay doesn't want her kids, she wants to claim, mine, because her and Brett, with the rest of my family, didn't just stop at subbing me out, but also Elliot, then they tried, to do so with Chris, Kay has a Chris, and cop kids, for the rest, but my kids, didn't fall apart, they thrived, and eventually, were so much cooler, than the cop kids, they inducted my kids to their side, either known or unknown, survival with spouses, shit!
• the fragmented, life, probably inspired the day, Jerry, Rachel, and Marcie, started making the record of alleged mental health issues, forcing me into the Behavioral Health, at LDS Hospital, it was all planned and all in the family, way back, Shelley getting my drivers license yanked, after me not driving for a year, Rachel, mom and dad, showing up, trying to force me to take meds, which I refused, dad telling me I had a choice of going into the St.  George, Behavioral Health, again trying to force meds, wanting to establish a record of mental health, having me arrested, and on and on . . . dirty, dirty, dirty, corrupt, corrupt, corrupt, Shelley trying to get me put in a group home or a nursing home . . . and they are the ones stealing my cases!
• after I had been poisoned, probably at the hands of Shelley, biologist from hell, Rachel calling me to see how I was, and stating that I had written a note, Humpty Dumpty, sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty, had a great fall, all the kings horses and all the kings men, couldn't put Humpty together again . . . I just didn't realize, that Bush was the King, or Jack, and they were not trying to put me back together, they were taring me and my kids apart!
• I had two houses, totally furnished for my kids, hell, I didn't need them, but Chris, my oldest son, said, and the only thing, the kids, ever requested, was a home to come back to for the holidays . . . so, of course, what did the Mormon mafia take, the two homes . . . Shelley sitting her ass in the first house, 24/7, and she wasn't responsible for Isaac, and his alleged marijuana, the reason for the alleged raid the day before the May 8th, 2011, trip to Denver, to argue a $357 million case against the state of Utah, Shelley saying, the constable, who had been to the house several times, knew damn well, who I was, and who that lazy ass Shelley and her worthless crew of dead beats, were . . . oh, JoAnn they must have thought, I was you, so they took your furniture and all, practice and all, thinking I was you . . . allegedly, your sister is an attorney, and two sisters are not saying they are named in a lawsuit, and have a judgement against them for $33,000, without a hearing, notice, or anything, the reason they took MY furniture, to cover that judgement, what judgement?  Better collusion with Judge John, fucking, Walton!
• Brock and Rice, Cheeks, all took bribes, before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, before they took or hatched the plan to steal everything I owned, taking ever dime I made, that went to making a home for my kids, NICOLE, you are sleeping with the enemy!  Sue, Kev, grandma and pa, Shelley, you name it, Rachel, all of them, long planned your demise!  They literally, beat the living hell, out of your mother, from that apartment in Salt Lake City, in late 1999, to 2000, when they wanted the prestige of my general counsel position, not to mention the rest of my resume, and the plan was set forth, to destroy my kids in the process!
• you and your mother, are enemies to the Bush doctrines, the Patriot Act, the fight to kill the U.S. Constitution, your mother was at logger heads, with the fascist Bushes, and their Mormon boys and girls, why do you think that grandpa, had a picture of George W. and Laura Bush, long after President Obama, was elected, and a second time, beating that fucking MITT ROMNEY, who stole $118 million of my contingency fees!  Read between the lines, look back, think, look at George, everything that took you away from me and your family, isolation, control, even to home schooling, getting you to quit, not only working with the Republican county commissioner, where you would be respected and were, but known, and the senator who also wants your help . . . George, keeping you out of the limelight, not letting you see me, and refusing to let the grand kids see me, think back to little Meggie Schmidt, just happened to stay with you and George, not Sarah, go deep, look back, take the shackles off, this was planned before you ever got home from the Air Force, taking both your mother and your father out, simultaneously, with dear little sweet grandmother, stating that your father never would have been fired, if he had been Mormon . . . both parents, who could have protected your brother's music, or you kids, taken out of the game, and most likely considered dead, or worse . . . denying my life, think, honey, what does the picture symbolize?  The very thing, Bush, family, Mitt, Mormons, FBI, CIA, NSA, and possibly your husband, hates . . . they want a one world order!
