Herbert et al . . . against the state of Utah, the Utah Attorney Generals Office, Governor's Office, Department of Commerce, and the Division of Securities, plus several individuals and officers, operating in their individual and official capacities, within the prosecutorial and investigative entities, within DOS . . . plaintiffs and defendants, acting under color of law, thus igniting the securities, civil rights, or section 1983, lawsuit, filed originally, December 18, 2009, and again, the amended complaint filed, January 10, 2010, with an article, coming out of New York Investment News, January 17, 2010, in the article, written by Jessica Martinez, no longer with the news agency, called No Big Love In Utah . . . now my name and credentials, listed one or near the bottom of the articles, has come and gone, depending on how well, the thieves, have been able to cover the, cover-up on what was a deal, before going to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and a steal, as it headed to the United States Supreme Court! 

What inspired me to write a second blog?  I generally, don't read the financial sections of the Wall Street Journal; however, the picture of Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General, and the title of the article, of the June 24, 2014, issue, about securities investigations, pending legislation, and lawmakers in the Republican-controlled House have amended a spending bill to cut off funding for the new probes, into financial firms, like those of Brock & Rice, previously, for handling fraudulent transactions, in violations of the SEC laws of the state of Utah, and the article on the dangers that lurk in cyberspace, with a picture of Chris Inglis, former director of the NSA, or National Security Agency, concerned over the theft by foreign nations, of American, intellectual property . . . hey, Mr. Inglis (symbolic of Ing Financial, or representative of Brock Financial, Rice, also, and the phonetic representation of "lis" or lies!  Accomplishing the theft through me, allowing, sister, Shelley, who ratted out her former boss and husband to the state of Utah, Division of Securities, to save her own ass!) how about using all that technology, to break the Mormon Mafia, who stole, $357 million from tax payers, through a theft of my "intellectual property" via, theft of my e-filing account, at the U.S. Federal District Court, District of Utah, in Salt Lake City, the Frank Moss Federal Building!

The most disconcerting and alarming to me, about all the pictures and articles in the WSJ, today, is the picture of Chris Inglis, with the huge word, THREATS, behind him, symbolic, of  my own son, Chris, who would be well aware of the lies, the work his mother did on the case, winning it, with originally a 65 page brief, that crucified all defendants, handily, with the government's attorneys, filing a pathetic, 7 page brief, while my kick ass brief, was filed with the 10th Circuit of Appeals, but with a 14,000 word limit, with myself, not being aware that footnotes, had to be counted in the word limit, having to cut, roughly 10,000 words out of the first, filed document, but, the cuts were made, and the briefs, was even stronger . . . then the deals were cut!  With clients, Brock and Rice, going behind my back, and cutting deals that made them totally lose interest in the case, in their work, in securities, leaving offices, for the next year, travelling the world on cruise ships, wearing Hawaiian shirts, shorts and sporting tans, or at least Hank did, Rice was still coming to me, to help him with his insurance and real estate cases, also in the Department of Commerce, with Tracy Gunnarson, ending up, the director of the Department of Commerce . . . very interesting!

While I was reading the securities articles in the Journal, I was listening to music; however, an advertisement for Gratus Financial, came on, with a man, talking about who his firm was doing business, who he spent time with his sons, and how rewarding that was, in addition to other information, about clients, etc.  The financial planner or wealth manager's last name, or his firm's name, Gratus . . . phonetically, Great Us . . . brought back, both bad and good memories, knowing, I had done a great thing in the Brock case, knowing that Brock and Rice, plus myself, as their attorney, had secured constitutional rights for planners across the country, in a civil rights case of first impression; however, it was someone else that got the credit, someone else's face that got the press and photo ops, even after I had to be hauled out of jail in Grand County, all part of the conspiracy to steal the case and other cases of legal note, to finish the case in U.S. federal court, in then U.S. Magistrate, now U.S. District Judge, Clark Waddoups court, to legitimize the finish of the case.

Dangers in Cyberspace & Identity Theft Were Key to Stealing My Intellectual Property on the Brock/Rice Securities Case

Now, I am sure, the thieves, did not count on me going in person, back to the United States Supreme Court, and getting sworn in, personally, since I had already, followed the rules in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for entering a paper form of the swearing in, after being accepted a member of the bar of the high court, but Brock and his associates, made it clear to me, that making me wait 3 hours in a town in Kansas, for them to send/wire through a Walmart, Moneygram, to cover gas, and other necessities that are a client's responsibility to pay, even though, I carried the case, at $20 per hour, until we reached the 10th Circuit, when I upped my fees, to a whopping $60 per hour, with the full intentions of winning and collecting my 1/3 contingency fees, minus, the payments up to that point, for the quasi-contingency agreement between me and Brock!

And I can guarantee, that they never planned on seeing the billboard, in Nebraska, along 1-80, of a very distinguished, middle aged man, casually, laying back on his couch, blue dress shirt, Levi's, hands behind his head, smiling, with merely the words, financial planner . . . on the bottom of the picture, with every planner in the nation, knowing full well, what the Brock/Rice securities case, I wrote, researched, fought, thought out, knew how to do, had the constitutional, administrative, securities, criminal and civil legal background, plus the history of taking on a federal regulatory agency, representing the doctors, against the fraud units, going after Utah doctors, for alleged fraudulent up-coding on medical billing for Medicaid/Medicare patients, to the federal government . . . a fucking rare combination, not to be easily equalled, especially by the non-lawyers, or Kay, who was a personal injury attorney!

Generally, civil rights cases, or section 1983 lawsuits against state officers, acting under color of law, for violating federal and state, statutory and constitutional rights, had been applied to the minority, beat up in jail by the sheriff, in jail, not middle class, white, Mormon, male, financial planners, and multi-millionaires!  The pair of plaintiffs, had approached, several attorneys, who they had either previously hired, Mark Griffin, and Randall Edwards, plus, noted civil rights attorney, Brian Bernard, but all turned them down, until me . . . then they were all jealous as hell, as were the females, and one attorney, who actually got credit of the case!  The next highest civil rights case in the nation, that was awarded, was the typical, black beat in New York jail, who got $12 million!  

So, I guess you could say, that I forwarded the legitimacy of the civil rights case, into one of the top money makers, not only in that area of law, but in the whole area of law!  Securities cases, in Nevada, alone, skyrocketed to 20, right off the bat, with local and state bar associations, seeing an increased participation in the securities sections of their bar participation.  I was listed as #2 in the nation, next to Gerry Spence, for civil rights defense, or at least that is why, another client, Brandon Arudino, of Las Vegas, seeking a civil rights case against, Iron County and Washington County jails, for failure to provide medical care, after his son was killed in a roll over, in Leeds, Utah, where he was also injured, and never even got to go to his son's funeral, his only son's funeral!

This morning, I was reading the Wall Street Journal, Tuesday, June 24, 2014, while eating breakfast at McDonalds, on Idaho Street, in Kalispell, Montana, yes, actually, getting educated, not only on the issues of concern in America, but around the world . . . now, maybe you would prefer that your attorney, be scraping a green cucumber mask off her face, or hitting the gym in her spandex, I mean, former President, Bill Clinton, who is also aging, worse than Hillary in my mind, is not looking so hot himself . . . sorry, but true, we all age, put on weight as we age, get wrinkles, spread a bit in the ass, and like my Grandmother wrote, once in a poem, as you age, you have more boobs under your armpits, than sticking out in front or in your bra . . . grow the fuck up, and mature!  

Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, known as the Iron Lady, and respected for it, probably never did say, it is all about my hair!  Why, because, Brits have been around a lot longer than Americans, and have historical examples of very strong leaders, who just happened to be a WOMAN--like a Queen Victoria, who helped Britain, conquer a good portion of the world, and I think, her subjects, where more impressed with her leadership skills, than, if her hair style, went with her dress, or if she was pretty, that had absolutely nothing to do with her job!  In America, we want someone who looks like Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachman, but with the brains, experience, education, ideas, connections with world leaders, or time on the bench as either Hillary Clinton or Justice, Sonia Sotomayor!  

Grow up!  Hillary and Sonia, both cruised through their Senate confirmation hearings, being grilled for three days, in Justice Sotomayor's case, and an entire day, in Hillary's case, as the newly appointed Secretary of State . . . at the same time, Sarah Palin, was bailing out on the state of Alaska, for being embroiled in controversies, conflicts, and lawsuits, she got into, during her administration!  And, both Republicans and Americans, actually considered this woman as Vice President of America!  One heart beat away from the Presidency, with an older running mate . . . hey, mate, you are stupid.

The day after Sarah Palin and V.P. Joe Biden, did their debate, when Palin, tried to folksy us to death, with winks, and requests that she be able to refer to Biden, simply as Joe . . . I pulled up the Drudge Report, there were pictures of Palin, with her ass in the air, and Senator McCain, kissing it, or comments, that i heard on numerous occasions, generally from men, that is you can't stand what she is saying, you can at least enjoy looking at her!  And that is a qualification for a Vice President!  Are you fucking kidding me?

Let's not look at that fact that, Justice Sotomayor, was at the time she was nominated for a position, as a member of the United States Supreme Court, that she, first was appointed to the federal bench, 17 years earlier by President Bush . . . oh, we thought, that because, President Obama, appointed her, she was a political activist judge, a minority, and a woman, who, just in those few facts, must be, an inferior appointee, or part of some, secret affirmative action appointment committee . . . this woman, had more time on the federal bench, that any nominee, from the inception of appointments to the Supreme Court!

Some lame ass idiot, made the statement, that if Hillary is appointed, we are going to have to hear, four to eight more years, of basically, bitching and moaning, over sexism, after hearing all about racism, for the last administration . . . guess what jack ass, if you can find on person, on God's green earth, that is more qualified to be President than Hillary Clinton, and as in Justice Sotomayor's case, you can go back to the beginning of this country . . . and you need the training on sexist sensitivity!  And embarrassing enough, as it is . . . for most, dumb ass voters in America, it really is all about her hair!

I feel your pain, Hillary, 5 statewide jobs, manuals serving as nationwide models, with awards from your husband, Bill, teaching at three colleges, being listed as #2 in the nation for civil rights defense, having the two largest civil rights cases, in both the civil and criminal arena, making it to the United States Supreme Court, single handed, no assistant, no secretary, holding down and maintaining a case load, that a small law firm, might not be about to do, taking care of extra family members, and neighbors kids, plus my own four children, and grandchildren, having cases in several states, coaching any person who needed legal help, doing the yard, house, decorating . . . attorney at night, housewife during the day, working 22/7, creating better and new tests for courts to determine, whether a woman is cohabiting or not, for alimony purposes, and fighting, both local, state, and national cops, prosecutors and judges, simultaneously, was just not enough, even for my own, children, and their spouses, they were embarrassed, that after the government poisoned me, the last time, I took on the big boys, I happened to gain weight, because, five doctors told me that I would die in two years, never work again, and no hope of recovery . . . it really was all about the hokey poky!

It did take, several attorneys, and all my sisters, to take my place, cover, steal, lie, and say they did all that I did, but that didn't seem to teach the tits & ass boys, who had to cover cases, legislation, constitutional analysis, presentations, water compacts, etc., even while they were chasing me, blowing up my vehicles, or stealing them, raiding my houses, they still didn't get it . . . that I was no ordinary girl, and neither are you, Hillary, run and fuck'em . . . LOL!  Plus, they, after fucking up their own kids, even, wanted to claim, my great kids, and beautiful grand-kids . . ., I can even beat them on the home front, and will on the looks, front, but I wanted to beat them first . . . I have had hits on my blog, that trump the Super Bowl audience by 40 million--educating the world, but that ass!

A Pope After My Own Hearts, Drops the "F-Bomb" and Excommunicates all Mafia Members Automatically!

What in the hell does the establishment clause of the United States Constitution mean, and how is it applied. Just recently, there was an article in the Kalispell, Montana, newspaper, the Daily Inter Lake, editorial or opinion section, of someone, very clearly, dividing this country, into oath keepers, or non-oath keepers . . . and I could not agree more, it used to be Democrats v. Republicans, or back in the day, of the founding fathers, when there were 12 different political parties, and war between ideologies, vying for power, influence, political favor, and fighting over special interests that would benefit, their particular view of the way, legislation, politics, or power should go; however, to day, those battle lines, have taken on a totally new line of demarcation, that of those who support, preserve, protect and defend the United States Constitution, and those who do not, either for ideological reasons, origins, orders or secret societies . . . and I would say, we better start figuring out, what lays beneath the man or woman we are putting into office . . . they are either for or against the majority of Americans view of the foundational and contextual framework of what this countries goals are, not only for the nation itself, but for the role the United States should play in the world . . . and those ideas and political agendas that are so foreign and contrary to the basics of the U.S. Constitution, should be exposed, ratted out, and eradicated, not in a violent way, but through exposure of true motives! 

I absolutely loved the fact that Pope Francis, who oversees, 1.2 billion Catholics, worldwide, got so pissed off, that he ripped the cover off mafia members, automatically did a wholesale, excommunication, after a young innocent boy was gunned down in Italy, going after the culture of violence behind the slaying, taking out any connection with those members, who often claim belief in the Catholic Church, tout its teachings, but blatantly violate, the very basics of God's 10 Commandments, in particular--THOU SHALT NOT KILL--and somehow, justify, hits, ordered killings, tests of loyalties to mafia bosses and families, ruling neighborhoods, towns, cities, regions, through violence, so contrary to God's laws, with mafia families, who now are found in the Russian, Romanian, Italian, Mexican, etc., mafias, with close ties to the Catholic Church . . . fucking, good for you, Pope Francis . . . would to God, all religious and spiritual leaders, would denounce actions from groups that claim religious affiliations, yet, boldly hide behind the cloaks, clothes, temple garments of their given religions of birth, baptism, yet conduct their personal lives, so contrary to any God, sanctioned activities, that truth makes reason stare!

The Vatican, that is a country, in and of itself, with roots, centuries old, and didn't have to give due process, and neither does the Mormon Church, but in the case of Kate Kelly, who is awaiting her excommunication from the Mormon Church; however, Mormons claim to be the only world religion, that is truly an American Church--although, Joseph Smith, founder of the American Church, was a 33 degree mason, with secrets and a society, that is roughly 6 thousand years old, so there may be a split loyalty, but just for the sake of argument, let's say there is not; therefore, you will see, elements and concepts of the U.S. Constitution, coming into play.  So, Ms. Kelly, was called into a church court, but she refused to attend the bishop's court, basically, an ecclesiastical court, where feminist women, such as herself, go to have a hearing, with a presentation of her alleged issues with the church, with one member of the ward, god-head, arguing for her, the other one representing the church, and the bishop, having the final say, as to whether she is excommunicated for believing that woman, should be ordained as clergy in the patriarchal male oriented church.  Men, on the other had, go before the stake presidency, with at least, 15 members, with the presentation of the charges, 7 speaking in favor of the church defendant, and 7 speaking on behalf of the errant male, with the stake president, rendering a decision, after all have spoken, and he thinks or prays about the decision, that is to protect the church from members who fail to adhere to doctrines of the church. 

Kelly, has thousands of supporters from members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or the Mormon Church, with a worldwide membership, who held a vigil for her the other night, during the hearing she refused to attend, she claims, she has always been a Mormon and always will be, no matter what the outcome of the hearing is, over her church membership.  Kind of like the motto for Las Vegas, What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas . . . What Happens in the Church, Stays in the Church . . . basically even the U.S. Supreme Court will not step behind those closed doors, and dictate, what the church can and cannot do . . . that is called a separation of church and state!

Under A Secular Government, Like America, Ms. Kelly, is Free to Believe Anything She Wants, Including, Ordaining Women to the Ministry or Clergy--it is Only, When her Beliefs, Cross the Line, to Actions, that Violate the Laws of the United States, that She Would Ever Run A Foul of the Constitution!

Now, why, the male patriarchal order, that runs the Mormon Church, just doesn't seem to get that principle, when it comes to polygamy, is beyond this constitutional law attorney . . . you can believe you will have 10 virgins, in heaven, but that violates the laws of the land, right now . . . so, don't try to circumvent the law, by saying, well, Muslims get more than one wife, or if we get Mitt Romney, a Mormon in the presidency, we get to rule on that matter, or if gays get marriage rights, we should get polygamy; therefore, Mormon males should be able to practice their beliefs and their religion . . . however, on a scale of 1 to 10, I can guarantee, which belief, is more egregious to the average American, just like it was during Utah's fight for statehood, back between 1847 and 1896, when a provision put right in the document, itself, as a condition of statehood, right in the state constitution, the only section of that nature, forbids POLYGAMY, FOREVER!

And the only way, Utah or the Mormon run state, can get polygamy or the ban on polygamy lifted, or taken out of the state constitution, is to get a 2/3rd vote in both houses of the Utah Legislature, and it must go to a vote to the people, and have the approval of the United States . . . pretty stiff hurdles to overcome, so fucking kiss your spiritual wives or sister wives, away . . . now, you can still believe that, but you can't practice the principle or the covenant!  Even if you go out on the Great Salt Lake, and continue to perform marriages, thinking you are doing it under Maritime or Admiralty Law, circumventing the US Constitution!

Double Standard--Which Belief, if Not Sanctioned Belief, is More Offensive?

There was a Mormon Manifesto, that was revealed by Prophet, Woodrow Wilson, or was that the president of the country?  Anyway, there was a revelation the alleged prophet, got in 1890, stating that the principle of polygamy, was no longer the practice of the Mormon Church; therefore, members who chose to practice it, in contravention of the laws of the United State, would be excommunicated!  That turned out to be just something the church used to get the feds off their back, to get statehood,while every red-blooded, horny, Mormon male, still believed he was entitled to more than one wife, as they do today, enough to manipulate, desecrate the state constitution, treat, it like any normal statute or law, rather than honoring the contractual agreement to become a state, under the Union of states, called the United States of America . . . and they want to excommunicate, Ms. Kelly . . . for her belief, that women should be ordained?  HMMMMMMM?

Good luck, Ms. Kate Kelly, you and I both know, there is a double standard in the Mormon Church!  And how do I know so much about the excommunication process . . .  been there, done that, for fornication, my male counter-part, was just going to get disfellowshipped, a lesser sentence, still in the fold, while I was going to be excommunicated . . . until I spoke up to the stake high council, I am sure, Jerry Owens, wished he had not invited me to the hearing!  Same crime, same time, boys!  I was perfectly happy, not being a Mormon, not having a church job, let alone, being ordained, not only, no, but Hell NO! But under my secular world of citizenship in the United States, under the dictates of the separation clause . . . you can believe, women should be ordained, just don't include me!  LOL!

I re-entered the waters of baptism, not a new creature, but one forced to make my parents feel good . . . you can see the truth, in the pictures taken on the fateful day . . . I kept telling the bishop, I didn't feel sorry for what I did, therefore, I was not forgiven . . . both he and my father, who had double jeopardy on their minds . . .  protecting the Mormon double, didn't care, what I thought, I had to be a Mormon, with that resume!  Are starting to get the picture of what was the driving force, behind, my less than sought after re-baptism.  My roommate, recently asked me, as a convert of the Mormon Church, how I got out of the Church . . . I just stopped going!  You can do that?

Yes, the the other part of the establishment clause is . . . okay, I need to back up, and put this in context . . . Congress shall make no laws respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . . including, not having a religion!  There is a new law, coming under the false flag legislation of Mormons, that anyone who converts, a child under the age of 21 away from their religion of birth, is guilty of genocide and can be charged with a crime; and if any church with a membership of less than 500, not a member of the council of churches, gets their tax exempt status yanked!  Hey, fellows, why not strip any church, that is a front for a political party, with close ties to the CIA, FBI, and NSA?  

With a 70% membership, within the ranks and file of the government, seems like there should be some conflicts of interest, especially, when there is a member of the predominant religion of the alleged intelligence community, running for office, and an alleged attorney, who is very opposed to the candidate, after being targeted by the very agencies, with a huge interest in my money, and the outcome of the elections, to fucking with the situation in Benghazi!  One month before the elections?  With President Obama, knowledgeable of foreign affairs, and Mitt, not knowing jack shit!  Really!  And we can't figure this one out, CIA reporting from the field, briefing the Prez., and CIA within the State Department, changing the talking points, really, with a presidency at stake, and world domination by Mormons, who are perfectly aligned with the one world order crew, really, so hard to see . . . no borders, access, access, access to missionary, standing armies!  Swallowing a fly, and swatting at a flea!

Good Example of Violation of Separation of Church and State--Wasatch High School, Year Book!

I have been waiting to comment on this situation for some time now, a few weeks . . . every high school has a dress code.  So when several girls, got their year books for the end of the year celebrations, and a picture that would go with them throughout their lives, coming back to either haunt or thrill both sexes for years to come as high school reunions, come around ever so often, bringing back memories, not only of those days, but what was in fashion, or what your personal fashion statement was, back in the day, so no small thing!

Well, several girls, graduating, or at least attending, Wasatch High in the Heber/Midway area, got their year books back and found, the tattoo on their collar bone, that they specifically wanted to show in their pictures, with a bit lower, necklines, had been computer doctored, not only to make their picture more modest, along the standards of the predominant religion, Mormonism, but also, digitally brought the necklines of their shirts of choice . . . not in violation of school dress codes, but religious codes, came above the collar bone, to cover the cherished words of their tattoos!

When the altered school pictures that would stand the test of time, were discovered, the girls were given copies of dress standards as suggested in a Mormon produced booklet, called Especially for Youth . . . to be handed out at church, so what is up with handing that out at school, a secular school, not a church school!  That is what the US Supreme Court, would say, violates the separation clause of the first amendment, and crosses the line between church and state . . . blatantly, unconstitutional!  And coming from a church that has no qualms allowing elderly gentlemen, marry young brides, with parental consent or through polygamy!  It is okay to fuck'em underage, marry'em, but hell, cover up those collar bones in high school year books!

The interesting thing was, the doctored photos, were only done to certain girls, and not to other equally, riske', probably non-Mormon girls, and the Mormons, who are actually getting taught dress standards in school, are free to wear what they wanted . . . could be a form of religious discrimination, or discrimination against girls who don't practice any religion, but are a minority in the town!  Not only a violation of their 1st amendment rights, but also their 14th amendment, liberty rights!

News wise a very interesting morning, plus a visit from Senator Tester, Montana (D), meeting with Kalispell veterans and the community, over the current problems with the Veteran's Administration & Hospital System, over time to wait to get services, corruption within the system, denial of services, bonuses for staff, doctors, who are inadequate or old, review boards, that have no connection or background in the medical field, etc.  Home building is rekindled, showing signs that the economy is on the rebound, a wonderful sight around the valley; the Small Business Administration said that Obamacare will not hurt small business, but actually help them provide benefits and affordable health care, helping employers, retain good staff, with the latest activities of Al Qaeda, over in Iraq, and President Obama asking Congress to approve sending a contingency of 300 military advisers over to the country, Montana's Congressional delegation, from both sides, is saying no, the USA got into Iraq on false pretenses, and there is no reason to spend more money and send more military into a country who, not only doesn't understand freedom, but may not even want it!

The most exciting news of the day, is that there was an article in the Kalispell, Daily Inter Lake, Sunday, June 22, 2014, Section D1, called: A standing army . . . Is Homeland Security itself a threat to the nation? I join, author, constitutional attorney and author, John W. Whitehead is founder and president of the Rutherford Institution, says, as I would, as a personal victim, because I was and am, a constitutional law attorney, who reports the constitutional and statutory violation of civil rights, and the Bill of Rights, that are constantly being violated, daily, generally addressing the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 14th amendment rights, under attack all the time . . . but his argument, is that: If the United States is a police state, then the Department of Homeland Security is its national police force, with all the brutality, ineptitude and corruption such a role implies, then although the DHS' governmental bureaucracy may at times appear to be inept and bungling, it is ruthlessly efficient when it comes to building what the Founders feared most--a standing army on American soil! 

Veterans Offered to Pay the Ultimate Price for Freedom, DHS Getting Ultimate Budgets to Take Away the Freedoms Vets Fought For!

If I ever feel sorry for myself, losing everything at the hands of DHS connected activities, even under the guise of being a homegrown terrorist and enemy combatant, for preserving, protecting and defending, the U.S. Constitution and state constitution, to exactness the oath I took, in becoming an attorney and officer of the courts, faithfully, doing so, right up to and including the United States Supreme Court, whether, others working for Homeland Security, covered agencies, like the FBI, NSA or CIA, get credit for all I do, or all I write, through, alleged threat, in some tangentially, bogus, connection, between exposing government activities, often acting in the capacity of domestic enemies, attempts to curtail and deny, you and I, my clients, citizens', or WE THE PEOPLE'S RIGHTS, I just have to think of the sacrifices of our service men and women, many wounded beyond, normal repair, suffering long after the wars are over, even passing on genetically modified genes, to their children, that the soldiers picked up from handling missiles or nuclear weapons, and being exposed to Agent Orange . . . that could have, should have, been prevented, simply by wearing the rubber gloves, that could have prevented the contamination, and then I realize, I don't have anything to complain about!  Freedom is not free!

In a day and age, when our Congress, better start making the hard choices, having priorities, value various departments and governmental agencies, one more than others, we have to look at, down deep, what are these agencies, doing, what is their goal, what is the impact, what rights are we violating, what statements are we making, to whom are our allegiances to, Halliburton or the lives of the men and women, who actually braved the storms, invaded the beaches, piloted the air crafts, left no man behind, gunned down the gooks, the spooks, the rag heads, or MONEY FOR the multi-million or billion dollar, military complex, making a shit load of money, on American blood! 

We do not need, want, desire, or care to be the world police department, as promoted under the Department of Homeland Security and the alleged Patriot Act!  We are not working for the world bankers, who fund both sides of a war, to make money on both sides, we should investigate the motives of the Bush/Cheney administration, with the Obama administration carrying on what was started, possibly as carrying out the orders and wishes of Daddy Bush's, One World Order . . . that is so closely connected with the Yale, Skull & Bones, motives, and loyalties to the British, Prescott, making money and funding Hitler, our enemy . . . come on, there are enough books out there, to totally substantiate, these secret societies, who are not loyal to America!  Impeachment, charges for treason are in the U.S. Constitution, and the definitions are not that hard to read, understand or see!

We Are Still the Greatest Nation on Earth, and We Have the Greatest Generation, Right Here, Right Now!

We have just come out of the longest period of war the nation has ever been engaged in . . . thank God, both sides of the isle, are seeing the reality of the wars, what the driving motives were . . . Condie Rice, working with oil, Bush an oil man, Cheney a Halliburton man, Obama, wants to be a despot or king, suspending the US Constitution and initiating MARTIAL LAW . . . and secret societies ruling, building an army, not to go against our enemies, but to go against US! If the world bankers, the one world order freaks, like the Rockefeller's, the Rothschild's, the Bushes, Bildebergers, and the guys, most, that made money, on opium trading, or other illegal activities, now, want to make money through military conflict around the world--FUCK YOU AND FORGET IT!

Their goal, is to lower America, to the level of a third world country, making life so miserable, horrible, controlled, that a one world order, will actually seem like a relief . . . I say, we go back to the future, get our rights back, cut the hell out of the budgets of useless agencies, that we get little protection and payback or bang for your buck, NOT . . . we can see what the army did with the Boston bombing, fucking nothing!  The citizens were responsible for the capture of the brothers, through cell phone pictures, and seeing blood on the boat in the backyard, and guess what, that was free!  

Let is be understood, that WE THE PEOPLE, obvious from the stories and sacrifices of veterans of several wars, in representation at the meeting with Senator Tester, (D) MT., care about the country, about both national and international affairs, understand the idea of allies, friends in common causes, that at times, call for American troops, we also understand countries that have total hatred for America, for freedom, hate their own wives, children, and want war, they are blood thirsty butt fuckers, that we need to let kill each other!  We are enabling them, to rely on us, rather than caring enough for their own country, their wives and children, their cities, their own defense, and we don't want to get involved, with centuries of conflict, that we will not solve with fighting, guns, tanks, and troops.

Thank God, nobody, stepped in to fight the American Civil War, with more casualties, THAN all the other wars and conflicts America has been involved in, even up to an including the last 14 years of war in Iraq and Afghanistan! Sometimes a country, needs to go to war to get to peace . . . Iraq is not there yet!  Let them fight on their own soil, with what ever means, methods and whatever, and maybe they will be ready to join the rest of the civilized world!  That goes for Syria, Pakistan, and wherever else, they just want to fight, we are battle weary and war torn, we can't do it for the world, nor do we want to be the world police, we need to focus of taking care of our vets, rebuilding our economy, with homes, benefits, services, rights, rather than weapons--and what looks like what might be intended war against citizens, on our own soil.

P.S., I finally figured, out how, DHS, NSA, CIA, or FBI, steals my blog, and redirects it to several other sources, therefore, hiding the original writer entirely . . . some of the nice little things, covered agencies, under Homeland Security, Patriot Act, or other intelligence agencies, do . . . I write the blog, and when I go to publish it, instead of going directly onto the web and my blogspot, it is intercepted, through an instantaneous scanning devise, that then, re-routes the writing to other IP numbers, divided by categories, topics, speciality areas, etc., or persons, with alleged qualifications, and is deposited in their blog, account, or bank account, for Google to pay them, the spy agencies to check for content, correct spelling, and take out swear words, whitewash it if you will, and even use my name, you have grown to love and trust, I am sure, selfie, and use my credentials, to lead you astray, or to a party line, or one world order, march down the primrose path to destruction . . . I am getting more and more adept, I think at catching them, and thwarting their efforts!

Wisest Man in Bible--I'll Split the Baby--Mother's Love, Says, No--Give Him to Her!

Daily, I refer either to early Biblical stories and training, or thoughts and ideas, ideologies and concepts in the Bible, the greatest psychology book ever written . . . and the fight over claim on my absolutely wonderful, beautiful, smart, confident, kind, thoughtful, and the coolest four people on earth to me, my children, has to stop.  Government infiltrators, underhanded family members, unscrupulous grand parents, aunt, uncles and cousins, and their extended circle of friends, made up of my past, present and most likely my future enemies, place my children, and their families in the highest of conflict, a choice between spouses, and their mother, intentionally . . . and it is not fair, right, commendable, or to be respected; their loyalties, hearts and souls are not playgrounds, in this battle between two world views!  Bug the fuck out of my family!

And if you will not, then I will bow out, and let them have peace, and garnish, whatever you can offer them, much, like the mother of Moses, who was born during Pharaoh's fear, that a savior would be born to lead the children of Israel out of bondage, much like America is today, and getting more and more, like slaves, and less and less like free men, woman and children, and it is all on purpose, and God, only knows why . . . power, greed, control, abuse of power, slavery, public servitude, bondage, third world status, WHY?  The mother of Moses, rather than throw her son in the river, as she was commanded to do, made a small boat, or basket of some sort, and when Pharaoh's daughter, and her entourage, came to worship and bath in the Nile, Miriam, the sister of Moses, pushed the baby to the princess, and when she found the baby, asked the princess, if she needed a nurse maid for the baby . . . the mother got to be with her son, until he was done nursing . . . then the princess, raised him as if it were her own son, but the son, seeing the cruelty of the masters to the slaves, many of them, the children of Israel, he joined them as a slave, and later, led them out of captivity.

Sometimes, what is to be our demise, is actually our deliverance; therefore, rather than split the babies in half, the mother who gave them birth, raised them, taught them, and loves them, will not see them suffer and be torn between two very different worlds!  There is only one, America, the other, proposed substitute, with roots, back years or even centuries, with loyalties and hearts, towards Britain and Germany, or steeped in the sorcery and secrecy of societies, that can't be sustained in the light of day, are not what these kids were raised on, with two beautiful daughters who served the real America, and sons so dedicated to the principles, objecting to sending jobs, factories, and businesses to China, that they will not purchase clothing and other items if they are not made in the USA!

Soul Saving

Mary Poppins, said, a pinch of sugar, makes the medicine go down . . . but I say, a pinch of poison, daily, taints the family, interferes with maternal love, and takes the family down.  There have been several times in my life, that, after studying out a particular situation as a mother, that another person, father, for example, given personality differences, family timing and dynamics--with a father's growing importance, it launching children from the home, or giving them the freedom, to choose what they want to do, not only with their lives, but with whom, and where they want to spend their time, and their vacations . . . I am not here to make their lives, nor their choices, harder, but I have a deep understanding of who my children are, what their values, are, and ultimately, like Moses, they will make the right decisions, in other words, I totally trust their minds, intellect, morals, foundation, and understand that life brings with it, paradoxes, complexities, compromise, split affections, and sometimes, timing, is all it takes . . . they are free to do what, when, where, and with whom they will, they have my unconditional love!

FOUR WILD HORSES--BROKE LOOSE FROM THEIR CAPTORS, AND WERE RUNNING AS FREE AS THE WIND!

While not quite apocalyptic . . . they could not have been more majestic, and appeared out of no where, at exactly the time I was thinking of my children, the situation, Nicole's upcoming visit, who my children are, and the extreme challenges they have had to face, given their mother's fight for freedom or the American people . . . just yesterday, my computer was controlled, since Wednesday morning, I couldn't get on the computer, or the Internet . . . but a man I met, most likely, as usual, a cop, tried to tell me my blog was just an illusion, not real, and I should just talk, to one person at a time . . . really, I was pissed, and said, I have had up to 155 million hits, and I am not going to go, one by one, to talk to people!

He asked me my name, and the name of my blog, and this asshole, was going to look at my blog, acting like I was full of shit at the numbers, I was getting.  I told him that the government's version of the blog, was bad con law chick blog . . . and they split the baby, and stole all the hits, so that is where to find the numbers . . . the guys was dumbfounded to see the real numbers--67,000,000!  The look on his face was priceless, if not outright rewarding!  LOL!  

He started to read some of the titles, asked my name, or where to find it on the blog, so I showed him, my picture and my bio . . . he looked at me, and said, I find it hard to believe, that the woman I am sitting with, wrote this blog?  Well, believe it dip shit!  It is not as if, I look different than the picture, in fact, just yesterday, I got my hair cut, AT GREAT CLIPS, to the length, it was, before the, truck driver, beautician, up at Walmart, who appeared to be paid, to not cut my hair short, like I wanted it, and said he was leaving it long . . . like all my doubles!  It is a dorky, 80's cut, but anything is better than being confused with Rachel, Shelley, Sue, Tiffany, Marcie, or Kay!  Good God!

The interesting thing about the 67,000,000 hits, is that I was blocked from writing anything else, for several days, which, as indicated by the huge number of hits, usually goes up . . . I just write too much, and usually daily, and at times twice a day, which I may have done on Wednesday; however, if I let a day or two go by, the numbers soar, because, Google makes me start over with each entry, unlike most bloggers, with lesser numbers.  So, I start from 0, or from the number that have my blog flagged to read, when new material comes out.  So, I was expecting to have numbers, somewhere around 100,000,000, but was shocked to see it, back down to just over 3,000,000 . . . but yesterday, or this morning, I kept seeing the words, on an orange juice carton, or something, that said, something to the effect, dividing up freshness . . . or dividing it up, among the alleged stakeholders, who get my money from the blog!

The mystery man at Rosauers--symbolic name in and of itself, my mother used to read us a story as children, called, Rose Red and Rose White . . . I was blond, Shelley was brunette or black, so rose is one of my symbols for Shelley, me and this guy were at Rosauers, in Kalispell, Montana . . . Let's see, how did this fucking thing ever happen?  Shelley had the dip shit guitar player, Isaac, so we have the music, sort of covered, or dark laser shows, and a red-headed, stand in, Ryan Chambers; then Jimmy Robinson, burned out, music mixer for the Doors, owed 18 years of back child support, I am sure waived, if he played ball, the father of Shelley's bastard child, Ty, who is her youngest, not mine . . . he is 18 to 20 something, brother of the other Shelley mix, mutt litter, of Jessie (Chris), Alexandra, and Isaac.  

Then comes Sue, makes sense, doesn't it, that the Red Jesus, bass guitarist, Elliot Taylor Secrist, the family dog pile of shit, goal, so they could claim the money, they stole, long before Elliot, even knew or did his second CD, yet unnamed, would belong to the other three red-heads, and then you add the BYU connection, Jo, only child of Dick and Helen's to attend, but all Sue's kids either went or go to BYU, so just, claim that Jo's kids are Sue's, and Sue is the attorney, look at little Meggie! 

My kids, grew up under the shadow of the Y, on the mountains of Provo, home of Brigham Young University . . . they would not have been caught dead, going to BYU!  LOL, even with a mother attending as a freshman, and 13 years later, as a law student, only attending the BYZoo, for one quarter, back them, hating it, then transferring to Utah State, with younger sister, Sue, attending, Southern Utah College, in those days, now, SUU, Rachel, Marcie, and Richard, all attended SUU!  

Shelley graduated from Utah State University, so don't cross those wires . . . I got married in 1974, to Richard Clifton Secrist, who attended the University of Utah and the University of Arizona, was a city planner, in Ogden, where Chris and Elliot were born, and later in Provo, and now in Mesquite, Nevada, married to Rochelle . . . don't care what the hell her last name is, she was a bitch to my kids, and probably took a bribe, to say my kids, were not either, Richard/Zeke, or mine!  She is competing for child of the year, with Greta and Nicole, who have never, never, never, gotten along with her and her 3 children, in their teens!

Double Trouble--Please, Please, Don't Make Me That Stupid!

While I was in Chicago, doing an internship with Americans United For LIfe, one summer, while Rachel, who was pregnant with fat, Matt, at the time . . . while she lived in Shumburg or Shamburg . . . and I lived on Polk Avenue, near Grant Park . . . Rachel loved to come into the city and hang at my studio on the 17th floor of a 23 story building with a swimming pool, on the top floor, at least I think that is the floor, I lived on, there was a grocery store, cleaners, and Blockbuster Video, on the street floor.  Chris, was the typical, dead-beat, whether husband or father, or brother-in-law, although he was nice to my son, Chris, not named after him, please, God, so that connection is down the tube too! 

But, while Rachel is over three inches taller, size 11 shoes, compared to my, size 7 1/2, has huge fake tits, compared to my, not much more than a handful, for the average guy, is thinner, less but . . . this baby got back, that is where Sue comes in to cover . . . she has very blond hair, to my natural colored hair, loves the spa, petacures and manicures, me, hell, no, too boring, a consumer, diamonds, flash in the pan, but, often she was considered a twin, to my chagrin!  So when the family and feds, poisoned me, and I gained 150 lbs, and thought I would die, I am sure, that she might have gotten called, JoAnn, more than once, by people, who knew me when . . . and she became acquainted with Taj and Adolf Becker . . . her daughter, Stephanie, was in the fast high school program at Dixie State College or U, and that was an easy way to claim, saving the doctors, when I was, general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association!  FUCKING CLIENTS, NO GOOD TURN, GETS, UNPUNISHED IN THIS GAME OF BILLIONS!  

I saved that bitches ass . . . partner with Dr. Jones, another neurologist, who got his dick in trouble, along with Taj, who called me fucking daily, at the UMA!  I made her a fucking, national hero, to docs around the world, she just got herself in trouble, and I got her, the 15 docs, and the whole 3,000 plus doctors out of shit with the Medicare/Medicaid Fraud Units!  Like is attracted to like, saved Rachel and her kids too!  LOL!  

I think this little Southwick plan was hatching, long before I had any idea . . . after I was poisoned, probably by biologist, sister, Shelley, not an attorney, but a big time wanna be . . . the doctors, under the direction, of again, Mormon, Leon Sorenson, my boss, and Val Bateman . . . the 3 Muskateers of the UMA, wrote a letter on behalf of all the doctors in the state, thanking me for my work, saving them from the feds . . . guess who played the price for the knock out punch . . . not following their federal regulations . . . I am sure, Kay got credit, but my father asked me, when I thought I was going to die, if he could keep that letter!  Sure, a dead woman, didn't need letters of recommendation, but live ones, claiming a fucking huge victory for docs, as financial planners, nationwide, did!

So, the alleged double, handy that everyone, thinks I am younger than her, lends to the credibility, she lived in Chicago, can cover that base, on knowledge, just like the others, can in some respect, that is why Kay Baby, was needed . . . cover the law school, dog shit!  Kay is as average an attorney, if not low to middling . . . taking credit for an exceptional attorney, who stood in for her, the first trial she did, with Greg Erickson, who fired her fucking ass . . . and I finished the brief, and won the motion, never having done civil, or criminal, not to mention, trial work!  

Kay was an attorney, 15 years before me, graduated, around the time, Margaret Southwick Nesbitt did, at BYU . . . she got in trouble, kissing one of her BYU law professors, was a virgin at 28, told to fuck to relax . . . she has made up for it ever since . . . hot number, CIA!  Your hot piece of ass, was dumped by her hubby, David Buttars, for a Molly Mormon, with a black lesbian lover!  Ha, Ha, Ha . . . you sure know how to choose them!  LOL!  I know you too, darlin, your deepest, darkest secrets . . . Sorry, I got so distracted, I forgot to mention, that Rachel, is the mother of two daughters and two sons, just very different ages, but she does, look older than I do . . . so, I guess those, matronly boobs, paid off!  LOL . . . they will work in the temple and age you, so, have that too!  LOL!  Then, it was arranged that I would move in Rachel and Chris Hickey's, house at 3770 Sugar Leo Road, St. George, or Bloomington, Utah  84790, to pull off the big switch, with Shelley, dog pile shitting me, with Isaac in tow, and the 8 months, never leaving the house, so they could either jail me, or knock me off, or poison me again . . . and either claim, I was Shelley, or Rachel, both tandum riding on me, and ready made alleged twins, that may have been using my ID for years, plus my law degree . . . absolutely, fucking, amazing!

I am sitting at McDonalds, I guess I am really, Shelley, I am sure that the people I am staying with, all marijuana users, who will say, I am Shelley, but I am not, sitting her on, Idaho Street, in Kalispell, MT.  That is how they get Montanans, most of them are still using medical marijuana, for recreational purposes!  LOL! History of this Blog--Thanks for Reading--Done

I started this blog out of frustration, the day, I was tracked by Indian trackers, the train station was stationed with tons of feds, pretending to be tour guides, trying twice to get out of East Glacier, Glacier National Park, going over to the station at 10:30 pm, to find a man and two blood hounds, tracking my scent, all night long--I finally decided to walk out of the Park and the Blackfoot Indian Reservation, about 4 or 5 am, in the morning when I could finally, kind of see, hearing coyotes bothering a cow, that was mooing in the distance, but not the far distance.  After riding a BMW motorcycle, down the canyon, after walking about 15 miles, on a Saturday morning, if I remember, not much traffic, this man on a motorcycle, who looked a hell of a lot like the guy with the blood hounds, but I was happy to get the ride, with another 87 miles, walk out of the canyon, but I tried to take out my frustration, in an email, but both my old Gmail and Hotmail, accounts had been shut down . . . surprise, surprise, surprise . . . a night of terror, blood hounds on my trail all night; however, dodging the Indian tracker, all day, left a twisted, winding, ditching, fucking up trail, that even the Indian, nor the dogs, could follow . . . thank God!

I am barely operable on the Internet, cellphone, or about anything technologically oriented, having missed 8 years of computer technology, so getting this blog up and on, was a miracle in and of itself, let along, getting 1.5 million readers the first week, 5.5 readers the next, and 13.5 million, the third week, when the blog, was then redirected, to a new and secret account, that was all very evident on my setting history, Google account redirected . . . I had written a blog on the lawsuit between Google and the federal government, that Google had just lost that day, but informed my readers that I would not take money for this blog . . . it was to be a gift to the American people, sharing the knowledge, I had gained, not only in the last 20 years of practicing law, focused, primarily on constitutional law, but imparting, what knowledge or lack of knowledge, I had also gained through the SCHOOL OF LIFE!

I remember hitting, what was obviously not the high, but hitting 155,000,000, with a combination of God's Revolver & Maraloka, plus adding a 30,000,000 hit day, when I wrote about the fact that nothing could separate us from the love of God, through Jesus Christ . . . in an attempt to help people in the Ukraine, being threatened by Putin's Russia . . . I hit that number twice that day, so not a mistake!  Shortly after that, while having to start over, hit and count wise, every time I published a blog, but, it seemed like I had to start from 0 each time, rather than an accumulative number of hits, but, it appeared, that 130,000,000 hits were siphoned off, that day . . . Sunday might have been a clue where the hits, were redirected to, but a worthy source, and more than willing to share.

I Am Sitting In Your Electric Chair

Now, anyone who has read much of my blog, especially, on a Sunday, when I return from Church, generally, Fresh Life or CrossFire Churches . . . I try to worship God, by writing something about the messages I got at church, for all you slackers, who slept in, went hiking, golfing, boating, or just spent time with family, friends, or lovers . . . hey, I am all about all of that!  But, I noticed, Pastor Levi, of Fresh Life, seemed to have read my blogs, and somehow worked them into his sermons, or so it seemed . . . I can just listen, connect dots, and assume or speculate, so I can't absolutely say, that he did, but, I write on some pretty dicey subjects, that are not common dialogue or discourse, in the normal walks of life; therefore, one could assume, that they were coming from this source, my blog.

I had written the scripture infused, blog, with the power of Jesus Christ's love, and the blog exploded that day, when many told me I was going to see the blog tank . . . but I was not ashamed of Christ, because if we are ashamed of him now, he will be ashamed of us, at the judgement seat before God, and then we are fucked, because he is our advocate with the Father, and I know how important an advocate is! But, right after that, Levi made that statement . . . I am sitting in your electric chair, he started a blog of his own, and the next lecture series, was SORRY, NOT SORRY . . . he talked about not feeling bad if we do something, and someone else takes it over, if it is all for Christ, nice cover!

I wrote about the possible theft of hits, ideas, killer teachings, and as if, a back handed, admission, his next series was called, a Controlled Burn, and that, it had been . . . only he and I knew, but if he is doing the work of the Lord, I am cool with that!  Next thing I saw was his, cartoon picture of his pockets on fire, new equipment, and the very plain stage, being amped up a bit, with lights, new sound equipment, new filming, stage, and radio shows . . . Google is suppose to pay, one cent for every hit, after a blogger reaches over 200,000 hits, so, that would amount to about $150,000 per day, from my friends, math . . . if there is one thing I do worse than technology, it is math.  But, anyway, I was looking at it as a gift to the world, so if he could bring more to Christ than I could, have at it!

Bad Ass Con Law Chick Blog was SPLIT between that Original Name and Bad Ass Con Law Chick Blog--the Word Ass was Lightened--Nice, and Took 7 of Every 8 Hits!  Really!

So, my hugely successful blog, is denigrating and disintegrating, right in front of my face, day by day . . . so when, the NSA, Mormon Church kids, in Utah at the point of the mountain, you know the 30,000 newly hired spies, in the National Security Agency, the one, Edward Snowden ratted out, are running, reading, have access, and controlling my blog hits, the names, the re directions, and the bull shit!  I had to threaten Google at least 4 times, they would temporarily fix the hits, but not the split in the blog and names, acting like they were censoring the "ass" out of the name that had been read by 155,000,000 readers, twice in one day, starting completely over?  What's up with that . . . cover-up!

It used to be, before the split, that I could just type in bad ass . . . and my blog would pop up, then the other version, bad con law chick, started popping up, instead, with just bad con . . . and the other blog, you had to know the whole blog spot name, in its entirety, to get it to come up, and that was after having to hit the blue, magnifying glass!  As of yesterday, even the government, mafia, thieves version, writing about the assassination attempt, one world order activities in Montana, and other threatening issues, like who is doing this, and also, the theft of my grand-daughter, kids, and whatever . . . I just accidentally in a typo, that I sometimes will see as messages, the word, KIND . . . like, the thieves, who are getting billions worth of free money, fame and name, not to mention getting attributed my family, my knowledge, and my writing . . . always easier to be the ones being UNJUSTLY ENRICHED, rather the ranting, raving lunatic, that is constantly being robbed, trashed, hunted, tracked, hijacked . . . and losing everything they have lived a lifetime to create . . . I guess being kind, justifies and covers all of it!

Anyway, as of yesterday, well, rather, the day before, when I published at 8:30 pm, not a common time for me . . . slipped under the radar!  LOL!  But, now you can't even get either blog, with similar names, same author, same person, same articles, same swear words, and same titles . . . these fuckers, couldn't even write one of these blogs . . . my style, we will see, if they can pull it off without the slave labor!  LOL . . . have at it!  I will check daily, to see what you guys do, it will die or your readers will die of boredom . . . because all your writers are downright, fucking boring!  LOL!  They may claim my life, my writings, but it is the journey, that makes the fun ideas, the tracking, the run, the assassination attempts . . . you don't get that from the NSA hijacking my work!  LOL!

At first, I thought, that is awesome, since, I feel that both Utah and the Mormon Church, are in a state of unconstitutional apostasy, with no separation of church and state, running the state, little focus on Jesus Christ, and whatever, up to trying to kill me, steal my name, and use if for their purposes, using doubles, after the thefts, and whatever!  I have often said, that scripture says, that the gospel will roll forth out of the mountains, and Montana, means, mountains, and the rock will, gather speed, as it spreads around the earth . . . and Fresh Life Church has grown, exponentially, which I am glad about . . . I just have a problem with THOU, SHALT NOT STEAL?  Oh, well, what is 130,000,000 hits?

But, then, I thought, which I had previously, had my enemies, funded the Church, Fresh Life, and Pastor Levi, very charismatic, not necessarily, speaking in tongues, but being very hip, funny, cool, wearing all the latest fashions, and same with his family, plus great vehicles, trendy life, etc., sounds, like just the type of guy, my enemies, family, Nemesis, thieves would attract . . . like is attracted to like . . . but funded, previously through, God's Revolver, and now, stealing my blog, as if he wrote it, or all the religious stuff, and being called to Salt Lake City, headquarters of the Mormon Mafia, and Church, if you can call it that?  Capturing the minds of the new generation . . . undercover CIA, preacher man . . . it takes all types, to take over the minds, hearts and freedom of Americans, the goal!

Illusions--the Takers

Just like in Hollywood, they get the alleged, beautiful people, actors, to play the parts of the real heroes in life . . . they are the imitators, but so is Satan, the great imitator!  CIA, has a long history, since the Iranian Hostage situation, and ever since, they and the FBI, have used actors, and they are in my case too, while I think, by far, selfie, I have a far prettier face, definitely smarter, a bit fluffier, but, that is correctable, using, the illusions, the scintillating stars, if you will, to play a role, of a person, who is still kicking major ass, writing like crazy, helping Montana, with water compacts, expungement, medical marijuana and other laws . . . but the twisted believers, would rather have, say, lie, promote the illusion, of the real, rather, than buck up and deal with the real person, a bit intense, and rightly so . . . but to side with the takers?  REALLY?  

I would have thought, Montanans of all people, would be different . . . but that has not seemed to be the case, not at the legislature, with elected officials, or even the cops, who now, know, in some cities, who I am . . . they still prefer the takers, the fakes, the illusions . . . bigger tits, smaller ass, but dumb, dumb, and dumber!  Even people, like the tax payers, clients, friends and neighbors, will lie, fabricate, and tell the investigators, that I am, the replacement, what is the harm, other than, it is a bold faced lie!  I guess, in this one case, thou shalt not lie . . . has some escape clause, or if you got a grant, or a kickback, or let off a criminal charge, or got paid, that commandment is null and void!

Come on . . . everyone, wants the alleged, more, alleged, beautiful actor, don't we . . . no, some of us, like truth, honesty, hate a liar, don't dig pledgerizers, poachers, thieves, and that class of people, regardless of how, scintillating they appear to be . . . when in reality, they are no big deal in their own lives, to their partners, who have ditched, divorced, cheated on, or kids who have disrespected, and whatever, just like everyone else, but the government, is going to use my brain, and their looks . . . I vote for brains, smarts, over money and looks any day . . . the smart people are going to win this war, for the ideological battle of America, the one stop before the One World Order is implimented!

Pure Christianity & Pure Constitution at RISK!

I have long said, the two things that would protect both America and the world, from the one world order is, Christianity and the US Constitution!  And both are under attack!  This is the pattern the Illuminati, a conglomerate and collective of many people who all collude to take over the world . . . have a pattern of things, that they use, to become the heroes in all areas: (1) they cause chaos, (2) through the nation, economy, world, home, in to a mess, fabricated at times; (3) they buy up companies, with our money, bankrupt them on purpose; (4) then come to the rescue, and buy them back, or merge, give a new name; and (5) save the nation, America or the world, but we are all beholden to them . . . the reason for the problem!

Whenever there is a fight in Congress, or a national disaster, or something horrible, like 9/11, there will be a new law, or piece of legislation, like the Patriot Act, or the Federal Reserve Act . . . that is manipulated through the system, without the usual battle, or players, public comment or fight! Beware, some people would call them FALSE FLAG ATTACKS . . . but here is always, pending legislation, taking America one step closer to the one world order, world domination of the few, or promoting agendas of Skull & Bones, or the Illuminati, that have had designs and plans for America, ever since its inceptions.  George Washington, or one of those guys, signers of the US Constitution said that it was a miracle that they were able to deliver a democracy to the people, but that would all depend on the people keeping it . . . did know the enemies, and the challenges back then?  I believe he knew damned well who the enemies of freedom and democracy would be . . . just who they are!

FREEDOM IS NOT JUST A DREAM!

I have a vision of a BEAUTIFUL NEW WORLD, BASED ON FREEDOM FOR ALL CITIZENS, BUT RETAINING NATIONAL IDENTITY, CUSTOMS, CONSTITUTIONS, RELIGIONS, BUT having some type of agreed upon world constitution, that we fight, just like in countries, like America, looking at history, potential conflicts, and hot topic areas, deal breakers, and fighting points, keeping in mind human rights and protections, from genocide, racial cleansing, and persecution!  Over 100 countries have adopted some form of the United States Constitution, in part or in whole, could we look at the world government as the federal government, with express powers and responsibilities, allowing each country its own sovereignty, like the states, in America, keeping their unique politics, religion, culture, treasures, and people, but using the nations, kind of like we do now, to lead in some areas, and follow in others, but trading, working together, for the betterment of the entire world, no ruling elite, but justice for all, prosperity for all, happiness for all, voting for all, and work on happiness, not ego . . . right now we all rise and fall together, we saw that in the economic, false flag attack from banks, created to take America and the world, one step closer to recognizing their saviors, not Jesus Christ, but the chosen actors!

Together, We, the People, Countries, of the World, Can Pull this Off, Without the Bushes, the Clintons, the Obamas, Putin, Merkel, Hollande, the Illuminati, Mafi, Masons, Mormons!  They Can Choose to Join the Rest of Us, With One World, Under God--in God We Trust, In Jesus Christ, We Are Saved!  Don't Put Your Faith In the Arm of Flesh!  I Bid, You a Fond, Adue . . .
