NSA Spying & Prying Eyes Just Yesterday on My Gmail Account!

On Saturday, a friend of mine invited me to a GOP training on canvasing, phone calling and writing editorials, I was asked by Shirley, last years, Head of the Montana Federation of Women, to do a Constitution Day Training, although, I believe it was September 27, 2013, rather than right on Constitution Day, September 17, 2014, on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th amendments.  At that meeting, I met the head of the Missoula Chapter of the Federation, VonDeen, had run into her again in the fall, at a Catholic BBQ at Caras Park, I crashed.  So this was a chance to get reacquainted with a bubbly, fun, energetic, community leader, just in case I landed in Missoula, I would already be connected to the whole community, knowing what I do about his woman.

I met many GOP leaders, including Dylan Klapmeier, the Engagement Team Leader, who is from Helena, and did the training, and in addition to the work, we had cookies, pop, pizza, chips, and others, beer--fun and dedicated volunteers, for a very important job.  I told Dylan that I would write an editorial, maybe not supporting one candidate over another, but at least try to write, what new direction I thought the Republicans ought to go in, seeing, a survey on college campus's found that young Republicans, see the party as outdated, bigoted, and racist . . . Mitt Romney was more like your grumpy father, and Obama came off as the cool uncle!

Warrantless Search & Seizure, Obstruction of my Freedom of Speech, Today Total Black Out Without Warning--Usually 15 Minutes for Dead Battery!

I am all about a two party system and can see the magic that can happen, when there is honest, open debate, with respected ideas, and perspectives, dialogue and discourse, for a hybrid of ideas--iron refines iron! My computer, just blacked out completely, when I was going to write about my gmail, getting yanked right out from under my eyes--NSA, NSA, NSA, ANYONE--THE NAMELSS, FACELESS, EMPLOYEES OF THE PRISM SYSTEM OF SPYING--about 2 paragraphs, just up and disappeared without me touching a key, because I was not done--not the first time, has been happening to me for as long at the program has been in existence--about 2007!

Email to Dylan, about half, up and disappeared, so I ratted out the thief, and started where I left off, got the email done, and sent it, but a note came up, not the first time, Ooops . . . your email didn't get sent.  So I tried again, and the same note came up--here we go again, what does a list of Montana accomplishments, like testifying at the Montana Legislature 4 times, working on the Confederated Salish--Kootenai Water Compact, instrumental in working with Flathead County Republican Women, in getting the compact tabled for two weeks, and later, I just happened to be at the Montana State Capitol, I believe April 20, 2013, to testify, not only in the comment session, but being asked by a female representative, so come up and speak during the question and answer period, and tell the House Judiciary, and Chairman, Kryton Kearns, why I thought the compact was unconstitutional, which was a key element in getting the compact tabled for another two years, saving the state, $55 million, if they are smart enough to stick with the U.S. Constitution, Treaty Clause, the Montana Constitution, Enabling Act and the section, making all ground, spring, surface, and other waters, within the state, the state of Montana's . . . have to do with terrorists, national security, border control or anything?

So, back to the Google Monopoly Game and Lego People Video, while cute, falls short of protecting their account holders, over YouTube, email, and Internet Searches--the warrant goes first to Google or other service providers, and after someone decides whether the warrant is vague, over broad, or going to the right source, the account holder might be notified!  While trying to make it look constitutional and within the 4th amendment, it is not . . .

The whole intent of the 4th amendment is to protect citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures--this just provides the feds with the opportunity to go on a pfishing expedition!  What classifications make the warrant, vague and over broad?  Is it that it asks for all your accounts, and the monitor, is going to narrow it, call the FBI agent to ask if they really want everything.  The video shows that if the agent says that is what he or she wants, that is what they get.  Really, the overseer is just directing the warrant to the right place to obtain the information.  And at what point is Google notifying the account holder, is there due process to object, prior to the feds getting the information?

Refresher Course for Google In-House Counsel on 4th Amendment

With a general sweep of everything . . . that is an unreasonable search and seizure!  The most glaring problem is the fact that the agent must, by oath and affirmation, after finding probable cause, describe with particularity, the items to be seized!  You don't get to just get an fucking Federal Surveillance Information Court Judge, who just rubber stamps the FBI warrant--but at least that is better than they have been doing, no warrant searches or letters requesting information!

Research showed that 98 percent of the time, the judge just did whatever the agents wanted . . . they are to list the persons to be searched and items to be seized!  Google, Yahoo, and other search engines, and service providers can't just jump through the hoop of the feds, and call it good.  You are liable under a 1983 civil rights suit, acting as an arm of the government, thus, also, liable--Citizens United, making corporations can cut both ways . . . plus you have the Digital Millennium Act, with fucking huge fines for violations made on the Internet.

In the last 7 years, Google has allowed the feds, to raid, erase, yank part of, or shut down my gmail accounts, I have never once received a notice, a copy of the warrant, or been provided with my 5th and 14th due process and equal protection rights!  I am a fucking constitutional law attorney for hell sakes . . . my whole professional career, every case, every trial, every speech, every piece of legislation, every blog, is preserving, protecting and defending the U.S. Constitution!  I have had at least 20 gmail accounts with up to 400 contacts on my list, disappear, tampered with, or shut down, either temporarily, or permanently.  Knock it off, you have no right, you have not warrant, I have received no due process.

I Don't See Any Escape Clause or Exception for Feds, Cops, Prosecutors, or FSIC--or the Rubber Stamp Judges

I hope this lawsuit for reading, spying, satisfying deviant sexual curiousity, or just staving off boredom, hijacking emails and Internet information, kicks some federal ass, for outright stealing my legal briefs, or footnotes, blacking our my computer--at least they are not frying or stealing my computers, like they have in the past--this is goddamn, AMERICA, YOU FUCKERS!  If federal agents are this bored, fire them!  They need something better to do!

Like I have said in blogs before, read Spying on America and Shadow Factory, whistle blower cases, that were the people who told America about this years ago; however, when I tried to get our local library to order Spying on America . . . I got strange phone calls from the library, maybe the first time I got on the "to watch list" or at least on their radar screens.  I know I am going to sound like a nut job, but helicopters, started being in the sky, almost everyday, in St. George, Utah.

A friend of mine, thought, I was just being paranoid, until she started monitoring her days with me and without me, and she said, I think you are right!  But that has been a long time ago, now they just sit on their asses, and watch everything I write on the Internet and write in emails, adding my associates to their list of to watch people or persons of interest!  GET A LIFE!  You are getting me pissed off enough, to become a homegrown terrorist, but that would be entrapment, you make it so miserable, that you trick me into a difficult situation, and then arrest me for YOU, driving me to it, or insanity, or which ever comes first . . . I'm betting on the terrorist . . . this has been going on for 7 years!

Request to Google--Put My Blog Back Right!

Google, thanks for trying, but someone needs to get an attorney, trained in the U.S. Constitution, not the UnPatriot Act!  You can fool some of the people, some of the time, but not this gal, any of the time!  Oh, and could you please redirect, the redirected account back to mine, and merge, the new one the government or you made up, making it impossible for people to find my original, leading me to the fact that you, too, are in on the heist, of my more than successful blog, with over 100 million hits, disappearing overnight, and then a split, and when you type, bad ass, my blog used to pop up . . . now, even with the whole blog site, you still have to hit the search button, but not for the fake site, well, blog, bad con law chick blog, that has the same blog articles, or it did  last I checked, but gets to steal 7 hits for every one I get!

I have written to your send feedback group, or flag listed at the bottom of my blog, twice, with not action, which makes you an arm of the government, subject to a civil rights case!  Please fix!

Congress Can't Infringe On Your 2nd Amendment Rights, But State Legislatures Can . . . Make Your $ Counts

If you want to follow the U.S. Constitution, Congress can't touch your 2nd amendment rights; in statutory interpretation, the first three amendments, start with Congress shall not . . . and there is no other class, groups, or people addressed for three amendments, then it changes to the rights of the PEOPLE. The 4th amendment, changes directions, to the rights of the people . . . and so forth . . . so, if the NRA wants to maximize their money, don't spend it on attorneys; however, a court ruling, with a smart judge can help, but that is not likely with a 210 page training manual, put out by the Patriot Act gang, taking the Constitution out of the Courtroom!

We have a representative form of government, with elected officials, members of the House and Senate of the states, to bring sovereignty to the state people of the various states, who may have differing views, depending on which part of the country you are from . . . New York or Montana, with different needs of protection, although, statistically, the safest states are the ones with the most liberal gun rights--see Washington, D.C. before the Heller decision, and after, homicides in the District, roughly went from 500 or getting the honors of the murder capitol of the world, dropping to something like 300 since the citizens were allowed to pack heat!  

There was a great article in the Missoulan Newspaper, yesterday, April 6, 2014, on the NRA is going for more gun rights in San Diego, California . . . start with your legislatures, proven fact that most elected officials, at least 70%, just want to be either elected or re-elected, so put some pressure on where you can get the most mileage out of your efforts, you can kill two birds with one stone . . . get your targeted individuals their gun rights, but do ti for the rest of the state!

Armed Sheriff, SWAT Teams Walk Down Streets In California, Disarming Citizens--WHO'S RUNNING THIS COUNTRY ANYWAY?

I distinctly remember, after the Sandy Hook, elementary school shootings, in Connecticut, a year ago, cops walking four abreast down streets in California, gathering up citizens' guns . . . a stark image for the streets of AMERICA?  Comments have come to me lately, about people from the previous, Ukrainian providence, or state, part of the country, or peninsula of Crimea, who just voted to return to the motherland of Russia, with tanks pointed in their faces, and Russian soldiers walking their streets, that had the citizens been armed, the Russian occupation and take over, would never have happened!  

When you are defenseless, without arms, and facing armed military or cops, what the hell do you do, but cops in Montana, with the average home owner, having at least 27 guns per household, you have a different story, with the either largest or second largest per capita of military, coming from this state, cops, military or whatever forces, think twice before they start throwing powers around, that they fucking don't have, except under the fucking PATRIOT ACT!  FASCISM!  LAWLESS ABUSE OF POWER!

Yeah, who in the hell is at the head of this blatant unconstitutional act of domestic terrorism in California or elsewhere in the country?  Ask yourself why the cops, who are already on a power trip, would want to disarm citizens--precisely for the reason the founding fathers put the second amendment in the Constitution in the first place, to protect you and me, and stop a tyrannical federal government, and necessary for a free state!  They HATE OUR RIGHTS!  Get it?

Check out the wording of the 2nd amendment, A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.  That only applies to Congress, not your state Legislatures, the body of elected officials, you fucking picked to represent your interests!  When you elect unrighteous, unconstitutional, and unlawful leaders, what in the fucking hell do you expect?  Senior Bush and Baby Bush?  Come on, the fucking Patriot Act, any person, Senator Hatch, who claims to love this country and voted for the UnPatriot Act, should be hung for treason, you are enemies of the people, at war with the vision of the United States, and giving comfort to our enemies, either or both foreign and domestic!  So FUCK YOU, HANG!

Awake, stop dumbing down America, stop watching American Idol, Survivor, the Voice, while entertaining, you are slipping into numbness, stupidity, becoming dull and being corralled and tags on your ass as we speak, better now that too late, get the hell off your couches, go to city, county commission, legislative sessions, Congress, write your Senators and Congress and start taking control--you determine if your leaders get elected or not, use the only power you have, YOUR VOTE!

TEARS FELL THIS MORNING AS I READ, THAT VOTERS DEFY TALIBAN, CAST VOTES IN FIRST DEMOCRATIC TRANSFER OF POWER IN AFGHANISTAN! CATHOLIC BISHOP AND PRIESTS HOLD BORDER MASS, FOR IMMIGRATION REFORM!

One of the Catholic Clergy, said: Someday in my lifetime, I hope this comes down (border walls).  We're all one people.  As Christians, we're all one people under God.  There's no need for this wall.

As I am writing this blog, at the Breakfront Cafe, in Missoula, Montana, after being inspired to tears from several articles in the Missoulan, local paper, and listening to the Isley Brothers, singing, When will there be a HARVEST for the world? Do it for the children of the world . . . don't you think it is about time, for people to put down their weapons, their tear gas, their guns, their bombs, nuclear weapons of mass destruction, their chemical and biological warfare, their hatred, discrimination, their use of intimidation, threats, and violence--reasonable nations, reasonable people, and reasonable parties and candidates, can simply agree to disagree . . . if you can't persuade your voters to your way of thinking, than you fucking don't win.  PERIOD, better luck next time!

A 40 year old housewife in Afghanistan, lined up ready to vote, said it best, when she said, I am tired of the violence, and I just want prosperity and security in Afghanistan . . . I think the world, would echo your sentiments exactly, we want prosperity and security for you too!  It was fun to hear about the excitement in the air, as people lined up at the polls, to cast their votes for the first time.  It was even fun to hear who the candidates are, who have been campaigning, warlords, and even some women--can't remember the rest, but knowing something of the history, politics, religion, and tribal make up of the country, it brought tears and a smile, that they are actually pulling this thing off!!!!  Yahoo!

In the wake of all this, we have an American tragedy as well, a news reporter, Niedringhaus, was shot by Afghan police, and killed, as her and her photographer, who was also in the car, that was shot at--he is in critical condition in the hospital--get well soon!  And taking writers license, and editorial privileges on my own blog, making assumptions, after reading about this great news correspondent, I would venture a guess, that this courageous woman, died doing something she loved, bringing news to the world, fighting for what she and I believe in, for freedom for all the people of the world!

GOD SEES YOUR SACRIFICE, OF COURSE, FOR NOW YOU ARE IN HIS ARMS!  THANK YOU FOR YOUR YEARS OF SERVICE TO ALL OF US . . . MS. NIEDRINGHAUS!  YOU DIED FOR A VERY WORTH CAUSE, AND I AM SURE YOU FELT IT WAS WORTH IT, AS DO I!

To the People of Afghanistan, make this election count, among worries of corruption and foul play, hopefully, your election cops, will prevent that, but the People of the World cheer you on, pray for your safety, you bravery, and that you get the BEST MAN, WOMAN OR EVEN WARLORD!  It is your choice, not ours, if you elect unrighteous leaders, you and your children will suffer, so chose well.  And given the history, refusing to be the Ugly American, if a warlord, who is powerful, and willing, to clean up their acts, to serve the people, then so be it . . . people can rise above themselves, and change, for the betterment of society.

Arizona Senator, Calls Catholic Clergy Out

So, some guy, who is running for governor, is actually, saying that what the Catholic Religious Leaders of the state of Arizona, are being irresponsible in their actions, that the border is their to protect life. The Bishop and Priests, know, most of these border crossers, are just seeking a better life for themselves and their children!  The only ones in this country, who can claim true citizenship and non-immigrant status, are the Native American Indians!  

All of our forefathers and mothers, came with the intent of a better life, from England, Germany, Russia, Israel, China, India, Africa, etc.  These guys are our neighbors, so why don't you celebrate their contributions, their taxes, their work ethics, their food, the fact that they are willing to work most white kids under the table!  And, in a lot of cases, it is their white bosses, who are paying under the table, or white lawyers, who are taking their money for legal means to get into this country, stealing it and turning them into the INS!

AMERICANS NEED TO STOP, TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT THEY HAVE, AND WHY HISPANICS & AFGHANS ARE WILLING TO DIE TO GET THE RIGHTS, THE VOTE, PROPERTY RIGHTS, FREEDOM & LIBERTY, SAFETY AND SECURITY, WE ARE BLOWING OFF AS NOTHING!

AFTER THREE COURT ORDERS FROM A FEDERAL DISTRICT JUDGE, CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF, CONTRACT COWBOYS, AND OTHERS WILL CHECK THE BRANDS ON THE COWS/BULLS, AND TAKES CLIVE'S TO SALE, TO COVER THE FINES, FEES BUNDY HAS GARNERED OVER THE YEARS OF GRAZING HIS CATTLE

Daughter & Son-in-Law, Are Taking on the Southern Utah, Nevada Mormons--Over Attitudes of Being Above the Law!  The Fruit Doesn't Fall Far From the Tree!

My daughter, Greta Secrist Hyland, called me the other night, and told me about a situation in Bunkerville, Nevada, an old Mormon settlement, in fact some of the names of the BLM property at issue, is called Gold Butte and Mormon Mesa, or Mormon Mess at Bunkerville, for a play on the words, Bunkerville Flats . . . Clive Bundy, has had a 20 year war with the BLM over a law change, between 1990 to 1993, that consisted of a land swap, between the BLM, some ranchers, who got $5 million to rectify any inconvenience they might experience over losing some grazing rights, or moving their cattle elsewhere.

Clive Bundy, however, was not included in that money and land swap, to save the desert tortoises, which are on the Endangered Species List, and Clark County, Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Program, to save the tortoises, purchased the land, that Clive has been running cattle on, for roughly $400,000.  In most ecosystems, there is a delicate balance that must be reached to preserve the system that either thrives together, depending on foot chains, bug control, vegetation, predators, etc.  Upheaval in any ecosystem can have lasting results on the other species in the system if not protected--so yes, the tortoise is a viable and important part of the system.

A federal district judge in Nevada, ordered Clive to remove his cattle, once, I believe in 1998, right after the change in the law took place, that the Mormon ranchers didn't agree with, so he stopped paying his grazing rights fees to lease the BLM or land belonging to the United States, since roughly 1845 or so, when Mexico sold the land to the U.S., with Bundy's ancestors, settling that area in around 1877 or so . . . about 130 years of cattle ranching . . . maybe he is considering the legal remedy of adverse possession, but I don't think that will work with the government, maybe another private property owner who has abandoned their property, but, the BLM, has been dealing with this character for 20 years!

The Tale of Two Sheriffs, One Lawless & the Other Law Abiding, Trying to Help Cool Tempers, Not Add Fuel to the FIRE!

The Clark County Sheriff, has met with Clive on numerous occasions, trying to get him to understand, what is going on, and that his life, liberty and not his property, are not at stake!  Clive, on the other hand, has picked up a few less than worthy arguments, to try to either shame the sheriff into doing his bidding, alleging the sheriff is not protecting his property--attitudes of many early, Mormon settlers who think they are southern Utah royalty, and above the law . . . stating that the sheriff is able to kick the BLM of, what he considers his property, even though he clearly admits he doesn't own the property.

I guess in news interviews, Bundy has made several statements that would indicate, a threat of violence . . . why not, is Clive's response to the question.  Sheriff Mark Gower and the Iron County Commissioners, surprise, not surprised, hearing about the travails of a fellow Mormon, and royalty, none the less, is rallying the calavary or the Mormon Malitia, to threaten the BLM, that if they remove one of Clive's cattle, they are going to start shooting or removing wild horses and burros from Iron County!

While agreeing with Sheriff Gower, a personal acquaintance of mine, having met with Mark, about suing the fish and game cops in Iron County, also under the Department of Interior, over another alleged endangered species, that is reeking havoc in cemeteries, at airports, in farmers' fields, and rendering property in that county worthless, I ideologically agree with him on both the issue of the Utah Prairie Dogs, and the wild horses and burros, having testified in a Senate committee, about preventing trash horses and burros, the BLM is trying to house with ranchers, throughout Montana, due to two female socialites, who had the power to lobby Congress to get the Wild Horse & Burros Act passed, protecting, feral horses, not the majestic wild mustangs, you and I imagine, like Black Beauty . . . these are hairy, mean, hungry and ugly . . . but that is beside the point, I disagree, whoever, with the attitudes and the means, or the threat, which is stirring up people to anger, and even throwing fuel on the flames of an already hot issue . . . violence is not the answer . . . the law, is the law, is the fucking law!

THE CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF, SAID, NO DROP OF HUMAN BLOOD IS WORTH SPILLING, OVER ANY COW, IN HIS OPINION--I AGREE!

And I am not nice . . . this land is our land, this land is your land . . . public lands belong to the people of the United States, not Clive, fucking Bundy, dumb ass, Moron pioneer stock!  Get a clue, the rest of the world think you are clowns, and they are right!  The BLM, with educated people, far more in their areas of expertise, knowledge and experience, know more about the habitats and ecosystems that we do.  And if you want change, we go through civilized means to do it.

The Good Sheriff, of Clark County, is the number one, law enforcement officer in the county, he can, at least sheriffs in Utah, don't know Nevada law, but usually similar, can invite federal agents in on a crime in their county, and they can tell them when to leave also, unless, the crime crosses state lines, and involves another state, making the crime the jurisdiction of the feds.  However, this is not a crime, yet, and the Sheriff over the cattle round-up and removal for auction, is following the orders of a federal judge!  In other words, in is acting under the law, by following the judges orders, distinctions need to be made, when a sheriff has power to do something, or not, this is not a case he has any power to do anything, and neither does Sheriff Gower!

A Montana Doctor Served Warrant For Arrest, Methods of Prescribing Medication

Just yesterday, I wrote about the kid with 16 different meds to take daily--really, it is a shock he is functioning at all, not totally insane, or dead with that many meds, come on, docs, stop taking that $50,000 incentive deal to push bull shit meds on your patients . . . it might come back to bite you in the ass, someday, like this doctor, who had a patient die, cause of death, mixing two different kinds of meds.  

We really don't need to medicate the hell out of Americans!  Missoulan Newspaper, April 3, today, 2014--I'm a prophetess, and I knew it!  The arrest, just made the point, even more saliently than I could have, with a very powerful example of just what I was claiming, starting with the example of my insurance man, from 40 years ago!  Docs, you may want to play god, but you just are not smart enough to know what all these fucking drugs do to people, what the combination will do, or what the other side affects will be, so just simply, don't prescribe something you don't know what the outcome will be!

The Federal Drug Administration, or the FDA, may approve a particular drug, why . . . because it is safe, no . . . because it works, no . . . because it has been tested when combined with 15 other like or classified and approved drugs, no!  Simply because of American Greed!  Pharmaceutical companies and doctors, make very powerful lobbyists, have a shit load of money to spend to get drugs approved--really, go see the movie, Side Affects, came out last February, 2013, and only lasted like a week--I had been writing resolutions, and giving my advice to the Utah Legislature, about Medical Marijuana--God's pain or palliative care cure, natures cure, and suggested people see what synthetic drugs can do, and how they are marketed, not to mention what they can do to the stock market--THIS IS FUCKING, NOT ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING OR HEALTH!

However, the lengths you are making your citizens, or my old friends, family and associates go, like to other states, to obtain their medical marijuana, when the cops, DEA, or the Drug Enforcement Agents, the Narcotic Task Forces, in Iron, Washington, and Garfield Counties, were growing marijuana, to sell to other states, just tap into their stashes!  

They all use it themselves anyway--two of the 8 cops that got fired, after I wrote, my findings to the U.S. Attorney, in 2008, new cars and all, it always surprised me that every August, about the first two weeks, there was a big marijuana growing bust, in Utah--and all the cop agencies, never found anyone to charge, had a early fall harvest festival, or day up, allegedly burning the alleged grows--you know, some innocuous hiker or hunter, would mysteriously find the grows, that had extensive drip systems, pine trees shaved up 6 to 8 feet, to cover the grows from the air, camp stoves, propane tanks, etc., where found by my clients who were relentlessly hounded, after hiking up to the grow sites, to proclaim that only law enforcement could have supported these grows, so just stop sending the marijuana out of state, and keep it for the citizens of Utah!

Don't Worry Too Much About the U.S. Supreme Court Decision--They Are Rendering Themselves Clowns--Karl Rove Proved That!  LOL!

Last summer, when I was on one of my escapes to Spokane, and hanging out at the library, perusing various new magazines, I can't remember which one it was, but there was a picture, oh, I remember, it was Bloomberg Business News, had a picture of Karl Rove on a pachyderm or elephant, the symbol for Republicans, trying to get rid of him.  LOL!  It was a great cover picture, and the news inside, made me even more happy, when I read that this twisted, little toad of a man, and all the money he had, didn't get one candidate in office!  Yahoo!

The fact that Mitt Romney, old money bags, with $118 million of my contingency fees for being the securities case, as the attorney who won the case, everywhere but in Judge Clarke Waddoups, Utah Federal District Court, the rest of the country, with a fake attorney, got the news, financial planners won, I even saw the marketing billboards, with relaxed planners, in Nebraska, as I went to be sworn in the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, with my two clients, leaving me stranded in Kansas with Dorothy, Toto, the Lion, Scarecrow & the Tin Man . . . so these Republican Mormons, plaintiffs, Brock and Rice, plus the all the defendants, like the gov, the attorney general, and all the rest of the Republicans, in the reddest state, with plaintiff and attorney, who force me, out of embarrassment into choosing a party, even though I claim neither, being from the reddest county, seen as the saviors of the Republican Party, and they gave it that old Mormon college try, but failed . . . so money didn't win, thank GOD!

Last October or November, at the University of Montana, where my darling daughter, just applied to law school, I attended an Elections Law Symposium, with a distinguished panel of law professors, authors, and Andy, the assistant attorney, who actually wrote the briefs and helped argue the dumb ass, Citizens Untied Case, before the U.S. Supreme Court, and one of the panelists, had written a book, coming to the conclusion, that 47, very rich individuals, could now determine the elections--guess again, Romney had all the money guys in his pocket, old money bags, still had to be half intelligent, cool, a good politician--all the kings, men and soldiers couldn't put Humpty Dumpty on the Throne!  

BASICALLY, FUCK ALL THEIR FUCKING MONEY--IT DIDN'T WORK AND NEITHER WILL THIS NEW TACTIC TO FAVOR THE ELITE . . . THE MASSES STILL RULE, ASK MARIE ANTOINETTE AND THE FRENCH ROYALTY, HOW THE GUILLOTINE FELT!

I for the record, am against all meds, I think they fuck people up.  That may come from my early years, coming from both a grandmother who was a nurse, and a mother who was a health teacher, both were totally into healthy cures for all problems--take a walk, jog, eat right, get regular sleep, drink water, stay off drugs, alcohol, I would add sex, but that has been found to be healthy for you, so continue to do that!  I, for one, rarely take even one asperin in any given year.  I have to have one raging headache to pollute my body with any type of man made substance.

I also was influenced by an early conversation with my mother-in-law, who recommended a particular insurance man to us, whom she had used for years, but who hand trembling hands, and a tick to his neck or head.  Finally, I asked what was wrong with this good man, and she told me that the doctors had prescribed two different types of medication, years before, and it had caused Parkinson's Disease!  That made an indelible impression on my young mind, especially at the point I was going to be mother.

Escaped to Las Vegas, To Avoid Being Forced To Take Drugs, After the Government Poisoned Me--Didn't Know It Yet

After I was diagnosed with PIX Disease, and was told there was no diagnosis, I would never work again, and I had two years to live, terminal brain disease . . . 8 years later, three former law enforcement officers and another 2, retired cops, now my private investigators, point blank told me I had been poisoned, no longer worried about getting fired from cop jobs.  But, my dear family was in on the ruse, and wanted other Mormon Muffin sisters to get a chance to be a lawyer, take parts of my resume, claim my kick ass kids, and lock me away, so nobody could remember I ever existed--NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!  You know the faithful Mormon types, not the renegade, rebel types like me, who really accomplish things!

My parents and several sisters, somehow got a meeting together with Social Services, after I didn't die within the alotted time, therefore, extreme measures needed to be taken, so a committee of doctors, a judge, several psychologists and what not, got together to force me to take drugs--fuck no, this is my body, and you, nor anybody is going to prescribe that shit to me.  The judge, who knew me from my 5 statewide jobs, the two manuals I had written, and my teaching, lecturing, and writing, he was also aware of, said, after hearing my arguments, with my dumb ass attorney, sitting there impressed with the panel or was one of theirs, just sat there while I marshaled my own defense, Ms. Secrist is most likely the smartest person in this room, including me, and I have been a judge for 35 years!  

Damn right judge, and I am sure after I appeared back in your courtroom after I beat the fuckers who poisoned me, tried to destroy me, steal all I had accomplished, and still are, you fucking know I was the smartest, am now, and will be, because I use fucking common sense!  I had outlived the governments little scheme to get rid of me and put the tits and ass girls in, making them the star of my life movie!  Which is fucking cool!  I have outlived my death sentence for 14 years, and have taken a case to the United States Supreme Court, in less that two years, 5 years is the average, with about 20 attorneys, mine was single handed, without secretary, research assistant or paralegal!

Another Attempt, Sis, Trying to Steal Identity, Doc Tried to Prescribe 6 Different Meds Within 24 Hours

One thing I can say, is the conspiracy, collusion, and plan to get rid of me premanently, left me totally vulnerable, so anytime someone wants to fuck with you, they force you into a behavior health unit, at a local hospital--you know, she can't think with this brain disease. so another attempt to medicate me!  A doctor came in, and prescribed me meds, I expressed my objection, but said I would investigate, so please give me the print out sheet of side affects.  Possibly, death . . . no thanks!  

After 5 other attempts at getting me on meds, and me reading the possible side affects, NO THANKS!  The doctor finally came in, and we had a two hour discussion on drugs, medications, and I said if your goal is to get me to sit on a couch with slobber coming out of my mouth, you will reach your goal, but I am not going there . . . I told him that he didn't know what the hell those drugs alone will do, look at the page of more of possible side affects, up to and including death, all of them!  And in combo, are you kidding?

I had psychology, also started a master's degree in family and human development, I know all the psycho babble, so I used in on this guy, there is no normal person, family, or group, we are all deranged, just in varying levels of what society thinks is normal.  He agreed, I told him if Jesus Christ himself walked in this place, they would diagnosis him as some guy with grandious delusions, or something, and lock him up . . . he laughed and agreed.  After a two hour discussion, he said it was the most enlightened discussion he had ever had, we parted friends, with a better understanding and sensativity to medications.

So, Back to the Kid With 16 Meds--What In the Hell Are You Expecting?

Every single mass murder committed, from Columbine, to Virginia Tech, to the Navy Base, the Arorah Movie Theater, to Sandy Hook, Elementary School, in Connecticut, were all on prescription drugs!  That is the common denominator, guns don't have the power to do anything, only the people who hold them.  So don't you think it is logical, to look at what we are doing to people?  FUCKING THINK ABOUT IT!

My nephew, had a stand off with sheriffs, in Cache County, Utah, after threatening to kill his wife and three children--right after he got on Prozac!  What the hell are you alleged professionals thinking?  My son, Chris, supervises some 30 or so people, or works in an office of 60, and he said, mom, you are the exception, everyone is on meds!  It is almost as if, the ones not on meds, are somehow, being socially deviant, non-compliant, and suspicious for not taking meds as a regular routine!  WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?

Every Professional Who Prescribes Drugs Ought to Watch the Movie--Side Affects, With Jude Law, Psychiatrist--Great Movie, By the Way!

What in the hell, do you psychologists, doctors, and psychiatrists think you are doing?  What is going on in this kids mind, if he can even find a rational thought in it?  Come on, is this really that hard to see?  16 chemicals, rattling around in his brain, bumping up against each other, doing who knows what damage?  I am sure that this kid may be easier to handle, but are we really willing to fuck his life up, to control him, or is he just being a normal boy?

Now, some previously thought wonder drug, to cure ADHD, or hyperactivity in kids, is now, causing males who used the drug to calm them down, to develop BREASTS!  And of course, the land sharks are out, with the class lawsuits, now, drug after drug, is going through this, but what in the hell are we doing to the people?  I don't give a rat's ass about the pharmisutical companies, they pushed doctors, the public, ad agencies, etc. to buy their crap, and they should pay!

The article did make several good points: (1) violent incidents can be avoided and have been avoided when people report or get involved, going to authorities when they notice friends, family, or co-workers, acting in a strange manner, talking suicide, buying guns, making plans; (2) a good diet can affect moods, and deter violent behavior, diets rich in everything we have been taught is good, vegetables, fruit, grains, meat, all the basic food groups, can change behavior; (3) violent behavior in kids can indicate a propensity to violence in an adult, that is one of the biggest indicators in domestic violence, something I could be considered an expert in--award winning manual for cops and prosecutors, national model, under Violence Against Women, from President Clinton, around 1996 or 97, now used by Department of Justice for human body trafficking--cutting off cat's tails, kicking dogs, etc., are behaviors to look for in kids; and (4) teaching non-violent communication skills, sensetivity training--better way to live; and (5) I would also add, befriend class mates who appear to have no friends--you may be the one, who prevents a violent attack!

The Full Faith & Credit Clause of the United States Constitutions, states, Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. The interesting thing about constitutional and statutory construction, is that you have to pay attention to the grammatical markers, like commas, semi-colons, and periods, they mean something and indicate how the phrase is to be interpreted.  Some phrases are  dependent phrases and others are independent phrases or clauses.  This sentence is an independent clause or phrase, ending in a period, even though, the section itself, goes on to state, that the Congress MAY by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

Traditionally, the Full Faith & Credit Clause, is applied to contract law, that where ever the contract was signed, or the place of the contract, is to be the law applied should there be something that goes wrong with the deal that was agreed on--that applies to pre-nupitual agreements, or contracts between two people entering into a marriage agreement, usually couples who have been married before, or have substantial money and property, the terms of the marital agreement or property division, in the case of a divorce are laid out on paper, so both parties know exactly what the terms of the marriage are, and what conditions will trigger a divorce, or what will happen if there is a divorce.

Judge Anderson, not only misapplied the contract, used the wrong law, place of contract is the controlling law, but he gave her alimony, only to make her pay the attorneys' fees for both sides, up to half a million dollars in legal fees--it was at this point, Hope was referred to me, by a Las Vegas attorney . . . I wrote a Rule 60(b) motion, for fraud on the court, the husband has at least 5 or so private investigators, finally found one who would lie, know him and said that Hope was cohabitating with Page, boyfriend, so the judge took away her alimony too, now had $600,000 in legal bills to pay, on child support, and a yoga instructors salary, she had been offered the role on Bay Watch, before Pamela Anderson!

Tits & Ass Mormon, Judge & Sheriffs Teamed to Arrest Me!

I appealed the case, the judge, if you want to call him that, with the support of the fucking, Utah, Office of the Administration of the Courts, who didn't have the balls to tell alleged, Mr. Civil Procedure Committee, himself, that he was dead wrong, that once I appeal a case, he no longer has jurisdiction--the Utah Court of Appeals did, he can't schedule a hearing, dragging me into his courtroom--NO FUCKING JURISDICTION!  Dumb ass, UTAH!  Good GOD!

This 7th Judicial District Judge, teamed with 5th District and Iron County Sheriffs, under the direction of Delta Force Marines, held me in contempt of court for not showing to a hearing that us, not only outside the judge's--not worthy of a capital "J"--jurisdiction, but unconstitutional as hell, and I paid the his extortion of $500 or go to jail free, wasn't going to let this clown stop me, getting sworn in, January 23, 2012, to the United States Supreme Court Bar, in Washington, D.C.  As I traveled to D.C., I got news from my undercover, government double, murderer, husband, not the client I thought I married, that there was a $2600 cash only warrant out now . . . 

Warrantless Arrest & 9 Days of Solitary Confinement, 5 Days, No Calls, Nobody Knew Where I Was!  GOOD MORNING AMERICA!

I didn't believe it, was warned not to go into Utah, after getting back--needed to get my attorney mail, had clients check the statewide warrant system, no warrants, because this was extra-constitutional OR TOTALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL, OUTSIDE THE REALM OF NORMALICY, not put on the statewide warrant, because it was a bull shit warrant, but being the responsible attorney, amidst total war, the Patriot Act Fuckers vs. the Constitutional Law Attorney, under the clear of warrants call, was surrounded by cops, demanded a warrant, that was actually a legal, constitutionally based warrant, they couldn't pull it up on the system, claimed they were just doing what the judge ordered--really, what was the $500 for?  I guess I didn't cry or flinch at the first alleged, contempt of court, so now, even less jurisdiction--power is given, not taken . . . and my contempt for court, was now $2600 extortion, which I didn't have on me, nor would I pay!

After being falsely arrested, strip searched for humiliation purposes, no warrant, taken by sheriff gun point, across the state, getting a warrant, bull shit made up one, a day and a half after my illegal, unconstitutional and blatantly, criminal arrest, then taken to jail for 9 days of solitary confinement, 23 hours lock-down, 1 hour out, with no contact, taken into a bull shit hearing, without any connection to the original charges, that I had turned in about 30 laws the sheriffs and the judge had violated from the Constitution on down to state, civil procedure rules, and criminal procedure rules!  We are not going to discuss that in this hearing this morning, all about the fucking blood sucking, jewish attorneys and judges, going for all my assets, about $20,000 worth, for not showing up to a hearing the judge lacked jurisdiction to do!

Sorry, A Bit Off Topic--Back to the Similarities of Gays & Guns, Under Full Faith & Credit

Yesterday, I met Cory, and openly gay man, here at the Breakfront Cafe, on Higgins Street, Missoula, Montana, we opened up a conversation, when he saw me doing my daily ritual of listening and watching all my son's music videos, on YouTube, he smiled, I thought he was a professor, since it is spring break in this college town, fun to see the University of Montana, faculty hanging out with the students, well, on separate but equal tables in the popular coffee shop, that I love!  

He joined me for a delightful, intellectual, highly knowledgeable conversations about the legal wranglings over the years on gay marriages, we discussed cases that stemmed from the first challenge to traditional marriage, the Hawaii case, to the UTAH governor, refusing to recognize the gay marriages, that have taken place, since the Judge, smart and constitutionally astute . . . saw the writing on the wall, after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Prop 8 was unconstitutional and upheld gay marriages in California! 

As, Rachel Maddow, MSNBC talk show host, and openly gay, would both say, UTAH!  New Mexico county recorder and other authorities, don't need a law suit to follow the highest court in the land's ruling, and without much to do, started not only marrying gay people, but recording their marriages on the country roles!  Wise, judicially economical, and right move!  Like it or not, we have the 14th amendment, with due process and equal protection clauses for suspect groups, to avoid discrimination--there are over 1000 federal tax breaks for married couples alone!

Cory Inspired This Blog, When He Asked, What Would Happen in Utah, if Their Citizens Who Refuse to Recognize Gay Marriages, Came to California, and Said, We Don't Recognize Your Marriages That Were Contracted In Utah!

As USUAL, THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, IN ALL ITS GLORY, CAN ANSWER ABOUT ANY LEGAL QUESTION, 238 OR SO YEARS AFTER IT WAS DRAFTED!  FUCKING LOVE IT! I without hesitation turned to what I thought was Article V, but was really Article IV, Section 1, and handed him my copy, to read about the Full Faith & Credit states have to give to each other.  He was impressed that I had it underlined, and read it with eyes wide open, mouth equally open, and digested what he read, excited and shocked.  I said, yeah, I don't know why attorneys on the side proposing gay marriiages haven't used this to argue, that marriages recognized in California, are given full faith and credit in Utah!

If the marriage is recognized in any other state, it is good in Utah!  Utah hates the Constitution, because they can't stand having a constitution that separates church and state, because Mormonism is the state sanctioned religion, given deference and privilege, regardless of what the Constitution says!  Now, this full faith and credit clause is going to piss them off too, because they see a selection of God's laws, above man's, even though first prophet, Joseph Smith's Articles of Faith, suggest that the alleged Saints, follow the laws of the land!  So much for listening to that old fashioned constitutionally trained prophet!

He Also Segwayed the Discussion, By Asking About Temple Marriages--Separation of Church & State, Should Take Care of That, But if Mormons Continue to Be a Guise or Front for a Political Organization, Then There Will Be, Forced Recognition of Gay Marriages, and In the TEMPLE!

The beauty of the First Amendment, that Congress shall make no establishment of religion . . . is that separation of church and state, cuts both ways, serves as a check and balance, as does everything in the Constitution, to protect the government from the churches, and the churches from the government.  However, the Mormon Church has been so active, with the Catholic Church fighting gay marriages in California, that they were sued by Californians Against Hate, for violating Fair Political Practices Acts, both federal and state!  

I am a personal witness to the secretive nature of the clandestine activities working to take down gay marriage in California.  My Mormon, home teacher, monthly visits, Brother Wilkinson, of the Morning Side Park Ward, but later, after collecting $250,000 overnight, after an order to do so, came from Elder Steve Snow, of the Mormon, Regional General Authorities, a personal friend and brother to the Bishop of that ward, who was raising, if I remember, $20,000,000, to go to political efforts to pass Proposition 8 that would nullify gay marriages in California!

You see, most Mormons, wear their Mormon hat at all times, and fuck their responsibilities and duties to their oath to protect, defend and obey, the U.S. Constitution; however, this attorney is not one . . . red flags were coming up all over the place, thoughts of reporting volunteer hours, reporting the $20 million dollar contribution out of UTAH!  The undue influence of both the Mormon and Catholic Church, with a force of volunteers, without minds, that will give, endlessly, effortlessly, and without thought, if the Church tells them to . . . when the prophet speaks, the debates over . . . likewise, when the government speaks, the debates over--Mormons make great FBI, CIA, and NSA agents!

Two Mormon attorneys, drafted the Bush Waterboarding Policies for Torture, undermining treaties and conventions to the contrary, for actions that can and can't be used against prisoners of war! Both Bush administrations were heavily laiden with Mormons!  Why?  If I were President, I would arrest the hierarchy of the Mormon Political Organization, tax the hell out of them, and seize the temples through asset forfeiture, just like the President did back when Utah was becoming a state, with the polygamy nightmare that is a thriving activity in Mormon run, Utah!  Forbidden by the Utah Constitution, unless approved by the PEOPLE and the United States!  

The almost all Mormon Utah Legislature, basically line by line, precept by precept, took that prohibition forever, against polygamy, entirely out or disguised it, and even have a future Constitution, to be found in the code on the Internet, taking out other disagreeable sections, like gutting the corporations section, going from 20 to 4 sections, in 1993!  And you wonder who was behind, CITIZENS UNITED?  Connect the dots, they have infiltrated every branch of government, all secret service or intelligence arms, and tried to get a Mormon President, who is allegedly the shadow director over the cover director, Brennan, don't fool yourselves, their power and influence in D.C. would shock the hell out of you!

Gun Legislation & Reciprocity--27 States Recognize Utah's Concealed Weapons Permit--Full Faith & Credit Anyone?

This is like a courtesy clause if you will, recognizing that laws in all states, may differ, that is the beauty of the Union of States, that all have soveriegnty, with various political and religious make up of their states.  So if you don't like one state, you can move to another.  They also serve as test tubes for the rest of the states, as Obamacare, was just a copy, basically, of what Massachessets, under Gov. Mitt Romney, a Republican did, but with the label of a Black Democrat as President, it is Satan incarnates law!  

Political comments aside, all good things, basically go from the bottom up, then as in the U.S. Constitution, the second sentence, that Congress MAY . . . implement acts, records, and judicial proceedings, kind of like Obamacare, and maybe incorporate gay marriages somewhere, make general acts, records and judicial proceedings, that seem to be working well in the test state and bring the benefit to all states, but up until that time . . . the states, shall give full faith and credit to the laws of the other states!

Application to Gun Laws--Nevada Has To Recognize Concealed Weapons Permits!

This whole issue of gun laws, came to me like all good legal questions, from either a friend or a client.  I had a client who was traveling through Nevada, she lives in Utah, St. George, but worked for a federal legislative organization, and was over an area, was single, traveled alone, and was working in scary areas of Las Vegas.  There was a car wreck for something she was a witness to, and as the officer came and talked to her, he noticed that her gun was sitting on the seat of her car.

If I remember, he sighted her for having her gun on the seat, and she stated that she had a concealed weapons permit, and had been trained as you have to be to get a permit, but wanted the gun handy, just in case she were to need it.  Somehow, maybe charge free, she got into a big discussion about reciprocity and recognizing other state's gun laws.  The second she mentioned the exchange with the officer, this little constitutionally trained and practiced mind, searched for or immediately landed on a concept, that I hadn't given much thought to since law school, that was prior to the Levin v. Levin case, full faith & credit!

Under the 2nd Amendment, Congress is to be Hands Off, But the Utah Constitution, Clearly States, That the Legislature Can Regulate Guns!  PERIOD!

So, in this courtesy clause of the U.S. Constitution, the states in working with each other in this Union of states, need to be able to recognize that each state legislature is the body who makes the laws, and the citizens of the various states, need to be able to freely travel from one state to the other without customs checks, like going into another country, therefore, the founding fathers, noted that by the full faith & credit clause, recognizing acts, records, and judicial proceedings!

Some states have liberal or conservative gun control laws, and after Sandy Hook, Conneticut, many states like New York, Chicago, etc., got their legislatures to pass strict gun control laws--and that is their peroggative, and if you don't like it, you can move to Montana, who has open or constitutional carry laws!  That is the amazing thing about these here, United States!  We must respect the laws of other states; so taking that forward to reciprosity of one states laws to another, the only ones who know which states do and don't accept other states laws on guns, is ludicrous, because, people shouldn't have to know the laws in all 50 states, as they travel across the country!

I know there are cops that are trained to educated people as to what states respect what laws, that is not necessary.  If you are licensed, or your state has liberal gun controls, that should be respected, even in New York.  We have to trust the laws and records of states.  It is hard enough to keep track of the laws within one state--apparently, you can open carry or have a concealed weapon, in the county, but once you get in the city, you can't have a concealed weapon . . . or that is what I got out of a conversation with a guy who makes guns.  So blame him is I am giving you false information, he was in the Marines, and works at McDoncal's on Idaho, in Kalispell, Montana, a very well versed man, and his wife came in during our discussion with a three year old, and this pistol packing mama, had open heat on her hip!

You Have 50 States To Choose Laws You Like, But Once You Find On, Laws, Acts, Records & Judicial Proceedings Should Be Respected, If You Travel or Choose to Move!
