ME AND STEVE

A year after, law school, was out, and I was an assistant attorney general, working for the Utah Prosecution Council, and the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, I was asked, along with, Steve Young, quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, to come, being the female part of the agenda, and Steve, representing male, attorneys, to address the full student body, of the J. Reuben Clark, Law School, at Brigham Young University.  All I remember from my speech, was, that, I divided, attorneys, into two camps, those who went to law school, for money, or to make money, and those who went to law school for power, and they generally worked for the government.  Steve gave a nice, little, positive mental, attitude pep talk, as I recall.  I remember taking the bar exam, and learning about, transactional attorney, professions, like contracts, securities, real estate, taxes, corporate, and other money oriented law professions or related jobs.  The power, side of the two pronged, choice, as I saw it, that dealt with, power over people's lives, were those like, criminal, family, civil rights, constitutional, property, and, those types of issues, add religious rights and freedoms too, all tied to constitutional rights, liberties, freedoms, protections, and privileges, those things that, now other countries and their people are protesting to their governments for!

I bring this up in connection to the title, and the "muscle girlfriends" who can bring with, them, a right hook punch, in government with the power players, while the man, can bring up the left hook, and together, they can knock out, their political opponents, or at least, give it their best shot!  Power respects power, and power, begets power, and power is as addicting, as money is to the rich, you can never get enough and you are never satiated, to the point of a sickness.  Men and women, who conquer the financial world, often, spend the rest of their lives, in pursuit of the real power, play, and that is politics, run for office, be the money, and strings behind the politician, and call the shots in all branches of the government, if they can do so, from the executive, legislative and judicial, and moving into the "dark state" shadow government, who, has an agenda, that, is and often competes with, even traditional, American means and values.  

FEAR CITY!  When money and power, combine, is when, there is real trouble, if the powers are not good.  I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN GIVE UP THE POWERS I HAVE THROUGH MY LIFE, FAMILY AND CAREER THAT TURN IT OVER TO THE DARK SIDE, AS I SEE IT!  I HAVE THE POWER PURSE, AND THE POWER TOOL, THIS BLOG, TO DO ABOUT WHATEVER . . . • before going to the swimming pool, at Bellevue, LA Fitness, the other day, I stopped at Jack in the Box, to get a COUNTRY SCRAMBLER BREAKFAST MEAL, on the fountain drink container, there was a statement, that said, For Perfect Pairing--Jumpin' Jack Splash, or something to that affect, and I thought to myself, like right, I would never, ever, meet a dude in the swimming pool, that would be the last place, ever, and I would rather die, that meet someone in the pool, because, even in better younger years, I have never felt good in a swimming suit . . . LOL.
• I thought, no, someone would have to meet me clothed first, before, I would ever, if I ever, would get around them in the swimming suit!  LOL.  Are you getting where my mind set was, just, a half hour or so before getting into the swimming pool, and this incident, took place?  That almost changes everything . . . .love and laughter, changes everything, and everything changes!
• now, men, generally, about, 96% or so, no matter what they look like, at any time, think they are the CAT's MEOW, or believe, whatever shape they are in, they look great!  They don't have to stare at tons of perfect bodies on display, air brushed, and computer manipulated, on all the magazine covers, just to get a Diet Coke or pack of cigarettes.  Men who grace the covers of magazines are few and far between, and they are generally always clothed. Women, they say and this survey, was taken, years ago, but it is probably pretty close, but, only 63% of the women, and I believe that to be a higher than expected, and real, percentage of women, who truly think they look good, even dressed, and swimsuit, even fewer!  REALITY! IN THIS BATTLE OF THE SEXES!

THE HOLLOWS CHURCH

• here is the swim scene that day, as I called it . . . when I looked downstairs, there were only about, 2 of the 3 lanes, filled, so a great time of day, better hurry, before the mob and the government sends their dudes and ladies to fill up the lanes, making me, either swim with others, or block me all together, like started to happen, to the point, this spring, that I didn't even want to bother racing all the paid swimmers, who, were merely there to stop me from, reaching my goals, and, as I approached the pool, that, seemed to be the case, all lanes were full, but the last one, had just one guy in it . . . not our perp, Dirty Royce, but, a very cop, like, looking dude, and the thought, came to mind, trying to heal relations with cops, stay cool, stay protected, that, perhaps, Bellevue cops, read my blog from the day before, about, the strange, Danny De Vito character, right out of true crime 101, where a former clients, who wasn't happy with the outcome of the case, comes and murders, his attorney . . . only, in this case, the government ran me out of the state, before, I took one more civil rights cases against the county, I already sued for $56.7 million, taking out and getting fired some narcotics task force girl and guys, demoting others, and going after, the rest of the criminal justice system in the county, from the county attorney, to a judge . . . it matters why you fucked the client, and fled the state . . . ah, like to stay alive!
• the first guy, totally behaved himself, and he was a good, very good swimmer too.  It seemed, though, as if in a relay, and I had written about, me, Stormy Daniel's attorney, guy after my kind of law, truth, justice, for the People, no money, Michael Avenatti, and I mentioned handing off the baton to him, to take Trump down, so I thought, these guys are just covering my ass, with a relay of cops . . . the first guy got out and the second guy, immediately, got in, and like I said, seemed, bound and determined to get in my lane, skipping two other lanes with only one person in it, and joining me, to my chagrin!  I HATE SHARING A LANE IF I DON"T NEED TO . . . I AM KIND OF THAT, TOUCH ME NOT TYPE CHARACTER!  Again adding to the build up, of the alleged, drama, of him touching my ass, catching it perfectly, while swimming a powerful backstroke, leaving me wondering, that is key legally, if he had done this on purpose?

A CURSE BECOMES A CHALLENGE

• I figured that, seeing, the threat yesterday, and me leaving, my two cell phones, in the fall, in the sanitary napkin dispenser, and again, this spring, might, make the cops, first know, that they are dealing with the attorney, not the flight attendant, sister, playing me, stealing big sister's, "muscle girlfriend" powers, after, I rejected James Kennedy, 100% throwbacks!  LOL.  I thought, more and more people are starting to put, two and two together, believing that this strange and twisted, sisters, tail, is weird but true, so, they might not want a celebrity, played by her so far, but, really me, murdered in their jurisdiction.  On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 feeling protected, and 10, the total opposite, the alleged, grabbing, not only shocked the shit out of me, but, stripped me of the protection, I thought, was starting to mend a long fought and hard, cold war, turning it into, a hot peace.
• the touch, seemed to send me into a kind of "psycho-sexual" spin, going from, the assumption, making an ass of both of us, of safety, to, being possibly, the not so much, victim, but, the target of something that, could be interpreted, as a sexual advance?  So, getting out of the pool, and by now, with no response from me, dude, pro ball player, FBI agent, moved into the first lane that was by now empty . . . but, that was after, another 10 or 15 minutes, of that initial contact, but, I timed, getting out of the water, when, he, the chicken shit, power swimmer, who was wearing a swim cap, and goggles, so I couldn't have nailed is ass, if I wanted to, if it were true that he grabbed me to get a reaction, or to get my attention or for whatever reason, if any? 
• now this struck me as particularly strange, too, but, I got out of the pool, he was too fast, swimming and he stopped and watched me struggle to pick up the plastic weights, and water noodles, revealing my love handles on my knees, and legs, that haven't seen, exercise for 20 years!  Like I said, just give me a chance to correct, these things, about 2 months to a Diet Coke, and I mean it!  LOL.  Okay, so, he sees me, so fuck this, shit, who cares anyway?
• I take my time at this point, and gather up my water toys, and go over to the hot tub, and out of fucking no where, this third dude, shows up, again wearing standard, cop, issue, shaved head, first and second, guys, very cop, look, but for the grabber and he was disguised!  I went to put my foot in the hot tub, that was ice cold?  Suddenly, out of nowhere, this third guy, is right in my face as I turn, to, leave, and I tell him, as he is turning off the jets, that, the water is too cold, so a hot shower, will have to do, my reward at the end of each work out, is the hot tub, and relax for a few minutes, while I stretch.
• I believe the time was, right around, two to two thirty, so a time, no, so normal for, working age men, to be in the pool?  That gave me credence, that, they were, in fact, cops.  For some reason, I thought, I wonder if they are, because of the antics, one pulled in the pool, they might be from out of the jurisdiction, like Seattle PD, in Bellevue, so they would not be noticed by anyone?  I now, that Bellevue cops, have come to Seattle to intimidate me and follow me, so why not reverse that trend?

FACTS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE, AND CAN SWAY A JURY OR JUDGE, WITH ONE NEW REVELATION, WHICH IS WHAT IT TAKES A DEFENDANT TO GET A NEW TRIAL, PROVE THAT THERE WERE FACTUAL DISCREPANCIES, OR NEW FACTS, OR THE PROSECUTORS, WITHHELD EXPULPATORY EVIDENCE, BECAUSE, THEY CAN CHANGE THE OUTCOME OF A CASE, OR WHETHER, A PROSECUTOR WILL TAKE A CASE OR IF AN, AGGREIVED, VICTIM, I AM NOT, BUT SOME MIGHT, COULD CHANGE THEIR MINDS IF THEY LEARNED, THAT . . . SOMEONE IN THE MEN'S SHOWER, SAW WHAT HAPPENED, AND AFTER THE MEN, GOT OUT, THEY ALL RALLIED IN THE LOCKER ROOM, AND THE OFFENDER STARTED TO BRAG ABOUT, GRABBING ME, GROPPING ME, AND SHOCKING ME?

THE VERY FOUNDATION OF CRIMINAL LAW IS: (1) THE "INTENT" TO COMMIT A CRIME, WILLINGLY, KNOWINGLY, OR RECKLESSLY; + (2) SOME "ACT" THAT FURTHERS, THE CRIMINAL INTENT, BY PUTTING THE PLAN INTO ACTION = A CRIME.

THIS IS TAKING THIS TO THE EXTREME, TO MAKE A POINT!

(1) I DON'T KNOW IF ALL THREE OF THESE MEN, KNOW EACH OTHER, PLANNED SOMETHING, OR WERE IN AN ACTUAL WORK ASSIGNMENT, BUT, IF, LET SAY, THAT THEY, WERE ALL, SEATTLE PD OR POLICE, AND CAME WITH THE SPECIFICI "INTENT" TO INTIMIDATE, THREATEN, INTERFER, BATTER OR ASSUALT ME, EVEN EMBARRASS ME . . . THAT IS SUFFICIENT, TO WARRANT, FURTHER, INVESTIGATION IN TO THE ACTIONS OF THESE COPS!  THIS MAY JUST BE LOCKER ROOM, OLD JOCK, SHIT, BUT IT IS BORDERLINE, CRIMINAL ACTIVITY!  IN THE WAY THIS PROCEEDED, THE COPS, AND THE LEGISLATURES HAVE, IN WRITING, LEGISLATION ON GANGS, PONDERED, THE FACT THAT COPS FIT, EVERY DEFINITION AND DISTINCTION, OF BEING MEMBERS OF A GANG . . . I CALL THEM THE LEGAL MAFIA, AND PROSECUTORS, REFER TO COPS AS THE FLIP SIDE OF THE COIN, SAME AS CRIMINALS, BUT WITH A BADGE! (2) IF THEY HAD ME, LONG TIME ENEMY OF COPS AND THEM ME, AND HAD, EVEN MORE, DASTARDLY, "INTENT" LIKE THE INTENT TO KILL, SURELY, THIS WOULD BE WORTH LOOKING INTO! (3) I MENTIONED THAT, I AM, A SENIOR CITIZEN, AND THAT MIGHT JUST, GIVEN THE SHERE, SHOCK AND IMPACT ON ME, CREATE SOME TYPE OF AG ASSAULT SITUATION, GIVEN THE AGE OF THE VICTIM . . .THAT TAKES A NORMAL ASSAULT UP TO AN AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, JUST SIMPLY BECAUSE THE CRIME, WITH PREMEDITATION, WAS DONE TO A PERSON OVER THE AGE OF 62, OR EVEN 55 IN SOME STATES, THAT COULD HAVE IN SOME CASES, RESULTED, IN A HEART ATTACK!

IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE OF THE LAW!  THE "GOOD COP" EXCUSE IS NOT A COVER FOR A CRIME OR ASSUALT . . . I DIDN'T KNOW THIS GUY, NEVER MET THIS GUY, AND IT COULD HAVE VERY WELL, HAVE BEEN, WITNESSED, ON A TAPE, IF THERE WAS, SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS, SOMEWHERE, THAT SHOWED THE SHOCK ON MY FACE?  BEING A HERO ONE DAY, DOESN'T EXCUSE BEING A SEXUAL PREDATOR, THE NEXT!

IF IT WERE DISCOVERED, THROUGH TAPES, OR WITNESSES, OR THROUGH, PRESSURE ON, ONE OF THE OTHER COPS, AND THE TRUTH, CAME OUT, THAT, THE CRIME WAS TO BE COMMITTED, AND LET'S SAY IT WAS MURDER, BECAUSE THAT IS WELL ON THE TABLE, RIGHT NOW . . . AND, THERE HAVE BEEN INCIDENTS, THAT AN OLDER ASIAN, LADY, WAS I BELIEVE, PUSHED UNDER THE WATER, BY A GUY, WHO CAME IN THE POOL FOR ONE REASON AND THAT WAS TO KILL, OR CAUSE HARM, HE JUST THOUGHT SHE WAS ME, AND I WAS YOUNGER, THANK GOD, BUT, FOR ME AND SOME YOUNGER, SWIM CHAMP, THIS WOMAN, WOULD HAVE DROWN!

THAT IS NOT A JOKE, NO A LOCKER ROOM, BOYZ CLUB FUN, THAT IS A FUCKING MURDER!
