TO BE ELIMINATED, FOR FEAR OF REVOLUTION, CHANGE OR CREATING AN UPRISING. I LOVE THE SCRIPTURE, THAT SAID, AS A CHILD, I PLAYED WITH CHILDISH THINGS, BUT WHEN, BECAME A MAN, I PUT AWAY, THOSE THINGS, AND DID OTHER THINGS OR HAD OTHER THOUGHTS. I CAN'T REMEMBER IT AND I AM TOO LAZY TO LOOK IT UP. THERE ARE ALSO, SCRIPTURES, THAT, GIVE MILK, TO CHILDREN, AND MEAT TO MEN . . . THAT MAY BE WHERE THIS NOTION OF POLITICAL FOOD, WHEN, TRUMP, THROWS, RED MEAT TO HIS HUNGRY CONSTITUENTS, HE IS FEEDING THE RABID CROWD, WHAT THEY WANT. BUT, MILK IS WHAT A CHILD OR BABY SUCKS OUT OF THERE MOTHER, BUT AS THEY GROW, AND GET TEETH, THEIR FOOD, DRINK, HABITS, CHANGE TO INCLUDE OTHER THINGS. SINCE IT IS SUNDAY, I WILL REFER TO ONE OF MY FAVORITE SECTIONS, OF ALL TIME, AND THAT STARTS WITH ROMANS 14:14, THAT STATES AND THIS IS WILD THINKING TO MOST, THAT, THERE IS NOTHING UNPURE OR IMPURE, TO THE LORD, IT IS MAN, WHO ASSIGNS THE PURITY AND IMPURITY, TO THIS OR THAT. IN THIS SCRIPTURE, AS I RECALL, JESUS APOSTLE'S, OR SOMEONE WAS ASKING IF IT WAS OKAY TO EAT PORK OR SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN DENIED UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES, BUT MANY STILL PRACTICED THAT OLD LAW, EVEN WITH CHRIST THERE TO REPLACE IT. BASICALLY, USING THE IDEA OF DUTY, RESPONSIBILITY, AND BEING ATTUNED TO THOSE WHO ARE LESS ADVANCED, THAT, OTHERS IN THE LAW, OR IN WHATEVER, HE SAID, AND I BELIEVE, GAVE THREE OPTIONS: (1) AS FOR YOU PERSONALLY, IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU CAN DO SO WITH FAITH, THAT IT IS OKAY, THEN FEEL FREE TO DO IT, BECAUSE, I DON'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS, IT IS YOUR OWN LIMITED THINKING THAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE; (2) IF YOU EATING OF THIS FOOD, THAT HAD LONG BEEN DENIED TO JEWS AND OTHERS, WHO FOLLOWED THE LAW OF MOSES, CAUSES SOMEONE ELSE TO QUESTION THEIR BELIEVES, OR CAUSES THEM GRIEF, OR CREATES A PROBLEM, JUST AVOID DOING IT, AND DON'T CAUSE SOMEONE ELSE TO FALL, THAT IS NOT COOL, PEOPLE PROGRESS AT THEIR OWN RATE; (3) IF BOTH OF THOSE ISSUES AND REQUIREMENTS ARE MET, THEN, GO FOR IT, AND DO SO IN FAITH, BECAUSE, I DOESN'T MATTER TO ME. NOW, IN THE BIG PICTURE AND IN AND WITH ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, GIVEN , THE ATONEMENT, GRACE, SALVATION, AND JUSTIFICATION, WE ARE FREE, BECAUSE OF CHRIST TO DO A WHOLE LOT OF THINGS, BECAUSE, GOD REALLY DOESN'T CARE, AND CHRIST IS THERE IT PICK UP THE SLACK IF WE ARE WRONG. NOW THAT IS A VERY THREATENING AND FREE THOUGHT, THAT MOST PEOPLE JUST CAN'T DEAL WITH, THERE IS TOO MUCH FREEDOM, BUT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT CHRIST CAME TO DO, IS, THROUGH HIS SACRIFICE, TO SET US FREE, KNOWING WE WILL MAKE MISTAKES, BUT, HEY, THAT IS OKAY, YOU ARE ALSO HERE TO HAVE JOY, AND TO LOVE, GROW, LEARN AND CHANGE. THAT, MY FRIENDS, IS LIBERTY AT ITS FINEST. THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE, RIGHT? THAT APPEARS TO ME, TO BE WHAT GOD IS TELLING US, THAT THERE ARE MANY THINGS, THAT, MAN, OR EVEN GOD AT ONE POINT, SAID WAS A HEALTH CODE, AS THE LAW OF MOSES WAS, THAT IS NOT LONGER THE CASE, WE ARE NOT TREKING AROUND THE WILDERNESS ANYMORE, WE HAVE WATER, AND BATHING, WHATEVER AND WE CAN CLEAN AND TREAT THE MEAT; THEREFORE, LIVE DIFFERENTLY. WAY COOL. SOME WILL NOT FEEL SECURE WITHOUT THOSE LIMITS, THOSE BOUNDARIES, OR TURNING TO LEADERS, BISHOPS, PASTORS, POLITICAL LEADERS FOR GUIDANCE, THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE FREE THOUGHT, AND THE POSSIBILITIES. THAT IS WHY, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KILLED THROUGHOUT THE AGES, AND EVEN TARGETED IN THESE, WHAT WE WOULD CALL ENLIGHTENED DAYS, BUT WE ARE NOT FAR FROM THE WITCH TRIALS, BEHEADINGS AND BOOK BURNING! TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS A PRICE ON THEIR HEAD, IT IS RIGHT HERE IN RIVER CITY. PERIOD, DON'T FOOL YOURSELVES. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE AN SUPER BABY OR NOT?

• there is always, that old debate, on nurture and nature, as to which, makes this or that type of baby . . . I am just going to give you, some ideas, I don't know for sure, PROLOGIX, so, these are just things that I have picked up over the years, some in college classes, some, freestyle, some going to conferences, and others, that are just thoughts that I have:
• I am not the one, who suggested, I might be a super baby, but, it was another super baby, you might say, it takes one to know one, or maybe she knew something, as, in retrospect, others seemed to have known, but, either, didn't come right out and say it, but indicated, that there was something different, that might as well have said it, or hints, to this or that, but, there were some conditions surrounding my birth, that, might have made it, create the circumstances, that, allowed for, this physically, as well as genetically, remember, my father was a special agent for the Air Force, in the Office of Strategic Intelligence
• I started to say the other day, that, my mother was due with me, around Christmas, and she didn't in fairness to me want a Christmas baby, getting left out and taking second stage to all those festivities, with a birthday, being back seat, but it happened even a week before . . . but she was told by a friend, that, if she took, cod liver oil, or castor oil, that would force her into labor, which it did, and she had one labor pain, and I was born, ripping all her insides out, making it amazing for the lack of medical knowledge and all, back then, that the docs were able to fix her, so she could have 6 more kids!
• there is a theory, that, the shorter the time period a baby is in the birth canal, and deprived of oxygen, the smarter it is; therefore, since, my mother only had one labor pain, and I almost shot out of her, creating a ton of pain, and injury, but, coming to the world in a big fast way, might be some explanation
• this doesn't apply to me, but to others, they say, that most geniuses are born to parents or at least mothers over the age of 31, which his interesting, because, the changes of deformities and birth defects, increases and the maternal eggs start to degrade or get old
• I thought of, C-section babies, would they be smarter, seeing, that they are, not in the birth canal?  But, they are or their mother is under, medication for the birth and might or might no affect, the child, adversely?  I am not a doctor, so, I am just planting seeds for those who might be curious and into this sort of thing
• someone asked me if I was a government sleeper, or someone that is coopted without knowing it, and then, when the need arises, the government can activate or do something, and get that person, to do this or that . . . no indication of that
• I have met, two women, over the last 6 years, who, didn't indicate they were super babies, but, that they had U.S.D.A. on their asses and were owned by the government, being separated from their birth parents, with some type of connection, to military service, and as I speculated, yesterday, my God intel, indicates that, I was sold, at some point, and, that, is totally against the law! The federal government, FBI fringe experiments, CIA and Illuminati human testing, using Hitler's docs, is no exception to the law!  Again, I believe, that the government has been after my kids, me, for years, since way back, almost right after birth . . . I have been watched, followed, tracked, and probably for much longer than I know, with an eye on my kids, smart parents, master's degree, and law degree, smart home, smart parenting.  ALL FOUR, ALL BRIGHT?  
• now I am all about, studying, learning, understanding age old questions, and how we make smarter people, but selling, owning, seeing someone as property of the U.S.A.? Fuck NO!  Pretending my sisters, are me, and asking them, the very family, I protected my kids from since, young, is no way to learn, what we did, or what was different or how, we managed to raise, very smart children, without a dud, in all of them.  Usually you will see, one smart kid, in a family of four, but not four of four!  Baby geniuses in their areas of interest, always shine, always, did!
• United States Constitution, the 13th and 19th amendments, taken together, along with, the 5th and 14th, as super, overseers, prohibits, the use of humans as property, or from being in servitude, to anyone, especially, the government, who is here and was specifically, created, to protect, citizens rights!
• 13th Amendment, Section 1.  The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the Unites States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous conditions of servitude!
• 19th amendment . . . right to vote can't be abridged . . . on account of sex!
• there seems to be something, that changes between, men and women, with regard to SUCCESS, WEALTH, POWER, where, I seem singled out, and treated differently, to the point of OBJECTIFYING ME TO THE POINT OF NON-PERSONHOOD, THE RULES DON'T APPLY, JUSTICE DOESN'T APPLY, HUMAN DECENCY, FAIRNESS, ALL SEEMS GAME, TO DO TO ME, WITHOUT LIMITS, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS, AND DOING WHATEVER IT TAKES, AND THAT IS FASCISM!
• 5th and 14th amendments, government, or anyone, civil rights and protections have been extended, not only in the criminal, but civil arena, but, life, liberty and property, cannot be taken without due process of LAW! or equal protection under the LAW!
• useful arts, writings, authors and inventions are protected too!

FASHIONABLY UNDEAD!  DID THEY SAY I WAS DEAD, TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF INHERITANCE LAWS?

• when someone dies, without a will, there is a process, as I recall, from, law school, 25 or so years ago, that, your estate is divided, by, the way the state legislature, say it is to be divided, however, I AM OBVIOUSLY, VERY MUCH, ALIVE AND WELL, WELL BODY, WELL MIND, TO BRILLIANT MIND! but, in normal distribution of an estate, if someone dies without a will, is, that, it goes down, to children, and if there are no children, then, up to the parents, and if not parents, out to brothers and sisters.  Possible, fake times of death:
• I was diagnosed with a terminal brain disease, allegedly Pick's, but it is safe to assume, that I didn't have it, because, I didn't die, and everyone who had been diagnosed has been dead within two years of that diagnosis.  I must be the biggest success miracle, because, I am still alive 17 years later . . . interestingly, enough, though is that I had a private disability policy, through the Utah Medical Association, that I was to receive, $3,000 until I died?  My father, who was taking care of business, in more than one way, told me that due to some glitch in the policy, my money stopped after two years, fine print stuff.  Did they say, I died, or did the say, Shelley was me, continue to collect the money, more than a pissing chunk of change, right, I would love to have it now, but better still, would love to have, my millions from my cases, and my billions from this blog, all protected!
• I also, allegedly died, maybe after coming back to life, starting to practice law again, in 2009, was reported and put on the Internet, as having died, right after moving to Montana, in an accident, outside of Florence, Montana, attested to me, by two Marines, in Kalispell, who used to read all my floating emails, that would go nationwide, prior to starting this blog, they recognized my stories, had read about me, and knew of me, followed me, told me they actually saw the article on my DEATH?  Did this second death, leave, over $700 million in lawsuit damages, attorneys fees, property, etc., and did Utah, Mormons, the Southwick family, the feds, cops, say I was dead, and reassign, my life, my resume, my money, my kids, to others?  It appears to be the case, or some version of that, which is unlawful and illegal, in not blatantly, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and shockingly, CRIMINAL!  In fact one of the reasons to get rid of me, is to get rid of the CONSTITUTION!
• the thought has come to mind, that upon leaving Utah, at a time, that was critical, significant, and of definite bragging rights, with both, my Brock, securities case and Iron County, corruption case, putting me #2 in the nation for civil rights defense, putting Utah law on the map, along with several other issues, that were of national attention, the thought came to mind, did the people, or family, feel entitled to keep, what was mine, or feel they could, rationalizing, or justifying, that, JoAnn was born in a Mormon family, with Republican parents, educated at a Mormon University law school, trained by the Utah attorney generals office, and a member of the Utah State Bar Association; therefore, all the money, prestige, cases, political bank, and nationwide attention, stays with Utah, and Mormons for Mitt, when, JoAnn leaves the state . . . is this where, I was SOLD, illegally, unconstitutionally, and criminally?  One wonders?

BAIT AND SWITCH, ROSE WHITE FOR ROSE RED?  I ONLY SEE YOUR FLAWS, OR I AM A GREEDY BASTARD, WHO WANTS SHELLEY TO BE YOU!  MONEY, PRESTIGE, ELITISM, FAME, PRIDE, POWER!  A BILLION REASONS TO FOCUS ON THE FLAWS!  WHAT ABOUT JUSTICE, FAIRNESS, AND SIMILARLY SITUATED, COMPARISONS?

APPLES AND ORANGES

• my mother used to teach me and sibs, that whatever you are looking for, you will find it, good or bad, positive or negative, and that depends on what you chose to focus on, and target, look for good, find good, look for bad, find bad . . .
• I believe that is why, Jesus said, Judge not that ye be not judged, because, that is all too subjective, most of a person's life is unknown, by even the closest of people, things can be assumed that are not true, or ignored that are, in fact, very true . . . everyone has flaws, everyone has strengths, focus on the good!
• now, I am a firm, believer, that all men, and women, are created equal in both the sight of God, and are under the LAW!  That doesn't mean, however, that, people are given the same opportunities, education, advantages, and born into equal stations and status in life, nor that, persons, will equally avail themselves, of the opportunities that they have, some will say yes to life, others NO!
• with that in mind, legally, a biology degree, doesn't carry the same weight as a law degree, a law license, or 4 license to practice at various stages and levels of our legal system, nor, does a biology degree, provide you, the opportunity to take top hot law jobs in a state, or in the nation, just the way the apples fall!
• in the law, there is a hierarchy of legal authority and weight, the U.S. Supreme Court, rulings take precedence and have more authority, power, sway, punch, and kick, than, say a Justice Court, or a State Court, not of equal value, not of equal, persuasive legal opinion.  
• for a case to be relevant authority on and applicable to the case, you are dealing with, or your attorney is dealing with, the ruling, decisions, holding, or outcome of a particular case, must be FACTUALLY SIMILAR TO THE ONE AT HAND, DEALING WITH THE SAME ISSUES.  Now, I can have several lawsuits, say, dealing with Mr. Trump, the lawsuit king, one dealing with Trump University, and the other, dealing with Trump Tower tenants.  Just because both cases deal with Trump, doesn't mean, that a ruling in one, affects the ruling or has anything to do with the ruling or outcome of the case, even with the same defendant.  On the other hand, if, say, DeVry University, is sued, for, similar issues, reasons, with students, going after, the university, for, false advertisement or promises of superior faculty, or whatever, not getting their money, then, a ruling, dealing with Trump's case, especially, if it is a case of first impression or one that has a unique fact pattern, then, it will be of relevance and weight, in this case, but the higher the court, that ruled on it, and the jurisdiction it was heard in, makes a different, but, there has to be some similarity, of similarly, situated, defendants, or factually, the closest, that one can get, to the ones in the case at hand.
• now, to make things even less, relevant and of worth, in a comparison, is, the fact that taking all that, one person, has, and giving it to the other, then, telling the person, you stole the intellectual, real, personal and familial property from, to  be judge, without their assets, falsely enriching, the undeserving, through ill-gotten gains, and actually, count it as a legal, real, lawful, or constitutionally valid, asset of the second person.  That is faulty reasoning at best, and totally, stupid and ignorant, lame ass, and illogical at worst!  What is the fruits of one's labor, their asset, and belongs to them, is THEIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
