I found it interesting, but not humorous, that, both sides, Trump and Tillerson, and Putin and Laverov, defended their particular, interests, in answering the press, and questions about the closed, door meeting with, those representing, America and Russia, allegedly, the first time, the two world leaders have met . . . knowing the word games, that, attorneys, use, to weasel, out of a hardcore commitment and to fudge a bit, on a word play . . . it could be the first time, Trump and Putin, met as, world leaders, but not the first time the two men, met!  We know, that, Putin and Trump, along with Donald Trump Jr., started, their in person, relationships, as of today's, breaking news, at the Miss Universe Contest, held in Russia, back, when, 2008?  About the time, Eric and Don Jr. or Beavis and Butthead, as I call them, said, that, there was a shit load of money, pouring into the United States from Russian, interests and investors with the Trumps, being, big ass beneficiaries of that, influx of money, especially, used in the purchase of luxury condos, and expensive real estate, that both the Trumps and Kushners, were involved in.  I believe, that this is where, Don Jr. met, the female attorney, who was the conduit, between, team Trump, in more recent history, or during the 2016 elections, where, then, candidate Trump, in full view of the American public, on national TV, requested, Russian intelligence, help, along with Julian Assange of Wikileaks, to dig into the emails of the DNC, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, in addition to Hillary's campaign manager, John Podesta, and even encouraging, hacking into, Hillary's emails, too!

 

Podesta, tweeted this week, that, what Putin, Russia, and Wikileaks, did, hacking into his emails, was a criminal act, if not an act of war!  If cyberwarfare is the biggest ass, threat to our national security, then, could, not this be seen, as attacking our democratic process, or our system of government itself?  That goes, far beyond, just being a criminal act, but, leads to treason!  Like the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, where the original, 9 states, later, joined, totally, 13 states, joined in a Union, and formed the United States of America, shows us, what, was going on in the minds of the founding fathers, states, governors, and leaders, many of whom, became the signers of the United States Constitution, showing that, intent and history, behind, the plain language of the Constitution, adding insights and meaning, behind the words, leaving us little doubt, what the founders aims and goals were, in forming this Union of states and why!  Sidebar: "The layman's constitutional view is that what he likes is constitutional and that which he doesn't like is unconstitutional." --Justice Hugo L. WAR AGAINST THE UNITED STATES

I want to take several articles out of the Articles of Confederation, that might shed some light, and even, give you, my dear reader, a different, definition, expanded, idea of what constitutes, war against, them, or we the people of the United States, that, when, taken, within the context, of what we have seen, thus far, with Trump, aligning himself with Russia, even more so, that with the United States, and its officers, like, former, FBI director, James B. Comey, calling him, a nut job, and crazy, after firing him, for not, being one of the team, and dropping, his investigation, into this Russian, thing, only later, that week, or the next day, being seen with Kislyak and Laverov, with only, Russian, photographer, helping Putin's re-election, in Russia, laughing, handshaking, and joking, as if they are all old friends, rather than, men, from very different nations with different systems of government!  I am just planting seeds, and you can, connect the dots, or not . . . but, I think, that what, Russian, intelligence agents and criminal cyberspies, and hackers, did, was nothing more than, a modern, act of piracy!

• No state shall engage in any war without the consent of the United States in Congress assembled, unless such State be actually invaded by enemies, or shall have received certain advice of a resolution being formed by some nation or Indians to invade such State, and the danger is so imminent as not to admit of a delay till the United States in Congress assembled can be consulted; nor shall any State grant commissions to any ships, or vessels, of war, nor letters of marque or reprisal, except it be after a declaration  of war by the United States in Congress assembled, and then, only against the Kingdom or State and the subjects thereof, against which war has been so declared, and under such regulations as shall be established by the United States in Congress assembled, unless such State be infested by pirates, in which case, vessels of war may be fitted out for that occasion, and kept so long as the danger shall continue, or until the United States in Congress assembled shall determine otherwise.

• we now, know, that between, 21 to 39, state, voter registration, records were hacked into by the Russians, their intelligence officers and their cybercriminals . . . now, I think it is totally, naïve, to think, that, the Russians, who have tried to destroy, democracies all over the world, would be so, well mannered, to go right up to the door of our voting, and stop, without going through that door!  Now with the Trump voter fraud, commission, asking for, tons of shit, information, that can be used against, people, with, up to 41 states, refusing to adhere to the request for information, and no proof, that there was voter fraud, while we have 17 intelligence, agencies, back as early, as March of 2016, guaranteeing, that, Russia, hacked into our election process and voter registration, but our own, president, refuses to admit, and as Putin put it, he even agreed to accept, Putin's word, that, the Russians, didn't hack into our elections?  ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?  There was an article, way back in July, 2016, I believe, where, Putin, admitted to the hacking, and said, he did it for revenge and respect!
• look, how, unforgiving, Putin was against, Hillary Clinton, for merely, saying, in an innocuous, fashion, that, the Russians, protesting, Putin, and his 3rd term of office, where their Constitution, terms out presidents, as ours does, with two terms, while Putin is on his 4th term now . . . but, he let this slight, by the United States, Secretary of State, Clinton, fester for 4 fucking years, and then, took every action, possible, not only to side with her opponent, Trump, but to do all in his power to put the dude in office!  Who benefited from the hacking?  TRUMP!  He is just throwing, a red herring out, by, creating the auspice of voter fraud, and doing what, happens to victims of rape and other crimes, trying to make villains of voters, with no proof, while, refusing to even, admit, what, everyone, else, including Putin, admitting to, that, yes, RUSSIA, meddles and now it is looking, like the reason, Trump is lying, is because, with the Donald Trump Jr., emails, ironically, the same, methods, that allegedly, destroyed Hillary, traps and you fall in them yourself, but, as former, DNC, chairperson, Florida Senator, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, who was hacked, at DNC headquarters, and later, forced out of her chairmanship, by Bernie Sanders and his Bernie bros and sistas, as a result of learning, that she favored Clinton, nothing new, since she was a surrogate of Clinton's for years!  But, she said, that, Donald Trump Jr. and others, like Jared Kushner, who were looking for information to use against Clinton, shows, total COLLUSION WITH THE RUSSIANS!
• All charges of war, and all other expenses that shall be incurred for the common defense or general welfare, and allowed, by the United States in Congress assembled, shall be defrayed our of a common treasury, which shall be supplied by the several States . . .
• The United States in Congress assembled, shall have the sole and exclusive right and power of determining on peace and war, except in the cases mentioned in the sixth article . . . appointing courts for the trial of piracies and felonies committed on the high seas and establishing courts for receiving and determining finally appeals in all cases of captures, provided that no members of Congress shall be appointed a judge of any of the said courts.
• The United States in Congress assembled shall also be the last resort on appeal in all disputes and differences now subsisting or that hereafter may arise between two or more States concerning boundary, jurisdiction or any other cause whatever . . . provided that every commissioner, before he sits in judgement, shall take an oath . . . where the cause shall be tried, well and truly to here and determine the matter in question, according to the best of his judgement, without favor, affection or hope of reward: provided also that no State shall be deprived of territory for the benefit of the United States.

ARTICLE V

. . . nor shall any person, being a delegate be capable of holding any office under the United States, for which he, or another for his benefit, receives any salary, fees or emolument of any kind.

 

Freedom of speech and debate in Congress shall not be impeached or questioned in any court or place out of Congress, and the members of Congress shall be protected in their persons from arrest or imprisonments, during the time of their going to and from, and attendance on Congress, except for treason, felony, or breach of the peace.

ARTICLE VI

No State, without the consent of the United States in Congress assembled, shall send any embassy to, or receive any embassy from, or enter into any CONFERENCE, AGREEMENT, ALLIANCE OR TREATY with any King, Prince or state: nor shall any person holding any office of profit or trust under the United States, or any of them, ACCEPT ANY PRESENT, EMOLUMENT, OFFICE OR TITLE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, from any King, Prince or foreign State; nor shall the United States in Congress assembled, or any of them, grant any title of nobility.
