Due Process = Notice + A Hearing
How many of you, would attend a meeting, you had no idea, was being held? That is the problem with due process violations. I was not given, a citation, NEVER, on either one of these alleged, separate cases! Certainly, all the recent charges, are new to me, as is the violation of the headlight, because, while headlights were involved, I was never cited or charged on either, then, I was gone, a resident of Montana . . . the law does not work in retrospect! A prosecutor, can't say, well, the cops, came to JoAnn's house, June 7, 2012, and impounded my vehicle, basically stealing, the my truck, before the alleged incident occurred, that I was later, allegedly charged with, in December? I believe the reason, for this, was as I recall, I had just paid, for 6 months of insurance, early April or May, with coverage until, as I recall, September or October, and the prosecutors, had nothing on me, so they waited, until my insurance ran out, and then, acted as if, back, in June when they picked up my truck illegally, unlawfully, unconstitutionally, and criminally, on allegedly, a judge's orders, who had NO JURISDICTION OR POWER, to do so, with everything current, covered and paid for, and then, lay in wait, hoping to catch me at Thanksgiving or Christmas! NO! FUCK NO!
What is appears, is that, Shelley, or Kay, or some lame ass, prosecutor, took, a bit of information from cops, tried to figure, out when, I was in and out of the state, and used, either cops, to fry the fuses, being the only time in a 44 year perfect driving record, including no parking tickets, EVER, by this blonde haired blue-eye, attorney, not brown, hair shit eyed, loser attorney, or hazel, eyed sister, who could have been wearing contacts, or the cop never check her eyes, but, when Kay got the ticket on my Yaris, as me, she is listed to have "brown" eyes . . . mine are bright blue, so they doctored my license, falsifying a government document, which is a felony, assholes! But, I will write out the timeline, and you can see, specks of this, and than, a bit of truth here and there, then someone doing a terrible job of trying to present a picture of me, that is so, wrong, and not even close to the TRUTH, remember what that is, the TRUTH, evidence, facts, that don't seem to matter to IRON COUNTY, they pulled the same shit, with Allan Rex Bess' case, taking two, trips to the hospital, and blending them into two, and I was the one who discovered, that, the cops took Vicky Bentley home after the first trip to the hospital, for stitches, three . . . her brother took her home, a day and a half later, with on incident, taking place on Christmas Eve, the other one on December 26, 2009, a day and a half, later with Allan, already in jail, for the alleged attack! So, these are old games with Iron County, corruption is rampant, and incompetence the rule, rather than the exception, with cops and prosecutors taking off all self authenticating documentation, as the rules of evidence require to be admissible . . . however, the 5th District judges, cover their asses when, the cops and prosecutors fail, protecting the system, not the people they are intended to serve. History and evidence, of this type of criminal behavior and patterns in the prosecutor and courts of the 5th district! NOTHING NEW!
TIMELINE LEADING UP TO JUNE 7, 2012, NOT JUNE 8, 2012
- November 2011, on my 7th judicial district case in Moab, Grand County, Utah, Levin vs. Levin, a $28 million divorce case, that the judge ruled against my client, Hope M. Carlton-Levin, a former playboy bunny, centerfold, July 1996, I appealed, the case, up to the Utah Court of Appeals, after having, filed, a Rule 15 and Rule 60(b) motion, as required, prior to filing an appeal, with the judge trying to bring me back under his jurisdiction, after the case had been removed, to the higher court, scheduling, a hearing, on December 17, 2011, which, I refused to go to, and didn't have to, with the judge having no power to hold that hearing . . . this is CRITICAL, to understanding, this who, incident, and in the law, anything criminal of this nature, with me as the PROSECUTOR, one has to look at the totality of the circumstances!
- January 1, 2012, an Iron County, Sheriff, who was really, Mike Dixon, brought in, from NORAD, or the Delta Force Intelligence of the federal government working with AB or Frank, of Interpol, whom, I was married to, in proxy, thinking it was my client, Allan Bess, who, by this time was dead, with Shelley waiting in the wings to be me! showed up, serving me with papers, to either pay for not attending the illegal, hearing, in 7th district, giving me the choice to either pay, $500 or go to jail! Both, illegal, as hell, the case was up on APPEAL, constitutional, in every way! I told the officer, that, the judge had no jurisdiction, he was to leave, and I would get proof from the Office of the Administration of the Courts, now, Kay, had already, gotten two parking tickets, using my driver's license, by that time, back the year before! So, I already had doubles, going on, they, in their special operation to shut me down, that was originally planned taking my house in St. George and my $357 million case on the way to the United States, Supreme Court, also, working on the $56.7 million case, so, I sent the deputy packing, while I got some, support, which seemed to be coming, until, the OAC, realized that, the conflict was between me and a judge who was actually, ironically, serving on the civil procedure committee of the courts, at the time, was the one I had issues with, they never got back to me, and the deputy, and two others showed up the following day with the pay or go to jail, illegal, unconstitutional warrant, and with, not need for problems, stopping me from going to the U.S. Supreme Court, I paid, the $500, which I had in my purse at the time, however, Officer Dixon, refused to take it at that time, and said, I had to come into the Iron County Sheriff's Department, to pay? Why? He said it was policy or something like that . . . when, I showed up, he served me with, papers from the Utah State Bar, one some complaint, that I had, answered, the majority of issues, the year before, dealing with, another judge, I appealed, a case on, 5th district judge again! The judges are not used to attorneys like me, who are a one stop shop, attorney, from filing to the United States Supreme Court, from trial to writing appeals, so they get their way with, most attorneys, who are trial attorneys, but can't do appeals, and with clients who are put through the ringer, in the district courts, so they don't appeal! I believe, on Haylee Cheek's case, an appeal, would have cost the Cheeks, $100,000 up front, just to write the brief or consider taking the case, that is why, they most likely went for a new trial! I was busy on the Brock case, and they were furious, hiring, Kelly Ann Booth, and even wanting her to get a cut of my work, on the civil suit there! NO! So, the enemies were mounting, many bribed, as I was heading to the U.S. Supreme Court, no worries . . . I paid, and left, not worried about some loser judges, who didn't know that attorneys could even appeal there shitting rulings! I filed, two briefs, one Brock and Cheek, January 18, 2012, on my way to the United States Supreme Court, being sworn, in January 23, 2012. However, Shelley, was given access to my e-filing account, and protected by the U.S. federal district court in Salt Lake, all part of the scam to steal the case, and contribute to Mitt Romney, making the state, church, and Utah State Bar, look good, on MY SECURITIES CASE THAT ROCKED THE NATION OF FINANCIAL PLANNERS, now on its way to the high court! I hand delivered those cases, waiting 180 days, the last day, to keep, the Brock case alive, and also asking for a settlement conference, on the Cheek case! Nobody knew about these cases, because, I had filed, and put pictures of my I.D., Utah drivers license and Utah State Bar, card and license number . . . are you seeing the WEAVING, trying to take control of my case, through, stealing my identity, putting me out of business, or killing me, with Shelley, or Kay or Rachel, or all of them, all my aka's, listed on the arrest warrant, proof! so they could steal, $700 million worth of cases! MOTIVE! Shit, who can't see that?
- Hope Carlton Levin, either was a cop, impersonating, the former playboy bunny, or she was bribed, but she dropped her appeal, so that the 7th district could take jurisdiction over me again, for, the purposes of protecting the judge and stealing the money and credit from that case, up on appeal, but she showed me a warrant, that was not a warrant, when I stopped on the way home, so this warrant, bull shit, was well in the workings, what, 5 months before, or rather, almost a year before, the prosecutors could, get anything on me, and they NEVER DID, but, they tried! I told Hope, that was not a warrant, and what is she doing with what looked like some high school kid, tried to, type up a laundry list of shit, to make me think there was something on me. But, that did give me a heads up! All this was done, extrajudicially, and outside the statewide warrant system, so they can go after me without, anything real showing up on the state dockets or warrant system, just harassment, intimidation, and chase! All client, ABC, were inducted in, to go against me, working in concert and orchestrated, by, Shelley and Frank, or allegedly, Allan Bess, Shelley and Frank, replacing, Me and Allan! DEAD!
- February 6 or 7, 2012, Hope told me, in Colorado, after I didn't buy the stupid warrant from Frank and Shelley, that she was withdrawing her appeal, which, still, did not give the judge jurisdiction over the case! Hope would just get, whatever, she got at the district court level, and it had nothing to do with me! However, after returning from a client in San Quentin Prison, California, paid, I believe to keep me out of state, so they could set up another attempt to put out a warrant, using, Judge Lyle Anderson, still with no jurisdiction over me or the case, but, trying, to pay me back for, embarrassing him, with his colleagues and me, writing in the appeal, that he had failed to send the entire record from the lower court, because, I had rewritten the law, on cohabitation and alimony, that had messed up, women for years, with the simple antiquated, two prong test, me making up a much, more modern and applicable, ten prong test, I believe, someone wanted to take credit for writing, but, not allowing me the due credit . . . fuck, I taught, family law for 7 years! I knew the law, knew, what, was used against my client, to take away her alimony, and screw her up, but, I am sure, they gave her what she wanted, to fuck me over! I am not really, a feel good attorney, I always, worked for reduced, overly fair, prices, that was to help clients, and make the law work!
- February 22, 2012, I stopped by, Parowan, Utah, to get my male, lol, mail, and was told, by other clients, who, later played a roll, in, possibly, setting me up on the car, truck, incident, but maybe not? But, they Guthries told me, there were no warrants out for my arrest, with me on edge by this point! Not two seconds later, two cops, were on my ass, one, who was a named DEA cop, named in my $56.7 million law suit against Iron County, and the other a stooge, cop from Parowan, who was also, used, recently, to kick me out of my OWN HOME, while I was, camped out to handle this CASE or CASES! I set up, a P.O. Box, to receive legal mail, at the Parowan, Utah U.S. Post Office, #1667, if I remember, without looking at the keys or notes! In that, box, prosecutors or cops have my permission, to get my mail from Amy Peterson State Farm Insurance, with the insurance records . . . someone had DOCTORED, but, in their stupidity, they failed to realize, that, MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN, by Iron County Sheriff's, JUNE 7, 2012, in IMPOUND, when, they, allegedly, didn't arrest, me for headlights, nor insurance, nor, registration, on JUNE 8, 2012, GOD!!!!! But, that document, even doctored, because, I moved to Parowan, I believe, in June 2011, and when my insurance on my truck was due, I switched, agents to a local agent, in Cedar City, for convenience! When, I talked to the agent, she mentioned September, was when I started, so, that would prove my version, of the insurance, that I was covered, until, September or October, the reason, the charges were not filed, until, December! But, I generally, paid for 6 months at a time, which would have put, the payments and coverage I remember, to March, then, to September, of the year in question, but the agent, told me, that the coverage was good, until, JUNE 8, 2012, so doctored by the NSA, who is controlled by both the feds, the church, and the Mormon mafia! But, my truck was taken and out of my control by, 7:00 or soon thereafter, of June 7, 2012, but, I was not arrested, until June 8, 2012, not for the headlights, which would have been on June 7, 2012, when, I was driving my client's beater car, that was also, licensed and insured, that the cops blew up, to cover arresting me for an attitude adjustment! not HEADLIGHTS, nor insurance, nor registration! The cops were going to give me a warning, but, I told them to take that warning, and drive on down the street, and give it to, Sheriff Gower, or to shove it up his ass, because he took my truck, again, an event in the rule of evidence, that CHANGES EVERY EVENT OR FACT FROM THAT POINT ON! as taking my truck, licensed, registered and insured, with HEADLIGHTS!
- EVERY FACT, INCIDENT, EXCHANGE, INTERFACE WITH COPS, PROSECUTORS, JUDGES, IS "PART OF THE FRUITS OF THE POISONOUS TREE!"
- February 22, 2012, I was arrested, by, two cops, like I said, and speaking of cops, ALL PAID TO PLAY, using MY MONEY AGAINST ME, two Seattle cops, just dropped in Starbucks, so I took off, and as I left, not several minutes later, of course, a PADDY WAGON, black van with Seattle cops, pulled around the corner! Judge Anderson, thinking he had brought this, wild ass, bad ass con law chick, attorney, under his control, so he could punish me, for making him the fool he is . . . Utah was impressed that he was schooled in Chicago, trumping my BYU Law School, experience . . . it is not the law school, idiots, it is the WOMAN! LOL! But, when the cops, arrested me, I was swearing at them, and demanded to see the warrant, official, off the STATEWIDE WARRANT SYSTEM, not, some lame ass, mocked up bull shit, they had in their hands! IT WAS NOT ON THE WARRANT SYSTEM! Shit, huh? But, they arrested me anyway! Check the records, boys and girls! Then, I was incarcerated in Iron County Jail, held for a day and a half, with no phone call, and Iron county, denying they had me, finally, extraditing me, to Grand County, into the hands of the evil, judge, who STILL DIDN'T HAVE ANY JURISDICTION OVER ME! putting me in jail, across the state in GRAND COUNTY, for 9 DAYS OF SOLITARY CONFINEMENT! One hour a day out, in violation of all due process, and equal protection of the law, having already, paid, the $500 extortion money, calling the judge's bluff! This is all, connected and ALL part of the poison, the corruption, the theft, the lies, the deception the grand illusion, how appropriate, that some other attorney, sister, did all this, GREAT AND AMAZING WORK, ON EVERY CASE, IN EVERY LEVEL OF THE COURTS!
- March 7 released, and surprisingly, Henry S. Brock's clown, showed up, to pick me up, because, no one knew, that I had filed the January 18, 2012, briefs, to keep the case, going, because, Hank and Jay, took bribes, and Kay was paid, as the substitute, Joann Secrist, for JoAnn S. Secrist! What a crock of clown shit! $357 million, plus the money, financial planners, kicked in to pay my legal fees! Hank said he had a dream he won, a BILLION DOLLARS, ON MY CASE and between the settlement and planners, chipping in on legal fees, on my plea, since, HANK AND JAY, stopped paying me, at the 10th Circuit Court level, when they checked out of the case, but I continued, I wanted my U.S. Supreme Court license, it was MY CASE NOW, they had long stopped paying me, and I knew that, Kay was getting WHAT I DESERVED! And there is not a god damned, cops, prosecutor or judge, who can, see this? FUCK!

ORIGINALLY, I WAS GOING TO BUY, THE YELLOW AND WHITE BUNGALOW, BEHIND THE CAPITOL BUILDING, ON BROADWAY, AND RETIRE, BREED BULLS, OUT AT AN OLD FARM HOUSE, ON HOUSSER LAKE, WITH A 100 ACRES, WORKING WITH A REALTOR! - June 7, 2012, at 2:30 AM, pulled into MY HOUSE, in Parowan, Utah, got up at 7:00 AM, to put on make-up, get a few things, clothes, bedding, pictures, and get the FUCK OUT OF IRON COUNTY AND UTAH FOREVER! I get a knock on the door, with FOUR sheriffs outside, demanding my keys, orders of Judge LIAR or Lyle Anderson, still without jurisdiction, ordering, the cops, in a joint, concerted, conspiracy, to put me out of business, like the cops and prosecutors and feds, tried to do a year earlier, in St. George, with Shelley, likely sleeping in MY bed, with, MY NOT HUSBAND, FRANK, but claiming to be me, even going into court, wig an all, pretending, or practicing to be ME, and no matter how many cops want her to be me, if she kills me, she will never, ever, in a billion light years, be me, only in her mind or the cops, minds, SHE IS NOT COOL ENOUGH TO BE ME . . . NICER, yeah, but, really a loser dumb ass, who only got smart enough, by living with me, reading my briefs, studying my emails, cases, stealing my e-filing account, and fucking Frank! CARD, AND DRIVER'S LICENSE, CLEARLY ME, VALID LICENSE, THE UTAH DMV WOULD NOT RENEW MY LICENSE ON "MY" DL NUMBER, BECAUSE, SHELLEY WAS TO BE ME, PROBABLY HAD BEEN FOR 12 YEARS AT THAT POINT, WITH ME COMING BACK INTO MY LIFE, 2009, AND THEM TAKING ME BACK OUT IN 2012!
- June 8, 2012, I borrowed my client's car, old, out in a field, they had owed me, about $50,000, never paid me a dime and were more than willing to let me take their car, now with a van . . . I made sure that they were licensed and insured, registered, already, having one run in with the law, no matter how corrupt they are, like Michelle Obama, said, and I have always done, if they go low, I go high . . . always have, always will! Now, you have the background for the incident, that led to the first part of the charges, related to June 8, 2012, and even if, the feds, got access to, try to cover their illegal and unlawful, criminal theft of my truck, with no charges, tickets, or reason, all a cover-up, my insurance, said, I was covered, until, 12:00 midnight! It had been 15 fucking hours, since the cops, picked up my truck, at my house! off the roads, and GONE! So, my clients were insured, I was insured, long after the truck was gone . . . and in the charges, they are not giving the facts, because, they are trying to blend, weave, the two vehicles together, my Ford Ranger, and my client's white beater, that the COPS BLEW UP, to destroy the evidence that the car was licensed, registered and insured, so I was covered, every which way but loose and their DICKS' were in a noose and ready to be, hung, up and choked, so they tried to make it look, like all this was my doing!
MORE TIMELINE ISSUES WITH ARREST, NO VIOLATION DATE ON THE WARRANT . . . BECAUSE THERE WAS NO VIOLATION!
- more proof, of bull shit warrant, with CERTIFIED, who I bought the truck from, I guess so they could try to say, I had not paid for the truck, or made the last payment, or some lame ass reason to take the truck out of my control, keeping me in UTAH, like MURDER, and Shelley, trying to be me, with all parties, on board, to fuck me! Several months, later, while in the state for some reason, probably, for Thanksgiving, or something, I was at the bank, and saw my truck, go by, parked at Gold's Gym, without the cool jacked up tires, and black, star rims, that made the gold stand out, and everyone offer to buy the truck from me, so cool, miss more than my houses! I believe that Shelley drove it, until the insurance ran out, or the registration, and probably got picked up and sighted for it, thinking that, I should pay for everything, like I had been, she never knew, I cancelled my insurance! It was probably at that time, someone took off the cool tires and rims, Certified, who were all jealous of the truck, once I doctored it up, and paid, $1,000 per month, until it was paid off, and I may have even paid more than, the price, because, I put down, $3,000 to start . . . now, I would not put it past those shysters, to have taken, $1,000, and put down, they in their records, that, I paid $2,000, so they could, or did claim, it was a repo, which they knew they could not, because, I was not late by anyone's standards, paying it off as fast as I could, pretty hefty payment, by anyone's standards, so, all parties, stole the truck, but, the poor dude at Gold's Gym, who looked like he was using it for a pool cleaning business . . . I was going to go make an issue, standing over the truck at the parking lot, but I am not an asshole, even when the truck was legitimately stolen, and not by Iron County sheriffs, they just participated, and it should have been in THIER IMPOUND lot, not, Certified's lot, or with Shelley, pretending to be me, married to Allan or Frank! How do I know, it never made it to the sheriff's impound or any impound lots in Cedar, because, I was so pissed, that I took my client's car, and was going to get my truck, having another key, knowing it was taken illegally, and criminally, just waiting until dark! I searched the whole Cedar City area! NOTHING! Why?
- June 8, 2012, some city cop, stopped me, because, a CORD was hanging out of my client's car, as I was leaving town. He pulled me over, and it was still dusk, and you, only by law have to turn on your lights, a half hour after dusk, or dawn! While he stopped me, he told me, about the cord, was very nice, and we joked about, this or that, and as we talked, I believe, the NSA by satellite, fried my headlights, both at the same time, in the only county, I sued cops in, and both at the same time, with the cop standing right over me? I have never seen a car, burn out both headlights at the same fucking time! the cop, and I noticed, and I told him, I would pull over and stay off the streets, which, I intended to do! and did! There were not CITATIONS ISSUED! About, 3:00 AM, wide awake, amped and pissed, car stuffed to the gills, with no room to lay back, sitting straight up, full moon, as I recall, just sitting their for what five hours, June, hitting the longest day of the year, just a few weeks away, again, putting the lights out of reach even if, they had not burned out, turned them on early! Maybe, that was the plan, to turn them off, while I was driving, later, but when the cop pulled me over for the cord, they fried, them, but, by law, they didn't need to be on, and the cop probably knew that! so he didn't cite me! But, as I sat, bored, pissed, uncomfortable, tired, wanting out of the state, some car, pulls up on my ass, another cop! What the fuck. Scared the shit out of me, no lights, no warning, nothing . . . what was he planning . . . cops testify, that I left town, never saw me that night, no ticket, no proof, kill me, get rid of the body, say the car was abandoned, who knows, there are many scenarios, that happened that night, but, I don't think the cop, knew I was wide awake, when, I saw he was a cop as he looked in my car, no flashlight! This is looking creepier and creepier to me, all the time, as I think about it! So, seeing it was a cop, I should have been even MORE cautious, but I wasn't . . . I rolled down, my window and told him what happened, and he seemed fine, again, NO TICKET, because there was NO CRIME! Finally, I realized, I was in a vulnerable spot, near, train tracks, not safe, and the cop spooked me, realizing that, any bum, serial killer, or rapist, could bash in my window, and get the fuck out of Cedar City, with the cops, more my worry, but seeing I was not in a safe, nor known, place of Cedar, I saw the bright lights of Main Street, and decided to make a break for it, seeing the sun would soon, be coming up, with some light about, 4:30 AM in June! I am an early riser! I got up to Main Street, and two cops pulled me over! SHIT! They recognized me, which is weird, because, I knew the sheriffs, but really none of the city cops, again, who did they know me, they never testified or were grilled by me, but they, knew, of me, I was sure, so, I didn't think, much, but, they said, you know the law, we are going to give you a warning, again, NO FUCKING TICKET, and they never got the WARNING, written, because, I immediately, got pissed, and told them to take it up, to the sheriff's, and shove it up GOWER'S ASS! That stopped the warning, and turned into an "ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT," NOT TICKET FOR HEADLIGHTS, NONE FOR INSURANCE, REGISTRATION, NOTHING! All I came back for was to pick up some belongings and was planning on only being in the state for a few hours, and then turn right around and get the fuck out of dodge, I know, they had plans to either try to kill me or at least maybe detain me, to steal, over $700 million worth of cases, and I just needed to get out, should never have come back, not fully, understanding, just how far, and how CORRUPT THE PLACE REALLY WAS, and to what EXTENT they would go to STEAL the cases, and not only that, but my NAME, CREDENTIALS, HONORS AND U.S. BAR LICENSE . . . I was driving Cheek's truck, after, my Yaris was stolen, so Kay could drive it, my VW, was fried, and the only vehicle, NOT TOUCHED! two after that, towed away, or blown up! with Shelley's ass, sitting in them after, taken or blown up! so she could be me! I took Cheek's juvenile case, their civil case, and covered for Brian Adamson, another complainant, along with, Officer McIntyre, who cried to the bar, that I grilled him, 74 minutes on the stand, made him almost cry, along with, Adamson's second shot, who lost all of about, 13 run ins with me! LOL!
- Iron County Attorney, Scott Garrett, a named defendant in the $56.7 million case, still, at the settlement or pending, named by me as the King PIN of IRON COUNTY CORRUPTION!
- Judge Eric Ludlow, a judge my client's sued, for civil rights, a case, I tried to prevent, tried to talk to the judge, show him the evidence, later going to Washington County Attorney, Brock Belnap, who said he could talk to the judge, he thought he was always right . . . with Ludlow, going on to say that I was PAID, to not help my clients, which was a bold faced lie, after I got nowhere with the judge nor his council, I proceeded, not to take the case, out of friendship, with Ludlow for a long time, he always regretted, not hiring me, when, the Utah Prosecution Council, sent 5 men, to St. George to steal me from Ludlow, who got, Derrek Pullens, now a judge too, with a stick up his ass, with Walton and Ludlow, both, class mates of mine at BYU . . . did they say Shelley was me? POSSIBLE, professional jealousy on steroids!
- oh, and most important, witness, Shelley, whom I was taking care of, along with, 5 family members, paying for all household expenses, driving everywhere, for a year, and defending a lawsuit, against Rachel's husband, and Brian, who fucked the case, and lost! I told her, the only way, they could ever think, that I was you, and you me, is if you told them, you were . . . she had, allegedly, a $33,000 judgment against her? I never heard of it, never saw the legal papers, never, knew anything, until they stole the house, once Shelley ran with her tail between her legs, and I was still there to fight, so they just cleaned me out the day before the 10th Circuit, in Denver!

AND BUT FOR VISITS HAVE BEEN GONE FOR FIVE YEARS ALMOST NOW!
- this is where the games at the jail, with the court started . . . so, I was NEVER ARRAIGNED, nor charged with fucking ANYTHING! I got a call, back at the jail to roll up, I was being released . . . I had never been arraigned, but, I did get paperwork from Judge DUNLAP, releasing me from jail, but it was for the DAY BEFORE, on MONDAY! My questions is, was this the GAME, pretending to have charges, releasing me, a day after, the court, or Bar COURT, so Shelley could keep my GOOD NAME AND BE ME, double docketing with the Kangaroo court, fake, like the double of everything, then, the set up to fuck me once I was out of jail, with NO RECORDS ON THE COURT DOCKETS, and justice courts, are not courts of RECORD!? So, I was allegedly, released, making it look, like the June 11, hearing NEVER TOOK PLACE, so they could claim, Kay or one of the gals, all interchangeable and exchangeable, by these fucking, lame ass, dick ass cops! Not to mention they were replacing one of the TOP ATTORNEYS IN THE NATION? not biggie, just like the MOST READ BLOG IN THE WORLD, NOT BIGGIE! RIGHT? FUCK? RIGHT? This guy, seemed about as excited as the rest of them, even the cops this morning, at the time, judges would quake, when, I walked in their courtrooms, having trashed the U.S. federal district court, chief justice! so, this poor dude, seemed timid, didn't want to pull me over, and for GOOD REASON! So, finally, about three miles down the road, no reason, on cruise control, going well, at the speed limit, never one mph above, do you blame me, this guy, pulls me over, and I am not thrilled, and I rolled down the window, and said, what, do you want? He said, do you know your light it out? NO!
