Know Your Rights" are one in the same blog, same writer, that would be me, same bio, but, another computer game, or a practical reason, hits wise, that, they are either trying to confuse, readers, thinking that there are two separate blogs, or two blogs, same writer, when in reality, one name is the fun, catchy blog, spot, name, and the other, is the intent and reason for the blog, training on your rights and the Constitution, being the bad ass con law chick, or constitutional law chick that I am, so, when, my daughter, knows and sees, the way my life, should have played out, as opposed to how, it has, and is currently playing out, she is amused to say the least, looking at her very, prudish, straight-laced, Mormon raised, mother of her youth, being transformed, evolving, and changing, into a raging liberal, due to circumstances . . . although, even in my prime, as an assistant attorney general, I was, my own, little ACLU or mini-U.S. Supreme Court, making sure, that, not only my rights were met, but the rights of the oppressed, regardless of whatever means of discrimination, separation, and divisions, people could throw at them, and in reality, I have come closer, to God, to my vision of America, to the pure love of Christ, to a more perfect union, through, my, avocation, rather than through my vacation!  LOL!

I had a dream to save the world, even wrote that in the personal interests, section of my resume to the Utah Attorney Generals Office, back in 1994, and I had no idea, how, where, why, when, what, would lead me, to the fruition of that dream, but, this blog, I believe, comes about as close as I am going to get, with over a billion readers, worldwide, in all languages of the earth, thanks to modern technology, and rather than, retire, to be, some, constitutional law attorney, teaching at a university, probably, a logical, step for someone like me, I am homeless in Seattle, blogging, my guts out, not only trying to save America, but, to save the world, which, comes in the form of modern, day, Mormon scripture, that seems to allude all Republicans, and the Mormon control over federal law enforcement, through the alphabet soup, agencies, who, are Trumpkins in Trumpland!  But, there is scripture, and it says, Befriend the Constitution, for it is for all mankind . . . anything more or less than this is evil, and if the people elect, unrighteous leaders, the people will suffer!  This mantra and scripture, applies to all constitutions, over 100 countries, have modeled after the U.S. Constitution, a concept, that all countries, use and adhere to, the very principles, that brought down, Hillary with the help of Putin, violating his own, Russian Constitution, that limits his term of presidency, to two terms, much, like in America!

CONSTITUTIONS ARE THE COMMON DENOMINATOR, BETWEEN THE GOVERNED, AND THE GOVERNMENTS, CREATED TO PROTECT, LEAD, AND SERVE, THE PEOPLE . . . AMERICA'S BUSINESS ELITES, ARE IN A DIFFERENT REALM OR REALITY, A TOTALLY DIFFRENT ANIMAL, WITH TOTALLY DIFFERENT RULES, THAT APPLY, EQUALLY TO THE RICH AND POOR ALIKE, TO MALES AND FEMALES ALIKE, AND TO BLACKS, WHITES, REDS, YELLOW, BROWNS, ETC., ALIKE, ALL MEN CREATED EQUAL, IN THE SIGHT OF THE LAW AND THIS LAND!

THE UNITED NATIONS AND THE HOMELESS!

I am a student of human nature, I love to people watch, to see the interactions, the conversations, the exchanges, especially, in HELLO WORLD, SEATTLE!  I mean, yesterday or the day before, in the community meeting, that, Mary's Place, holds each day, throwing out a topic of discussion, and then, opening the floor to anyone who wants to put their two cents, or ten cents in, and some women, from, God knows where, after telling us, her neighborhood, town, city, and state, followed by somewhere, I recognized, Ethiopia, Africa, pointing to her friend, from, again, somewhere, I didn't recognize, as even a country, of these 193, that I am sure, I can't name, for find, half of them on the map, but she was saying how hard it was to meet friends, in Seattle, and in these community, safe places, and gathering places around the city . . . then, some, chick, mentioned the Seattle Freeze, referring, I believe to a common, experience, of new move ins, because she followed it with, going to high school, for three years and finally, someone, reached out to her as a friend . . . then another transplant, like me, who, see, Seattle, as open, fun, accepting, welcoming, and vibrant, said, she had quite the opposite, and saw it as I have, an adventure, I am living, breathing, touching and enjoying!

WHATEVER YOU SAID, I GOT IT!

This homeless, experience in Seattle, or the mini-U.N., is a kick, and a true, expanding experience, and fun as hell to see the interactions, especially of the black sisters!  LOL!  For the most part, they are pretty, frank, straightforward, off the cuff, and to the point, they don't beat around the bush, and I dig that, and hate the silent treatment, or the passive aggressive, but, that trait, that I appreciate so well, in staff, being firm, but fair, translates into interesting conversations of comments, from, residents of Angeline's Women's Rescue Mission or Center, as the cultures, the women from different countries, many who don't speak, any English at all, make it in this new world, brave, and bold, in their own, right, taking on, America, on their terms, many without families, support systems, nor friends, or neighborhoods, of cultures to support them, and like I said, many, from countries, that I have never even heard of, and in and of that, aspect, alone, I respect, these sisters from other lands!  But, the other night, the same chick, who said, she would take sex, on her back, her stomach, on her knees and with this dude, that she said she didn't even need to join a gym, but called all men sluts, so funny, so colorful, and so, down, right, right and refreshing . . . but, this black sister, gets involved in everything, comments on everything, and responds to everyone, and gets involved, even in me trying to show, some other chick, how to get to Mary's Place . . . at first, I thought she was annoying and obnoxious a, royal pain in the ass, but, as I listened to her, often, in her way, she was, comforting, and directive, and even supportive in a very, brisk and pointed way.

So, I am sitting by the water fountain, and we have to wait for this or that, get bumped from room to room, as staff, shuffles off, here or there, to this shelter or that, and distributes our asses, to this shuttle, this bus, or this van, to go to our destinations around, Seattle, to churches, missions, safe houses, schools, and temples, a very, big project, that they do on a nightly basis.  Well, so this sister, wiggles her way into, the slot, next, to the other drinking fountain, by, offering to move this or that, take that chair, move that, oversized suitcase, etc., to position herself near me, so I could hear, her better, rather than just ignoring her . . . I mean, she was funny, sarcastic, supportive and pissed all at the same time, in almost an art form, and I am sure, that I can't do her justice, but, by the end of the night, listening to her and others in the room, very crowded, very lively, and many, tired, estrogen, amped, females who are just waiting to go crash, anywhere warm and clean for the night.  So, there was this woman, from who knows were in the world, and she is standing by this chick, who is about, my age, 60ish, jabbering, in whatever language, going a million miles or words, an hour, and my sista, sitting next to the fountain, listens to her for awhile, probably, seriously, wanting to help her, but, finally, after, actually, listening to her, she just said, whatever you are asking for, the answer is NO!  LOL!  Then this very scared, and timid, and this can be intimidating, with literally, a hundred plus women, firm but fair staff, if I were younger, and even older, I have and would be intimidated by the whole thing . . . so, she softens her voice, and as this girl, is looking around, probably for a place to sit, out of luck, this chick, says, Now don't be afraid, nothing to be afraid of, but move along!  LOL! 

Then, I heard the Asian chick, funny as hell, and never stops talking, came to America, with her pixie hair cut, glasses, and a tooth missing, taking on Hollywood, Tom Cruise, and Madonna, getting their advice on anything from marriage, going after Tom, with a sly smile, saying we even talked marriage . . . I think, that was the Japanese double from Detroit, but Tom is single now!  LOL.  But, she is up on all the starts, and gets offended, if they say, like Brad Pitt did, when she questioned him, why she should listen to him, on the issue of homelessness, and he said because he was rich?  LOL!  Ah, half the voting nation and Trump?  LOL!  She didn't find that to be something or a reason she should listen to him, and stop being  member of his fan club!  LOL!  But, as this chick, was encouraged by my friend, that the answer to any question was NO, and that was probably, more true, than, any of us, know, as staff, quickly dismisses, all the personal favors and requests, LOL, but, the Chinese chick, or Ms. Asia, listens to her for awhile, like, she may make some sense, then, she dismisses her, as being from India, so, whatever . . . LOL!  By the end of the night, I was in tears, I was laughing so hard!  LOL!

THE ENTERTAINMENT IS FREE, AND NON-STOP!

So, the other day, Linda, was on, shower duty, or Belinda, don't know, staff's name, and I asked some chick, what staff's name was, and I thought I heard her say, Linda, but, she, corrected me, the best she could, she had a speech impediment, that I had never noticed, and she said, Belinda, but I am not sure, but a fav of mine, she, let me sneak a shower in, after she had all the stalls, cleaned and sprayed down, but she had soul music, bumping and she was getting ready to be done with her shift, and she allowed me, to sneak in and take a shower, with some, favorite soul train songs, making me take a few extra seconds in the shower, to bump and grind . . . she even said, and I thought she was kidding, that I needed to hurry in the shower, because she was going to have a soul train, I took that as she was kidding about, dancing the afternoon, away, while it was cold outside and we were stuck, waiting for dinner?  Then, I thought she was joking, but she was not!  As I was settled after a hot shower and some cool music, making me miss, lover boy, even making me feel guilty, by the lyrics of the songs, perhaps, he put her up to this?  But, I was reading, and true to form, me loving to dance, just as much as the sisters, she turns up the music, good dance music, and her and a white sister, got up, right in front of me and started to dance . . . I told, her, I don't dance, unless the lights are off, and there is a dance going on . . . she was having nothing of it, but she gave me my peace, until finally, some other sister, I am friends with grabbed me by the hand and pulled me up on the floor, which was fun!

We all danced, had fun, and, at one point, the chick who, started playing the music, pushed us aside and cleared the floor, so she could do a dance-like, take over the floor, all out, fun, bump it and grind what your mama gave you, solo . . . she was good, white and all, fun, down and up, busting some real moves, very fun and funny, we were all entertained, generally, rather bored during that, time of day, in between, daily routines, and dinner, so fun.  But, all the sudden, this other white chick, and I am not sure, but a bit, butch or masculine, started to come up and almost like dirty dance with her!  LOL!  To which, she very politely, danced away and even acted a bit scared, and, I can tell you, when you are not used to aggressive females, even predators, that can be more intimidating than with men, predators, so, I have been their before, and didn't even know how to handle that!  But, this male looking chick, started to throw down money, just a dollar or two, more like a strip club!  LOL!  Which, made it even funnier, from, just an observers, perspective, but, a bit, more, and more offensive than the dancer, was game for!  So, someone, said, hey, she doesn't want to feel like a stripper, and my black, chick, blunt friend from the night before, said, hey, there ain't nothing wrong with getting paid for stripping!  LOL!  Belinda, walked by me, and said, under her breath, well, not for two bucks, maybe $200!  LOL!  Older women, gotta love, the juicy, realistic notions, of simple, practical living, when you have seen so much, been through, much, and survived much!  The entertainment is free!

AMERICAN BIKER GANGS AND SEEING FEMALES AS PROPERTY!  NO, HELL, NO, FUCK NO!  SHOCKINGLY NO!

Now, through my work in law, I have been exposed to bikers or those who have run with them, are associated with them, and have been targeted by them, and that, might include me, I have a strange suspicion.  Right now, I am reading a book, I borrowed from the Temple, Shlomo Katz, called, UNDER AND ALONE, the true story of the undercover agent who infiltrated America's most violent outlaw motorcycle gang, written by William Queen.  One of my hottest cases, involved, a murder, a husband suspect, framed by cops, involved with biker, brothers, who rode with the Hell's Angels, and had, done the reverse of this story, and infiltrated, the National Guard and the Sheriff's Departments, to get knowledge of operations and to gain, credibility and acceptance.  That exposed me to a world of white supremacists, neo-Nazi's, Japanese mafia, the underbelly of America, with the bikers being the American mafia, led me to corrupt of prison gangs, and took me to the brinks, of divisions not only within the country, but the prison system and even between my own, client base!  Holy shit!  What a wild ride!  I ended up, trying to protect my client, framed for his wife's murder, being pimped out, as a biker bitch, for hire, being abused by her older brothers and father, long before, she met my client, who was contacted by the Marines and FBI, to help with a biker rebellion and treaty, between the Aryan Nation and the Hell's Angels, who were all about, America, with the Aryans, being about, one white America, and one, mixed!  I married my client, a cowboy, Marine and biker, who rode with the Vago's, another violent, biker gang, he had a nice, black, VICTORY bike, and with him, came, the scrutiny, of the National Guard, whom, I was meeting with, and the DIA, or the Defense Intelligence Agency, NORAD, and Delta Force Intelligence!  FUCK!

But, what is most disturbing to me about reading this book, is the manner in which, the men, treat, their alleged, PROPERTY, and see them, as nothing more than, a piece of ass, to be used and abused, exploited, yet protected, to be gang raped, crucified, for taking some money from their ol' man, with, nobody, within, the gang, doing a damned thing, seeing her, as his property, so, beneath the law, or the protection of other men, and some even being seen as the property of the gang itself.  I met James Kennedy, while at the Butte Rescue Mission, two years ago, and the first things out of his mouth were, all the 51 Kennedy, boy cousins are either, federal agents, or bikers, he struck me as both, or an assassin for the government, and the next thing, was about some dude, down, in Texas or wherever, a biker, who had a wife, hot body, as I understand it biker chick, standard fare, but butt ass ugly faces!  So, anyway, her old man, I guess owning her, didn't want her to strip, for a living, making about $50,000 per year, her own, money, separate from crime, drugs, and murder, so making her an independent biker chick, but, when she didn't obey him, and stop, dancing, stripping for a living, he had all his biker buddies gang rape her, he took her home, and he put her naked with a dog collar, around her neck, and shot her . . . AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IMPRESSED, THINK THIS WAS COOL, WANT ANY PART OF THIS SHIT?  FUCK NO!  As good looking, tempting, and hot as Kennedy was, with all the curiosity, I had, this one thing, that this behavior was, somehow considered normal, or cool, or admirable, or wanted, went far beyond, any sense of love, protection, a relationship, or anything I could conceive of entertaining with him . . .

PARTICIPATING IN THEIR OWN, EXPLOITATION, IS SHOCKING, AS IS ANY WOMAN, VOTING FOR TRUMP AND HIS ILK?

As, I read about this, shit, it made me think, and reminded me, of my own, situation, my sisters, pimping themselves out, being almost the property of cops, and many, who were brought into my life, as, infiltrators, of outlaw motorcycle gangs!  I could recognize, some of the same patterns, the same thoughts, the same, male dominated, yet, women in the gang, protected, like mafia wives, the men could do what they wanted, to the women, in the gang, allow, men in their gang, to do whatever to their PROPERTY, and even, ditch them, along with their property, but, as long a they had an ol' man, in the gang, or the biker club, gang, mafia, cops, they were protected, and I WHO REFUSES, both men and protection, have become the target, the women to trash, and seen as some type of feminist pariah, because, I will not accept, the fucker, the cops send my way, and from what I can surmise, top cops, but who through, their undercover work, have actually, adopted the thoughts, the patterns, the ideas, and the treatment to women, and there are three things a cop will not do, and that is vote for a DEMOCRAT! 

So, who is at the base of this attack on Hillary, and we see, our troops, cops, men, now, alleged, president, siding more with Putin, and his hatred for Hillary, for I guess DISRESPECTING him, in his UNCONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS, and for President Obama and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, being trashed by Putin, Netanyahua, of Israel, simply, for, doing this or that, or refusing to vote, for them, now, the Obama administration, respected throughout the world, by almost all countries and leaders, is being seen as the worst, American president, why, because, the babies didn't get their way, they couldn't have their way, or at least the support of the American presidency and secretary of state, in their violation of human and constitutional rights, going into Georgia, Estonia, taking over Crimea, and Israel, taking property that is NOT THEIRS to develop, in the West Banks!  Can you see, this asinine, juvenile, debased, feminist backlash, going from, the home, to the streets, to the courts, to the country, to the world!  As women, gain, power, rights, human dignity, all the male gangs, gang up on, Hillary, in this silent, but unspoken fear of female power, or against me, in the courts, on my blog, in the legislature, and wherever, siding with, compliant women, PROPERTY, to be used, abused, and to obey, trashing women, who are people, in their own rights, leader, going after Germany's Angela Merkel, killing Pakistan's Bhutto, or even Trump's phone call to the female president of Taiwan, putting her, in a way with China, crushing down, on her?  ON PURPOSE, or Melania Trump, being left in Trump Towers?  Fuck, Barron is what 12, considered a man, in many cultures!

DID MY FAMILY SEE, ELLIOT'S SUCESS, AS PAYMENT OR PUNISHMENT FOR MY ABORTION? IN THEIR MORMON REPUBLICAN MINDS, LOOK WHO IS IN OFFICE? OR WAS IT COPS, WHO WERE PISSED THAT I KILLED THEIR LEGISLATION, TOOK OUT THEIR PROGRAMS AND FEDS, AND LATER WENT AFTER THE STATE OF MORMON, AND CORRUPTION . . .
