Some feel good news:

• very fun, Mormon, Parowan, 3rd Ward, Christmas Party, Santa and all, old friends, acquaintances, great dinner, cute kids entertainment, Christmas songs to candlelight, very festive and fun . . . I know, I slam, Mormons, but not this type, not your average, church going, good citizen, person, family member, and faithful . . . where I go nuts, is when there is not "separation of church and state" or, political influences, masking is something other then they are, with hidden agendas, that are being supported and funded by tax payers, dollars, due to the large composition of people in an agency, that, has language skills, that, almost give Mormon missionaries, a corner on the market, having lived in foreign countries for two years, living right with the people, making contacts that can be invaluable, to both the Church and the state . . . and that is where it gets dicey for me, I am a purist, in every sense, and when the founding fathers, set their own, religions at the door and created, a secular government, not void of the influence, of religion, protected, either to practice, or to be free from practicing, to make a more perfect union, with domestic tranquility, with the many, races, religions, creeds, nationalities, etc., that make up this "melting pot" we call, America!  I am grateful to have been raised, Mormon, glad I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, and no sex before marriage . . . no one said, jack about after . . . you may want to consider that, after divorce, not after getting married!  LOL!  Brigham Young University, law school, trained me, so take it up with them on the separation of church and state . . . you can't train your attorneys, in constitutional law, especially, the #1 student in a class of 180, and expect them to back down, just because, the Mormon church is predominant in a community, no way!
• Parowan High School--team, school, shirts--I stopped by the local, Dairy Freeze, owned by my friends, Doug and Tammy Carter, parents of Shane Clark, one of my clients, to get, what, else and super sized, Diet Coke!  It was lunch time at the high school across the street, and as the fun, gangs of friends, came to eat, I noticed an acronym, or whatever you would call it, on the backs of the kids, blue shirts . . . I thought, it was worthy, of all of us, trying to do this motto, or call to duty, as a student, with the mascot, RAMS: Respectful; Accountable; Makes a difference; Serves others . . . good words to live by!  Thanks, pass it on!
• wonderful, welcome from, Linda, with the broken toes, and all the great cooks, who made the very yummy, Christmas Dinner, down to the entertainment, very Christmasy, and for the chef, who, got her parents, to give me a ride to the Parowan Library where I am right now, blogging . . . I barely made it to the Parowan Senior Citizen Center, walking, so, walking all the way back to the Library, was, doable, but not desirable!  LOL!  I ask my volunteer, driver, Terri or Joan, strikes me, as her name and husband, Bob? bad at names, but, she grew up by the Dairy Freeze, around the corner form Allan, and his, parents, Rex and Emma Bess, and she was thrilled, to have someone, in the house . . . vandalism, can be worse, with vacancy!

WE HAVE A RIGHT TO EXIST!

Before, I go into, the "true crime" episodes, I wanted to make mention, of the news feed article, that, leads me to mention this also, as an element, of my cases, that I tend to underestimate, or discount, or dismiss altogether, but that, seems to permeate, every aspect, of, like my cases, dating back, starting in 2009, going from election cycle to election cycle, with Trump, bringing out this, hiding in plain sight, bigotry, prejudice, racial tension, that, I really, never knew existed, that somewhat surfaced, back when I was living in Parowan, and even St. George, Utah, that I had never experienced, while practicing law in Salt Lake City, with black, brilliant bosses, whom, I respected, almost more than any of my white, counterparts or bosses, for honesty, dealing with issues and me, and being, of good humor and fun, when, I quit, or came in contact, later, in my private practice, comparing, Billy Walker, president of the University of Utah, law school when he was there, my boss at the Utah Attorney Generals Office, and later, dealing with my ranting and raging against some southern Utah judges!  LOL!  I have since, dated, several black men, whom, I love, and will always, love, for introducing me at their culture, insights, feelings, leading into where we are right now, with all the black killings by white or even black cops . . . walking in their shoes, very scary, and leaving me speechless to say the least!

I distinctly, remember, back, right around the heading into the final stretch of the 2012, elections, between Mitt Romney and Incumbent, President Barack Obama, having a conversation, I believe, with a government double, and I will sometime, maybe today, list, all the difference between the two men, whom, were weaved, blended, and combined, to make up, one man, who was now, dead, with the other man, the killer, and morphing, successfully, into a new identity.  But, I had been up in Montana, for about 2.5 months, early, 2012, came back to get my stuff, to move to Helena, Montana, and after the 4 sheriff's took my truck and a ton of other stuff, I was forced, to actually deal with this man, I hardly knew . . . and I remember, him, a German, go off ranting and raving, at how much he hated, President Obama, and I was shocked!  I mean, I almost didn't know those feelings or sentiments, even existed, not to mention, a German, coming from where 6 million Jews were killed in gas chambers for the same types of prejudices and bigotry, not to mention racial cleansing.  I was so, stunned, and taken back by this, but, as I looked back, at some of my cases, clients, I looked with different eyes.  Salt Lake is a very metropolitan area, with a lot of different folks, races, colors, creeds, religions, etc., so, I don't think, I ever ran into this type of  mentality, that, Hillary and I would call, in the basket of deplorables . . . that some, might say was the statement that got her unelected, but that is not true, she won, the popular vote by the largest spread, since, like 1866, with 3 million more votes, and Gore, only had 500,000 votes, and Kennedy, had like 10X fewer, votes in his win, so she won by a substantial margin.  But, some of us, are as shocked, at bigotry, prejudice and discrimination as you are, that we are not, seeing things your way . . . a more perfect union?  The goal!

UNDERESTIMATING THE GAP!

I remember being shocked at some of the free wheeling, lifestyle choices and comments, of my clients, wondering, where these guys, raised in the same state, or the same church as me?  I liked to call, Parowan, Little Montana, because, it is more cowboy, more country, and wild, as shit, with total caricatures, like you would see in the movies, with my, daughter, seeing her mother, as just as much an icon, as, the rest of the colorful people in Parowan and surrounding areas!  LOL!  But, I never, noticed, the white nationalist thing, much, I mean, I noticed that, Travis Braun, had a tattoo of WHITE POWER, over his elbow, and I dismissed that as, high school or something, and the issue, never came up.  Until, I was visiting, Tristan Lameroauex, sorry, can't spell it, but, he told of, Haylee Cheeks, yelling, white supremacists, statements, and calling Tristan, this or that . . . now this is hearsay, and can't be used in court, but I was shocked, again, never seeing, hearing, or feeling, that these were the sentiments of my clients, nor, really, noticing, it anywhere, other than the elections?  But, now, I am wondering, if, that is not, at the very root of, all that happened to me, not only for, blacks, but for women, hate crimes, and trying to journey deeper?  But, Trump, seemed to bring out, something, that, I have, not fully, witnessed in my adult life time, wanting to go to Chicago, where I could be around colorful people, purple hair, leopard clothes, and fun different, personalities, because, I was sick of vanilla, mama's and daddy's, living in Monopoly houses, doing, what I had seen and known, since childhood, I wanted to experience, the real, America!  The black, white, brown, yellow, and red . . . and I have, and better for it!

I had tons of Native American Indian friends in Montana, loved the POW WOWS, worked on water compact, rode the Salish-Kootenai Transport . . . cheered, the protestors at, Standing Rock, Cannonball, North Dakota, celebrated, with them, the Souix Indians and friends, the 2,000 Vets, OATH TAKERS ALL, who joined in sub-zero temperatures, to fight, the Dakota Access Pipeline, and  now, not a week or two after the Indians, along with the Department of Interior and the U.S. Corp of Engineers, are requiring the Texas based, oil company, to do an environmental impact statement, like they should have done all the way along and before they started!  A win for the first amendment, freedom of speech, and the right to peacefully assemble, and to redress grievances with the government--IT WORKED!  But, in this glorious, American experiment, this Utopia, that the founding fathers, sought to create, for the world to look to as a model, never did, I anticipate, that, political difference, would be, retaliated, against, so horrendously, that, deaths, were the result, hate, not love, came between friends, and anger and rage, took place of decent and common sense, conversation.  I am glad to have survived, and to be alive to tell . . . there is a "true crime" show, and I think, I find solace, in the small, thought, that, it could have been, and not for lack of trying been, so much worse, and it was not from a lack of trying believe me, that, I have not gone the way of some of these unsuspecting, victim, Allan thick dies!  We need to find better ways of working out differences, and misunderstandings, and I have found, that, the best way to do so, it so PARTY TOGETHER . . . IT IS CHRISTMAS . . . THERE ARE TONS AND TONS OF GREAT FAMILY, TRADITIONS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, FUN, SPECIAL, COOL, AND WONDERFUL . . . HE IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON . . . THE FURNACE, OR WOOD BURNING STOVE, INGITES A MURDER!

Again, I am warning, those, of faint hearts, this stuff is hard core, criminal shit! so beware and be prepared, some harsh language, and offensive, but most of it is shop talk for cops and those professionals who work with and for them!  I was glad to hear, these very respectable, female detective and crime lab specialists, even talk about pimping each other, shop talk, cop talk!  Who do you think, taught me to talk like this, pussy's and all?  You got it, cops!  Okay, in this episode, I believe on Cold Case Files . . . there were a series of home burglaries, in a sleepy, little up-scale community, and it is always, interesting to hear the start of most of these crimes, because, almost without exception, the community, is close-knit, people used to leave their doors unlocked, they all knew each other, and murders, like this, or crimes, like this, NEVER HAPPENED here before . . .well, wake up and smell the coffee, they can happen ANYWHERE, be prepared!  Not that I would ever want, people to worry, unnecessarily, but, while I was here, for a year and a half, I believe, there were murders that occurred that were covered up, never put in the press, called suicides, rather than homicides, and there were crime scenes that, I saw, as early as the cops, pretiming the sheet over the victim, and just watching, in my vehicle, only to see events unfold, that totally, were contrary to what I knew and saw . . . so, just keep that in mind, this stuff can happen, fucking anywhere!

HOME INVASION AND MURDER OF A YOUNG PROFESSIONAL WOMAN--LOOKING LIKE THE PERPRATOR WAS A TEENAGE BOY, RIDING A BMX BIKE!

Okay, in this first, murder, the cops and detectives, noticed an up stairs window open, and, some bike marks or tracks, leaving them to believe, that there first impression was wrong, and, it was not a service delivery man, who broke into this woman's very nice, neat, home, with, nothing seemingly out of order.  They find the victim, basically naked, with her body bound, somehow, it was apparent that, this woman had been sexually assaulted and, it didn't seem that anything of value had been missing, except, they noticed that there were like 23 pairs of her underwear, missing, or a drawer full.  They did find, that the suspect, was most likely young, inexperienced, because, there was semen, all over everything, the heating vents, the dressers, the walls and the ceilings, and the detectives didn't think it was semen at first, because there was so much, and the suspect didn't appear to care about cleaning it up!  I am not sure if this crime or murder, pre-dates, DNA or not, but it comes into play later.  So, due to the bikes, there were three kids, teens, BMX bikers, two brothers and one, friend, who, they thought, might be responsible, but after interviewing the boys, they, didn't think they were the ones, but, they did have some reservations, but, they were pretty cool, calm and collected, when interviewed, so the cops, just made notes of the concerns, but, eventually, the robberies stopped, and the murder scare and home invasions, seemed to die down . . . but, not after meeting after meeting with the public, who feared for their wives, girlfriends and daughters, lives.

Several years later, like 6 years later, and man was making a routine, furnace inspection and lightintg and noticed, this, wad of underwear, half burned, shriveled, and years old, with, some substance that was clearly, from, what he remembered of the case, semen, in large quantities.  So, he called authorities, and they came and got the underwear wad, burned and charred, all stuck together, and they were able, after 6 years to extract, some seminal fluid, from the panties, and test it, and they also, searched, CODIS, the DNA bank for people, who have been arrested of crimes, that involved, taking DNA, when being arrested or entered into a nationwide data bank, so, if future crimes, involved this person, they could be tracked down.  Well as fate, would have it, there was a DNA match, with one of the original suspects, who was now, like 21, so he had to have been very young, almost unbelievably young, only about 15 at the time and committing a murder, on his bike!  But the suspect was arrested, jailed, tried and convicted, and both female detectives or crime lab specialists, retired to horse ranches with their husbands.  But, this case in particularly, bugged them, until they got that lucky break!  So, crimes, can and do, happen in connection with furnaces, wood burning stoves, and they are not to be overlooked or dismissed . . . dismemberment, it not uncommon, to dispose of a large body, so . . .

THE CHICAGO RIPPER--AMERICAN OCCULT--REMOVAL OF A VICTIM'S BREAST, WORKED INTO RITUAL AND WORSHIP, IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT?

Fact, can be, stranger than fiction . . . in this crime, spree, someone found a female, laying face down, hand-cuffed, with her hands behind her, panties at her knees, so a sexual assault, maggots, crawling through her rotting skin, and when the cops and detectives rolled her over, they noticed that both of her breasts had been removed, and there were strange marks, inside the raw flesh area, where the breasts had been?  In this case, I am not going to focus on the methods of catching the suspect, that, then, led to suspects, and onto a whole occult of deranged and strange, rituals, worship, of the likes that few cops, even hard core cops had ever seen, nor heard of, and the suffering of the victims was untold . . . the murder cult, was using, piano wires, to use as crude tools, to remove and cut off the breast of the victims, and they did it while they were still alive, or anti-mortem, so, the act of abnormal sex, not with the victim, not raping her, but of cutting off her breast, then having sex through the holes, the removed breast, made in her body, then, with the four men, involved, taking the breast, paraphilia, bizarre, sex, to their homes, they would do some type of Satan worship, incantation, ritualistic ranting, even like offering prayers, then, they would, through eroticizing the breast itself, have sex with the breast, then, cut it up, and they would all eat it, believing that the breast would give them super powers, and life.

Now, if that is not the sickest thing, that you have heard, there are worst things, but, I can't think of many, these women, were also, raped and sodomized, before, their breasts were taken, too, generally gang raped, with others getting pleasure and arousal, through watching their co-conspirators, and fellow, team members in this cult, watch with pleasure as this woman, or the victim, suffered, immeasurable, pain, suffering, through, rape, torture, and death, with the breast, cut off before, dying!  Where you get this sick, is beyond me . . . but, gang type crimes like this, are ALWAYS worse, because the members of the club, the gang, the team, the party, the whatever, feed off of each other's, energy, ideas, cruelty, participation, and they often perform, far worse, and depraved stunts, when their fellow, members are watching to the joy of all, involved, even heightening their sexual stimulation, and bring new, levels of sexuality and intense pleasure through the pain of their victim or victims . . . with anti-social, psychopaths, or sociopaths, their empathy is non-existent, they have no sympathy, and their victims have been objectified, so it is nothing more than peeling an orange and casting away the peel, after eating the fruit, they don't feel a thing . . . very scary people!

WICKEDLY ATTRACTED TO EACH OTHER IN PRISON, THIS COUPLE, TURNS FROM PROPERTY CRIMES AND DRUGS, TO RAPE, TORTURE AND MURDER!

Somehow, these two, men, one with an extremely high I.Q., brilliant, in fact, as many, criminals and inmates can be, found each other, and started to find out that they both had the same fantasies, and as they marked away their hours in prison, to be release, just months away from each other, they planned, to go from the crimes they had been convicted of, mainly, property crimes, robberies, and drugs, talking each other, into, going after young, teen age girls, ranging from 19 on down to about 12 years old.  One of the dangerous and deadly duo, fancied, younger ages and the other, one, just teens.  I thought it was interesting, that, the criminologists and criminal psychologists, found that, with this type of taste for younger girls, these two men, were probably, intimidated, and in fear of older women, and they may have been, like many serial killers, rejected by girls in their teens, and wanted to met out punishment for them with the girls they stalked, preyed on and trapped, to be symbolic sacrifices and offerings of girls they may have been rejected by, earlier in life.  Now, both men, came from similarly, dysfunctional families, a lot of instability, and moving from place to place.

These two, right after getting out of prison, both, landed, very respectable jobs, even high paying jobs, with, unfortunately, allowed them to use their money, to make their plans and the first was to purchase a van, that they nick-named, Killer Mac!  The next thing they did, was to load the van with, the tools of the trade, torture, thus, earning the name of "THE TOOLBOX KILLERS" due to the fact that they, made a bed, for their victims in the back of the van, put a cooler, with extra clothes, and had a tool chest of everything from ice picks, to hammers, used to kill their victims . . . they had a signature means of ending the screaming, crying, begging, and yells, that was to use a hanger to choke and strangle their victims!  These two, also found a spot, remote, and high in the mountains, the place they would take their victims, to hurt, rape, torture, bind and kill them, not being notice and going under the radar, screen of cops, getting to the point that they felt, invincible, that, they could go anywhere and do anything, and nobody would ever stop them or catch them in their crimes.  WRONG!  One time, the men tried to lure, some chick into the van, and she got away . . . it was her description of the van, red, with some unique marks, and dents, that led to the killers, when, one was, noticed by a cop, for having like tail light broken, or something, really small, when he remembered, also that, the killers drove a red van . . . the suspects were capture and taken into custody, without incident and almost by accident!  MIRACLES EXIST!

These two men, had originally, picked up chicks with, luring them in, feeding their vanity, or egos, by telling them how pretty they were, and could they take pictures of them, and once they got them in the van, many, just teens, taking a ride, thinking they were going to the ocean, nearby, only to find, that they were being taken to the mountain, killing grounds, to be, recorded, tortured and murdered, but generally, not before, forced on their knees, begging for their lives, only to get a ice pick, crammed through their ears to their brains!  The, psychologists, who were asked to testify at their trials, said, it took them 5 or 6 attempt to listen to the screams, hurt, begging, pain, and loneliness these girls, were going through and just how alone they were when they died!  Grown men on the jury, cried, openly wept . . . oh, I just remembered, how they caught these two, aside for the luck of the cop, but, one of their buddies from prison, whom had two daughters, had these two over to his house and noticed, that they were paying particularly, close attention to this girls, both teens, while bragging about what they were doing since they left prison . . . well, even daddy, ex-con, didn't like the thoughts of that one, so he called them into the police!  GOOD GUY!  UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU . . . see something, tell someone!

These men, looked normal, were so far from what most girls, would be afraid of, and in and of that fact alone, that they didn't look like monsters, there was no fear . . . so wrong!  Very handsome people, can do terrible, terrible things!  Male and female, and sometimes to combinations are horrifically, terrifying, feeding, engaging and deadly, with the goal:
