THE ASSAULT

This is a Life Time movie, based on actual events, from a true case, of a gang rape of a cheerleader, from a real high school.  The fictional high school, is CHS . . . See Hell Secrist!  The story starts out with the whole town, coming out to the local high school football game, the crowds are cheering, the camera pans across the happy, proud parents, the posters, energizing the team, the lively cheerleader squad, in green and yellow, leading the football fans, to egg their team on to victory, when, something out of the ordinary, happens, one of the cheerleaders, is walking, to the middle of the field, in a key and very well seen, part of the field, as the cheerleaders stop. the crowd, halts, to see what she is doing, to team, the coaches, all stop in awe of what is going on, and as, everyone, sees this beautiful young, popular girl, suddenly pick up a red, tank full of gas, pour it over her long, pretty hair and cheer outfit, then, she lights herself on fire, as her father, looks on and runs in horror and her football team boyfriend, runs to tackle her, and put out the flames!  The next thing you see is the father and the boyfriend, the girl had just broken up with, sitting a talking, when, a black, attractive female cop comes into to question the young girl, about allegations of a sexual assault . . . the father is like what did you say?  And the cop, just goes into the room and starts to talk to the girl, who is still out of it, but will be fine, but with burns on her arm and hands.  The father is shocked, and beside himself, to find out that there was a damned good reason for his daughter's suicide attempt, in such a bizarre and unlikely manner.

Now, this true crime story, takes place, since, social media, has taken over people's lives, and, soon, the young cheerleader, who is now home, sees her friends, unfriend her one by one, all except the friend from her childhood, who, tried to talk to her in the hospital, before he upsets the girl, who can't remember a thing, from the sexual assault, nor does she want to talk about what happened on the football field, having lost her mother, to cancer, now dealing with a alleged suicide attempt, without any recall of the gang rape by the football team.  It is interesting from my perspective to see this father of a teenage daughter, hard at best, due to the mother dying, now, dealing with the suicide attempt, now with the possibility, that his daughter, has been raped, but, on his shirt, the coat he is wearing, keeps, showing only the letters, PART! which to me, symbolized, my own father being part of the "gang rape" by the cop jocks, and not a mere, bystander, but a full blown participant in this sexual assault, hate crime, and downing of his attorney daughter, whom he has, not been able to beat down, all her life, starting to try, at the tender age of 3, beating me, until I am black and blue, from shoulder to knees, with me, standing up to this 6'4" man, my father, and saying, after the beating, I just brush it off . . . continuing in that pattern of abuse, to this day!

PUTTING TOGETHER THE BITS, PIECES, TEXTS, SOCIAL MEDIA POSTINGS, STARTING WITH THE NIGHT OF THE RAPE, THE COVER-UP, AND THE TEAM WORK, TO PROTECT THE FOOTBALL PLAYERS, TAKING THE FRIEND, THE GIRL HERSELF, HAVING THE GUTS TO FACE HER ACCUSERS, WITH SCHOOL MATES, SIDING WITH THE "TEAM BURCH" THE RAPIST, AND TRASHING HER, PLUS THE FEMALE COP, WHO, KNOWS THEY DID IT, BUT CAN'T PROVE IT, BEING FRUSTRATED, NOT ONLY, IN NOT BEING ABLE TO JUST ARREST THE BOYS, BUT IN TELLING THE GIRL AND HER FRIEND, FATHER, THAT, SHE CAN'T ARREST THEM, ON JUST THE EVIDENCE THEY HAVE . . . UNTIL, A FORMER, FRIEND, ACTUALLY, SNEAKS INTO THE COP'S OFFICE, AND DROPS, A VIDEO TAPE OF THE WHOLE RAPE, THAT ALSO INCUDES HER BOYFRIEND, JOINING IN THE GANG RAPE, PREVIOUSLY, TELLING, THE COP, THAT HE WAS NOT THERE, DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING, UNTIL THE COP, ASKS THE GIRL WHERE SHE WAS, WHEN SHE IS SEEN, WITH HER CHEER SKIRT ON, AND ONLY A BRA O THE TOP, YELLING, "OH, I AM GOING TO TAKE ON THE WHOLE TEAM?"  THE CHEERLEADER RECOGNIZES HER BOYFRIEND'S GYM BAG, AND ALL THE PIECES, START TO FALL INTO PLACE!  EVENTUALLY, THE BROTHER COACH, TRYING TO SAVE THE FUTURES OF HIS TEAM, WITH COLLEGE SCOUTS, SCHOLARSHIPS AT STAKE, OVERHEARS THE MAIN, INSTIGATOR OF THE RAPE, SAYING KNOCK DOWN THAT CHEERLEADER AGAIN, GUYS, AS THEY RAN TOWARD THE FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT . . . THE COACH, NOW, KNOWS, THE GANG RAPE HAS HAPPENED.  EVENTUALLY, THE GIRL, BEFORE, THEY ARE ALL ARRESTED, HEARS OF TWO OTHER RAPES BY A BASKETBALL TEAM OF TWO YOUNGER GIRLS, AND SHE WANTS TO DO SOMETHING, SO, THE COP, TELLS HER, TO MAKE IT BIG AND MAKE IT COUNT, SO, LIKE SHE DID WHEN SHE DOUSED HERSELF WITH GASOLINE, AND LIT HERSELF ON FIRE, HER FRIEND, CONTROLLED THE ELECTRONICS AND THE SPEAKER, AND NOW ARMED WITH THE ACTUAL RAPE AUDIO, THE TWO GIRLS, STOPPED THE GAME, AND PLAYED THE RAPE TAPE, WITH HER SCREAMING, YELLING, FIGHTING AND BEGGING THEM TO STOP THE RAPE! TO THE SHOCK AND HORROR OF ALL, THE PARENTS, THE BOYS, THE SCOUTS, AND THE FANS . . . #CHEERLEADERS WINS BIG!

I took some notes, that, I thought were incredible, but, I scribbled them all over my bus schedule, because, I don't have the money to buy, a legal pad, or note paper, so the notes are all out of order, but, I wanted to go through and, even out of order, put some of the actual dialogue from the movie, and story, so good, so meaningful, and so necessary to share, to see that this shit stops happening, not only in sexual assault and rape, but every act that resembles, a gang rape, or systemic rape, or violation against a girl, young woman, or woman, whether in actuality, or in symbolic terms, like in my case, and actually, in my sons' cases, with their music and the same, shock jocks, who also, butt fucked them, a stole their music, putting cops fuckers, kid in their places! or my daughters, who served their country, got masters degrees, and were replaced with fucking red-headed, cunt ass cousins, connected to the fucking cops, family, extended family, and BAD GRANDPA!  So, here we go, just put them in the context of the true crime, of a gang rape, in the story above, better yet, watch the whole movie, it is great!  THANK YOU PRODUCERS, and to the brave women and men, in this story, especially, the young cheerleader, who saw a young neighbor girl, and decided she needed to stop this from ever happening to another girl!  My sentiments exactly!

• while I was watching this movie, some dude kept walking through McDonald's, wearing a shirt, with the picture of Marilyn Monroe, as a battered woman, the movie star, or star, is beaten and battered, as she was, by ex-husbands, boyfriends, and the Kennedy brothers, with Robert Kennedy, United States Attorney General, the last to see, Marilyn alive . . . a clue, into, what a gang of powerful men, might do to protect themselves and their reputations!
• when the football team, has taken the trusting cheerleader, who has just broken up with one of their team mates, away from the party to, her now, old boyfriend's house, where the rape takes place, after, they have given her so much to drink, they take her into a back bedroom, after waking her up, they take her shirt off, try to pose her, in a silly cheer, holding her hands up, as if cheering, and make her say some lame ass cheer, then, take her into the bedroom, and the star quarterback, is first to rape her, in front of the gang, who are video taping the gang rape, and before he starts he says: Team work too, now let's get this party started!  She is raped by all of them, while screaming, trying to push the football player off of her, yelling NOOOOOO! and after being battered, raped, sexually assault on camera, her ex-boyfriend, shows up and rapes her too!  With the last of the RAPISTS, telling the boyfriend, after see, so badly abused and raped, still drunk, or drugged, looks at her boyfriend, and says, I know you . . . I know you?  Then, one of the football players, says, HEY, WE WERE JUST WARMING HER UP FOR YOU . . . THEN, HE PROCEEDS TO RAPE HER TOO!
• the coach to his sister, who was raped, by maybe him, not clear, and his friends, said, as the sister and several cops come to arrest the football players, during practice . . . She knew what she was doing . . . sister in response . . . I can't live with this, knowing what happened to her.  Brother coach, Look these boys, only have football, scholarships, to get them out of this town, to do better in life than, their fathers . . . these boys and their families, stop me on the streets, thanking me for what I have done for their sons, the boys come back, years later and thank me for helping them, get through college, and move on in a good direction.  The cop, sister, just looks at him, and says, Look, I love my job too, that is why I do it, and these boys need to LEARN that they are NOT ABOVE THE LAW.  And if they have broken the law, there will be consequences to their actions . . . and NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!  ARREST THEM!  The three main instigators, are arrested, and the others used to either fill in the details, or go to prison themselves!

• slowly, as one piece of evidence, video after another comes out, some damaging to the girl, others revealing of the boys' actions, and gang mentality, but when the girl friend of one of the football players, former, friend of the victim is called in for questioning, first sees herself at the party, first pretending not remembering anything, she said, Well, it looks like she was having fun . . . the cop, said, You are allowed to have fun . . . , the friend who, left her, the victim with all the football players, and left with her ride and her boyfriend, all part of the conspiracy to cover the rape, said, What was I going to do, force her to leave?  I'm not answering, I am not going to get in trouble for her . . . she got drunk, and I get grounded . . . my parents, watch what I do, when I come home, what I do on social media, and I get grounded.  Cop, So, you and Sam, the victim, are best friends?  Sam's your friend!  SHE GOT HURT!?
