• at the time, I started at the Utah Attorneys Office, me and three of my Mormon sisters, were all pregnant at the same time . . . • many of the key players in this game, had military or law enforcement backgrounds, with strong Mormon connections, in the FBI, CIA, DEA, NSA, DIA, etc., where there is a weight limit, and if you don't keep that weight under control, you can be kicked out of these agencies and the military, this is where, some of the indoctrination of my children could come in, and their spouses, all, served in the military, so with ulterior motives, beefing me up, was, top priority, after taking me down first . . . hand to give, family, men, law enforcement a reason, to try to make me unfit, when I had been fit and was at the time they took me out, originally, doing it for political reasons, really treason, reasons!
• family history is key . . . I am the only, member of my family, going back, to the time, that Brigham Young and the alleged, Saints, came to Utah, who was born, outside of Utah, actually, born during a conflicted time in my father's career, or so he said, while he was a spy, for the Air Force, always telling me the reason he got out of the Air Force, was, that he hated to spy on his fellow, members of the Air Force, and he got into a big fight with his commander or general, and so he got out of the military?  Or it was the perfect set up, for the newly formed, CIA, and he could have, just morphed into an agent spy, right at the time I was born, in 1954 at Port Hueneme Navy Base, California.
• I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth, money wise, but educationally, yes, the Christensens, were federal judges, state and city judges, attorneys, professors, and FBI, I had state senators in the legislature, on both sides, my mother's and my father's, so again, the right family pedigree, for the set up, we are in now, but, early in my career, starting with law school, the Christensens, my grandmother's family, they, took a great interest in my law school education, and career, being particularly proud, that I taught family law at BYU, the church's school, and my great-uncle, Sherman A. Christensen, was a U.S. Federal Judge for 25 years . . . I was a Christensen, and my grandmother saw, it saying that, I most reminded her of herself, and her very distinguished and respected family, pulled me close and actually, Uncle Sherm and my grandmother, fought over my attention, with Elaine, my grandmother slamming the table, once at a Christensen cousins, luncheon, when Sherm was bragging about me, and she stood up, and yelled at him . . . she is MY grand-daughter!  I was the only member of grandmother's either children or grandchildren, who was invited to sit in on the A. Sherman Christensen, scholarship interviews, at the J. Reuben Clark, Law School, at Brigham Young University . . . that may have been a sore spot, for Meg Nesbitt, who was an attorney, and attended the law school too, and was also, a prosecutor, I trained them, but, my sister, Susan Southwick Schmidt, my father, and my cousin, Edward all wanted to be attorneys, and my Uncle Edward Southwick, actually took law classes and got a law degree, but never took the bar, because he had gone to an unaccredited law school, so, there was, some jealousy on that note, but, I think my father deeply resented, my grandmother, her working, and her elitist family, with all their power, prestige and credentials, that outshone, the Southwicks, whom, the rest of the family, was more like.  That green monster, jealousy, envy, and revenge!
• I had a dream to go to law school, was accepted in, within two hours, of talking to a law school professor who met me, through the family scholarship, and had encouraged me, to go to law school, seeing that, I was stumping the law students with my questions, on year, and then, him referring me to the dean, who accepted me on the spot, but made me wait one year, which I did . . . several other cousins, family  members, were not so lucky, and didn't get into BYU law school, so there were issues there, too, but, they didn't have the universities credentials I had either, the dean said, I can't believe, we would not be dying to get a student like you, you are in, and I don't care if you get a O on the LSAT!  I had a 3.93 GPA the last two years, was Outstanding English major, Honored Humanities Student, and had a shit load of scholarships and national honor societies I was a member of, so not a great risk, in letting me in . . . my family  mocked me for the dream to go to law school--God would not give you a dream to get a divorce and a dream to go to law school--now, they all want to be ME!  lol!  Now, this could have been used to threaten or bribe the law school, whom I am sure, has not been sorry they, allowed me in, by what I have contributed to the law in Utah, the Nation and now the world, but, it may have caused problems, with other Mormons, family, and the scholarship, with me being the least, one the family would want to see go to law school . . . I was suppose to be the pretty one, not the smart one in this large Mo family, with 6 girls, all about the same age, and 2 rather passive brothers, not really a big part of the larger picture.  Just remember who was the smart one in "Little Women" . . . JO!  Everything is symbolic.

MOST EVIL: ATTENTION SEEKERS

Dr. Michael Stone, a criminologist or forensic psychologist, came up with a scale from which to rank, serial killers or others, ranking them, on their level of evil, going from 1 to 22, with one of the killers in this episode, being the BTK, or Bind, Torture and Kill, Dennis Raider, being scored, the most evil, because, he used deception to lure everyone in his family, church and community, into believing he was a stellar citizen, a church goer, a scout leader, and family man, with a good career, a college degree, wife and two children, but, bragging after getting caught, and taunting the police, sending the press memorabilia, reminiscent of the 10 victims he murdered in his own neighborhood.  Dr. Stone, give him, the most evil rating, because he doesn't just rape and kill his victims, he stalks them, watches them, is a predator, schemed how to get them, murdered them without blinking an eye, quit for 13 years of  cooling off period, then on the 30 year anniversary of his first kill, he wrote to the newspaper, starting the games with cops all over again, but, his torture of his victims, in addition to torturing the community, state and nation, put him, higher on the scale, but, the attention seeking, was, what put these killings over the top, making him the most evil of all the serial killers he dealt with.

Right up there with, the BTK killer, was, the Happy Face Killer, a truck driver, who was charged with 4 murders, but claimed to have killed up to 166 women, in his years as a trucker.  He was a beast to get attention, writing letters, calling cops, almost making cops his surrogate family, showing that he was not afraid of the cops, and one of the main traits of attention seekers, is the fact that they are not afraid of punishment, their fear factor is almost zero, and due to this lack of fear, they tend to be more brutal, having no remorse, empathy for their victims, and they can treat them like trash, and they appear to have a very high threshold for pain!  Several others that were mentioned, but who did not rank as high, maybe because, they did not kill as many people, or they were not as brutal in their slayings, like the Son of Sam, who just, and I know that sounds horrible, but, if I had to chose, which of these serial killers, took me out, it would be the one, who just simply shot me!  Torture is out of the question, I have a VERY LOW THRESHOLD FOR PAIN, I can take tons of psychological torture, but physical, hell no!  The Son of Sam is alleged to have shot, 22 people.  Two others mentioned, were the Zodiac Killer, whom, I can't remember if they ever caught, and the part on him, didn't say much, but I know he terrorized and flaunted his killings and I believe, the cops and community were terrorized for 10 years.  And then there was the Abby Killer, and he liked to put his victims in the river, and tell the cops, that he was going to kill again, if they did not stop him.

One of the things, that made the BTK serial killer so, horrible, and top the list, is once he, even called, 911 to report his killings to the cops, while he was actually still with the body, without one bit of fear that he would be caught, or seen.  So, that is the short and long of it, and you can look up the MOST EVIL, series, and it is great, but, I wanted to highlight there common behaviors . . . now, like most very messed up people they had, bad family lives, from being abandoned, adopted, abusive parents, loneliness, isolation, started killing animals, setting fires, or boredom, WHICH CAN LEAD TO THRILL SEEKING . . . WHAT BETTER THAN TO BE A COP, AND BE A SERIAL KILLER?  PERFECT FOR THE ATTENTION SEEKER, EVEN BETTER THAN TAUNTING COPS, IS TO BE AN INSIDER, HEAR ALL THEY ARE SAYING ABOUT YOU, KNOWING HOW TO STAY ONE STEP AHEAD OF THEM, AND CONTINUING TO COMMIT THE CRIMES!

SHARED TRAITS OF ATTENTION SEEKERS

• they are extremely, narcissistic, self-centered, self-absorbed, lacking concern for others . . . this is ALL about them!
• they lust for power of their own
• they don't get the appropriate attention on their own, for the work they are doing, or for who they are, so they kill to get that attention
• some of these killers, have literally, committed horrendous acts, like slaughtering a family of 5 in a blood, sadistic, rage, being jealous of other killers, and writing letters to the press, saying what do I have to do, to get your attention . . . the Happy Face Killer, started writing notes on truck stop bathroom walls to get attention, but when that didn't work, he started to send the newspaper and cops, messages about his kills, bragging, gaming, haunting, them until he had their undivided attention
• they want attention, so bad, that they even want, HATE attention
• as one thrill no longer satisfied them, they increased the level of the thrill, maybe from fire to going after women, choking them, almost to death, then, reviving them, then choking them again, and later, they do the same thing, but kill them when the tire of the games
• when they kill,, they get a feeling of accomplishment, something they, may never have had before, and the sensation of this accomplishment, gives them a feeling of power and control over their victims, making them, on top for once
• again, this fearlessness, or indifference to fear, leads to a shocking thrill for violence
• they are callous in their feeling toward the victim, and for what they are doing to them, they lack emotions, don't even relate to what they are putting their victims through
• in all of the cases the subjects, had not developed empathy and ability to process fear
• they don't attend to the fact that they are hurting the other person, causing them pain and injury
• they seem immune from the fear of punishment, of the law, of the consequences of their actions, and even worse, if they are an insider, in a community, like the cops, who tend to protect one another, rather than, separating the job from their fellow officers, who are engaged in criminal activity, even up to an including murder
• they believe they can outsmart authorities
• they are not afraid of police, they pay attention to the details of their cases and investigations, and bottom line, is THEY LIKE TO KILL!
• their statements to cops, are condescending, like "do you think I m stupid enough to leave fingerprints?" wait until you see what I did, and you won't find any evidence of the crime
• they are very calculating and cunning, scheming and decisive on what, how, to whom, when and where they are going to commit their crimes
• they are so confident, that they will not get caught, that they even give cops a call, and warn them, that they are now on the prowl for another victim and if they don't catch him, they will kill again, so hurry . . . putting the cops in a panicked and frantic chase to find the killer
• with each kill and contact, they get more and more excited with the thrill of the game
• some of these killers had normal relationships, for long periods of time, but rejection seems to be a trigger for them . . . they can't take rejection, don't know how to handle it, and in their narcissistic world the other person is not free to leave them!  In one case, the Happy Face Killer, had a long time friend, who, merely said, I have no reason to live anymore, struggling with alcohol, drugs, and just made this comment in passing, and he said, I can help you with that, and he killed her, no longer having a use for her, and like with many victims, they discard their victims on the sides of roads, like trash!
• they feel superior to most people, especially to authority figures, they are self-centered sociopaths, psychopaths and have narcissistic personality disorders . . . just a note on this, when I was first diagnosed, allegedly with Pick's Disease, one of the diagnosis was allegedly, narcissistic personality, which could be a projection of the people involved, shit, I was so into attention seeking that, most of the awards, I got, I never even knew they gave them, and never went to the awards ceremonies and allowed other less involved and worthy to go in my place, but, generally never did anything other then serve the population of people my job required, worried about them, in fact, my mother, said, JoAnn, you need to stop taking care of everyone else and take care of yourself, that is due to huge ass empathy, that is why I had a hard time charging my clients, preferring to prove myself first, taking a contingency to win, as long as they covered the bare necessities of taking a lawsuit, I never charged for gas, travel time, and on the Brock case, I only charged $20 per hour, and on appeal, only $60 per hour, fuck, the attorneys, Brock and Rice contacted, with the thought that I was an inexperienced trial attorney, would not even touch, my 521 page book of evidence and brief, and one attorney was going to charge $12,000 just to read it, and the Cheeks, who looked at appealing the Cheek case, after Haylee was convicted, not my case, they were looking at paying someone, an appeals attorney, $100,000 up front!  I WAS ANYTHING BUT NARCISSISTIC, so where did that, observation come from?  The whole Pick's thing was a joke, and a  way to get me out of the way, so they could steal my RESUME! CREDENTIALS, and STOP ME!  Like my son-in-law, very astutely, observed, after first  moving to Utah, said, you are every cop, prosecutor, and judges, nightmare, because, you don't do this for the money, you do it based on PRINCIPLES!
• social rejection was a biggie, the killing was taking self-control and going for what they lacked
• they have an inability to register pain, failing to see it in others, and being able to withstand greater pain, themselves
• the lack of empathy and failure to register pain, is not something most people have, it is the EMPATHY that holds us back from doing horrible things to other people
• these people are WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING, often seen as someone who helps, someone who is hungry, needing a ride, cold, without money, when in reality, they are preying on the weakest and most vulnerable of society . . . in my case, this second go around, I was just coming back from a 10 year hiatus, from Pick's Disease, and they took advantage of the weight gain, they orchestrated and controlled, going after my physical appearance first, knowing, the sympathy for fat people was less, plus, people could  not recognize me, and with a fatter face, I looked more like surrogate, twinning agents, or sisters!  Their charity was self-serving, either to keep a reign in on me, or to take advantage of that period of my life, or to feel superior for once, and try to use power, control and manipulation of the situation and in Shelley's case, she had already, started to use my name and switch identities, with the help of the cops, whom called her, whenever, they wanted to punish me, or just found me walking, she took away my driver's license, when I had not been driving for a year, so she could use it herself, clean record, my father gave my car to Jesse, Shelley's oldest son, after I let her use it for 2 years and paid for it, out of my $3,800 monthly disability payments, that my father gave me $25 a week and kept the rest, took all the equity from the sell of my home, and collected, maybe to right now!

I was EVERYONE'S FOOL, because, these ATTENTION SEEKERS, were the total opposite of me, and I didn't recognize what was going on, never dreamed, that my life, my resume, my career, my family, my son's music, was ANYTHING THAT COULD BE TRANSFERED OR USED BY ANOTHER PERSON, I WAS IN COMPLETE DENIAL!  Shit they had free reign for fucking almost 10 years, til I took the Brock case and reactivated my law license, and my father went APE SHIT?  Then, I very innocently, came back, started practicing law, and in rapid cycling, ended up, again, at the top of  my game, and again, very innocently, just figured, that when you win the case, you get credit and you get the money, just like, I figured with my son's music . . . OH, hell NO, the predators, the greedy, those whom had become accustomed to ALL THAT WAS MINE, started going after anything of worth, only millions of times more, than before, I got the PICK's Disease and same with my son, with three CD record deals with Sony, worldwide music magazines, etc.! then the water compact in Montana, the medical marijuana connections, and this BLOG, stolen, two fucking weeks after I started: (1) I start a new venture: (2) they glob on; (3) eventually, they push me out of the way, and take over the whole thing, taking the name, the credit the ATTENTION, and the MONEY!

THE PSYCHOPATH NEXT DOOR--NATIOAL GEOGRAPHIC!  WOW--IT WAS NOT UNTIL A YEAR AGO OR LESS, THAT I FINALLY, GOT IT, THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE, WHO LITERALLY, WOULD TAKE THE SHIRT OFF YOUR BACK, AND THEY DID, AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO KILL ME, TO HAVE EVERYTHING FREE AND CLEAR!
