When Someone Takes a Shot at You, You Kill Them and You Will Feel Better, So I Killed Them!

I think, one of the reasons, that I am so vehement, against, Donald J. Trump, is he is totally, not prepared to be president, he doesn't have a clue, and even if he had a good business sense and judgement, which he doesn't, he would not be qualified, nor is their transfer, or application to foreign policy, that would give him, anywhere near, foreign policy experience, or anything closely related, to be, our "commander-in-chief" and while he and Putin, may agree with who is the hottest, contestant for Ms. Universe, even in the bro-mance, I doubt, they are going to agree, on much else!  We are in situations, right now, that, we need someone, who not only has the historical prospective, the contextual framework, but, a firm plan in place, that other members of the interagency, networks, involved in military, intelligence, and terror attacks on our homeland and dealing with ISIS and other issues and countries overseas, is ready to handle on day ONE!  We can't have, Gov. Chris Christie, or Gen. Flynn, running around, attending intel briefings, because, the Trumpster, doesn't have the intelligence to retain a thought for more than a second or two, nor can he stick to the topic without reading and being cheered, like a shitty school kid, who is being told to stick to the topic and sit still! 

We are not hiring the school custodian, a bus boy for a restaurant, a taxi cab driver, because, everyone is acting like a likeable personality, or an entertainer, can, replace experience, training, education, 25 years of government experience, either directly dealing with these issues, or indirectly, learning through her husband, being one of his top policy advisers, even, with an office in the west wing of the White House, not like other First Ladies, sequestered to the east wing, where the other wives, had power over the visits of foreign dignitaries, dinners, and décor!  No, Hillary is a different kind of First Lady, she was, and she is a different kind of presidential candidate, more experienced than, her boss, was when he took office and more experienced than first dude was when he took office as president of the United States of America!  This is serious shit, and we need to remember, that, this is the top job in the U.S., if not the world, not one to be filled by a joke, or as a game, or as a talk show host, or reality TV star, whom in this arena, is a fucking APPRENTICE HIMSELF . . . I am sure, if Trump, has good judgement, is a good business man, and he was hiring for the office of president, rather than running for the office, he would, hire Hillary over himself, if he were HONEST?

THE BIG SWAP OUT BACK IN 2010

• at the time, I reactivated my law license, October 1, 2009, after 9 years of inactive status, being poisoned by the government for taking out 9 federal agents and investigators, attorney directors, and gaining, 150 pounds as a result of being pushed, ordered, arrested, and forced to take medications, that made me put on 80 lbs., with the goal of destroying my looks, being both beautiful and smart, a deadly combination.
• I filed my first case, hint, and insight into the type, quality and attorney, I am, and was, filing the Brock et al vs. Herbert et al, for a $357 million lawsuit, December 18, 2009, the same day, sister, Rachel, got a divorce, from Christian Hickey, and got remarried, that same day, 4 hours later, with Judge Shumaker, waving the 90 day waiting period.  Later, filing an amended complaint, in the U.S. federal district court, of the District of Utah, January 10, 2010, and with an article, going out in the New York Investment News, to over a hundred thousand readers, financial planners, wealth planners, securities dealers and their attorneys, who were frustrated with the state SEC and the federal SEC, for going after planners for securities fraud, and denying them, all their constitutional and federal statutory rights, by state officials or regulators, acting under color of law, lending to the powers to file a case under Title 42, Section 1983, classic civil rights suit . . . applied to white, middle age, wealthy, Republican, professionals and Mormons!  The case went viral, going into every fucking newspaper in the nation, with me getting calls from all over the country, New York, Florida, California, Chicago, with attorneys, loving what I did and paying the courts, just to read my briefs . . . not your normal case, not your normal attorney, having been a former assistant attorney general, going after the state of Utah, the governor, the attorney general, the director of the Department of Commerce, and the Division of Securities, along with several attorneys and investigators . . . not your normal, sheriff's deputy, beating up a black inmate in prison, case!
• at the time, I had been off the radar screen for almost 10 years, didn't look like myself, but still with a razor sharp mind, a legal background, like none other, with a background in constitutional, administrative, criminal, civil and I had to learn securities, but when, you have had the training, government experience, and the foundation of the Constitution, and a working knowledge of the other areas of law, plus the administrative process, I had the right experience with the right case!  No other attorney, in the fucking nation, even the $700 per hour New York, Wall Street attorneys, saw the case, as a civil rights case, with the ability to hold the government regulators' feet to the fire, for violating rights, that applied to search and seizure, plus, tons of other violations of rights, and protections, to be found, not only in the federal constitution, but the state of Utah Constitution also, the Cadillac version of rights, provided in this state, lending to 29 charges of violations, and 6 federal violations!  I was one attorney in a million, not the type of case to steal, and not the type of attorney, to replace, PRICELESS, as is Hillary, as president!
• in retrospect, I am convinced, that the case, may have been a set up, pre-planned by the Mitt Romney, Mormon, Republican, financial planners, my clients, working with, Mormons, and their henchmen, and women, they wanted to steal the case, wanting the image, of them, but the MIND OF ME!, orchestrating the case, controlling the case, and stealing the case, using the Mormon network, FBI, CIA, NSA, and others, who, like vultures, saw how big the case was, with attorneys, looking to me, from across the country, and with salivating slobber, seeing the potential for money, that could be used to Mitt's campaign, but with an Obama supporter, being the attorney! or it may have just morphed, as the dollar signs, and the elections progressed!  Had I written a shitty brief, one that had no merit, focused on fraud, like all other attorneys in the nation, getting fucking nowhere, this case, would not have gone, crazy like it did, nor had the impact it did!  It was fun writing, entertaining yet, stinging, powerful, yet, cool, using references to school yard bullies, witch trials, and the master/slave relationship, new, fresh, just like this blog, just like everything I do, being a colorful, powerful, educated, interesting woman, not to be substituted with boring, bitches, who could NEVER have done this case, with no other case, like in the case of Kay Burningham, or Kelly Anne Booth, who got credit for both my monster, civil rights cases!  These women were loser attorneys, wanna-be JoAnn's, along with a father who had the SEC, a sister, who met all the key government players, when her, her husband, and her ex-boss were charged with SECURITIES FRAUD! and they get to take credit for my KILLER CASES?  ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? • Rachel, a flight attendant for United Airlines, for 17 years, had just started to be trained as a private investigator, with David Doddridge a former, LAPD, for 20 years, and totally loyal to cops, saying, once a cop, always a cop and that turned out to be completely true!  So, the Iron County criminal justice system, got introduced to the big ass fake boobs, with Rachel just getting a new body make over, peck lift, boob job, her third, lipo ass, thighs, tummy tuck, etc., so looking better than she had in years, and right in time for the googling eyes of cops, sheriffs, county attorneys and judges, in Iron County, I later in 2010, the critical year, filed a $56.7 million Iron County Corruption case, against the same key law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges, as Rachel had dealt with, plus my father, who always wanted to be an attorney, had 5 SEC investigations, and was raised in Cedar City, and knew, not only members of the community, but his mother and father were well known, as was my uncle and aunt Sue and Paul Southwick, so it was all in the family, me against, my family, and their root city! my mother also met my father in Cedar City, in Iron County, Utah, when she came to teach school, and that also, connected into the Dixie Leavitt, Mike Leavitt, Republican political machine in Utah, and the Mormon Church, dragging the FBI, CIA, DEA, NSA, etc., along with the Bushes, where Rachel was a representative for the flight attendants, back in 2000, when Bush ran against Al Gore.  So, due to Rachel's marriage to Kay Moosman, she wanted to move to Cove, Utah, to live with him, but her two oldest children were ordered by the judge to remain in school, until it was over . . . like the end of May or first of June
• Shelley, her son, Tyrone, and her other children coming in and out of the home in Bloomington, lived with Rachel, at the time, but Rachel did not trust Shelley to take care of her two oldest kids, because she could not take care of herself or her children, so Rachel asked me to move in, help with her divorce, and take care of Shelley, her kids, Ty, Stephanie, Matt and Allan, who were all at the house, and she told me the house was going into foreclosure, it was a house of cards, and they never should have had it, and if I could save it, I could have it, which I did!
