NOT IN SERVICE

Haunting picture of police in riot gear, shields, helmets, with fire and a school bus in the background, with the words, not in service . . . AP newsfeed, to MSN, on three more blacks, killed by cops over the weekend.  A 13 year old with a fake rifle . . . making the excuse that the gun looks like it is real, and many crimes are being committed with fake guns, and an alleged, $10 robbery?  Shit, that, if the kid, was even involved, is shoplifting at best, if he was caught in the act, and I seriously, don't believe that, he was using the gun to hold up the shop and clerk?  Someone said, the kid, was very small in stature, not like some, who look, way older then the are, and even so, this is no excuse to gun him down!  Then the warrant, being served on some other dude, and allegedly, one of the victims, allegedly had a gun, got out of the car, then back in, then back out again, and he looked like he was a threat?  Who should feel more threatened, the cops? or the black man, with a right to open carry of firearms in 45 states, probably in fear of his life, given the latest killings!  Then the motorist, and I can't remember which, black man was shot by the cop chick, but, she said he posed a threat? he didn't jump to her command, so she shot him, unarmed?  I think, we are getting it, the cops think, that if the shoot, more and more, people, that, eventually, this will become the new norm, and we will all just obey them no matter who fucked up and asinine their, demands or injustices, fears, or commands are!

This is fucking ridiculous, at best!  Shit, this is AMERICA, last time I checked, and there is due process and equal protection of the law!  What the fuck do you think you are doing?  There are two cops, right now, who are on trial, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for murder, with similar circumstances, and thank GOD, the county or the special prosecutor brought in, to try the case, can see through the bull shit and lies, COPS ARE NOT, JUDGE, JURY AND EXECUTION ON THE STREETS!  Perhaps it is time to fry a few cops asses, until they fucking get it, that, the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, and the Patriot Act, is for terrorists, not motorists, kids, for God sakes with toy guns, who look more like a 9 year old, clue, check the kids and his age, don't assume, that he is toting a real gun, in fact, given the statistics, in the article, on the number of toy guns being used in robberies, surely not homicides, cops ought to be more cautious, shit!  Citizens can't trust, nor respect, gun happy, lunatics, who are protected by the system, that is suppose to serve and protect us, citizens, not gun us down whenever some lame ass egotistical, fucking cop, gets a hair up his ass, to give someone a hard time! 

ROBBERY TO CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE

The other day, I wrote about this same episode, Criminal Enterprise, which should be treated, more, in the way you would look at a RICO action, in its scope, complexity, and breadth! much larger, more complicated, complex and perplexing than the FBI Files, one, because, of the connections, with the intelligence community, in my own family, making a very close knit, circle of family and friends, starting with my father, who was a spy for Air Force, when I was born, in Port Hueneme Navy base, December 17, 1954, California, while my father was in the OSS, intelligence arm, or the OSI, Office of Strategic Intelligence, later to become the CIA, with a cousin, and uncle in the FBI!  Talking espionage and sedition, Bryce Christensen, field director, later to be, called after his retirement, to be over Mormon Church, security, but, the first spy, ever, to be charged with that Act, was under the supervision of Bryce and another Mormon, as was the spy himself, having an affair with a Russian, spy, and passing secrets to the Russians!  Just today in the news, Sec. of State, John Kerry, said, he feels like he is in an alternative universe from Russia, on the ceasefire, in Syria, so we at still not out of the woods with Russia, and for sure back in, 1983, I believe, when, Robert Hansen, or Aims, can't remember, traded secrets for money, Bryce and the other director, protected him, until I looked like, if they didn't, throw him under the bus, they would be dragged under it themselves!  Then, there are two direct, relations, or grandchildren, of Richard and Helen Southwick, who went to Estonia on their missions, so, deep, family issues, with Russia, going way back, to current times, although, I was glad to see, that Russia, is not allowing any more missionaries in, probably, because, they are used, as recruits for our intelligence community!  I object to that, due to the fact that, Mormons are being established as the religion of the United States, in a sneaky and backdoor way!

A VERY, VERY EDUCATED CLASS OF CRIMINALS!  ATTORNEYS, CPA'S, ENGINEERS, FINANCIAL PLANNERS, COLLEGE FINANCIAL V.P.'S, DOCTORS, FBI AGENTS, CIA AGENTS, MOBSTERS, KILLERS, TEACHERS, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS, PR PERSONNEL, IT SPECIALISTS, AND ALL AGAINST ME!  THANKS, BUT NO THANKS FOR NO HELP!

Now, I am going to give you the simpler, example of what the bank robbers did, in the FBI Files episode, and then, you, have to be smart enough to extrapolate, what happened, in simple form, and exponentially, expand that, out, to include a worldwide version of the same thing.  Okay, the way, the bank robber was able to break into the bank, was through the ceiling, using, special, silent tools!  Think of all the tools available to someone at the level of the feds, with PRISM systems, access, access, access, to computers, NSA shit, but, then, he, used the tools, to get into the crawl space of the bank, where, the surveillance cameras, DON'T pick up!  Then, he just dropped through, a ceiling panel, down into the lobby of the bank, and had his way with the surprised employees!  What would represent, a silent tool, crawl space in a financial system, that could be, kept off the radar screen, going under the radar and detection, like the secret accounts, of Wells Fargo, because, I can guarantee, it was, Wells Fargo, who fucked with my accounts, changing ONE number, which puts my money in another account, secret savings accounts, etc., think! you have the experience, I saw some, special school for finances, and the FBI is in charge of financial crimes, and banks, think, banks without walls, borders, accounts, and crawl spaces, like going straight from, Google, recording agents, promoters, blogger sites, etc., dropping right into a Pay Pal, AdSense or some type of pay mechanism, that, never touches a bank, hands, or accounts, and can be funneled off shore, into business shells, accounts, in foreign banks, that can be tax shelters, etc., but, use every tool, you have, all knowledge, because, believe me, you are fighting, the experts in all those areas, only with criminal minds . . . your best and brightest, now Shelley has studied the stock market for fucking YEARS! 

Shelley watched The Cabuto Report, Mad Money, etc., and she, has studied, off shore banking, the stock market, economics, and while she is shitty in law, she is smart in stocks, securities, not the law on securities, but, the filings, etc.  In addition to watching money reports, and stock market information, Shelley, watched, 20 years of true crime shows, her favorite TV shows were, the Sopranos and Riches with Minnie Driver, and she is a mini-driver, small time, Minnie mouse!  Oh, just last night, I went to a neighborhood party, and talked to some, wife, who learned I was a constitutional law attorney, and she said that her husband would love to meet me, because he was really into that, and they go to Montana each summer, Montana and Constitution, seem to go hand in hand, as the last best place, but, he told me about, some, newsfeed, called, I think, Hedgefeed, making me think of financial hedge funds, and he said they talked about asset forfeiture all the time, along with the Constitution, and I wondered, since Shelley, my father, Hank and Jay, my clients on the Brock case are either taking what I write about on my blog and turning into, a blog, or something, that resembles, a financial arm of the constitutional issues, I write about . . . I know, they are putting their own, spins on things, and just the way he looked at me when I told my stories, made  me think that he was thinking that another woman, was writing, the same stuff . . . and just as I got that feeling, a God Intel, came walking down the path, a Shelley look-alike!  Taking credit, not only for the blog, but branching off, into areas, feeding off my work and ideas, and having enough knowledge, to steal and deal in other areas! 

But, as I talked the guy, I met, kept insisting that I would love, this newsfeed or whatever it was, and it had gone from the 100th, to the top ten financial information, services or ratings . . . very consistent, like with Glenn Beck stealing my stuff back in the early days of the Tea Party movement and his 9/12 groups, and like the alleged, friends of mine, told to take my name off my lengthy and informative constitutional analysis of issues like ceding from the nation, or other issues, of the 2008 election, and going from being losers in three mayoral races, to being asked to run for Congress!  I know my stuff, obviously, or I would not have the readers, I used to have, still do, but, the flatlined numbers of right around, 500,000 Anytime, limit the number of hits, impact!  I am sure, this family and friend, sophisticated criminal enterprise, with the Mormon church the common association and cover, has market me and this blog to the hilt, just like they did, my sons' music, and they will, if you don't watch them, my daughter's book, and I know, they have most likely sold books with first my emails, from the 2008 elections, and now taken the best and funniest, blogs and sold books, just a gut feeling, and probably, wearing my name and dress, but with book signings being attended by, one of the 9 women, using the single dress, or my persona to sell the books!

WAY SAVVY ENOUGH TO STAY OFF THE RADAR SCREEN

The robber in the BANK ROBBERY, robbed the ATM machines, to avoid the dye packs, that cops can track the money stolen, or see where they are spending it, but, ATM machines, only distribute $20 bills, so they get small bills, that are in common use, would never come to the attention of people, as a bank robbery, and when they purchased items they did it on a credit card, even when they paid the whole thing off, like even purchasing big items, like a Jeep!  Anyone watching bank robbery FBI or other crime shows, would know, that, or maybe I know it because of the working with the AG's office, maybe thinking that, everyone knows, that any deposits, or withdrawals, of over $10,000 come on the radar screen, so, to stay off the notice of the clerks, who have to notify, law enforcement of suspicious or large bank activity, because, it may be connected to drugs or organized crime!  Like this is!  This group, launders, most money through, foundations, scholarships, grants, is a biggie, Shelley spent some time, with a John Schuster, from Logan, his brother was one of the most successful, grant writers, in the United States, she studied under him, I believe, to learn how, I got the grant for the Utah Prosecution Council, for the Violence Against Women Act, to write the domestic violence and sexual assault manual, that ended up being a national model, and received an award in Washington, D.C., at a luncheon with President Clinton I.  No one taught me how to write a grant, I just logically took what they were looking for in the grant and what they wanted accomplished, and then I mirrored, what, that request was, it was easy, I never gave much thought to it, but I gave them exactly what they were looking for, and apparently did it better than anyone else!

Shelley is book learned, I have a native intelligence, that I would bank on anytime over, having to learn it from someone else, but GRANTS are HUGE, in this organization, and that is why they see, Shelley as so valuable, but she doesn't get grants, she steals money, and then gives them out as grants, to launder the money, she steals, allegedly getting that money from my cases, legislation, and blog!  Shelley and the crew, get money the old fashioned way, they STEAL IT!  But, yeah, just watching crime shows, you can learn a shit load of information!  This crime family and syndicate, has all the people, tools, and experience necessary, plus, the spy tech, and knowledge, training to beat the FBI and the NSA, believe me and they have much more to gain, and lose if they don't beat, you and me!  You get the same paycheck whether, you perform or not, but they will go to PRISON if they underperform, and a billion payoff it they perform so some pretty strong incentive either way!  I JUST WANT JUSTICE!

I just posted, and it went through without an attempt, to stop the posting, so I am wondering, if, they are up to something with the "o" added to the icon, because, if, they steal it, I know, because, it goes to a new post, rather than, directly, to my list of blogs and kind of home blog page, or the page with all the information on the blog, so, anytime, posting is easy, they have come up with a new plan, to not be detected, and I always BLAST THE SHIT OUT OF THEM WHEN THE DO THAT, SO CALL IT AVERSION THERAPY, BUT THEN CRIMINAL MINDS, JUST MORPHI INTO A NEW GIG!  Figure that little addition out and you will see, the new gig, and what it is doing!  I am going to take a stab at what the "o" means, it is a sign to the players, probably, 9 women, 1 blog, but at least that many versions, they all get a cut, and get to deal it out to others, playing Ms. Santa Claus, but I think, that is a signal, that they have this blog so wired in, tight, that, they have 100% or total circle covered, and so have at the money, which has been gushing in with the last months' blogs!  I think, they have the scanned, apparatus, fixed, so there is no holes, so I can't get on published, without being scanned by them, in a "nanosecond" undetectable to the human eye, only a machine could see it, they are going through the crawl space, so to say, going unnoticed by surveillance, looking right at the publishing second, and going unnoticed now!  I am guessing, that the secret bank account, or savings account, is still in use, that I set up, before leaving, Parowan, Utah, the one I set up to collect the Brock, Cheek, Thomas G. Vail, and other BIG ASS PAYOFFS, that is where Shelley and Frank took a stronghold, as Allan and JoAnn, but Shelley, I think, and all the girls have versions of my name, so someone could claim that, there is more than one Joanne or Joann or Joan, but all are the same work, the same resume, the same blogger, the same work on legislation and water compacts!  But, I had two accounts, at Wells Fargo, before I set up the executive account, and I tried to close one of the accounts, and I tried for 10 months, figured I finally got them shut down, but, who knows, I may have just assumed and you know what that makes of you and me!

To collect from Google, on a blog, after you get 200,000 hits, which I got the first day, I think, I hit 1.5 million, in a snap shot of 35 seconds, by the second day, you can start to collect, 1 cent per hit, but, the criminals and the enterprise, through connections either at the NSA or Google, redirected my account, in 2 weeks after I started, I AM A FUCKING MONEY MAKING MACHINE AND SO ARE MY KIDS!  So, someone allowed access, or you get a check deposited, DIRECTLY, into your bank account--I had, to my best knowledge, due to fraud, closed all accounts, but that doesn't mean, that those accounts, like we see, Wells Fargo dealing with now, could never have been closed, and so, my blog money and my case money, went directly into that secret account, I was notified of, way early on, way back in 2011, when I set up the accounts in Parowan, thinking the St. George accounts were already closed for a few years, and I had been using, my Walmart Money Card, did before, I set it up and after.  So, Shelley, Rachel, Dad, and others, most likely told the bank personnel not to close the account, hell, my money from the sale of my MOON RIVER home, went to my dad!  These fuckers have been stealing from me, for decades, since I was diagnosed with Pick's Disease, the only time my father has EVER, acted like a father to me, when I was going to DIE! 

The GREEN MONSTER OF jealousy, is not just a sibling sickness, fathers and mothers get it also!  I was warned of the secret account by a Wells Fargo teller, in some small town, like Fillmore, or Manti, stopping on one of my trips, back from court in Salt Lake City, and the teller asked me who set up my account?  I told her, some guy, who allegedly was, from, Milford, and only came to the bank, like once a month, or so, but the bank president sat in on the account being set up, struck me as FBI, and he was fascinated by, how I got my cases?  We talked for hours and they literally, rolled out the red carpet for me, probably to fool me, while they were setting up the steal, using Shelley as my clone, and the recipient of MY CASE MONEY!  But the teller, told me, of this secret account . . . . I was under the impression that I had, one bank account and one savings account, and she told me, no, you have this bizarre account . . . silent tools, avoiding detection, that, was also set up, and I think, that, I might have been depositing money, and she asked me where or which savings account did I want it in?  I said, I only had one, and she said no, you have two!

9 Women, 1 Dress . . . Look-a-Likes, Doubles, and Doubles Means Doubles, Evil Twins, Twisted Sisters and Friends, and Mixing and Matching, I.D.'s, and Whatever, to Create, or Engineer Puzzles to Throw You Off!

In the episode, a look-alike for the bank robber, was stationed outside the bank, making a phone call, almost a perfect double, wearing the same clothes, same hair style of the robber, and different than, he normally wore, so, as the bank robber, fled, the double called the police, who came, and were baffled, by, witnesses in the bank, who identified the best they could, who, the bank robber was, nationality, and whatever, so, the cops, thought, well the guy, who they described, was not fleeing the scene of the crime, but standing in the parking lot, and did he go in the bank, too?  Just think, a constant, change, mixing it up, switch, bait and switch, constantly in a state, to confuse, authorities and cops, using, even look-alikes for the doubles, making you think, when I write about, doubles, and you see, a dark haired double,, that Shelley is the real JoAnn, and I am the criminal, because, they use double for all these guys, I have seen them in the homeless shelters, and about everywhere, so when I am writing that I am at McDonald's, someone looking like, Kay or Shelley, will come in, and confuse you, making a mockery of the evil twin, making you think it is the exact opposite of what is really going on!  Now, included in the ONE DRESS, MINE, OR ME, that includes, everything, from kids, to grandkids, and they too have doubles, clones, cousins, who, cover for them, while, hair color or whatever, that seems logical to you, is really, a lie . . . like Sue and Kevin Schmidt, having three red-haired daughters, so, it seems logical, for, Elliot, my ONLY red-head, to be included in the shit family as, just making sense, so, Samuel, Sue's oldest son, then becomes, Elliot, while, Rachel, is thin, and looks, like me, a bit, personality, she really looks, more like Sue, bigger, wider face, therefore, Sue becomes me, and Rachel, then doubles for her, previously, doubling for me, making it look, like Sue, is the original, and I don't exist . . . Shelley, Sue and Rachel, are all of the bigger sister set, Me, Marcie and Tiffany, are all about the same height, while, the others are taller and look more like my father, we all look more like my mother, with finer features, so, you have endless, mixing, wigs, trading, kids, assigning, cousins, to represent my kids, and visa-versa! 

When I first got here, to McDonald's, there was a couple, who came and sat right next to me, who looked, like physical doubles, for Kay and Brett, both dark haired, and dark eyes, thin, they looked older and were French or foreign, but, definitely, easy doubles, and some chick, just came in too, who looks, just like Katherine, a double, whom, I called Elvira, just like I would Shelley, jet black, hair, down to her butt, and she was at the Poverello Center, for the Homeless in Missoula, Montana, for months, while I came and went, and she drops in, when I show up, and can maintain, that double image for Shelley, and the chick here, is more a double for Katherine than Shelley, this way, the doubles are free, and they pay surrogates, to do the running around, freeing them, to steal, jobs, positions, etc., and the owman, with Elvia, looks like a double for my mother, and I saw a double at Harmon's Grocery Store, that looked so much like my mother, I had to take several looks at her, and my mother, always, shops at Harmon's and the man, this woman was with, could, from areal surveillance, could easily look, like my parents!  And they just live blocks from Harmon's, or last I talked to them, they did . . . problem is, I have not seen anyone, but Shelley, driving the silver, SUV, in Missoula, the shadow . . . take everything you know, about, trails, shadows, doubles, twins, and multiply is by huge ass numbers, exponentially, so much, so, that I disappear, and, they then, appear to become the target! not me!  All the people in the episode had passports, ID's, drivers licenses, in multiples and with tons of different names, and as they used them to escape or evade cops, stops, and whatever, they always have ID . . . I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FROM GETTING ID FOR THREE YEARS!

THE MAIN PLAYERS ARE ALL EXPERTS ON COMPUTERS, AND THREE OLD DUDES, TEND THE COMPUTERS, THIS BLOG, MONITOR SURVEILLANCE, HAVING THE MONEY, TO PURCHASE JUST AS SOPHISTICATED PROGRAMS AND MUTUAL MATERIALS, THE GOVERNMENT GETS, SO STAYING ONE STEP AHEAD ALL THE TIME, BEING SOLD OR GIVEN ACCESS TO ALL NSA PROGRAMS, FOR SPYING, TO BENEFIT THE MORMON CHURCH, AND ALL ITS ARMS, AND THAT IS THE "COMMON" ASSOCIATION! ACTIVE OR NOT, ANTI-MORMON, or OTHER RELIGION!

Case in point, yesterday afternoon, I switched up, from the McDonald's on Bluff Street, to the other St. George, McDonald's, on St. George Blvd., and when I got on my computer, a second time, because I forgot to add something to my blog, I noticed, on the internet icon, that there was this small, circle, off to the left, top side? and then, just now, I noticed that same feature added to my internet icon, hooked to my daughter's internet, something, I have never seen in my life before, and I am guessing that, the new addition is not unique to the location, but unique to me and this blog, some type of notifier, or identifier, that keys key people, either at the NSA or those whom have been given access to watch and edit, my blog, switching key names and information, to create the illusion of this or that, making it look, like this person is that person, and as I have gotten more sophisticated in identifying them, they too have evolved, this procedure or that, to continue to make it look, like this is not what it is, and that is what, it is not!  If you can follow that!  As skilled as I am in the law, they are skilled in their areas of interest or expertise, all adding to the criminal enterprise, to steal, billions of dollars in blogging money, and music money, probably, now book money, without being detected, and doing it all with the click of a finger, much less risky, that going into a bank and holding a teller at gun point!  You have to remember, that, I missed almost 9 years, of technology and I was tech resistant to start with, and let's take Shelley, who has lived, breathed and died computers, since the very second, PC's were created or computers were created, as has Brett, and Jared my little brother, was the IT person for the Department of Education in Utah, and I have seen, him, fixing my mother's computer, or changing something, even logging in from Salt Lake City, Utah!

TIME GAMES TO COVER ABSENSES AND CREATE THE ILLUSION OF BEING IN ONE PLACE, WHILE BEING IN ANOTHER . . . UNTIL LAST NIGHT, I HAD MISSOULA WEATHER UP, PLUS "WASHINGTON, D.C." AS MY EXACT PLACE OF LOCATION!  I AM FUCKING IN ST. GEORGE, UTAH!  WHEN I WOKE UP, THE BIG CLOCK ON MY SCREEN SAVER, SAID, IT WAS 6:58 AM, PACIFIC TIME, LIKE MY BLOG ALWAYS, RECORDS, AND MY INSIDE, LOWER RIGHT HAD COMPUTER SAID, THE RIGHT TIME, MOUNTAIN TIME!  SO, FINALLY, LATER, ALL THE CLOCKS ARE IN SYNC! EXCEPT, MY BLOG, THAT HAS BEEN PACIFIC TIME, NO MATTER WHAT!  NOW, THESE GUYS HAVE MADE REPLICAS OF MY DRESS, OR ME, SO THEY, CAN BE IN WASHINGTON, CHICAGO, NEW YORK, MONTANA, UTAH, AND SEVERAL PLACES IN ALL, JUST BY MANIPULATING THE CLOCKS, AND THIS COMPUTER, OR ALL MY COMPUTERS . . . WHO, HAS ACCESS, TO GO INTO, THE BLOOD AND GUTS OF COMPUTERS, TO CHANGE THEM?  NOW, BRO JARED SOUTHWICK, WAS THE "IT" PERSON FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, SO, I HAVE SEEN HIM, GO INTO MY MOTHER'S COMPUTER, LATER, MINE . . . HINT, HINT, HINT, THE SET UP FOR STEALING THE BROCK AND ALL MY CASES, AFTER MY OLD DESK TOP, BLACK, $50 COMPUTER, WAS FIRST BLOCKED FROM ME, E-FILING, ON "BROCK AND CHEEK" CASES, LATER, I HAD TO FILE THROUGH SHELLEY'S COMPUTER!!!!?????  LATER, AFTER I GOT A NEW E-FILING ACCOUNT, EVEN THAT WAS BLOCKED, AND I HAD TO HAND DELIVER, MY BRIEFS, PUT MY BAR AND DRIVER'S LICENSE PICTURES ON THE BACK PAGE, NO LONGER THERE, BECAUSE I KNEW THEY WERE STEALING THE CASES, AS I LEFT FOR THE U.S. SUPREME COURT!

THEY USED, COPS, TO CHASE ME FROM STATE TO STATE, CITY TO CITY, TOWN TO TOWN, ACROSS THE COUNTRY, SO, COPS WERE SO CONFUSED, WITH DOUBLES, REPLACING ME, BEFORE, ANYONE, KNEW ME, OR HAD A FIRM IDEA OF WHO I WAS, AND THEY STEAL, TAKE CREDIT, FOR ALL THE GREAT THINGS I DID AND START TO ENGINEER, GAMES, AND PLAY COMPUTER, JURISDICITON GAMES, SO, I WAS BURIED, AND I DIDN'T EXIST, BUT THEY ALL DID, TAKING TONS OF MONEY, AND WHEN I TRASHED ONE IN MY BLOG, ANOTHER DOUBLE, OR TWIN, WOULD BE THE DOUBLE FOR THAT, ONE, AND AS MANY AS I COULD BEAT DOWN, THE OTHER WOULD COME UP, AND LESSER KNOWN SISTERS, WOULD THEN SURFACE TO CONFUSE, KEEP COPS, DAZED AND CONFUSED . . . MY FATHER ONCE SAID, WE, ALL 6 SISTERS, LOOKED ALIKE, AND HE USED ALL IN EXACTLY THAT WAY, BUT TO BE ME, MAKING IT LOOK, LIKE THE MIGHTY AND NOBLE, SOUTHWICKS, DID ALL THAT I DID, OR MY KIDS DID!
