Okay, so, here we go again.  They are relentless!  But, I am far better, more intelligent, have more energy, am younger in spirit, and more determined.  I am sitting a lunch, with two ladies, from Hurricane, and one mentioned that she had gotten used to not driving, and I was wondering about the Mini-Bus, that shuttles seniors around St. George, Hurricane and somewhere else, and on line, they offer their services, to people 60+ which I am, and you can pay, $3 for a one-way ride, or $5 for both ways, or $3 ways both ways, which, why would you spend the extra dollar?  So, I asked these women, if they took the Washington County Mini-Bus from Hurricane . . . oh, no, we drive . . . oh, but can you tell me anything about the bus?  Well, we have a senior center in Hurricane, but it just runs within the city.  Okay, but, earlier, before that conversation, I heard the two, sadly talking about this professional woman who at the height of her career, got this terminal illness, and it sounds like she had some type of career, and got cut down in the prime of her life, and I am sitting their thinking, Shelley, is doing damage control at the senior center, where I have been eating all week, to create and engineer puzzles, to make people think, that she is still the attorney, JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., not the biologist loser, she is, who, did complain to mom a few years ago, that she had lumps in her breasts, hint, hint, hint, thinking she had cancer!  She just wanted sympathy and money, but, she has been used to the prestige of being me, unhindered for at least 4 years, while I have been in Montana, Colorado, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and back, with her or another double, doing double time in Montana, 9 WOMEN AND ONE DRESS, MINE!

Then, I go, tag the Mini-Bus driver in the valet parking area of the front door of the senior center, to see if he has a schedule or what his services are . . . oh, I don't go to Hurricane or the DMV . . . but the internet says, you services go from St. George to Hurricane and this is on your way, so, if you don't go right up to the DMV, can you drop me at the corner and I can walk over, I need to go renew my driver's license--I didn't say, that, my sisters have been using it for the last three almost four years, being blocked from using MY OWN NAME AND LICENSE, BOTH BAR AND DRIVERS LICENSES, but, I just need a ride out there.  Taxi would cost a fortune, and I need to take the test and get a ride back, too!  Washington County under the direction of the wolf pack, is working with them to block me from UPSETTING MY APPLE CART they have all ridden in for YEARS!  You stopped the Greyhound Ticket, from St. George to Kalipell or Cedar to Kalispell, Montana, that I have scheduled for October 3, 2016 or Monday, you are fucking me up getting a car, messing with Lincoln Ford and Kia Soul, or FINDLY Kia, better known, as FIND LAY, or the fake bitches all hooked up with my former husbands, lovers, or love interests . . . time to love again!  LOL!

I actually, asked two bus drivers, a female and the old dude, whom, I have told a thing or two about, why I am riding the bus, and that I used to practice law in these parts, until, this bad ass con law chick, faced off against the state of Mormon, using Book of Mormon law, then all bets off, ballz out, and MURDER SHE WROTE, started to happen, so he knew a bit about me, probably, a R.E.D., Retired and Extremely Dangerous, guy, enlisted, with the old dudes who used to rule the world, old CIA, FBI, Marines, etc. who's glory days are LONG GONE, but have nothing to lose now, wanting a taste of the action AGAIN!  So, as soon as I told this guy, where I was going, he started into PANIC MODE, and frantically, started to question me, why, where, doing what, for what purpose, and at first, I tried to evade his questions, so I would not give myself away, but I am sure, I am on, 247 surveillance, with cameras on all the buses, and a WHOLE NEW CREW OF GUYS, lately, after the first day or two, I rode the bus, was he trying to ALERT THE FBI stake out, crews?  Looks like it worked.  I got off the bus, and some of the businesses and signs around there, across the street, told the story, RAW ALARM, or something like that, can't read my notes now, other than, ALPINE FIRE, but, the thing most interesting to me, was a sign, for real estate, that, had a woman, who, looked, somewhat like me, the sign, said, AVAILABLE, she was golden blonde, wearing a shit, black, short sleeves, like I had on, but to my HORROR, she had the name, SHELLEE ?, can't read my notes, so, again, they are trying to make, local cops, think, the dark haired, hazel eyed, Shelley, my older sister by a year, is JoAnn, connecting her looks, with MY NAME, and putting MY LOOKS WITH HER NAME, FUCK NO!

But, this place is over by DATIX or some technical college, but, I didn't know, exactly where, 5 Counties was, so I wandered, but, I KNEW, that this old codger, had put out the ALERT, May Day, May Day, that, she is going to get her license, which, he finally got out of me, not being secretive, and totally, fucking honest, and he, again, in a panic, said, well, you don't go to them to get your I.D., or driver's license, you go to the  DMV . . . I said, I have tried them and they are wired, into the fraud, and blocked me, trying to make me get a whole new number, CUTTING ME FROM ME, and allowing, the sista bitches, access to my PERFECT DRIVING HISTORY, and MY GOOD NAME, ALONG WITH MY HISTORY, IN UTAH, INCLUDING MY LAW PRACTICE AND YEARS AT THE GOVERNMENT . . . fuck, NO, I am not starting with a new number!  SHIT, it is like, Wells Fargo, saying, well, we only changed one number . . . no, you took ALL MY MONEY AND DUMPED IT IN A SECRET ACCOUNT, and UNJUSTILY ENRICHED, THE BITCH, SHELLEY!  So, no, I have not driven, taking away, MY 14th amendment LIBERTY RIGHTS FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS NOW!  As I went into ask, I knew, they raced some fucker, FBI agent, housed in the Blue Bunny Building, hint, hint, hint, think, communicating without, communicating or talking, Rachel is the BLUE BUNNY, the MO PLAYBOY BUNNY WITH THE TAIL AND BIG ASS FAKE TITS!  But, after asking someone at the AUTISTIC Center, or daycare, I walked out, and my God, Intel, told me, to forget it, or TRASH IT, because, either the sky cops on my side, caught the bus driver alerting or setting off the ALARM to the mob, or the cops blocked it already, so I got back on the next bus!

ALONG THOSE LINES . . . LAST NIGHT AND THIS MORNING!

About, a week ago, in my blog, I mentioned that, the Washington County Constable, left his card, in Greta's and Dallas's door, with a not on the business card, for me to call, him . . .remember, after Dallas told me, the next sign, was a Gehl and JCB, heavy operator equipment, being pulled on a trailer, for construction or whatever.  JCB, being JoAnn See Burn or JoAnn Construction Burn, with the phonetic, Gehl, or Jail!  So, no thanks!  But, there have been daily, sting ops, it is relentless, believe me, I don't write about half of them, only the most dramatic or the best get aways or GREAT escapes!  Which, it appeared, that this morning was.  Okay, so last night, Dallas forgot or was late taking the kids, to soccer, so me and Greta took them, because, Dallas went to get a hair cut and he was late.  He had the duty to then, just pick them up.  It was a nice fun, relaxing mother and daughter, night, enjoying recaps of the debates and just eating and watching TV while she folded the clothes.  The kids have soccer, between the three of them, for three hours!  So, Dallas, walks in with the kids, and he is sporting a NEW HAIR DO, not the professional soccer player look he had, shaved, but with longer hair, dropping to only one side, look, but he comes in with a HIGH AND TIGHT, military or cop, do!  I don't know, if this subconsciously, started the ball rolling, or what.  But, things, rolled from there.

Now, for the last, few days, I have not felt the need to get up, before dawn, and split, like I did, last Saturday, when Greta and the kids were out of town, I think, I still got up, but not way early, the first part of the week, continuing, to walk and get exercise, first starting with necessity, followed by health and I can go this far, about a two and a half mile walk, to the bus stop, down by the free doctors' clinic.  But, yesterday, I relaxed, got involved in the MOST EVIL: KILLER LIES, episode, I watched, Wednesday night and wrote about yesterday, about the two types of murderers, impulse killers and predatory killers who hunt their prey, so I didn't take off early, and decided to hitch a ride with Greta, as she went to take her EMT exam at the college.  So, I had been going later, and got a ride, so, I planned on doing that this morning too . . . plans change, ALWAYS, need GOD INTEL! or I am FUCKING TOAST!  So, before I went to bed, I noticed this like Lego display, almost of the GHOST BUSTER movie car, and people, staged on a black backdrop . . . I loved the original, Ghostbuster movie, from back in the what, 80'S?  I said, is this the GHOSTBUSTER car?  Greta, said, yeah, me and the boys are into Legos  . . . and I am like, I knew the boys were, because, I bought them, their first treasure trove of Legos, buying Kay Lynn Reilly's sons, for $150, back four years ago, before I left Utah, so, no surprise, but, Greta included herself in that?  She told me, she got that for her birthday, must have been last year, and she seemed surprised it was still, in tact, and I said, I didn't know you were into Legos?  But, she is totally into soccer, since watching the World Cup, and I guess that makes sense, she enjoys Legos too.  Cool, great mom!

A SERIES OF EVENTS, STARTING WITH A DREAM, WAY EARLY IN THE NIGHT, FOLLOWED BY SEVERAL MORE, WAKING ME UP, AND AN ALARM GONIG OFF AT 4:30 AM?  FOLLOWED BY A STAGED SCENE AT THE CHEVRON GAS STATION, FOLLOWED BY A SHERIFF, ABOUT THE TIME, I NORMALLY GET UP, BUT I WAS, OFF AND DOWN A MILE OR SO, TO THE BUS BY, 5:15 AM, WHEN I SAW, A CAR DO A "U" TURN, FOLLOWED BY THE SHERIFF, ABOUT THE TIME, HAD I STAYED IN BED, WOULD HAVE LIKELY, BEEN A SURPRISE WHATEVER, FALSE ARREST, VISIT, GIVING DALLAS, OR WHOMEVER, SET THEIR ALARM FOR 4:30 AM, TIME TO PREPARE FOR?

• I am having a dream, about, needing to go to the bathroom, and I am in, almost like an over-grown, outhouse, with dirt floors, but, in a large empty shed.  I try to go, but can't, then, I realize, that, in real, I need to go to the bathroom, at first just glad, I didn't go in  my sleep, and I was out of it, go I went, go back on the couch, where I am sleeping, and, I have another dream, almost a waking, or drifting dream, of opening, like another outhouse, or porta potty, finding a dead guy, who looked like a guy with a blue jacket, almost like the ones, you see, on the FBI shows, slumped over, I think dead, not with his pants down, but like he was hiding, and got shot or died of a heart attack . . . then, I remembered, a dream, I had earlier in the night, long ago, with Greta, showing me the Washington County Constable's card, and saying, I wonder why he never came back?  I started to add two and two together: (1) why didn't the sheriff or constable come back? (2) large outhouse, symbolic of outing my family, in my blog yesterday? (3) the dead, guy with a blue jacket, possibly an FBI agent?  Shit, I better see what time it is, maybe, this is an indicator that, there is another sting op going and the cops will be here soon?  4:03 AM, okay, I better, get up, get breakfast and get my make up on . . .
• I look over at the table where my computer and backpack are, and one of my grandson's shirts, was, dumped on the table, and his team is the RAGE, with a lion, roaring, but the way, it was rumpled on the table, with just the lion and the word RAGE showing, I thought, the cops are pissed at me trashing Trump, whom they just endorsed on a national level, through the Fraternal Order of the PENIS, what I wrote in MY BLOG, yesterday, or the POLICE.  They will be on the war path for that, plus, going after Trump, and going after the LIARS, whom they have been listening to and believing the PSYCHOPATHS, SOCIOPATHS, AND SERIAL KILLERS, thinking they are me!  I better ditch out of here . . . oh, I had another, short waking, dream, just before I got up, and that was, just Greta's front door being open, like get out and go out the front door, I have been escaping early detection from surveillance by going out the back door, and sliding out the gate, even after Greta saw me the other morning, leaving her wondering and Dallas, from last Saturday's escape!  So, the front door it is, but first, I always, go to the bathroom, even through, I had a half hour earlier, and as I approached the bathroom, going as quiet as I could, someone's ALARM WENT OFF, it was roughly, 4:25 AM????????
• so, I forgot the make-up, that I generally never leave home without putting on, even on ALARM RUNS, but, there were too many signs, to get out, and the alarm freaked me out.  But, as usual, traffic increases, when I leave, no matter what time, as it did this morning, with some SUV, dark, going by me, near the little stream, I like to stop at, and someone made, like almost a fake animal or cat scream?  I was surprised to find, three cars and a Pepsi truck at the Chevron station?  Are they waiting for me, Pepsi is blue, and red is my color, I drink Diet Coke, and when I see a Coca Cola truck, white and red, that is symbolic of me, and a famous attorney, in the 1600 British common law courts, who's name was Lord Coke!  LOL!  Now, I could not see anyone, in the store, nor in any of the four vehicles, strangely parked in the parking lot?  So, I avoided, my normal, stop, at the two chairs and table, for smokers, or me drinking water, being half way, or close, to half way down the hill to the bus stop.  A dog was barking across the street, that was normal, but, I heard coughing, my sign for, cops, coming from somewhere, across the street, probably, close to 5:00 AM, by now.  I decided he could be a spy or spook, giving warning that I was sitting, and who knew, who and what was waiting for me, the GHOSTBUSTER! or busting the 4 sister, spooks, Shelley, Kay Baby, Rachel and Susan Schmidt, all ME! all, spies, a family of spies, starting with great uncle Phil Christensen,, then Bryce his son, retired FBI over Mo Church security, running Temple Square, like the FBI, secret service, etc., then my father, OSS OR OSI, Air Force Spy when I was born, in California, allegedly Kay, same age, add a month, now, making the CIA Make a Wish Foundation, all ME's get to be attorneys and cops!  WOOOO!  They all think they are HOT SHIT, and the cops, indulge them in it.
• I get down to St. James Place, across from the Boulders, and just in time, I always, dart around the corner, and sit on the retaining wall, that curves, just off the main street, out of sight from traffic, when, all the sudden, the normal, car, for no reason, other than to warn the sky cops, that, the walker is me, seeing me just shortly, before the Pepsi truck went by,  to confuse them, making me Shelley, or Rachel, one of the Mo chick cops, not the RED, FAMOUS BAD ASS CON LAW CHICK, but trying to indicate that it is one of THEM, not me, not my COLOR, blue, doesn't look good on me!  LOL! nor do cops!  But the car, making the "U" turn, so, this is "U" or me, followed by the Pepsi truck, that allegedly we are to believe, is unloading products, to the EMPTY STORE, with nobody in it, not OPEN UNTIL 6:00 AM, this was about 5:00 AM, so I beat them from, making it look real, but I had been leaving later, without a sting op!  And, just minutes after that, when I rounded the corner, a sheriff car went by, I never saw it go to the designated spot, like I normally do, and rat them out, so they probably, came from down the road, on River Road, went to the house, then missed me, and missed me again, and left, all about the time it would take, for an early morning raid.  A call back call!  LOL!
• Oh, very IMPORTANT EVIDENCE and PROOF, of WHO WALKED THE STREETS, LEAVING BELFORD PLACE THIS MORNING AT 4:30 AM, ME . . . check, the CACHE VALLEY BANK, next to the Wells Fargo Bank, just before turning down to the docs clinic nd bus stop, down by the post office, where I cut through, to get to the bus stop, and you will find, the drive thru surveillance cameras, both with me, making gestures, to let you know, the MOTHER, THE BLOGGER, THE WALKER and the ATTORNEY, IS ME, in the camera, SMILE, I AM ON CANDID CAMERA, at the CASH VALLEY BANK, in the first camera, I waved my arms in the air, madly, and in the second one, I flipped YOU OFF!  I caught the 6:18 #2 bus to the terminal, then took bus #3 to Sunset, stayed on, and took now, bus #4, to Lin's Market, got off and came to McDonald's were I have been since about 7:00 or thereafter.  NOW IF YOU CLOWNS, CAN'T FIGURE THIS EASY I.D. OUT, THEN YOU DESERVE TO DIE IN A PORTA POTTY!
• oh, I almost forgot, when I went to go out the front door, which has a little, latch, at the top of the door, that you can't get out, even unlocked until you open, so I tried to flip that, over to get out the front door like my dream, but, it would not budge? locked in, so I had to go out the back door?  I went out the washroom door, just in case, surveillance was looking at the larger French doors, going off the kitchen and large room!  Maybe detected, maybe not?  But, I sure as shit could not follow the instructions in my dream from GOD!  Gotta run!

I Can't Live With, or Without You!  Who's Crying Now?

This is for the PRISM system, spyware dudes, sky cops, I typed the title, at Harmon's Grocery Store, St. George, 700 South, in Utah, then, I took bus #2, with a detour, passed, Brock and Associates, LLC, where I used to be general counsel, and the site of my client, Henry S. Brock, who along with Jay Rice, Rice/Eccles Football stadium fame at the University of Utah, where I taught family law for years, and now my son, Elliot, bass guitarist, guitarist, vocalist, for bands, that spanned the last 20 years, going from Parallax, to Maraloka and the biggie, God's Revolver, hard rock band of 2008, to Worst Friends (Family), to the current band, the Ditch and the Delta, ditching off, at the transfer center, for Suntran, to bus #3, over to the Senior Center, where, to my surprise and delight, the elevator music, my grandfather listened to, was replaced with modern rock n' roll, the Eagles and other bands of my era, and same with many workers and seniors, about anyone from 70 years of age on down, to me, the tail end of the entry way into the golden years, listened to and rocked to rock n' roll, starting with Elvis and is contemporaries!  I think we will all live longer, if we change up our music, which can set a mood . . . one of my pet-peeves with the Mountain Line, transit center and bus terminal, in Missoula, Montana, were I just left, the elevator or high brow stuff, just, doesn't cut it for all of us, who ride the bus, to even the elderly, we are not riding the elevator or waiting on a phone call to Social Security!  LOL!  And, yes, I am, almost 62 years old, almost two years passed your benchmark age for eating at the Center!  Great food today, loved the sweet potato mash potatoes!

The title of this part of the blog, came from a book, one of the seniors at lunch was reading, and the addition of Rainbow Signs--Image is Everything, comes from the trucks that drive around St. George, local business, and that, is always, symbolic to me . . . If you like walking in the rain, and drinking Pina' coladas, song playing at the Washington County Senior Center!  That has to do with connecting my blog, title, with Kissing in the Rain, to a colorful, potential and past bow, and the concept of Image being everything, connected to the title of one of the articles, I read on my MSN newsfeed, Trump Fires Less Attractive Female Employees, coming on the heels of the presidential debates, criticizing Hillary's looks, not like he has any room to talk, and in my opinion, humble and low as it is, she is a beautiful, distinguished, classy, woman, for her age, and VERY PRESIDENTIAL, while Trump, looks dumpy and acts more like a New York, street thug, or mobster, frump, who has no, class, and thinks, money, buys him respect, as his word salad, spews forth from his angry and vicious mouth!  But, the slogan on the sign of Rainbow Signs, Image is Everything, and my knife of critical swaths,stabs, jabs, and cuts, that will blister, Trump the Frump, and his boyz club, or rat pack, of Christie, Guiliani, Ailes, Manafort, Brannon, and crew of, in the fraternal order of the hemroidal club of old duffs and geezers, who think, they can best, one woman, Hillary!  Samantha Bee, the largest head and figure, very symbolic of Hillary vs. the Frat Rats, from New York and Jersey, but, Bee, like Hill, is larger than all her male competition, I think that was last week's TIME magazine, cover story, on how, political comedians, from Bee, to Colbert, to Oliver, Noah, etc., and no longer, staying politically neutral, and have started to take sides, in this election, but, that is Bee's stinging comment about, Trump and crew, a comment about the ol' boyz club, and I can't agree more, a team of lechers, womanizers, cheaters, misogynists, white nationalists, better known as white supremacists, and their ilk of old codgers, who like to look up the skirts of the Fox News Females!  LOL!

I got on my computer, to my newsfeed and all, there was, is Trump Won, posters.  It is like what the fuck is this and who is the judge? certainly an unqualified one!  Probably my father, Shelley, Rachel, Kay, or the loser, crowd, who has access to this computer, cloned, NSA shit bags, allowing access to PROTECT THE GUILTY . . . thy planned on KILLING ME or arresting me, or kidnapping me, or incarcerating me, before I wrote my blog this morning, so that they could use, my blog, name, credentials, as a tool of deception, just like the fraud broads, hoping that, through my name, and blog, they can persuade, people, who clearly saw who won the debate, a different story.  All there was, were these Trump won, as if, we are to suspend all rational thought, all critical thinking, and in true Republican lobotomy, form, put, feelings above facts, emotions above evidence, and set aside, all we know about,. politics, government, and presidential qualifications, and somehow, do mental gymnastics, and brain farts, actually, find a scintilla of idea or thought, that Trump, knew a damned thing about what he is talking about . . . yeah, much, like my sisters, pretending to be me, playing dress up, or grown up, and putting on, the dog, as a lawyer, when they are not smart enough to be the dog catcher!  Shelley, can't do better than that, TRUMP WON! is about the depth and understanding of that lame ass, numb chuck, elementary school, book seller!  God, believing Trump won, is like, believing these clown ass bitches are me!  LOL!  ONLY IN YOUR DREAMS DARLIN'S!  LOL!

 

I think, Hillary said it all, when, she said, the words, law and justice, all that Trump could say, on race relations, and law enforcement reform, mean, jack shit nothing, they are just empty words, without, the substance behind them!  Trump has a secret plan for ISIS, and Hillary is giving our enemies her plan?  WHAT?  We are voting on what person we think would do the best job nd we have to know the positions to vote on that, we don't want to vote on Trump, then find out what horror of horrors, law and justice mean, the continuation of what we are seeing on the streets NOW?  FUCK NO!  Or is you program for diplomacy, you and Putin, oogling, women, for the Miss Universe Pageant together, then insulting, the winner, by calling her MISS PIGGY, or whatever, like you are any model of male virility, Mr. Trump!  God!  People age, they gain and lose weight, but brains, pretty much stay the same . . . some of us, Donald, plateau out in 9th grade, and others continue to grow for the rest of our lives!  HILLARY!  I mean seriously, you are not running you fucking company, nor, the Miss Universe pageant, you are dealing with real women, real people, and older people, spread!  Fuck, with my first child, my rib cage, spread, 6 inches!  I had two, almost 10 pound babies, not little 5 pounders, and there is a price to the body, for those healthy, big babies, who are going to bless this world, and NO SHELLEY, did not have MY FOUR CHILDREN, GRETA, NICOLE, CHRIS AND ELLIOT, so she can take their money!  KID FOR KID.  CASH FOR KIDS!  No, Shelley's are Shelley's products, and  they are sorely wanting! to say the least!  She got one good break, Alex got pregnant at 15, with a decent man, who, didn't run from his responsibilities, her mother was not so lucky in the four bastards she littered!

I am currently, at the Washington County Senior Center, just had sloppy joe's for lunch, fries, corn, salad, a fruit salad, milk and water.  I didn't see Shelley, here, but, there is not doubt, that, there are those who would lie for that, less than honorable, old couple, Dick and Jean Southwick, who, have USED MY FAMILY DOLLAR, to buy and sell, St. George and the Mormon church!  SEPARATION, RIGHT AND WRONG, GOD'S LAW IS THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS! or murder, or covet, and coveting is  huge ass problem with these folks, who had Shelley conceived, before, going through with their marital vows, but, don't let that, bother you, because, you don't seem bothered by the other litany of horrors, these family, members have done to get that money, including MURDER, and the ATTEMPTED MURDER OF THE PRODUCER OF THE DOUGH!  Money doesn't make you smart, and going to church, doesn't make you moral, or honest, or good, or anything, that is why, you need a separation of church and state, because, if you really want to know, I am a far better Mormon, than, all my so called, active Mo Muffins!  Mormons, just equate going to church with being good! or swearing with being bad--that is black and white, low level thinking, I live the tenants of the church far better than the women, you are supporting . . . while not active, I live the 10 commandments and even the scriptures found I Mormon doctrine, but my sisters, drink, have smoked both cigars, and marijuana, they sleep around all the time, and they break the law, on  regular basis.  I swear! and I m a Democrat, for the most part, and support HILLARY, and think Trump is a DUNCE!  Oh, and my BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE HONEST!

HEARING AND BALANCE

Donald Trump, and Hillary, remind me, of me and my ill prepared, uneducated, at least in law and justice, and few other things, like politics, government, and the way things work in all, sisters, who have claimed, my name, my degree, my credentials, my cash, my blah, blah, blah, and I am sure, as cops, prosecutors and judges, read MY blog, they are impressed to say the least with the knowledge and understanding, insight, and ability to explain, without looking or studying, the law, but when, my unlawful, surrogates, the frauds, fakes, evil twins, and doubles, come speech, which I am sure, they keep to a minimum, because, if they were given too much exposure, the professionals, the cops, the attorneys, the prosecutors and the defense bar, plus the judges, would very soon, see through the façade and know, they were imposters, backed by, professionals, perhaps, but, they would be left, scratching their asses, head and balls, saying what happened, or this chick, doesn't match, or measure up to the one, who is writing the blog, as could be the case with Shelley or Kay, being involved in Hillary's campaign, as if they are me, that, their presentations, in person, just don't match the power, the passion, the perfection of the arguments that are made I the blog, they claim to have written!  While, listening to conversations with my daughters or sons on politics, more my daughters, being much more political, they would be, convinced again, that, the hearing, is balanced with the blog, or the claimed politics, or knowledge, only to be confused, once again, in person, with the clones or fake surrogates, who are generally, the polar opposite of me, both politically and ideologically!

My son, Chris, not Jesse, Shelley's son, being, switched, KID FOR KID, used to say, when I knew they were stealing my identity, my law degree, blah, blah, blah, that, all they had to do is put  me in a debate with them, or why don't we just, put us in a room, and let us write a blog, right in front of you, now Shelley and the other sista, wanna be's, Sue and Kay Baby, also an attorney, you would still notice a marked difference, for the very reasons, that Trump, could not prepare and beat Hillary, ever, because he is lacking fucking 25 years of work, experience, sitting in government meetings, going through law school, being involved in international affairs, and working with the President, seeing uup close and personal, real personal, with Bill!  LOL!  But, Trump, living with Melania, or his three very average kids, fuck, if they walked into church in Utah, or walked down the street, I would no more notice them than, any other young adult.

I am going to start with yesterday afternoon:

• I will be at the free doctor's clinic, on same road as the BLM
• where are you?
• at the doctor's clinic where I said I would be . . . I noticed first as single guy, just sitting in a small, SUV, where I was waiting for my daughter to pick me up, then a small, BMW with a woman, pulled in, I wondered if it was Kay, or UK, me, both sat there, then left, while I was waiting for my daughter
• finally, we connected, allegedly she left work early, and I got there at just before 5:00 PM, so, surely there before she got off at 5, but she said, she got off at 4:45 PM, or early, but didn't let me know, and the buses, take the time the buses take, and I knew I would be on time, for what I thought was the assigned time, but to be their earlier, on bus, would have meant, leaving at least  half hour earlier
• maintenance truck, went by, probably, about 5:30 PM, out of the U.S. Post Office, where I walked to get into some shade, to wait for my daughter and her family, to pick me up for the soccer game, the name was DUCT DOC, nice, ducked doctor's clinic? then a car, like, sister, Rachel's, went by, several times an older, silver, Mercedes.  Now, earlier in the day, I saw, a girl who looked like Greta, at both Harmon's grocery store, wearing a blue, shirt over a purple one, blue is my sign for the Mo Muffins, and purple is for me, a good balance, politically, of red and blue, so purple . . . I wondered if she was pissed that, I alluded to Dallas being the, onsite shredder, from the night before with the Davenports, when he silenced me, as often, they will, because, they know, or should know, that there are surveillance ears on me, all the time, but, ignorance is bliss, and my kids have all be compromised out, and somewhat brainwashed by CIA partners, especially, with me, being kept from them for the last almost 17 years, so they hear, what the government stooges and family want them to hear about their mother, and at times, refuse to listen to the truth, being either defensive for the church, in Nicole's case, or being around family, more than around me, and indoctrinated, to what version of my life, that they know nothing about, want them to believe and adhere to, and with spouses, paid by, or recruited, on the other side, or the ones, who want to steal, both me and my kids identity, they either feel too vulnerable, or don't want to upset the family dynamics, with traitors, working inside, but, a second time, I saw a girl, driving a white Jeep, much like the one, Rachel, sister, who looks the most like me, and genetically could pull of the KID TO KID switch, at least, blonde, blue eyed, and like I said, I would rather be respected, than loved, and I am a parent, not a friend, like Rachel tries to be, or Shelley or Kay bit for selfish reasons, like alienation of affection, anything to create tension and destroy the mother, child bonds, that are strong with my kids, but putting leaving me, added to the message on the truck, plus the cars, and earlier signs, that, when, or if, I cross, Dallas, Greta and rightly so, sides with him, her husband . . . and it is funny, that he is, very selfish, and for the first two weeks, I was there, he acted more like a teenage son, who, wanted to play dad and husband, in his father's place, only doing with the family and Greta, if and when it was convenient for him, even going to Las Vegas, and allegedly taking a friend there, leaving Greta stressed and worried, plus the cost of repairs to the car, that allegedly ran over something that threw the wheel out, or wrecked the tire!  But, when Greta, blew him off, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, to go with a friend, probably, passive aggressive, pay back, and said, that she wanted to take me and the kids, up to the mountains to see the leaves, and I wrote about Peter Pan, and never growing to a man, and that, she didn't need him, that he was stealing her thunder, giving it to one of the party girls, or Mo muffins, grandpa's cop crew, to fuck the SECRIST family, taking the REAL STAR NURSERY, and changing KID FOR KID, giving everything to the cousins, and the fake bitches . . . so, all the sudden, Dallas, and only when he thinks, that Greta, could be risk, and could blow the whole thing for him and grandpa, Shelley and Rachel, all the sudden, Dallas is the model father, the loving husband, and wanting to get Greta alone, going all day, on Sunday, Mr. Soccer dad, yesterday, even walking into Walmart, holding Greta's hand, to get food for the game . . . nice on the surface, but, enemies, underneath.  But, what surprised me, is when I said, Greta, it is nice to see you and Dallas, holding hands, after 15 years of marriage . . . she acted shocked and said, as if in a trance, oh, were we holding hands?  Ah, yeah.  Is this some type of CIA, trance he has her in, and at some time, was she hypnotized? and at a command or certain, word, does she conform, FBI/CIA fringe shit?  It seems like it, Greta, is like the perfect daughter, always has been, and it is rare that she is not pleasant and loving. but when her nest is threatened, by me or Dallas, she is a mamma bear, and so, she almost sides, in what should not be a war of any kind! but it is, and Dallas, has been, an infiltrator, in the family as have others, who have compromised the kids, knowing that, I would encourage them, first and foremost to be true to their families, to cleave until their spouses, as long as they are not hurt or the kids are hurt.
• all went cool with the soccer game and the debates.
• then I had the three dreams, and given what I wrote yesterday in my blog, it is not surprising, but the third dream, to me, seemed to represent, the history of the U.S. Constitution, because like I have said, the CIA and the Illuminati, which was formed the same year as the Declaration of Independence, with a second vision for America, and has been operating, side by side, with it, and as a major goal, to get rid of the pesky, Constitution, which, means, ME TOO!  But in the law, there is a term of art, that, when a judge, or the legislature, allows, an unconstitutional law, or ruling to get through their passageway, it opens the floodgates and the slippery slope is likely to happen, that once one right is compromised or violated and allowed to be, then, it opens the floodgate to wipe away all of them, as we are seeing with the black killings by cops, there is no due process or equal protection, BASIC to the CONSTITUTION and the oaths of OFFICE, they took to defend, preserve and protect the Constitution, which includes, not discriminating and JUSTICE FOR ALL!  What I was climbing up, seemed to be, almost an old, rusted out iron, maybe even cattle shoot, where the cowboys would brand the calves and drop them down a shoot . . . I m not sure what it was, but, I look, back to the 1050's when the John Birch Society, with the primary goal and objective, to teach people about the Constitution, was brutally attacked and trashed, so much so, that people almost feel ashamed to study and belong to the group, and they are seen as radicals, rather than the mainstream, Americans they should be . . . but, I think, given the cases I took, I was like, climbing back up the slippery slope of the law, and the Constitution, and trying to take it back to the top of the heap of laws, as the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND THAT IT IS, with ALL laws being, either consistent with the letter and spirit of the law, or if repugnant to the Constitution, VOID as  matter of law, and I have made it my life's work, to bring that document back to the SUPREME LAW, fighting the patriot act, bullies, daily, and the rust, indicated how long, that, document has been, out of us, and that, me climbing up, was slowly, getting it back to the SUPREME LAW!  The Criminal Justice System, I call the Halls of Shame, now, and Hillary sees the needs for reform, probably reading my blog as does Trump and others, with a shit load of readers worldwide, in 193 languages, I am the biggest threat to the CIA and Illuminati version of America, throw the Mo Church, the white supremacist and others, with European Kindred!  This is no small thing, while cops, like Dallas and others, see, it merely as a way to contain me, or get extra cash, money is for nothing and the chicks for free, perks, see, me and the Constitution and constraining on them! putting the ball and chain on their ankles controlling them, both professionally and personally, with polygamy a HUGE ASS SELLING POINT FOR NON-MORMON AND MORMON MEN ALIKE!  Anyway, I laid there very relaxed and didn't feel the need to go early, so I just chilled . . .
• then I got up to get dressed after Greta woke up, with the coffee maker, waking me up, before she got up, and I was, as usual awake, but, I thought, I m tired, I'll catch a ride with Greta to work, or McDonald's, catch the bus.  But, I got up, after Dallas got up, and started to put on my bra, and my arm went out of my shirt, making me take note, having worn the same shirt for almost 6 months, with a few exceptions, so varying from the routine, shocked me and, I thought, is there another sting op, on this rare morning that I m home, or later?  Maybe?  Then like normal, I error on the side of safety, especially after, the way, Greta and the signs were yesterday, caution, was the name of the game and I took off, but first, I sat outside and put on make-up, but, strangely enough, I could not find my blush, brush . . .  did this represent, in symbol, that there were gong to be no more make up offers after the Washington County Constable came to Greta's house, leaving his calling card . . .. a trick, in and of itself, right after Dallas, told me about the surprise visit, I took my cell phone battery out, so the interstate battery system of cops, of all shapes and sized, could not track me, right after than, and I had written a blaze n' mean ass blog the day before that too, but, all the sudden, on a strange street, near the Catholic Church and the Senior Center, this huge, truck and trailer, came out, with first a GEHL machine, and then a JCB or JoAnn, See Burn, indicating to me, that they are going to pull some shit ass, bogus charge out of their hairy, angry asses, and charge me with something? what, using my first amendment rights to bring out the SIMPLY TRUTH OF WHAT THE CORRUPT SYSTEMS IN SOUTHERN UTAH AND THE MO ASS CHURCH DID TO ME?  PROBABLY!  But, that let me know, that all they want to do is to get me in jail, and they can do what they want with me, last time, when they go me, for Contempt OF COURT, they were so desperate, and that was fucking ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL AS HELL, because I appealed my client's case?  The mo judges, down in southern Utah re not used to this, because, most trial attorneys are not also, appeals attorneys, nor are they brave enough to take I straight to the U.S. Supreme Court on their first case, on a $357 million law suit . . . no lack of ego here!  LOL!  But, then I thought, on the make up, brush, leaving early, when it looked like I was going to sleep in, may have led to another set up!  At first I thought, no make up, for the Bushies, or Pat Rats. but then, after I also, pulled out my eyeshadow, brush, and it broke, I thought, I broke the Bushies, or the chicks, they brought on to take me down, and take my place, or it could mean, that, (B)rush or burn, RUSH, so I took off!
• I got to this sort of bridge over a small creek, muddy, but pretty and I always stop to look at the brook, and rest for a minute. before heading up the small hill to the Chevron station . . .but, I noticed this strange, FUZZY stuff, right near the brook, or stream, that I didn't see before, nd it seemed out of season, more like a huge, patch of dandy lions, symbolic, dandy lyin's, but, the thought came to me, that I was surrounded by FUZZ or cops!  So, my guard was up, and again, I saw the slit through the EAGLE'S LANDING condo's, cement sign, like you slid through the cracks AGAIN!
• I went inside as I always do, but I noticed some very cop, looking guy, sitting in a car, then, I saw another guy, as I sat to drink my water, then another guy, all just sitting in their vehicles, not going in or out of the store!  Two near me, one in a gold sedan, older, another in a big truck, jacked up, so I could barely see the dude, but he looked, like a bad ass biker dude!  Then, I noticed, across the walk way, a smaller black truck, with a guy in too!  I thought, I will only be here for a few seconds then on my way, so, I took a few drinks, and as I looked across the gas station parking lot, FOUR GUYS, ALL GOOD LOOKING, ALL WALKING IN A LINE, MORE TOWARDS ME, THAN THE DOOR, REMINDING ME OF THE MOVIE TOMBSTONE, AND DOC HOLIDAY AND CREW, ALL COMING TOWARD ME, ONE GUY LIFTED UP HIS SUNGLASSES, LOOKING AT ME, THIS IS NOT LOOKING NATURAL, OR GOOD, SO, OFF I WENT!

In any normal election year, we’d compare the two presidential candidates side by side on the issues. But this is not a normal election year. A comparison like that would be an empty exercise in a race where one candidate — our choice, Hillary Clinton — has a record of service and a raft of pragmatic ideas, and the other, Donald Trump, discloses nothing concrete about himself or his plans while promising the moon and offering the stars on layaway. (We will explain in a subsequent editorial why we believe Mr. Trump to be the worst nominee put forward by a major party in modern American history.)
But this endorsement would also be an empty exercise if it merely affirmed the choice of Clinton supporters. We’re aiming instead to persuade those of you who are hesitating to vote for Mrs. Clinton — because you are reluctant to vote for a Democrat, or for another Clinton, or for a candidate who might appear, on the surface, not to offer change from an establishment that seems indifferent and a political system that seems broken.

Running down the other guy won’t suffice to make that argument. The best case for Hillary Clinton cannot be, and is not, that she isn’t Donald Trump.
The best case is, instead, about the challenges this country faces, and Mrs. Clinton’s capacity to rise to them.
The next president will take office with bigoted, tribalist movements and their leaders on the march. In the Middle East and across Asia, in Russia and Eastern Europe, even in Britain and the United States, war, terrorism and the pressures of globalization are eroding democratic values, fraying alliances and challenging the ideals of tolerance and charity.
The 2016 campaign has brought to the surface the despair and rage of poor and middle-class Americans who say their government has done little to ease the burdens that recession, technological change, foreign competition and war have heaped on their families.
Over 40 years in public life, Hillary Clinton has studied these forces and weighed responses to these problems. Our endorsement is rooted in respect for her intellect, experience, toughness and courage over a career of almost continuous public service, often as the first or only woman in the arena.
Mrs. Clinton’s work has been defined more by incremental successes than by moments of transformational change. As a candidate, she has struggled to step back from a pointillist collection of policy proposals to reveal the full pattern of her record. That is a weakness of her campaign, and a perplexing one, for the pattern is clear. It shows a determined leader intent on creating opportunity for struggling Americans at a time of economic upheaval and on ensuring that the United States remains a force for good in an often brutal world.
Similarly, Mrs. Clinton’s occasional missteps, combined with attacks on her trustworthiness, have distorted perceptions of her character. She is one of the most tenacious politicians of her generation, whose willingness to study and correct course is rare in an age of unyielding partisanship. As first lady, she rebounded from professional setbacks and personal trials with astounding resilience. Over eight years in the Senate and four as secretary of state, she built a reputation for grit and bipartisan collaboration. She displayed a command of policy and diplomatic nuance and an ability to listen to constituents and colleagues that are all too exceptional in Washington.
Mrs. Clinton’s record of service to children, women and families has spanned her adult life. One of her boldest acts as first lady was her 1995 speech in Beijing declaring that women’s rights are human rights. After a failed attempt to overhaul the nation’s health care system, she threw her support behind legislation to establish the Children’s Health Insurance Program, which now covers more than eight million lower-income young people. This year, she rallied mothers of gun-violence victims to join her in demanding comprehensive background checks for gun buyers and tighter reins on gun sales.
After opposing driver’s licenses for undocumented immigrants during the 2008 campaign, she now vows to push for comprehensive immigration legislation as president and to use executive power to protect law-abiding undocumented people from deportation and cruel detention. Some may dismiss her shift as opportunistic, but we credit her for arriving at the right position.
Mrs. Clinton and her team have produced detailed proposals on crime, policing and race relations, debt-free college and small-business incentives, climate change and affordable broadband. Most of these proposals would benefit from further elaboration on how to pay for them, beyond taxing the wealthiest Americans. They would also depend on passage by Congress.
That means that, to enact her agenda, Mrs. Clinton would need to find common ground with a destabilized Republican Party, whose unifying goal in Congress would be to discredit her. Despite her political scars, she has shown an unusual capacity to reach across the aisle.
When Mrs. Clinton was sworn in as a senator from New York in 2001, Republican leaders warned their caucus not to do anything that might make her look good. Yet as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, she earned the respect of Republicans like Senator John McCain with her determination to master intricate military matters.
Her most lasting achievements as a senator include a federal fund for long-term health monitoring of 9/11 first responders, an expansion of military benefits to cover reservists and the National Guard, and a law requiring drug companies to improve the safety of their medications for children.
Below the radar, she fought for money for farmers, hospitals, small businesses and environmental projects. Her vote in favor of the Iraq war is a black mark, but to her credit, she has explained her thinking rather than trying to rewrite that history.
As secretary of state, Mrs. Clinton was charged with repairing American credibility after eight years of the Bush administration’s unilateralism. She bears a share of the responsibility for the Obama administration’s foreign-policy failings, notably in Libya. But her achievements are substantial. She led efforts to strengthen sanctions against Iran, which eventually pushed it to the table for talks over its nuclear program, and in 2012, she helped negotiate a cease-fire between Israel and Hamas.
Mrs. Clinton led efforts to renew diplomatic relations with Myanmar, persuading its junta to adopt political reforms. She helped promote the Trans-Pacific Partnership, an important trade counterweight to China and a key component of the Obama administration’s pivot to Asia. Her election-year reversal on that pact has confused some of her supporters, but her underlying commitment to bolstering trade along with workers’ rights is not in doubt. Mrs. Clinton’s attempt to reset relations with Russia, though far from successful, was a sensible effort to improve interactions with a rivalrous nuclear power.
Mrs. Clinton has shown herself to be a realist who believes America cannot simply withdraw behind oceans and walls, but must engage confidently in the world to protect its interests and be true to its values, which include helping others escape poverty and oppression.
Mrs. Clinton’s husband, Bill Clinton, governed during what now looks like an optimistic and even gentle era. The end of the Cold War and the advance of technology and trade appeared to be awakening the world’s possibilities rather than its demons. Many in the news media, and in the country, and in that administration, were distracted by the scandal du jour — Mr. Clinton’s impeachment — during the very period in which a terrorist threat was growing. We are now living in a world darkened by the realization of that threat and its many consequences.
Mrs. Clinton’s service spans both eras, and she has learned hard lessons from the three presidents she has studied up close. She has also made her own share of mistakes. She has evinced a lamentable penchant for secrecy and made a poor decision to rely on a private email server while at the State Department. That decision deserved scrutiny, and it’s had it. Now, considered alongside the real challenges that will occupy the next president, that email server, which has consumed so much of this campaign, looks like a matter for the help desk. And, viewed against those challenges, Mr. Trump shrinks to his true small-screen, reality-show proportions, as we’ll argue in detail on Monday.
Through war and recession, Americans born since 9/11 have had to grow up fast, and they deserve a grown-up president. A lifetime’s commitment to solving problems in the real world qualifies Hillary Clinton for this job, and the country should put her to work.
