• remember, the Donald, was, I am sure he will say, the original birther, which I am sure is not true, but he did become its most vocal proponent alleging that President Obama, was not a naturalized citizen, or born on American soil, therefore, he is not qualified to be the president, which requires that all candidates, be naturalized citizens, which comes in several former, either, as in the case of many, Latino and Hispanic children, of immigrants, while their parents, may not be legal citizens, yet, they were born in America, and therefore, they are automatically American citizens, or, it can come in the form of being born of American parents, even overseas, as is the case with both, President Obama and Senator McCain, his political opponent, in the 2008 elections, with President Obama, being born in Hawaii, not Kenya, where his father came from, and even if he were born in Kenya, he would be an a naturalized citizen, because his mother is and was an American citizen, automatically, naturalizing him for immigration laws and policies, or all children, born to American parents, serving in the armed forces, as was the case with presidential hopeful, Senator John McCain, born in Panama, while he father was serving in the U.S. Military!  Even after, Obama, showed his papers, like some American Latino, pulled over by a traffic cop, in Arizona, Oklahoma, and Utah, in a routine, traffic stop, making it legal to racially profile, anyone who is not of English or white descent, to prove, they are legitimately a citizen, which is unconstitutional at best, and as we learned with the Gold Star, Muslim family who lost their son, serving in the U.S. Military, that yes, even Muslims, are Americans!  This stuff is the stuff of clown shit, and do not listen to someone who doesn't know jack shit, like TRUMP!  Seriously!

• in the 2008, election cycle, or shortly thereafter, as Sarah Palin, spewed forth her hate speech, and used her falsely believed and misplaced demagoguery, that had been linked to the crazy nut, that shot down, Democratic Congresswoman, Gabby Gifford, of Arizona, as she held a political speech or rally at a shopping mall and was gunned down with 5 or so other people . . . and people connected the speeches and rhetoric of Palin and the shootings, with Palin, dismissing it as, having nothing to do with her, amped up and charged vitriol hate speech for President Obama, paling around with terrorists, then newly elected, as I recall, but with Sarah, still the darling of the GOP, ranting and raving about her personal positions that are akin to those of Trump, is their stupidity!

• now, to the legal application of this same principle . . . there was an article in the news, latterly, about the niece of a man on death row, in Texas, his last name is Wood, and he and an accomplice who has already been executed, is fighting for his life, trying to stop his own execution, because, while he agreed to the crime, intent + action, to rob a store with the other guy, he NEVER, agreed to KILL the dude at the counter!  But, under, Texas law, the execution capital of the nation, there is something called, the LAW OF PARTIES, that basically says, an person, involved in a crime, agrees to whatever happens in the furtherance of that crime, either knowingly or unknowingly, which violates the "intent" part of the law, making his actions, NOT A CRIME, as per the MURDER!  I would also turn to that, old faithful document, we call the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, and apply, the 8TH AMENDMENT, of CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHEMENT!  Giving death to the driver, to the crime, but, when the robbery went wrong, the action, resulted in the murder of the victim counterhelp, which is not what the plan was . . . is a driver, as guilty, of the crime of murder, as the shooter?  I would say, NO, unless that was the plan all the way along!  But, taking that, extreme example, and applying that law of parties to the murder of the two Muslims at a mosque, in New York, connecting that to the surveillance, to watch Muslim Americans, in their worship services, holding all Muslims, as radical extreme terrorists at heart, are we not, in someway, as public officials, and vice presidential and presidential candidates, being as guilty as the DRIVER to the robbery? that turned to murder, as in the case of Gabby Gifford and now, the two Muslim worhipers, wearing their traditional religious garb, when in AMERICA, we believe, in religious freedom, the same for Muslim Americans, as we would for Palin's witch doctor, pastor, who drove demons out of her, or Trump, who claims to be Protestant or something like that, when he is not religious at all . . . and here is the phrase, the Gold Star father, Mr. Khan, referred to, through citing freedom of religion and equal protection of the law!  PEOPLE IN TRUSTED POSTIONS, IN HIGH PROFILE JOBS, OR HOLDING THE HIGHEST OFFICES OF THE LAND, NEED TO PICK AND CHOOSE THEIR WORDS WITH CAUTION!  I love the campaign ad, of Hillary Clinton, who is accused of being TOO measured, TOO legalistic in her choice words, knowing damned well through her experience, that WORDS MATTER, TONE MATTERS, SARCASM MATTERS, and WORLD LEADERS, will hold an American president, leader of the free world, to every fucking word that comes out of HIS OR HER MOUTH!  Hillary was reminded of this one more time, when she used the terminology, to describe her skipping linquistic steps, to say, that FBI Director Comey, said, there was nothing, or no email, that lead to a lie, or whatever, when she said, I SHORT CIRCUITED, my statements, leading Trump, to turn and call the kettle black, saying we don't want a woman who short circuits, her statements in office!  I am sure, she will learn from her mistakes, we are all human, but, even reporters are refusing to uise the word, PIVOT, to indicate that Trump, is ever going to learn from his rhetoric or statements, now just saying, I am who I am!  Trump is Trump, we have seen his colors for YEARS!  The man is 70 years old and NOT likely to change!
