In Broad Daylight Movie (1991)

I am not an advocate of vigilante justice; however, when, the law fails, and the judicial system leaves citizens, in risk of their lives, or in my case, where law enforcement, as in the Aberdeen golf course situation, see police, go after those who have been injured and damaged by someone actions, and the victims, see, outright, criminals, mobsters, liars, cheats, and yes, I would throw, Trump, right in the middle, throwing down with the crew, who has gone after me and my family, murdered 26 people, with no charges, arrests, etc., get away with everything, as in my case, for 16 fucking years, with nothing being done, even having cops, watch and follow me, just this morning, not only allowing the injustice to continue and with criminals, going scott-free, without charges, arrests, trials or jails, there is a side of me, that CHEERS, men, like the one's in small town, U.S.A., Darby, Missouri, who, finally, just took care of the problem, once and for all, taking things out of the hands of an impotent, police force, with the good, and brave cop, silently smiling--being the one, who arrested this asshole, in the first place, having had this same bully, threaten to rape his wife, along with a few friends, and burn down her beautiful home!

When Vigilante Justice is the Only Means Left!

The main, character, in this movie, is a perfect, actor, for the part, it is Brian Dennehey, who, is physically, larger, by far, than any of the other men in the town, someone, who not only threatened to burn down people's houses, but, did burn down, houses, intimidating even the law, raped women, many women, and when one young, girl, actually brought charges against the bully, he promptly divorced his wife, and married the girl, so she could not testify against him!  He had a growing family of yours, mine and ours, and he supported them, by stealing from others, especially a pig farmer, who would grow them, and the bully would sneak in and steal them, brands, markers, private property and all, and make a killing off the other man's work.  The cops and county attorney were frustrated, because, while many were willing to go after this man, he would eventually, scare and threaten the shit out of them, and most would refuse to testify.  There was no offense to small, to offend this man, and no means of intimidation, beneath him, used in retaliation, regardless of who was hurt, and what it did to the families.

CHILD OF BULLY TRIES TO TAKE CANDY WITHOUT PAYING

One of the bully's kids, goes in a store with a big sister, doing some family shopping.  The kid was given a quarter, back in the days, when that could actually buy, candy, but he left his money home.  The sister, was no nonsense and refused to let the kid, get any candy, trying to teach him, to be responsible, or she was just pissed, and didn't want to be bothered with the kid and his, antics, and begging for candy.  She used the money she had on the food items, or whatever she purchased.  I actually, was proud of the sister, for teaching the kid, that if he was irresponsible, and left his money home, he paid the consequences for his actions.  As the sister, was leaving the store, the kid, took the lid off some candy and tried to grab a piece as he walked out, without paying for it.  The sister, took the candy out of the kid's hands, again, good, and dragged him out of the store, with the lid, crashing to the store floor.  As I recall, the clerk, who had mentioned something, about, the kid not paying, or did so after the two left the store, somehow the sister, heard the clerk, just make a comment that that kid had not paid for the candy, didn't call him a thief, just, commented, and put the lid back on the candy jar.

The sister, comes back in the store, yelling at the clerk, and accusing her of saying the kid was trying to steal the candy, which the clerk, denied, and her boss, another, good employer, stepped in the way of this very bratty, girl, who had been trained well by her abusive father, and told her nobody had accused the kid of anything, and she was the one, who was acting out, and this issue was over, and the girl had to leave the store, after the girl demanded her money back, which, she was promptly, paid.  The girl, then rushes across the street to where her step-mother was, waiting in the truck for the bully.  She hears that her kid is allegedly being called a thief, so she comes running into the store, and threatens the clerk and the older store owner, and says that, their family will never shop in that store again.  So be it, said the smart owner, and that was it. A proud and decent woman, who wasn't going to take much from this family, and I believe, from the looks of the town, she was, the only game in town, with the only grocery store!  LOL!  The bully comes in, and tells his wife to leave, and he, tries to buy some beer, and the female store owner, tells him, in no uncertain terms, that his wife, said, that no one from his family would ever buy anything in her store again . . . you can just see Dennehy, bristle, and the bully mind, start to turn, and the revenge starts, immediately.

I HAVE A DICK, I MAKE THE RULES

Dennehy and his boyz, start to drive passed the store owners house, very slow, three trucks, in a row, to intimidate the woman, and her husband.  Later, the bully calls the couple, who are asleep, in bed, and threaten, to burn their house down, and, shoot them.  The next day, when the couple are locking the store, the bully, comes and asks the husband, if the wife is still the boss of the store?  The man, kind of a passive type, with a very powerful and strong wife, says, he guesses so.  Dennehy, who is a sexist asshole, says, that no man, should let a woman, run his operation, and he is going to teach this man, a lesson.  The bully, of course, beats his wife, and knocks her around, thinking he is macho and bad ass.  So, bully shows up in the back of the store where the husband, is bringing in boxes of supplies and materials, and has a knife in his hand, and Brian, shows up, with a rifle, and shoots him, point blank in the neck, almost hitting, vital arteries! By this time, the whole town, shows up and several cops, who have been called, on more than one occasion, since the first incident over the candy happened, but say they can do nothing, about this guy, showing up with guns, driving past their home, sitting out front of the home, threatening with phone calls . . . the cops, sure as hell could have done something!  A threat, especially, with bodily injury, is an ASSAULT!  But the wife is pissed, because, had the cops, put the kibosh on this asshole, right off the get-go, the guy, would not have been shot, or it would have been less likely . . . the cops, kept saying that, he could sit outside, and the phone calls, all they knew, is that it was a voice, not necessarily, this bully's voice . . . seriously, this guy had been bad news, for years!

Finally, one of the good cops, who has tried to get this bully for years, and has been so frustrated, as he had seen him, time and time, get out of charges, or even arrests, and he certainly had not been convicted of anything, goes after this asshole, alone, and in a pretty intense stop, with both the bully and his wife, who he always took as back up, and she, seemed kind of a tough ilk herself, but, that shows, me the lack of manliness, because, he either had his posse with him, or his wife, rarely alone, but, for the time, he went after the old store owner!  But, the guy finally, apprehends him, and he is finally behind bars, but, only until he posts, his $30,000 bail, but the store owner and his wife, along with their clerk, are bound and determined to get this fucker, this time and stop the bullying.  The trial, gets, continuance after, continuance, as the attorney, plays games, and games the system, so the families, witnesses and the families, wives, of anyone, involved are terrified, even the elected, city cop, who had to provide his own, gun, and when questioned, by the bully if he is going to testify, the young new cop, said, yes, I see it as my duty . . . well the bully, plus his wife, both pull shotguns on this man, who promptly turns in his badge, refusing to testify too.

EVENTUALLY, THE GUY IS CONVICTED BY THE JURY . . . BUT THE JUDGE ALLOWS HIM TO WALK AROUND FREE, AWAITING HIS APPEAL, TERRORIZING PEOPLE EVEN MORE!

That legally is the way it should be, but again, the cops, do nothing to this guy, who is brandishing guns, threatening, doing all kinds of shit, and the towns people are getting more and more pissed at the behavior, that this fucker, is displaying . . . when he would go to the bar, like he did every day, all the men, would get up and leave, because they could not stand the guy!  Finally, one afternoon, he threatens to shoot to kill the old, recovering store owner, or put to copper-head snakes in his car, so they would kill him.  There were several old vets, in the bar, and the bully, goes over to him, and says he knows that this guy, who is with his two sons, meets with the store owner, who is also a vet, and I think, this guy, says, you can't do that, and Dennehy, after he takes out an old collectors, gun, that has a saber, and he threatens to cut the old guy open from, his groin to his throat . . . they guy, gets up, leaves, flanked by his two sons, trying to stop him, and he goes and gets his gun from his truck that is parked, across the street, where the store is, and when the bully comes out of the saloon or bar, he has a rifle, pointed at his face! and he backs down.

The man and his two sons, go to the cops, tell of the threats, and finally, the cops, are worried, that someone besides them, is going to take matters into his own hands, and take care of the problem, and he is right.  The father and his two sons, write out affidavits, telling what happened and of the threats.  Again, Dennehy, is left on the streets, to drive around, and pull guns, threaten people, as he does with the father, finds him out, unarmed, working in his yard, and this guy is pretty old too.  Dennehy asks him, if he was one of the men who wrote the affidavits, and he said, yes and so did both of his sons.  The bully, reminds him, that the trial is being held, 80 miles in the next town, because his attorney didn't think he could get a fair trial, in that town. He basically, threatens to do something to the witnesses on the long drive to the trial.  The old guy is not stupid and he gathers, about 10 guys, who are pissed and fed up with all the harassment, and so they organize a convoy to follow the witnesses all the way to the courthouse, and pack the courthouse, so the bully sees, they are sick and tired of this shit.  The trial is continued for another 10 days . . . the men hold a meeting, to handle the situation, they tell the sheriff to deputize them, a ton of them and make them his posse, he says he has to ask the county attorney, and get the okay.

ABOUT 50 MEN, START TO FOLLOW THE BULLY

The towns men, start to turn the tables on the bully and his fucking bitch, think she's tough, little wife, and when he strolls into the bar, used to ruling the roost, scaring everyone, NOT THIS TIME, all the men, walk in and line up, behind the couple at the bar, three thick, and spilling out the door.  The wife is freaking out, the bully, doesn't know what to do . . . she gets up and leaves, and he eventually follows her out to the truck, all the men, follow them out too. The film photographers, did a great job, and the next few shots of the camera, you don't see a face, but you do see, one guy after another, get their shotguns, out of their trunk, off the window of their trunk, and the next thing, IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, they unload their guns, while everyone hits the ground, and they shoot the bully about five times in the head, with one guy, reaching in to grab his wife, who is hysterical, watching her big tough, bully husband, being shot to death, falling on the truck horn, with smoke, blowing out of the tail pipes!!!!!!!  Most of the men, don't know what to think, and just went for cover, but there were a few, who, did what they felt needed to be done.

The wife, told the cops, who showed up, who she thought did the shooting, and when the cops interviewed everyone, nobody, saw fucking anything!!!!!  I loved it!  Some said, they didn't see anything, but if they did, they would not tell.  And the cops, made the comment, it appears, that we have a whole town go blind!  The next thing you see, is the cop, who originally arrested the bully, kind of get a smirk, on his face, because, he told one of the bully's friends, who was his crony in some of the drive-by intimidation, that, if that fucker, didn't leave his wife alone, she was the young woman, threatened with rape and burning the house down, that he was going to end up meeting him in a dark alley or road, and he was going to kill him!  I think the cop, who, even threatened the guy himself, was thrilled, as was the store owner, she said, an eye for an eye . . . this guy lived by the gun and he died by the gun!  Justice had been served!  I think the whole town, was happy to finally be free of this fucker, who had terrorized the town for years!  I wanted to cheer too, and I wondered, how we have gotten so dulled, so, controlled, so Patriot Acted, so whatever, lazy, inept, placid and accepting of this shit, from Trump, to the bullies, who so blatantly, stole my son's music, his money, his fame, and all that they have done to me . . . FUCK, in four years, since, the fucking Washington County Constable and Sheriffs, just showed up and raided my house, the fucking day, before I was to go to Denver, to argue my $357 million dollar case, against the state of Utah, they took fucking EVERYTHING, computers, furniture, family photos, art, clothes, make-up, there was not a CRUMB FOR A FUCKING MOUSE . . . to this day, not one thing has been done, against, the alleged powers that be, being it my fucking sister, who pretends to be me, as do 6 others . . . nothing about the money from the cases, from this blog, from water compact analysis, from legislation, and for two houses, a cabin, 5 vehicles, and tons of electronics and art, being, stolen, my life, and being chased, SINCE THE FUCKING DAY, I WAS SWORN INTO THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT BAR!

I figured out, that the reason, Brett, used my name, rather than Kay's, or Shelley's, or the other CUNT COP CHICKS, was because, my name was the name, the cops feared, because of my $56.7 million case against the fucking, cops, narcotics cops, sheriffs, county attorney, division of child and family services, a judge, in the most CORRUPT COUNTY IN THE FUCKING NATION, IN 2010 WHEN I SUED THEM!!!!  That way, the cops, would chase me, as the CRIMINAL SHELLEY, while, she was nice a safe, protected, using my name, credentials, blah, blah, blah, taking my money, my son's money, and SHARING IT WITH THE COPS, WHO WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO CHANGE THE SISTERS, go after the INNOCENT ONE, the REAL ATTORNEY, and let the card reader, the psychic bitch, who is a bitch and witch, get away with fucking MURDER, and putting hit after hit out on ME, while she gets away with everything.  After the Washington County, Utah SS MEN and WOMEN, raided my house to stop me from going to Denver . . . didn't work, so the FBI, had the judges cancel the oral argument, because, I had so HANDILY, FUCKED THE GOVERNMENT ATTORNEYS AND THEIR OUTSIDE LAW FIRM, that, the 7 page, primer, DICK AND JANE, didn't stand a chance against my, at first 65 page brief, that had tons of footnotes, when the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, said, nice try, but, you are limited to 14,000 words, and that included footnotes!  So, I cut, 10,000 or so words out of the brief, leaving it still 45 pages, fucking the shit out of every, lame ass, unconstitutional argument, the government could come up with, defending the indefensible!

People would just look at me, and say, after they found out that the fucker, cops, at the direction of the attorney general, who was a NAMED defendant, as was the governor, told them to steal everything I owned, shutting down, my life and my law practice, stealing all briefs, books, computer, everything, but, people would say . . . Can they do that?  NO! but they did.  Basically that would be the end of the discussion, or someone might say, did you pay your taxes?  Yes you fuck jobs!  I mean, you would have thought I was a Jew in Nazi Germany, back in 1947 or something, not a constitutional law attorney, with $700 million dollars worth of cases, against the government, for violating citizens civil and constitutional rights . . . somehow, STEALING WAS, OKAY or something we should just tolerate?  WHAT.  The only person, in four fucking years, that, showed a response, much like the men in the town, of Darby, or Aberdeen, was, a chick, who was married to an agent, who worked for the Department of Justice in Helena, in some environmental agency, EPA, or something but with law enforcement duties, and she was so shocked, at what I told her in our brief, conversation, 4 years ago, when I escaped Utah with my LIFE, and she was seriously concerned, promised her husband would help me, and she said, she didn't want to read my name in the obituaries, someday!
