• guess what, even with a smart attorney, taking every precaution, to protect his client, Brian already had government immunity, because all government employees, including the FBI, has immunity, if they follow, well established laws and any department policy, good, bad or ugly!  I would guess that, Brian and Hillary, fall into this category, of following what was policy at the time!  Fuck, Madame Secretary was serving her country, 24/7, days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and Brian, is the one, who is really responsible for setting up and monitoring the home server system, which, I would assume, that he followed, inherited, and knew was the policy at the time . . . Benghazi, may have amped up, the question, of whether that was a good system or not, and the increased possibility of hackers, who are more and more, a risk, and everyone from Target, to Social Security, to the V.A., up to an including the Pentagon if is remember, the charges and worry about, Chinese hackers and cyber spies, with that now the #1 issue, rising above terrorism.  So, did Hillary do anything wrong . . . fuck no, but she got caught in a changing world, snagged in an American tragedy, with tons of investigations, hearings, and $4 million dollars spent on hearings, investigations, and all the Republican show boating, and politicizing, this tragedy, not Hillary's fault, nor the Obama administration, more in my mind, the CIA's fault, who reported, that is was just a reaction to the video on Mohammad, and no big deal . . . no one was told to stand down!  This is political smoke screen, taking the pressure off the do nothing Congress, controlled by the Republican party, going back to the snarky issues: (1) Obamacare; (2) Benghazi; (3) the email server; (4) and whatever, bull shit, they can drag up against was woman, who served her country, with honor, dignity, and diplomacy!
• I would assume that Brian, was a government employee, who was hired to set up Secretary Clinton's home server, and had it been at issue, or she was breaking with policy, or violating some inner office protocol, I am sure, Brian, would have told Madame Secretary, that she wasn't following tradition, policy, or the way, it was recommended to set up a sensitive server, such as the one, she used to conduct business of state, and also keep in touch with her family, and if, the IT person, Brain, failed, just one more reason, his attorney, would want to protect his client, in exchange for giving up his right to self incrimination, with the goal of the FBI to see, what was going on and what the issue of the investigations would be: (1) to look at the potential risk of classified and top secret emails getting in the hands of our enemies; or (2) did anything, Hillary, did, while in office, that might, rise to the level of a criminal investigation . . . Trump screaming, Hillary is going to be in prison or wearing an orange jumpsuit, is just total bull shit!
• there are two types of immunity: (1) transactional immunity, or was there a transaction, like setting up the system, or the server, or the email system, that might, have gone wrong, was not protected, or according to policy, procedure and department IT systems, set up . . . and I can see, why, Brian would want this, because, this would have NOTHING TO DO WITH HILLARY, but it is his job. Most people, over the age of about 40 years of age, were not raised on technology, rely heavily on the experts to do their fucking job, so we can do ours!  I know as an assistant attorney general, the IT person came in, set up the server, the email system, the computer, and when I had trouble, or needed help or got stuck, on  something, as was the case, when learning a system . . . the IT person would come, fix, educate, train, and direct me, in the computer aspects of my job, and other than that, I was fucking clueless.  Hillary is 7 years older than I am, and therefore, at the mercy of Brian, so rightly so, Brian is probably the person, who will be able to answer the most questions, and if he followed the policy and procedure, at the time, Hillary took office, and following her predecessors, in that office, what more would you expect.  And the FBI, can't go back, and say, well, this email or that should be, deemed classified or top secret, when the manual, directions, at the TIME, said nothing to that respect!  Laws don't generally work in retrospect, because, we learn something, or had a bad experience, or there were assets lost in Benghazi, doesn't mean, that the persons carrying out those faulty policies, or some that needed to be changed in light of Benghazi, was Hillary's fault . . . in fact, Congress had just cut, $300,000 or $300 million out of embassy budgets!  That is not Hillary's fault, in fact, of all the people to be investigation, for possible criminal behavior, I would put in on the CIA, who was the intelligence, who reported the talking points to Susan Rice, briefed the President, and Secretary of State, on the conditions in Libya and Benghazi, and Stephenson and the boyz over there, didn't stay in their bunkers, which was policy at the time, for protection when there were raids and issues concerning safety.  That was policy, and the dead, need to take some responsibility for their death, if they refused to follow the SEALs who, no only took them to the bunkers, but, told them to stay, until it was safe . . . don't hold the person who was most removed from the tragedy, responsible!  We don't have a crystal ball, and we don't call every situation right!  Hillary, followed protocol when something of this nature happens and called hearings to see what went wrong and what needed to be done to make sure it didn't happen AGAIN!  In retrospect, that is fucking all that we can do!
• the second type of immunity that Brian gets is: (2) use immunity . . . and I am guessing, that coupled with, the transactional, is that in using the system, the way it was set up, with whatever risks there were to foreign countries, hacking, into classified information, that he would, as the one who set up the whole computer system and serviced it, would also, be free of any and all, responsibility, if there was or had become a glitch or systems, failure, given the world, and technology, don't stay the same . . . fuck, technology changes, every three DAYS!  Now, if Hillary is expected to keep up on technology, Brian's job, who in the fuck is going to do her JOB?
