• HILLARY CLINTON: (1) campaigned for a Republican, starting her political career at about age 18; (2) Yale Law graduate; (3) worked for the Children's Defense Fund; (4) an attorney for the Rose Law Firm; (5) married to Bill Clinton; (a) first lady to the Arkansas Attorney General; (b) first lady of Arkansas, married to Governor Bill Clinton; (c) first lady of the United States, married to President Bill Clinton; (d) closest presidential confidant of the President, championed health care or Hillary care; (e) passed and got through Congress, children insurance coverage, like CHIP; (6) senator of the state of New York; (7) presidential candidate in the 2008 election cycle; (8) nominated and confirmed in Senate confirmation hearings, never missing a beat or question in 8 hours of grilling; confirmed as Secretary of State; (9) now presidential candidate, with the most, experience by far!
• former Republican Secretary of States, Colin Powell and Condi Rice, both President Bush's people, used the same private computer servers, just like Hillary did as Secretary of State
• there should not be a double standard, because, Hillary is a Democrat, and the majority of the FBI are Mormon Republicans!  Look at the timing of the releasing of the emails, that all have been found, lacking "confidential" status, at the time they were written, as per policy, which is all Hillary could be held to . . . you don't go back, and in retrospect, create new policy that was not in place at the time she was trained, probably by former secretary of states, doing exactly what they did.  In fact, as I recall, and again, I get spotty news, with no TV or home to have a newspaper delivered to, so consider the source!  But, I believe that, Colin Powell was furious when he heard that Hillary was being attacked and that Republicans were demanding she turn over her emails, just looking for something to complain and bitch about!
• FBI put out the first, set of emails, that they were making it look like something was wrong, with nothing being revealed, just game playing, and political pandering!  Releasing the allegedly suspicious emails, the day before the Iowa caucus! always critical to psychic advantage or disadvantage, coming out of the shoot, and trying to taint Hillary right off the bat!
• FBI is releasing the next section of allegedly, scary emails, again, none of them "confidential" at the time . . . the FBI redacted some of the emails and marked them as "confidential" after the fact, which doesn't count!
• Hillary is refusing to release the speeches, that she gave to Wall Street, because, no male presidential candidate, was requested to do the same thing!  Uniform operation of laws, equal protection, and fair election practices . . . this is called, hate crimes, sexist demands, that are not being demanded for men!  Good for you, Hillary, she has disclosed everything, she was asked to, Congress held, fucking what I have heard, 9 to 22 hearings on the emails, or Benghazi, and Hillary was coloring inside the lines, on both issues, without, exception . . . these are ghost issues, to play to the uneducated, using fear tactics, and buzz words that tarnish her name and scare people, who don't follow the news, or read the newspapers, most of Trump's supporters.
• BERNIE SANDERS: (1) I know that Bernie Sanders, like Hillary, has been a campus crusader and involved in campus campaigns, and Bernies is principled and he has been consistent over his political career; (2) I believe that Bernie Sanders, was the Vermont Governor; (3) and now, Sanders is a long time Senator; (4) he is known as a democratic socialist, favoring: (a) free state funded education; (b) he wants the horrendous, United States Supreme Court ruling, in Citizens United, being first, brought to play a film against, Hillary Clinton, but, there were fair practices laws, that said, that some campaign tactics, could not be used or in this case, a film, played within 60 days of the elections, in 2008, Citizens United, were in violation of that practice, but they more took, the case, to challenge that law, and to be the Republican answer to, liberal film maker, Michael Moore.  Believe me, tons of people, anyone with any sense, wants that decision, so foreign to jurisprudence and precedence! Nobody, believes, that corporations are "people" under the Constitution and entitled to "free speech" with money, considered free speech, therefore, there is no limit on monies, corporate America, can use in politics!  A truly fucked up ruling . . . the NSA would limit my blogging powers, and free speech, but, the Koch Brothers, go unchecked and irresponsible, in their funding of Super PACs! (c) Sanders, very much supports, taking care of "global warming" and "climate change" choosing to follow, what scientists have claimed for a long time . . . just last night, Oscar winner, Leo DeCaprio, talked about just how far and wide the film crews had to travel to find a place on the planet, that they could, shoot the part of the film, that needed snow and a winter scene!  He was convinced that, we better, not take the planet for granite, and we better start taking care of this issue. (d) he is worried about, oil spills, drilling, pipelines, and protecting the environment and preserving the earth for his children and grandchildren.
• Bernie's wife, is a former college president
• I am not sure what Congressional committees, Sanders or Clinton, Rubio, Cruz, for that matter have served on, but that would be good to know!
• TED CRUZ: (1) a Harvard law graduate; (2) I know that Cruz has been to the United States Supreme Court, many times, and was said to have been a great attorney; (3) he is a constitutional law attorney, of course that is of interest to me, I dig that, and he needs to push that more, in my very humble opinion; (4) he is a senator for the state of Texas; (5) he has championed conservative issues and has appeal from the evangelical communities; (6) he is in the first class of senators, elected by the Tea Party.
• Cruz's wife, is impressive, in and of herself, as an executive for Goldman Sachs, and could have an impact and voice on Wall Street, or could serve as an insider, on what to do with Wall Street.
• Cruz has two young children.
• MARC RUBIO: I know that Marc is of Cuban descent, I think, being from Florida, I would imagine, and I don't know, as much as I should about Rubio: (1) he was chosen, back in 2008, I believe, that was the election cycle, that Rubio, was one of the up and coming Republican new comers that people had their eyes on, but he was chosen to represent the Republican Party, in responding to President Obama's State of the Union speech, but I can't remember which years, for sure; (2) Rubio is a senator from the state of Florida; (3) Rubio is an avowed conservative, and I think, also of that, 2010, Tea Party freshman class.
• I know, Rubio has a very pretty wife, and a cute young family.
• JOHN KASICH: (1) first elected as Governor of Ohio, in 2010, and re-elected in 2014, the comeback kid; (2) he balanced the state's budget and created a $2 billion dollar surplus; (3) he has been the longest sitting governor, to cut taxes; (3) there was a political ad, that I think, I was impressed with his military service, a distinguished service member; (4) he is quite an athlete, played, several sports, basketball and football, I think . . . I don't know much, but, I was impressed with what I heard.  And just like Bernie Sanders, Kasich has been elected to many positions, but, running a state, is much like running the country, just on a smaller scale, but an excellent training ground, for being president . . . many presidents, of late, have been former governors, Reagan, Carter, Bill Clinton, etc.  Unlike Trump, Kasich, being a governor, with a proven record of balancing the budget, having a surplus, and also, cutting taxes, has a proven record, in managing a state and putting his money where his campaign pledges are!  A governor, is like a CEO, of a huge corporation, as a state is, and most if not all of the states, are incorporated and run like a corporation!  Therefore, if you think, you only have, one CEO, in the choices, both Bernie Sanders and John Kasich, have a record to look at, and Hillary, via being the spouse of a former governor, will also have many insights, not only as a wife, but an attorney, who was Bill's right hand man, and now, Bill is Hillary's right hand man!  Voters ought to consider, this as very valuable experience for being president, either vicariously or in direct action.  I was pleased to see that there were, over 9 million hits on Kasich's wiki site!
• DONALD TRUMP: (1) was raised by a very successful real estate magnet, and inherited money and the knowledge that he learned, being trained by his father; (2) he attended a military school, not to be confused with military service . . . we was sent, because he was having trouble in school, but he learned discipline, and turned his life around, to being more in control; (3) he is a real estate magnet himself; however, he has gone bankrupt, 4 times and that should be considered, if you are looking for a CEO of American president, and someone you are looking, for his economic savvy; (4) 12 years ago, Trump ran on the Nationalist Party, and in all fairness, he disavowed David Duke and the KKK, but it appears, that, either, someone in his campaign, knew who, David Duke was, and the KKK and advised him, to distance himself from that white supremasicist, and some would say, he knew what he was doing, other say, he didn't have a clue, that would be me, and then others, said he was afraid to distance himself, with many Republicans, being racist bigots . . . sorry, but your own, Young Republicans on College Campus's said that, after Mitt Romney lost in 2012. (5) Trump has a fortune in real estate, also has some college, named after him, and owns real estate, all over the globe, but many buildings are just named after him, he does not own them.
• Trumps most proud magazine cover, is being on the cover of Playboy Magazine . . . that might be something women voters need to look at.
• Trump has been married three times, and some conservatives refuse to vote for him, due to adultery and bragging about, that fact, both on radio, TV and in writing.  Again, unlike Hillary, married to Bill, having been criticized, for standing by her man, Bill is not Hillary!  While they play off each other, adultery, is, really a statement of the character of the cheater, not the cheated on; therefore, this label goes directly to, Trump's character, but not to Hillary's . . . criticize the Clinton's all you want, but, hell, they are the longest married couple in the presidential candidates!  How many of you, have been married, 40 years?
• I am impressed with Trump's children and the way he raised his kids, they all seem to be squared away kids, hard workers and very much behind their dad!
• Trump has been a TV personality for years, MC of the Miss America, and host of "The Apprentice" and take that experience for what it is worth . . . YOUR FIRED, will not work, this is government, and you have to rely on your cabinet, trust your joint chief of staff, and firing them, is problematic . . . a different animal all together!

It's complicated, stating many of the same things I did, in my blog on the issue, from last night.  The biggest threat to American safety, is not terrorism, but cyber issues!  Therefore, Apple technology, should not be easily dismissed, in favor, of FBI's alleged, need for national security, after the fact, and he said, there is a slippery slop, intelligence communities, have exceeded the scope of what is constitutionally, necessary, and he himself, would, probably have requested the information, but, there is no, black and white, quick answer to the question, and caution, to not throw out encrypted technologies, protections, that could be key to or even of more worth, in this world of cyber invasion, being worth, more than the information the FBI might obtain, in the search and seizure of the bombers cell phone.  Smart people, understanding the complexities, of issues like this, are in HIGH DEMAND!
• Microsoft's, Bill Gate, and his wife, Melissa, through the Gates Foundation, doing so much good for education programs, has stepped out, and asked other billionaires, asking them, to help take on, the search for, cleaner, energy sources, than coal, fossil fuels, and carbon producing and polluting energy sources, working to protect the atmosphere, saving clean air for generations to come . . . taking their personal funds and monies, to engage in speculative business ventures, knowing that their money and futures are insulated, due to their wealth, therefore, able to more venturesome, risk, and sponsoring new, and improved, energy sources, like gasoline produced by solar energy and the sun, clean, renewable, and very cheap, once created, but, they are putting brains, research and creativity, in the company of money sources, and making a difference for the future!  Grassroots, Efforts, To Revamp The Streets, Paying Criminals, To Go Straight?  Sounds Crazy?  Think Again!

• Washington, D.C. and Richmond City Government, with rising murder and robbery rates, gun use, and property crimes, like shooting out car windows and other damage and vandalism, are trying new programs, targeting, some of the criminals, who have fallen through the cracks of society, going after the minority, who is doing 70% of the crimes and shootings, and paying them up to $1,000 per month, for up to 9 months, to literally, give up crime and guns, in exchange, for mentoring, mental health counseling, and rehabilitating, dangerous citizens, turning them, into valuable members of the communities, they live in, creating assets, not liabilities, and finding, that this investment, is paying off, through reduced, murder rates, violent crimes, and decreasing property crimes, plus, giving people, who have nothing better to do, in the past, than entertain themselves, being shut out, from opportunities, that other citizens, have learned to expect, from this American ride, jobs, school, giving to their communities, rather than taking from them, for lack of something better to do with their time and opportunities.  And they are not only saving lives, saving money, they would have to put into jails, rehabilitation efforts, like prisons, criminal justice, and, literally turning lives around!  Fucking cooler than hell, the worth of the soul is great, in the eyes of the Lord!  Christian principles, displayed in secular ways!  Towns, cities, counties, states, are little mini, testing capsules, that can, literally, create programs that the whole nation can benefit from!  One city, created, the Office of Neighborhood Safety, using, unarmed, emissaries, to walk the communities, taking the place of armed police, having a great impact, on citizens, feelings of safety, not only from other predators, but from cops, right now, with public image issues, after black shootings, and national issues, and reforms!  This is how we overhaul, our criminal justice systems, go to the heart of the problems . . . boredom, lack of income and jobs, lack of opportunity, getting negative attention, rather than contributing valuable and good energy, into their communities, becoming the heroes they were always intended to be!

Enemy combatant is a term referring to persons who, either lawfully or unlawfully, directly engages in hostilities for an enemy state or non-state actor in an armed conflict.^[1][2] Prior to 2008, the definition was: "Any person in an armed conflict who could be properly detained under the laws and customs of war." In the case of a civil war or an insurrection the term "enemy state" may be replaced by the more general term "Party to the conflict" (as described in the 1949 Geneva Conventions Article 3).^[3]

In the United States the phrase "enemy combatant" was used after the September 11 attacks by the George W. Bush administration to include an alleged member of al Qaeda or the Taliban being held in detention by the U.S. government as part of the war on terror. In this sense, "enemy combatant" actually refers to persons the United States regards asunlawful combatants, a category of persons who do not qualify for prisoner-of-war status under the Geneva Conventions. However, unlike unlawful combatants who qualify for some protections under the Fourth Geneva Convention, enemy combatants, under the Bush administration, were not covered by the Geneva Convention. Thus, the term "enemy combatant" has to be read in context to determine whether it means any combatant belonging to an enemy state or non-state actor, whether lawful or unlawful, or if it means an alleged member of al Qaeda or of the Taliban being detained as an unlawful combatant by the United States.

FACTS

• Apple Inc. created phones for their customers, a phone, at great expense, not only to produce the technology, but to purchase the phones, that protects their buyers of the searching eyes of law enforcement's ever invasive meta data gathering, in a blanket warrant, that allows cops to have access to the accounts of computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices and technology, of American high tech companies, who object and are under pressure and scrutiny, from the buying public, to take precautions against these, unreasonable searches and seizures, in violation of 4th, 9th, and 14th amendments.
• In 2012, the day, I was sworn in, as a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, able to argue in the high court, Justice Antonin Scalia, an constitutional strict constructionist, read the ruling of the Supreme Court, in a case, called, U.S.A. v. Jones, another case, involving, the FBI, the 4th amendment, and other rights, including the right to privacy, and the liberty to be free of government, big brother, invasion of personal, and protected private property, as in their persons, houses, papers, and effects.  In the Jones case, I believe, relying on my Brock security case, filed in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, almost a year earlier, where I argued that computer files today, are the equivalent of the founding father's days, papers, and should be protected from, say security investigators, coming in a financial planners office, and without a warrant, not even an administrative subpoena, or having gone before a judge, examining the probable cause, to see if it is sufficient to justify, crossing the lines of privacy and protections, due to some reason, traditionally, connected with crimes before they happen, or in the furtherance of a criminal investigation and prosecution, to bring someone to justice, thus protecting society, from harm or the actions of this suspect, thus gathering evidence that is needed for the prosecution and protection.  I Jones, the FBI wanted to put a GPS tracking device on an alleged, drug king-pin's vehicle.  The magistrate or judge, found that, there was sufficient probable cause, to justify, placing, a GPS tracking system, on the man's vehicle, in Washington D.C., within the 10 day, period, the judge found to be a reasonable time frame to accomplish that act.  However, the FBI, violated the warrant, put the GPS on, not the suspect's vehicle, as I recall, on the eleventh day, in Baltimore.  The FBI used the information, they gathered, to prosecute the king-pin, and the defense team, moved to suppress the evidence that was damaging to their client, by arguing that the warrant and GPS placing were, stale, going outside the perimeters of the warrant, thus, the warrant was not good . . . The United States Supreme Court, agreed with the defense, and said that a vehicle was, an affect, under the list of 4th amendment items that are to be protected from unreasonable searches and seizures.  This was a case that, me and my clients, were watching carefully, because, it was directly related to our case, through analogous comparison.  I got a copy of the brief from the clerk of the U.S. Supreme Court, and realized, that is was my argument in the Brock case, and was the 4th amendment issue that I was seeking a ruling and certiorari, or a hearing and ruling from the Court, and therefore, I decided, that I didn't need to go further, because, it was basically my case.  It is interesting, that, in one newspaper article, after an initial hearing or in the briefs, the defense counsel brought the public policy argument, telling the justices, that, if the FBI was allowed to just put a GPS tracking device on any one's vehicle, they too, could be the target of the invasive, secretive actions of the FBI . . . Justice Scalia went apeshit, to think that, the FBI could trace him, without him knowing the device was there.
• without, doing really much research and only being familiar with the newspaper articles on the attacks and a sketchy, brief reading and skim of the facts, without a TV, I will write the facts, in this issue between Apple and the FBI.  From, the little I know, just tangentially, listening or hearing about it, through this or that source, generally, on the run, or doing other things, what I think, is going on, is that Apple, is refusing to comply with an FBI request, to break the encrypted codes, of an Apple phone, that was in the possession of a friend? of one of the bombers, thinking that there may be some valuable information, as to who these people were and why they did what they did.  Apple, is arguing, from what I would do had I been their attorneys, protecting the civil and constitutional rights of ALL Apple customers, in telling the FBI, to go take a flying fuck, through a rolling doughnut, in no uncertain terms, and I am sure, they feel far stronger than that, in light of the NSA, the cyber cops, who do the tech work and spying for them, violating rights, all over the place without going through the process, that pesky, little, due process or notice + hearing, that is required to get a warrant, putting the FBI under the obligation to justify, violating or proving that their actions or requests, getting a warrant, justify, in the judge's mind, that they had given enough probable cause to take the actions of searching and seizing whatever it is they want . . . in this case, data from the phone.
• even though, the FBI is arguing that, they are just taking this ONE phone, and using their OWN technology to break the encrypted code, thus protecting all other Apple customers, privacy, Apple, would argue, that, while the invasive and intrusive government action, is allegedly, only on that one phone, that one phone, and breaking the code, on that one phone, would allow the FBI access to ALL OTHER customer's phones, because the technology, is not unique to just that ONE phone, with each phone, having a distinctly individual encrypted code, general technology, and encryption, is one application and code, that unlocks, ALL APPLE PHONES, giving the FBI, in all reality, a MASTER KEY, to unlock all, phone secrets, on EVERY Apple phone, thus violating the very purpose of the encrypted code . . . it is not, even a lenient or liberal application, such as giving an inch, it is giving the whole mile, by the judge giving, access to just this ONE phone!

ANALYSIS . . . PRIVACY vs. NATIONAL SECURITY

• from my perspective, and in my opinion, national security, is the wa card, law enforcement uses, to get access to everything, from your cell phones, computers, technologies and devices, and that is exactly, how, we got into this mess with the NSA, doing this mega or meta data gathering, and for all intents and purposes, the FISCA courts, are nothing more than, a select panel of judges, that, merely, rubber stamp, the FBI warrants, every 90 days, as a matter of rote actions, to pretend to satisfy the letter of the law, however, violating the spirit of the law.  The two landmark and early U.S. Supreme Court cases, the law, when dealing with new statutes and laws, is that: (1) any law that is repugnant to the Constitution is VOID; and (2) any law that is consistent with the letter and spirit of the Constitution, is CONSTITUTIONAL!  
• as a constitutional law attorney, bad ass at that, and hard core, protector, preserver and defender of the rights and protections, this brilliant document, was set in motion and drafted, signed and implemented to do, the FBI, as they have in this Apple case, rather than gathering, mega or meta data, as if, using a huge ass fishing net or web net, to gather, without discrimination, all American's private and personal data, just in case, the FBI might, need it at some future point, the agency, should, seek a warrant, based on oath and affirmation, presented, in camera, to a judge, providing the proper due process and attention, seeing that this is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, and not to be easily dismissed; therefore, the PRISM programs, in my mind, violate constitutional rights and it therefore, unconstitutional, the way, it has been applied, totally invasive, and aggressive, with all access, without, the FBI having to justify anything! violating both the letter and the spirit and repugnant to the CONSTITUTION!
• access to the encrypted code, due to the business secrets, intellectual property, technical process, including the costs, the selling and advertised protection, against, exactly what, would be violated, not only the trust of the company, but the violation of American principles and concepts.  To me, it appears to just be, a curiosity, a power play, an act of revenge, that Apple is protecting their customers, something, that few have been able to do, especially against the government, and basically rendering the technology, expense and protections, NULL and VOID!  The attack, has already happened, so the FBI action, is latent or late, a band aid, where surgery should have happened, or prevention, rather than, after the fact, information gathering.  THE attack is over, the crime committed, the suspects or bombers are dead, the FBI actions, are not in furtherance of the prosecution, but, like, an agency, who is used to getting their way, furthering the exact fears, spying on America, this encryption was created for or to prevent. The argument of national security, is over used . . . if the court were to deny the FBI's motion, really, nothing would change; however, if the court as it did, orders or stands by its order, or the Court of Appeals panel, does force, as it has, but, the battle is not over yet, Apple to turn over that phone, the gateway, to violating all rights of Apple users, there is the floodgate argument, the public policy argument, the slippery slope, that we have already gone down, with Apple, saying, NO, then protecting individual rights and protection, creating programs after the fact to block and force the FBI to follow, laws, 240 years old!

CONCLUSION

• from what I understand, these terrorists, were not secretive about their intentions . . . they were in ISIS magazines, and clearly had been radicalized; therefore, without, the phone, the FBI, before the fact, should have had these names on their radar, the old fashioned way, by doing the leg work, the investigative work, before hand, that might have prevented this attack, doing their job, before hand, protecting national security, using that argument against them, rather than always for them, this time, pushing back, the overstepping we all know, has GONE TOO FAR.
• we can't turn back time and go back and stop this attack, so, the risk of violating, ALL Apple customers, for something the FBI can't justify by oath and affirmation with probably cause, that they can list with specificity, what is or is possibly on that phone, and might, create some reason, more probable than not, that this particular friend, goes beyond, just interest, to having reason, to justify the reasonable search and seizure.  The FBI has to stop being lazy, using after the fact, technology, replacing, leg work and research, making it look, like they did their job . . . after the fact, the attacks are done, the FBI doesn't know if there is anything of us, and they, must give the judge, the reasons of what they believe or are more probably going to find on that phone, to warrant, breaking the rules, forcing Apple to comply with the FBI's request . . . I don't think, that standard of review and affirmation, or any specificity has been met; therefore, I would rule NO, seeing the risk of the exposure of ALL accounts and customers protections at risk, being more weighty on the side of blind justice, than on only the phishing expedition, and real, lazy ass way to do business, investigation, thus, not putting national security at risk at all, because, there is no guarantee that they will find anything, and they could have obtained the ISIS information without violation of rights, before, rather than after the fact.
• this is just a cursory look at the issue, and I am sure, I could come up with more reasons, with any thought, this is just off the cuff, and off the top of my head.  But, I was either, lacking being impressed by any of the Republican candidates for president, and even not being impressed with Ted Cruze, allegedly a Harvard law grad, with tons of experience before the high court, the others all sided with the sob, FBI story to always, get the people or sheeple, to turn over their rights and privacy, all in the name of alleged or bogus, national protection.  Like in the Boston bomber case, these boys were on the FBI radars screen, for 5 fucking years, and as I recall, Russia even contacted the U.S. and warned the feds to watch them, as did their mother . . . in light of this, the FBI did nothing to stop the attacks, and after the fact is too late! as it is in this case.

Some good quotes, you would think the author was an attorney!  Hey, I could relate to the first trial stuff, and digging for witnesses, finding the sections of missing codes, and policy, getting the big win, with the nation of attorneys watching the Brock case, it is just that I was in jail, in Moab, during the fan fair and photo ops on the win, on my $357 million lawsuit, followed by the nation of SEC attorneys and financial planners, but, it was Kay or Rachel, or Shelley, who got the fame, while I got JAILED, brought, after 9 days of solitary confinement, with no chance of me hearing the news of the case, with a single letter saying out of the blue that the case has been cancelled, with my clients rich, Mitt enriched and Kay meeting Mitt in the UK for a BBC documentary, on a Mormon President for the World, then, me finishing the lawsuit, at the U.S. district court, to make it look good, and the money, left with Kay, Brett, Shelley, Dick, Henry and Jay, leaving the brilliant attorney, in jail, doing all 5 briefs after getting out, killing the government's attorneys, who had already defaulted, and me crucifying the judge's jurisdictional arguments and when they couldn't beat me, they just up and terminated the case, in violation of all law and rules of civil procedure, with all the scoundals, absconding with the MONEY!  Nice . . . so I could relate to the ending, too.  Oh, I was going to say, on the other multi-million dollar case, Cheek vs Garrett, a $56.7 million lawsuit, I fought to the bitter end too, to be cut out again, when the government and outside law firms could not beat me, as in the Brock case, they just ran me out of the state and tried to kill me, but, early on, in the criminal cases, attached to the civil rights case, as attorney on both, before, Kelly Ann Boothe got credit, for getting her logo on the complaint, when the case, was won by me, I was going into a status conference, and I asked, my clients, who had been in court for years, with Haylee, what a status conference was, never intending to practice trial law, getting drug in, seeing how terrible her attorneys, some of the best in Utah, allegedly, sleeping with his client, I was pulled kicking and screaming in by default, and learned as I went, terrorizing prosecutors, judges, and cops, alike, being super aggressive, making up in might, what I lacked in knowledge, but was familiar enough, and a quick study, but, the shitty, Private Investigator, for the Cheeks, refused to work with me, after, he heard me ask what a status conference was, as we headed through the courtroom doors!  LOL . . . I always pulled it off!

I took this picture, February 20, 2016 . . . Go figure, I got it today, when, I tried to get the other picture of the money card, addressed at the MRM to me, JoAnn S. Secrist and Elliot T. Secrist--staff was freaked out by this man's name on my mail and card--relax, it just my rock star son!, and the Stella's receipt, that, shows history of being here . . . I have other proof and of being in Billings, February 1, 2016, but I actually checked into the MRM, where I still am, I believe on Saturday night, January 29, 2016--because I got lost the next morning looking for the church, I saw on Saturday . . . I think I should stay, the Mission, makes me save 80% of my check, that would be a first for me!  LOL!  Someone needs to get me under control, and I want to attend that "Campaign School" at the Big Horn Resort, March 1, 2016!  Right down my line of interests--POLITICS!  If Billings keeps planning cool stuff, like the "Bucking-Horse Sale Day" or at least attracts the cowboys here, I'm staying! don't tell the cops or the security guards at the Billings Public Library--cowboy sitting right in front of me, at Burger King--smile--his wife just sat down--where one is, there has to be more--wink . . . I missed Senator Tester's "Small Business Opportunity Conference"--attended that last year, in Missoula, Montana--it was great! . . . I also missed the Native Americans--I like Indians better, constitutional reference, "Education for All" Conference at the Crowne Plaza!  Scream!  Maybe if I stay at the Mission, until May, save my money, because I have to, to keep a roof over my head, get a job, now that I at least have a piece of paper, stating I have my SS card--Pov hasn't sent my SS card yet, I can get a van, and Get Lost In Montana, like I did, the first year and a half I was in Montana, when I had my truck and my car--respectively, both taken out from under me, car blown up with a pipe bomb--my JoAnn Bond Moment, and 4 Iron County sheriff's stealing my truck! telling me the next time I left the state, it would be on FOOT--because, I outsmarted them 5 previous times I got out of the state of Mormon, safe back in Montana!  I showed them, I got out of town on the Greyhound!  TA truck and bus stop, just down the road from my Parowan house!  LOL!  Then, I can travel the state in the summer and go to all the fun stuff, concerts, festivals, events, all over the state; I'm missing out by not being able to get to any small towns, not on the bus route! . . . mobile life!  Gotta dig this Montana Ride!  I love it!

Cool, Hardee's Morning Experience--Gideon Tellman

Yesterday, I am sitting, madly typing away on my blog, and some, older gentleman, about my age, lol, came bursting through the doors, on the atrium side, where I was . . . imitating me typing like a wild woman, smiling, acting like he was typing as wild and crazy as I do--lightening fast, not quite as accurate, especially when the NSA turns off spell check, like, ah, right now . . . but, I was focused and just smiled and kept typing.  He had his breakfast, and when he came back out, he saw my Gideon Placed Bible, on top of my dark green and black backpack, didn't interrupt me, and just pointed to the Bible, touched it with, his finger, and smiled, gave me the thumbs up and left, happily out the door!  Was he a Gideon?  Did he place the Bible at the Mission?  I found this one, separate from all the hundred or so other Bibles, over on the bookshelf, this one was all alone, on the piano, across the room, and I most likely would not have grabbed one of the others, off the shelf, but, this one, for some unknown reason, caught my eye, or at least got me to pick it up and see the great reading list, that has cool, simple divisions, making teaching, if I would follow the list provided, very easy and targeted to the new Christian, or someone, not as well versed in the scriptures, as, let say, I am . . . so, if I run out of mental scriptures, I can always go back to the list, and pick up where I left off.

That reminds me of a really great picture, I saw, last night at the Mission, while I was, just picking up children's books, when one called, Marvels of Nature, with a T-Rex on the cover--way cool, terrorizing picture of the beast, leading me to, another large book, called, How Do I Know God Lives . . . in this book there was this pic of a kid, opening the Bible, and looking at it, with lights going on, as if the meanings and the stories in the Bible, were making sense, and becoming real to him!  I smiled and thought, I hope my kids are opening the scriptures, because, they have been my strength and my power, through, all this government torture shit, leading me, guiding me, and bearing me up, as if on the wings of eagles, letting me trample my enemies, as if they were lions and cobras, as in Psalms 91, with guys after me, amped up, special forces, from military groups, called Cobras, etc.  My God is an awesome God, as real as any earthly father! 

One of the things, I loved about teaching, both, high school and at three colleges, or universities, was looking out into a sea of faces, at the U of U, Salt Lake City, Utah, where Elliot, is now a music major, with about the same, GPA, as his mother, when she was an undergrad, some 72 or so, in my family law class, only seniors could take, just before graduating from college, and seeing, one face at a time, brighten, as if the lights went on in their heads, like, hey, I get this stuff!  I loved watching their brains at work, not many dared comment in my class, I was a T-Rex type professor, but, without saying a word, someone, would, lay back in their chair, smile, put a pencil to their lips, and a calm, sense of goodness, spilled over their mind, body and soul . . . this makes sense.  The great thing about me teaching, was, that, as an assistant attorney general, or staff attorney for the Division of aging, or even working as general counsel for the Utah Medical Association, or spending a summer working on life issues, like abortions and physician assisted suicide, for Americans United for Life, was that, I was, actually doing the real stuff, during the days, and teaching, family law at night, with stories that were REAL, RAW and RELEVANT!

I can do that with the scriptures too, with daily examples, who God helps me, guides me, teaches me, deals with me, as a very angry, but, protected, attorney, blogger, mother, grandmother, who has had to deal with stuff, nobody should have, as have my very talented, smart, cool, beautiful children, whom I admire and respect for the grace and dignity, in which they have conducted themselves, taking, everything from, their person protection, and that of their family, in consideration, knowing that whatever they have had to do, I know they love me, and they know, that but for the worst case scenario, I will do everything to protect them, but sometimes, life, issues, principles, concepts, millions of people, in jeopardy, sometimes, things are bigger than we are, even as family members, it goes beyond us . . . just like in the scripture I quoted yesterday in my blog . . . if you are not, willing to take up your cross and follow Me, you are not worthy of ME! or JESUS . . . I would hope my readers, my children, would, realize that their choices, are not just restricted to having consequences in this world, but in the world, in glories, beyond this world, and it matters!

• I literally, came out of NOWHERE, to take Utah POLITICS by STORM . . . being everywhere, in everything and killing cop and prosecutors, legislation, promoted by the attorney generals office, even when in administration, over 13 staff and 1800 volunteers, created an award winning manual on domestic violence and sexual assault, now in use by the Department of Justice, on human body trafficking, I did tons of stuff and went, literally, from being a housewife, to law school, and straight to the top of WHO'S WHO in UTAH POLITICS, LAW, and UNIVERSITIES, way better than Sarah Palin, or Rachel . . . she limited, I am not, but I was the MODEL!
• that same fucking white suburban, Mo family wagon, Rachel hauled her kids around in Southern Utah, just went by for the third time, God, indicating, fuck YEAH, that is Rachel!  LOL
• Rachel had four kids, so Sarah had to differ, there could be no connection between Palin and Mormonism, so that fake blessing by the medicine man, or black VOODOO preacher, to so distance, her from her real religion . . . come on . . . I guess that was Shelley or Kay!  LOL.  But finally, Judge Shumate, who knew me from my Utah Prosecution Days, AG days, finally, called the hearing and told me and the other attorney, Jim someone? Dream of Comfort

When I first came to Montana, I didn't see a cop for the first two and a half months, and I was going back and forth, living in my truck, Getting Lost in Montana, practicing law in Utah, trying to finish my career as an attorney there, without, being arrested, jailed, or killed, but, owing my clients, who all eventually either lied, for the enemy, or died, so I can't say as if I blame them, but trying to finish my cases, without getting, ineffective assistance of counsel, even though, I no longer wanted to practice in Utah, seeing Montana, as the last best place, in more ways than one . . . until all hell broke out in Montana, as the Utah cops hooked up with the Mormon cops, inside the police departments, claiming to work, both for the police and sheriff's departments, and also for a police or sheriff's department, or the Mo mafia . . . scripture . . . not only a battle over politics, in the 2012 election cycle, but, also, over the souls of man, family wanting the Mormon Church to save all the world, and me knowing . . . if you believe in a prophet, you get a prophets reward, and Joseph Smith could not save my fucking pinkie finger!  There is only one name, under Heaven, that will bring all people to their knees, confessing the name of JESUS CHRIST, to be saved!

So this has been a literal WAR, beyond politics, and with the majority of men and women in federal law enforcement agencies, being Mormon, and possibly here in Montana, and for sure in Utah, same with Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, Colorado, and even in Washington and California, or being sympathetic or Republican, this dream has been a long time in coming!  The dream appeared to be divided, most logically, in four parts, as sequence dreams to, or that is the way, I had to look at it, to get a plausible read on the meaning:

PART #1

An Apparent Invitation to Live in a Co-ed House On a Hill

Generally with dream interpretation, you can look at your living arrangements, or your surroundings, and they can influence, your dreams, plus things, that may be triggered by some sign or statement, like the sign I saw on the bus, View the Big Picture.  So, in this first part of the dream, there was this old home, and some guy, offered or invited me to come, check it out and see what I thought, about living there, or I had committed, to the living arrangements, because, I went into the kitchen, and it was a mess with tons of dishes, and I had to do a chore, like I have to at the Montana Rescue Mission . . . and I was, looking at the mess, and wondering how I could get everything done, so that people in the house, could make dinner, or get something to eat, with such a mess.  Being a bit, overwhelmed, I wandered into the living room where there were many people, mostly, young, professionals, male and female, and everyone, was watching a movie and just chilling out, much like last night at the Mission, but only with women, and we have a great crew of fun staff and fun people, women, with a good chemistry going, and we watched movies and ate popcorn and it was cozy, close and warm, with a cute movie about an angel, coming down a protecting a family, with a company, but with the father dying of a heart attack, and an evil villain, the competition, with the dead father, sending Clarence, and angel wanting his wings, down to help the family, and to stop the wife from committing suicide.  Kind of a play, on a modern day version of, It's a Wonderful Life.

So, it struck me as a congenial group, of 25 to 40 year old professionals, relaxing and wanting me to join them, but, I was worried, that my chore was not done, and needed to be done, before I could relax, but, none of them seemed worried.  And they encouraged me to join them, but I felt, I needed to do something to at least, get the ball going on my job or chore before I could relax.

Gray Tub, Of Clean, Hot, Soapy Water For Dishes--Floor of Kitchen

I know the font type is larger than the rest, but, this very simple and tiny action by me, seemed to be the impetus, to cause the group to relax or be a key element, in the interpretation.  Okay, so I leave the room with the very cool, calm and collected crowd, laying all over the couches, chairs and floor, crossed legs and hanging out, watching some movie, and leave to go in the kitchen, to get the dishes and the new contributions to the mess, at least, in some organized fashion.  So, I go in the kitchen, and get a gray plastic tub, like they use in restaurants or even at the Federal Building in Billings, to put your backpacks, purses or computers and electronic equipment through the scanners and surveillance machines, to make sure you don't have bomb, or something . . . that may be, a key symbolic sign also, of these young professionals being, on a federal level. I always, worried, that the R.E.D.S. or Retired and Extremely Dangerous crowd, that seemed re-hired or retained to do most of this to me, would be hard for new, say, FBI agents, or CIA agents, to track and catch, being, trained and practiced, in the art of espionage and sedition, spying, back in the day, when you didn't have computers and such to help, and they might be, or were far more experienced, and would be able to fool the younger generation of agents, assigned to apprehend them.  Or, local cops, trying to take down the feds.  There was always this truck, that, would show up at key times over the last four years, that said: Our Best Resource, is the Person Driving or Sitting in This Truck, those are not the word, but the sign to me, was, you lived it, we are trying to put together the pieces of this intricate web of lies and crimes, and we need your help, even to the point of, using me as live bait!  Which I could fully understand, given the  complexity and challenge of, not only who was involved, but the level of professionals involved, and younger, less experience, cops, even going after, their heroes and trainers.

I get this gray tub, many bus boys and girls will use to gather up dirty dishes . . . symbolic there too, catching the dirty professionals.  I fill it with, nice hot sudsy water, and for some strange reason, maybe because it was so dirty, on the counters, in the sink, and everywhere, I put the gray tub, with the clean water, in the middle of the kitchen floor, and left it, so that people could, bring their dirty silverware or dishes and at least have somewhere to put the dishes, without putting them on the sink, to get the food crusty and stuck on the plates, silverware and glasses.  Then, I left the kitchen, relaxed and happy, that the chill crowd in the living room, watching the movie, didn't expect me to get the whole kitchen done by the time I joined them for the movie.  That, seemed nice.

Kitchen and Dishes, Magically Got Done While I Was Enjoying the Movie!  I Think This Section, Indicated, that While I May Have Laid the Ground Work, Cleaning Up This Big Ass Mess, Took A Whole Group of People!

This part of the dream, was bizarre, but, also, very telling and cool, in this next scene, with no transition, really between the movie and the next event, in the dream, me and all the professionals, were in the dirty kitchen . . . no, first, just, I walked in the kitchen, apparently after the movie, and to my surprise, the whole kitchen was spotlessly CLEAN . . . everything organized, all glasses, dishes and silverware, nicely setting in the dish drainer, floors, counters, stove, everything, nice and neat.  Then, in the next part or the continuation of this part, I was on the ground, level, and there was like a carpet of people on the floor, like carpet, with all of us, the young professionals, all crowded in this small, kitchen space, with me, on the lower level, or on the bottom, with the guy who invited me to live in the house, sitting, actually, sitting on top of my body, laid out, full body, on the floor, but, the weight and burden, was no issue, and we all seemed to be happy and celebrating for a time, and I wondered, if that, small, gray tub, that could have symbolized, getting, at least a paper, saying, I had my Social Security Card, and it was in the mail, like I have, first being sent to Missoula, then me calling staff at the Poverello Center, to forward it on, after my Walmart Money Card was stolen, worried that someone on staff allowed Shelley, or anyone to come, take my replacement card, that Walmart, sends out every two years, then activating it, taking away my only, connection to my life, my, career, my kids, since, nobody seems willing to take a DNA sample from four living, breathing children, that put them directly as my children--especially Elliot, God's Revolver Band, nor, does any form of I.D. seem to satisfy the DMV, EVEN with the Social Security paper, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, proof of living at both the Poverello, which is generally enough, and proof of living at the MRM, now, seem to satisfy, nor does, the wet signature from the DOC, now, asking for even more burdensome pain in the ass paperwork . . . with that paper being issued, before, anyone knew I was going to get it, and me, zigg-zagging, under awnings and large buildings, to avoid being detected by aerial surveillance, alerting SS workers, I was coming and not to issue me a card, even with all the information, required! was that the clean, soapy hot water?

Or, I wondered, that the proof of the US Bank receipt, the NSA and feds, tried to block me from adding to yesterday's blog, after I was going to quit, after just the title, until, several men, at the Billings Clinic, who seemed, to be watching and planning something, as they had the week before . . . for every sting op, I write about, there are two or three, I don't write about, so, just understand, this is a relentless, action, being the aggressors, and anything, I do, or write about it, totally in self-defense, and a protective measure, because, for the longest time, my blog was the ONLY protection, I felt I had against this daily, sometimes up to four assaults and black ops in one day, with NOBODY helping me . . . worth a BILLION DOLLARS, I would think, worth the time of federal agents over financial crimes, but that was not the case for SO LONG!  But, am sure, that, proof, of the fact, that, I am, in Billings, a fact, that seemed to be blocked and the reason, my Walmart Money Card was fucked with, and Shelley, was allowed to activate it, after staff either gave it to her, being my LAST ADDRESS, or, she hacked into the system, or just simply called and was allowed to send the card, other than where I was, fully sure, that the insider cop mafia, could kill me and get me before she was discovered, and the only reason, I discovered it, was because, God told me to, not only change me pin#, but, I fell pressed to keep trying, until I got a live voice, but that person, through their sarcasm, was noticeably, not a customers service person, but an FBI agents or someone with access!

I knew my spell check was off, and I knew the NSA was watching, when I typed the second part of the blog entry for yesterday, and it was touch and go, and, even then, it was blocked, and before, I left, Hardee's, there was a truck or a sign, or something, from Hardee's that, had the message, all it takes in one click . . . I hit the "publish", they seemed to block it, and the process was frozen, and I could not stop it, nor could they block it, and so I closed, the cover of my computer, and started to leave, and that message, to just do it once more, kicked, the checkmate, out of gear, in MY favor, and the blog with all the USBANK information, was PUBLISHED, and I was so exhilarated that I just had to write, FUCK YOU! LOL!  I knew, I had won a major battle!  LOL . . . even in the blog title today, all of the sudden, the cursor, slide to the end, which it never does, right in the middle of me trying to proof read it, for obvious errors, because you don't get spell check in the title, and you just get this little text box, to type, so you only see about 15 words, with my huge ass titles, and I general, just hope it makes sense, and have to go with it . . . like I said, if it were perfect, it would NOT BE ME!  LOL!  But, all of the sudden, a blank, new tab opened, after the last sign, to stop, hitting the end of the title, indicating to me, good, bad or ugly, LEAVE IT ALONE and FINISH, right here, right now, or they are going to erase it, as USUAL!  So, I followed, God, my Intel, man's directions, and closed it out!

I almost forgot, the guy sitting on me, was unknown to me, but, while we all had our clothes on, there seemed to be something, sexual, about, the two of us, even though, I didn't know who he was . . . I know, that, when I have written a killer brief, or blog, or done an exceptionally good job on some legal thing, I get a buzz, much like, a low grade orgasm or at least, that, fun sexual feeling, indicating, some connection between me and the young guy, probably around 30 to 40 . . . funny, the other day, the cowboy, that was going to have me come drop calves, on his family ranch, and I believe, paid, not to, because the next day, he came in, wanting to take me to dinner, breakfast or lunch, moving from the, I just want to experience this activity, genuine Montana event, with me, even telling him, if I did this, I didn't want it to turn out, like the White Fish, house I was going to rent, with two of, come to think of it, 3 of the 4 guys, wanting to have sex with me, fat or not!  NO DICE . . . three days to move out . . . what?  I was shocked, but I told this guy about it, and he didn't seem to get it, that there was no personal interest, just work, and dinner, or company!  LOL!

He tried to mentally feel me out to see what my intentions were, with sister, who wants to sell the ranch, balking at free help? or worried, that, this new female, was horning in on the family property, and inheritence and bro, might have an ally, and an attorney, to boot?  But, when he tried to hang with me, and I basically, told him, that, I would be happy with a day, watching, no threat to sister, making it clear, that there was not attraction there, he came to the HUB, the next day, dressed in a new cowboy shirt, nice new hair cut, and he was on his way to North or South Dakota, to visit his new grand baby, now 6 days old . . . these fucker, have the money, to make wishes come true, and the larger the connection to me, the BIGGER THE DEAL! So much for, Mr. Round-Up, Montana, and calf dropping . . . van going by, Find the Hero In You!  OK!  It hurts to be beautiful, even when you are fat and 61!  SHIT!  This Marine cowboy, pulled out Skoals tobacco chew, and said, when he first met me, I have been chewing this stuff, longer than you are old, and I said, oh, yeah, I'm 61, and he looked at me in disbelief, and I said, how old are you, and he said, 52!!!!  LOL!  He told me he was shocked, and I said, I can get away with 40 years old, he agreed.  Then, I said, if I was thin, laughing, I could get any guy, and he said, You can get any guy now!  Gotta love these cowboys, no matter how big the job, or ass, they are game!  LOL . . . that seemed to be the case with the young guy, and maybe the reason for me leaving the house?

I Leave the House, or Commune and Go Back, Passing Along Dirt Roads, a House, with Two Young Boys, Out in the Yard, Playing with Chickens

Now, even from the first part of the dream, the living in the house, seemed, like more of an invitation, and less, like I was actually living there, except for the chore?  But, in this final segment, I am leaving the house, and walking down the road, and I walk passed this hot, dusty, dirty road, like in southern Utah, red rock country, and this house was set back, and I couldn't see it, but there were two little boys, one a toddler, and the other, a young boy, and they were playing with chickens in the front yard, and I just walked on down the road, and the dream was over.  I wondered, if that or the two boys, were, my sons, although, Elliot has red hair, and Chris, was very blonde, when he was young, but the baby was young enough, and without much hair, as El was when he was born?  

But, I wondered, in some symbolic way, if, the dream was telling me, that, my sons, were so young, when all these crimes and stuff started, that, they could not be held responsible for being chicken, to tell the truth, fight the bad guys, or not to be fooled by, misleading lies and information about me, coming from aunts, uncles, grandparents, in-law, outlaws, and although, I was close, they were raised with their father, who must have had some type of anger, since, I merely had a dream to leave and get a divorce, and I had struggled with an emotional affair, never acting on it, and doing all in my power to fight it, never touched the guy, never kissed, never dreamed, after graduating from my undergrad, Zeke or Richard would get a job, after 8 years of trying to get out of Ogden, Utah, would end up putting me right in the Lion's Den, with Mike, either going to law school on one main road, in Provo, or living on the other, and my best friend, in his Mormon Ward, and the three-some of friends from the English program and majors, from Weber State University, scene of the attraction, all ending up in Provo, together again . . . so, I am sure there was anger on Zeke's part, and on the boys, with Elliot only 5 and Chris only 8 years old, there is room for any type of lies, to take root, along with the pain, even though, I was with them, all the time, up at Jerry's and I think, they had a more fun, childhood and teenage years, than had they, if me and their father would have stayed together . . . I was dying 6 years, before, I got a divorce.  They were far too young to understand, and I knew there would be reprecusions, but, fucking stolen life, fuck NO!

I have no fear of the TRUTH, but they do!  But, as early, as me graduating from, Weber State University, in 1986, when Elliot was only 3 and Chris was only, 6, Shelley seemed to have this fascination with me, and my life.  I remember, after my divorce, her having, a copy of my journal, and when, I said, I had been, somewhat miserable, for sometime, before, my divorce, Shelley, said, no you were not, I read your journal . . . I don't even know where she got it from, and she, argued with me, that I was not miserable?  I remember her having my high school, senior year book, and wondering why she had it, rather than her own?  I remember, her having pictures of me in high school, on her shelf and none of her?  Yesterday, when I saw that true crime episode, called, SINCE THE DAY YOU WERE BORN? wondering, if, seeing that my father, was a spy in the Office of Strategic Intelligence, Service, the precursor to the CIA, if, I had been, a super baby, as my CIA hit woman friend and foe, wondered, and about that same time, I met a woman from Great Falls and one in Butte, that said, they had been adopted, not my case, but, when they traced there roots back, they only found the U.S. Government . . . I was born on a Navy Base . . . or was Shelley, replaced, as the only child, by me, at the ripe old age of 13 months, jealous, since the day I was born, and replaced her?  Who the fuck knows, but this has been one hell of a battle!  Shelley worked with my father, since she was in JUNIOR HIGH, and when I asked him, who, he thought was the smartest kid in the family, sure he would say me, having accomplished much, in my short tenure as an attorney . . . he shocked me and said, Shelley?  the welfare queen that had lived off mom and dad, since, her divorce, 7 years earlier, coming from Carson City, moving back in with mom and dad? having at least 3 of her 4 children out of wedlock and doing nothing of note, that I had seen?

WHATEVER?

GOD WAS ALWAYS MY FATHER, OR AT LEAST THE ONE I COULD RELY ON!  STILL IS!

MY WHOLE FAMILY ARE ENEMY COMBATANTS TO ME!  MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS WERE PUSHED INTO A WORLD, FAR BEYOND THEIR MEANS TO UNDERSTAND OR CONTROL, AND THEY DID RIGHT TO PROTECT THEMSELVES . . . . CHICKEN SHITS!  LUV U!
