Utah wants the feds out? I say we do it. Boot Utah from the union, keep our American birthright and legacy intact and let the state’s electorate elevate Rob Bishop to Prime Minister or King or whatever they want. They can lease their own land for oil and gas drilling, or cut trees on private land for timber. They can mine for gold, zinc, copper and molybdenum beneath their own land, but not ours.

It is amazing, how, my blog, can morph in my mind, as I talk to my very smart daughter, and her very smart, husband, getting, smart ideas--such as the article, I started this blog with, that develop, expand, and start taking shape, as I head over, to one of my mobile offices, dotting the land, those establishments, that have Internet, and Diet Coke, that courses through my veins, like blood! And this morning is no different. My brainiac, hyper educated, maybe future lawyer, daughter--with a master's degree in natural resource management, having worked for the BLM, Forest Service, and Division of Natural Resource Management, who is smarter than most of the attorneys and judges, I know, including, myself, is doing research on a case of domestic terrorism, in Oregon, where she was a hotshot, wild lands, firefighter, over the summer, fighting the fires, set by these evil clown ranchers, who, must have gotten his ideas, of anarchy from Mormon, Cliven Bundy, the welfare rancher--refusing to recognize the BLM or the federal government, in Bunkerville, Nevada, the state of Mormon II, telling this rancher, as if a scholar in constitutional law, that leasing or not, and grazing cattle on federal lands, or better known as public lands . . . yeah, OUR LANDS, that the feds manage for our use and benefit!, actually thinks, that to keep this clowns, cattle off lands, he has no right to be on in the first place, without a federal permit, as I understand it, and doesn't pay leasing rights, to graze his cattle on . . . is setting fires on this same land, to clear the underbrush, and grow, nice new baby grasslands, for his cattle, risking, the destruction of homes, and properties, of ours, in addition to the public lands, we have access to, believes, that any land, the feds, want to block him and his cattle from, who can strip the grassland to the state, that, grass will never grow there again . . . look at the terracing that dots, the hills and landscape in Utah, where that was allowed to happen, 150 years ago, and you will see what I am talking about . . . the grass doesn't grow back, if eaten to a certain point of no return, but, he expects the BLM, to fence in all the public lands, so his cattle, free ranging, are not trespassing on public lands, they should not be on, or that are protected, or on wetlands, and other, federally protected areas, that for reasons, beyond the use, and the mental capacity of Bundy-like characters, and other welfare, evil clown, ranchers, to understand!
So, that is the background, and issue, that led my daughter, to turn me onto the thought, and a great one, on Let's Boot Utah Out of the Union, as written in Hatch Magazine, with the offshoots, of many loony, ideas, thoughts and ideologies, having roots, in Utah, in their lawless, land policies, their polygamy, their random, and unconstitutional, erasing of the very, conditions for statehood, their, priesthood, Mormon, monkey judges, who, not only don't understand, know, and abide, by the very OATH, of office, they not only took as an attorney, but again as a judge, only to be on the bench in good behavior, as per, the U.S. Constitution, ARTICLE III, on the JUDICIARY! . . . you know, that pesky little document, these dumb asses, try in their Mo minds to either get rid of, or ignore! But, as I tried to remember, what the name of this article was, before, calling Greta, to get the actual name, and lead on where to find it in the vast amount of free, gratefully, information on the web, I did a search of my own! Scream, and it led me, even though, I typed in, Vermont, because, that is where I thought the article came from--actually, a blogger or writer in Pennsylvania, and landed me, square, back in UTAH!, at the Salt Lake Tribune, and with a search, that kicked up, Nat Carlson's blog, on fucking, POLYGAMY, that you can tell from my title, I have battled before!
Back in 2012, after this a bogus ruling on my case, that Nat and Steve Oberbeck, also a Trib, reporter, both of whom, interviewed, me, not only on the Brock case, but on the Cheek, Iron County corruption case, and other criminal law, as if those both were not criminal in nature, but, these two very brave, men, who were on my email contact list, actually, got the Salt Lake Tribune, the largest newspaper in Utah, or they were before this, to endorse, President Obama, also on my email contact list! The Trib took heat, subscribers cancelled, advertisers withdrew ads, and circulation dropped, but but, first amendment, right to free speech and press, carried the day, and I celebrated, cried, thanked, both reporters and God, for the U.S. Constitution! Home of the FREE, because of the BRAVE! KISS, KISS, HUG, HUG!
HOW?
So, how in the fuck, did I get from land management, grassland issues, ranchers, to POLYGAMY, and a judge, I fucking hate, who threw the U.S. Constitution out of his courtroom, and double docketed my case, allowing two outcomes, one for the world, Mo Chick attorney wins for big Republican donations, in MY securities case, for $357 million, against the state of Mormon, with a Mo presidential candidate? and another version for the REAL attorney, ME, on the famous case, "terminating" the case, cutting me out of my own case, and sending My, alleged, very, allegedly, anti, Mo, fake, me, ex-friend, married to MY husband, by proxy, through me, who I hate also, so that part I am fine with, stealing my attorney's fees, my case, my fame, my name . . . and meeting Mitt in the UK, because, Kay is U or ME, the day following, the COMPANY judge, doing criminal acts, all part of the ENTERPRISE, for RICO ACTIONS against the MOB--but perpetrated and protected by this same mob, better know as the MO MAFIA, with the help of, the MO run, FBI, CIA, NSA . . . blah, blah, blah, and I thought I was SICK, YESTERDAY! LOL!
THE POINT OF NO RETURN IN THIS BLOG!
We are were we are! A short overview of my history, regarding polygamy, might be in order, which will lead me into today's main points. So, as a young Mormon girl, born in California, but raised for the most part, in Utah, never really heard, much more about polygamy, than that settler, Brigham Young, of this is the place fame . . . better known by God's Revolver, my son, Elliot's band, as "this is the place? fuck, no, this a "A" place! putting not only geographical, historical, and constitutional perspective to the alleged, second, prophet of the Mo Church's comment, when he hit the Salt Lake Valley, Utah--looking for a place that nobody else wanted, so they could carrying on their bizarre practice of polygamy, that was the bain of the civilized world, seeing the practice or the principle to those in Utah, as one of the twin relics of BARBARISM, he is is mom's son, as are all my children, but, the thought of Joseph Smith, having more than one wife, at the time, was brushed under the carpet to protect, the first vision, missionary work, from the glaring eyes of a critical and skeptical public, but potential, new members.
I remember, hearing about the tarnished, woman, Emma Smith, the first of 51 wives, of Joe Smith, and how, she stayed behind, in Nauvoo, Illinois or Missouri, marrying a non-Mormon, dread of dreads, rather than joining, the alleged, saints, crossing the plains to Utah, only later, to find out, that Brigham Young, shortly after Joseph's death, pushing Emma to marry him, to get the furniture back from Emma, from the Mansion House, which Joseph put under his wife's name, with Emma, basically, telling Brigham, to fuck off, in no uncertain terms! LOL! I remember, hearing that Emma, didn't support Joe in his pursuit of other wives, pushing Eliza R. Snow, down the stairs, in the residents, she and Joseph shared, catching to two embraced, in each other's arms, either the nanny or the housekeeper, allegedly, causing her to never be able to have children . . . poetic justice, in my book! That was about it, until I got married, and had been married for several years, and was pregnant with my second child, Nicole, while my husband, was getting his master's degree, at the University of Arizona, back between, 1977 and about 1979, Nicole was born, right in the middle of his master's program, in Tuscon, Arizona.

So, I graduated, from Mormon seminary, with 5 years of religious education, taking 2 classes, my junior year, including a missionary prep class, that I loved, kind of for the religious zealots and fanatics, that I was, back in the day, but a smart one at that, even speaking at seminary graduation, my junior year, with 4 years under my belt, getting a rare, 5 years, in before graduation from high school. Most Mo kids, get 4 years, if and when they graduate, and I think, in my family of 8 children, the graduation rate for seminary, is maybe, 75%, if that . . . I know, Shelley didn't graduate, and Rachel didn't, Marcie is a wild card, and so is Jared, so, it could be as low as 50%, for all I know, so I was rare, even for a very devout, family. No slough in my religious studies, and education, and that went for, Sunday School, scripture study, also. I don't think any of my doubles, have half the religious and spiritual education that I have! LOL! Which, should be a clue, and add understanding, to some of my positions in that area.
Once in Arizona, and deeply into college life, with my husband, a gospel doctrine teacher, and, somewhat of a religious scholar, in his own right, and with a very, hyper educated group of students, in our ward, of only 23 couples, most, being either in their master's program, or studying law or medicine, with an occasional, military trained, son of a Washington, D.C., elite, bringing a very interesting and strategic interpretation to the many wars, in the Book of Mormon, with the highlight of my week, with babies and managing apartments to get through school, and my intellectual stimulation, with little connection to the outside world, with a very busy husband, who also, was working at the college, in the Urban Development Department, doing research or some type of Internship, taking time away from house and hearth, at the time, keeping me alive, mentally left, dormant and stagnating, making church, the focal point, of life, at the time, plus the weekly discussions in Sunday School, lead by my very open minded husband, letting the classes explore, thoughts, ideas, different interpretations, that have, now all been standardized, by the church correlation committee, to stop such discussions and we delighted in and enjoyed! but, one year, we were studying the Doctrine and Covenants, section, 132, the only scripture, we as a couple were told to read often, back in 1974, when we got married, in the Salt Lake Temple, the section, that contains the covenant and principle of plural marriage . . . now, married and thinking, fuck NO!
I Am a Mormon Girl . . . Or Was! LOL!
Rather, than, jump off a cliff, and hang myself for eternity, I decided, I better, make sure, I am not sealing my fate, of total spiritual destruction, for turning down the other 10 virgins, the scriptures, told me, my husband could claim, if they were not promised to anyone else. So, being the scholar I am, perhaps, starting at this time in my life, I got out the Bible, and started to read, where this whole fucked up deal started! And from what I could tell, Adam and Eve, were not commanded to live, the principle, so this is looking like, man speak, as Shelley, my non-religious sister would say, and the first time, I could find it appearing, was when Sarah, the wife of Abraham, Sariah and Abram, at the time, gave, Hagar . . . the starting of the Israeli/Palestinian conflicts of TODAY, so no little thing . . . her maid, to Abraham, to bear him children, that at that time, she had been unable to do, and had little faith, in God, telling her she would have a son. But, God was pissed at Sarah for doing this, and he also, in scripture, was not cool with Abraham, taking Hagar and fathering, children, lacking faith, in having a child of their own, who was to be the seed of Abraham, that would eventually, be numbered, as the sands of the sea!
So, that was not a good, start, to convince me, that polygamy, was either, a righteous thing, nor, something to be tolerated by God, as seen, and re-emphasized, in Mormon doctrine, found in the Book of Mormon, and early look at polygamy, by Joseph Smith, looking at the biblical fathers, and wondering, why modern men, could not engage in this old practice, that was done away with in Christ and being supported, by statements in New Testament, scriptures, stating that bishops are to be the husband of ONE wife! And, never, ever, do you see, that men, of that time, had more than one wife, so . . . a bit suspicious to me, no wonder, Mormons, and Joe Smith, needed a second witness and new scripture, because the old ones, didn't support, male penis desires, nor multiple wives, of the Old Testament. And, so Joe Smith, takes the middle road, maybe, we are leaving the door open, but, for right now, in the Spaulding, text, there is no, right, to multiple wives, concubines, none, and God sees this as the man speak it is, and he listens to the tender cries of the wives and children, coming up to Heaven, calls polygamy as an ABOMINATION! But, there is always, that escape clause . . . unless, God wants to raise up a righteous seed?
Okay, so, Jacob 2, of the Book of Mormon . . . the general rule of law, God's law, is no, but, there is a caveat, and under special circumstances, maybe. NICE. Hold onto your hat, Mo men, and other recruits, even though, the Book of Revelations, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, Himself, Son of God, through, sidekick, John the Revelator, said, there should be nothing added to this book, Joseph Smith, now, married a few years longer, and seeing all the hot new converts to his church, Christ church? So, new revelation, in direct, contradiction to the Book of Mormon, makes, multiple or plural wives, A-OK! REALLY? are you SERIOUS? What the FUCK? I just don't think so, not in scripture, the world recognizes, not in Mo scripture in the early years of Joe Smith, now a horny older man, with an aging wife, who had, what, 9 children, many of which died, do to his antics, and testing the faithfulness of his men folk, even eyeing their wives, or daughters, telling them, that if they were loyal, and gave Joe, their own wives, he could promise them the Celestial Kingdom?
I thought, there is only, ONE name by which salvation comes? And that name, ain't Joe Smith, but, Jesus Christ the SON OF GOD, our SAVIOR and REDEEMER, who died on the CROSS FOR OUR SINS! With every knee bowing, and every head bowed, claiming, that Jesus is our LORD AND REDEEMER! By what authority, does, a self-proclaimed prophet, promise, salvation, to anyone?

Anthony and others were starting a long time before the right to vote passed, starting, back when Abraham Lincoln, back in 1860's, was pushing the 13th amendment, to allow, black men the right to vote, with men, still refusing to allow, women the vote, with political power, going into every home, challenging male, alleged superiority, he, through, religious and spiritual abuse, told his wife, she was to refrain, from that practice, while he, partook of it himself, even claiming, that an angel of God, came down and threatened him, if he didn't commit, ADULTERY! being easily, forgiven, in the Doctrine and Covenants, another departure, from the New Testament, with Christ, teaching, or his apostles, that a man committed adultery in his heart, just to look on a woman with lust in his heart! Faylene, Doug, Bound in Former Divorces, Fitness, and the Mormon Church! For the Eternal Prospect of Spending Eternity Together!

Now, family members, steeped in this shit, from, start to finish, even could see through, Doug's adulterous behavior, but, they covered his ass, stating, that Faylene, who allegedly had been, a very religious, or very indoctrinated, and manipulated, Mormon girl, all her life, and was allegedly going for sainthood, through, her alleged, suicidal attempts, and premonitions, prior to Doug, holding her head under water . . . apparently with the jury, dismissing, the 11 years old, at the time of the drowning and her mother's death, who stood at the bathroom door, and could hear the drowning, but was afraid to interfere in the murder, probably, knowing full well, the ramifications for her, until, 7 years later, after Doug, had been charged with her mother's dead, testifying against the former, Mo father, that great example! claiming to this day, that he killed her mother! So, needless to say, Fay, had become, some sort of soothsayer, visionary, prophetess, dreamer, and predicted her own, death, but not, until she got back, a second time, with Doug! Okay, so Faylene, right before, Doug boy and Hillary, already sleeping together, totally, against, all Mo Foe laws of morality, in the true sense of Joe Smith, taking, spiritual wife's first, I guess, looking for a religious or spiritual exception to Temple marriage, gets a call, out of the blue, that Fay, has gone to the Mormon temple, San Diego, to be exact, to seek, spiritual guidance, and clarifying her intents, telling Doug, now the only person, in the marriage, to make up any story he wants, that God himself, would have to come down, and command her to remarry, this lech, but, she is praying about it. She later, contacts, just days before, his alleged marriage proposal to Hillary girl, and tells him, with a new insurance policy in place, all allegedly, part of this, vision, to die, that, she is, in fact, for the family, to remarry, Doug. Who allegedly, drops, Hillary, new big fake boobs and all, not unlike my sister, and alleged twin, Rachel's set, and runs to his EX wife's side, and stopping in Sin City, at the Chapel of Flowers, or some joint on the strip, this righteous couple, remarried, allegedly . . . they take a second honeymoon, to Nauvoo, of course, reminiscent of better days, when men could have more than one wife, then, she has this spark of inspiration, on the way home, that they should go to UTAH, Mt. Timpanogus to be exact, taking pictures on Lover's Point, when Fay, slips, 60 feet to her alleged, death, only to say, when that loving, concerned, cheating husband of hers, rushed to her side, and she, says, when he inquires, sure she is dead, from this huge ass fall, told to shut up silly . . . as if, the fall, didn't shake her, scare her, and I guess, Angels, rushed to her side, as did her faithful husband! LOL! NOT BUYING IT . . . the prosecutor in me, neither did the prosecutors in Doug's trial!
Just as a side note on this, my daughter, and her husband, just a few weeks ago, had an experienced climber, fall, 20 fucking feet to his death . . . and he had been climbing for YEARS! So, this 60 feet fall, causing no broken bones, barely scratches, and a wife, stating, that she was, totally fine, and so her husband, with a hot babe, waiting for him, insurance money, and freedom, from the old ball and chain, that he is suddenly so dedicated to, that cheated on her the whole time they were married the first time, was told, to just shut up, silly! Allegedly, he took her to the hospital, in this jovial state, to have her minor injuries, treated, and she was released, only to die, several days later, drowning in the bathtub! Follow, me on this, and I would have ripped this guy a new ass, as a prosecutor!

So, the newly remarried, happy couple, get home, and I want to note, that every sister, friend, and associate, told Fay, when she announced, this reunion with Doug, that she needed to make sure, he treated her better, than he had the first time? But, going for sainthood, she ignored them, and her better judgement, I guess having God, coming to her, himself, telling her to remarry this ass, with him, promising to be a better man, while calling Hillary, right off the bat, cops pulling phone calls, with allegedly, Fay's approval, and later, with notes, to, show, that, all of this was fine, however, Fay's phone records, don't show this, threesome, of the first wife, hand picking Hillary, to be the chosen woman, to raise her three children, as this pending death approaches? Doug, allegedly is a married man, now, and he is making consistent contact with Hillary . . . explain that one? I guess this was Fay's idea? Right? That is what, Hillary said, as she cried, her crocodile tears, right there holding hands with Doug boy, as they, told each other, don't go there, honey, this is too painful, sobbing, with each revelation, that, Hillary, told the couple, that with the pending death, that they were not to delay, getting married, because her precious children needed them to be married, and it took a whopping 3 weeks, to consummate the marriage, they had already consummated, under MO doctrine of spiritual wives, now, law in UTAH!
To Hillary, much younger than Fay, this saintly woman, had become Hill's sister, mother, mentor, and adviser, all in one, and they had grown, as close as sisters, through this whole ordeal . . . hell, Doug and Fay, had only been re-married, what, 2 days before she died, and he was, married to Hill, that desperate father, in need of a wife, to help him raise these poor orphaned children, with Hillary, just waiting in the wings? If this is not a plan, I don't know what constitutes, co-conspirators? in a plan of murder! But, the heaving breasts of this new, pure, saintly wife, of Doug's, so patient, so understanding of his dalliance and frolic with old wife, Fay, was just the Mormon way, all in the plan, and both her and Doug, discussed all these issues with Fay's children, and Fay and Doug's daughter, named, Nevaeh, Heaven spelled backwards . . . oh, vomit! But, life goes on, and Doug's story, full of assurance, as are all men, in the Mormon church, who have money, their true ticket to the Celestial Kingdom and polygamy, long ago, because, they can justify and allegedly take care of all these multiple wives, giving their great DNA, passing seed, in a righteous fashion, just like the exception, clause and justification, in the Book of Mormon, said, when God needed a righteous seed, have those other wives, YOU DAMNED WELL DESERVE THEM! What will they, Mo's come up with next? LOL!

I want to also, mention, that there are a ton of Mormons in Arizona, especially, near the Phoenix area, with an early, Mormon Temple, in Mesa, or Messa, to prove it, because, only areas of the Church with a population of Mo's large enough to support a dollar commitment of the size and nature of building a temple, will the church, invest the time and money, to build, for the righteousness of the saints. That temple was down there, long, long, before, me and my husband, attended, graduate school, down in Tuscon, Arizona! Many people, both in and out of the church, don't know the true, numbers, the hidden power, the positions of power, in the small but powerful Mo Mafia, and Church, found in legislatures, cops shops, prosecutor offices, on the bench, in the state judiciaries, and we all know, thanks to me, that 70% or higher, of the FBI, CIA, DNI, DIA, NSA, at least in Utah, but I would bet, back east too, are Mormons, and much, like Muslims, would do anything, up to and including, strapping bombs to themselves, if no other way, to further the basics of the church, INCLUDING POLYGAMY, as seen by men, in power!
As a former, assistant attorney general, in Utah, a staff attorney, to the Utah Prosecution Council, in the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, this sentence is pure poppy cock, or done by cocks, I would say, from the prosecutors, to the cops, who said, that, finding a full pharmacy on Fay's dresser, the night she allegedly died, escaping death . . . these Mo's are drama queens and kings, but, a 60 foot fall, that a park ranger, testified or was interviewed to have had his own suspicions, and denied, she could fall that far, and not have broken bones . . . did this shit, husband, Doug, in true, domestic abuse, fashion, play, on his wife's, already, fanatic, ways, promising, manipulating, and then, doping Fay up, not even calling 911, but going through, a physician's assistant, Chad White, like whited sepulchres on the outside and full of dead man's bones, on the inside, also the guy, who prescribed the meds, for Fay, was, unsuspected, as a co-conspirator, in this case, of murder, as a key player, above suspicion, as were the cops, who testified, that there was NOTHING, to give them pause or cause for alarm, noting that there was no evidence of foul play, in this death, other than Ambien, that is used in MANY deaths, I watch true crime shows, and it is used as a poison, with, Doug, being so tired, that great sex, I guess, going to sleep, while his wife, using meds, more powerful, than heroin and meth, leaving his aching wifey, to allegedly bath in this treacherous, tempestuous waters, and waters of fury, to her death! a very tragic end, to this faithful saint, who, now, had achieved her ultimate goal and mission, that of true, sainthood, on earth! Whatever the fuck . . .
I believe, as I have seen many times, especially, with the penis at stake, that while giving lip service to Fay, all the men, and even the brainwashed, Hillarys, sister wives, and potential, righteous women, who are granted the privilege of sharing these, alleged, hot Mo dicks, staged, or predetermined, what the outcome would be, all in the furtherance, of trying to pave the way, socially engineer, and train, all parties, concerned, that, a husband, much like in the early days of the country, going back when women, were considered, mere extensions of men, not able to control and manage property, not considered in inheritance, and could be beaten, by husbands, as long as they don't use a stick, bigger than, the circumference of their fucking thumbs, leaving not traces, and tracks, to spiritual, priesthood, male authority, male perrogative, sexual freedom for men, while, controlling the reproductive powers of females, making them, merely, as the new GOP, would, the vessels of men, to bear the children of men, and giving eternal damnation, if sexual freedom, abortion, birth control, or sexual freedom for women, the last bastion of male, dominance, if possible, manipulating, controlling the women they can, through alleged, freedom of religion, and KILLING THE REST OF US, less willing to participate, freeing ourselves, from this drivel, of bull shit, and patriarchal vomit!
