Just a thought, as we, and other countries, venture into Syria, deal with Assad and his rebel counterparts, with, allegedly, 6 separate civil wars going on, with refugees bleeding into the world, whom I am glad to hear, want to go back home to Syria, taking this into mind, happiness, for these people, would to be, to go home, where they belong, connecting them to their culture, their history, and their traditions.  World leaders, need to consider, the Syrian situation, from a holistic approach, looking at all the factors that will go, into settling down that section of the world, with world power, neighbors, like, Russia, Iran, France, Germany, and Britain, taking the lead, with the United States, a supporting world power, helping, as, commonalities, goals, directions, costs, interests, investments, and an over-riding, goal of helping bring peace, restoring, sanity, safety, and the rule of laws and countries, taking over the chaos, disorder, death, carnage, and displacement of the Syrian people . . . no easy task, but, we can do this world!

The other night, I was watching a special, on CNN, on the Sixties, which for a large part, was tainted by the Vietnam War, and how that tore apart the country, ruined the legacy of President Lyndon Bains Johnson, and others, McNamara and Westmorland, who stepped into a situation, and promised an outcome, that was not achievable, and the cost of learning that lesson, took, at least, 58,000 lives, with no solid declared victories.  I was struck by some of the soldiers, who said, there were hills, mountains, that were taken, and lost, three different times.  We need to let people, who understand the motives, the issues, from an insider's view, dictate, the roles, and directives, that will help, most achieve, the stabilization of that region of the world, enabling consistency in government, shoring up the economy, enabling refugees to come home, and secure, the order, that the surrounding countries need, to carry on, peaceful, and successful, living among the countries in the region, being led by those countries, most influenced and threatened by ISIS, and other enemies of the world.  I met the enemy, and the enemy was me . . .

'No More Baby Parts': Three Dead Adult Parts . . . A Cop, A Vet, and a Mother, Leaving 4 Children Without a Parent!

There are many reasons to kill a person, or people: (1) greed; (2) revenge; (3) escape, and (4) power and control over a person, place or thing . . . the shooter, Blake McCoy, involved in the Colorado Springs, abortion clinic, stand-off, murdered, three people, in the process of trying to stop abortions, a legal, constitutional, and reproductive right.  I have a hard time, wrapping my brain, around, the thinking of those who block abortion access; I have to do mental gymnastics, turn upside down and backward, to understand, how, these people claim to be pro-life, yet, take a doctor's life, or lives of other people, as in this case, and seem to see, no contraction in their ethical and religious approaches to this issue, that is a woman's right to privacy, her decision, a due process right, and completely, legal, as decided by the United States Supreme Court, having nothing to do with you, or Mr. McCoy, or others, who would block this right, in the most precious and sacred, property right at person has, that of ownership, control, and choice over their own fucking life!  Seven to ten women, want Roe v. Wade, left right where it is, that in the first trimester, a woman has a right to chose, what they will do, when faced with an unwanted pregnancy . . . and, it is also, mystical to me, how these same people, shooting abortion providers, bombing clinics, and others, also don't want, sex education, contraception, or information about, sex, to stop abortions!

In the second and third trimesters, as the child becomes viable, the state has a right, to intervene, on behalf or the developing child, putting safety measures, informational, and even legal loopholes a woman, then has to go through to get an abortion; however, once, she has complied with the law in that state, and she has satisfied, the requirements for a late term abortion, or whatever, then, that is it too!  There is a moving scale, of humanity, starting with the joining of two cells or the egg and the sperm, that could be placed as, say, 1 on the lowest level of human, life, and development, way far from viability, then, as the developmental stages of a pregnancy, reaches, the 4th month, and the baby starts to move, kick, and twist, the state, can get involved, as having an interest in the health, safety and welfare, of its citizen, with the baby, fast becoming a potential citizen, with no guarantees, that it will not be miscarried, still born, or die on the operating table . . . but, in the case of Blake McCoy, the shooter, he knew damned well, that the people he was shooting at, where full blown, humans, living, breathing, walking, talking, with families, children, spouses, and there is a big difference, or should be in the minds of these fuckers, between, a zygote, a joined, egg and sperm, and a live person, escorting a girl, friend, or person to get an abortion, which is here right!  Like it or NOT!

I am sure, that one of the reasons, I am a constitutional law attorney, today, is the simple truth, taught to me by my father, who seems to have departed far from this mantra, it that, Your rights stop at the end of YOUR NOSE!  We are the captains of our own ships, we determine our own heaven and hell, we are responsible for our successes and our failures, and that goes for taking full, responsibility for the choices we make over our bodies!  I just don't get, Republican males, of any religious background, having the audacity, to think they know, my life, or the lives of any woman, well enough, to determine, what she can and can't handle, how many children, she can raise or not raise, and know, intimately what is going on, not only in a woman's life, or in her psyche, to determine, what is the right and wrong thing to do, when life, comes at you, sometimes in the most unexpected ways, at the most unexpected times.  I think, that people of all walks, should, fucking mind their own business, and just accept the fact, that a person knows, what is best for their own lives, and if they make a mistake, oh, well . . . you do too!  

That is what it is to be human, that is what Christ died for us, for abortions too, for murder, for lying, cheating, and doing all the shit that humans do to each other . . . so, when did God, make you, his second in command, or his first, to determine, what, this woman, this person can do with their free agency, that the war in heaven was fought over, back in the day, before the earth was formed, back in the war, between Satan's plan . . . forcing every one to be good, as opposed to Jesus's plan or the fulfillment of God's plan, of giving people choice, agency, and with that, providing a savior for them, when they fuck up!  Seriously, who in the fuck, does this shit head think he is . . . and how much worse, to kill three living breathing parents of children who may never recover from the trauma of their parent's death, who obviously believe in life, and children! 

It is interesting to me, that as the footage from the Colorado Springs, stand-off, took place, in about three shots, from the TV cameras, there was a white Dodge Durango, shown, over and over again . . . that is the vehicle my parents drive or one like it, and I could not, escape the message, that symbolic vehicle represented, and how, they, 7 years after the fact, with a stellar career, my parents took bragging rights to, as they do now, but not through the daughter who did them--me, giving my assets to the good Mo sisters who were pregnant at the same time, who had their babies, but are not attorneys . . . with the question, which is more cruel--me who aborted a zygote, who didn't think, feel, move, know, or, my parents, who were not bothered, for 7 years, until my parents, learned that I had an abortion--turning their, admiration for their smart attorney daughter, into hatred, expulsion, anger, and exile? extending that hate to the next generation!

My very Republican, very Mormon, parents, knew little about my life, at the time--and that was on purpose, case in point, when I chose, after having, opened the Bible, letting God direct, my decision, on whether or not to get an abortion--the Word, fell open to Romans 14:14, all things are pure to God, it is man, who assigns the impurity--in addition to that old adage, judge not that ye, be not judged--til it happens to you, back in May of 1994, the week, I started my new job, at the Utah Attorney  Generals Office, staff attorney, for the Utah Prosecution Council, in the Criminal Enforcement Division, going to the abortion clinic, without being blocked, thank God, during my lunch hour, picking up my boss, later in that same day, having 4 children, alive and well, depending on me, and looking at $500 per month, law school loan payments--on shitty pay, of $32,000 per year, and the father, being a great addition, as a friend and lover, at times, during the previous 4 years, but, being too irresponsible to take care of me and a baby, and meet the needs of my other four children, with the first one, starting COLLEGE!  Until it happens to you . . .

Mother of 7 Stabs Herself and Unborn Baby

There used to be a halfway house for women, in Ogden, where, I lived, during the younger years of my married life, and there were these women, who would periodically, walk the neighborhood and come to my door, selling art, music, books, or whatever, appearing to me, to be very capable, smart women, in so many ways, and many of them, being solid, scriptorians, and over all, seemed to have it all together.  So, one time, I was talking to my Mormon ward, bishop . . . you know the guy, who the New Testament, writers, tell to have just one wife . . . and I asked, Brian, what the deal was with these women?  And I remember his answer, and he quickly responded to my question, with the answer, without thought, they had ONE too many children, and it threw them over the edge!  At that time, I think, I had 3 children of my own, and I full well, understood, the commitment a child takes, not to mention the physical demands of a baby, on your body.  Now some women, can have ten children, and do it with ease, they look better than they did before they were married, they just pop those little, 5 pound, 6 ounce, babies, right out.  They never have a day of morning sickness, labor is a breeze, and they just roll with it . . . that is NOT me.

I worked as a graphic artist for the state of Utah, shortly before I was married and up until I had my first baby, October 3, 1975.  I was deathly ill, throwing up, at least 20 times a morning, until the very bile in my stomach, would be barfed into the government building toilet!  I got that number from my very wonderful, boss, who had 7 children of his own, and allowed me, tons of leeway, to do what I needed to do, and that included running out of meetings, leaving clients, sitting in our shared office, or taking a three hour nap, because my boss felt too bad to wake me, by knocking on the women's bathroom door, when my lunch hour was up!  And I was one of the lucky ones.  Then, as if 5 months of feeling like I had the flu was not enough, add 36 hours of labor, and that, came after, waiting at home, until, I thought the baby's head, was hanging out of my downstairs compartment, having been sent home, earlier, in the week, with Braxton Hicks or false labor!  It took me 5 hours, to dilate, from a 1 to a 1+ in the cervix . . . my husband was pissed, because he was a student at the University of Utah, and I was in labor during finals and he didn't know whether to stay and reschedule his tests, or just take them--I had 5 women come and go, while I was in labor! . . . get the hell out of here, he was bugging the shit out of me, not too patient, with flocks of interns and student nurses, having a baby in a medical school, cooperating hospital, screaming at the last guy, with a fucking huge ass, Afro, sticking his hand up me!  Then came the delivery, the stitches, the hernia, the bleeding nipples from nursing . . . and a husband, who now had the responsibility of taking over the family finances, with me home with a baby . . . this is called, REALITY!  Men, may want to try it, the next time, they think of blocking an abortion clinic or killing someone helping some woman or girl, through a very traumatic, and not sought for, reality check!

The Law, Is the Law, Is the Law . . . Even On Abortion!

Be one of those, heroes, that simply make your town a nicer place to live, more understanding, more charitable, more law abiding, whether you personally agree with the law, as is or not, supporting, those who are given the responsibility of settling an issue, that tore a nation in part, but, having been decided, back in 1973 for God sake, and later, with the high court, reaffirming, Roe vs. Wade, in Casey vs. Planned Parenting, decided, before I had an abortion, while working as an intern, in Chicago, for Americans United for Life . . . yeah, I fought, researched, studied and wrote, trying to stop, the reaffirmation of Roe vs. Wade! But, I also, remember, coming home, from Chicago, and talking to a very smart, female professor at BYU, law school, and feeling defeated, dejected, and depressed that Roe vs. Wade, was NOT, overturned, and having her say, if you truly believe, that God is the author of life, don't you think, that he, has the ability, of taking the soul of that baby or potential baby and placing that in a home of another woman, who is ready, willing and able to have a baby? Well, yeah.  Okay, and I never thought much about the issue, until, I was faced with an unwanted baby, that was unplanned, and, totally, given my history, not going to work as I faced a new, demanding career, financial issues, going into shock, getting my first, payment book, on repaying my law school loans, being the responsible woman, I am!

Life is just a microcosm of the macro . . . what I would tell, world leaders to do, on Syria, is much like I did with my clients, considering a lawsuit, and what I did, when deciding to get an abortion . . . take every single, contributing factor, in this equation, cost, time, stress, situation, faith or religious thoughts, physical limitations and commitments, extended family, like children, the support systems, and you might, in fact get a very different, outcome, on what is not just a black and white issue, and being the higher beings that we are, we are given the god-given, ability to reason, to chose, to do the best we can, to be, to be independent, with the mantra of God, being, love, and men and women are that they might have JOY!  Like if complicated, it is hard, there are tough decisions that we might make differently if there were a different set of facts, or players involved, and most people are, just doing the BEST they can, given where they are at . . . so, in all your religious freedom, don't forget, the teachings of Jesus Christ, JUDGE NOT THAT YE BE NOT JUDGED!

Champions for Jesus!  Multiply!

It has been several months since I have been to church, so I was very happy, to go to the old haunts, coming back, like Christmas's of the past, attending both, Freshlife Church and Hope City Church, formerly Crossfire Church.  As much as I cruise around the western states, with rarely a day the same, let alone a week, it is always nice to see familiar faces, common places, and be greeted by people who, sort of know your life, and the bizarre reasons you are hear, today, gone tomorrow.  Pastor Dennis, gave me some good advice and told me to go talk to the Kalispell City, Police Chief, let him, know you are in town, not to watch cops, or to criticize them, nor write about them . . . that is a life time ago.  I went and talked to a chief of police in Hurricane, Utah, several years ago, because the cops kept, harassing her son, because the neighbors, thought, this, widow, didn't have good enough control over her kids.  Rather than to help out, with the challenges, they expected this, now, single mother of 4 children, to do what it takes, both a father and mother to do, and expected the same level of supervision, as if she had a choice to work or not.  At first the cops, a sergeant and a chief, were a bit bristly to me, tried to stand tough, get in my face, thinking I was, coming to sue them, or put them in the hot seat, or whatever, when I was just coming along for the ride, with a friend who had issues with the cops.  

By the end of a three hour, come to Jesus meeting and understanding of the issues at hand, I was able to put them at ease, and actually alleviate, some of their fears, and up their knowledge level and skills, by distinguishing for them the difference between civil and criminal issues . . . in all cases, cops are not hammers, and people are not all nails!  But, by the end of the discussion, we were all better friends, and able to be honest and deal with the issues, rather than attack the persons, in the room.  It was very productive, and soon, I noticed cops all over the valley and county, dealing with people differently, and when the call was a civil issue, or all that needed to be done, was to just stand as a peace officer, restoring the peace, rather than a law enforcement officer, thinking you needed to arrest one party or the other in a dispute! 

Jesus said, if someone has ought against you, or injured you in anyway, pull that person aside and talk to them, if that doesn't work, bring someone along as a witness, and if that doesn't work, then pull out the legal guns!  Christ's approach, generally works with most people, and if not, you can always resort to man's ways, which, don't generally work as well!  LOL!  So, good advice from Pastor Dennis!

Freshlife Church, Aiming to Take Two Capitals: (1) Helena, Montana, and (2) Salt Lake City, Utah!  Mo Ville!  Oh, Yeah!  LOL!

No one can accuse, Pastor Levi Lusko, of lacking vision and ambition, for the Church of Jesus Christ, or a community of God, a church without walls!  Levi and his wife, 7 or so years ago, were passing through Salt Lake City, Utah, trying to decide where to start their ministry, and while in Salt Lake, Levi, got a feeling, that he should call his church, or rather, Christ's Church, as all churches are, and he felt that he should call the church, Freshlife Church . . . which is what drew me to the church, as a new comer to Kalispell, Montana, 3 years ago!  As he and Jenny, came with one baby, and another one on the way, they started this church with 6 or so members, counting the baby in Jenny's tummy, I think?, but now there are campuses, in Whitefish, Missoula, Bozeman, or course Kalispell, and one other place, Butte? with several places that do not have full ministering branches and campuses, but interested people.  Well, today, Levi started a series, of preaching that focuses on multiplying the ministry, teaching his sheep, helping people to understand the mission and ministry of the simplicity of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and wanting to set up a church in Helena, which, was not as receptive as some of the other spots in Montana, but I was elated to see that the young, energetic pastor, wanted to take the gospel, through, Freshlife Church, to the center and headquarters of the Mormon Church, in Salt Lake City, Utah!  LOL!  I THINK IT IS GREAT!

It is interesting being raised in the Mormon Church and indoctrinated, brainwashed, and baptized in the Mormon way, and being told that, the gospel would roll forth from the mountains, as a rock, rolling down hill, gathering speed, as it rolls.  As one of the only churches, claiming origins in America, claiming it to be an American church, and one of the fastest growing churches, or was, last I heard, a few years back, or cared to know, but, after finding, other non-denomination Christian churches, and digging the total focus on the Bible, and man's relationship with God, later, in the New Testament, and Jesus doing away with the old law of the Old Testament, being refreshed, so to say, that, it is grace, not works that would save, although the scriptures do qualify that with, faith without works is dead, keeping in mind, one has to take that step, of actually accepting Jesus Christ as your savior, acknowledging that Jesus died on the cross for us, and then believe that he raised, after being buried in the grave, and once again, after the resurrection, our bodies and spirits would once more be reunited, as per, Jesus Christ's death, dying for our sins, and making that reunion possible, saving our souls, the combination of our spirits and bodies.  The gospel according to JoAnn, and considering the source, you may want to seek a second opinion!  LOL!

FUN, FUN, FUN . . . the simplicity of the gospel, taking on the dogma, liturgy and traditions of the Mormon Church.  Levi is and should be concerned, that 92% of the people in Utah, Mormons, are not Christians, and need saving . . . AMEN!  LOL!  Levi, you need to start with the basics of the 10 Commandments for a starter!  LOL!  Thou shalt not lie, steal, kill . . . just for a starter!  I was thrilled to dump, all the shopping list or menu of things I had to do, to be saved in the Mormon Church, temple work, missionary work, genealogy, baptism for the dead . . . Jews are pissed about this one, visiting teaching, home teaching, relief society, priesthood, church callings, and on and on!  I think, the closer, we can come to the 2 greatest commandments: (1) loving God; and (2) loving our fellow men, women and children . . . the more to my liking!  All scriptures hang on these two, but sometimes the other scriptures, are needed to convince us, that God loved us first and sent his only begotten son, and therefore, we should love him, and in showing him, love, we should love our fellow beings, whom we can see, demonstrating to God, that, we know how to love, him, through loving his other children!

Montana Means Mountains . . . The Place of Rolling Forth the Gospel to All the Earth?  Maybe?

It is funny to reflect, just how I got to Montana, and the fact that my church, up in Kalispell, might, go to those heathens in Utah and convert them to Christianity, the 10 Commandments, the Beatitudes, and other principle, like, a bishop is to be the husband of one wife, etc.  I was having issues, in Utah, with a criminal and civil justice, or injustice courts, dealing with various Mormons, in all aspects of my law practice, and as things heated up, death threats were made real, and my life, was being stolen right from under my feet, in a state gang rape, not really looking for an alternative state, but, on a trip to federal court, early, 2012, I noticed that Montana was doing, a tourist or state campaign, in Utah . . . I noticed the billboard on I-15, going through Salt Lake City, of a pastoral scene, of three TeePees, out in a lush meadow of green, at dusk, with the mountains, famous blue skies of Montana, and light pink clouds, in the back ground and I remember, how restful that scene seemed to me.  I had never, been to Montana, never thought of it, and never entertained the idea of even going there.  But, over the course of that, few days I was, driving around Salt Lake, I almost hit a bus, with a wrap, again advertising Montana.  As I went to get dinner at some restaurant, of all the cars in 200 or so in this parking lot, a car with Montana license plates, almost backed into me!  I thought, God, is this a sign?  It soon after, became, life saving . . . escaped with my life!

So, before all hell hit the fan, in Utah, I took a ZipTrip to Utah, and fell in love with Helena, the Capital, Houser Lake, Canyon Ferry, the downtown area, and hooked up with Senator Tester's office, as well as dropping into, then attorney general, Steve Bullock's office, prior to him being elected governor, to see if I could be of help, on the Citizens United case, now all history.  But, once in the state, it was love at first sight . . . and the rest is history!  I was whisked away, from Utah, like a rival lover, winning, my heart, mind, and spirit!  So, it will be interesting, to see, exactly how, Freshlife Church, will be accepted by a generally Mormon population.  Pastor Levi, mentioned, the Provo, Orem, areas, strongholds for Brigham Young University, hot spot for mission work, as well, as a recruiting ground for the FBI and CIA.  Life, moves in mysterious ways, and maybe, just maybe, this exposure, to the simplicity, will ring true with younger Mo church members, college students, as, in politics, it is found that, the millennials as this generation is called, tech savvy, smart, connected to social media, and tons of information, they are not like their parent's generation, they, like a buffet of options, picking a choosing, what issues that will and will not support, rather than buying a political party, lock stalk and barrel, like previous generations did, and I can't help to think that, these new, much more liberal, yet, raised very religiously, kids, will not embrace this new approach, and see it as, freshlife, breathing new, fresh ideas, into a faith they already had, but, improving it, due to stripping out the excess, and hitting the basics of gospel living, that Christ calls easy . . . and it is!

I am pretty consistent, I like the basics, not only when dealing with the Constitution, but when dealing with religion . . . the KISS, system, generally, works, keep it simple, stupid!  At one time before the whole, legal system in Utah, decided to gangland style, take me out, say I didn't exist, and then erased me from the earth in their minds, where I never did exist, don't now, and never will, the Utah State Bar Association, wanted me to be a mentor to new, attorneys in the state of Utah, who had just passed the bar, and who were embarking on their legal careers, because, I went right to the basics, starting at the root, or what should be the root of any law, the Constitution, looking at, the plain language, intent and history of the document, taking it in context with the times, and the problems the founding fathers were having, leading to the system of government we have now.  The bar attorneys, who made this request, said, so may lawyers, try to stretch the law, get out into the gray areas of the law, changing the original intent of the law, so much, that it no longer, can be recognized as having roots, in the Constitution.  And as an attorney, knowing the only thing, I did take an oath to do, was to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, I am just as basic when it comes to the gospel of Jesus Christ, in its simplicity and plainness, boiling down, to LOVE! when all is said and done!  That is one of the reasons, I go to Hope City Church, Sunday, 1 PM, bottom of the Church behind the library, Central Christian Church . . . it is basic, gospel, and simple!

Pastor Dennis, has been teaching all year, that we can do it God's way, or we can do, our lives, our way . . . and his question is, how's doing it your way working?  Many of us, could say, not too well, right now.  As, I myself, can say.  Two years ago, I felt strongly, that, after getting this blog going, I ought to us this blog, and the power of social media, to teach of Jesus Christ, his saving powers, and amazing life teachings and example, added to his ability to save us from our sins and the grave.  Obviously, I didn't do what I felt, very inspired to do. I dedicated, several blogs to Jesus, or his teachings, or to what I learned in church, but, as for, following, purely what he wanted or put in my mind to do, I did not!  And it is not working well for me . . . my way, or his way?  We are all familiar with the story of Jonah and the whale, and how, Jonah was called by God to teach to the people of Nineveh, and he didn't want to, in fact, he took off, I guess thinking that the Lord, could not find him, and he, I believe, either went fishing, or the whale just came up on the shore, across the pond from Nineveh, where he was to preach, God's word, and after three days, the while took Jonah and spit him out, on the beaches, near Nineveh!  Whether you believe in the literal translation of the Bible or not, is beside the point, we all have a calling in this world, we have a mission, whether political, familial, governmental, social, or religious, and I firmly believe, that God will take you to the place you are to serve, humanity! whether you like it or not!

We Are All Of the Body of Christ . . . And Just Like the Parts of a Human Body, Each Part Has Its Function, and Without it, the Body Doesn't Work as Intended, and So it is With the Body of Christ--This is HIS World!

TRANSFORM YOUR MIND!

Jesus is the reason for the season . . . Dennis taught from the New Testament book of Romans 12, this is my favorite book in the whole New Testament, due to the practical advise and good suggestions for living. My daughter, Greta, has been reading the Bible, as of late, and she said, there is a lot of good stuff in the Bible, a lot of good things to remember in raising your children . . . I thought, why do you think, you four children of mine, turned out so good?, but I didn't say anything.  Children are much like men, when dealing with women, you have to make it seem like it was their idea, or they wound do it.  Case in point: I have told my son, Chris, and new father of a two year old, wild ass, baby cowgirl, who is driving him crazy, to say the least, and he said, last time I talked, we need to have another baby for Y.  Really?  Trying not to be sarcastic, I felt like saying and did imply, that, I had told him that for two years, never have just one child! I think children need siblings, and parents need a little buddy to keep the one child busy, giving them a friend for life.  I would always tell my kids, your friends will come and go, but your brothers and sisters will always be with you, or should be . . . I tend to be an exception, my family, ran me out on a rail and replaced me?

But, in a normal family, single children are hard to handle and make life harder for mom and dad, because they are the ones who have to entertain the kid, all the fucking time . . . too much work!  LOL!  Anyway, life is interesting, and I am sure, had I hounded my daughter about reading the scriptures, she would not read them, or may not, although she has in the past, rediscovering them on her own.  Same with my son, when he sees that another baby is to his advantage, not disadvantage and part of making a better family, he will do it on his own.  

But, the Book of Romans, is jam packed with great stuff, like that, just simple, thoughts, understandings and ideas, one of which is to change yourself, by renewing your mind!  Romans 12: (1) present your body as a living sacrifice; (2) so reasonable service; (3) do not conform to this world, but be renewed by transforming your mind; (4) you have not lost your salvation because you have sinned--if you gave away your salvation, you would not be, reading this; (5) some say, God can't love me because I have sinned too much . . . no, this is a FREE gift; (6) he has dealt each one of us, a measure of faith . . . faith of a mustard seed can move mountains; (7) don't think more of yourself than you should; (8) deal with the problem at hand; (9) we are all of the body of Christ, but all members don't have the same function; (10) we all have different gifts . . . body doesn't work as well, if we all don't do our part; (11) some it is given to prophecy, other to minister, to teach--to extort others to give liberally and generously, and (12) let love be without hypocrisy, cling to what is good!

Setting the Contextual Frame Work

I always say, we are where we are . . . which is true, but to understand, how, I got from being a hot shot attorney, practicing law in southern Utah, living in a million dollar home, throwing parties, for 250 people, with music, catered food, and featuring friends and client's photo art, displayed over the lower, floor of an almost 5,000 square foot house, with $700 million worth of cases, and clients, lined up and waiting, some willing to wait, a year and a half for representation, being listed as #2 in the nation for civil rights defense, having cases on my desk, with defendant from, the Department of Justice, Homeland Security, ICE or Immigration Customs and Enforcement, to the states of Nevada and Utah, Iron County, blah, blah, blah, to returning four years later, barely daring to set foot back in a state, that went after me, with claw and hammer, cloak and dagger, only to be reported, falsely as giving up my law license to practice law, due to "severe mental issues" coming straight out of the mouth of a, former, rival attorney, who has been allowed, fucking 4 years, to answer, a bar complaint, that was leveled against him, back when I was still in the state, back in the fall of 2011, and that issue, still has not been resolved, nor has a stupid case, with this same attorney, being accused of bar license, violations for ethics and professional responsibility, as I would concur happened, since, I covered his ass, in court the day, he, failed to show up for his first, court appearance!  

It appears to me, that all involved in this case, myself excluded, have spent more time and money, going after the alleged defamation of an attorney, who deserves every bit of the rancor, as the plaintiff, the attorney, accusing my former clients, and originally, naming me, ironically, as the only attorney, not listed, on the online, grading system--that is not because I was in on the web thrashing of local attorneys, but BECAUSE I WAS THE ONLY ONE, DOING MY JOB, either not fucking Haylee in Vegas, or in court!, and that is why, I excused my self from the law suit, knowing full well, I was innocent and had nothing to do with the case, as written in a 32 page brief to the judge, who refused to let me off the case--I buy gold and sell copy! and will not be used, abused, and accused, when the facts clearly scream otherwise!  Attorneys have financially, and literally, fucked Haylee and the Cheeks over, and the newspapers, has also exploited Hay, as has her own parents!  

There is a damned good reason, I am not a named attorney, being criticized and critiqued, in this attempt to protect others from, psychopaths, who happen to be attorneys, who had, over the years, preyed, fed, and fained representation, while they worked with the Cheeks, and represented their daughter, who is allegedly, in prison, but seeing her last picture in the Spectrum, the errant rag, who carried this slanderous and libelous, statement--I just consider the source! LOL, that will, I am sure be attributed to the attorney, they quoted, in their lackadaisical journalism, as just being his opinion, to get away with the underlying, trash job, the Spec-ass, alleged newspaper, does, every Thanksgiving, for the last 4 years, when I come to town to visit my daughter and her family, taking forever, on  a case, that is costing the Cheeks, more in legal fees than the original complained of $5,000, and seems to be more used as a southern Utah battering ram, to bludgeon me and my reputation, with, each year, with a total stand still on the case and the bar complaint against the attorney, who is in error, and whom I protected, not only his ass, but also the defendant, Haylee Cheeks, who is sporting a nice tan, and much slimmer body--better photo op for the local rag, than I saw, the last time I visited her in the Utah State Prison--white, pale and pudgy, suggesting, that she is pretending to be in prison, but through some, RICO deal, to fuck me over, is out, with parents covering their bribes--two all expense paid houses in Henderson, Nevada, earlier taken, in furtherance of this statewide, church wide, and law enforcement, criminal justice and civil justice system, scam to get rid of Mama Kodiak Bear, to further, criminal enterprises in Utah, operating out of southern Utah, to have free reign on her son's music! netting the criminal, Mormon enterprise, along with my blog, billions!

Now asking a Mormon FBI agent, or a CIA, agent, over financial crimes, to investigate the Mormon church or fellow church members and leaders, especially, connected with a, basically, non-Mormon or non-associating former Mo, victim, is like asking a cop, in internal affairs, in the same cop shop, to investigate a fellow officer!  They, just don't do it well!  Oh, before, I forget, it is 10:31 A.M., and I am at McDonald's, my favorite office, on the road, and I was sitting in Playplaceland, where there is a surveillance camera, right over the door, near the napkins, drink lids, and ketchup, and I just, about 5 minutes ago, ordered, the second part of my rolling breakfast, starting with #10, two breakfast burritos, hash browns, and Diet Coke, roughly around 7:30 A.M., putting that purchase on my Walmart Money Card, so it can be verified, and my I.D. validated, lest, the 5 cops, who were trolling the parking lots across the street, and local thorough fares, yesterday, with two white suburbans, gracing the two sides of McD's, where I was for about 7 hours, yesterday, most likely, marking the aerial surveillance, telling them, that this is Rachel, not me, who is here in Kalispell . . . don't think for one second, there is not an extended, Mo criminal component in Montana!  The funny thing about Utah, is, that people assume, that everyone is Mormon, and when out of the state of Utah, they assume, nobody is Mormon!  Mo's are not liked much, out of Utah, but, they still run things, covertly, in Montana! As they do in Washington, D.C.!

But, I want you to check my I.D. and see, that it is truly I, the same chick, who was in St. George, a week ago, returned to Missoula, Montana, and then headed up to Kalispell . . . that is only, me, myself and I!  And, don't, for one second, limit, this sham to Mormons, many a non-Mo, is involved, to through you off, and try to make me less suspicious . . . but old CIA agents, die hard, and many rubbed shoulders with younger agents, as the Mormon agents, took over both agencies, due to language skills . . . which make them a shoe in for the jobs, both, nationally and internationally, giving, 1% of the population a huge, over-representation, when it comes to shit like this, and a huge cover, and protection, from, even unsuspecting Mormon agents, who would never dream, that their beloved, Mormon Church, nor its members would ever concoct, such an international, music marketing scam and scheme!  This may help, cops, feds and locals, in this worldwide, bull shit . . . Mormons are MORE, materialistic, than the average, American, and we all know the lengths and strength of AMERICAN GREED, so triple or quadruple that, and they are very IMAGE conscious, adding to the horror of what they have done, and they believe, as found, in the Book of Mormon, that only the righteous shall prosper, and they will lie, cheat, steal, kill, to appear, that image thing, RIGHTEOUS!  LOL!  And that should give you a better understanding of the group you are dealing with!  True Christians, whether it be centuries ago, in the days of Christ, or today in Syria, have always be persecuted! that is part of the territory!  I'm in GOOD company!

Remember, I was in southern Utah, either in St. George, before, Washington County and the state of Utah colluded to take my home, the day, the day, mind you the fucking day, before, I was to fly to Denver, on a $357 million securities case, against the state of UTAH, with the governor, AG, other state officials and agents, being named defendants, a very high profile case, coming out of New York Investment News, in an article, entitled, No Big Love in Utah, naming, the attorney, sitting, right here on IDAHO Street, in little Kalispell, Montana, a former assistant attorney general, if the newsprint has not been doctored, as it is now and again, to try to dismiss me, either as the attorney, or to cover the lies, surrounding the case, the deals the steals, that in 2012, landed my attorney's fees, in the Mitt Romney campaign mix, laundering the double docketed win, in the case, and burying to fact that, the case, allegedly was won, nationwide, for Republican donor benefit, but terminated, without cause, to me, to hide the fact that the bribes to clients were in, and the full amount, was received, and, my portion went to Kay, or Shelley . . . both women were involved, both operate, as if they are part of me, using my name, as doesn't Rachel, Susan, Tiffany, Marcie and others, to steal and kill, me, the worker bee, and the show bees, get the credit, then running me out of the state!

My direct, probably, FBI, shadow, Shelley, or various, Mo mafia chicks, are symbolized by the color blue, in my complex, more complex that the federal tax code brain, and so, this local, car wash, with the huge ass blue cow, up, on highway 93, going toward, Walmart, and other stores, landmarks, in all its fun, symbolizes, my sister, Shelley, the blue cow, or the Mormon cow, who parked her ass, both in my house in St. George and in Parowan, after the St. George or Bloomington home was taken under siege, by Washington County Constables and Sheriffs departments, with Shelley, apologizing, making the statement, I think, they thought, I was YOU!  No, that god-damned bitch, Jean Dickson, knew damned well, who I was, who the attorney was, and even came in my office, stood in my foyer, and talked to me on several occasions, at the local boys, with Judge John Walton, on the bench, connived a way to steal my house, back, after I won it in a federal lawsuit!  Shelley, never let the home, that I fought for, and she saw, as work, work, work, and it was, and she was part of the work, with me, working all week in the law, then coming back to clean up after her and her lazy ass kids, and grand kid, McKinley!

The Mo mob, family mob, government Mo mob, had, arranged for her to steal my I.D. back in 2000, when I was poisoned, laying the foundation, for the claims of "severe mental issues" that came from Shelley, colluding with Brian Adamson, right in the middle of the mess, in southern Utah, he covers her, she covers him, she covered Judge Walton, he covered her, the prosecutors, cops, and others, up to the state level, covered her, as well as FBI and U.S. Attorney, as this magical switch for a second time, was to replace the REAL ATTORNEY with the fake blue cow, the Mo shit bitch, as fake as the big blue plastic cow, on the hill, at the Blue Cow Car WASH! she was washed, of all her warrants, her debts, her lies, her charges of practicing law without a license, and other crimes, which she had been charged with, and they put all her shit on me, and acted like SHE was ME, and I am HER . . . NO THANKS!!  

Shelley, is s government rat, to save her ass and my father's ass--both with charges under the state SEC, my father 5 times--think he wouldn't steal my famous case, for rat daughter? he was pissed as hell, when I reactivated my law license--Shelley had been using for 9 fucking years! . . . I am a constitutional law attorney, who takes bites, large ones out of the ass of the government, in the state of Mormon, with a Mormon presidential candidate, the Mo Church would have killed millions to win that election!  And I was for OBAMA, and helped influence several reporters, who would disavow that now, I am sure, having survived, endorsing President Obama . . . hell, Steve Oberbeck, a long standing a respected journalist, interviewed me, several times on the Brock case, he is key, and so is Nathan Carlyle, whom I spoke to but never me . . . I did, however, stop and talk to Steve about being falsely arrested, and thrown in the Grand County Jail, as I was heading out of town, to Montana!

Down Home Cookin'

I have trashed, Utah, the Mormon Church, Mitt Romney, the Southwick family, Henry S. Brock and Jay Rice, the cops, prosecutors and judges, in Utah, forever, since leaving the state, March of 2012, after getting out of the Grand County Jail, on my way to a federal detention center, until the courts, and Brock, realized, that on my way to get sworn in the the UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT BAR, January 23, 2012, yes the same year, all that money, my portion, of the lawsuit, $118 million, could buy a lot of yard signs, TV ads, and posters!  Get fucking real, this is so fucking easy to figure out, that it shocks the conscience, that, the fucking FBI, who was in on this whole scheme, and covered for Shelley, in the federal courts, aiding and abetting in the theft of my e-filing, federal courts, filing account!  No, they are pissed as hell, that with all their power, all their connections, all their fire power, all their cops all their judges, all their prosecutors, that they have not been able to kill, destroy, maim or assassinate my character!  Why, because, I have, clean energy and they are running on DIRTY energy!  Dirty treasures, lies, deceit, cover-ups, protecting the Mormon Mafia enterprise, organized crime, with the key association being the CHURCH!

You see, they Mo's, southern Utah, the day before, this bull shit article, came out, trashing me, using the crazy 8 ball, their fall back . . . because after I didn't die, in 2000 as planned, the Pick's Disease, a terminal brain disease, magically, morphed in to that age old, catch all, SHE'S CRAZY defense, to cover the sins of the SAINTS, which is pure poppycock . . . big time, slime and SINNERS!  I will challenge a fucking U.S. Supreme Court Justice, on any case, any time, since they, stole my arguments, from my 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, brief, brilliant in the words of Brock, that I filed, almost a year, before I was sworn in, to the High Court, and watching the U.S.A. vs. Jones, since it had relevance to my 4th amendment case . . . and Judge Clarke Waddoups, saying, when I argued, the March 9th hearing, in Utah, on the same grounds, that the U.S. justices, using my argument to justify their own ruling, in a case we were watching, having a direct relevance and bearing on our case, with them, copying me!  No wonder the 10th Circuit, buried my case, making in none precedence setting and leaving it unpublished, first, making that court look like fools, on the 11th amendment, with that court, misreading and misinterpreting, the plain language of the one sentence, amendment, for fucking 30 years, or as far back as I could go . . . in addition to MY, novel and brilliant argument, making 4th amendment, papers and affects, relevant to modern day computers, as, the place we keep, our papers, as the court, extended that argument, even more of a stretch, to making vehicles, affects, thus covered by the 4th amendment, the very argument, Waddoups, tried to say, was NOT winning any points with him . . . as I accused him of throwing the U.S. Constitution out of the courtroom! with 2 fucking FBI agents, sitting up near the bench!

Artistic Barbering

In the same manner, the Utah Court of Appeals, wanted to steal my 10 prong test, replacing their very inept, 2 prong test, the courts had previously relied on, in decisions as to whether a woman receiving alimony, who is to lose it, if cohabitating with a male partner, is in fact, actually, living with the new male, which, then stops the alimony, the better law, I created, much more thorough, and solid law, the reason, I was locked up and trashed, in the Levin v. Levin case, re-writing family law, and giving judges, sound rational for their decisions, rather than just ruling by reason of insanity, with no solid foundational law under their feet, they, rather than give me credit, decided to either give Shelley or Kay, or whomever the fuck, this time, with at least 6 to 10 women claiming all my accomplishments, respectively, jointly and individually, burying me, the true, brilliant and lofty, legal mind, smarter than most judges, making many shake when I entered the court room, with a judge in Salt Lake City, actually, mounting additional surveillance cameras, in his courtroom, watching the arguments I made, and who I won, issue after issue, eventually, leading to getting my client's house free for him, after Shelley, almost, with nothing but a judge's signature, in a motion to dismiss, coming back and kicking the ass of the Vancott Bagley attorney, or the bank's attorney, getting him to withdraw the notice to vacate, or whatever the fuck it was!  I am sure, it was painted by the court, that Shelley was in fact, me, the brilliant attorney, who was winning issues, that attorneys nationwide were losing, in mortgage foreclosure cases!

So, if you really, want to boil all of this down, to the brass tacks, I am a fucking, god-damned, AWESOME attorney, making waves, locally, statewide, and nationwide, showing up judges, taking chief judges of federal court benches, taking others off the bench, challenging and being copied, by judges, from justice court levels, to the United States Supreme Court . . . would to God, all attorneys, be like me, vigorously defending my clients, preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution, and generally, not getting a fucking dime for doing it, risking my LIFE, in the process of seeing that justice is done, just to have clients, attorneys, and judges, all on the take, cutting the only true and good author of great law, out of the decisions, running me state to state, in HOT PURSUIT!

Michael Willis, one of his, aka, names, Michael McClintoch, or Judge Robert Allison, in my case here, used to cover and lie about my identity, protecting the blue cow and the blue moose, from Helena, Rachel Moosman, most likely with James Kennedy, lol, I just use him to sell copy, this is a rag too!  But, the long tall cowboy, I met, at the old Poverello Center, back in the fall of 2013, so he could cover, Shelley's ass, or Kay's or one of the COMPANY, gals, and being paid, enough to get a new house up Rattlesnake Canyon in Missoula, where he claims to still live, just walked through the door to McD's, and I am sure, to add credence and more old power to Sam Farmer, whom I am paying $10 per night to sleep on his recliner, saving me money and making him a few bucks, on the side, when he is not being paid by the old boys, clubs, protecting Shelley, who is most likely married, to Jack/John King Strode/Ware, and claiming to be, Joann Secrist, just another me, who happens to be an attorney, and doing exactly what I have done, with these fucking old bastards, covering the asses of their friend and former colleague, Jack!

The Master Plan

Like I have always said, people cannot, do anything, but they reveal themselves, symbolically, and this true crime, episode is no exception.  Go figure, the king-pin, main player in the mini-mafia of three, main players, is an attorney, named, Alan Masters, thus the play on his name, the master plan, and it was.  But, for, one honest cop, the whole, county wide, circle of corruption, may have gone undetected, unnoticed and unreported to authorities, higher up in the cop food chain, going to the FBI, who were actually, investigating, organized crime in the greater, Chicago area, with these, tangential, mini-mobsters, operating, in concert with the larger, gangster organization, that spread its operations from Chicago, to Las Vegas.  The opening scene, and I am not sure what the officer's name was, shows, two uniformed officers, sheriffs, who are called in on the disappearance of a prominent attorney's wife.  Spouses, are always, the first suspects in any death, of one or the other spouse, as just, good old, plain, smart, police work, and generally, they are the killer.  But, as the two beat cops, are interviewing the attorney, who claims his wife, or his suspected his wife of having an affair, and having run off with her lover, as a possible explanation, for his wife's disappearance, and as the officers, get ready to proceed with questioning the husband, for possible foul play, and taking a look around the house, their lieutenant, rushes in, on the scene, and tells them the interview is over . . . the other two cops, look at him, and say, no we have just started.  He gives them a stern look, like I am the boss here, and you are done!  

The two deputy sheriffs, are not buying this sudden and abrupt demand that they leave the house, before, even taking a look around.  So, they start to do their job, following policy, and again the boss cop, tells them, they are to leave the house.  Again, they insist they do their job, which, once again, is trumped by the supervising cop, who pushes them out of the attorney's house, into the yard, with these other two cops, refusing to leave, while their lieutenant, takes them off the case, to which the cops, get even more pissed, as they are rushed off the property, but, resisting, every step of the way, turning to get it on, with their boss.  Finally, a city cop, who, my gut reaction, is also, in on the dirty cop corruption, suddenly shows up, and separates the two cops, breaking up the confrontation, saying it is not worth it.  I am reading between the lines, the attorney, watching that these younger, still, not corrupt cops, are not going along with this bull shit, and so the attorney, calls, another cop, to intervene, until the cops, get back to the precinct, so the Lt. can take care of them, and take them officially off the case, which appears to have happened, but not without them, bringing the suspicions to the attention of the FBI field office in Chicago, who find, that, these three clowns, the attorney and the two top dirty cops, are connected into their mob investigation, and doing some of the work, to further the prostitution and gambling establishments, used as fronts for the mob!

Attorney, Alan Master's, Is a Key, To Unraveling the Master Plan!

I found in my law cases, there seemed to be, one key piece of evidence, that would break the whole case open, giving me, the prime piece of evidence, that allows me to win the rest of the case.  When these officers, refused to just, let, this supervisor, bully them off the case, going above his head, to a law enforcement agency, who, can have supervisory, powers over the local cops, if need be, they, in fact, not only helped, solve the disappearance and murder, of their local case, but, gave information, that led to the point players in the larger, mob organization, that the FBI, was in fact, looking into, and the two investigations, dovetailed with each other, as the FBI, set up, a sting op, business, with no ordinary employees, as a front business, for the mob, seeking to put charges for prostitution, on credit cards, of their patrons to the back room, prostitution activities, under the guise of topless and bottomless dancing, that was allowed, enabling, the men, to go from watching to much more.  But, through this front, business, run by the FBI, to launder, credit cards, through, legitimate businesses, so that charges to prostitutes didn't show up on home billing statements, alarming their wives, if found, one of the attorneys, recommended by the mob, as an attorney, who can get business done, with cops to protect the illegal activities, and also with judges on the mini-mob payroll, who could always get the mob, through this attorney, favorable rulings on their challenged issues, he was and had become the go to man for the mob!

As the FBI, wire tapped, the attorney's phones, tracking his activities, they were able to go deep into the police departments, and find out who his, go to men, were, inside the police departments, and, come to find out, that as the city council suspected, the chief of police, and forced him to stand aside, it was really, his second in charge, his lieutenant, remember, Nicolas Cage, in the movie, the Bad Lieutenant, but, his power, influence, and tentacles, were far more powerful and long reaching than his bosses.  So, with the good intentions of the city council, they had gone from the frying pan, into the fire, so to say, getting rid of a moderately corrupt cop, going straight to the actual power behind the chief, finding, even expanded, protection for the mob, in this new guy.  But, as the FBI, got down and dirty, they found, that, attorney, Alan Masters, was the boss, followed by his made men, two cops, one being over the other one, and they were the triumvirate, who was running the Willow Spring, Illinois crime syndicate, connecting right into the Chicago, crime families.  Anyway, I have to run catch a bus, so, you could, by just doing your job, the way it is suppose to be done, break open a major criminal enterprise, consisting of tons of people . . . I look at the number of people, organizations, it took to pull of the scam in my case, even masking my whole life, and it is, holy shit, these people know me!  But $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ talks, and it didn't matter, who respected, or how revered the law enforcement or legal entity was, they were all game, and had to be, to pull this shit off . . . but, there was a presidential position at stake and billions of dollars!

• Brian Adamson--Justice Law Firm, asset protection, asset hiding, laundering mortgage titles through first the Law Firm, then the Justice Law Firm, also, just trashed me, last week, as giving up my Utah state bar license, due to severe mental issues?  Really, I went to the 10th Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court, 4 certificates of Good Standing from the Utah Supreme Court, who supervise attorneys
• insider in the courts, Judge John Walton--he was in my class at BYU law school, knows me!
• was the Judge who allowed, Adamson to take a second shot at my house, at 3770 Sugar Leo Rd., St. George or Bloomington, Utah--won at U.S. federal district court--Adamson had been the attorney, representing, Christian Hickey, former husband of Rachel Southwick Hickey-Moosman, Kennedy?
• allowed my house to be raided by Washington County Constable and sheriffs to take everything, the day before I was to argue in Denver, $357 million securities, representing local financial planner, Henry S. Brock, of Brock and Associates, LLC
• allowed the raid, allegedly under a $33,000 judgement, that I had never heard of, and was not a defendant
• the case, even at a district court level, was nowhere close to being decided!
• Christian Hickey--the straw man, who handled the short sales of the mortgages . . . I believe, that the reason, Judge Walton, allowed the taking of the house, was not only to stop me, or try to stop me from going to Denver, in my case against the state of Utah, with the attorney general and the governor where named defendants, but because, in the Bloomington mortgage scheme, was because Chris had taken out, probably a million loan, from each bank in the St. George area, and had the house, used as multiple collateral, that could go as high as 10 to 20 banks with loans of a million dollars from each bank, not aware of the bank loans from other banks, based on the value of the home--built for about $900,000, valued at 1.4 million, before the Hickeys even moved in the home, so a half a million in market value, right off the bat!
• Bishop Sandberg, was one of the insiders, in the Bloomington, Utah, Mormon ward, I believe was the 52nd ward?  But, there were many people in the ward, who were helped, during the economic downturn, to get their mortgages, reduced, but in an illegal manner
• FBI agent, Seth Foote, I would be suspicious, of Seth, whom, I visited, on at least one occasion with Rachel, and he came to one of my court appearances, plus, I also, wrote up a total description of what I could tell was the St. George mortgage fraud group, and how they did it . . . including buying off, someone in the Washington County recorders office, because, I could easily see, the ward members, selling their homes to friends, on paper, then renting from them, staying in their homes, but through the title holders, who were really Chris Hickey, who was the loaning agent, I believe, all going through, the property, that I was then living in, at 3770 Sugar Leo, Chris's old house, now in my possession through a law suit . . . but, as far as I could tell, Seth Foote, never asked me any questions, about my outline, what I had seen, and who was involved, although I did write it out for him, but, he shortly after that, showed up at one of my court appearances?  I believe he would be key, and involved somehow
• Shelley Southwick Anderson Yemen ?, Shelley, my sister, was right in the middle of the whole house taking, mortgage modification, and eventually, got, access to my e-filing account, that I used to file my briefs in the U.S. federal district court of the district of Utah, where we had filed the original case, with Brian Adamson, Chris's attorney, who fucked up the case, ending in a default!  But, Shelley, seemed to be, working with Judge John Walton, against me, and he was often seen with Brian Adamson, and I did a sting op on the court, and caught them, not filing my briefs, and Judge Walton, was holding secret hearings on the house case, and when I caught him, he along with other state entities, like Reed Richards, AG Mark Shurtleff, and the Governor, to take my house!  Shelley showed up in court, as, allegedly an interested party, sat, with her hands, folded, and didn't even respond, to questions, I asked her, and she should have allegedly had an interest in, because her ass, was at risk of losing the house too . . . I think, originally, the goal was to just get me out, steal the furniture, and that I would close up shop, and give up . . . and how wrong they were!  Lucky for me, and horrible for him, my client, Allan Rex Bess . . . not to be confused with Frank of Interpol, saved me, long enough to get me to the U.S. Supreme Court, before he was murdered! by Shelley and Frank!

A week or so ago, I wrote about the fact that two Mormon attorneys, wrote the Bush Administration, waterboarding policy, and low and behold, not a week later, presidential candidate, Donald Trump, brings up waterboarding, and hell, yeah, he believes in waterboarding, and in true Trump fashion, he says he is going to use it against terrorists, because it works.  Really, I don't remember the name of the alleged Al Qaeda terrorist being held by the CIA, or in Guantanamo detention center in Cuba, but he was allegedly one of the masterminds of the world trade bombing on 9/11, but he was waterboarded, fucking 183 times, and as far as I know, he never divulged information, leading to catching Osama Bin Laden, as proof, taking Osama down, never happened during the reign on terror of the Bush Administration . . . so if torture, was so successful, then why in the fuck, didn't Bush, who had 7 years to get the man, after 9/11, get him, or beat intelligence information or organizational information out of detainees?  As I recall, the movie, and I can't remember the name of the movie that dramatized the capture of Bin Laden, and it seems to me, that the two women, attributed with the mental acumen to put together the Al Qaeda structure, and as I recall, these women, were horrified at the tactics, used by their male CIA counterparts, who were shown, waterboarding, using sleep deprivation, torture, and, how successful, are agents beating the shit out of men, who are promised 70 virgins and would strap a bomb on themselves?  People beaten, will tell the abuser, in power over them anything they want to hear, to stop the torture, but that doesn't mean, they are giving the right information . . . what worked was women, listening to surveillance and taped interviews, and taking random ideas, thoughts and exposures, masking truth, and then, these bright women, put it all together!  There was even some speculation, either at the end of the film, or the question raised, as to whether females made better CIA agents?  Brains over brawn, seems to be the battle, and it was brains that won!  Where are our FACT checkers?  Is Trump right, or is he defending Mormon backers?

REAL I.D. . . . I SUSPECT A MORMON AGENDA THERE TOO!

You see, most people, don't have the insiders, information, not only on the government, but on the Mormon Church, history, goals and missions, with worldwide, domination, as seen, in teaming with Britain, in the Monarch Project, allowing the British their monarchy, keeping the people entertained, while, America is going to take over the serious leadership, with the documentary, aired, in the UK, March 27, 2012, a PBS or BBC special, called, a Mormon President for the World, and that is evidence, and proof, of what the overall agenda is.  The Bushes come in with the Patriot Act, and America serving the world policing role. Now the thing that pisses me off, about this whole Syrian thing, is that world powers are trying to form coalitions to handle ISIS or ISIL, willing to put their money, war powers, and even troops, in Syria to take ISIS out, with the exception of the BRITS!  Prime Minister Cameron, has gone to Parliament, to get support for engaging Britain in the fight against ISIS, with more than lip service . . . Cameron was voted down, he tried again, last week, and I am not sure, what the vote was.  I just say a Jaguar ad, with a like Google map over shot of England, and it showed, British flag looking colors, down all streets, leading to the center of the circle, and extending on all directions . . . reminding me, maybe even subconsciously, of the statement, all roads lead to Rome, back in the days of the Roman Empire . . . suggesting a future British Empire? coming back?

So, we have the British Kingdom, including Australia and Canada, and beyond, at least two times the size, land wise of America, and now, run it again, why, a country, England, that is right there, near the world crisis, and hot spot, over in Syria, and stands a much bigger threat, than America, for hell sake, being war torn and weary, due to other alleged, super power, world supervision, as in Afghanistan, literally the buffer, between Russia and China, and Europe, and Americans are doing the fighting, and not the Brits?  What the fuck is up with that?  I just don't think so.  If I was president, I would refuse to sent troops on the ground, until Parliament, gets their shit together and puts their money and efforts, where the threats are . . . fuck, America is half a world away . . . you do it!  For too long, the world, has let America blood, protect their soil, FUCK THAT . . . until the Brits have skin in the game, I don't think we out to engage more money, time and blood!  I mean, really?  Come on?  Wise up America!  So, this leads me, into the reason, I have the ability to see behind the scenes so to say, and track down real motives and who's agenda we are pushing!

Military Members Already Have ID--Wholesale Access . . . I Believe, Mormons Are Pushing REAL I.D., Because, They Have Had Trouble With Visas and Have Been Deterred From Getting Free Access to Mormon Missions and Goals! 

Now, more and more countries, are kicking Mormon missionaries out of their countries, denying access and visas, as a means to stop the proselytizing, or missionary work, even from countries that have long given access.  I would keep this in mind, as the draft was instituted, and young men, were by law, required to register for the draft by age 18, with missionaries for the Mormon church, having for a century and a half, gone on missions at age 19, all of the sudden, the brethren, lowered the age of missions, for you men, to 18 years of age . . . how convenient, to avoid the draft, like they have forever!  All these guys, get a free pass out of serving in the military, because, their religious freedoms and practices get in the way, blocking these men from serving their country, and that, my friends, is one of the problems, with Mormon infiltration, in agencies, like the FBI, CIA, the military ranks and files, is that, their allegiances, are to the Mormon Church, not the country!  My parents, and extended family, are totally committed to the Mormon Church, but their patriotism, I question.  

My extended family, did all in their powers to stop my daughters from serving their country!  They hate me, as a constitutional law attorney, because, as my father and George W. Bush, his hero, said . . . who needs the Constitution!  It is only the criminals who need constitutional protections.  And we very much, saw, the Patriot Act, Bush and Cheney, do everything in their power, to get rid of all rights found in the document and the Bill of Rights, especially, establishing a religion, church based initiatives, but, taking away, free speech and freedom of the press, as best they could, locking up people who, even asked the dastardly duo, about Iraq war ending dates!  As for addressing grievances, with the government, or freedom of association and assembly, that has all come back under, President Obama . . . and why am I seen as an enemy?  I am a fucking constitutional law attorney . . . because, I am defending rights, these fuckers don't want!  Mormons don't even have the basics down, and therefore, their Mormon teachings, like, when the prophet speaks, the debates over . . . extending that the government, the President, and cops . . . look at Chicago, and Ferguson--if a cop tells you to shit your pants, and you don't, he can gun you down!

I believe, having seen the REAL I.D. machines, in Utah, fucking almost 20 years ago, as I took a tour of the Division of Motor Vehicles, I was shown a REAL I.D. machine, long before that became law!  Therefore, I would guess, that with worldwide exposure, and access, seeing CIA and FBI agents, with tons of Mormons, I believe, the great idea came up, to benefit Mormon missionaries, worldwide, using government, or established religion of one religious affiliation, to drive the rest of the country, who would scream if they knew the real reason or right to privacy would be violated, the government would have access to all our personal information, and states, would lose their sovereignty to the federal government, having driver's licences, under the 10th amendment, not a express power given to the feds by the states or the people, as is the structure, of who grants who responsibilities and duties, and it is the opposite of the way we have seen the feds ram and cram shit down, state's throats for too long!  States have always been over the health, safety and welfare of the citizens in their states . . . Montana Legislature, went as far as to say, or take a vote, that they will not, install, the REAL I.D., in this state--that is why, along with others, I live in this state--they are protecting rights, privacy, and state's powers, but, they are being ordered to take this shit, and they don't want to, because there is not fucking reason for it!

All military members, don't use their civilian I.D. they are issued, special military I.D.  I have seen, Homeland Security issued I.D. that gives, federal jurisdiction to agents and others, to travel as they will worldwide, so who in the fuck, is this new shit, benefiting?  Get real, under the 1st amendment, Congress shall not establish a religion, nor prohibit the practice thereof . . . but, if, Mormons are pushing this REAL I.D. for access, but everyone who needs access, visas, already has it, then, who is it, we are worried about . . . and if it is found to be Mormon missionaries . . . then Congress has passed an UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACT!  Now, you are seeing why these fuckers want me out of the way . . . you don't know the devious acts of Mormons, I DO!  And that is precisely, as is the case here, that I will expose their shit, because, I am sworn to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, and they are making me PAY for DOING MY JOB, AND BEING VALIANT TO MY OATH!  They are the ones who should be punish, and made to pay, for all the shit, up to and including, attempted murder . . . Stockholm syndrome, or capture-bonding, is a psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and sympathy and have positive feelings toward their captors, sometimes to the point of defending and identifying with the captors. These feelings are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims, who essentially mistake a lack of abuse from their captors for an act of kindness.^[1][2] The FBI's Hostage Barricade Database System shows that roughly eight percent of victims show evidence of Stockholm syndrome.^[3]

Stockholm syndrome can be seen as a form of traumatic bonding, which does not necessarily require a hostage scenario, but which describes "strong emotional ties that develop between two persons where one person intermittently harasses, beats, threatens, abuses, or intimidates the other."^[4] One commonly used hypothesis to explain the effect of Stockholm syndrome is based on Freudian theory. It suggests that the bonding is the individual's response to trauma in becoming a victim. Identifying with the aggressor is one way that the ego defends itself. When a victim believes the same values as the aggressor, they cease to be perceived as a threat.^[5]

As I see the burgeoning numbers of Internet hits, 5X the number, already high, every time I write about my son's bands, especially, God's Revolver @ Crucialfest 5, with a new video, a colorful, fun video, full of head slamming, entertained and amused old friends, new music major friends, good memories from concerts passed, hopes and dreams of concerts robbed, and the possibility of future concerts, with guitar antics from old pros, so familiar with the tunes, that playing a guitar overhead, never misses a beat, Rouse, lead singer, appears to be wearing the same shirt, he was back in the day, lol, and a good time is had by all!  FUN, FUN, FUN! But, as I watched the news last night, there was a spark feeding frenzy caught on video, off either the coast of Florida or California, that was deadly, sinister, and vicious, and I am reminded, of how many sharks, have their teeth in the music, of God's Revolver, of Christmas's past, and sadly of the present and the future, and the deadly waters the band is swimming in again, as they rock their western epic, that is creative, as new today as it was in 2006 or 07, leading into being named, Hard Rock Band of 2008, by Magnum Magazine, with music that is stirring, powerful, meaningful, carries a philosophical message, as well as tales of lover's triangles, overtones of a haunting religion, in man's battles with God, self, and other men, demonstrating the passions involved, as in the true crimes stories, I am going to write about, in addition to spiritual reckoning, dealing with questions of pride, justice, sanctification, with Box Done Buried . . . carrying the bones of the last 10 years, with some, taking their last Holy Breathe, seeing potential wane if not cautious, with similar mob members, hungry for a second shot at the dough, but softened by the easy life, joining the ranks and files of cops, made men, with fuzzy lines of illegal activities, and law enforcement blurred, hooking those who are to protect, into the easy life, of ill gotten gains, from my son's music, my blog hits, as they take their shark's bite, and me writing in joy, turning into, the dead carcass of a bleeding seal or dolphin, and is seen as bloody bait, in the treacherous waters, of teeth, fins, steal blue eyes, in an industry, filled with sharks, barracudas, and with with cold blooded killers.

Little has changed in the relationships of law enforcement, as in the old days of mobsters in New York, Boston, and Chicago; however, back in the day, of early emigrants, there was a hunger for what this country, America had to offer, but with language barriers, difficulty to earn a good living, many men, turned to crime as a means to get money, to survive, and thrive.  While I totally disagree with the life style, the predatory nature of the mob, their entanglement with cops, who were also on the take to make an easy buck and in a position to do so, getting a cut of the money collected by the mob, letting the carry on their dirty deeds, preying on legitimate business owners, sometimes with lucrative operations, there as at least some sense of honor, of never going so far as to lose the respect of other mob families, trying to conduct their illegal activities, in a way, that would at least, while deadly in nature, gain, some kind of respect among, not only their rank and file members, their organized crime structure and families, but provided some sense of dignity, that while breaking the law, they did so with class, taking only a portion of the proceeds from well fought and established companies and businesses, unlike the mob, that has its teeth, in my son's music, that would drain, bury, kill, steal, hurt, injure, the very source of their income, not taking a mere 10% off the top, but cutting off the music at its core, and through avarice and greed, take, 100% by creating a new band, to steal the music, fabricate the authenticity and leave the band, with the brilliance, not a dime for 20 fucking years of work!

What is there to respect, to honor, in that?  I ask you?  And as the old mob, was replaced with the new brew, still with the brutality and the viciousness of competing families and inner family struggles, as money flowed, families got rich, lazy, sloppy, incompetent, and would squeal like pigs when they got caught, never developing a code of honor or respect, opening the doors of prison walls, for the few, who refused to rat out the rest, and cushy lives, of the witness protection programs, new identities, lives, and hopefully, legitimate lives, of hard work and earnings, in exchange for prison time, if there even is any now days, seeing so many cops of all levels, involved, as I have.  Most gangsters, even in the protection programs returned to crime, finding the easy money more enticing that the work of the rest of us, who payed for our families, homes, and businesses, through patience, work, practice, schooling, testing and licenses.  With money, came softness, weakness, that permeates the new mob, who still, have their cover families, their wives at home, with the kids, but, they still meet at the social clubs, for men only, meeting strippers, prostitutes, and whores, cheating behind their wives backs, but the difference is, the old timers were committed to their wives, with little emotional attachment to their whores . . . that, doesn't seem to be in the stars of the new mob, not only are they soft with no honor, there is little to respect in them from any aspect of life, family, religion, politics, power, or dignity.  I would advise my son and his band, as they venture forward, to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves . . . you have it so far over these fuckers, it is not funny!  You have staying power, universally great music, that transcends time, like all classics, and in that, you are truly musical geniuses!  Good luck . . .

Deadly Women: They Buried Their Children

In a manner, not unlike their male counterparts, the mob wives, or cops wives, all one in the same, part of the feeding frenzy, the sharks, with gold digging, money grubbing, leading them to the depths of motherhood, and depravity, they have, switched places with me, so they can claim, Elliot, or Greta, Chris and Nicole as their own, in a game, that is 360 degrees, in circumference, or a complete, covering of my life, from start to finish, from home life to, career, from stories, to travels, to cases to blogging, but the saddest part, not necessarily for me, because, I to this very day, am fighting for my children, parenting them, writing to protect them, telling them how to avoid the landmines of life, and avoid the dire circumstances, that accompany, this action or that, but, I wonder, as these women, take credit, claim, and fight, to be called the mothers of my children, where in the hell did their own go?  Who is watching their children?  Where are they and how are they explaining this whole fucking phenomena to them, that they somehow, raised at the hands of these same women, who now proclaim to be the parent of my children . . . what are they saying to their own children? 

They are, when all is said and done, their mother's children, same with dad, but mothers, generally, come with an innate, sense of nurture and the need to protect their young, to one extent or another, and with close examination, it it you claiming to cover old crimes and sins, not to think of them, my children, but for what they can do for you, all about you, never about them, or you would not harm them, switch them, or want to steal their lives, husbands, wives, girlfriends, careers, children, to make you own children, appear to be more successful, thus making you, appear to be a better mother, but in the process, actually ditching the lives, of your children!  If that makes sense, as none of this does, being so damaging to your own flesh and blood, maybe promising wealth, easy lives, houses, cars, degrees, careers or whatever, all on the backs of those children, you are robbing, or switching lives with?  There is more than one way to kill a child . . . physical, as will will see with these mothers, or psychically, mentally, emotionally, daily taking away the essence of who they are, what they have become, or what they are about!  That may be a crueler crime . . . burying them ALIVE!

The Case of the Bad Mother #1

Motherhood, by any stretch, can be a challenge, with late nights, diaper rash, colic, teeth aches, sore throats, etc., all the childhood trauma, but with it all come the sweet smiles, the happy voices, the cute actions, the hugs, kisses, homemade Mother's Day cards and presents, handcrafted notes, of I love you, MOM!  Life in all its aspects, is a balancing act, and you get the good with the bad, the sweet with the challenging, the sick nights, and doctors calls, with the joy of a healthy child.  The last thing, a girl, wants to do, is rush into this, unprepared, without a spouse, or thinking this is some type of doll, that you can put on a shelf, and leave to go hang out with a friend, go dancing, or spend all your time with a new boyfriend, who, most likely, depending on the age and circumstances, not ready to be a father, nor take on that role, until he is ready, and if you happen to get lucky enough be get, a responsible one at a young age, who is willing to take on a single, young mother, you better treat him good, because he is a rare commodity!

But, in this case, there is no father in the life of a young woman and her new baby, who live with her parents, who are happy to help, but don't want full responsibility for the child, with careers of their own, having raised their own children, and are unprepared emotionally, to take on their child's child, and responsibility.  But, party girl, not unlike, Casey Anthony, the big, Nancy Grace, story that took what two years to cover, this mother, was of a similar bent and character, totally, not wanting the duty of motherhood, seeing it as cramping her style, freedom, getting in the way of her new romance, with dude, making her, as was the case with Susan whatever, who drown her two cute boys, because children didn't fit in his life . . . women who will do anything for their man, and sometimes a guy who is not their man yet, and sadly sacrifice their own children, just with the chance of being with this guy.

Eventually, this mother, gets into it with her mother, who has shoulder the brunt of raising this child, and time after time, is made late for work, because her party girl daughter, can't get in on time, and she finally has had it, welcomes her daughter to motherhood, and turns the responsibility back to this narcissistic, self absorbed, immature girl, who, immediately takes her baby, out to the woods, tries to poison this 18 month old, with heavy doses of cough syrup, that doesn't work, so she, chokes her baby to death, leaves her in the car seat, until the small body goes stiff, then she discards her baby, out in the woods, as if a piece of trash, and she beats on herself, concocts this tale of rape, baby kidnapping, and battery, calling her boyfriend for sympathy, and cops, making up a story, that doesn't match her cell phone records and she ends up, without her child, no man, and the rest of her life or a good portion of life, in prison, for killing her baby!

Bad Mother #2

Now with this mother, there is some sympathy, because, being a devout, Christian, she and her husband, have 4 children, with three, I believe, under the age of like 5, in accordance with their faith and beliefs; however, this poor mother, who appears to have it all together, is suffering from postpartum depression, is overwhelmed by the responsibilities of motherhood, also haunted by the memories and suicide of her own mother, and adding to her feelings of being trapped and overworked, she home schools her oldest daughter, as she battles depression.  She did, however, recognize she was slipping more and more into a depression and she seeks help of her pastor, who tells her to pray more and advises her to not take medication, and later, this woman, snaps, stabs her husband, her daughter, chokes her baby, and sets herself and the whole family on fire, killing all but, a three year old boy, who somehow survives all this drama!  FBI profiler, Candice Delong, makes the observation with this mother, that all this could have been avoided, had she gotten the help and support she needed.  She had mental health issues, as you would coming from the traumatic childhood, seeing her mother's way to handled the stress of motherhood . . . but, let this be a lesson for all of us, that when someone cries for help, fucking help them, so many of life's crisis can be avoided or cut off at the pass, if there is help provided, understanding, friendship, a loving insightful husband to spell mom off on her duties, giving her a night out with friends, or at least insisting on a babysitter and as pressure mounts, the last thing that should be insisted on, is home schooling!  It is fine if you can handle it, but don't let anyone, guilt you into it, or put demands on your time, when they themselves would never do that same thing!  Husbands!

Bad Mother #3

This mother, again, had a traumatic childhood, when she was young, she was playing out in a garage, with brother, who finds a lighter . . . parents who smoke, can't leave lighters around, kids are drawn to fire, mesmerized by it, and will, if given the opportunity, use it, as this young boy did, lighting his sister's nightgown on fire.  All through her youth, she goes through like 90 surgeries and skin graphs, having burned most of her body, but she is a pretty girl, and get's pregnant, without, having a responsible man, to bear his burden of the parenting, with it taking two to tango, to have a baby, sex is only part of the deal, and what happens during that sex, is both of your responsibilities, not just fun for one, and hell for the other, if a baby comes as it did and nature, seems to make happen with sex, but she is going it, parenting alone.  And as first it is fun, she digs having this little buddy, but as the time rolls on, and her years are passing, her son becomes a burden to her, so she decides to get rid of this burden.  First, she hires babysitters, but the pickings are slim, and so see brings in teenagers, who use her house as a party house, she buys beer and allows them to bring their friends over and the little boy, is drugged to put him out of the misery of the mother and the teens, so they can all party like they want to.  Eventually, the boy, hates to see his mother leave, because he knows, that he is going to be drugged, which always causes him to throw up first, then pass out.  With more pressure from her son, mom decides to just get rid of the problem all together, and she strangles him in the bathroom, and sets the house on fire.  Firefighters are suspicious and find that, the patterns in the house, indicate it is set on purpose, to cover the gruesome details of the murder inside, and mom going to the bar and singing Karyoki that night of the funeral, tips cops off . . . mom, goes to prison for like 25 years!  NSA and Mo mafia, turned off spell check . . . sorry!

So, If That is Not Enough to Depress the Hell Out of You, Try These Two!

DEADLY SINS #1

Okay, so in this one, you have a young, attractive couple, not married long, and the wife, has an affair, right off the bat, breaking her new husband's heart, and to make it worse, she is pregnant and doesn't know who the father is; therefore, in an act of repentance and change, the wife, who loves her husband, acknowledging that, the fling meant nothing to her, and him forgiving her, they go together to abort the baby, that might be that of the other guy and a reminder, of the affair.  Soon after that, with the couple, back on track, and committed to their marriage, the wife is pregnant again, both are thrilled, and there is not doubt that this is the father's child, and the two can't wait to be parents and they are as happy as they can be.  Right about that time, the husband gets his dream job, which takes them to Fort Myers Beach, Florida, a dream home, gated community, both with great jobs, and life could not be better for awhile.  Soon, the wife, is tired of working full time, coming home, making dinner, and taking care of baby, but, the two do little to alleviate the pressure, but things are, as marriage can get, now and then, getting boring, and so, the husband, starts to escape to the office, the surrogate man cave, women, never seem to get to escape to, leaving her to deal with this all by herself, and soon, his very sexy, secretary, unhappy with her live in boyfriend and father of her 5 year old, is making her feel the same way, so the two start a steamy romance, that culminates in a confrontation between the wife, seeing her marriage and everything she has, slipping out the door, as the new chick, lavishes her husband with a very expensive gift.  She warns the secretary to stay away from her husband, as does the girlfriend's, father of her child, notice, the distancing of his girlfriend to this new man, with secret conversations, that used to be called, appropriately enough, criminal conversations, back in the days of fault divorce, and being charged with adultery.  This man, who still loves his girlfriend, becomes suicidal, seeing his world slipping away also.  The plan is for both parties, making it through the holidays with their old flames and spouses, then, drop the bomb, that the two have plans to be together, starting a new life with a new year.  Boyfriend, gets into his girlfriends computer, one night and reads all the steamy emails and plans, and has access to the company directory, finds new cheater's address, rides his motorcycle over, goes right up to the bedroom, and shoots the husband, as he sleeps, with wife screaming, he shoots her too, later with pangs of guilt, sees the young son, and calls, 911, and hands the phone to the kids, who is traced by cops, and comes to find the poor child, drenched in his mother's blood, just saying, mommy and pointing up to the bedroom!  Sad shit . . . fuck!

DEADLY SINS #2

So, in this case, you have a beautiful, older divorce', sexy and fun, who goes to Fort Myers Beach, Florida, and meets a man, named, Russell Myers, ironically, and falls in love, both at first sight.  They seem to be the perfect match, and they blend, perfectly, her jumping into his life and business, doing his books for his very successful landscaping business.  The honeymoon, lasts for years, with every one in the extended families, overjoyed that this couple has found love, later in life, and can spend the rest of their lives together. Eventually, the wife, gets some type of issue, that makes sex painful for her, and so their sex life starts to go down hill at this point.  The husband starts to get bored, and he gets on Internet sex sites, and starts to hook up with female escort services, and this Sugar Daddy, is loving life, not only does he become a regular, for one girl, but she brings in her best friend, and they start a threesome, having all kinds of fun, and he is getting more and more addicted.  These young conniving women, make no bones about, going after Sugar Daddy's money, that he, starts to brag about, and they start having problems paying their rent, and electricity, and he is more than glad to be the big guy and pay for all their problems and they return, those favors in kind. Eventually, one of the hot young babes, takes Daddy home to meet her family, brother and uncle, who are fresh out of prison!  Daddy is bragging, and flashing cash around, just the bait, these to seasoned sharks, like to see, and they let him talk about, where he lives, and where his cash is, and he even tells them about his safe, and the $10,000 he needs each month or week or so, to cover payroll!  Stupid is as, stupid does, and through baby girl's little black book, these criminals, get Sugar Daddy's address and decide to relieve him of his money!  When they get to his house, his dog becomes a nuisance, so they kill the dog, and go upstairs to find, this beautiful wife, just reading a book while her husband is out with his whores, and she is the one who pays the price for his dalliances, by simply being at the wrong place at the wrong time, due to the loose lips of her husband, and the two prison mates, make quick work of her, slit her throat, and start to search the place, never finding the stash of cash, but they do find, a lousy $1,000 that they killed the wife for . . . husband comes home, shortly after, and finds, a blood bath, and his very classy wife, dead on the floor! Cops, of course interview him, and rule him out as a subject, with him, knowing damned well, who the culprits are, and the girlfriends kin are arrested without incident and charged in the murder of the wife!
