Abraham Lincoln's Lasting Legacy

Yesterday, during lunch at the Poverello Center, Missoula, Montana, on Broadway, I noticed a National Geographic Magazine, on the table and happened to be flipping through it, and noticed an article, on President Lincoln, celebrating the 150th anniversary, of either his birthday, life, legacy, the 13th amendment, the Civil War, and the fact that the war, that cost 850,000 lives, in this country, with Southern integration, being seen as going much smoother, had Abe still been alive. noticing that what could have just taken a while with his drive, passion and power, has taken over a centuries, but with centuries, before that, seeing a country, who had slaves, segregation, riots, Jim Crow laws, and we are not there yet!  Kissinger!  LOL!  But seriously, we can serve as a nation, that can be an example to many other nations on earth, that also have different races, living near each other, causing civil wars, rumors of wars, and genocide, that, in this socially connected world, can learn from our example of, truly, creating a more tranquil domestic situation here in America, as our founding fathers, put as a goal, back in 1827, or whenever the Constitution was signed, don't have my pocket sized copy, keep, giving them away!  

We all know the issues, the problems, the causes, the racial profiling, the incarceration rates, and deaths, still, and some as late as just a few months ago, with a young black man being killed in Texas, for dating a white woman!  Are you fucking kidding me.  I would venture a guess, that one of the reasons I have been buried, among many, being the top female attorney, coming out of Mormon Utah, with the cases that have brought national acclaim and notoriety, is the fact that, I openly admit to having relationships with black lovers, and, oh, they were so sweet and cool guys, and, for those who are up to it, GREAT SEX, good times, fun memories!  LOL!  I miss them both, and I am grateful, that they came into my sheltered, segregated life, still in Utah, and basically in Montana too.  I remember, flying into Atlanta, Georgia, back 10 or so years ago, to see my daughter, Greta and her husband, Dallas, either living in Althereta or Dawsonville, but when I hit, the airport, waiting for them to come get me, I remember thinking, being one of the only white people, at least were I was, that this must be how, blacks feel, flying into UTAH!  LOL!  When I told this to Elliot, Mr. Liberal, and the social monitor in the Secrist family, he said, Mom, you bigot.  What, I am not a bigot, I just have not been around blacks much.  But, I am glad to report, that I have since then, and I dig them!

I remember, Miles, who I was either, fucking or arguing with, one of my black lovers, my sparing partner, lover, and on one occasion, with him being a musician, asking me legal questions, about his brother stealing hi music, in their joint venture, and marketing it without his permission, and other business issues, we got into an argument, and he made the statement that, Elvis Presley and other musicians, had actually taken the music of black musicians, over the years, and claimed it for their own, and in Miles fashion, he went to the extreme, making the statement, that, all music in America, had been stolen from blacks.  Of course, I went ape shit, and we got into a huge ass argument.  I then, said, well my son's music is original, not stolen from anyone, and as most musicians are, I am sure that he was influenced by someone, but I doubt a black!  Then we got into some argument, over this or that, what music is played in the clubs in Spokane at the time, he is in Sea Tack, near Seattle, or was last I talked to him.  The argument got so heated, that Linda, a friend, drove us around to dance clubs to see who was right, and I can't remember, so he must have been right!  LOL!  But, he had an advantage, he lived in Spokane, and I can vouch for the bizarre music they listen to!  

But, my all time, end all, gotcha argument was, the fact that the black man got the vote before women did, and blacks got the Civil Rights Act, and women didn't get the ERA passed!  And on top of that, there are three white women, here helping you with your business, and I don't see any of your sistas!  If we were not arguing over one thing it was another, and he knew, that he could lure me to where he was at, if he clocked his sexual addiction to me, in the need for help, with legal issues, because I would never go to Seattle for sex, but, my altruistic side, always would to help him with either his business, music or housing issues, but he knew that before we started talking, he had to get sex done first, or the fight would be on!  LOL!  First things, first! 

That is not so untypical, because yesterday, my gurus and source of knowledge, in Missoula, the Brian and Chris Show, told women, not to worry about getting a man through cooking, like the old saying, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach--recent studies, show, no go straight for the crotch!  LOL!  Men, if given a choice, will always take sex over food.  Women, however, would not, so it is good, that we do most of the cooking or nobody would get any food.  I am getting more and more impressed with God's designs, and the differences between men and women!  LOL!  I used to be disgusted by the man, just one level above Cromagnim man, still dragging his knuckles on the ground, or the normal, healthy, all American male, the simple man, who is just happy to have a woman, next to him, he loves, a roof over his head, kids, and a few dollars stashed away.  Sex, dinner, football, sex, dinner, football, work on Monday morning!  Gotta love it!  I did not think that way when I was young, saw men as very lesser creatures, not very evolved, and they sure as hell needed improving . . . what the fuck was God thinking!

I got the allegedly, evolved man, he is a user, abuser, manipulator, sociopath, psychopath, murderer, and fixated on fake boobs!  Give me the real man, who wants a real woman, with real issue, and real food!  And those highly involved men, are out, in the Pacific, working for the CIA, sleeping with my doubles, stealing my son's music to fund their secret wars, and taking a million to 5 million a day, from the proceeds from this blog!  FUCK, NO!  Thank God, your prayers are not always answered!  You might hate the fulfillment . . . just give me a SIMPLE MAN!

ERASURE

Your sitting in a class in college and the professor starts talking about early patterns of immigration, in America.  Then they go on to state that there was a large mass migration of Africans to America, who basically came as migrant workers!  WHAT!?  The slaves did not come willingly, their families were tore apart, they were put on ships, made to paddle their way, under board, chained to the oars and their seats, whipped, beaten, starved, and if they died, their bodies were just thrown overboard!  These men, women and children, were taken from their homelands, basically, kidnapped, and sold on the auction blocks, in America.  Women were often stripped naked to the waist, so male slave owners, and plantation owners, could look them over, not only as the best stock, but as potential sex slaves, to serve them in their homes, and in their beds as well.  Husbands were ripped from the bosoms of their wives, separated from their children, who were sold off as soon as they could work on the plantation, or in the master's house!

They were not paid, like the migrant worker, they had no rights, no freedom and they were the property of their masters, who could do with them what, he or she pleased, often, being very abusive and cruel!  This is erasure, taking what, really happened, read, Alex Huxley's books, pre-erasure days!  My God, if you want, President Abraham Lincolns, quotes and words up above, to bring tears to your eyes, as they do mine, read or watch, the book or TV series, called, Roots!  You will be EVOLVING, with the word, LOVE, the last four words, changing your tune, who you are, open your fucking heart and see what we have done, what we are doing now, in FERGUSON, BALTIMORE, NEW YORK and the whole fucking nation!  There was a Jon Stewart, Daily Show, that came on, around the time, I believe of Michael Brown's murder in Ferguson, and the black comedian, who was on, I don't watch it enough to know who he is, sorry, but he said, well, I am going to move, here . . . and Stewart, would give the name of the latest victim of a cop killing of a black in that city, then he would say the next city, and on and on, finally, you see, the dude with a space helmet on, and the next thing you see is the flashing lights of cop cars, pulling up!

This erasure, is on an accident, and not incidental, it is on PURPOSE, to minimize the blight of blacks and what happened to them!  We are also hearing, that the Holocaust never happened either, erasing the lives and torture of 6 million Jews! . . . we are fucking white washing history, either to ease our guilty conscience, or to justify continued, unconstitutional actions of racial profiling, and asinine actions! or our own bigotry!  We are where we are! we are who we are, we are what we are, and we can change!  We can evolve, we can love, yes, people of a different race, different religion, different culture, different color!  Animals, under Darwin, did evolve, but they don't have the rational capacities that humans have, who can literally be changed in a NEW YORK SECOND!  We need to deal with reality, like it or not, deal with the lives that have been ruined, shattered, blown apart . . . and do our duty, as human beings, as communities, as cops, and "Let us have the faith that RIGHT, makes MIGHT!  Right is right, and wrong is just, fucking WRONG!

We Are Not Fucking Animals, Preying on the Weak, Allowing Only the Fittest to Survive!  The Constitution, the Preamble, is to Encourage, The Best America, Our Best as Humans, And Equality for ALL Who Come to This Land of the Free, Because of the BRAVE!  Be BRAVE, DO Your Duty!

We as Americans, have or sold, always have, protected the minority from the majority, the weak from the strong, the disabled, the aged, the female, in a male world, being protectors, not abusers, protected those with other beliefs, other skin color, those with different religious beliefs, those members of suspect classes of PEOPLE, who might be targets of injustice, of discrimination, targets of hate, persecution, and mistreatment. Did, 850,000 of our ancestors, progenitors, fathers, brothers, uncles, grandpas, waist their blood, one the battlefields of America?  Really, can we not progress?  Can we not weep, for those who lost their lives, on the Trail of Tears?  Will we allow, the rich to feed on the poor, the able to take from the deserving?  Do, we believe, in injustice, just because, someone has the might, the connections, the access, to connections, the protection, to get ILL GOTTEN GAIN?  Is this the world we want?  Do we want, a group of maybe, gifted, privileged, educated, people to ignore boundaries, countries, treaties, governments, constitutions, and merit and earning, taking what they will, because they can, and going to war, without accountability, responsibility, JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN, or THEY SEE THEMSELVES AS THE FITTEST?

I would say, there are more ways that fitness and looks, connections and access, to judge a man or woman worthy, to lead, when the morally bankrupt, the sexually depraved, the mad men and women, who are serious, sociopaths, and psychopaths, with no feelings, no empathy, no sympathy for the WRONGS THEY HAVE COMMITTED, and then, other legally, and judicially, and enforcement depraved, insane, useful idiots, stand by and watch the takings, the thefts, the steals, the booty, the spoils of another man or woman's work and stand by as mute cops, doing fucking nothing, with no other course, but total mayhem or insanity, as your lives, your works, your music, you cases, your blogs, your houses, your cars, are plundered by the, rich and powerful, ON OUR OWN MONEY?  I dig the song by, Willy, Waylon and the Boys, sometimes you gotta saddle up your horses, draw a line in the sand, and round up the BAD GUYS!

WE CAN DO THIS AMERICA, WE CAN DO THIS WORLD!

Peace, love, beauty, glory, goodness, happiness, joy, inclusion, acceptance, honor, nobility, and greatness is within the grasp of us all.  We have all the tools, we have the foundation, we have the knowledge, now we need the WISDOM to apply the KNOWLEDGE WE HAVE . . .
