"MOVE" Organization, From Bizarre Family to Alleged Terrorists! Hopefully, Cops Learn From Mistakes . . . Appears So!
Next to blogging, watching true crime shows, comes next . . . "Let The Fire Burn", a documentary, on the tragedy in Philly, back in 1985, appeared on my YouTube recommendations, well, connected to the option I took, and after the first few shows, this documentary came up, an historical account of the call, Mayor Frank Rizzo, cops, firefighters, and other city officials made, that led to rethinking, their approach to apparent, agitators of city peace, after the call was to drop a bomb on a fortress, the Move Organization, had made, after having run in after run in with cops, being hauled into court, charged with harassment type charges, ended in this group, becoming more and more militarized, angry, and eventually, a cop gets killed, and war breaks out, ending with an entire city block of homes burned to the ground, after there was no one who called for the fire from the bomb to be put out. Eleven Move members, were burned alive, babies and a male member, were, it appeared to be murdered or killed, just outside the back door of the compound, with police brutality. I believe, that there were only three members that lived, two women, and 1 young male child. One of the members, was a former, Black Panther, which may have added to the fear of the Move Organization . . . in the documentary, as the interviewer, talks to the young man, a bit older, and in the custody of his father, who was in the Navy, was juxtaposed to the testimonies of the police officers involved.
None of the cops and city officials were ever charged with crimes, the city, the mayor, and law enforcement were found to be negligent, a dark spot in the history of the city, and hopefully, will never be repeated again. A lifestyle that is different from the norm, is not reason, to harass, intimidate, threaten, and follow, seeing the members as suspect, reading more, between the lines, and forcing, strange behavior, in a means of defense, to a war with the city, and growing into making the organization, actually train, in military defense . . . it was rumored that the Move members, had rifles, firearms, and they stood watch over their compound, but it was later found that none of the guns were in fact, operable, adding to the tragedy, with questions of getting the right information, before the call to bomb the compound. There were allegations of family abuse, which was also found to be false Intel, and on and on. Often, when we don't understand a group, their practices, principles, and lifestyle, we want to judge them, simply because they don't conform to the standards that society has set, and expects . . . as in the Preamble of the United States Constitution, we are seeking to make a more perfect union, making a more tranquil society, looking for the general welfare, common defense, justice for all, and peaceful prosperity for people and their posterity . . . that is the GOAL, seeking a Utopia, or the perfect society . . . we can do this!

The Gang Riot in Waco, Texas . . . The Former Scene of Another Showdown with the Branch Davidians, A Similarly Strange Family Unit that Ended in Tragedy Too, But This Time, From All Appearances, Law Enforcement Got It RIGHT . . . Right Place, Right Time, Right Forces!
I just happened out of the swimming pool, at just the right time, to be able to catch the interview with, Stg. Patrick Swanton, apparently, the officer, in charge of doing the press conference, and rundown of what happened, yesterday, Sunday, between 5 rival gangs, and the cops. I was impressed with the immediate, transparency of the presentation of the facts, the players involved, the police agencies that showed up to help with a situation, that an intelligence agent, had alerted law enforcement of, that bikers, fighting over turf, drug territories, recruits, and other issues, were heading to Waco, Texas, and they needed to be ready for whatever might happen. Tristan Jared Lameroauex, one of my clients, who saw, blue prints for nuclear missile ranges of cities, that Japanese Mafia and Neo-Nazi's, were hiding, as he, contact them in Mesquite, Nevada, just to buy drugs and got into much more than that . . . he told me, that the Hell's Angel's, were the American Mafia . . . very violent, dangerous, and powerful! My client, had a Vagos biker tattoo, on his arm, and had ridden with the biker gang, known as one of the Top Ten Most Dangerous Gangs.
So, this was not child's play, and with 5 rival gangs, ending up in the same town, which, as Stg. Swanton said, could be any town in America, so, they hoped that they, Waco, could be a model of how to handle this problem, if other cities, end up with bikers converging on their town, bringing with them, the violence, the fighting, the turf wars, the participation in drug trafficking, and other types of criminal activities . . . it is always nice to have cops do what cops do best, control a very dangerous situation, that could have been way worse than it was . . . Thank God! The law enforcement spokesperson, did, make it perfectly clear, that they shot at armed bikers! When suspects, are using lethal force . . . there is no other choice, that for officers to use, lethal force against them! With 170 to 200 bikers, in one small, location, with me wondering, how in the hell, they all fit in the Twin Peaks Restaurant, is a mystery to me.
As I understand it, because I was not in a position to take notes, on Swanton's, very informative, but cautious in what he did report and what he couldn't, informing the press and the public with all he could at that time, knowing that cops would be gathering evidence, information to get enough evidence to hold those responsible, who caused the original fight, that led to the deaths of 9 people, the fight, started between two bikers, of rival gangs, in the bathroom, that quickly spread to the main rooms in the restaurant, with cops, taking just seconds to get to the cite of the violence, riot, and gun fire. I can't recall of the cops went in, or if they waited, or were surrounding the restaurant, and as the fight, started to come outside, the bikers started shooting at cops, as well as continuing their fight with the other bikers. This type of crime, violence, gun slinging, should never be on the streets of any city in America . . . so Kudos to the cops, their supporting agencies from other towns, surrounding Waco, and who ever, put the lid on this type of activity, making the citizens, innocent, at risk! Thanks for serving and protecting, in an admirable manner! We appreciate it . . . and a model for the nation! Good job!
Constitutionally, Insurrections & Rebellions, National Guard Jurisdiction
I would not say, that this incident, rose to the level of an insurrection or rebellion. Generally, with this type of spontaneous combustion, that is very likely, with 5 rival gangs, coming to town at the same time, going to the same place to eat, it is almost a guarantee that there will be problems. Under the best of circumstances, bikers, and shockingly so, know for violence, and often, deal with issues, in more of an undercover, or covert manner, dealing with their problems, in almost an underbelly of society way, mafia style, yet rarely comes to the attention of the authorities. So, this was different, that, what my client, Tristan, who was contacted, after telling the military, what he had seen in Mesquite, Nevada, with anti-American gangs, vying for two Americas . . . dividing America into two sections, half, all about America, with the Hell's Angels on one side . . . and Ayrian Nation, white supremacists, Neo-Nazi's, into racial purity, on the other side, by the FBI and Military, or the National Guard, the constitutional group with training under the United States military, and under the command of the President, commander-in-chief, and when not in use, under the direction of the Governors of each state!
My Intel man, on this issue, Tristan, was that there was going to be a war, between the Hell's Angels, who are all about America, defending the current politics and country, warring against the white supremacists groups, who want two separate Americas. From all I could tell, this was an FBI, Tristan had an FBI number, and was often contacted by them, and the National Guard, called to handle situations that are larger than the situation in Waco, TX, with the bikers gangs . . . same groups, but much smaller scale, and over turf, but not over the whole country and divisions. Where Tristan got tangled in the mess, was that his wife, Misty, who had been born into a biker gang, the Hell's Angels, whom he married, because of the FBI and Military asking him to serve his country, in a different way, that officially joining the military, which he was willing to do. But, Misty, slept with one of the military guys, who was a high ranking member, engaged in putting down the insurrection and rebellion, with people not knowing, what she knew, of sensitive and confidential information, and what she had told Tristan. Here is where the situation, gets bad, due to the lack of sexual control of the military member, three members of the Iron County Sheriff's Department, were also, members of the National Guard . . . I believe, they were called into stage a suicide, and they murdered her, in a botched attempt to stage the scene. Tristan, was charged with her murder, as a cover for the cops/National Guard members. That is how I got involved.
President Obama's Announcement To Limit The Number of Militarized Vehicles the Local Cop Shops Can Have . . . National Guard Already Has Tanks & Other Vehicles, That Might be Needed!
What is no body's job or responsibility, is every one's job . . . that is not how this country is run! President Obama, yesterday, announced that he, through an executive order, is putting limits on local cops, for the number of militarized vehicles they can have, and should have. SWAT vehicles, and a few others are for the safety of situations that do not rise to the level of an insurrection and rebellion, and those limited vehicles can handle the normal criminal activities in a city; however, when something, like the Waco, situation, escalates, more to a rebellion or insurrection, that could have happened, in a stand off, or a shoot out, that involved the 200 bikers, who may have sided with each other, against the cops, then, that is a time to call in the National Guard, who are equipped and trained, to fight wars, domesti c and foreign, which this was a possibility of becoming, but didn't rise to that level, so well handled by local cops!
Every time I go to and from Missoula, Montana, I pass the National Guard, going up highway 93, and there are tons of tanks, trucks, and other militarized vehicles, that are only miles outside of town, and easily accessed, and deployed within a city, to take care of a situation that escalates, beyond the cops control, or man-power. There is no reason to have two government agencies, having the same equipment, to handle the same situation, when the National Guard, is trained in war-type activities, that could have so easily happened, and best suited to deal with wars, on our soil, in our states. The governors have the power to call these men and women out to deal with larger problems within the state limits and boundaries. Just like there are jurisdicitonal issues between cop agencies, this is just another jurisdictional, or power to act, issues . . . where one is trained for war, and the other is not, and should not have war or miliarized vehicles, made for those trained to do that type of work!

Laughlin, Nevada . . . Do You Want to Die April 18, 2012
I was going to tell you about, Laughlin, Nevada, back in 2002, if I remember. Back in 2011, Allan Rex Bess, was murdered . . . this date was just on an FBI File episode, and reminded me that I wanted to give, whomever, some piece of evidence, that there is a difference between, Allan, who rode with the Vagos, and Frank, who was either, at Laughlin, based on the way he acted, when I hooked up and befriended, several biker bitches, who were at Laughlin, when the shootings and riot broke out between two biker gangs, Hell's Angels and Mongols, with three people ending up dead. Frank, not Allan, he was already dead, murdered by Shelley and Frank, burned in the new furnace in the basement of the Parowan house, belonging to the Bess's for the last 58 years, and then his ashes, mixed with cement, and cemented around the wood and coal window, that went from the driveway, at 291 North 100 East, Parowan, in the previously, spotless basement, when Allan owned the house, and the trashed, searched, and messy house, after Frank showed up and took all stock certificates, bank account information, property titles and anything he could get his gold digging hands on, that Shelley scoped out, when she stopped by and had sex with Allan, who was horney as hell, and would have jumped anyone, after a year in jail! Shelley, had sex, and employed, Frank's favorite assassination technique, by waiting until the Marine, I Corp. member, cowboy and biker, was asleep, after sex, and then using a 22, Shelley, shot the real Allan Rex Bess, behind the ear . . . cops can still get DNA evidence, as I asked them to do, from the blood pool, that is right where Allan's head would have been laying, with someone else in bed with him. Far be it from me, to tell the cops how to do their jobs, since I had done it 15 years earlier for pay!
You see, the way, this double thing works, is they find either an actor or actress, who is either close to the victim and target, or claims to be, like Allan, who rode with the Vagos, and Frank, who claimed to be an inflitrator for the government of the biker gang, Hell's Angels . . . or was he a bikers, who got caught by the feds, through an infiltrator, and was used to get information about the gangs he had ridden with? Anyway, the stories, involving bikers, were not even close, nor were their stories of service in the Viet Nam War . . . Allan was I Corp. Marine, who wanted to go into battle, but was stuck at a desk, and tried to stop the war, seeing the huge ass number of casualties, that were kept secret to the American public, but know to Intel, compared to Frank's stories of being a platoon leaders, who took 82 boys into battle, and only came back with 53 . . . with him telling me, that those who listened, implying, that I should listen to him, lived, and those who didn't listen, died, maybe implying that I would die if I didn't foilow him . . . I didn't owe him anything . . . Allan Rex Bess is dead, and his Social Security check is being collected by Frank, as well as his VA benefits, and there is no, death certificate for Allan . . . because that would stop all benefits! Allan was connected to the Vagos, and Frank, never mentioned them, only the Hell's Angels, was he at Laughlin, NV? He hid his face from the biker chicks, I met and talked to at Duck Creek, Utah, at a concert, held during the day . . . Frank disappeared and mentioned that he didn't want them to notice him, as a government infiltrator!
Allegedly, from the biker bitches, who were friends with some of the Hell's Angels, they only mentioned one, and wanted me to represent him in his criminal trial . . . Frank didn't want me to. Why? They told me, something different that wiki reports, and they were there, as I understand it, from their recounting of the case. Apparently, the Mongols were having a wedding, down in Laughlin, or it was the Hell's Angels, and while the wedding was going on, the rival and dangerous biker rivals, showed up and started to cause trouble, and someone shot one of the Mongols, and a riot broke out, and some chick, called the cops, and everyone was pissed at the girl, and some gang members tore into her for calling the cops . . . one of the 6 bikers, on one of the sides, was the one most pissed, and I think, because he got into with the girl for calling, somehow, he was blamed for starting the riot, and being one of the shooters, or responsible. Again, 6 members of each biker gang were arrested. Shelley, off and on, spent time with bikers . . . once being the chair person, setting up the Children's Justice Center, connected with the Utah Attorney Generals Office, and BACA, Bikers Against Child Abuse, got involved and contributed, when they were going through Logan . . . did Shelley meet, Frank, in one of the biker trips through Logan? She allegedly sold school libraries, books, during the years between 2005 and 2008 . . .
I believe the cops, didn't figure out what happened in Laughlin, until about 2008 . . . was she making trips, two weeks at a time, meeting Frank in Nevada? At the same time, my son, Elliot's band, God's Revolver, is rockin' the U.S.A., and mafia, got involved in the music industry . . . Shelley's youngests son, Tyron Southwick, in Logan, I think, was the son, of Jimmy Robinson or Robison, who was a music mixer for the Doors. He owed Shelley a ton of child support, when they found him, living in a gated community, in New York . . . did the Office of Recovery Services, let him off the hook, or the assistant attorney generals over child support collections, give Jimmy a deal, to do the mixing on the pirated music . . . with Shelley, Jessie, and Tiffany Anderson, making tons of copies of a CD, only with the word, Bandit on it!
