Me & Frank Garner, Former Police Chief in Kalispell, Now Over Security at the Regional Medical Center

Frank, who is also a legislator, and whom I am sure had something to say, probably on the side of the cops, has been watching, following, trailing, and harassing me at the Hospital for at least as long as I have been in Kalispell or he has known that I have been here.  He is old school, and he would recognize my name, and probably is on the payroll of the fraud broads, and all about covering up who I am, and going to take me down, without anyone seeing me, putting me in a detention camp of some sort without, charges, a hearing, or a termination date!  That is your fucking Patriot Act for you . . . and Republicans are about it big time, Senator Hatch, McCain, President of the Senate, Mitch McConnell, all voted for the detention part of the Patriot Act, and it is still on the books, and I have been victimized by it, and the threat is there daily!  With that background, I noticed two people in the security vehicle at the Hospital lately, where, I go, off and on to write my blog, free adverting the great fresh food, at the Sunnyview Cafe, where at times I eat, both breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner, somewhat regularly, and the public is invited to enjoy the amazing meals, at very reasonable prices . . . and if Frank and crew, up there would read my blog, they would know that, they might be smarter by Sunday, and have better marriages, too!  LOL!  Probably not going to happen, but what is their reasoning, for following me, as late as this morning in a very obvious manner . . . trying to intimidate me because I made reference about asset forfeiture?

Well in my normal fashion, I don't back down, I amp up, I am going to rip your fucking legislation to shreds you dumb ass!  This morning, I cut through the Hospital, because the bus was late, and so, the fuck what!  There is no law, that says I can't.  Generally, I walk along the streets around the Hospital, that have fucking signs all over them, that it is State Law to watch and allow pedestrians to cross the streets, so obviously, they are city, county and state owned and maintained roads!  Now the bus shelter, drops you off right in front of the Hospital, and the Salvation Army is fucking directly in back of the Hospital in an old, Mormon Church!  If that isn't telling?  And when there is rain, or inclement weather, I will cut through the Hospital, never bothering anything, so what is the problem, and the crime?  What have I done wrong?  So, this morning, they were training a new bus driver, and the bus took some extra roads, and I only had 15 minutes to get from the road out in front of the Hospital to the Salvation Army for breakfast, because working out, doing double shots at the Kalispell Atheletic Club, I am ready to eat the bus, rather than ride it, by the time lunch comes!  I guess Frank and crew, who have been trolling for me, since I got back in town . . . now how come they don't think I am not the JoAnn S. Secrist. J.D., who kicked the shit out of cops back in 1997 . . . because they know I am the real one!  Or they would leave me alone . . . shelter logic?

Game of Cat & Mouse

So, I walk through the Hospital, because I am not going to take a fucking one hour bus ride to get breakfast and miss it by 15 minutes!  I notice, this new dude, or maybe it is Frank, I haven't seen him, that I know of since he MCed a panel discussion after Sandy Hook, where 21 kids and teachers were gunned down, and that was the first exposure, and he was pissed that I asked the cops some questions, 3 of 4 of them couldn't answer, and it was game on since then, and that was at least two years ago, so, off and an.  But, I saw some guy, with a firearm, which is way over powered for a security guard, and he wasn't wearing the uniform the security guards wear, so, he is something else, undercover, or whatever.  I ate breakfast, and right as I was getting done, and ready to go out the front door, and I am not sure he saw me, I saw him, cruising passed the old church, that houses the Salvation Army.  I ducked back inside . . . I need to give you a side bar on my morning, before I came for breakfast which I don't generally do . . . as I got out of bed to make it, I noticed, that the cover I had on the bed had rolled up, by itself, like a sleeping bag or something, that seemed almost impossible to roll that way . . . now anyone who has been to jail, as I have, due to this type of shit, has heard the words, Roll UP, Secrist, coming from Central at the Jail, that is what it reminded me of.  Then when I went to pull back the curtains, they split in two parts, which had never happened, so I thought, this might be a sign from Intel, God, I don't want to split, so I noted it, but ignored it, for the moment, but was on guard . . . the benches, in the women's locker room were also, split, shit.  Then the song I wrote about yesterday, in the Cinderella Evidence Blog, I Want to Rest In Your World, was on the video, followed by a commercial, on Twinning!

Okay, so this is beyond coincidence, and there is something going down, pretty brutal blog after the guy told me he saw me on the news, the night before and I went ape shit on my blog, against the fucking cops who not only are in on this fraud, but are always going after me, rather than the bitches, cop bitches, who support them cop addictions to things like asset forfeiture, power, pussy, perks, and polygamy, or a cop world through the fucking Patriot Act!  Yesterday, sad to say, someone turned MSNBC to Fox Opinion, and I happened to see the program called, Outnumbered!  There were four alleged, Fox chicks, and one male attorney, imitating the view, with 4 chattering females, but there is two much symbolism, with Rupert Murdoch, Fox, the Wall Street Journal, both owned by him, the reports after the 3rd presidential debate, back in 2012, and after watching it, not only as a high school debater, and attorney, with a more than educated and opinionated view of who kicked who's ass, the WSJ reported, as did Fox, that Romney won the debate he admitted on about 6 things that he would do nothing different than President Obama, who royally did some major ass kicking, and it was reported Mitt won!  What?  So, that show, just led me right to Mitt, Mormons, polygamy, and the social engineering, that starts to get the people to see, this 1 man, 4 women, ratio as normal, and with all the Muslims and all, polygamy is okay . . . and so are HONOR KILLINGS!  That is where my father comes in . . . 

Back to the chase this morning . . . I back up and go to the kitchen to tell the ladies, that the security guards are right outside waiting for me, they tell me to ditch out the back door and go around the Church, and hit the streets, when I really wanted to go to the bus shelter, and go work out . . . I have belonged to at least 3 fucking gyms, the Summit is one, but they started pulling shit like this three days after I started, and what would happen to all the doubles if JoAnn got back to her 140 lbs. and people recognized her, as she was back in the day!  God forbid, Rachel, Tiffany, Shelley, Sue, Kay . . . couldn't be her, she would look like they remember her, and the Won't be Fooled Again!  So, as I came around the front of the Church, looking at walking down, Bountiful, which is totally symbolic, where I grew up, and the name of the high school, and town, but I look down the street, and low and behold, there is the security guard, hiding, near a Lutheran Pre-School, so on church property, no jurisidiction ass hole, trespassing way more than I am!  But, I see him and go back into the Church, for sanctuary from the whatever flavor of cops!  I went back out the back door, and sat on the steps, reading my Skeptic and Free Thinker Magazines!  Had a great lunch, as usual, took a ride with Sam, knowing, that the fuckers would be waiting as they have been the last few days, right near the bus shelter, at the front corner of the Hospital . . . guess Frank and the boys, think I should fly over the Hospital to get behind it!  LOL!  Fuck'em!

Oh, after getting to the library, and just upstairs, another piece of intel from God, a truck drove by that said, Glacier Twins . . . the twinning means, they start the dropping the poison, that is not the real JoAnn, she can't be an attorney, and be eating at the Salvation Army!  That chick, that is working out at the athletic club, is not an attorney, she doesn't even have a change of clothes . . . evidence, evidence, evidence . . . most people who challenge the government, are either dead, in detention camps, or shut the hell up to stay alive, after having their lives fucked with like THIS!

If you, brainiacs, want to follow me along, as I go through an article, that was written in the Daily Inter Lake, the local newspaper, here in the Flathead Valley, go online, and search for the article entitled, New law will limit property seizures!  Helena AP, or the Associated Press, did a bang up job on writing this article, and I don't even need to come up with the arguments against this shit, that started the 20 year war with the cops, that they are going to lose, whether I live or DIE, you god-damn motherfuckers, who have profitted, not only from this, but from my son's music, and my cases, blogs and writings!  Go to fucking hell, these are not even my words!  YAHOO!  I wish that I could write the whole article, it is that good, but I will just bullet and pick out some of the hightlights!  LOL!  Gotta love it!

• state officials are cracking down on police seizures of personal belonging . . . good so far!
• a new statute will prohibit law enforcement from claiming any personal property before the owner is convicted of a crime . . . still good!
• right now, if there is probable cause, to believe that property was used in a crime or illegally obtained, cops can take a persons property, without a warrant or formal charges!  I had a million dollar home, all furniture, law practice, plants, grand piano, art collection, etc., taken . . . now what was my crime?  And how was it illegally obtained?  The cops, brought in Shelley, and her loser kids, Isaac, who brought a gun and allegedly marijuana, that was never found . . . she was home 24/7 in control of the house, while I was in 5 fucking states working on cases, taking care of her and her lazy ass kids, and even a grand kid!  No Isaac was a plant, Shelley was working for the cops, she was to take over being ME!  STILL TRYING!  She was working with Judge John Walton, Judge Micheal G. Westfall, Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff, Governor, Gary Herbert, U.S. Judge, Tena Campbell, and the Washington County Sheriff's Department, Constable, Jean Dickson, and her hench men, just doing what the boys up north told them to do! Reed Richards was over the Sheriffs Association and he was in on it too!  He was Chief Deputy Attorney General, next in line for Attorney General, but for my killing asset forfeiture!
• in 42 states, including Montana, law enforcement gets to keep some or all of the money that is sezed and forfeited . . . bull shit!  Lee McGrath, legislative counsel at the Institute for Justice, said, That gives them a direct financial incentive to pursue certain types of crimes . . . officers in most states take advantage of asset forfeiture laws by disproportionately chasing crimes such as driving under the influence and drug trafficking that carry the punishment of relinquishing property to the police.  Lucrative cases often involve no warrants or charges!  THIS MAKES THE COPS ON THE TAKE . . . NEVER IN HITS THE COURTS!
• activists said the law which goes into effect, July 1, will protect due process and the property of innocent people.  The cops see everyone, like me, as guilty!  $$$$$$$$$$!  I don't smoke, do drugs, drink, or anything like that!  They have seized, two houses, a cabin, and 5 vehicles, plus everything in them, and my law practice, including $700 million worth of cases and waiting, all against the government . . . this had nothing to do with drugs, and everything to do with stopping me, and paying me back for 17 years earlier, when I killed asset forfeiture laws in UTAH!
• the new law requires, Montana officers to store potentially seizable property until the suspected criminal is found guilty . . . so it is not, innocent, until proven guilty . . . the legislature does restore the presumption of innocence, and shifts the burden of proof back to the state . . . but, they have your assets!  I know a couple, who contacted me to represent them in Utah, who were charged with doing something wrong on their taxes . . . they knew about it, and were making their accountant, who had done something wrong, fix it, but in the mean time, the state, froze all their bank accounts, and put their cabins, lodges and everything in receivership, and made them look like criminals!  They didn't even have access to their banks to pay for the attorney they wanted, it was Max Wheeler, but they wanted me on the case, and also to file a civil rights case against them.  They, having no access to their assets, cut a deal with the prosecutors or the attorney generals in charge of the case, and each of them separately had to spend some time in jail, and I believe the husband got so sick from the stress, that he either died or came damn near close to it, while in jail!  These novel cabins, were built by out of staters--non-members, Mormons, and they brought their own crews in, and their own wood . . . I think the locals wanted something done against this couple, rich, and out of staters, from Oklahoma and Tennessee, or somewhere like that, the cabins and lots were gorgeous . . . they were 5 miles outside of Duchesne or Roosevelt, Utah!. . . I was too busy to take the case, but I listened to them, visited them and tried to help as much as I could!  This is asset forfeiture + Patriot Act, bull shit!  WE THE PEOPLE, are not to be denied, life, liberty, or PROPERTY without due process of law, or compensation in a government taking . . . now, under the 5th amendment, how does seizure before proven guilty, not qualify of a government taking? UNCONSCIONABLE!
• the new statute will not, however, stop police from submitting assets to the federal government and recieving up to 80% of the profit!  BAD, BAD, BAD!
• Montana law enforcement agencies turned over $3.6 million in assets to the federal government last year, according information provided by the U.S. Department of Justice.  The department said in a January report that its asset forfeiture program intends to reduce crime by "depriving drug traffickers, racketeers, and other criminal syndicates of their ill-gotten proceeds and instrumentalities of their trade."  And what do we do with the cop crime syndicates, like I have been dealing with for 15 years?  Who is poliicing the police . . . it used to be ME . . . and look at the price!
• of course the cops and prosecutors didn't like this, putting the burden of proof, back on the state, like it was intended to be all the way along, until the fucking Patriot Act!  The cops and prosecutors might actually have to stop taking short cuts, stop cheating, prove their cases, and work a bit harder . . . these asset forfeiture laws were all in favor of the cops, and gave them a cash cow, like none other, and it is still alive and well, the feds just worked out a way for them to take a cut of it, they get to keep 20% of all asset forfeitures around the country!  ARE YOU FUCKING SHITTING ME!  Montana is a small state, and they collected $3.6 million, can you imagine what they are collecting out of Florida, California, Nevada, New York?  Really, why don't we pay off the national debt?
