UNRIGHTEOUS SLAUGHTER OF THE 4TH AMENDMENT--VOTE "YES" ON BILL, 344, TO MAKE LICENSE PLATE SCANNING THE EXCEPTION TO THE GENERAL RULE--THAT YOU NEED PROBABLE CAUSE AND A WARRANT, TO SCAN A LICENSE PLATE, WITHOUT EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES . . . PROTECTING VEHICLE OWNERS FROM UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES, THUS VIOLATING THEIR RIGHT TO PRIVACY! THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT ENTITLED TO KNOW WHERE, WHAT, WITH WHOM, AND WHEN WE ARE GOING SOMEWHERE IN OUR CARS! DON'T FALL FOR THE EMOTIONAL ARGUMENT, THAT WE NEED IT WHEN A CHILD HAS BEEN ABDUCTED--THAT WOULD BE AN EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCE, AND THAT WOULD ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT, IN THIS EMERGENCY SITUATION TO SCAN A LICENSE PLATE OF THE OWNER--OTHERWISE, HANDS OFF, BACK OFF, NO SCANNING, UNLESS YOU SEE A CHILD SCREAMING IN THE BACK, ACTING LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN ABDUCTED! CHILDREN ARE THE SOFT SPOTS, IN PEOPLE'S HEARTS, AND THE GOVERNMENT HAS LEANED ON THAT TO VIOLATE YOUR RIGHTS . . . LOOK AT THE STATISTICS, THE NUMBER OF KIDS, ACTUALLY ABDUCTED, AND THE LIKELIHOOD, THAT LICENSE PLATE SCANNING CAN DO ANYTHING TO HELP THAT SITUATION! THINK . . . LOVE AFFAIR WITH MONTANA CONTINUES, DIG YOU PROTECTING CITIZENS' RIGHTS--SAD THAT WE HAVE TO CODIFY, WHAT SHOULD BE COMMON KNOWLEDGE--SCANNING WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE, IS AN UNREASONABLE SEARCH AND SEIZURE IN VIOLATION OF 4TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS . . . PATRIOT ACT, BACK OFF!

A Sad Commentary, That We Need to Pass a Law to Legalize the United States Constitution!

Knowledge of the 4th amendment, used to be common knowledge, and police and prosecutors, would automatically, just get a warrant, when they needed to search a premises, or arrest a person; however, after the Patriot Act, was passed, and we have now had a generation of cops and prosecutors, who are trained in ways other than those of the U.S. Constitution, they have brought with them confusion, chaos, misunderstanding, lack of trust, powers beyond what the government was intended to have, abuse of those powers, to the point of leaving us with no laws, no protections, and no rights, whatsoever, unless, some cop or prosecutor, judge, or someone feels that it is in their best interest to grant us rights that we have already had, and still do.  The Patriot Act is void as a matter of law, when it comes in contact with a U.S. citizen; it was intended for terrorists, and foreigners, and those who might bring harm to the national security, not just your average Joe Blow!

I believe, that where this confusion, and crossing over, between the rights of citizens, and the need to protect the country, came, when, Homeland Security, created after 9/11, decided that the United States would be the policing agency of the world, the world cops if you will, giving covered agencies, total immunity to do whatever they wanted, both within the borders of the U.S. and in the world at large.  Another reason, the Congress should curtail the budget and reign in the powers of Homeland Security, much like the Congress and the President had to do with the CIA, who was getting totally out of control, to the point of destroying evidence, spying on the Senate Intelligence Committees, computers, involved in the investigation, and denying access and information to staffers of the Intelligence Committee!  No government agency should go unchecked, unmanned, and without oversight.  It is in the common experience and nature of man, to take whatever powers he or she can get, and fuck the rest of you!

This is not the right way to play this game, and we need people who are willing to turn the tables back, slam the necks of these agencies down, on the table, forcing them to deal with the U.S. and State Constitutions! 

Laws That Are Repugnant to the Constitution, Are VOID!  And Laws That Are Consistent With the Letter & Spirit of the Constitution, Are Constitutional!

It really should be that simple.  The Patriot Act, tries to blur the lines between citizens and terrorists, making many people like me, homegrown terrorists, enemy combatants or enemies of the state, because we fight for the rights that are ours, and inalienable, or inseparable, not granted of given to us by the government!  These are the product of natural law, or those laws that come with being a man/woman with a divine creator, and they are not for the government to give or take away.  It is we the PEOPLE, who created government, not the other way around.  We created you, government, to protect the very rights that you so willingly try to deny to us, now that you have passed an unconstitutional law, with regards to citizens, with rights . . . foreigners, terrorists, and those from other countries do not have equal status, within the United States as its own citizens, and are not to be thrown into the same bunch!

There are lines of demarcation, that clearly put a line in the sand, between citizens and non-citizens, what do you think all the fuss is over immigration laws, illegally being in the country, crossing the borders without the proper paperwork!  This is all part of distinguishing, citizens from non-citizens.  I do believe at one point that President Obama, extended the rights of citizens, to the world, and he just simply can't do that!  The United States, is a sovereign country, as are the rest of the countries, and they have their laws, constitution, and rights to citizenship, as we do in our country.  We are not just one big blob of countries, meshed in together, but separate and distinct, with each having their rights, privileges and immunities.  Now this does not mean that we can't learn from other countries, and many have great ideas that we can learn from, but for the United States, through some secret society, of Skull & Bones, or the Illuminati, or the Masons, making secret packs and undermining the basic tenants and concepts of this country, with the intent of a one world order, is not going to fly.

Declaration of Independence . . . We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness--that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed!
