Dumb AND Dumber

 

My cursor starts out, where it should, two spaces below the title; however, when the NSA, joins me, the cursor, jumps up at the same level as the title, so they can, follow my words, and correct, anything that might be offensive to the cops, and their girlz, or the 6 other ME's, what fucking clown ass shit, grow the fuck up!  I cannot use the symbol for--just mistakenly did a typo, symbot . . . yeah, using my blog money, they bot, the NSA!  But, I cannot even use the symbol for "&", if you can believe it!  Holy shit, but oh, well, yesterday, to go under the radar screen, I found a search engine, and now they have so the true hits/results, will be stolen, buried in another blogsite, close to mine, or simply put in the dark web and deep Internet, where about over 153,000,000, starting, daily, back a year ago, February, have gone missing.  Today, the hits or results, on this new, but untainted site for right now, had 13,000,000--thanks to Russian, Girl Band, Pussy Riots, San Fransisco, 49er, QB, and always hit gold, mentioning, my son's bands, Old School Parallax, God's Revolver, Maraloka, and new Delta Force . . . or something like that, not bad results in the last 15 seconds--however, that is the number I had after the third week of the blog, back in October of 2013, with my enemies, redirecting my hits, results, under the government or their access blog, with my name, articles, bio, etc. 

 

This is a rotten compromise, that should not be agreed to, ever . . . that is why I report, LAW ENFORCEMENT actions, to you, and hope that some honest cops, NSA person, CIA, FBI, city cop or sheriff, will actually take down the tragic heroes, before they ruin it for all cops, leaving the people with absolutely no respect for cops, whatsoever . . . and it is not me doing it to you--you are doing it to yourself, I am just exposing, the rotten compromise you are trying to coerce and force me into--give it all up, or jail, incarceration, detention, without charges, hearings, release date, and possible prison forever!  That threat, was delievered to me, by a cop, I didn't know, on the streets of Salt Lake City, Utah, at least three years ago!  My client, whom, they are trying to say, one of the gals, besides me, did the 16 page brief, I wrote that saved, Jeremy Johnson's ass, for being hung by the FTC or Federal Trade Commission!  Honesty, Jeremy, is always the best policy!

 

After watching the cops, trying to anticipate, every possible stop I might make, this morning, while on the streets, I walked in Safeway Grocery Store, not seeing the cops, stop there, because, it is not one of my normal stops, and when I walked in, there was a floor display, with movies on it, and as I looked down, the first one to catch my eye, but with a title, that didn't fail to meet my mind's eye, and so very symbolic of what I watched, again, this morning, me, the tracked, watching the trackers, track me . . . LOL!  I just had to shake my head, when I looked down, and the only movie, that my brilliant brain, caught, sight of, was Dumb and Dumber, as sheriff's squad cars, joined the cop cars, I  had seen all morning!  I just laugh, as I return on the U Dash Campus Bus, just the second, a cop car just casually drives by, marking the trail, because they watch  me 24/7 from satilite!  So, I knew, the games from the the other night, were not over!

 

I didn't get off the bus, as expected, with the destination, of the Oxford Bar & Grill, that I stayed at the other night, until the cops realized it, and sent in undercover or confidential informants, to rat me out to the hired help, who started to whisper and look at me strange, so I left . . . but, I am sure, that the cops, figured I got off the bus, as I was taking a tour of the city, the campus bus, just one of three student owned and operated, bus systems in the country, way awesome, and they do a bang up job!  Before I noticed the cops, whom I was hoping would give up and go handle real crime, I stopped at the Jameson Club and Restaurant, I had read 50 pages in Margalit's book, On Compromise, and was anxious, to SUCK IN all the knowledge I could from this scholarly man, and the club, had an inviting mock front room, with wing-backed leather chairs, much like the two maroon ones, I used to have before, the cops raided my house, and took everything, the day before, I was to argue, my $357M securities case, before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Denver, Kay Baby, lusted after that one, living in Boulder Colorado, dreaming of a case, that would get her to that federal court, so when the boyz club, offered to let her steal my case, taking all the glory and money, for my bribed clients, Henry S. Brock and Jay Rice, with my portion of the case, that was won, on the brief, I had already written, she jumped at the chance, and the CIA Make a Wish Foundation, at JoAnn's expense, granted her dream, with the help of the FBI, who ordered the three judges to cancel oral arguments, when I showed up, after the house raid, with briefs, clothes, law practice and computers, stolen, among about $1.4M worth of property!  And I am the bad guy?  This is not a rotten compromise, but coercion, force, and now threats, and the three year attempt, thinking, I will say, okay, you win, the gals, get to have everything I am, did, created, gave birth to, and nurtured!

FUCK YOU COCKROACHES! 

P.S., Just a funny note, before the NSA, realizes that I am back on, did a surprise, exit, without, the spell check, they already blocked, but I was representing, Michael Shane Clark, one of the defendants, in the Cheek et al v. Garrett et al, Iron County Corruption case, along with the other two, Haylee Cheek and Travis Braun, both of whom have, or all have been bribed, to say, that Shelley, or Rachel, or Kelly Ann Booth, are me, and I had nothing to do with the case . . . in fact, one of Shane's, booty call girls, told me she saw Shelley in court, being ME!  Judge WESTFALL!  The only one who could have had the credibility to allow this to happen, was Westfall, I am fat, and so is Shelley and Kelly, and Rachel is not looking so hot, the last time I saw here . . . but, when Michael G. Westfall, was a family law practitioner, he represented a very wealthy widow, with not children, who he put in a nursing home, and along with her montly living expenses, had a nice little, $2,000 per month payment written out to him!  How is that for repayment, you fucked up liar, jealousy from you and John Walton, the day, I gave you both photo copies of my certificate to the United States Supreme Court Bar?  I think so . . . you are both pathetic excuses for judges, and both liars, that helped that bitch Shelley, waltz in a pretend she was me, along with Kelly, and that other part of the female, dumb, dumber and dumbest, crew of loser chicks, that may be thinner, but hey, they can't hold a candle to me, in the law, and neither can you two!  LOL! 

 

But, back to the cockroach story . . . the cops, packed the courtroom, and surrounded the courthouse, with about 60 cops, cars and trucks, intimidating any friends of the defendant or myself, or members of the public, like Shane's boss, Mike Church or Parish, or some church term, and inside, there were undercover cops, plain clothes cops, and narc cops, packing the side of the courtroom, behind the prosecutors, making the jury, who was seated, notice that there were no supporters, on our side of the pews or benches, behind counsel's table!  Violation of the 6th amendment, right to a public trial!  At the end of the kangaroo court, with short circuit TVs, and prosecutors, the other 4, rewriting jury instructions, as they watched my arguments, and then totally throwing out the Constitution, all the Bill of Rights, and even, LOL, telling the jury, that they could not consider, counsel, or MY arguments, can you believe this shit . . . what the hell, do the judge and the prosecutor think the rights are for, because the prosecutor, after telling the press if I won, they couldn't print it in the newspaper, and when I complained to the judge, that he could not throw the Constitution out, and my arguments, and the prosecutor, said, "Well, if JoAnn, gets to use the Constitution, it is unfair to the STATE!  You dumb bitch!  It is not the state, sitting with its ass in a jail cell or a prison, after 3 narc cops, planted 51 pieces of felony evidence in his house, set him up on controlled buys, and sent a confidential informant, to piss him off, the night after, Haylee, is girl, was stripped searched, had her pizza covered with drugs, by a DRE cop or officer, then a forced cathederization, and her children taken!  She had tested clean for three months on hair folical tests . . . Oh, sorry, Shelley did the case, or was it Kelly?  I think Rachy gets my Brock case, or is that Kay . . . they split up the duties, with 6, still not making up, one of me!  LOL . . .

 

But during closing arguments, after seeing all the cops, glaring down at me from their 6'5" eyes, trying to lord over my 5'7" to 5'7 1/2" frame, as we came in and out of the courtroom, and noticing all the cops, in the gallery or audiance, I said, to the jury, there are so many cockroaches in this courtroom today . . . blah, blah, blah . . . the court was stone silent, until Westfall busted a gut, knowing damn well, there were a shit load of them, and then even my clients, dared break a smile!  So, this all fits, that is the start of all the bull shit, that I am still dealing with today . . . man, I know a lot about MY cases!  I wonder why?  Maybe, because, I am the one who did them!  Do ya think?  LOL!  Go figure, can't agree to your:
