Balls, Balls, and More Balls . . . Enough, Already
Tom Brady, is mighty fine to look at, I will admit, and I was impressed that he knew, or at least referred to ISIS, at least knows a few political issues, to through in with the brain drain of football, entertaining, though it is, but, again in this new world of using more wisdom, we need to look at the evidence and facts of what happened in the game, with the deflated footballs. Once, the other team, the Colts, brought the issue to the attention of the ref, who must have touched, those same balls, perfect, as Tom claimed them to be, and never once suspected that they were not so perfect, but a bit flat, and the issue was resolved, the Patriots went on to score, 35 points, after the revelation. Now, someone said, that if it had been any other team but the Patriots, who are guilty, until proven innocent, the would not be the sense of wrong-doing, the secrecy, the mystery, that surrounds the act, allegedly committed by the Patriots.
From, the leader of conspiracy central, did anyone suspect, the Colts of paying someone off, to deflate the balls? I know, that sports from football, to boxing have been, thrown, for money, payoffs, kickbacks, and owing someone a favor, maybe to save their lives. Both men, Brady and the Belicheck, claim to know nothing about the chain of custody issues of the deflated footballs, after the officials checked the footballs, the quarterback had them filled to this specifications, and then, the balls went to the hands of the ball handlers, concocting visceral images in my mind, of locker room play, but, I am sure that there are times, that the footballs, were unattended by anyone, and could have been tampered with. If the refs didn't notice the balls, and the other team player did, and brought it to the attention of the NFL officials, that would make me suspect, that this person had prior knowledge that the footballs, had in fact, been tampered with. Did this player from the other side, ever have his hands on the ball? What position does he play, what amount of contact can we have expected, this one player to have?
Hatred, jealousy, envy, a goal to change the momentum of the game, might be a far better motive, than, stopping or risking a winning or scoring streak. What motive would the Patriots have had to deflate the balls and risk, the exposure, a game changer, or possible sanctions, when they were winning. I believe it was much more likely, that the losers, had the motives, rather than the team trouncing the losers. It is interesting to note, the legal and technical terms being used, as if evidence, controlled by a cop, in a criminal investigation, and maybe there should be one, but the team that played better after the alleged cheating took place, is not the side I would start the investigation with. Much, like my own, career, I don't know why I would cheat, this is my life, I win, I always have, it is the other side, the T & A girls, and their male counterparts, whom have all the interesting in taking me down, I am just living, or trying to live my life, and it has never dawned on the investigators, the prosecutors, the cops, and whomever, that is suppose to be handling crimes of gargantuan proportions, as in a billion dollars, with as much money involved as in the Super Bowl, with last year, me getting as many hits, or more, 113 million hits or results, with only 111 million people watching the Super Bowl, and it doesn't seem to phase anyone, that my blog, is lower now, than it was the first week, I wrote?
The evidence and the facts, that I have tried to document, would suggest, that I am the one being tampered with, lied about, dinged, buried, cut in half, divided, shut down . . . and what would my motive be, I don't take any money for my blog(s), but they do, they try to steal, edit, scan, close, change, make books, give credit to the gals they are sleeping with, the Mormon Mafia, in conjunction with the government, my family, men, etc., are the ones making the money . . . they have motive, opportunity, access--NSA, 30,000 computer spies, with all the capabilities, and I have nothing, just my fun, creative, legal mind! LOL! Think, think, think . . . it is easy to live my life, write about it, because, I am fucking living it!
The Presidential Docket if Filling up for 2016
As Mike Huckabee, visits the Flathead, with a fundraiser dinner, and an open meeting with the conservative Christian, Republican base up here, I wanted to attend, but the bus service stops around 7, and the meeting was not over until 9, walking home in the 4 feet of snow, I didn't believe hit the town, when coming from Butte, the other day, I decided, a nice hot bath, watching the news, in my room, 105, at Super 8, motel, seemed the more logical and wise decision for the night, as much as I wanted to go . . . I am sure the newspaper, the Daily Inter Lake, will do a great job of covering the nationally known, former presidential candidates, activities, and I will vicariously, enjoy, reading about the comments, the conclusions, and the highlights, that the newspaper writers are so adept at writing about, sometimes, giving more insights than had I attended the event myself, with backroom, press access, to the alleged candidate. Anyway, a fun thing to think of Kalispell, that I love so much, and the Flathead, are on the presidential lecture circuit. Mike, I will try to catch you next visit . . .
THE ROMNEY, BUSH TICKET? I DON'T THINK SO!
It is amazing, how two former allies, in their fight against President Obama, now are squaring off against each other, targeting the same campaign contributors, I heard within hours of each other, as Jeb Bush, navigated his way to UTAH, I told you, Mitt, may live, may, and that is qualified, in Massachusetts, but his roots are in Utah, to meet, I heard, maintaining gentlemanly, composure, while discussing what a presidential run, by both might look like, might create, and what the outcome might be, with Jeb, doing nothing to limit the race, but actually, increasing the number of candidates, or likely candidates, to about 20, as the field stands now. Marc Rubio, is expressing his interests in running, since, surprise, his thirst for the presidency, that was highly evident, in his unclenched thirst, as seen, after giving the Republican response to President Obama's State of the Union address, two years ago, I believe, didn't Michelle Bachman, do it last year? Anyway, there is no lack of people on the Republican side, who are interested in getting in the game, on a field, of the political Super Bowl, the presidency.
THE KOCH BROTHERS, ARE COURTING PAUL, RUBIO, AND CHRISTY
This weekend, in Palm Springs, the Koch Brothers, the 7th and 8th richest men in the world, 1st and 2nd politically dirtiest, are cleaning up their act, deciding to be more transparent, at least, streaming their convention in the desert, that has previously been so secretive, with 40 or so, entities, they have tried to pass of not as PACs, or political action committees, but something of a different flavor, something not quit a PAC, but doing exactly what a PAC does, contributing money, and the IRS, was correct, in stymieing, and delaying what, looks and smells, like a PAC, but doesn't want to report like a PAC. But, any type of clean up, is good, although, at Kansas University, some of the students, tried to get a FOIA or freedom of information act, or subpoena, a Professor Hall, whom formerly worked for the Koch's, and clearly said that clean energy and wind power, green stuff, would hurt the Koch, empire, or was no good, so as not to hurt the modern day copper kings, who fund, buy, sell, and vet, conservative politicians, blanketing them with donations and money, dark as it is, from these non-PAC sources.
Funny, the courts, who, I am sure are watching out for all the colleges, hundreds of them, the Koch brothers donate to, also, in addition to the politicians, the secret donor side of the Republican Party, or the Tea Bagger conservative extremists, actually, denied the request of the KU students, to find out what the connection was between the professor, and the Kochs, to either discredit or renounce the affects of statements made by the Professor Hall, having been on the payroll of the brothers Karamazov! But, the really cool thing about the students, why I love them, is that they are checking out their facts, looking at the evidence, and demanding proof, of the credibility, the veracity, the honesty of the statements being made by their professors! I fucking love college students, revolts, demands for righteous thinking, fresh ideas, validating the establishment . . . that is why I taught at three of them, love clean, good, open minds of the untainted!
Obviously, I am not the only professor, who sees the good these students were doing, uncovering the facts and the evidence, of a professor, because, as the students, barely making ends meet, requested the information, and were told that it would cost them $1,800 to pay for the work it would take to produce the documents they were looking for, the students, in abject poverty, had several of their professors, come to the rescue, and pitch in $1,000 to match, the money the students could raise. Way cool, that they didn't defray all the costs, because, often you put your money where your heart it, they met them half way, and made them support, the other half themselves, a great lesson for parents, also, when dealing with kids, you say, I agree with what you are doing, but, in a tough love, kind of way, but you also, need to pay for your beliefs . . . fucking awesome, even those the copper kings, in the style of their predecessors, controlled the courts! All those scholarships, down the drain, if the students get their way! The courts, need to stop playing politics, and just do their job, force disclosure, when merited . . . dirty connections, dirty money!
However, I do respect, the Koch brothers, from dissing Romney & Bush, the old guard Republicans, and going for the next generation of candidates, Paul, Rubio and Christy . . . any enemy of my enemies, is a friend of mine . . . so strike those prior statements from the record! LOL! I do love the fact and the evidence, that is clearly on the wall, written by the finger of God, we are sick of Romney, and Bush! The definition of insanity, is to do the same thing and expect a different result, three is not the charm, either for Mitt alone, or a third Bush, for God sakes, we are sick of you! The great thing about a Clinton run, while the name is familiar, Clinton really did a pretty good job, the economy rocked, enough, that the Prez, could engage in extra-circular activities, while the country, basically ran itself, now that is a good leader. But, Hillary, has paid her dues, personally, and is really, more qualified than her husband was, when he ran, and she adds a fresh element, as a female, and one hell of a resume for president, the best in history! For either male or female, who is more qualified, nobody!
A Brave New World, Embraced by 3 GOP Women! Yeah!
One hundred and four, I believe women, were sworn into Congress, a few weeks ago, one as young as 30 from New York, a former Bush aid, and they are already making their presence known to the old boyz club in Washington, D.C., by being the voice of reason, and the voice of women, and the moral conscience of the legitimate rape crowd on the hill, and doing it, in spite of the raging, March for Life, crowds, taking their protest from the outside of the Capitol, to the inner sanctums and halls, standing outside the Republican wing of the Congress. I love it . . . for once, reason, common sense, rational thinking, and cooler minds, rather than politics, votes, placating the raging throngs, took control of the debate, risks aside, and did the right thing! Trust women, we needed the Congress feminized! Even six Obgyn docs, in the Congress, can't relate to being a woman, with an unwanted pregnancy, don't know the complete violation of privacy, between a woman and her doctor, or a woman and her God, when making a decision that will not only change her life, but those of her loved ones . . . her body, her choice . . . stop, trying to legislate morals, that is not the role of politics, which means COMPROMISE!
In 1973, the United States Supreme Court, in what some might say was a political decision, made one of the most brilliant cases, that would further the nation, to peace of the issue of abortion, in this world, of separation of church and state, with secular principles and concepts, ruling the day, rather than Bibilical verses, where God, killed with impunity, really, if you want to look at it, or had his people kill offenders, long after people were alive, rather than a joint egg and sperm, making up a zygote, and split, the ruling according to verifiable facts and evidence, when a child or baby is viable or can subsist outside the womb without the dependence on a mother, or when the child became a separate and distinct being, in and of itself, using science to mark the timetable for viability . . . the first trimester, in this balance between a woman and a baby, the woman takes precedence, but as the baby matures, in the last two trimesters, when the baby, scientifically, is viable, or can live without the mother, the states, get to have a say, in what is in the "best interest of the child" and protect the unborn child, who can now, live without its mother, as a separate being!
Pro-choice advocates won, 1/3 of that decision, and pro-life, won, 2/3rds, in a world, where bombing abortion clinics, killing doctors, who would perform an abortion, was the norm . . . smart people, these judges, and their 40 some odd court clerks . . . good thinking! Right now, the way the law stands, without the 20 week, you don't need to get into the rape exceptions, incest or life of the mother. Just leave well enough a lone, there is latitude and we don't want to take away and woman's jurisdiction over her own body, talk about property rights . . . this is the most precious of all property rights! And Republicans would laud the merits of personal rights, property rights, and then take away the woman's right over her own body, really? In all consistency with beliefs, extend that to women! This is not your game, not your call, and not your jurisdiction! PERIOD . . . thank you to the women who stood strong, thanks! That is why electing women, makes a difference, and representation in critical!
JAY LENO'S INSIGHTFUL COMMENT, ON COSBY, APPLIES TO THE RAPE ISSUE
By way of background, the abortion bill that the women struck down, or stopped from being voted on, had a provision that the Congress was going to ban all abortions, after 20 weeks, with no exceptions. The troubling provision had to do with rape, and what would constitute an exception to the rule. Some suggested, that to make this rape legitimate, the woman had to have reported the rape to the police. Now, keep that in mind, that for a woman to take advantage of the rape exception, she basically had to have, generally, a man, standing behind her, or we would not believe, that she had been raped . . . not to mention, that most rape victims are re-vicitmized if they do report to the cops, who, many see, it as a sexual crime, rather than an issue of power and control!
So, Jay Leno, was being interviewed on the Bill Cosby allegations of sexual assaults, and Leno, don't like the blond hair, but, in his, common sense statement, said, I don't know, why in Iran, it takes two women to testify against a man, and in America, it takes 25 women to testify against a man . . . why is it so hard to believe women? The comedian, makes a salient point, that merits noting, why do we have to somehow, got to a very male oriented, male police department, and report a rape, when tradition, has forever taught us, that women are doubted, their morals and sex life brought into question, their dress, and every other scenario, working in favor of the rapist, including in the military now, with 26,000 new sexual assaults reported, but with the good soldier exception more powerful, than the rape! Good insight and comments Jay! And there is a lot of cross, application to the legislation that was just pulled. Republicans need to just drop this battle, ti was over in 1973, get over it! You won, 2/3rds, compromise or politics, means, everyone gets something and everyone gives up something . . . it is not mobocracy takes all!
Republicans Need to Focus on Income and Wage Equality . . . Even Mr. 47%, Romney, Who Didn't Give a Rat's Ass about the Poor or Women, Last Time is Realizing that He Needs to Sing a Different Tune, to be Viable!

Could Republicans be any more transparent, to the point of thinking we, the masses, are asses, and don't see, exactly whom, you are representing, and that is not the middle class, the known winners of any economy, when the middle class does well, rather than the 1%, America does well! Those fucking bankers, financial organizations, and insurance companies, who backed the alleged problems in the mortgage areas, were nothing but outright criminals! Predatory lenders, robo signers, sub-prime loans to people whom they knew would default on homes they never could afford, the fines, the fees, the mortgage refinancing, the mortgage insurance, the foreclosure insurance, every thing was to the benefit and profit of the banks, and we bailed them out? Come on, they sold mortgage backed securities, through less that ethical, security vehicles, and made 9 to 30 times what a house was even worth, bilked the home owners, the investors, and did so with impunity, using electronic means, through the MERC system, of tracking mortgages, to make sure than banks didn't sell, the same house or mortgage to an investor, at the same time! I would have hung these guys for treason, enemies to the people of the United States, and enemies to the world economy . . . and it was all on purpose, millions, billions, were made by the banks who didn't suffer one bit! FUCK'EM!
It is about time, that the middle class, the consumers, get a break, not the 1%, or the 400 people or families, who equal the rest of the roughly 300 million of the rest of us, who can purchase and consume the hell out of the 1%, who still only wear so many shoes, drive so many cars, excessive as they may be, they can't possibly make up for the buying power, of the rest of us, never, never, never . . . this is the class who carries the burden of the rich and the poor, and it is about time, you, Congress, watched out for their interests! And the middle class, better step up to the plate, protect yourselves, vote these fucking assholes out, who are screwing you, over and over, in favor of the bankers, who had record profits, as do the oil industry, while the rest of us suffer! This is complete and utter madness! And pure bull shit, stop favoring those who favor themselves, regardless of contributions! Wage and income equality are where prosperity lives!
Speaking of Oil . . . Two Big Spills Up in Montana & North Dakota!
Keystone, Keystone, Keystone . . . Glendive, Glendive, Glendive, Williston, Williston, Williston! I was talking to a friend, who has a daughter who works for Chevron. We were talking about the Keystone Pipeline, and the fact that it is a risk to the environment, there will be minimal jobs, doing nothing for the economy, really, and we are going to profit the Canadian economy, and risks all belong to America, for fucking what? What are we getting out of the deal? I just don't see it, a political win, an in your face, again to Obama, what are we getting exactly in this cost benefit analysis of this deal? We are bearing all the risks, and Canada, or Exxon, Chevron, Texaco, Conoco-Phillips, or whoever in the hell is behind this pushing America deal . . . and you might be surprised. My friend said I could not use either his name or his daughter's name in my blog, smart, but she said, don't be fooled by the Keystone XL Pipeline, it is the big oil companies who want it, and are behind it!
I know the oil spill in Glendive, and the Pleasant Oil Company, or whatever the name is, is by any other name, EXXON! The welding on the pipeline is old and faulty, and in Glendive, over the Yellowstone River, nonetheless, runs into a national park and treasure, for all, public lands, is a company, owned and operated by Exxon, not some no name little company. There are 40,000 gallons of the black crude oil, running into the river, to the drinking water. But, that is nothing compared to the 3 million gallons of sprine oil, that is running up and near the creek in Williston, North Dakota! I am not exactly sure, because I have not heard, who is really behind this mishap, but, the company, decided, than rather cleaning up the creek, they would just make it disappear! Really, and then their engineers, said, well the creek, the water just kept coming back . . . DA! Mother Nature, doesn't listen to American Greed! She has her course, and she will come up wherever in the hell, she has for centuries, regardless of profit margins and motives! 1,800 miles of pipe going across the whole country? There is a lot that can go wrong. Just ask Vegas and California, who precious water supplies are?
We have to balance the competing interests, look at the bottom line survival issues, like a, WATER! In this world of sustainability, water will be more precious and needed than oil. For hell sakes, we are in an oil and gas glut right now, the prices are dropping, supply and demand. By 2020, America, if it is not already is the number one producer of oil, so why in the hell do we want to take away from American oil companies, in favor of Canadians? American interests need to take precedence over profit! Think, think, think . . . in this capitalist country of ours, that system is based on supply and demand! Who is screwing whom? Wisdom is the order of the day, not politics!
