Replacing the word, "He", referring to King George; however, the name is the same, George W., the instigator of the fucking Patriot Act, see if some of these statements and issues, the early colonists, brought up with the original, King George of Britain, don't remind you for some of the issues, we saw present at the incident in Ferguson, not only from the shooting, of an unarmed teen, but from the militarization of the cops, with guns, draw and pointed at the, for the most part, peacefully assembled, protestors.  I am going to bullet the statements, right out of the Declaration of Independence, and you will have to use your thinking caps, to extrapolate the events that the founding fathers are talking about, and what you say, heard and read about Ferguson.

• They have refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them, and formidable to tyrants only
• They have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures
• They have dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people
• They have obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers--6th amendment right, trial by jury, peers, public, with counsel--prosecutor, father cop, shot by black, sends evidence, witnesses and testimony to secret grand jury, then interprets the events, in favor of the cop, who was allowed to testify 4 hours, with no representation for Michael Brown, or his witnesses, first hand, three of them, discredited!
• They made judges dependent on their will alone for tenure of their offices, and the amount of payment of their salaries
• They have erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out of their substances
• They, or Governor Nixon, kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies, without the consent of our legislature
• They have affected to render the military or the militarization of the cops, independence of and superior to the civil power
• They have combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving their assent to their acts of pretended legislation, or laws . . . the Patriot Act, was intended for terrorists, not to be applied to the citizens of the United States, turned on us . . . 14 years of alleged, law that is contrary and repugnant to the Constitution, verses, 240 years of the Supreme Law of the Land!  There needs to be a distinction made between citizens, with all the rights, privileges, powers, protections, under the Bill of Rights, Civil Rights Acts, and other federal and state, statutory and constitutional protections, and foreigners, living either inside or outside the borders of the United States, not citizens of either state or federal government protections . . . have at them, but don't throw us into the same shit hole you are putting terrorists in, and take if from someone who had been the target of the fucking PATRIOT, FUCKING ACT!

• For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they sould commit on the inhabitants of these states

I appealed the case, in question, sometime in early NOVEMBER!  Really?

Miracles Still Happen . . . Me & the Poverello Chinese Sweat Shop!  Really, I Am Always Willing to Do My Part!

 

Since, cops are my favorite whipping boys/girls, and I am their favorite whipping girl, for the last 17 years, regardless of wrong doing or breaking the law, it is my mouth that gets me in trouble.  I am sorry about, writing about the Rainbow Family, and I didn't write the news today, blame the Missoulian, the Mayor Engan, and the Community Council, or City  Council . . . NEWSPAPERS ARE EDUCATION!  My son, without a name, more of an attorney at heart, that his hippy mother, advised me several years ago, when I had sued the cops, county attorney, DCFS, the Narcotics Task Force, and a few others, in the Iron County Corruption case, entitled, Cheek et al v. Garrett et al, the fine county attorney for the distinction of the most corrupt county in the nation, national press at the time I file this law suit, on behalf of three plaintiffs, Cheek, Clark & Braun, all of whom are probably cops, inducted in the halls of Law & Disorder, in Utah, told me to stop going up against the cops, and that I was just as bad as they were, for stealing my property, trying to kill me, chasing me, blowing up cars and making me hand over my keys to my baby, my truck!  I reminded my son, that everything I did was legal, and everything they did was criminal!

 

Yesterday, according to my psychic feelings, there was a planned cop sting, at the Pov, and putting me down in the Chinese Sweat Shop or the laundry, was a way to contain me for three hours, of non-suspecting indentured servitude.  Later, after I finished my 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. tour of duty, in the mountains of laundry, from the 168 homeless people, who have frequented the homeless palace of Missoula, really nice facility, as I wroteo on the opening ceremonies, back December 13, 2014, with the specters of the four Catholic Nuns, who started the vision of what, today, is a $5 million building, and a pleasure, to stay at, with 7 state of the art showers, at least that many restrooms or toilets, great kitchen, with amazing food, all stuff the grocery stores would have to throw out, or send to the pigs, with a man showing up, to get old apples, veggies and bread for his menagery of animals, at his 13 acre Arleen, MT, ranch or farm.  But, my suspicions were somewhat confirmed, when one of the guys, was talking, about three cops, showing up, early in the morning, probably about the time I was to get off sweat shop duty, in the basement, because, they didn't seem to go after anyone inparticular, but just walked through the building and the yard and disappeared, to their squad cars. 

Pushing the Envelope for a World We Don't Want!  Public Floggings for Bloggers . . . Hell, NO!  Constructive Critisism. 

To most people, that was basically, a non-incident, with the cops, just making a random walk through, to keep a presence at the Poverello, and for good reason, but generally, a quiet place, over all.  But, to a blogger, who has been harassed by cops for the last three years, intensely with no criminal record, or a charge that I have ever been served with, or made aware of, in this country that demands, an information serving the person notice of their crimes or alleged crimes, with that being due process and equal protections, even for bloggers.  I know that in Saudi Arabia, a blogger was just ordered to a year in jail, and 10,000 public floggings . . . but, remember, this is America, and we have rights over here!  So, there was cause for concern, due to the fact that there has not been one, shelter, mission, or whatever, that I have not been eventually, set up on some sting op, generally, with personnel, feeling obliged to work with the cops, in ratting me out, or keeping me occupied, until they can come, regardless of the merit or lack there of, other than free speech, and an over educated opinion, that people actually really listen to and read!  So that was yesterday, and today, three different people dropped in asking squirelly questions, about towels, or special washing requests, when there are at least four new washers and dryers just outside the door for patrons to use!

 

Heads up again, that is not normal, nor a normal request, but I am sure, the staff or whomever is behind, the stalking and harassment of me, each time I write about the locals or the Kalispell, mayor and police chief, all part of the blue brotherhood, or the brown, sheriffs, as I felt in Bozeman, after leaving Kalispell . . . but, after the two, patron looking people came and interrupted my morning newspaper, while I was sweating and doing laundry, since 6:00 a.m., and I was promptly there, and take my assignments very seriously, and I am responsible, unless there is good cause to get the fuck out of some place, I stay and gladly do my work . . . but, Mr. High and Tight, cop looking dude, good-looking, I will add, wearing clothes too nice for Pove staff, and very expensive boots, coat, nice jeans, but with a name badge on . . . easy request to get met, to make it look, like a cop, is just a worker, checking on me, even though he didn't know jack shit about the washer that I could not get to work . . . that seemed to scare him away, because I am a born interrogator, and I smell cops!  He booked it out of there, ASAP, when total ignorance of the system and the machines, exposed a possible rat!  Or the upsetting of a sting op!  This just happens to be my fucking life, right now, and until I am willing to shut the hell up and comply with the rest of you, it will remain my life . . . dreamcatcher!

I Am Not Just Another Pretty Face, Attorney, But, an Old Hippy!  My Connections with the Rainbow Family Reunions

In the summer of 2013, I met, Howard Pryor, one of my black lovers, from that particular summer, and the second, graduate of the CIA, or the Culinary Institute of Arts, La Cordon Bleu, cooking schools, which I found very interesting, since I had never met a chef in my life, and I met one black lover, Miles Thornton III, on the Amtrak to Washington, D.C., to testify against the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Information Act, that I have come to know, as late as this morning, the Cyber Intelligence Spying & Interception Act . . . I wrote about this on, Senator Orrin Hatch's homepage, just days before, Edward Snowden ratted out the PRISIM PROGRAMs, and the spying on Americans project, rather than using it just for terrorists, turned to devour the people!  I would suspect, given the excurtion I was on, and Miles telling me that he was above the CIA and that I had no idea, who had sent me, was he Secret Service, I had just helped, President Obama win, Mitt Romney, so that was not out of the ball park, since he and his administration was on my email, that had been, actually shut down, the day, I, in frustration, wrote a scathing text, to the Senater, threatening him to come back and lobby the Senate, so as not to let it pass into law!

 

I met Howard on my return trip, and somehow, landed in Helena, due to the cancelation of Rimrock Trail Lines, that had previously served me, after my car was blown up with a pipebomb, apparently for the payback for my 4th amendment analysis of license plate scanners, and the proposed funding for scanners that could violate even more driver's rights, without probable cause, that the previous models!  But, Howard and I met, at hotel, God's Love . . . in Helena!  Howard was heading up to Glacier National Park to cook at Swiftcurrent Lodge, and he asked me to go with him, and I did get a job, but went down at East Glacier, with cell phone service, my clients all found me, and I had to fly back to Utah to take care of their legal issues.  Shit, I wanted to work at the Park!  But, Howard, who was really into music, and just about 3 years younger than me, he was 56, and I was 58 or 59, those December birthdays.  But, he asked me to go to the Rainbow Family Reunion . . . I had heard of Woodstock, but I had not heard of this new generation of hippies!  At the time, Montana had been selected for the site of the concert and fun, camp-outs and what not, but the specific location had not been announced.  Due to me leaving to Utah, to take care of the clients, I wanted to ditch at the Park, Howard and I parted ways for, some time.  So, I had forgotten about the Rainbow connection, but I like to know what is happening, and don't like not knowing about, just about anything.

Frantic Call from Ex-Husband, Jerry, You Are Not Going to Guess What Utah is Doing at the Rainbow Family Reunion!  Mobil Judge Unit!

While I was in Bozeman, at the TLC Inn, CNN had a special on the Sixties and what a nostolgic treat that was.  I was born in 1954, so I was a young girl, but also, went through junior high, during that time period, so I was well aware of all the stuff that happened.  I remember moving from Utah to California, and having kids at my elementary school, ask we if I knew what a Beattle was . . . of course, a black bug.  They busted up laughing and showed me cards with picture of the band on them, cute, I though, the hair, the shoes, the Yellow Submarine . . . I was part of it all, the Beach Boys, the European Music Invasion, more than just the Beattles, the Stones, the Who, you name it.  I was no foreigner to the whole sixties movements, the love, the peace, the Vietnam War, the sit-ins, the protests, the race riots, the civil rights movement . . . etc.

 

Jerry is 8 years older than me, and he was right in the middle of the whole movement, not at the tail end of the sixties, but college age and older, as that whole thing unfolded, the raging against the machine, and, and he was also arrested at the 1968 Democrat Convention in Chicago, with all the riots, he was on the front page of some newspaper, the Chicago Sun Times, and when his step-father, a wealthy department store owner, in Rockford, Illinois, saw him on the cover of the magazine or the newspaper, he basically disinherited Jerry, from a fortune, free college, and about anything he wanted.  Jerry started the anti-war movement, while on the ship, in the Navy.  He started the anti-war movement at BYU, Brigham Young University, the Mormon Church school, where I went to law school, and he was sequestered and arrested in the basement of the Student Union Building, for three days and nights, during the Nazi-Wilkinson Days at the school, gay chasing, lunatic days at the college . . . Jerry got a life-time restraint order against him, back in the day, but now he is their biggest football fan, and he attends the Cougar's football, with season passes every year!  Times change . . .

 

After all he had seen, Jerry, so shocked, at what the cops and Utah, were doing to the Rainbow Family, who were raised with the tales of their parents, hippies themselve, and probably started the modern day Woodstock, NY, a gathering of hippies, from all over the country, about 20,000 strong, for three days, in a privately owned field, if I recall, and had bands, nude dancing, drugs, back in the day, when you could walk down the streets of Kalispell, with a roach in your mouth, drug interdiction programs took the place of that, and now, states are going back, many old hippies in the legislatures and colleges, pusing for legal recreational marijuana, a throw back to the sixties, NO, they never stopped smoking the stuff!  They are just sick of worrying about getting arrested!  I don't use, but, almost everyone I know, does!

Money, Money, Money . . . Money, Mobil Judges Set Up Shop In Utah, at the Rainbow Family Reunion!  Nudity Ok, Marijuana, a Fine!

The Utah criminal justice system, didn't wait to see, if the Rainbow Family, they suspected of being actual, Manson Family Members . . . could get a citation for smoking marijuana, and actually show up for court, they took matters into their own hands, and moved the cops and judge to the mountains, to set up shop, in a mobil court unit . . . what about that Montana?  No armed vehicles here, they just wanted to make sure, that they got those dollars for letting the kids of hippies, use their mountain scenary and smoke what they wanted, but they would pay for that privilege!  Jerry was so upset, with the nudity, an old hippy, but worried about the kids, who were at the event, and what they were getting an eye full of, which didn't seem to phase the cops or the judge . . . stealing a phrase from, Flathead County cops, in their funny book, Law & Disorder, a synoptic edition of all the years, best and worst, law enforcement reports, funny as hell, in book form, I bought all my kids one for Christmas, think you can buy from the Daily Inter Lake Newspaper, year round . . . me and my kids, agree, this is or should be considered, cop abuse by cell phone!  LOL!  But, on the nudity, "WHO'S COMPLAINING?"  Obviously, not the cops, nor the judge, with me and Jerry, thinking, public nudity would be way worse, than smoking marijuana?  Both are illegal, lewd behavior, exposure and public nudity, no a problem, but smoking that Joe . . . hell, no!

REPLACE THE ARMORED VEHICLES WITH A MERIT BADGE FOR THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA . . . I AM SURE THINGS WERE A MESS!

I have seen news footage of the field Woodstock was held in . . . these people were all about peace and love, and then trashed the good hearted soul that let them hold the historic event on his property.  And news flash for the younger generation of Rainbow Family Members . . . I dig what you are doing and would have like to have attended myself, but without grandchildren for sure . . . or children, they know I am a prude and more so, when even my grown kids are present!  I prefer to be embarassed by myself!  One of the things, that your crowd, can do to gain the respect, and possible acceptance, of your love and peace fests, is to clean up after yourself.  Who in the hell, do you think is going to clean up after you, magic forestry elves and fairies?  Your mother?  Come on, that is disgusting from anyone's perspective. 

 

The cops and forestry personnel, when allowing permits for people to stage these events, in different states, need to make it clear, that normal citizens, would feel better about them, if they left no trace that they were ever there.  Then, nobody is put out, nobody cares, and you will be welcome guests in years to come.  The crew of  kids of hippies, from the sixties, came to Montana in 2000 and again, in 2013.  So, we are going to spend tax payers' money, in the anticipation that the Rainbow Family will return to Montana, in another 13 years, so we are worrying about these technocrats, lovers and peaceniks, all the way into 2026? when they might, just might come back to Montana?  Really?  Are you fucking kidding me?  I am sorry, but, the relevance, the reality, and the rawness of this, is ludicrous at best.  Even though, the cops have the money in the budget for this vehicle, what are they planning to do with it agaisnt the Rainbow Kids?  UnAmerican activities . . . I find the kids, less offensive than the cops!  Get serious.

 

If the objection to the Dillion experience was clean up, let the American Boy Scouts, do their honor and duty, to God's creation and clean the place up, if you can't fine, encourgage, and deter the Rainbows from doing it for themselves.  Save the $29,000, and use it for, I don't know, but I am sure the community or city council has a list as long as their arms of better places to spend that money.  The Chief of Police, in Kalispell, said the body cameras, that cut down on cop complaints, by up to 80%, are too expensive?  Really, but you have a militarized vehicle?  If the Missoula cops, and sheriffs, don't have body cameras, I would venture a guess, that that is a far better investment if you have money laying around!  The police chief in Kali, said, that he had heard that cops must didn't like to have their mugs on camera, all the time . . . that doesn't need to be your policy, and most of the time, you don't need them on, but there are times, when things escalate, and body cameras, can keep both the citizen and the cop honest, or they will be found, dishonest, and that is a good thing.  He also, said that cops didn't like being on camera, well, we are getting cameras up everywhere . . . are you really objecting to cell phone videos?

 

What are the issues, really and then address them directly.  I think the Rainbow Family is long gone, and subjecting the rest of us, to a reaction or justification for purchasing a armored vehicle is a bit of an overkill!

Weddings for Gays . . . New Business!  $7 Billion Industry . . . Cakes, Rings, Wedding Planners, Locations, Rentals!

Religous freedom aside, this is just good business sense!  Like I said, in last weeks, blog on personal perfection . . . you can believe anything you want, but when actions cross over to break laws of the United States, like the 14th amendment, you run a foul!  You can still believe that homosexual activities are against the Bible, but so is the unnatural use of a woman, so the next time you want to force anal sex on your wife, what is the difference?  Only you and her have options!  But, you can dislike your boss, and still work for him.  The only job I ever got fired from was Sunset Sporting Goods, in Logan, Utah, and me and a co-worker, were caught talking about the affair between the owner and the manager, of the shop, and the owner was a temple president or something high in the Mormon Church.  Well, we didn't agree, morally with his/her action, but we still could perform our work, they just caught us talking about the illicite affair!  Same difference, there are all kinds of things we should be against, like malfeasance, misfeasance in office, corruption, lies, bribes, and we seem to do just fine with those things, even though the 10 commandments specifically addresses these things, we seem to not hold them up as stopping our religious freedoms, we can still worship.

 

Let me suggest to you, you are a stupid business person, if you can serve this segment of the public, many with fucking huge bank accounts, because they haven't been able to spend money on these things before, nor do they have kids, most of them, so there money is unfettered, and you can, capitalize on a untapped market, and still worship as you please, attend the church of your choice and still go on with your lives as normal, what standing do you have to refuse service to gays, any more than you do to refuse service to blacks, like they used to.  In fact, in the newspaper today, 7 of the 9 Friends, 8 students, and one professor, were just tossed out of court, for something that happened 54 years ago, when they sat at the all white counter of a restaurant, during the Jim Crow Days of segregation, separate but equal . . . hell, no!  Good ruling Judge, but why did it take 54 years to toss out?  Thank God, people are seeing that you can personally be opposed to something religiously, and still treat that member of society, with respect, dignity, and friendly service, witout being offensive on either side!

Offensive Actions, Not Offensive Operations . . . Legal Status as Female, But Obnoxious as a Person!  Butte Mission . . . She/He Bugged the Hell Out of Me!  It was Not the SEX change Operation, but, Her Intrusive Personality, and Telling Me Too Much Information, I Wouldn't Want to Know About Myself!

There is a great article, by Leanard Pitts, Jr. in the Missoulian, entitled, Bake the cake, because this stunt too shall pass . . . there tends to be a human nature thing, that once you have been discriminated against, and you finally, get your rights, you want to rub it in the faces of the people who oppressed you . . . refrain from doing that, because, that is sour grapes, and you trying to force, someone who already has issues with you in the first place, is not going to be more accepting of asshole behavior.  The writter, in good humor, talks about going into a bakery, and asking people to write offensive things on birthday or wedding cakes, that have nothing to do with anything, except being a pain in the ass, and then threatening to go to court, when the baker, won't write your offensive words, or your in your face words, on a cake . . . that should not be the case.  Remember, Miss Manners, you have your rights, but you don't have a right to fuck people over and put what is offensive in their faces.

 

Much like the Rainbow People, it is not the love, the peace, the music, the nature, and for me, not the marijuana, but it is their in your face nudity, when people attended with their children.  That is why things are rated PG 13 or R, so people will not take their children to movies, or events that are meant to be seen by adults only.  I personally, woud have reacted, much like my ex-husband, and he knew that, and that is why he called me out of the blue, after a few years, because, he knew, totally what my reaction, would be to the cops, and judge, and the marijuana, and to them totally ignoring the more offensive actions, with children there, with parents, just getting their kids, raised on electronics, to leave their music and electronics, behind and get out and have a great time ini the mountains, only to find that other adults are stripping off their clothes, in front of your children, or worse, teens, with raging hormones, and with irresponsible disregard for decency, in front of children, you flash, boobs, dicks, and pussy!  Get a fuckng clue, to be welcome in any one's mountains, the sixties were the sixties, we are more evovled, and expect, respect and human respect, while different!

The Virtual Clash Between Two Prevasive Views of Reality

 

This morning, my daughter, back in Washington, D.C. and I got into a debate, over the recent shootings, the holding of Eric Holder, United States Attorney General, standard of malice, never before in my educated opinion, have I ever seen, that standard applied to cops, suggesting, that they have control over the charging and gateway to justice, that prosecutors have, with the power to either decline prosecution or proceed with charging and prosecution, based on the evidence of a case.  Cops, are there, and participate in the event, that gives rise to the situation, making or breaking a case, either for proceeding with prosecution or the declination of moving forward against a particular defendant.  The only time, I have ever, being on either side of the criminal justice and constitutional law systems, with the risk that an officer, violated a federal, statutory or constitutional civil right, while acting under color of law, as a state official, that being applied to local, state and federal officials. 

 

The malice standard, is usually applied to someone who has more control over the finished, outcome, at the gateway, of the justice system, rather and a random participant, taking the facts, situation, and encounter, with a citizen on the streets, suggesting, the hair splitting decision making, the take it for what it is, facts, and making the best decision in the heat of the moment . . . and nobody is saying, that when faced with a particular encounter, one would hot have made exactly the same decision, but with a blanket, approval of any cop shooting, is just pure bull shit, and they have constitutional protections, civil rights, Miranda rights, considerations for life, liberty and property, not to mention, the pursuit of happiness, in additio to serving and protecting the health, safety and welfare of the citizens, who pay them to watch over the city, county, state, nation! 

 

Besides, saying that malice is traditionally, connected with prosecutors, either as a measure for vindictive prosecution or malicious prosecution, which I used in a case against a county attorney, who, summarily, upped the charges against my client, each time I went to visit her in jail, being a plaintiff in the civil rights suit, and by means of payback, or threats, the prosecutors, who had a personal vindetta against the woman, because she refused to take a plea bargin, and would not lie, in her testimony, telling the events of the alleged crimes and charges, so her story fit, that of her alleged, co-conspirators.  With the threat of not seeing her children, for the next 57 years!  That is malicious and vindictive!  That standard, of malice, if an extremely high standard, used in tort or wrongful acts, civil lawsuits, for slander and libel cases, against a public official, who, knows that being thrashed in the press is part of the public exposure, but if a person, rises to the level of malice, against an elected or public figure, then, that threshhold, is high enough, to find the person guilty or liable or those claims, even though most people know they are subjecting their lives, personal and public to scrutiny.

Malicious Intent . . . Beyond the Normal, Rises to the Level of Actionable Wrong Doing!

 The cops are not in the role, that would allow them to visit malicioius and vindictive behavior on someone they just met, say involved in a domestic dispute.  But, absolute power, corrupts, absolutely!  I would say, the clash comes between the views of those who adhere to the Patriot Act, and those who adhere to the Supreme Law of the Land, or the United States Constitution, along with the rights, privileges, protections, freedoms, liberties, and judicially created enforcement of the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th amendments of rights, giving teeth to protections against 4th amendment, unreasonable searches and seizures; 5th amendment rights to being tried twice of the same crime, due process, before taking away, life, liberty or property, with compensation; and 6th amendment right to a speedy, public trial, with a jury of peers, and counsel!  Along with others!

 

I think, the problem lies, with all the protests, and the fervor against the recent rash of cop shootings, if the fact, that these are situations, where previously, guns, shots, ambuse, and killing, where not associated with them.  Everyone, expects gunfire, when there is a bank robbery, or a gang shootout, with cops, or in a rare situation, with a standoff, when something goes wrong in the work place, home or school, or in a suicide, and the cops, generally, try to use negotiators, rather than gun someone down . . . not any more!  We are seeing the use of deadly force, almost on a daily bases, and none of us are to comment, or express shock, and we are always to take the cops side, in this world, this police state, where the Patriot Act, rules, and the fascist regimes, the militarization of the cops, who are not the military, are literally declaring war on the citizens, and changing the rules of the game that has been in extistence for almost 240 years, in reaction to Britsh Monacrch, King George, who, if you read the  Declaration of Independence, sounds exactly like the cops today, under the Patiort Act, covering the murders of the colony citizens, with absolutely no right to fight back, as unjustified as the King's troops are! 

If You Resist Arrest, Cops Have the Right to Shoot & Kill You!  NO!

In the Patriot Act world of cops, they are all powerful, can search your house, while you are gone, write their own warrants, if they bother to get on at all, without probable cause, and without listing with specificity or particularity, what exactly they are looking for, affirming with oath and affirmation, to a unbiased magistrate or judge, that the search and seizrue are warranted, based on probable cause . . . a warrant of this nature, to protect against unreasonable searches and seizures, is the general rule, not the exception!  There are laws that cops have to enforce against citizens, as seen by the legislative bodies, who  make up the rules, the laws, the ordinances, and then on the flipside of that, there are the constitutional protections and rights that citizens can expect from their law enforcement entities, or they have crossed the line, of demarcation between civil justice and civil violations and unrest.  We have arrived, where we are in a state of civil unrest, unjust behavior, and total disregard for rights, protections and lives, and that is cause to revolt, scream, protest, and that is just what is happening. 

 

Rather than to back down, get back within the constitutional  constraints that their personal and public oaths of office, put on them, they blatantly, just disregard the fucking law, and proceed to try to use force, threats, justifying murder, and any actions, they see fit to inflict on the citizens!  Really, read the Declaration of Independence, and that will not seem like 300 years ago, that will sound like modern day America!  We in America, will not tolertate a police state, nor, a total disregard for the laws of this land!  We are not a totalitarian regime, like in many countries, that march up and down the streets, acting a the will and comand of the dictator or ruler, we are a society of laws, agreed upon mandates, that both sides have to abide by, in order to live in a more perfect unions, based on agreed upon laws, that the government is to protect!  There is a suspicion, on may part, as a criminal defense attorney, or a prosecutor, or constitutional law attorney, if a cop, has to cheat to get a suspect, a defendant, or a perpetrator, I can never be sure that,  the alleged wrong doer, was actually guilty of anything other than, I guess you could say, malicious intent by the cops, with a pure hatred and disdain for citizens, regardless of the laws!  Under the Patriot Act, there just might be room for that standard of review, just an overall, piss poor attitude!  But, that is not our system.

The reason, cops, prosecutors and judges, hate, the United States Constitution, state constitutions, and me, so bad, is that they are constrained, they are not all powerful, not all knowing, not free to act at will, up to and including killing someone, without certain, justifiable limts and restraints placed on them by society, the law, the legislatures, and well proscribed laws, dictates, mandates, and jurisdictional controls!  And for that, I have been put in fear of my own life, off and on, for 17 fucking years . . . I will not let them have thier way with ME, nor with YOU!  I just can't stand by and let this go, unnoticed, undisgussed, unchallenged, and with a absolute belief, that these acts are nothing  more than treason, to be seen as enemies of the People of the United States, and by the way, justice system players, you are not above the law, you are not free of it, and you will not be allowed to do whateveer in the fuck you want!  PERIOD!

 

Here we go again, I can't adjust my writing, with subtitles, and such, must be doing something right!  I am sure that, as of my writing and the confrontation with the Kalispell Cheif of Police and the Mayor, I will be, essentially, banned for exercising my first amendment rights to raise questions, objections, and make observations, of materials, and information, that is brought in front of my ciritcal, educated in the law, mind.  But, the Chief, showed a video, of a situation down in Phoenix, where a very vocal black pastor, was participating and organizing protests and marches, during the recent shootings of young black males, most, if not all, unarmed, as were the two recently, that inspired, this response . . . and the cops felt threatened?  Why, they had the guns, the badges, the back up,, and everything on their side!  You have nothing to fear, but fear itself!

 

The cops, allegedly, in Phoenix, had the pastor, hopefully not a staged exhibition, to quiet the masses, and curtail the anger on the streets, but he was given a simplated experience, in which he was confronted with staged actors, violently approaching the pastor/cop, or had them jump out from behind a vehicle, and the pastor shot, in self-defense, and so forth and so on . . . and after, his alleged experience, he took the position, that if an officer tells you to get down and you resist, you, in essense, deserve to be shot!  Just recently, there was a brother of a man, whom the police were looking for, and they mistakenly approached, or pulled over, or had a traffic violation, or some reason to come into contact with the brother of someone with a warrant.  The cops pulled the brother over, and told him to get out of the car, to which he refused and informed them, that they had the wrong guy, and that, it was his brother who had the warrant and was the guy they were looking for. 

 

When the innocent brother, didn't get out of his vehicle, with his hands up, and do whatever the officers wanted him to do, while protessting, that they were making a mistake, no, not officer!  They beat the hell out of him!  Now the city, is facing a civil rights lawsuit . . . the balance of power for those cops who insist on ignoring a citizen, especially, an innocent one, and proceed to abuse, force and beat, his rights out of him!  No going to happen under my watch!  Today, my daughter, asked me if I would resist arrest of an officer, and I told her I have been for three years, since I was sworn into the United States Supreme Court Bar, and they have been trying to kill me!  Fuck, yeah, I am going to resist arrest, false imprisonment, unjusitifed incarceration, theft of over millions of dollars of intellectual, personal and real property, and nobody is doing anything about it!  Really, the new Patriot Act, I am an enemy combatant and a homegrown terrorist, for forcing, law enforcement, jprosecutors and judges, to do what?  To OBEY THE LAW!  And it is not the Patriot Act, but the United States Constitution, which, when the Police Chief of Kalispell, saw the flag, the red, white and blue, standing a few feet from us, and I reminded him that we should be on the same side, he slinked out of the room!  Probably plotting my demise, rather than improving!

Taking Someone's Life, Is SHOCKINGLY Unconstitutional!

In our system of justice, or the way it used to be, go watch a few movies, even serial killers, who have killed hundreds, are provided their constitutional rights!  Two domestic disputes, and these young men, one dead, are not provided their constitutional rights?  They are shot, worse treatment than the killers?  Come on . . . the dead kid, while taking off with the fiance, and allegedly going 100 mph, down Broadway, eventually, came to a stop, and could have been apprehended, he didn't have a gun, but, even after he stopped, he was gunned down, and shot in what I would consider cold blooded murder, for it was not justified.  Where the officers, justified in being pissed, concerned, angry, worried, hell, yeah, but where they justified in killing the 20 year old?  Doing the typical, the traditional character assassination, is the next phase, where his mother, who was the one who called the boy in for assault and taking the car, said, that the boy was not on drugs, as the officers claim, because, they know that 90% of the public, will somehow justify, the shooting based on drug use, rather than the fact that the cops, gunned down someone, who probably should see jail, automatic jail time for going speeds over 100 mph, so that is jutified, and he stopped, so he could have been booked in jail for that, but murder, shooting, killling the kid, NEVER!

 

Life is a fucking big deal in our legal and justice sytem, that is why a known and convicted murderer, is allowed so many appeals, taking years and tons of money, to make sure, that in a system of innocent until proven guilty, is followed, better one innocent man be allowed free, and protected, even if several have to get off, protecting rights.  The law school, and city Innocents Projects and DNA testing are finding many convicted alleged criminals innocent of their charges!  We act, nowdays, as if, we are playing a video game, and we shoot, kill, slaughter, and in the next game, or the next day, or the next level of the game, the guy we just killed, comes back to life, and he proceeds with the game, as if nothing ever happened, he really didn't die, well, guess what, these boys really do die, they don't come back, and they can't hold their mother or fiance' again!  They are simply gone!

WE MUST TAKE AWAY THE INCENTIVES . . . A PAID VACATION!

So, this cop, and I am not the one who has to judge him, just set some guidelines, standards and situations where the rest of the normal, non-cop world, can see, that you are justified to shoot someone, and we are not shocked, want to protesst, or stage die-ins, and declare cops shootings a public health issue, we have to come to some common ground.  Most people have never heard of the Patriot Act, and it was intended for foriegners, not for American citizens, and it has left, people like the Boston Bombers, left unchecked, while kids are getting shot on the streets, we are not the cops/ enemies, we just want our rights, protections and just deserves and citizens of this country! 

 

It had been speculated, that the cop, who shot the Williams kid in Missoula, will be on paid administrative leave, up to, possibly MARCH?  He is going to have a psych evaluation, which I think is good, but, almost a three month vacation with pay?  Just like in asset forfeiture, the incentive factor should be taken out . . . I didn't need kick backs to do my job as an assistant attorney general, and we were paid shit!  This is all part of your job, and becoming, by your own, actions, almost a monthly thing, justified or unjustified, if the department, with life as a precious thing, should take away anything that smacks of incentive!  It really looks bad.  Kalispell, Police Chief, said, back in the late 90's he shot someone, they didn't die, but he talked about the fact that he thinks about it daily.  Even more reason, to do all we can, to make sure that life is protected, that cops are not encouraged, expected, nor pushed to shoot citizens.  I am sure that it is hard; therfore, killing someone should be the last resort, not the first and only, simply because someone doesn't act, just the way you want them too.  Remember, they are also amped up, if they are in a domestic violence situation, something, they  may see as a private fight between them and their spouse and fiance, and you are an unwanted intruder!

 

Cool heads should prevail, when dealing with highly emotionally charged situations, as in domestic violence.  Last night, while I was watching Flashpoint, there was a situtaion of a domestic situation, where the father of a baby, who was being given up for adoption, got with the mother, and stole the baby from the new couple, and kidnapped, their own child.  The father, had issues, his mother had died, and he saw his father, jump off a building, while he watched.  I was impressed with the cops, who pursued the father, as he took the baby from the mother, after a chase, landed at his happy place, the time he remembered being with both his mother and father, and he wanted to experience that with hit son.  The cops, really did care, understood, and tried to talk him out of jumping, as his father did.  The guy gave the baby, his kissed, to the cop, who did all in his power, to assure this unfortunate young man, that they would help him, if he just didn't jump.  A female cop had a shot, and was reprimanded for not shooting the father, who eventually jumped.  That is where the statement, that trigger happy cops are bad, but cops that can't shoot may be worse, putting others at risk.

 

In the next episode, the female cop, not only figured out where the bad guys were, but took the crack shot, that saved a pregnant woman's life.  She seemed to have an inate, ability to sense, when the bad guys, were really bad, and when a young man, who had every strike against him, just wanted some time with his new born son, to kiss him, take him to the only place he had a good memory of his painful childhood.  I cried, knowing there are many bad childhoods, not necessarily making bad people, but desperate people do desperate things!  It takes a skilled cop, to know the difference . . .

NIGHTWATCH

This morning, while getting ready for the day, after a great night's sleep, at the TLC Inn or the Tender Loving Care Inn, Bozeman, Montana, I had the pleasure of seeing a new TV show, called, Nightwatch, after exhausting the Sunday morning, Criminal Minds TV show.  This is a reality based TV show about cops and EMT, or emergency medical technicians, on the streets of New Orleans, a tough town, with at least 1,000 calls per night for assistance of one form or another.  In the first scenario, when the EMTs had been called to assist and young black man, who had been shot 5 times, in a gang incident, I could not have been more impressed with the valiant effort of the medical attention and care, that these EMTs exhibited, when treating this young black man, without, one ounce of hesitance, restricted effort, attempt to save, and disappointment when, they heard, that the young man had expired, when he got to the emergency room at the hospital.  Especially, the male driver, who rushed in and out of traffic, to get the man some help, for his wounds, taking it extremely hard and personal, while the female EMT, tried to comfort him, and tell him, that they kept him alive, and he was delivered to the hospital staff, in the best condition, that they could have expected, given the fact that the man was shot, dead spot, in the middle of his chest.  Later, to the relief of both EMTs, the young man was revived, and there was a chance that he might make it.

As the show proceeded, both the cops and the firefighters, working side by side, with racial differences, yet, with no apparent prejudices, just guys and gals on the same team, working to stop crime, save lives, and help people in distress.  The really great thing about cities and diversity, is the rubbing up against people of different colors, races, religions, creeds, sexes, ages, all in a common goal of protecting the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of their communities!  Contrast and compare that to what I experienced, just last Friday, with the mayor justifying cop shootings and getting pissed at me for suggesting that they would kill for a two week vacation or administrative leave . . . well, okay, let's put them on unpaid administrative leave, and see if the cop shootings, don't in fact go down!  Then the man, who, in reaction, to me telling him, that I watched all day, the day Michael Brown was shot, heard the first hand accounts, saw the videos, that were later suppressed and dismissed as  having discrepancies in the report of the facts, difference in vantage points!  The threat, I felt for my own safety, as I have felt in many cities, when I express my first amendment rights to free speech, not being some uneducated person in this area, but might actually be considered, actually an expert, who is trashed, rather than listened to!

Smart cities, cop shops, and others, should, admit, there is always, room to improve!  Constructive criticism, is invaluable, rather than spin doctors, who gloss over, needed, and apparent gaps in training, discriminatory practices, and bigoted responses, that can lead to lawsuits, and sensitivity training, if you are unlucky enough to get a really good, civil rights, defense, or constitutional law attorney, like me on a case . . . and I am sure, that is why I am chased from each county and town, for fear, that there might be a situation arise, where, I actually get my teeth into your asses.  I am trying to be a friend, to educate, teach, assess, write, comment, without lawsuits, the soft ball approach I prefer to take, but, you and I know, that if all of this falls on deaf ears, that sometimes there is no other alternative, and you lies to protect, the women, who are claiming to be me, with my blog stolen now . . . I can barely find my own blog, because, the bad ass con law chick or bad con law chick connection has been buried to the less familiar title of Know Your Rights, the Law is the Law, or JoAnn+, with three million hits per 35 seconds . . . another 1st amendment right, redressing grievances with your government!

Religiously, You Can Believe Anything You Want, But When Those Beliefs, Translate Into Actions, and Cross the Lines, Against the Laws of the United States, Like Anti-Discrimination Laws, Under the 5th & 14th Amendments, You Are, or  Should Run Into Trouble in the Courts, with Constitutional Issues!

The primary role of government, the reason for its existence, is to protect the rights of the citizens!  Not just the citizens who are like you, believe the same way you do, look, think and act like you do, or have sex the way you do . . . but for every person, who is a citizen of both the state you reside in, and the country you live in.  Read the 14th amendment, with part of it, most applicable to state legislators, now in the heat of battle, writing, reading and passing the laws, that will govern their states, some subject to constitutional challenges, lawsuits, etc.  States cannot, offer less, to their citizens, denying privileges, other members of the United States have.  Therefore, the Unites States Constitution is the bottom line threshold of rights, contained, as interpreted, by the plain language of the statute or the constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, or the United States Supreme Court, with the executive branch, enforcing those laws, that the legislative or rule making body, have passed, as long as they don't deny privileges, rights, protections, and options, that fall below those permitted by the federal government and statutes!

Laws cannot be repugnant to the Constitution or they are void . . . they must be consistent with the letter and spirit of the Constitution, to be considered constitutional!  Those laws passed that fall outside, either off these Supreme Court, mandates, are void as a matter off law!  If you are a county recorder, or a judge, magistrate, mayor, or someone who opposes, issuing marriage licenses to gay couples, try finding a new job!  You can personally, be abhorred by homosexuality, and perform your job, without violating the laws of this land, and also keeping your personal beliefs in check, because God knows, you preferences, your feelings, and it is not your job, to force those beliefs on anyone, while practicing them yourselves!  You only run a foul of the dictates of this secularlly run government, when you put your personally held beliefs into action, or deny someone the rights and privileges afforded to people of this country.  You can always move to another country, that is closer to the beliefs you have, some even have state sanctioned religions, like ISIS, but you might be beheaded for being a Christian!  In America, we have not state sanctioned religions, that we can force down someone else's throats . . . perhaps you would be more comfortable with another set of rules, but these are ours!

The Firefighting Bigot vs. the Mayor Who Fired Him

This case is a very interesting case.  The fire chief, wrote a book, against homosexuality, either with or without permission from his boss, whom in most towns, is the mayor.  Now, you might, at first glance, make the statement or believe, that the firefighter, was just expressing his personal objections to homosexuality, and it has nothing to do with his job.  Or does it?  Let's apply the law . . . people can't be discriminated against, or a lot of reasons, and sex is one of them.  Is a person for vocal, and also a high profile member of the city, able to separate his personal beliefs, from, say his professional practices?  Obviously, he has a strong opinion on the subject, above and beyond, what most of us would have, because he went as far as to write a book about it.  He may, even be using his position as a chief, to further his personal beliefs, hoping to sway other members of the community, or those within the firefighting community, with close contact with cops and EMTs, to create an atmosphere of discrimination, within the community, that might have devastating effects, on the way someone responds to a fire, a 911 call, or an emergency situation, knowing that their boss, feels, beliefs, and religiously opposes, the members of the gay community.  Are they, the first responders, going to perform their duties to people, if they know their boss has such an affinity against certain segments of the population.  I would say, that the chief, has crossed a line, making his beliefs, well known and published, and at a time when, the laws are changing, people are evolving, and expectations are high, to treat members of the community fair, with respect, and with all efforts to save lives, protect property, and respect rights and privileges, the mayor was right in firing the fire chief!

If we are to make a more perfect union, avoid protracted lawsuits, in this ever changing and evolving America, with gay marriages, changing faster, becoming more accepted, and becoming integrated into our system of secular thinking, and even spreading into our religious communities, with a focus on love, brother and sisterhood, and practicing the golden rule, that of doing unto others what you would have done to you.  I venture to say, that all segments of society, have experienced discrimination at one time or another, in the history of either coming to this country, as emigrants, visiting here, or moving to a culture of a predominantly different society or state.  I love reading the Bible, in the Book of Leviticus, where God, lays the law down for the children of Israel, and he says to treat foreigners well, because once, they, were foreigners in a strange land also, in Egypt!  We all want our piece of Heaven, but we are hesitant to give it to others, once we get our own!

Authorities in Arizona, Trying to Bring Polygamists in State to Modern Living

Sorry, I told the motel clerk, that I wasn't going to need the computer password this morning . . . we joked, never on Sunday, I was going to forgo my blog today, but after reading the Bozeman Chronicle, going over to McDonald's for a Diet Coke and to get a newspaper, there were so many articles, in the Sunday section on religious topics and issues, that I came back and asked for the password, and thus, the inspiration for this blog, if you can find it, with hackers, Mormons, NSA, and others who have a vested interest in burying my interpretation of these topics, but, I wanted to give credit to the excellent writing and articles in the newspaper this morning.  But, Arizona authorities, working with followers of Warren Jeffs, the imprisoned alleged prophet of the FLDS church, a break off group of polygamists, with strongholds in Colorado City, Hildale, and other locations, that are spread across the borders of both Utah and Arizona, are finding that while many polygamists are still loyal to Jeffs, even while he is in prison, many are starting to want to own property, their homes, send their children to school, and modernize the communities, previously, controlled by Jeffs and the United Kingdom.

Again, these people have been, off the radar screen, so to say, and they have violated many laws of the states their communities reside in, as well as many laws of the United States, while claiming to be practicing their religion, or freedom of religious liberty.  Again, they can believe anything they want, a ton of Mormons, those who know about polygamy, secretly believe that multiple wives, is essential to eternal salvation in the highest kingdom of Heaven, while not practicing it, thus exemplifying exactly what I am talking about, belief is one thing, and action is another, actually violating laws, is another.  But, after the raid on Short Creek and the XYZ Ranch in Texas, authorities are realizing that when dealing with polygamy, they are dealing with a can of worms, and have to get people who know the communities, the practices, from the inside, rather than from the outside world, and work with kit gloves, so as not to make things worse, than they already are.  But, Arizona authorities, are urging women and kids, who want things to change, or who suffer abuse, to call, county authorities, rather than the police forces, within their jurisdictions and polygamist communities, who either are members of Jeff's congregations, and loyal to him, or the principle, rather than loyal to the laws of the state and land. 

The Arizona Attorney General, is bringing things up to snuff, and after being the one, who pushed for Jeff's arrest, investigation and prosecution, at first, with Texas, following suit, and Utah, since 2005, putting FLDS church property in receivership, so as to allow for private property ownership, taxes, and bringing the community options they have never had before!  People are starting to entertain the options of public schooling for their 1500 children, that need a public education, against Warren Jeff's personal and religious objections.  So, we are getting there, a more perfect union, without church sanctioned, or at least legally objectionable religious practices, and protecting rights, freedoms, and liberties, within the confines of the laws of the United States.  The United States government has always objected to polygamy, making the practice forbidden forever in Utah, that is until the male members of the legislature, illegally, unconstitutionally, and unlawfully, violated their own sections of the Utah State Constitution, and just up and disappeared, I believe the 22 section of article I, of the state's contractual conditions for statehood!

One Day, We Will Truly Be One Nation Under God . . . Following his Commandments to Love Him, Love Our Neighbors as Ourselves, and Do Unto Others What We Would Have Done to Us!  We Are All of the Body of Christ, When One Part Hurts, We All Hurt!

You Were Born in the Wrong Era . . . You Have Ethics!

A retired, Navy photographer, turned wild life and desert photo artist, and professional photographer, was in a class with me, once in St. George, Utah.  We were discussing some particular topic, and I was displaying, not only my disgust, but making points, that I thought might help the situation.  And shocked, he looked at me, and said, You were born in the wrong generation, you have ethics!  This man, was a member of, what has been referred to as the Golden Generation, he is well into his 80's, and was still kicking as of three years ago, the last time I saw him, alive.  As I read the article, in today's, Bozeman Daily Chronicle, entitled, Ethics in the Field: FWP Group Develops Hunter-Ethics Campaign.  Last fall, during the hunting season, and forgive me if I am not drawing on the incident, that I remember, hearing on the news about a group of hunters, who opened fire into a standing herd of elk, but if that is not the case, you can add that to the list of unsportsman-like conduct, unethical at best, and not a true hunt, and a horrible example to the younger hunters, kids, teens, that might have been on the hunt that day, as a group of hunters, if you want to call them that, just opened fire into a herd of elk, not aiming at any one animal, like most hunters, but just taking pot-shots into the crowd of elk, and wounding or dropping injured animals, leaving some to die.

I loved the fact that this group of concerned citizens, hunters, lovers of the sport, are aiming to correct some of the bad behavior of others in the sport of hunting, and referred to the target group as, slob hunters, and I could not agree more, with the terminology, the classification of that group, of alleged hunters, that I would call, slaughterhouse mentality slop-shot brutes! 


Just as in the area of drug interdiction, that has little more than pitted law enforcement against drug cartels, gangs, thugs, and the mob, doing little more than getting money, to funnel, grants and other things, like military supplies, M-Wraps and B.E.A.R.s, or armored vehicles, making our streets, look more like the war zones, in the middle-eastern or former Soviet block countries, rather than the streets of a free America, founded on principles of individual rights and freedoms, thus leading me to the terminology, that this story conjured up for me in different areas of law enforcement, oil exploration and extraction, justice system projects, and shootings of unarmed citizens on our streets, bringing to mind the slaughter of people, water sources, and voters, who reject building justice complexes, while the inner circle totally ignores the ones footing the bills, the tax payers, and just goes ahead, much like buying a B.E.A.R., running about $250,000 to $450,000 without the permission and approval of the mayor and city council . . . might be confusing the facts with Great Falls, but I do, know that over 1,000 MSU students, signed petitions to return the armed vehicles, that they could only imaging being used to chase lost or loose chickens, and gun down rowdy students after a homecoming game!

Classification of Slobs Codified in the Minds of the Public

The next article, that took me back again, was one entitled, The justice center question: Can the city and county collaborate?  I am not opposed to court complexes, as long as there is a separation of the branches of government: (1) the legislative or in this case, county commissioners, mayor and city council; (2) the executive or the law enforcement entities, that enforce the laws that the legislative bodies in the county or town, write, draft, support, zone and codify in their codes; and the (3) judiciary or the courts, that have the distinct and unique job of interpreting the rules, laws, ordinances, zoning, etc., and mete out tickets, justice, and fines, jail time, and rehabilitative punishments to civil and criminal offenders.  I find too often, the relationship, physically, or proximity wise, symbolically exemplified, the twisted nature of the collaborative, collusive, and coordinated activities, that cross the lines, blurring the demarcations of the branches, making it look, like they are in each other's business, pockets, and private lives . . . or in other words, slob governments!

And what is the deal with that fact that the voters turned away this collaborative proposal, last November in a vote against developing a new police and courts facility?  What, kind of like the protests over the black teens being gunned down . . . the people, the chumps will scream for awhile, but, after time, they will go back to watching American Idol, the Voice, NCSI, and all, and forget about what the cops are doing on the streets, we are turning the tables back, was the statement made by the Kalipsell, Chief of Police, when I addressed his issues, and said, that one thing I have is perspective and history, as a former, assistant attorney general, staff attorney for the Utah Prosecution Council, Criminal Enforcement Division, Utah  Attorney Generals Office, and for the life of me, can't remember, 20 years ago, an occasion, back when crime was higher, gang warfare was rampant, and drugs were more readily on the streets, that officers gunned down people like they do today . . . slob policing!

I know, that each state has a grand jury system, and as I recall, Utah doesn't convene a grand jury often, like some states do; however, I expressed my concern, about the Ferguson prosecutor, who had a father, a cop, shot and killed by a black, turning his job, even under protest, over to the grand jury, to bury the facts and evidence, that I just happened to see the first day the shooting happened, while I was in Vegas, last August, seeing first hand the eye witnesses, who were silenced, dismissed by this same prosecutor, as having conflicting testimonies, thus disregarded, for what?  For the 9 day delay for the cops to manipulate the evidence, the facts, and in my mind, Wilson's face, to make it look, like Michael Brown was the perp of the violence, between the two, rather than the aggressive Officer Wilson, as evidenced by the videos taken by the black witnesses from the apartment building across the street and the car following Wilson, and the friend of Brown's . . . reliability, veracity, credibility was totally dismissed, and the Kalispell, police chief, said, that the grand jury, did such a good job . . . yeah, if you didn't know all the facts, from before the spin-masters in the cop shop!  Slob prosecution . . . I informed the chief, that I for one, was not in the dark on any of these issues, I wrote a manual, still in use in Utah, of the Powers & Duties of County Attorneys . . . you don't get to pull the wool over my eyes, they are and were wide open!

I DON'T DO STUPID, SLOB BIGOTS . . .

Slob citizens . . . so some white, cracker, Republican, came over to me, and tried to tell me, that grand juries in Texas, are convened, with 12 members, on each alleged defendant?  What, and what about our 6th amendment right to a speedy, public trial, with a jury of our peers, and counsel?  There is evidence of the Patriot Act, everywhere, and yesterday, I was on a collision course with the police chief, in a game of chicken, a hostile crowd to me, and a favorable one to him, with the Mayor Johnson, getting really pissed, and accusing me of making the statement, that any cops would try to shoot a citizen, and how devastating that is, slob mayor . . . defending the indefensible!  The chief, showed a video, that I am sure was probably prepared for distribution, by cops, my bias, trying to turn the tide, that has been mounted against them, since Ferguson, and other shootings,  he even tried to dismiss the Rice shooting of a 12 year old, in Ohio, where the personnel files of the two cops involved, were less than stellar, and one was fired and in his file that he didn't have the temperament for police work, and the other had beat up a woman, who called about a car parked in his vehicle, and the dispatch officer, a known alcoholic, just failed to tell the officers, responding to the call, that, the gun was most likely fake, as reported by the caller!  Slob dispatch!

Both men, the Republican, whom I am sure has read my blog, and the cop, stormed away from me, the street guy, when I said that Officer Wilson murdered Michael Brown in cold blood, and he didn't see the facts, before the spin-masters got a hold of the videos, caught on cell phones, as I did, and I informed him that he might have a different view and story, had the facts, the evidence and the witnesses and testimony been turned over to the criminal justice system, with attorneys representing both sides, in a court of law, rather than a secret hearing, letting Officer Wilson, testify in his own defense, with an attorney, behind closed doors, while Micheal Brown, lay buried and dead in the ground!  The man stormed out, saying, that thug should have been shot, 20 times, and whatever, bull shit he finished with!  Slob bigot, in addition!  And the cop, cleared up shop, when I reminded him, that both of us, should be on the same side, we both took the same oath, to preserve, defend and protect the United States Constitution, protecting rights, that preserve, serve, and defend, citizens' life, liberty, property and pursuit of happiness!  I pointed to the American flag, standing right next to us, and he took off . . . a bitter reminder, I guess!  Slob reactions!

Slob Exxon and Slob Federal Regulators . . . Drop $750,000, Giving the Oil Giant, Who Refused to Stop Extracting Oil, When Other Oil Companies Stopped, Before Polluting the Yellowstone River, a Million Dollar Fine . . . Do You Really Think, When Exxon Makes a Fucking $60 Billion Dollars in Profits, That a One Million Dollar Fine HURTS?  Slobs!  Need Punitive Damages!

Guess who, at least tried to hold the oil giant liable in a civil suit, landowners, who settled out of court, but still for a measly, $2 million, not more than a drop in the bucket of the profits, they make each year.  The landowner noted in their lawsuit that other pipeline owners with lines beneath the Yellowstone shut down during the July 2011 flood that broke the line.  They characterized Exxon's decision to keep moving oil as a "PROFIT DRIVEN DECISION."  That is a knee-jerk slob reaction, and merits, punitive damages!  The callous nature of the response, or lack of response, not only to the possible pollutants that would make their way into the drinking water, but also, the huge amounts of oil, that rushed neighborhoods, destroying property, is worthy of punishing with punitive damages, making sure that they don't do it again!  Fat chance, the risk of getting caught and adequately punished is neil to nothing!

In another article, dealing with the prospects of allowing mining, at the head of the cherish local river running spot, the Smith River, river lovers, are thinking ahead, looking at the number of outside the state or the nation companies, that have come into Montana, with a spectacular scenery, and outdoor activities, that people from around the world come, to only hope of being one of the 6,000 per year allowed to run the river, and are re-thinking letting a Canadian and Australian joint project, take over the rive, make their money, benefit others, rather than locals, and taking the money are running.  If you don't learn from history, you will forever remain a child . . . not slob citizens!  Smarties . . .
