Bruce Willis . . . A Good Day to Die, Die Hard!
This morning, in the Daily Inter Lake Newspaper, there was a great cartoon, of the little PC owner, getting choked by the hands of the NSA agent, sticking his head out of computer, and ringing the guys, scrawny little neck, if I remember, and a huge guy, representing the government, wearing a suit, and a large smile, with the caption, saying something like, sure, we will take control of the Internet, under the auspice of Internet Neutrality! The mantra and motto for the government, is first we break them, then we make them . . . or in other words, the government agency, the National Security Agency, through the PRISM program, and other federal spying programs, under FISA, or the Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act, has basically given federal cops, and to some extent state and local cops, almost total access to all your personal information, through meta data gathering, from all the people you trust with your email, computer service, and phone services, so at the drop of the hat, at any given time, regardless of connection to terrorist organizations allegedly outside the country, or like with me, I don't know anyone outside the United States, other than a Mormon missionary or two, who you really should be afraid of, because they will be your next generation of FBI, NSA, or CIA agents, spying on you, thinking they have every right to do so, because, as they are brainwashed in the Mormon Church, extending that brainwashing to the government, they will end up working for, against your interests, when authority figures have spoken, like the church, the government, a boss, THE DEBATE IS OVER!
These are the ranks and files of educated, useful idiots, that have been raised in a church that gives little credence to the principles, understandings, concepts and tenants, of everything that is involved in government's number one priority, and that is to protect the rights of its citizens! You see, you need to look to Utah, the umber police state, with Mormon Church tentacles reaching the greater majority of the intelligence community, that is filled with brainwashed pansies--who were either raised in a state with no concept of the U.S. Constitution, let alone their own state constitution, and that is including most attorneys, who know little of either, and they believe in a patriarchal male dominated society, the Mormon Church, who runs, all three branches of the government, with absolutely not separation of church and state, and big time connections up to the highest ranks and files of government, bar none, even with two Mormon attorneys, drafting, the Bush and Cheney, water boarding policies for their administration, that should be charged with war crimes, just like Hitler's SS men!
IT IS ALL ABOUT FREEDOM!
The Internet, provides the greatest avenue of free speech the world has ever known, and it is for the good . . . if a government, a church, an agency, or any entity, can't stand the light of day, transparency, openness, dialogue about its activities, then something it fucking wrong! And if people are angry about what one of these groups is doing, it is probably for a damn good reason, because there is not reason to not conduct meetings, acts, votes, agendas, in a transparent means, keeping government leaders, on their toes, doing the right thing, limiting corruption and fraud, altogether . . . if you can't stand the light of day, get out of the limelight, and crawl back under the fucking rock you came out of, we don't want you, your policies, or your programs! Internet neutrality is nothing more than controlling our 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 14th amendment rights, and all others to a lesser degree . . . WE DON'T WANT IT, WE DON'T NEED IT . . . if fact, we need more openness, transparency, light, observation, open dialogue, and debate, that is what makes up the workings of great governments, legal decisions, policies, procedures, cases, decisions, in put from everyone, then making a decision.
No More Big Brother, Big Sister, We Can Think for Ourselves!
I have worked in five statewide jobs, at the highest levels of state government, and risen professionally and legally to the highest level of laws, cases, and court oversight, and I know how good, government can be, but, I also, have learned how fucking bad, corrupt, inert, inept, devious, secretive, and closed, with the outcome being far less than admirable, if not downright corrupt and criminal, when there is only the fox guarding the hen house, so to say! There are places that government oversight is needed, like on Wall Street, when they have proven to be absolutely greedy, deviant, corrupt, liars, selling fraudulent products, inane loans, gouging the American public on all sides of a home purchase, refinance, or mortgage modification, leaving many without homes, and the bank coffers bloated, on fees, fines, and all kinds of mortgage insurance, 9 to 30 times the worth of the house, bundling, laundering, selling mortgage back securities, that fuck everyone except the banks . . . yes, there is a time and place, when a whole industry or segment of the American system has failed the people, and while I am thinking about it, why doesn't the government take control of the Federal Reserve Bank, with absolute freedom to set interest rates, mess with and manipulate the stock market, print money, without a gold and silver standard or backing, start there if you have a need to control, control something that is out of control, and unmanageable!
Stay the fuck off our phones, out of our emails, and get the hell out of our computers, our tax dollars, have better things to be spent on, than supervising us, when we have little power, other than to redress our grievances, and speak our peace, or gather and assemble to express either! Geez almighty, we are not the ones who need monitoring, turn the mirror around and look in it, try the NSA, who is using this to stop me from writing at will, censoring, cleansing their errors, their bloody hands, when all I am doing is educating the people, as to what their rights are, what the law is, and speaking out against things that I don't agree with, from a pretty educated position, sharing ideas, thoughts, comparisons, and such with people, leaving them free to come up to their own conclusions, determinations, and resolutions, to government, legal, or church issues, believing strongly, that if people are getting the right information, they will mull it over in their own minds, and make decisions, that are best for their circumstances and their given situations, within the framework of their vote, their government, their churches, families and lives, having touched many of those areas, in a professional arena, with a bit more insight, that can either be heeded or discarded, according to the readers will. But, the Internet, give access, to the world of minds, ideas, and the benefit of other people's educations, without actually going to school, in that area of study, with all the benefits!
To Me, Government Control of the Internet, Is The Equivalent of Book Burning, By Denying Open Thought
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, stronger, me, myself and I, stand a little taller, etc. A song that is on the PA system, right now, and some good advice to the government, elected officials, agencies, churches, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, stand a little taller . . . If you are threatened by the truth, ideas, or controversies, that may involve your entity, then, perhaps, you should take a look at what your are doing, and adjust, either to fit the times, modernize your thoughts, that may be abhorrent, like polygamy, let it go, and get with the time, get over it, I will demand uniform operation of law, equal protection, so think again, when you collude with Muslims and their programs of multiple wives, we will as in the early days of Joe Smith, first prophet, we can be sealed to more than one man, and at the same time, with modern gals, not brainwashed, you got problems CENTRAL!
We don't need to go backward, there is not need, we don't need closed societies, systems, and formats, taking control of the Internet by the government is only, to possibly destroy the very reason for a government, making you obsolete! In the Declaration of Independence, at any time that this form of government doesn't serve the needs, will and wishes of the people, we are advised to CHANGE IT! With growing sentiments, screaming for more, not less freedoms, liberty, and rights, that have slowly been eroded, while many, including, WE THE PEOPLE have slept, and have nobody but ourselves to blame, for failing to be vigilant, a watch dog over our government, and pushing back, like people are starting to do, working the government, the way it was intended to be, with public officials, elected officers, working for us, not for themselves, and their private bank accounts! We are just fucking sick and tired of it, get with it, or we will disband, you and start over! Don't tempt us!
