When Your Going Through Hell, Just Keep On Going!

That is exactly what political survivors, Bill and Hillary Clinton did, one of the most, if not the most powerful couple, probably in the world, and for sure in the United States . . . time heals everything!  The Clinton's have staying power, they weather the storms, generally together, even as in the case with Lewinski, focusing more on what they could accomplish together as opposed to separate, and did anyone take Monica, for something other than a toy for Bill, as was Jennifer Flowers, and others?  Seriously, do you really think, that Bill would give up, at the time, his partner, his mate, not only as a political power couple, but matching him in brains, talent, and the scope of what she could accomplish.  I remember, during that time, thinking, as one ambitious woman to another, relating very much to Shakespeare's, Lady MacBeth, that there are things more important, than an adoring husband, or even a faithful husband, as nice as that would be, some of the female sex, actually, want as much power as they can get, not for selfish interests, but actually through, altruistic contributions, either of experience, talent, educations, training, and who has more of that than Hillary, separate and aside from Bill!  Her resume, is the best, by far, of any person, ever who had run, or who has been considered a candidate for the presidency of the United States, sexism, aside!  Look at it as qualifications for the top job in the country.

One of my lame ass friends, heard me, about a year ago, after there was speculation that Hillary would run, really, do ya think?  Come on, there are self-evident truths, that cannot be ignored, she has, not only her own stellar credentials, but she was side by side, with Bill as he climbed the power ladders in American politics. But, my 33 year old friend, so there is some excuse, said, I would never vote for Hillary, and I asked him why, thinking he might have some, argument worthy of considering the merit, or his point . . . no, way too deep for this fool, he said, simply, because she is female!  Well, I am sorry, that is just not good enough! And his reasoning is about as dumb as it gets, if that is the best you got, buddy, forget it!  Obviously he has never heard of Queen Elizabeth, who reigned over the British Empire, when it really controlled a great part of the world, spanning sea to sea, and continent to continent, taking her job very serious, and her troops and supporters, equally as committed to ruling the world . . . or how about the Iron Lady, Margaret Thatcher, or Golda Mayer, or Bhutto, who was gunned down, yet was favored as a ruler.

Politics, Politics, Politics . . . Nothing Is Too Low

The timing is questionable at best, the topic a cover-up, and the class is missing, you just let sleeping dogs lie . . . so, you are telling me, with social media being around for the last 16 years, you are now just thinking about becoming the poster child?  She mentioned the kid who was bullied and jumped off the bridge to his death, while horrible, and tragic, do you really need to flagellate yourself, or prostrate yourself again for the press, to give them further fodder, to scrutinize what happened, or is this an attempt to pay Bill back, or remind him of your love, and rekindle, the child's play again?  What the hell?  It looked like you got a grip on your diet, looked great, had some hot ass leather pants, and jacket, I don't see the point, can't you contact the families of people who have had tragedies, and comfort them, set up a foundation, using your name, there seemed to be no game plan . . . so what is up?  The newscasters thought she was so brave, handled herself with grace a dignity, and, you don't think that after 16 years, someone should not be over this?

I think, that, the Republicans, see Hillary, looming on the horizon, and it is an offensive blow, to try to discredit both Bill and Hillary, and plant seeds in the public mind, that all those National Enquirer stories, about Bill's filandering, or that Hillary must have had a secret gay lover, or something, to have stayed by her man . . . she was and is, as ambitious as hell, and Bill if a fucking great asset, not only to Hillary, but to all Democrats, so trash him!  They are dragging Mitt Romney out of the ashes, hoping that people will remember him for the only thing he was good at, marriage and kids, or those strong, Mormon families, he just secretly has binders of women, outsourced tons of jobs overseas, and never did one of his sons, serve the country, he claims to love, and he truly has a Mormon agenda . . . and remember that little 1st amendment, separation of church and state, this is a state matter, worship his great family elsewhere!  (I just accidentally misspelled the word, Democrats and spelled in Demoncrats, and that is really the way, most Republicans see them . . . those little Moral Majority types that would throw American under the bus for China, or any of our enemies, or at least competitors, for trade, exporting and commerce.)

Marriage is a Business, if You Want Romance, Have an Affair

I know that is not a popular statement, but I think there is a lot of truth to that . . . divorce now days, does what death used to do, open a person to the option of having another wife, or in the Mormon case, they didn't even wait for death, they just decided, that when you are tired of one spouse, as if women don't get tired of seeing the same old fart, next to them in bed, too, they just double up!  John Oliver, the British political comedian, did a spoof, about the U.S. Supreme Court, when someone made the comment that, drawing pictures of attorneys, or petitioners and respondents, in court, using artists, rather than TV, and he and his crew, went to great length, to use dogs, to represent members of the high court, which I take issue with, but, putting that aside for a moment, the dog court was deliberating two free exercise clause, 1st amendment cases, one with a Muslim or someone in prison, who is asking the court to consider his religious beliefs of wearing a beard, as opposed to the prison's interest in the safety of prisoners . . . hiding contraband or something like that, which is a huge deal to prisons, I had to defend one of my clients, who was told by her doctor, to always have her cell phone with her, she forgot, while going to the Pleasant Valley, if you could call any prison that, Prison, was searched and the phone dropped out of her pocket, and she was denied visiting her son forever, until I argued with prison administration, and got her visitation rights back, but they called a cell phone, contraband, and had big time rules, policies and procedures against anything resembling that . . . a beard, could, contain, sharp objects, metal, glass, and cause harm to another prisoner, so I would argue, if I were on the court, when you have been convicted of a crime, you forfeit some privacy and religious rights to keep all prisoners as safe as possible.  The second case, was related to U.S. District Judge Waddoups, recent decriminalization of polygamy . . . one Justice, Kennedy or Roberts, said, well I don't know about having 3 wives, but can I have 2?

First of all, on a serious note, because to me, it is not funny, having fought Utah, almost, yes, Monica II, lost not only may life, but all my possessions, chased, hunted, intimidated, and traumatized, after already losing 8 years of my life, and having been female circumcised, this stuff is no joking matter, and the atrocities of polygamy or horrendous . . . but, the U.S. Supreme Court, has already decided the issue, the legal term is stari decisis, or another closely related term, res judicata . . . both suggest, in judicial economy, that the issues has already been decided or has come before the court, Reynolds v. United States, back in the 1890's . . . the court held that a man could believe anything they wanted to, but when beliefs cross the line, over to actions, and those actions are contrary to the laws of the United States, that has violated 1st amendment, establishment clause . . . consider that a brief amicus, brief, without really writing one, that is just the law, it has been decided!

Every time I look at those commercials, granted they are actors, I noticed how strained the commercials are to make the couple attractive and still, very much in love, she is still the one who makes you hot and bothered, but, for whatever reason, you just can't get it up . . . so we are going to give you an erection lasting 4 hours, every man's dream that I know of, and if you can't get off in that time, call a damn doctor!  People used to die by the age of about 35 back in the day, with almost 20 years of marriage under their belt, given maturation years in those days, so, many men and women died of natural causes, due to harsh conditions, and those who survived, moved on a remarried . . . that is not the case, I just heard of a 113 year old woman, getting married to her 78 year old boyfriend!  Amazing!  I am likely to be the old lady in the hotel booking online commercial, where the grandmotherly looking woman, is sitting with a markedly younger man, and the hotel bell boy, says, when you and your nephew . . . and she smiles, and says, oh, no, he is not my nephew, he is my lover!  

Now days, dynamics are changing, social mores, values, and traditions, as seen in gay marriage, or social media and dating cites, with the hottest dating cite, being the Cougar Dating, young men are seeing all the Baby Boomers, career women, with portfolios, property, hot careers, and a ton of money to burn, many not having children, and they are saying as women of yesteryear, why not, do I want an up and coming guy I have to fight through school, early career, children, or just hit on a woman who already has all that, you know what they say, older women make better lovers . . . just keep in mind men, the 14th amendment, you know that little equal protection clause that is giving gay marriage the edge with the U.S. federal courts, is the same amendment that will give women equal access to more than one spouse too!  In the early Mormon Church, women were encouraged to marry up, ecclesiastically, that is, if they were married to a lower level priesthood member, and a higher level priesthood bearer, asked her to marry him, she could be sealed to another man . . . that tends to sober men up a bit, if they can have their cake and eat it too, they will, but if they have to divide their time with another man, woman are better a servicing more than one man, per night, so it makes sense, and two incomes is better than one, and women can stay home with their young . . . make sense in today's economy!  LOL!  How do you like them apples, gentlemen!  LOL!

Monica's Stunt, Should Have No Sway to the Rational Mind

But, there is always the Fox Opinion crowd, who will jump on this, demonize Hillary, as a less of a partner, when no woman or man, other than the most committed, or religious, or ethical, doing the right thing, putting their penis and pussy aside, and there are those who will, or who have sense enough to realize what a mess that could make of a good thing with their spouse, regardless of the fact that it may take Viagra and Cialis to take care of business, and stick with the forever program, with many, many rewards, as Bill and Hillary, just welcomed their first grandchild, by Chelsea Clinton, whatever, and there are joys in and of themselves, that surpass that of sex, or are more rewarding, long lasting, and every bit as exciting, really, sex is great, but overrated!  Get REAL!  

Please tell me that we are stronger, smarter, willing to sacrifice the lower pleasures for the higher ones, that we are not just quivering members, just a heart, victims of ourselves, our passions, without a mind to dictate what is the better course, the noble, the great, the loyal, the brave, the willing to delay gratification, for a higher goal, or purpose . . . Blake Shelton, sings a song, where are all the real men, or something like that?  Maybe he sang that song before he cheated, but the great and awful thing about today, is that the wives are just as willing able and free to cheat too, but you can't believe everything you read in the tabloids!

Just a suggestion, if you are married and relatively happy, stay that way, stay faithful, be committed, or if things are unbearable, have the dignity, respect for your partner, not to cheat, to try counseling or try changing things, this is one area I believe religious training may come in handy . . . I was told by a marriage and family therapist, that I had the personality profile of a hooker, but my religious beliefs stop me from fucking every guy that walks down the street.  I have never cheated, never will, and as evidence of that, is the seriousness I take being or taking a marriage vow, or an oath of office, as an attorney, to protect, defend and preserve the family or the Constitution . . . my word is as good as gold!
