IMPEACH THEM FOR HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS! PREZ, CALL A NECESSARY SPECIAL SESSION, AND FORCE A VOTE, NOT LETTING THEM LEAVE UNTIL THEY DO! WAR POWERS

Right now, the U.S.A., has had two journalists beheaded, and that is the extent of our threat from ISIS.  We keep hearing that had we gone to war against the Islamic State, earlier, they would never have been able to buy up real estate, take over territory in both Iraq and Syria, terrorize their own citizens, threaten Christians, to either support Islam, at least by paying taxes, or die, and the other atrocities these fucking assholes are committing.  It was impressive to see the British Parliament, actually sit, in full, face to face, with Prime Minister Cameron, who supports the efforts of President Obama, seeing ISIS as a clear and present danger in their own country, with members of the noble body, actually scrapping and debating either the pros and cons of going to war, or at least joining in the air strikes with the U.S.  That, Bloke, was actually really refreshing.  We, as Americans, are sick and tired of watching C-SPAN or CNN, or whatever the news source is, and seeing a pathetic representation of our Congress, sparsely attending sessions, with members, messing around with their cellphones, reading, laughing, and corresponding, while some other blowhard, is up there, speaking or doing a filibuster, making sure than no business gets carried out, after no doing anything for the last two years, just protecting members, from an exposure, by action, or forced vote, that may cost them their seat in the Washington Club . . .

I would much rather, do my homework, look at the options, study, debate, think, think, think, and either support the war effort, or not, but fucking take a vote and let your constituents for good or bad, actually see you do something.  You might actually see that, wrong or right, taking a stand, whether for or against, is really much better than doing nothing at all.  They say, if you don't stand for something, you will fall for everything!  You have a moral, legal, constitutional, ethical and professional obligation to take a vote on this war, and if that is just too damn difficult for you to handle, you are just not cut out for public service as an elected official of this country, your state, nor to represent your constituents, PERIOD!  This is what we are paying you for . . . piss, or get off the pot!  There are good people out there, who are willing to serve, to make a commitment, to actually sit and listen to the arguments on either side and to make a decision, popular or not!  You are representatives of the people who voted you into office, you should find out what a great majority of them want, and find out why, then vote to represent their view!  It is just not that hard, risky, yes, but hard, NO!  You simply do it.  Like my mother always said, sometimes in life, we have to do what we don't want to do . . . buck up!

Powers Granted to Congress

One of the most frustrating things, I remember, coming out of the Vietnam War, was the fact that it was an undeclared war . . . there was this ambivalence, this tentativeness, this hesitancy, that resonated throughout the whole military engagement, leaving the troops, not knowing what they could and couldn't do, if they could fully engage in the war efforts, just going for it, or if they were just dinking around, aimlessly watching the body count rise without any clear goals, and focused objectives, nor any real leadership, due to the lack of commitment, either from Congress, or even the presidents.  Kennedy, figured is was not our war, and he was going to evacuate the troops as early as 1965.  Going to war for monetary gains of military contractors is not good enough, fighting to make a few families rich is not going to fly . . . we need a 100% effort going against these fuckers who are challenging the U.S. to a war, and go fuck them up royal, with total force a clear objective to go in a fight to win!  I know guys who were helicopter gunners, in Vietnam, when I asked them how they handled the confusing effort, said we turned on war music, popular musicians, who wrote inspiring songs during the 60's and 70's, and blew the hell out of anything that moved!

Once Congress, votes, declares war in support of our commander-in-chief, appropriates money, that can't constitutionally be fore more than to years, Article 1, Section 8, [12], we go in, like soldiers of bygone eras, and go in to win, as fast and as furious as we can, and I am not opposed to using the methods ISIS uses on their hostages and victims, behead the fuckers!  They want to abide by Sharia Law, an eye for an eye . . . take them up on it, their choice, it will not be seen as torture, but their choice!  They are simply disgusting vermin, that need to be exterminated!  They are not good, they have not good motives, and they are using threats and guerrillas warfare, like the North Vietnamese . . . we don't need to make the same mistakes, take them out . . . if they are worth the effort, just DO IT!  Any war worth fighting is worth doing all the way, in the most effective way, by the most deadly means, and with the greatest results . . . ISIS challenged, take them up on it . . . I hate bullies, and usually, they are chick shit assholes, and only have power, until they get hit back, don't mess around with them, they have declared war, we need to answer the call of duty!

Article 1, Section 8, [11, 12, 13, 14 & 18]

[11]  To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water; [12] To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Therm than two Years; [13] To provide and maintain naval Forces; [14] To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces . . . [18]  To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, o in any Department or Officer thereof.  Our troops that you are putting in harms way, deserve serious consideration of engagement, and then they need to go and do their job, with clear enemies, goals, and objectives, and a finishing date!

Why in the hell, if many of the nations of the earth are joining in this effort, to eliminate ISIS, should it take long at all?  I think we need to look to Israels, 6 and 4 day wars, as examples of the way we need to engage . . . go in like gang-busters and get the job done . . . let America do what it does best, but a boot up their ass, its the American way, with no excuses!  Soldiers, troops, generals, and supporting public, want results, we don't want a conflict that last forever, with not results, like some stupid peace keeping effort, just go in and blow the fucking shit out of them, they are begging for it, show them you mean business, declare the fucking war!  BRING IT ON!

A Lesson From My Tough As Nails Grandmother

When my mother was little, and any of her brother and sisters started to fight, she would take them out in the backyard, give them each sticks, and tell them to start fighting!  They didn't want to fight, they just wanted attention, but she was having none of their mischief!  If they were going to bother her, she was going to force the to do what they were threatening to do, fight!  Game on . . . she would make them fight, and it usually didn't last long!  I think that is a great example to follow, if you want to do it, we are going to make you go for it!  If you don't want to fight, then fucking, knock it off, and every go home, stay to yourselves, and shut the hell up!  Leave each other alone, or else!

THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH

Section 2. [1] The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States (National Guard), when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion i writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment. . . . He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Cases of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper . . . and take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

The founding fathers, envisioned and implemented a document, that if followed, should work like a well oiled machine, with each branch of the government doing their part, in a united effort, to run and manage this country.  In my personal opinion, President Obama, ought to put Congress on the spot, call them to vote on the war effort, as necessary and expedient!  We should not be engaging without adhering to the war clause, a power of Congress, with the power to appropriate money for the effort!  We don't want another Iraq, Afghanistan, without withdrawal dates, two years is about a year and a half too long.  Something it wrong with the U,S. and their allies, if we can't just go in and get the job done!  There will be collateral damage, but that is the nature of war, let's minimize that damage, by strategic planning, use of the best methods, being it special forces, stealth efforts, drones, CIA, contract mercenaries, or whatever, send the most blood thirsty, gutsy guys, and get the job done!

We don't want a prolonged war effort, nor do we need it.  We need to get busy with domestic repairs of roads, bridges, education, technology, energy, the economy . . . war is not the only effort to build the economy.  Take all the surplus war equipment, the feds just gave the local cops, and take it over to Iraq and Syria, put it to better use, actually against our enemies, rather than against our own citizens, on the streets of America!  If we have surplus, we don't need to pay more money to Halliburton and other government contractors who get rich on the wars, funding both sides, often, even against our own troops!  Ten and fourteen year engagements are wrong, you can only fund for two years, at least at a time.

This War Will Last as Long or as Short as We Want it to . . . President Obama, Force Congress, NOW, to Vote!
