Dear Mr. President
I myself have taken the oath of preserving, protecting and defending the U.S. Constitution, 4 times, that I can recall . . . so how can two constitutional law attorneys, see it so differently? I have admired you from the start, voted for you, dig you personally, fought like hell against Mitt Romney for you, and continue to back down racists, bigots, defend the law, as far as it is constitutional; however, there are some things, I just can't abide by, don't dig, can't tolerate, will not allow, from whatever powers I possess, and I will stop being a voice of reason and take up sides with those who are just begging for a fight, a civil war, those that say, Don't Tread On Me!
One of the reasons I voted for you, is that I deem you to be a very smart man, and I don't do stupid well, so while you have done many things that I respect, very much agree with, dig and defend, realizing that constitutional law is very difficult to understand, and there are about 8 levels, of analysis, that one must go through, and maybe more, to come to the right conclusions, on policy issues, law, constitutionality or unconstitutionality; however, so things are so very apparent, plain and simple truths, rights, principles, concepts, and values, that I would estimate are being slowly eroded, taken, trampled on, trashed, disrespected, and often federal legislation and acts, are blatantly and boldly, shockingly unconstitutional and that I took an oath, not to stand for, from either foreign or domestic enemies, some of these last acts are not only unconstitutional, but down right treasonous!

My goal, not only as an attorney, a citizen, a lover of freedom, is to see the world at peace in my lifetime . . . we have paid high prices, with blood, risk, effort, diplomacy, military strength, might and total miracles, and D Day was one such occasion, that led us to June 6, 2014, where former world leaders of nations that had formerly been enemies, now can sit at the same table and break bread . . . and some of those countries, still with conflicts, as I write, the Ukraine and Russia, with leaders will and able to work out differences, by talking and working together to end the bloodshed, there has been too much!
All of this is one gigantic step forward to world peace and perhaps more than that, to building a beautiful new world, that works together, recognizes differences, agrees to disagree, imperialism stops, borders and boundaries are respected, trade secrets and technology, go to the creators, not to pirates or cyber spies . . . the United States can't cry foul, when other countries just do to us, what we have been doing to them! United we stand, divided we fall, but wonderful stuff is going on daily, strides in a greater understanding, inclusion and respect, rather than exclusion and disrespect for countries, cultures, religions, races, and creeds.

We have the Fast and Furious scandal of shipping arms to other countries, even down to Mexico and finding them in the hands of the drug cartels and a corrupt police force, or government officials, then send militarized, or just your normal cops to confiscate citizens' guns, like the seizures going on in Connecticut . . . several YouTube Videos you might want to watch:

I will personally attest, under oath of the atrocities that have been done to me, just for being true to my oath, filing lawsuits against government agencies for violation of civil rights, under Title 42, Section 1983 . . . totally legal, but was treated with totally illegal, unconstitutional, and criminal acts, up to an included attempted murder, for doing my job, as an attorney! Long before Edward Snowden ratted out the NSA, CIA and FBI, allegedly under the Patriot Act, my rights, my phones, computers, emails, and house was under surveillance, illegal wire tapping, eavesdropping . . . I never got a warrant, and I am a constitutional law attorney, all about the constitutions, both federal and state!
I do have a Muslim friend, but all of this happened to me long before I met him! There is no one, other than the men and women, that are willing to sacrifice the ultimate, although I am willing to go their too, and almost have, but for the grace of God, go I . . . but I bleed red, white and blue, as our troops, and many of our law enforcement officers who are to serve and protect citizens, rather than terrorize and tyrannize over them!
Militarization of Cops, Pitting Cop Against Cop, Sheriffs Against Police--Forcing the to be True to Their Oaths, Defend Citizens, Against Who? Our Own Government? Fuckin Bull Shit!
There seems to be a national movement to unify cops, merge police with sheriffs departments . . . I believe that is to homogenize them, neutralize the sheriffs who are elected, or at least the constitutionally elected sheriff is, who not only took an oath, but is caught, more and more, in the middle of law enforcement and citizens, and that is not to be the case under the constitution, tradition, history and intent . . . they are the bridge between the cop world and the citizens, we don't want to burn that bridge, nor do we want you, or Congress, the Supreme Court, to encourage, mandate, or force this merge not only between law enforcement, but between law enforcement and the military.
Under the second amendment, there is also a provision for a state militia, then under Article I, Section 8 [15 & 16] which also mentions a militia, that is trained under the United States Military, but at your disposal, and when not called to serve you, they are at the disposal of the state governors, to use to put down insurrections and rebellions . . . so there is a possibility, that you will have brother and sister, against siblings, or parents against children, as members of the state militias, or the second amendment militias, against the National Guard, the official militia, with states, like Utah, with state constitutional provisions, making every man 18 to 45 in the 2nd amendment militia, to keep a free state! In Montana, it is both male and female . . . with the female contingency, you may have short wars, like the Israeli armies that mandate both men and women serve their country for 2 years!
The gals have better things to do, than play war games against their own citizens, for hell sake, that is basically the unthinkable, but through social engineering, you mentioned in one of your earlier speeches, that we need to not only have a military, but a civilian military, that is just as strong and as well funded at the normal military, what for? We don't want tanks, high stepping armies, gun toting cops, walking down our streets, like after the Boston Bombing situation . . . we don't need it, nor do we want it! I am sure, you, with your frustration with Congress, and what not, would, like Bush, want to be a dictator, much easier than working with citizens and Congress, or the courts, just have them throw that pesky U.S. Constitution out the window, but with Bush and You both, if we had known, we never would have voted either one of you in! Mitt Romney and McCain are no better, if not worse, so take that as a compliment, we are still glad we elected you, but you are pushing it a bit!
A Picture is Worth A Thousand Words
Let's say, we have a complete circle, and at the top of the circle, we have the good old America, we all have come to know and love, with the U.S. Constitution, being believed by 98% of the American public . . . we may not like abortion or guns, but we are willing to live in a society that is well ordered due to the Constitution, and any law, act, rule, executive order that is repugnant to the Constitution, is automatically VOID! And if the act, law, rule, executive order is within the letter and spirit of the Constitution, it is constitutional, and we dig it . . . that is the rule of law, we all bought onto . . . anything less than that, we are not going to go along with, and we are willing to pay for that statement and back it up with blood . . . I don't think we want to go there!
Now, if the left, and the right, politically speaking, start moving away from the American values of freedom, liberty, due process, equal protection, protections from unreasonable searches and seizures, free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of association, the right to redress grievances with our government, and all the other great rights, contained in the Bill of Rights . . . and issue after issues, goes further and further away from that top point of the circle, and keeps going, past the individual rights, to that of the collective good, under force, you have both the political right and left, meeting at the other end of the circle, at fascism, socialism, and communism, or something that we don't recognize as American . . . by way of example, the UN, the One World Order, or Agenda 21, driven a funded by the world bankers, or the free masons, or basically unAmerican, or even anti-American entities, we don't dig.
That is when there is going to be trouble, when We the People lose faith in our government totally, and see it as US v. Them . . . it is sad, indeed, that someone like myself, is more afraid of a cop, than a murderer, a rapist, a robber or your average street criminal, because, what is even more terrifying, it that someone might be authorized by unconstitutional laws, to actually jail, detain, hold, indefinitely, or even put to death, simply for being, like yourself, a constitutional law attorney . . . a strange thing indeed, I swear, I watch both swearing in ceremonies, and I believe you took the oaths, unless they have killed the real President Obama, who cared about the needy in Chicago, enough to give up a 6 figure job, to be a community organizer, who determined that he needed more power to help, so he ran for president . . . I know that heart is still in that body . . . I firmly believe, seeing what shit you were handed by Republican Bush, Cheney duo, you could go down as one of the greatest presidents in history, but this other shit, is totally uncalled for . . .
